(This game is not meant to be a history lesson of World War 2, Do not use this
information outside of this game)

You are Captain William J. "B.J." Blazkowicz, the spy sent to infiltrate the
Nazi fortress Castle Hollehammer and receive the plans for Operation
Eisenfaust. Where there are rumors that the Evil Dr. Schabbs is working on a
technique of building an army from dead bodies. Unfortunently, you were
captured in your attempts and thrown into the Castle Wolfenstein for
questioning and eventually execution.

After escaping from the Castle, you learn that the rumors of Dr. Schabbs' army
are true. You will then have to go and blast through the hordes of his
creations to defeat him and destroy all of his journals and equipment.

Soon after defeating Schabbs and Hitler, you will be sent to defeat the
scientist behind the upcoming Giftkrieg (Poison War), Otto Giftmacher.
Afterwards, you will go on to receive the plans and defeat General Fettgesicht,
the leader and organizer of the Poison War.

[3.4] Weapons and Other Items

KNIFE - This is what you use when you are low on ammo and fighting a single
enemy, use of this weapon is not recommended against any enemy stronger than an
Officer.

PISTOL - The Pistol is the weapon you start the game with, although slow, it is
enough to last until you get an actual weapon

MACHINE GUN - Overall, the best weapon you can find. Faster than the Pistol,
the machine gun will be your weapon of choice again small to medium sized
groups of low to average strength enemies. You will most likely be using the
machine gun throughout the majority of the game

CHAINGUN - This is the strongest weapon in the game, with the capability to mow
down almost any enemy in no time at all, it would be the best weapon in the
game if only it didn't eat up ammunition so quickly.

AMMO PACK - Obviously, this item provides ammo for your other weapons. These
can be found just lying around or found near the bodies of defeated guards.

DOG FOOD - You will find this mostly where you find dogs. Eating this will
recover 4% of Health

FOOD - An ordinary Chicken dinner, found mostly in Kitchen areas or just lying
around. This recovers 10% Health

FIRST AID - Very important item, finding these things are rare, but when you
find them, it's best to just leave it until you need it. These recover a good
25% of Health

CROSS - A small, golden cross with jewels. Increases your score by 100 points

CHALICE - This resembles a golden cup decorated with jewels. Increases your
score by 500 points

TREASURE CHEST - A golden box filled with various types of jewels. Increases
your score by 1000 points

CROWN - Name describes it all, a red and gold crown. Increases your score by
5000 points

EXTRA LIFE - This thing is useful, but very rare. In increases your Health to
100%, gives you 25 ammo, and 1 more life. These look like a blue sphere with
your character's image in the center

[3.5] Enemies

{3.5.1} Enemy Descriptions

BROWN GUARDS - The common enemies seen throughout the game. Although they are
the slowest, weakest, and stupidest of all the guards in the game, a number of
them can kill you in no time if you allow them in the more advanced
difficulties.  Their weapon of choice is the pistol, and they can be easily
killed with 3 or 4 shots.

Greeting: Achtung!
Death: (Various Screams)

DOGS - An ordinary attack dog. You can easily kill them with a knife stab, and
are limited to attacking at close range. They usually appear in groups, and
there is occasionally dogfood nearby

Greeting: Dog Bark
Death: Whine

OFFICERS - Much like the brown guards, except much faster, and they can do more
damage with the pistol. The white outfits of these guards make them easy to
recognize. They appear first in the third episode and start to become a pain
in the neck by episode 4. You can kill these enemies with about 4 or 5 shots

Greeting: Spion!
Death: Nein, so was!

MUTANTS - These are the results of Dr. Schabbs' experiments, Green uniforms,
gray skin, a blade in each hand, and a gun in their chest. They move quickly
and can fire fast enough to kill you faster than the officers. They appear only
in Episode 2 and the secret level of episode 9, and can be killed with 8 shots

Greeting: (Nothing)
Death: Weird Scream

SS - These guards dressed in Blue are the Elite and are defenently not to be
taken lightly. The machine guns that they wield can kill you in no time even at
full health. They can be killed with 8 shots and you can pick up their machine
gun after you kill them.

Greeting: Schutzstaffel!
Death: Mein Leben!

GHOST HITLER - A Ghost-like Hitler that shoots fireballs at you. Although the
shots can easily be avoided, they can cause a lot of damage if you were to run
into them or fail to avoid them. They are only found in the last level of
episode 3 and can be killed with around 20 shots.

Greeting: Toter Hund!
Death: (Laughs)

{3.6} Boss Descriptions and Strategies

HANS GROSSE - Big, Wears Blue, and comes with Double Chainguns. You can find
him at the end of Episode 1 and various places in later episodes. When you
first meet him, you will most likely still be weak from the previous level.

When you first meet him, you will most likely still be weak from the previous
level. In the long hallway before Hans, there is a pushwall at the left wall
(from where you start) Inside you will find a bunch of health, ammo, and a
chaingun that you can use to defeat Hans. He will be in the room opposite from
the start. Defeating him is not very much of a problem, keep on blasting your
chaingun at him until you see him aim his own weapons at you, then you have to
hurry up and hide behind a wall until you hear the blasting stop, after that,
come out from your hiding place and resume shooting. Once you defeat him, you
will receive a yellow key for your efforts.

Greeting: Guten Tag!
Death: Mutti!

DR. SCHABBS - The diabolical doctor in charge of creating the chemical that
turns the deceased into killer mutants. This is by far the easiest boss that
you have met so far.

Once you clear out the mutants that occupy the room, you will find the doctor
behind the steel blocks at the rear of the room. Fire away with your weapon
while avoiding the syringes he throws at you and keeping in mind that there are
two secret pushwalls in the room before that lead to extra ammo and health.

Greeting: (Laughs)
Death: Mein Gott in Himmel!

HITLER - If you know anything about World War II, then you probably know who
he is.

You will first see him in an mecha-armor with four chainguns. Although he is
slow while in the armor, the quad-chaingun attacks can kill you quickly.
Nonetheless, fire the chaingun and duck behind the nearest wall once you see
him aim.

After you blow away his armor, he will shout an angry word at you, and come
rushing at you with only two chainguns. He isn't nearly as difficult without
the armor, so all you have to do is continue firing at him with the chaingun
and go back to the first room if you need ammo.

Greeting: Die, Allied Schwiendhund
Lost Armor: Scheisse!
Death: Eva, auf wiedersehen

OTTO GIFTMACHER - Otto is the man who is responsible for the creation of the
chemical weapons. The rocket launcher he wields is powerful, but is easy to
avoid.

Same strategy used for the other bosses apply here, there is a stockpile
of weapons/ammo in two nearby rooms, so you can go there if in need of a
recovery. The episode ends after you defeat him.

Greeting: Eine Kliene Amerikaner!
Death: Donner Wetter!

GRETEL GROSSE - The sister of Hans Grosse, and she has a grudge against you for
killing Hans. As with all other bosses, she can kill you easily.

You will find her waiting two rooms ahead of where you start, strategy for
winning is the same as Hans, except her weapon can do a little more damage with
the expense of some accuracy. If needed, you will find two secret pushwalls
with treasure insider at the far corners of the room, some health near where
you started, and rooms full of ammo in doors at both sides of Gretel.  She
leaves a yellow key behind which opens a door that leads to some guards and
the episode end.

Greeting: Kein Durchgang!
Death: Mein busse!

GENERAL FETTGESICHT - This man is the person in charge of the whole Giftkreig.
If you manage to kill him, you will end the war and also the game. His weaponry
includes both a Chaingun and a Rocket Launcher, so obviously that means
standing around in one place can get you killed easily.

Once you get the the room where Fettgeicht awaits your arrival, you will most
likely be in need of ammo and/or health. There is a secret pushwall both near
the beginning of the level, and along the right wall of the room where the
General is. Also, before you go toe-to-toe with your enemy, you may want to
clear the room of the 8 guards, 8 officers, and 7 SS that protect him, then use
the strafing-and-shoot technique to defeat Fettgesicht. The episode, and game
ends after you defeat him.

Greeting: Erlauben Sie, Bitte!
Death: Roseknospe...
