The Sims Makin' Magic Dueling Chart Spoiler

I am not sure if this is a real spoiler, but I did not want anyone who wanted
to figure out the secert to dueling on their own to be mad.

This is my 1st attempt at writing something like this.  I always thought it
would be neat if I could contribute something to gamefaqs.com sometime,
because I use it so much.  So today when I noticed there was not an indepth
chart, I said "This is my chance."  Thank you gamefaqs.com and its
contributers for all your help over the years.

How to duel
+++++++++++
1.  Go to Magic Town
2.  Find a Magic Arena.  It looks like 2 stone platforms facing each other (see
page 11 of the booklet that came with The Sims Makin' Magic)
3.  Pick an opponent.
4.  Pause the game to see what colors you each have.
5.  Make a plan of what color you will use for each color they will use.
6.  When your opponent picks a color it will blink, pause the game and pick the
color you planned.  Do this quick or your sim will pick for you.  My sims are
very bad at this, even with all their skills at max.
7.  Repeat step 6 until it is over.

How the colors line up

The colors are always lined up in this order:
White
Red
Blue
Black
Yellow

The order is important to know because sometimes it is hard to tell the Black
and the Gray ball apart.  Now your probably wondering were the Gray ball fits
in.  You each only get 4 of the 5 colors.  The ball of the color you don't get
is Gray.  Also after you use a ball it turns gray.

Each color beats 2 colors, loses to 2 colors, and ties to itself:
White    beats   Red    &  Blue     &  loses to   Black  &  Yellow
Red      beats   Blue   &  Black    &  loses to   White  &  Yellow
Blue     beats   Black  &  Yellow   &  loses to   White  &  Red
Black    beats   White  &  Yellow   &  loses to   Red    &  Blue
Yellow   beats   White  &  Red      &  loses to   Blue   &  Black

The key to dueling, I figured out making this chart, is that each color beats
the 2 colors that should be underneath it and loses to the 2 colors that should
be above it.  Should be, means if there were no missing colors (no grey balls).

There are 5 color combinations possible.  My opponent has never had the same
color combination as me, but I included it just in case it does happen.  So
there are 20 or 25 possible ways the colors can be dealt out to you and your
opponent.
