Welcome to the last and final chapter of the wonderful Kyrandia series. I
noticed that there was quite a lack of complete walkthroughs for this game,
considering it is one of the most frustrating/tedious games in the entire
series. So I aim to add as much detail as possible. If you are completely
oblivious to what this game is all about, here is some background info...

B a c k g r o u n d
-------------
_Once Upon a Time________________
A few year's ago, an evil Jester...let's call him, 'Malcolm' was 'accused' of
killing the reigning King William and Queen Katherine. Their only son -
Brandon, soon fell upon the duty of returning to his rightful place on the
throne. With the help of the Royal Mystics (a group of 4 - highly
intelligent/powerful beings including: Brynn the Priestess, Darm the Wizard,
Kallak - Brandon's Grandfather and the Alchemist Zanthia) he was able to thwart
the evil Jester's exploits by banishing him to a life as a statue of stone...
(Refer to: The Legend of Kyrandia Book 1 for more information...)
_A Helping Hand__________________
And so King Brandon, who now reigns over the now peaceful land of Kyrandia - is
one day startled to find his kingdom disappearing before his very eyes! The
Royal Mystics were baffled, but with the persuasion of Marko's valet - The
Hand, it was decided that the youngest of the Mystics - Zanthia, was to go and
search for a way to save their fair land...little did she know that this was
one wild goose chase she never expected...

_Lighting never strikes twice____
After Zanthia's troubles in the last adventure, peace is once again restored to
Kyrandia. But then again, peace never last's forever...especially when a
revenge seeking evil Jester is released from his stony imprisonment and has
nothing but an evil conscience on his side - well that's where you come in :)
And so, onward we go!

General H i n t s

There are quite a few way's to get lost/frustrated in this game - here's a few
hints that might make things easier...

G a m e H i n t s

- Run, don't walk: There's no real reason to keep Malcolm on a saunter, always
use 'Hurry' for those tedious trips.
- The Collector: Pick up everything you can lay your grubby hand's on.
Remember, you can have 11 item's if you hold one in your hand...
- Combinations: Try combining your inventory with as many items as possible -
who knows what you can create...
- Jester's Staff: When in doubt, use the Jester's staff. It's always good for
a laugh!
- Should you be thrown in prison/any other event that you loose your
inventory, don't fret! Just check the dump, your items should be there.
- If you wish to straighten your bent nail, simply use it in a lock.
Vice-versa if you wish to bend a straight nail.

_Hypnotizing a Squirrel:________
Use sesame seeds on the log that the squirrel is sitting on, then - when lured
closer - use the Nut-on-a-String on the squirrel.
_Creating Toys:_________________
Leather Ball = Levers: Down & Down OR Down & Up + Leather Boot/Jerkin
Rocking Horse = Levers: Up & Down + Wooden Log
Toy Soldier = Levers: Up & Up + Wooden Log
_Obtaining a Fish Cream Sandwich:
- Trading for a toy:
You need 2 pieces of wood and 1 leather item, then it's off to the Toy Factory.
We need 3 toys for a certain non-English speaking bratty kid whom will trade
his sandwich for just 1 of the toys (which is chosen at random, so just make
all 3 to be on the safe side).
(Refer to the Toy hints in the Kyrandia's section of the General Hints)
You can find the brat either in front of the Dairy, in the Town Arena or at
the Cross-roads. Keep handing him toys until he gives you his sandwich.
- Create your own sandwich:
Sesame seeds: Early in the game, they can be found in the dairy.
Eel: Combine the Nut-on-a-String with the Bent nail to create a fishing hook.
You can fish for eel's either in the Ocean or in the Cellar beneath the Toy
Factory.
Cream: Use 2 eel's on 2 sesame seed portions for 2 lot's of fertilized seeds.
Next, water the 2 seeds and place the two big sprouts in the green hopper,
which is located in the dairy. Use your straight nail on the cream tank and
load up a flask.
Combine the 3 ingredients in the Fish Cream Parlor's hopper and press the red
button.

If the Parlor is full of customers, simply remove them by un-hypnotising a
squirrel.

I s l e o f C a t s
-------------
- Try not to get lost in the Jungle - always save when you get to your
location and try mapping a route to your next point. Or better yet, just
hitch a ride in the cart.
- There are many way's to get yourself killed here, but please, not to fleas
:( Click on Malcolm often to remove the flea's until he sighs with relief.
- Should you see any bones in the Jungle, ALWAYS collect them, as you will
need plenty when collecting the Cat's Gems.

- Can't be bothered playing the Queen's game? If you have a coin on you, just
give it to her attendant (the blue merman behind her), he'll finish the game
for you.

a. A w a k e n i n g s

"On top of a trash heap, all covered in fleas..."
Ouch, now that was a 'shocking' experience :p (couldn't help myself, sorry).
Well now that we are awake and have evil on our side - perhaps we should
explore our once lovely home...
Sift through the odd item's in the dump and grab whatever you come across. The
main items you'll need are: a broken flask and 1 nail (Bent or
Straight). Oh and leave the squirrel alone, unless you have a nail with you ;)
Ok, from the dump go left to the castle gate, then down to the Bluff
(Kyrandia's 2-way teleportation device).
You have a choice to explore or not at this point. I want to look around a bit
more so head left and we'll be at the crossroads.
Going up will lead you to the Graveyard, Left will take us to the Pegasus
Landing site and Down is to the docks.
Go Left first. After a 'flighty' scene with the Lovely Zanthia, head back to
the Crossroads and then down.
Hmmm, so the only ship docked at the moment is a Circus Boat? Well the captain
is less than friendly so, away with us...
Go right, then right again to be at the Bluff once more.
Enter the Bluff to be transported to the Town Square. Now our first objective
is to re-open the Toy Factory, and with a simple straight nail - we can do just
that! Pick the lock with a nail and enter the factory.
Go through the door in the back of the room and you will arrive at Malcolm's
Apartment. Check the chest of drawers for an essential item - Nut-On-a-String!
Also, check under the bed for our - Jester's Staff!! Hehe, put it away for good
use, next to the mood meter. Not much else to do here (if you've played the
previous Kyrandian games, feel free to check out Malcolm's family album - it
will probably clear up any family tree question's you may have :)).
Go back through the door and click the hole in the floor. You should wind up in
the Cellar/Sewer. Enter the door atop of the stairs and Malcolm will be in the
Town Hall. Now there is a Voice of Reason standing/sitting there but
unfortunately, there's NOTHING you can do here at this point. So just leave to
the right and we will be in the Town Square.
Ok, so to continue on with the game, we need to go to the Graveyard. Take the
Bluff and then go Left. At the crossroads you should see a bush with some
flowers on it - use your broken flask on the flowers and grab 2. Now go up,
Malcolm should be at the graveyard. Set his mood to 'Nice' and place the 2
flowers on Katherine's grave.
After a discussion with a dead woman, Malcolm's no doubt weary of all these
accusations. Tis' time to say goodbye to our once beloved Kingdom...well...at
least for now... ;p

b. L e a v i n g K y r a n d i a

"Armageddon Outta Here!"
Malcolm's had it with this place - so off we go! Erm, but hang on - we have a
bit of a choice on how we depart from our homeland (not that any of them alter
the main game plot). In fact there are 6 different ways to leave Kyrandian
shores. I have listed the options from Easiest to Tedious but this is from my
point of view, so feel free to choose what ever way you like :)
Also, it's very easy to get a sense of over-lapping for many of the options so
try not to get too lost, mm-kay?
_To leave via Portal Potion_____
Probably the easiest way to leave this land since it only requires a few items
and no pesky favors for anyone! :) Go to the dump and collect: a Flask and a
bent nail.
Next head to the Dairy, we need some sesame seeds.
We are up to the last part in this quest so here's our required inventory: a
flask, nut-on-a-string, bent nail and sesame seeds.
Head to the cellar below the Toy Factory. Using your Nut-on-a-String and bent
nail will create a fishing hook. Fish in the stream until you catch an eel. And
why not fill a flask with water too? Now combine the eel with the sesame seeds
to create...fertilized seeds? *cough* Ok, so place the fertilized seeds on
that rather bad repair job (the bricked wall in the sewers if your a little
slower than the rest of us :p) and then water the seeds.
Enter the Catacombs and click the top of the green jar. Oooh, magic! Click your
flask on the jar for a Portal Potion!
Finally head to the Town Arena and use the Potion for a swift trip.

You will arrive at the Dog Fort on the Isle of Cats.
_To leave as Pegasus____________
After our first meeting with that all-powerful Alchemist - Zanthia, we know
that she holds the key to a Pegasus potion. But we also know she won't speak
with us until we get some kind of disguise on. Hmmm, I do believe I saw a Mime
around here...and he's standing by the baths no less...
March of to the dump and collect: a Flask and a bent nail. Using your Nut-on-a-
String and bent nail will create a fishing hook. You can fish either in the
ocean or beneath the toy factory - either way, we need 2 eels and a flask
filled with water. Got 'em? Good. Now back to our good friend the Mime...
Watch him until he turns around, showing his hood, then quickly place the eel
in it. Set your mood to 'Lying' then follow him into the baths by using your
fishing hook on the coin dispenser. After a chat with a dense bath attendant,
click the thermostat that's near the tree, a few times to either the hot or
cold section (it doesn't matter which). With the attendant's back turned, take
the Mime's costume out of the window.
Next head to the dairy, we need some sesame seeds. Combine the eel with the
sesame seeds to create the fertilized seeds. Ok, the last item we need is a
Rocking Horse, which we can make with a log of wood, and the correct blueprints
in the Toy Factory (refer to the Toy hints in the Kyrandia's section of the
General Hints). Click the green button with the wood inside the machine and the
results should be a cute horsy!
We are up to the last part in this quest so here's our required inventory:
Mime's Costume, flask of water, fertilized seeds and a Rocking Horse.
Adorn the mime's costume and head to the Magician's Lodge. Is this entire town
got some rose-coloured glasses on when it comes to disguises or something? Lol,
anyway! Zanthia's thrilled the now 'talking Mime' has visited her. Click
around to find out that the potion she's mixing is in fact a Pegasus Potion!
Erm, well lack there of a bit of horse essence. But I'm sure we'll be happy to
take care of that, as soon as she gets out of the way - so!
Place your fertilized seeds beneath Marko's cabinet, and then add water. While
she's distracted, quickly throw your Rocking Horse into her potion, then grab a
flask full and leave :)
Head to the Pegasus landing, and use your potion for a one way ticket outta
here...

You will arrive at the Pirates Beach on the Isle of Cats.
_To leave as a Circus Performer: Juggler
Alright, the Dog will only allow his own kind on the ship, huh? (yeah, like a
Jester is so far off from his assortment of co-workers). Let's try our luck as
a Juggler. Of course we will need to show that stupid mutt we can juggle...
Go to the Dump, find a bent nail (you can also look for Brandon's shoe since it
will save you some repetitiveness in the future, however if you can't find one
- don't worry about it). Combine you Nut-on-a-String with the bent nail.
Next, set your mood to 'Lying' then go into the baths by using your fishing
hook on the coin dispenser. Click the thermostat that's near the tree, a few
times to either the hot or cold section (it doesn't matter which). With the
attendant's back turned, take the Jerkin out of the window.
Leave the baths go up a screen, then return to the bath's again. You will need
to repeat the jerkin stealing part once more (or twice if you didn't find
Brandon's shoe in the dump). Either way we need 3 pieces of Leather.
Next, we need to turn the 3 leather item's into balls, so do just that. (Refer
to the Toy hints in the Kyrandia's section of the General Hints).
Got your 3 balls? Good cause that's all you need for the last part of the
quest.
Simply set your mood to lying, go to the docks and drag a ball onto Malcolm.

You will arrive at the Altar of Cats on the Isle of Cats.
_To leave as a Circus Performer: Mime
Not into being a Juggler? Well that's alright, I mean...there was that
Mime we saw earlier...hmmm...
First of to the dump and collect: a bent nail and a leather boot. Using your
Nut-on-a-String and bent nail will create a fishing hook. You can fish either
in the ocean or beneath the Toy Factory - either way, we need 1 eel. Got it?
Good. Now off to our good friend the Mime...
Watch him until he turns around, showing his hood, then quickly place the eel
in it. Set your mood to 'Lying' then follow him into the baths by using your
fishing hook on the coin dispenser. After a chat with a dense bath attendant,
click the thermostat that's near the tree, a few times to either the hot or
cold section (it doesn't matter which). With the attendant's back turned, take
the Mime's costume out of the window.
Ok, you now have a choice: we need a fish cream sandwich that we can either
make ourselves, or trade the Non-English speaking kid for it with a toy. Refer
to the Fish Cream Sandwich hints in the Kyrandia's section of the General
Hints.
Got the sandwich? Good, cause we are up to the last part in this quest so
here's our required inventory: Mime's Costume and Fish Cream Sandwich.
Dress in the Mime's costume before entering the docks and talk to the Dog.
What's that you say? You want a sandwich, boy? Give the damn dog some food...
then it's ALL ABOARD!!

You will arrive at the Altar of Cats on the Isle of Cats.
_To leave via Brandywine's Help_
Ok, bear with me on this escape route. Brandywine's got a bit of a secret on
how to travel to the Isle of Cats, here's how to relieve her of it:
First of to the dump and collect: a bent nail. Using your Nut-on-a-String and
bent nail will create a fishing hook. You can fish either in the ocean or
beneath the Toy Factory - either way, we need 3 eels. Got them? Good. Now off
to our good friend the Mime...
Watch him until he turns around, showing his hood, then quickly place an eel in
it. Set your mood to 'Lying' then follow him into the baths by using your
fishing hook on the coin dispenser. After a chat with a dense bath attendant,
click the thermostat that's near the tree, a few times to either the hot or
cold section (it doesn't matter which). With the attendant's back turned, take
the Mime's costume out of the window.
Next, head to the Dairy, we need some sesame seeds. Collect some seeds and
return to the Squirrel. Use the seeds on the log that the squirrel is sitting
on, then - when lured closer - use the Nut-on-a-String on the squirrel. Got
him? Wonderful...
Ok, you now have a choice: we need a fish cream sandwich that we can either
make ourselves, or trade the Non-English speaking kid for it with a toy. Refer
to the Fish Cream Sandwich hints in the Kyrandia's section of the General
Hints.
Alright, we should be up to the last portion of this quest. Here is the
required item list: A Fish Cream Sandwich, Mime's Costume, Hypnotized Squirrel
and 2 Eels.
Go to the Cellar, and adorn the Mime's Costume. Click the green apple on the
rug, then when it glows, click the red apple.
Transportation to Darm's Abode = Success. Talking to Darm reveals how hungry he
is. Now, since we are lucky enough to have a Fish Cream Sandwich on us, give
it to the old man...
Once he's shut up, talk to Brandywine. She'll prattle on, on how she mustn't
speak in front of 'old-man winter'. So let's get rid of him for good, shall we?
Grab your Jester's Staff and use it on Darm until he...well...excuse's his
incontinent self.
Now talk to Brandywine again until she starts's speaking about 'The Festival of
Mortar'. Hand Brandywine the Squirrel and Lo-and behold! We receive the most
vital piece of information in our entire quest:
1 eel + 1 eel = Isle of Cats!?!?
*Rolls eyes* Take your eel and use it on the other eel in your inventory to
leave this miserable kingdom...

You will arrive at the Dog Fort on the Isle of Cats.
_To leave as a Prisoner_________
The LONGEST quest is sometimes the funniest. Me? I couldn't care less about
funny, I just want off! So here we go:
Firstly, we need a nail. Next we need to get our selves captured. That's easy
enough since: Zanthia, Darm & Brandywine and the Bath Attendant all know that
Malcolm's a wanted guy - simply visit anyone of these people then return to the
Bluff.
Our main-man Herman makes his appearance. Since everything in your inventory
will disappear, hold the Nail in your mouse pointer.
_Doily-Making___________________
Our first meeting with the lovely *cough*, Rowena :) When she finishes her
explanation, use the nail on the lock. Now take the scissors and use them on
our mangled-man. He'll create something useful for a change and you'll be once
again - a free Jester :)
Alright so we are back, next item we need are some fertilized seeds. Collect
your Nut-on-a-String and a bent nail from the dump, combine them together and
you'll have a fishing hook. Fish in the ocean or Cellar until you catch an eel.
Go to the Dairy and collect some sesame seeds and combine the eel with the
sesame seeds to create...fertilized seeds. Now it's time to find Herman again
(via Zanthia, whoever etc.) And this time hold the fertilized seeds in your
hand...
_Quarry_________________________
Make those rocks roll! :p Well...I've had enough of manual labor for today,
so! Use the seeds on the rock pile, then click Malcolm. And our time here, is
done!
Back to Kyrandia and we don't need anything for this venture, just get nabbed
by Herman and we'll be in...
_Road Gang______________________
Aw, seems Rowena's not having too much fun this time either, eh? Let's do a
good deed for once and help her escape. Use the pruning shears on her chains.
Once the guard's gone, so are we!
Sigh, our final Herman meeting will take place now - just make sure you
grab a nail beforehand and hold onto it.
_Slaves_________________________
Hey Rowena...why do I get the feeling your stalking me? ;) Just lock pick the
chain's with your trusty nail and we are FINALLY out of here!

"The Pirates, The Dogs, The Cats & The Mouse"
Welcome to the Isle of Cats. A peaceful isle...well as peaceful as can be
expected considering the dominant islander species has been overthrown and is
seeking revenge, not to mention a maze of a Jungle that want's to eat you alive
and about million fleas that won't stop ITCHING!?!
Ahem, well...let's get to it, shall we?
_Note:__________________________
Depending on which route of escape you chose, you will might end up in a
different location. You need to be at the Dog Fort, so if you're not there,
simply set your mood to 'Nice' and click Sesame seed Cart.
_Dog Fort_______________________
Ugh, flea city. First speak to the dog besides the Ruin's, his name's Duke and
he'll let you know what's been going on in this place. Hmmm, interesting...
anyway! We can't enter the ruins to the right, until we lighten the place up,
so pick up the Machete and head right.
Cut down ALL vegetation possible (collecting any bones you might find in the
process). You should finally see a small hole uncovered to the right-hand side
of the screen, then head right again.
_Note:__________________________
If you uncover any Blue Snakes under foliage, be sure to use your Machete on
them QUICKLY - or else it's the end for Mr. Jester...
We should be at the Dog Fort again, and the Ruin's are now accessible but we
don't need to worry ourselves about them just yet.
Speak to the white cat that pull's the cart, she'll give you some useful
information regarding an uprising in the cat community. Someone named...Fluffy?
Anyway, what else does this Island have to offer? Head to Pirate Beach...(via
the Cart, of course :))
_Pirate Beach___________________
Talk to each of the Pirates, and finally the idiotic captain Jean Claude
Barbecue?! Uh, ok, well Mr. BBQ won't take us back to Kyrandia until we prove
we have some powerful magic on our side (Yeah, like Old man Kallak can really
throw some fire balls :p). Anyway, not much we can do about that at the moment,
so off to the Altar of Cats we go!
(You can check out his ship if you like by placing a flea on Jean Claude, but
there's not much to see there).
_Altar of Cats__________________
Hmm, nice altar. Anyway! Head right and...what the? There seems to be someone
hiding amongst the trees - Fluffy?! Yes, set the mood to 'Lying' and speak to
Fluffy to learn more about the uprising. You'll also receive a leather mouse!
Clear as many trees' as you can and see if there is any bones left behind -
collect as many as possible. Now head Right, to get back to the Altar.
(You might have to repeat the bone collecting expedition until you fill up your
inventory completely).
Head Left at the Altar to be standing in front of the Colossus. Use the Leather
Mouse on the giant balls and watch some magic! Ok now these statues look
familiar...perhaps the answer lies back in the fort?
Use the Cart to go back to the Dog Fort.
_Cat Ruins______________________
Enter the Ruins and head right. Next, Use the your Leather Mouse on the wall.
Now use the mouse on each of the statues...oooh, Purty :D Make a note of each
images, or don't bother if your planning to cheat your way through (otherwise,
why else would you be reading this walkthrough, duh?!).
Return to the Dog Fort and SAVE!
_Dog Fort_______________________
Ok this is going to take awhile :( Give one of your bones to Duke, he will bury
it and perhaps uncover a gemstone. If he doesn't, restore the game and try
again. Repeat this step until you have uncovered all 6 gems. (You can also try
placing the bones yourself, but you'll have more luck with Duke).
With 6 lovely gems in tow - back to the Altar of Cats we go!
_Altar of Cats__________________
Place each gem in turn on the Altar and note the images that follow.
Next head Left to the Colossus and Save. This is where all your note-taking
pays off, simply place your gem's in the correct statues. You can re-arrange
your gems as long as you haven't placed all 6 down. If you have, however and
the placement is incorrect, just restore.
Here is the correct gem placement from Left to Right:
1. Diamond (Moon)
2. Topaz (Sun)
3. Amethyst (Water)
4. Emerald (Wind)
5. Sapphire (Lightning)
6. Ruby (Fire)
Should you have placed the gem's correctly, the statues will activate and the
Crystal Mouse should appear :)
Hmm...now what does this do, exactly? Try clicking the mouse on Malcolm...
Uh-Oh...perhaps that wasn't the best idea we've had. Lol, well...let's go and
put the blame on someone else: FLUFFY!
Head right past the Altar and talk to Fluffy to receive the cure...cheese, ugh.
Alright so, I'd say that this Crystal Mouse was a tad 'magical', perhaps those
fools that call themselves pirates would be interested...? Unfortunately since
the cart seems to have disappeared, you will need to follow this path:
From Fluffy head UP 3 times and you should arrive at Pirate Beach.
_Pirate Beach___________________
Argh! Finally! You want some magic!? I'll give you some magic!!
Use the Crystal Mouse on Peg-leg Louie. Is that convincing enough for ya?! Lol,
apparently, yes. And away we go!

d. E n d ' s of the E a r t h
-------------
"It's the end of the Earth as we know it"
Those double crossing...son-of-a-gun...big meanies! Gah, it seems thing's have
taken a toll for the worse for poor Malcolm :( Welcome to the End's of the
Earth! (And here I thought the earth was round...?)
Aw, our sweet Rowena has left us with a few measly coins, and as Malcolm
pockets them we prepare ourselves for repetition time!
Use 1 coin on the pink machine to receive some Life Insurance (just in case of
the inevitable... :)) Next, click the red button's on the second machine (the
grey one), until you see an umbrella (buy it), and a pool toy (buy it also). So
we should be set with our 3 items, yes? Good. Now click the barrel on the LEFT
hand-side, until Malcolm jump's in.
_Note:__________________________
Should you see any sign's along the way - just ignore them. They are only there
to mislead you.
_Under the End__________________
Ok, first, use the pool toy on Malcolm. Then take the pump and use it on the
yellow flower sticking out of the cliff. Once it's inflated - click it for
Malcolm to bounce over to the side with the cave. Enter the cave and watch the
movie. (The first movie I saw was a multicoloured Earth, with several other
worlds spinning around it).
Once the movie is over, click the waterfall (while still wearing the pool toy
- mind you :)) to travel further down...
_Further Down___________________
Use the pump on Malcolm to remove the toy. Next take the umbrella and use it on
the hook that's sticking out of the middle of the waterfall. Malcolm should
swing over to the other side. Then use the umbrella on Malcolm and click the
cliff below the signs to float down...

Enter the second cave and watch the movie. (In the second movie I saw the Earth
with clocks and moons orbiting around it). With the movie finished and Malcolm
still holding his umbrella - click the cliff below the cave to float down
again...

I saw was a strange, 1st person, roller-coaster ride).

Aw man, back to this dump? Well we were supposed to reek havoc with the revenge
thing weren't we? But since Stuart has finally managed to get his big butt
into gear - we are now faced with the universal choice - Good or Evil? If your
like me and wish to see all 3 of the different endings, save here and return
later to replay the other outcomes. Saved? Good. Let's continue with our lil
ole' evil guy first...

If you took the catacombs route to the Isle of Cat's the first time round, you
might be thinking this will be even easier the second time, but - Your Wrong!
The portal potion is empty, no easy path's this close to the end -
unfortunately :(
_Let GUNTHER be your guide______
Alright, time to get our revenge! Head to the docks to see...? Huh? The
pirates boat is still here? Check it out to be ambushed and dragged off to...a
foyer of rats? Seems like Brandon & Kallak don't need too much punishment
after all. Talk to Peg-Leg Louie for a head's up on what we have to do to join
them. Ugh, not that evil island again? Sigh, seems like a lot of work for a
kingdom that doesn't want you back, right?
Anyway, we are going to need a little help getting back to the Isle of Cats.
Check the dump first for our Nut-on-a-String, and maybe a nail, and whatever
else you can find.
Next, head to the Baths - erm, I mean "Ex-Baths" (Damn, that Herman is one
resourceful guy...I hate him :p).
Alright so he owns a pawn shop now, well this is going to be tedious since we
need trade him an item he requests for some sesame seeds (Yes, that's our trade
, not very fair is it?). The only way to change what he wants is to go in and
out of the shop, until he say's something that's in your inventory. A flask,
toy solider and a rocking horse would be your best bet for a faster trade so
go find them and keep talking to Herman.
Eventually when you have your sesame seeds, go back to the dump - it's time to
nab that squirrel! (Just hypnotizing the squirrel again, skip this if you know
how): Use the seeds on the log that the squirrel is sitting on, then - when
lured closer - use the Nut-on-a-String on the squirrel. Got him? Good. Now...
we still need off this land right? Maybe Darm would be willing to help us out?
Feel free to check out the Fish Cream Parlor along the way - can we say
"deserted"!? And the Magician's Lodge can be accessed by a simple picking-of-
the-lock trick! Not that there's much in there to do, so back to the toy
factory for a jump into the cellar.
Now we are off to Darm & Brandywine abode. Click the green apple on the rug in
the cellar, then click the red apple. Darm's his usual useless self, so it's up
to Brandywine to take charge! She want's a squirrel eh? Hmm...I do believe I
have one around here somewhere...(hand her the damn squirrel). Ah finally, our
ticket out of here...again. To return to the outside, click the pipe you fell
from to climb up again.
Go to the town arena, and use the portal potion to be whisked back to the
dreaded Island....
_Back to Isle of Cats___________
Ah the Ruins again...yippee. Go outside and collect the Machete. Off to the
Colossus, go Left twice then Up to reach...Fluffy? Ugh, this cat seriously
needs to get back to civilization...
Ok, speak to him to find out what's going on and receive a nifty Cheese-Maker!
Now head Right to get back to the Altar, then left to the Colossus. Use the
cheese maker and then use the cheese on the mouse statue. Ah, come to me my
pretties! Take all 6 gems and return to Fluffy. Speak with him one more time
to receive...Tuna? Hmm..ok, use the Can of Tuna to arrive in...whew...Kyrandia.
_Back to Kyrandia_______________
Malcolm seems to be missing some items...let's head to our faithful dump -
whew! Grab the Queen's collar, time to give it a good home :)
Enter the castle...heheh, it's always good to see the royal family in chains :p
Give one of your gem's to Peg-Leg Louie, he'll call J.C. down, and now's our
chance for revenge on those back-stabbing pirates! Give him the queen's collar.
Hope they like Tic-Tac-Toe... :p

"Guilty until proven innocent: Kyrandia's no. 1 Law"
This section may go a little different depending on which conscience you chose.
However the walkthrough applies for all three choices, so read on...
Alright, so we started this game with the knowledge...or maybe the assumption,
that Malcolm was indeed innocent. But since no one believes him, we are going
to have to bring back a witness. A royal seance is in order. So we need a
picture of William, and help from the Town's oh-so silent, Voice of Reason
(whom's taste's include those disgusting Fish Cream sandwiches... :p).

Since the kid seems to have disapeared on us, the only way we are going to get
a Fish Cream Sandwich is to make one for ourselves...
First collect your other item's you dropped from either the Pegasus landing or
the Town arena. You can drop the cheese-maker if you wish (unless you have
Stuart on your side - he seems to want to help those pathetic mousey people for
some reason...ugh).
Like most parts of the game, time to get tedious! We need to get 3 portions of
sesame seeds (if you have both Gunther and Stewart, you can find one portion of
sesame seeds in the Magician's Lodge).
Ok so, time to grab all our bartering items and were off to visit Herman. Same
deal as before, trade him what ever he currently want's until you have enough
seeds. Also, it is important to buy the Crutch ASAP, should he put it on
display. Just drag a gemstone to him to purchase it. I also purchased any of
his other item's for sale, so I could resell it to him, should he ask for it.

DON'T buy the dagger. There is a reason your conscience warns you about it. But
if your like me and hate's being told what not to do, feel free to ignore and
see some gore...death is only a save slot away, right? :p
Got the Crutch and Seeds? Good, now drop the remaining gemstones, we are off to
the dump! We need: A bent nail, a straight nail, Nut-on-a-String and a flask.
Create the fishing hook (nut & bent nail), and go to the cellar. We now need 3
eels. Use 2 eel's on 2 of the seed portions for 2 lot's of fertilized seeds.
Next, water the 2 seeds and presto! Big Sprouts!
Head to the dairy, place the two sprout's in the green hopper to lure those
cows in. Use your lovely straight nail on the cream tank and load up a flask!
Alright, back to the Fish Cream Parlor now, we need to fix this stupid machine.
Use the crutch on the machine and then load up the 3 ingredients. Place the
cream, eel and remaining sesame seed into the ingredient's hopper and click the
red button.
Ta-da! Finally got my hand's on a Fish Cream Sandwich! Now, try and tear your
self away from taking a big bite out of it, :p long enough to go to Malcolm's
apartment. Look under his bed for...why, Will's pic! How fortunate :)
Next, fall into the cellar, and climb the stairs to the Town Hall.
Talk to the Voice of Reason, then put William's portrait into the cabinet.
Hmm...seems Malcolm was telling the truth after all?! I never doubted him ^-^
Now, give our sandwich to the Voice of Reason.
Alright, since they won't come to us, we will go to them! Arriving in the Fish
Cream Parlor - all you have to do is place William's portrait once more into
Marko's Cabinet.
And - voila! The end of the Legend of Kyrandia series. Aw...
Enjoy the ending scenes - you deserve them ;) These will differ according to
which conscience Malcolm chose. So feel free to restore from where Malcolm just
returned from Hell and choose a different guide...

Q: Not again!?! I just did all that, how many times do I have to repeat this
task/quest??
A: As many as it takes unfortunately. This game is riddled with many tedious
sections, and the only way to get through is to grin and bear them - sorry :(
Q: Gunther warns me not to do something - should I listen?
A: Yes, or the outcome will most likely be...unpleasant. But then again, Death
is only a save slot away - so feel free to ignore his advice if you wish...
Q: I'm lost in the Jungle and Malcolm's itching himself, help!?
A: I would restore to a point where you were out of the jungle, since the map
of the jungle wraps around itself, it might end up being your grave. If you
know where you are though, jump into any mud puddles you may see along the way
- it will rid Malcolm of his fleas. Or simply pick them off him, one by one...
Q: I saw this weird swinging creature in the jungle!? What was that?
A: Lol, if you have played Legend of Kyrandia 2: The Hand of Fate, you might
make out a brief cameo of the cute little side-kick known as Fawn :)
Q: I've lost all my item's when I get back to Kyrandia!
A: Don't panic - first, check the dump. Then check the Town Arena and Pegasus
Landing.
Q: At the End's of the Earth - is it necessary to go into all the caves?
A: Yes - you need to go searching through them all to see which one will take
you to Limbo...
