Some titles can be acquired through any of the four games, and some require
a certain Guild Wars game. "Core" means that the title can be acquired with
any Guild Wars game.
There are only two titles that you can lose the chance of acquiring on
a character - Survivor and Legendary Defender of Ascalon. These two are
mutually exclusive, meaning that a character can't have both.
