Well Hello and Huzzah to thee. After reading about this game on
Seanbaby.com I just had to play, and I did. In fact I loved it so much
I ended up here. So on with the FAQ.

1) Power-ups!
The Pie (Might be dirt…)
The pie is your only weapon against your deadly foes. If you get 2
pies, you can now shoot them twice as fast. Your speed is not affected
after the 2nd pie. It also allows you to take 1 more hit without being
killed. Also if you take a hit, you lose one of your pies.
The Skateboard
This Item Makes you go faster. It too also lets you take another hit
without dying.
The Teddy bear.
My first time through this game I didn't see it. I'm pretty sure
there's only one in the entire game on the sixth level. It gives you
500 pts.
2) Side Notes
I'll assume you'll be using an emulator for this game. The only one
I've found that works is RockNesX. Others may play the game, but they
cut off the top line of text. I knew something was a miss when Wally
Bear said "Get into cars with strangers"
3) Walkthrough
LEVEL 1
Well after you've seen the title screen you can pretty much tell how
this whole game is going to turn out. But that has to be your driving
force! You must really believe that you are going to save Toby turtle.
Well it seems Uncle Gary Grizzly has planned a party for you and the
"No Gang", and you need to be there before dark. Your parents will
babble mindless anti-drug rhymes and then we're off!
First thing you take note of the flying birds. They aren't a problem in
your on the ground because you can duck and they'll fly right by you.
If you do see one coming at you can press backwards and you'll slowdown
and go back a little in mid-air. The dogs aren't hard at all to get by.
So after you've learned how to get past the birds you're set for the
1st level.
LEVEL 2
It seems our good friend Toby Turtle has been tempted by evil, and it's
our job as his good friends to save him from Ricky Rat. Some how we
embark from the train station onto a subway.
The level is really simple there are very few things you have to watch
out for. As much fun as it would be to drive strait through just
shooting each rat one by one without stopping it doesn't work. I hope
you still have your pie because that will make this extremely simple
level even easier. All I have to say it slow down before after each
subway car. The rats will randomly jump up so don't get too cocky with
jumping over them. The little gray balls the rats throw at you are
easily jumped over.
Well then you have a little talk with Toby. He realized then he doesn't
need drugs or a gang to be cool. So I guess he goes along to the party
because he ends up there.
LEVEL 3
Level three is almost exactly the same thing as level one. There are
only two things different. Many Ricky rats seem to be wandering around.
They are just throwing the same dust ball around so just shoot them
with a pie or jump over them.
Well when we get to the end we find out that Ricky rat has stolen
Priscilla's new radio! So you say you both should go after him!
LEVEL 4
Well it seems Priscilla had better things to do so you're on your own.
You can tell right off the bat this is exactly like level two in every
detail. Just shoot the rats with pies and your done.
Well you get the Radio back to her and both of you are glad. You then
get a speech about why stealing is so bad. Shame on you Ricky Rat.
LEVEL 5
Well after you get off the subway you're finally into a new level. If
you take notice of the street signs some of them say nothing. Some of
the ones on the walls of buildings just say "NO" on them. Odd as this
may seem we must get to that party on time!
You really need your pie on this level. It's best to go slowly through
this level because at seemingly random times 3 crows will fly out of
the side of the screen. Also take note that Ricky Rat is out for
revenge over the loss of Toby Turtle so he'll try to drop bombs on you
out of the black filled windows. He can be shot with a well-aimed pie,
but will come back right away.
If you really feel like you're a master at dodging random birds, bombs,
and bulldogs there is an easier way to do that. There is a skate board
on the first building you see Ricky Rat dropping bombs out of. You have
to get to the top of the building by jumping on the ledges. Then skate
over to where you're over the board, and then press down and A then
you'll drop and have to board to attempt zooming through the level.
Well you'll reach the parking garage and there you'll meet a green
tiger. Oh no! It seems Larry Lizard has been drinking. You then go onto
to talk about how no one should drink and drive.
LEVEL 6
Well the first lizard you see kill it with a pie! It seems Larry got
the rest of his lizard friends to drink with him because there are
about 7 other lizards wandering around throwing green dust balls at you
now. You can pretty much ignore them though.
First thing you have to do is drop to the bottom level by pressing down
and A. Then go to the left and you'll get a skateboard. Now you can
jump high enough to go up a level. Go to the top, get the pie, go all
the way to the right, drop down to the second driveway and go in.
LEVEL 6
I'm not fully sure as to why you're here. This is the hardest part of
the game. You now must deal with bats, hard jumps that if you miss you
die, lizard armed with coconuts, snakes, and this mysterious green
stuff dripping from the ceiling. Being your regular Wally self decide
to skate board through this all.
This is a level you'll have to run, then stop, run then stop. If you
find your self being chased by a bat or a coconut and your about to run
into a drip of green stuff jump strait up and press backwards along as
this wont put you in the water you should dodge both dangers.
If your at a point between big jumps where only bats can get you, just
duck and watch the timing of the green stuff. You'll need to time your
jumps after that. There is a skateboard in there but I don't recommend
going after it. It makes it too hard to stop.
If you happen to see the bear don't go after it unless you have a pie
to kill the lizard with. He'll nail you with a coconut if you try to
get it. Seeing as points are pretty much worthless just keep dodging
the random objects.
Soon enough you come to what looks to be the entrance to an evil base,
sorry to say this is another part of the level. Ricky Rat has really
outdone himself this time. There are now giant masks on the walls
shooting green fire at you. All I can say is keep moving and jump as
low as you can or you'll be hit. Pay no attention to the second door
and just go to the third door and go in.
Is it over yet? No, it's the same kind of jumps and dodges. You come
back to what looks like an entrance to an evil fort, go in there.
You're very close to being done now. You must jump from ledge to ledge
now. You can skate across the bars connecting the towers. Get to the
top by jumping on the small ledge in between the bigger ledges. Once to
the top, go to the right. Drop down to the second to the last door and
enter it.
Well the worst is over. I do believe if you can survive that last level
you can now dodge anything on a normal level
LEVEL 7
Ok, you've just had a very hard time with the last level. If you're
feeling confident in your dodging ability simply hold down forward and
jump at needed times. It isn't too hard you're just dodging Ricky rat
throwing bombs and dropping bombs from windows. When you get in front
of Grizzly's house take note of all the broken windows.
Finally you're done! You're awesome! You can now sit back and watch
your 20-second ending. You really should get to the end; they give
great advice there.
