II.  STORY
=============================================================================
(from instruction manual)

Willy, the Rockin' Kat, (our hero!) and his girl, Jill, are the cutest couple
to jazz around New York in years!  Unfortunately, while Willy was doing a
solo, the local crime boss, Mugsy, caught a peep at Jill and knew he had to
have her!  In his underhand way, he sent his loyal pack of thugs to kidnap
poor Jill.  It was cat-burglary, all right.  By the time Willy finds out, his
girl has been hidden away deep in the city.  The fur starts to fly when he
takes on the crime world to save her.  Willy must find his way though the hot
streets, a not-so-funny amusement park, and the wild west (among other
dangerous adventures!) with only his punch gun at his side.  You'd better go
along to help out!

Basic Controls
--------------
Up          :  aim punch gun up

Punch Gun Moves
---------------
Here are all the moves that Willy can do with his punch gun.

*** Punch ***
Press B button to attack with the punch gun.  You can use the D-pad to
control which direction that the gun fires in.  Up to 8 directions (Up,
Up+Right, Right, Down+Right, Down, Down+Left, Left, Up+Left) may be pressed
to fire the gun in those directions.  This only works if you are in the air.
The glove may only be fired in a few (Left, Up+Left, Up, Up+Right, Right)
directions when you are standing on the ground.  The gun will go left or
right if you do not press in any direction.


*** Jump ***
Your basic jump.  You can use the punch gun during a jump.


*** Punch' N Jump ***
Willy can use his punch gun to increase the height of his jump.  Jump up and
press DOWN and B button after you reach the height of your jump and are
starting to fall down to punch the ground.  Don't punch too early or you will
not hit the ground.  Jumping in this manner will almost be twice the height
of your normal jump.  Punching too late will not give you as high a boost.


*** Smash Attack ***
You can smash into your enemies with this move.  Stand next to any solid
object (i.e. trash cans, rocks, fire hydrants, etc) and punch it.  You will
be pushed back and will hurt any enemies that touch you as you fly back.
This move only works if you do punch left or right.  Any other direction will
push you back but you will not injure any enemies that bump into you.


*** Spin Attack ***
The most important move to learn.  This move will let you grab onto an object
and swing on it.  The hammer punch cannot be used for this move.  First you
need to grab onto an object by punching it from the bottom of the object.
You will grab the object if you correctly timed the punch.  Press B button
again to start swinging.  Any enemies that get hit during your swing will get
hurt.  Press B button while swinging to launch into a spin jump.  Time the
release at the right moment or you might not go in the direction you
intended.  See figure 1 below for a diagram of the directions that you can
swing in.

Directions are abbreviated: north (N), northeast (NE), east (E), southeast
(SE), south (S), southwest (SW), west (W), northwest (NW).  You will fly off
in the direction indicated in parentheses relative to the point your body was
at when you pressed the button.  The center of the figure is where your glove
is at.

(This figure applies only if you face the right.  Just reverse east with west
and vice versa if you face the left.)

*** Spin Jump ***
This move causes Willy to spin during his jump.  He will hurt any enemy that
he touches while he is in the spin jump.  This move is automatically
performed after you let go during a swing (see spin attack above).


*** Catch and Throw ***
Willy can use his punch gun to catch objects that fall down from the sky.
First press and hold B button down to hold out your punch gun like a mitt.
Now walk under the object and catch it with your glove.  Throw the item by
letting go of the B button.

IV.  GAMEPLAY
=============================================================================
Objective
---------
The goal is to select the various numbered channels (1-5) on the channel
select screen and fight your way through each one.  Defeat each boss at the
end of each channel to move on to another channel.  Defeat all of the
channels to win the game.


Game Screen
-----------
The game screen has two parts.  The top part is the action field.  Your
character will move about the screen along with your enemies.  Kill all your
enemies and grab any items that appear.  The bottom of the screen displays
(from left to right) the number of lives you have left, your current cash
total, and your current life total.


Continuing and Passwords
------------------------
The game ends when you lose all of your lives.  You will be given the option
to continue or to get a password.  Selecting continue will bring you back to
the channel select screen.  You will retain the money you have earned thus
far, but your items and points scored will be lost.

Selecting password will result in the screen displaying a 10 character
password.  Write it down carefully.  Don't mix up the g and 9, 6 and G, l and
1, y and Y, and the zodiac and other symbols.  Enter the password when you
replay the game by selecting the password option from the title screen.
Table 1 the lists of possible characters to choose from during password
entry.

V.  ITEMS/WEAPONS

The following items may be found in each channel.

Bag of Money
Grab any bags with dollar signs to add $10 to your total.

Big Heart
Fully restores your energy meter.

Small Heart
Restores 1 heart to your energy meter.

1-up
This item looks like Willy's face.  Grab it to gain an extra life.


Weapons
-------
The following weapons may only be purchased from the shop channel (S) during
the channel select screen.

Name :  Bomber
Price:  $100
Desc.:  Your punch gun will fire a bomb out now.  They explode upon contact
       with the ground.  Not a very useful weapon.

Name :  Hammer Punch
Price:  $200
Desc.:  Your punch gun's glove is now a mace instead.  It deals 3 times the
       damage of the regular punch except on bosses.  Very useful in the
       later areas.

Name :  Twin Balls
Price:  $300
Desc.:  Your attack will shoot out two balls above and below your glove.  The
       balls will extend your attack range as well.  This is the most
       valuable weapon of them all.

Name :  Jet Sneakers
Price:  $400
Desc.:  You can hover after a jump for a few seconds by pressing and holding
       the A button down.  Hovering is not required to pass any area so the
       sneakers are not very useful.

Name :  1-up
Price:  $500
Desc.:  Add an extra life to your current life total.

VI.  BONUS STAGE CHANNEL
=============================================================================
You can select this channel from the channel select screen at any time by
highlighting the "B."  You can choose from one of three possible games here.
Note that each game requires money to play.  You can win money or extra
lives.

Name :  Roulette
Price:  $50
Desc.:  This game is pure luck.  You will win whatever prize that the wheel
       stops on.  There are 8 spaces on the wheel.  A chart to the right
       lists what prize you get for each number.  Prizes are $25, $25, $50,
       $100, 1-up, or 3-up.  There are also two "X"'s that give you nothing.
       Press A button to stop the wheel.  You get two tries to play.  The
       numbers and prizes get rearranged each play so pay attention to the
       chart.  This game is easy/hard depending on how well you can press
       the button to stop the wheel.
Tips :  See the chart for prizes and then look for prizes that are grouped
       together.  Then press the button when the wheel spins to one of the
       prizes in the group.  You will often get one of the few prizes in the
       group this way.  This is better than getting nothing.


Name :  Basketball
Price:  $25
Desc.:  The object of this game is to use your spin attack to land in one of
       the moving baskets in 30 seconds or less.  If you miss, you get up to
       three bounces to knock yourself in before you have to try again.  You
       get two tries.  The prizes are $25, $50, $90, and 1-up.  This game is
       hard to win money at.
Tips :  It's hard to win so just swing and try your best.  You can just jump
       to the closest basket and bounce your way in.  Don't bother getting
       the horizontal moving basket because you'll miss more often than not.
       Use the bounces to your advantage after you miss a basket to redirect
       yourself in.


Name :  Pipe Toss
Price:  $100
Desc.:  The object of this game is to catch the balls that drop and then
       throw them into the pipes.  You have 40 seconds to throw up to 8
       balls through a $10, $30, or $70 pipe.  A net gain of $460 can be won
       if you make the balls go into eight $70 pipes.  This is the best game
       to win easy money at.
Tips :  There are several heights from which to throw a ball.  Press UP and
       LEFT to extend your glove up to get a ball.  Now whichever pipe to
       hit is up to you.  The higher the cash award, the harder it is to
       hit.  To hit the $10 pipe, just stand and throw it.  Timing is
       critical.  Usually you can throw it when the pipe finishes moving up
       or down.  To hit the $30 pipe, you need to press and hold UP to throw
       the ball just a split second before the $30 pipe finishes moving up.
       To hit the $70 pipe, you need to jump and press UP.  Then throw the
       ball when the $70 finishes moving down.  It's hard to do but you can
       throw the balls one after another once you get the timing down.
       Jumping up to catch the balls sooner is another technique you can do.
       The fastest I have ever won is $560 in 13 seconds without missing any
       shots.

VII.  WALKTHROUGH
=============================================================================
This walkthrough will guide you through the entire game.  All the channels
where you actually fight enemies and bosses are below.  See section "V.
Items/Weapons" for the shop channel and section "VI.  Bonus Stage Channel"
for the bonus stage channel.

I assume that the reader is familiar with the game controls because I will
not be explaining them.  See the controls section for further details.  You
can select the first four channels in any order but the game will get
progressively more difficult with each new channel that you play no matter
what order you play them in.  All this means is that more enemies start
appearing in the later levels than normal.  They also do more damage.  For
example, if I enter channel 4 with the first 3 channels already completed,
then more enemies will appear than if I had picked channel 4 without first
completing any other channel.  This walkthrough will go through the channels
in numeric order starting with channel 1.  Use as much/little as you need

Notation/Terminology
--------------------
I've given the enemies names of my own.  These are not the official names.
I've also called punching diagonally down against a wall to be a wall punch.
I have called punch' n jump simply as ground punching.  I sometimes tell you
to punch in a certain direction like northeast or southwest.  All directions
will follow the compass needle and be abbreviated NE, NW, SE, SW, N, E, W, or
S.


Channel 1 - Downtown Street
===========================
Area 1
------
Ok, now is a perfect time to practice all of your moves.  Be able to punch
and jump as well as to swing from objects.  You can practice your swing on
the awning above the green doors.  Head right when you're ready.

You'll fight a red dog dressed in white and wearing a black hat.  The enemies
must be punched to be defeated in this game.  You cannot jump on them like
other platform games.  Anyway, the hat looks like a mortarboard and the
animal resembles a pig so I'm going to call these guys diploma pigs from now
on.  Punch the diploma pig out.  Go right.  You'll fight a gangster wolf.
He'll fire two bullets at you.  You can jump over them.  Time your jumps to
land in the space between the bullets to avoid them both.  Now punch the wolf
three times to kill him.  Now there's a moneybag above you.  Jump and punch
the orange railing to grab it.  Then swing your way up to the moneybag.  Go
right and drop down.  Kill the diploma pig to the right.  Go right.  Poodles
will appear on the second story windows above you and drop flowerpots down.
Catch one of them with your gun.

Go right and throw the flowerpot at the diploma pig.  Then jump on the fire
hydrant.  The hydrant will spew water out to the right.  The water should
take care of the diploma pig to the right.  Continue heading right
afterwards.  You should see a root beer sign above you.  The root beer can
will drop after you walk under it.  Extend your glove out as you walk under
it.  Then aim your glove up and catch it as it falls.  Then go right.  Chuck
the can at the gangster wolf and diploma pig to the right.  Now punch the
diploma pig to your left.  Go right.  You'll encounter another gangster wolf.
Jump over his bullets and punch him out.  Then go right again.  The poodles
in the first window above should have dropped the pot while you were punching
out the wolf so it's safe to proceed.  There's a moneybag above.  No need to
swing up to reach it.  A simple ground punch is all you need to do to get it.

Go right.  You'll fight another diploma pig.  Let it approach you and then
punch it out.  Then go right and another diploma pig approaches from the
left.  Punch it out and then go right until you push against the next trash
can.  A diploma pig pops out from your left.  Punch him out.  Then jump on
the trash can.  A gangster wolf will appear to the right.  Stay on the trash
can to avoid his bullets.  Now punch the wolf as he walks near.  Then grab
the gray platform above you and swing up to the root beer sign.  Go right and
jump over the pit below.  Go right and a gangster wolf appears.  Jump over
his bullets and punch him out.  Go a ground punch to get the moneybag above
you.  Now go right.  Another diploma pig appears.  Punch him out and continue
going right.  Watch out for the window poodle's flowerpots.  Continue going
right until you see a heart.  Punch the diploma pigs in the area.  Then stand
under the heart and ground punch to get it.  Now go right, punch the diploma
pigs in your way, and enter the next area.


Area 2
------
Go right and punch out both diploma pigs that appear to your left and right.
Now there's a pit to the right.  You can do a last minute jump to cross,
ground punch diagonally, or swing across.  I prefer to swing across by
grabbing the street lamp since it's the safest method.  Now go right once you
pass the pit to run into two gangster wolves.  Jump on the trash can to avoid
their shots.  Then punch them out as they approach.  Now go right.  You'll
see a 1-up on the awning above a door.  Jump to get it.  Kill the diploma
pigs that appear and then go right to fight a mini-boss.


Mini-boss:  Big Bird

No, it's not that lovable bird from Sesame Street.  This bird is fat and
mean.  He'll hop around trying to squish you.  Punch him and he'll retaliate
by laying an egg and bouncing it at you.  Run back a few steps.  Then jump
over the egg and punch the bird during your jump.  Then jump over the next
egg he lays and repeat this until you land 6 hits.  Now Big Bird turns purple
and starts laying eggs without requiring you to hit him first.  Just repeat
the punch, retreat, and jump strategy.  Another 6 hits will defeat him.
You'll get fully healed after you win.

Now go right and kill the diploma pig.  Now enter the manhole to go to the
next area.


Area 3
------
You'll see Jill on a train as it leaves.  You'll borrow the cart from another
little cat.  Now chase after the train.  You can push LEFT to slow down and
RIGHT to speed up.  Punch the first two green lizards that rush out in carts.
Now you'll approach the train.  Train dogs will appear by the windows to
shoot you.  Don't push LEFT or RIGHT now.  Let yourself slowly approach the
train dogs.  They'll shoot diagonally down at you if you do this.  Now jump
after they fire and punch them.  Then let yourself approach the next dog and
repeat this pattern.  Defeat the first three train dogs.  Now a lizard
appears from the right.  Punch him.  Defeat the next dog over.  Then jump to
get the moneybag.  Punch the next two train dogs that you meet.  Then you'll
see a moneybag on the train.  Jump and punch the third train dog and you
should grab the bag as well.  Now punch the lizard that rushes out from the
right.  Then punch the train dog afterwards.  The next train dog guards a
heart above.  Punch him out first.  Then jump to get the heart.  Go right and
punch the last train dog.  Now lots of lizards will appear from the right
side.  You can push RIGHT now to speed up.  Just keep punching as you head
right to defeat all 5 lizards.  Then speed through the doorway to the next
area.


Area 4
------
You're in a sewer now.  I hope that you can jump and punch well because this
skill is required in this area.  I shall call it wall punching.  The idea is
to stand next to a wall and punch it to push yourself upward.  So stand next
to the left wall.  Jump and punch the wall diagonally downward (push DOWN &
LEFT) twice quickly to land on the pipe above.  Jump up to the pipe above.
Stand next to the left wall and wall punch your way up to the pipe above.
You should land on the pipe and take out the sewer dog too.  Ignore the sewer
dog on the right and jump on top of the pipe that the other sewer dog was in.
Now jump and wall punch your way up to the pipe above.  There's a sewer dog
in the pipe above.  Aim up and punch him.  Then stand under the pipe and jump
and punch downward to get on top of it.

Jump and punch downward again to get on the pipe above.  There is a sewer dog
to the right.  Ignore him.  Stand next to the left wall.  Then jump and wall
punch up to the pipe above.  A sewer dog is in the pipe above.  Stand under
him, aim up, and jump and punch him.  Then stand next to the left wall.  Jump
and punch downward to get the 1-up.  Now you should see a hook in the middle
of the screen near the top.  You'll need to swing on it to the fat pipe on
the right side.  First, walk to the right side of the pipe so you're under
the hook.  Don't worry, the sewer dog to the right won't hit you if you stand
there.  Don't jump.  Aim up and punch to grab the hook.  Now swing into the
fat pipe to enter the next area.


Area 5
------
This area is short.  All you do is go right and dodge the falling bullhorns.
I find that tapping the D-pad will let you avoid all the bullhorns safely.
Tap it fast enough so that you make Willy's foot look like it is tapping the
floor.  You can also catch the bullhorns with your glove.  No matter what
method you choose, go right until you reach the other side.  You'll then
fight the boss.


Boss:  The Bull Band

The band consists of three members:  drummer, guitarist, and lead singer.
The drummer and guitarist will drop bullhorns on you after you attack the
lead singer a few times.  They drop the bullhorns at random intervals.  The
lead singer will shoot musical notes at you, two at a time.  Jump between the
notes to avoid them.  He'll reappear at another hole after you hit him.  You
only need to kill the lead singer to win this fight.  However, I find killing
the other two band members is easier than dodging the bullhorns.  Go after
the drummer first.  Punch the lead singer until he appears at the right hole.
Now you can easily dodge his notes.  Then jump and punch the drummer.  It
doesn't matter where you hit him as hitting the left and right cymbal stands
will also count as a hit.

Dodge the lead singer's notes and continue to hit the drummer for a total of
eight hits to defeat him.  He'll drop a small heart.  Ground punch to reach
it.  Now go after the guitarist, but hit the lead singer until he reappears
on the left hole.  Then jump and punch the guitarist.  You'll have to hit the
guitarist's body for the hit to count.  Hitting his speaker will not count.
Hit him eight times to defeat him.  Don't forget to watch out for the lead
singer's notes as you are doing this.  He'll drop a heart.  Ground punch to
get it.  Now it's just you and the lead singer.  Just jump over his notes and
punch him.  Stay away from the holes to avoid getting hit by the singer as he
reappears.  Try to hit him as he reappears to prevent him from firing notes
at you.  He'll be defeated after you hit him a total of 26 times.

Now I strongly recommend going to the shop channel and buying the twin balls
for $300 before you head to the next channel.


Channel 2 - Sky Ace
===================
Area 1
------
Equip the twin balls that you just bought.  Then go right.  You'll see a bomb
dog.  He has a short range with which to throw his bomb at you.  Your twin
balls will easily extend your range well past his so you can safely stand
back and defeat him.  Just watch out for the bomb's explosion because it can
hurt you if you touch it.  Go slowly to the right and another bomb dog throws
a bomb at you.  It will miss you if you walked slowly.  Now stand as close as
you can to the bomb's range.  Then jump up and punch the bomb dog.  You
should be able to hit him from here.  Now go right and there's a moneybag on
the tower above.  Ground punch up to get the bag.  Then go right and a bomb
dog sadly throws his bombs at you (which don't even come close to hitting
you).  Punch him and continue heading right.

Pay attention to the green planes in the background.  Stop when you get to
the second plane.  There's a bomb dog high atop the tower to the right.  He
should be visible.  If not, then slowly edge your way right until he just
appears.  Now his bombs should not be able to land on the ground.  Move back
to the left if they do hit the ground.  Now wait for the dog to throw his
bomb.  Then quickly run to the right before he can throw another one.  You'll
find another bomb dog under the tower.  Punch him out.  Then stand under the
tower, aim up, and punch the dog.  Now go right.  Watch the hangars in the
background.  Stop when you reach the second hangar.  If you approach the
third hangar, an airplane will appear and drop a bomb on you.  You'll need to
get the jump on it first.  Go right and jump up.  Punch the plane before it
drops its bomb on you.  If it does drop the bomb, then walk to the left to
dodge it.  Now continue to the right.  Another plane appears when you
approach the second green plane in the background.  Jump and punch it out.

Go right slowly.  You'll see a bomb dog to the right.  His bomb will stop
just in front of the right green plane.  Jump and punch him.  Ground punch up
to the platform above.  Then jump up to get the moneybag.  Go right and
you'll see a 1-up below.  A bomb dog is to your right side.  Run to the edge
of the platform and punch the dog.  You will hit him from there thanks to the
twin balls (see how useful they are?).  Now drop down and get the 1-up.  Go
right and ground punch up to the platform above.  A bomb dog is on the other
platform to the right.  Slowly walk to the right edge of the platform that
you're on now.  Punch the dog from here.  You will be able to hit him from
the rightmost edge.  Then jump on the top platform above.  Go right and get
the heart.  Then keep heading right.  Count the green planes in the
background.  A plane will appear when you reach the third green plane.  Jump
and punch the plane before it drops the bomb on you.  Go right and another
plane appears between the first two hangars.  Jump and punch it.  Then go
right to enter the next area.


Area 2
------
It's an aerial fight here.  You won't fall off the plane so don't worry about
jumping.  Punch the birds that appear from the right.  Kill the first four
birds.  Then two birds appear at the same time.  Jump between them to safely
pass.  Kill the next two birds.  Suddenly a plane rushes out at you.  Jump
and punch it.  The bomb will miss you.  Hit the first three planes in this
manner.  The fourth plane will appear high in the sky.  Just stand on your
plane and you'll safely avoid the bomb.  Now jump and punch the next two
planes.  Then two birds will appear.  Jump between them.  You'll approach a
large blimp.  Its propellers will not hurt you but the cannon turrets will.
Jump and punch them before they can fire at you.  Destroy both of them and
you'll then fight a mini-boss.


Mini-boss:  Air Dog

This dog will fly around both sides and throw a green ball at you.  He can
also throw a red ball that will explode.  Sometimes he will try to land above
your head and touch you.  You can move around the plane now.  This also means
that you can jump off as well as get knocked off to your death.  Stay on the
top of the plane as much as possible.  Try to avoid the tail if you can.
Stay on one side and then lure the dog into throwing a ball at you.  Move
away the other way to avoid it.  You can also jump over the ball to avoid it.
The biggest threat here is yourself because you need to stay on the plane.
Just jump back and forth to hit the dog.  You can also hit the dog as he
flies over your head so don't pass up that opportunity to sneak in a quick
hit or two.  Jump punch the dog because you can get two successive hits with
the twin balls equipped (glove hit and twin balls hit).  26 hits will defeat
this puppy.  You'll get fully healed.

Now quickly punch the two birds to the right  Then jump into the blimp's
opening to enter the next area.


Area 3
------
You'll need to wall punch in this area.  Stand on the left wall.  Jump and
ground punch.  Then quickly wall punch to get to the ledge above.  Jump twice
to get to the top ledge.  Stand on the right edge of the ledge.  Face the
left wall.  Punch it and get pushed back to the right.  Push RIGHT after
punching the wall to land on the platform to the right.  Jump towards the
right wall and wall punch it to get to the platform above.  Jump up to the
platform above afterwards.  Then jump on the small blue platform and ride it
to the left.  Then jump on the small ledge to the left.  Jump and ground
punch the ledge.  Then quickly wall punch to reach the ledge above.  Jump
over the pit to the right side.  Jump and grab the moneybags.  Then jump on
the small blue platform.  Ride it to the left.  Jump to the doorway to enter
the next area.


Area 4
------
Don't move.  To the left is a boomerang dog.  Duck to avoid his boomerangs
and punch him twice.  Then go left.  You'll fight another boomerang dog.
Punch him quickly before he can throw his boomerangs out.  Go left.  A blue
ball should be visible above you.  It will try to touch you.  Punch it three
times to defeat it.  Then go left and another boomerang dog shows up.  Punch
him out.  Then ground punch to reach the platform to the left.  You'll now
see a blue ball and a boomerang dog to the left.  Punch them both from a
distance.  Then walk left to the left side of the platform.  You'll see a
blue ball to the left.  Punch it from the platform.  Drop down to the left.
You'll fight another boomerang dog.  Jump and punch him out.  Now look up.
You should see a hook.  Jump and grab onto the hook with your glove.  Start
swinging on the hook as it moves to the left.  Let it stop on the left side.

Then time your swing and jump off to the platform to the left.  A boomerang
dog and blue ball await you on the platform.  Quickly punch the boomerang dog
before he can react.  Then punch out the blue ball.  Go left and punch the
boomerang dog that appears.  Go to the end of the platform.  Above you is a
small blue platform on a wheel.  Face right first.  Then jump and grab the
platform with your glove.  Then start swinging on it.  Time your swing so
that you release when you are at the top of the swing.  You will fly fast to
the left and land on the left side of a platform.  The door to the area 5a is
just to your right.  Do not move right or you'll enter it.  Jump on the
platform to the left and punch out the blue ball there.  Then grab the 1-up.
Now walk to the left side of the platform.  Drop down on the platform below
(press DOWN and A) to enter a secret door to area 5b.

(Area 5a and 5b both lead to the boss.  They only differ in items found in
each)


Area 5a
-------
This area is entered by taking the first door from area 4.  Don't move and
you'll land on a small ledge.  Walk off to the right and push against the
ledge as you fall.  You'll pick up a 1-up and a moneybag as you fall down.
You'll land on a platform below.  Walk off the left side.  You'll land and
find a boomerang dog to your right.  Punch him out.  Then jump on the
platform to the right to fight the boss.


Area 5b
-------
This area is entered by taking the second door from area 4.  Don't move and
you'll land on a small ledge.  You'll see a 1-up.  Walk off to the left to
get the 1-up as you fall.  Push against the ledge as you fall.  You'll then
pass two moneybags.  Push RIGHT as you fall so that you line up under the
right moneybag.  You'll pick up a second 1-up during the fall.  You'll land
on a platform.  Walk off to the left and drop down.  Jump on the platform to
the right to fight the boss.


Boss:  Mugsy's Machine

This multiarmed machine has several attacks.  They are randomly selected each
time the machine rotates.  The first attack is to drop a hand to the ground.
It will fire three bullets out.  The second attack is to drop a hand to the
ground which will bounce slowly towards you.  The third attack is to drop a
hand holding a gas grenade to the ground.  It will release two gas clouds out
at you.  The fourth attack is to drop a hand to the ground which will bounce
quickly towards you.  The key to this battle is to avoid touching the machine
by jumping low.  Just follow the machine from below and punch upward.  Your
twin balls will hit the machine without requiring you to jump.  You can also
attack diagonally.  Hit the machine again as it spins and then run away to
avoid getting hit as a hand drops down.

If the hand bounces, then walk under it as it bounces over you and try to get
under the machine to get in a few hits as the hand bounces away.  If the hand
fires bullets, then take small hops over each bullet.  If the hand releases
gas clouds, then hop over each cloud.  Just make sure you don't touch the
machine as you jump over the second cloud.  Now just keep following the
machine back and forth while dodging its hand attacks.  Don't get greedy and
try to make as many hits as you can because you will just get hurt.  You can
also destroy the hands if you attack them enough times.  Killing all four
will result in the machine moving around in a "V" pattern.  Stay to either
side to avoid it.  Mugsy's machine will go down after 36 hits.

Now that you have more money, I suggest you pay a visit to the shop channel
and buy the hammer punch next.  You should have enough left over to buy the
bomber too.  The jet sneakers will just have to wait.


Channel 3 - Playland
====================
Area 1
------
Even though you have the hammer punch which kills the two hit enemies with
one hit, I recommend that you stick with the twin balls instead.  There will
be more enemies now that you have completed two channels.  Go right.  You'll
fight some pogo stick dogs.  I'll call them pogo dogs from now on.  Just
stand and punch them as they approach.  Then go right again.  There's a panda
above on a red bell.  He'll try to throw plates at you.  Just step out of
their way.  Then punch the panda twice to kill him.  Be careful of any plates
that got thrown just before you killed the panda.  You can also swing on the
bell to avoid the plates.  Another neat thing is that ground punching the
weights below the bell will cause it to ring just like the game at a real
carnival.  Not useful but a nice detail anyway.  Now go right and another
panda appears.  Defeat him in the same manner as before.  Then go right
again.  You'll see some dog heads on poles.  The third one is alive.  It will
spit green balls at you.  Walk/jump out of the way.  Then go and punch the
dog head out.  One hit is all it takes.

Go right and a pogo dog pops out.  Quickly punch him before you get hit.
Continue heading right and the last dog head to the right will attack you.
Dodge its shots and punch it from below.  Go right again.  Another panda is
in your way.  Take care of this one like before by punching it from below.
Step out of the plate's way like usual.  Go right and you'll see some yellow
pipes with black spiked balls rising out from them.  Wait for the ball to
rise up high enough before you jump on the pipe.  The next pipe will start
shooting spiked balls out after you jump on the first one.  Don't worry, the
pipe that you are on is 100% safe to stand on after you jump on top of it.
Jump to the next pipe after its ball has risen up enough.  Then get the
moneybag to the right.  Get back on the second pipe.  Now the next pipe over
shoots spiked balls out.  I'm sure you can see a pattern forming here.  Just
wait for an opportunity to safely jump to each pipe.  Don't worry if you miss
a jump.  You can just get back on the previous pipe and try again.  You
should have no problems as long as you don't force a jump.  If the jump looks
questionable, then wait.  There is no rush since the game is not timed.

Go right after you pass the pipes.  Don't jump on the red platforms above.
You'll fight green lizards as you head right.  Just keep punching as you walk
to the right and you'll take them out.  You'll see a 1-up above you about
halfway through the red platforms.  Just wait for all the lizards to leave
the screen.  Then ground punch up to get it.  Drop back down to the bottom
afterwards (push DOWN and A).  Continue going right and get the heart.  More
lizards pop out so keep punching as you move.  Watch out for a lizard that
pops out from the left side.  Turn around quickly and punch him before he
hits you.  Now to the right is a high platform.  Jump on the trash can and a
panda will appear to your right.  Its purpose is to throw plates to make your
jump harder.  The plates will go through the platform to hit you so don't
think that you're safe hiding behind the platform.  However, your twin balls
also go through the platform so quickly punch the panda from the edge of the
trash can to defeat him.  Jump or duck as the plates fly towards you.  Kill
the panda off before you do anything else.  Now ground punch up to reach the
high platform.

Go right and another panda appears.  Don't bother attacking him.  Just keep
jumping over the platforms.  Drop down and get the moneybag to the right of
the panda.  Then quickly ground punch up before a plate can hit you.  A
second panda should have appeared to the right during this time.  Jump over
the plate that he throws at you and land next to him.  Quickly punch him out
before he can throw another plate at you.  He'll most likely throw another
plate before he dies so jump out of the way.  Now ground punch up to go to
the right.  More yellow pipes again.  Just wait for the spiked balls to rise
up before you jump.  Go right after you pass the pipes.  A panda appears on
the red bell above.  A lizard will also appear.  Jump and punch the lizard
first.  Try to avoid the panda's plate as you jump.  Now punch the panda
while dodging his plates.  Then go right.  Don't enter the dog's mouth yet.
There's a moneybag above you.  Grab and swing on the red bell to land on top
of the dog's nose.  Jump and grab the bag.  Now enter the dog's mouth to the
next area.


Area 2
------
A witch will fly out and throw magic dust downward.  Jump and punch her twice
before she gets close enough to hit you.  Now run to the right.  Do not stop
for anything, including the heart.  Ghost dogs will follow you but you can
outrun them.  The witches will miss you as well.  Keep going right until you
see a moneybag above.  There will probably be some ghost dogs trailing you.
Quickly turn around and punch them out.  Ground punch to get the bag.  Then
go right again to fight a mini-boss.


Mini-boss:  Big Ghost Dog

This is a giant version of the smaller ghost dogs that you encountered
earlier.  He'll fly around back and forth.  Then he will try to fly down at
you.  Move out of the way before he touches you.  After hitting the dog
enough, he will pause in the center and split into four smaller ghost dogs.
He will reappear moments later and resume the attack.  Just walk back and
forth and aim diagonally upward as you move.  Punch the dog without jumping.
If you see him pause, then he'll try to fly at you.  Stand in one spot for as
long as possible.  Then move out of the way when he is just about to touch
you.  This will lure the dog into attacking that spot and you should be able
to run away without getting hit.  Keep attacking the dog until he splits.
Then stand under the dog before he splits to safely avoid the smaller dogs.
Now attack upward.  Your twin balls will be able to hit the dog as he
reappears.  You can get a few quick hits in this way.  Now just run around
again and punch.  The dog will die after 29 hits or so.  You'll get fully
healed.

Go right without stopping.  You'll run past the ghost dogs and enter the next
area.


Area 3
------
Go right and a purple squirrel rushes at you from the right side.  Flatulence
is his attack.  Don't touch his farts or you will get hurt.  Quickly punch
him before he farts.  Then go right until you reach water.  Now there is a
platform above you.  To the left near the top is a moneybag.  Let's get the
money first.  Face the left side and grab the platform near the water.  Now
swing up to the moneybag.  Don't mess up the swing or you may die.  Then
stand as close to the water as you can get.  Then grab and swing on the
platform above.  Now falling and splashing in this water will not get you a
standing ovation.  It will, however, get you a one way ticket to death so
don't fall in.  This is easier said than done though as you'll see.  Time
your swing and you will be able to clear the water safely.  Then go right.
There's another pool of water.  To the right is a yellow platform that you
can jump to and an alligator.  Above the alligator is a moneybag on a high
platform.

Here's how to reach that platform.  First stand under the left side of the
platform above.  Now this part is requires good timing.  You will jump and
punch northeast (press UP and LEFT) so that you grab the right side the
platform.  You will jump and punch almost simultaneously.  Now swing up to
the platform above.  Do not miss or you will die.  Amazing what one will do
for some quick cash right?  Anyway, jump on the yellow platform to your right
below.  Then jump over to the next one.  There's an alligator to the right.
There's a second alligator to his right that is off screen for the moment.
The alligators will try to bite after you jump on them.  This next part is
another life & death situation so read everything you must do carefully.
Jump to the alligator.  Then quickly jump over to the next one.  Now aim up
and grab the platform above the second alligator.  Then start swinging after
you grab on to avoid getting hit by the alligator's bite.  Then time your
swing to land on the ground to the right.  A squirrel appears after you land.
Punch it out.

Then go right and punch the next squirrel that rushes out.  Go right until
you reach the edge.  Ground punch up to the platform above.  Now I strongly
recommend that you switch to the hammer punch now.  The enemies are stronger
and the twin balls aren't strong enough to defeat them quickly.  Now go right
until you reach the end of the platform.  A hoverbike dog will appear.  He'll
fire a shot at you.  Hammer punch him as he flies by.  Then jump over his
shot.  Now jump to the platform below.  Go right and you'll see a turret.  It
will shoot face balls at you.  You can deflect the balls with a hammer punch.
However, if you're quick enough you can jump and punch diagonally to nail the
turret before it can even fire.  Three hits are necessary but the hammer
punch will defeat it with one hit.  Now you know why I wanted you to equip
the hammer punch.

Finish the turret off and jump on the platform.  Go right.  Another hoverbike
dog flies out.  Punch him and jump over his shot.  Jump on the platform
below.  Go right and a turret is positioned above and to the right.  Jump and
diagonally punch it before it can fire a shot out.  Then jump on the platform
and go right.  Take out the hoverbike dog at the right edge.  Jump over its
shot.  Then jump on the next platform below.  Go right and another turret
lies above.  Repeat the same tactic and jump punch it diagonally to destroy
the turret.  Jump on the platform and go right.  Punch the hoverbike dog that
appears and jump over his shot.  Then jump to the platform below.  Go right
and a turret is positioned directly above the pit to the right.  Just punch
it diagonally and jump over the pit.  Jump on the next platform over.  Then
jump over to the doorway to enter the next area.


Area 4
------
Keep the hammer punch equipped.  Now ground punch to the conveyor belt above.
Jump to the conveyor belt above that afterwards.  You'll see a coptor fox
above you.  It will fly over your head and fire shots downward.  Just aim up
and punch it out quickly and it shouldn't be able to fire at you.  Then jump
over to the small platform to the left.  Jump to the next one over to get a
moneybag.  A coptor fox appeared above as you jumped.  Quickly punch upward
to kill it after getting the bag.  Your hammer punch will deflect its shot
too so you won't get hurt.  Now stand against the left wall and wall punch
your way up to the conveyor belt above.  The coptor fox is back.  Punch it
just as you land.  Now there are spikes above you on either side.  You'll
need to reach the high conveyor belt above.  Reach it by wall punching the
spikes (push DOWN and LEFT).  You'll land on the conveyor belt and a coptor
fox appears.  Jump and punch it before it hits you.

Now go left and jump towards the left wall.  Wall punch it after you jump to
land on the conveyor belt above.  Jump on the small ledge to the left.  Jump
and wall punch to reach the conveyor belt above.  Then jump to the conveyor
belt above you.  A coptor fox appears.  Punch it as it flies towards you.
Now jump towards the right wall and wall punch after you jump.  You'll land
on the conveyor belt above.  Punch the coptor fox that's waiting up there for
you.  There's a 1-up to the left.  Jump and grab it.  Then wall punch after
grabbing it to bounce back safely to the conveyor belt.  Go right and jump
towards the right wall.  Wall punch after you jump to land on the ledge with
the heart above.  Now jump towards the right wall again.  Wall punch it to
reach the conveyor belt above.  Punch the coptor fox by the door.  Then enter
the door to go to the next area.


Area 5
------
You're on a sky ride now.  You don't need to worry about falling off because
you can't.  The only way to die is to either run out of energy or if you drop
off the ride by pressing DOWN and A.  With that in mind, you will be attacked
by a duck just after you start this area.  It flies at you at a 45 degree
angle from the upper right corner.  Just aim NE (press UP and LEFT) and
punch.  You'll take out this foul fowl.  Now keep punching NE to kill the
next two ducks.  Now push RIGHT and repeatedly jump to speed up the sky ride
and go right faster (pushing LEFT will slow it down).  This will blaze you
past the ferris wheel panda.  Stop jumping after you pass the panda.  Now
resume the NE punching.  This will kill the next two ducks.  Then start
jumping again to blaze by the next ferris wheel panda.  Resume NE punching to
kill the next duck.  Then resume jumping to pass by the next ferris wheel
panda.  Resume NE punching one more time to kill the final duck.  Now the
ride will stop.  Jump to the doorway to enter the next area.


Area 6
------
Go right immediately.  Drop down and go left.  Punch the bat and keep going
left.  The smaller bat that the bat fires out will disappear.  Drop down to
the left and go right.  Jump and punch repeatedly as you move to the right.
You'll kill the bat to the right but also prevent the bat below you from
firing small bats you.  Continue to jump and punch as you drop down below.
Then go left and kill the bat there.  Continue jumping and punching all the
bats as you proceed downward.  You'll see a heart near the bottom.  Drop down
through the opening and push LEFT as you fall to land on the platform with
the heart.  Now jump and punch the bat to the left.  You'll see a door to the
left.  You will see floor spikes below if you drop down on the platform below
you.  Jump and ground punch the floor spikes to protect yourself.  Push LEFT
and you'll reach the door.  You'll then fight the boss.


Boss:  Clown-Dog

This clown will be riding a big dog head.  He will hit the head with his
mallet and cause two or three shots to fire out.  After hitting the dog head
6 times, the clown dog will jump off the head and roll around the room twice.
Then he'll stop and fire shots at you.  He will start rolling around again.
He'll get back on the dog head if it's still alive or stop and fire shots if
it's dead.  He'll keep repeating this pattern afterwards.  This fight is easy
if you have the hammer punch.  Its powerful punch will deflect the shots that
both the dog head and clown dog fire out.  The first thing you want to do is
to eliminate the dog head so stand directly under it.  You'll need to jump to
reach the dog head.  Avoid touching the dog head by taking small hops and
punching upward.  Keep doing this nonstop until you land 16 hits.

You'll hear a bell ring which indicates that you've knocked out the dog head.
Jumping into the dog head will no longer hurt you now.  Now you need to focus
on the clown dog.  He will fly out and roll around the room.  Jump over him
as he rolls by you.  Then he'll stop and jump up and down.  He'll fire three
rounds of shots before resuming the roll attack.  He'll now repeat this roll,
stop, and fire attack.  Just walk near the clown dog.  Then jump straight up
and punch.  Punch right after you jump.  If you time it correctly, you will
not only hit the dog, but also deflect his shot.  Keep doing this and jump
out of the way when the dog rolls again.  It will take 22 hits will defeat
the clown dog.

You should have enough money to buy the last item, the jet sneakers, from the
shop channel.


Channel 4 - Western Adventure
=============================
Area 1
------
Keep the hammer punch equipped.  Go right and kill the diploma pigs that
appear.  Go right and diploma pigs appear on both sides.  Punch the left one
first.  Then take out the right one.  Jump over the two barrels.  Go right
and watch out for the flowerpots that the window poodles drop down.  Catch
one of them and keep going right.  You'll see a black hat with an eye in it.
This is the eye hat dog or EHD for short.  He'll come out of the hat and
shoot you.  Just keep punching at the hat and you'll nail the dog as he
emerges.  Go right and an EHD appears to the right of a barrel.  Jump on the
barrel.  Jump again and punch diagonally to hit the EHD as he comes out of
hiding.  Go right and another EHD sits atop the platform above.  Hit him from
below.  Then continue right.  Yet another EHD lies in wait after two barrels.
Stand on the barrels and jump punch him from there.

Then go right.  Ground punch your way up to the 2nd floor.  Watch out for
window poodles as you go right.  Get the moneybag on the other building.  Two
EHD's will be waiting for you on the ground below.  Drop down and punch them
both.  Your hammer punch will deflect their shots.  Then go right.  An EHD
will be sitting on top of a barrel this time.  Get next to him and jump punch
him.  Then go right.  You've got two EHD's to deal with this time.  One is
above and one is below.  Kill the one that's below first.  Then hit the one
above.  Now ground punch your way to the moneybag above.  Then go right until
you fight two more EHD's.  Kill the bottom one first.  Then take out the top
one.  Ground punch up to get the heart above.  You will avoid the diploma
pigs that appear on both sides.  Let them run off the screen before heading
right.  You'll enter the next area.


Area 2
------
You'll see a street lamp to the right.  Jump when you get near it.  You will
avoid the arrow from the indian dog.  This mutt will shoot an arrow at you
and then retreat.  He'll then resume firing arrows at you again.  You can
deflect the arrows with a hammer punch but they usually come out so fast that
you can't react in time.  So you can adjust for this by simply punching
nonstop.  Go right and just keep your fist flying.  You should be able to
deflect all the arrows as well as kill the dogs.  A big orange ball will roll
at you as you approach the lamp after the second indian dog.  Just punch it
off with your hammer punch.  You'll now see an indian dog hiding behind the
rock to the right.  He'll be shooting arrows upward at an angle.  Just wait
for the dog to fire an arrow.

Then jump on the rock.  Now quickly jump and punch the dog before he fires
another arrow.  Jump and go right afterwards.  It's another indian dog and
he's also hiding behind a rock.  Do the same thing to him that you just did
to his buddy a few moments ago.  Jump up after you punch the indian dog to
avoid the arrow that the next indian dog to the right fires out.  Then run up
to the rock and wait for an opening.  Seize the opportunity when it arises
and nail the dog.  Then go right and jump over the pit.  Now to the right is
an indian dog.  The problem is that he is sitting right on top of the
platform that you need to reach.  Don't stop moving and jump at the dog.
Then punch SE (press DOWN and RIGHT) to kill him.  You'll bounce safely back
to the ledge.  Now jump across the ledges to the right to fight a mini-boss.


Mini-boss:  Rain Dog

This dog will appear on the totem pole along with his two sidekicks.  The
sidekicks can't be killed.  The trio will call up a storm during this fight
that causes winds to push you to the left.  Don't get pushed into the pit.
The sidekicks will slowly alternate positions back and forth.  Jump to avoid
them.  The rain dog will do nothing during the fight except sit on the totem
pole so you just need to dodge the sidekicks.  Here's how to handle this
fight.  First, equip the twin balls.  Then let the sidekick approach you.
Jump over him.  Now jump punch the rain dog twice.  Then jump over the left
sidekick.  He'll now switch sides with the other sidekick.

Wait on the left side, being careful to push against the wind.  Now sidekick
2 will come at you.  Jump over him.  Then jump and punch the rain dog twice.
Now jump over sidekick 2.  He'll switch with sidekick 1.  Wait for sidekick 1
to come at you and jump over him.  Now nail the rain dog twice.  Repeat this
tactic until the rain dog is dead.  Do not try to land more than two hits on
the rain dog or you'll get hit by the sidekicks.  Also don't try to force
yourself to make both hits.  If you miss the first punch, then only attack
one more time.  Use your common sense to decide how much to assault the dog.
The rain dog will go down after about 21 hits.

You'll get fully healed.  Keep the twin balls equipped.  Go right and stand
to the right of the totem pole.  You'll see an indian dog on the cliff to the
right.  Quickly punch him from where you are to kill him.  He shouldn't be
able to fire an arrow at you if you are fast enough.  Then jump over to the
cliff.  Go right and an orange ball will roll into the gap to the right.
Grab onto the tree branch above.  Use it to swing to the moneybags on the
cliff to the right.  Now fall down but push right against the cliff as you
fall.  You'll enter the door to the next area without getting hit by the
ball.


Area 3
------
Get your hammer punch out.  Then keep punching as you go right.  You'll
deflect the arrows of an indian dog.  Kill him afterwards.  You'll reach a
rock.  Jump on it and use it to cross the pit.  There's another indian dog to
fight to the right.  Wait for him to fire his arrow.  Then jump on the rock.
Jump from there and punch the dog from above.  Then ground punch your way to
the heart above.  Go right and another indian dog appears.  Do the same thing
as before to defeat this dog.  Jump on the rock next to the pit.  An indian
dog on the other side retreats.  Jump over the pit and nail him.  Then go
right.  You'll hit a high wall.  An indian dog is at the top.  Wait for him
to fire an arrow.  Then ground punch up and punch him before he can fire
another arrow out.  Slowly go right until you see an indian dog appear.  Wait
for him to fire an arrow.  It should just miss you.  Then rush in and attack
him.  Now slowly move to the right again.  Another indian dog appears.  His
arrow should just miss you as well.  Then rush up and kill him.  Go through
the doorway on the right to enter the next area.


Area 4
------
Equip your twin balls.  Now grab the tree branch above you.  Swing to the
right.  You'll land on a platform.  Jump on the rock and punch the bat from
there.  Then stand on the left side of the ledge and punch the rock to push
yourself off.  You'll drop on a platform below.  Grab the branch and start
swinging.  You'll defeat the bat.  Swing off to the right.  You'll land on a
platform.  Jump on the rock and kill the bat.  Now the spikes below you have
a small space that you can stand on.  Jump to there.  To the left is a 1-up.
You need to jump over to it.  Then jump down below.  Quickly grab and swing
on the tree branch.  You'll kill the bat to the left.  Swing over to the
door.  You will kill the other bat as you spin jump.  Enter the door to go to
the next area.


Area 5
------
Get your hammer punch out.  Go right until you bump into a wall.  The orange
ball that rolls above you will miss.  Ground punch up to the ledge.  Then go
right again.  Punch any balls that roll at you.  Go right until you reach a
pit.  Get your twin balls equipped and swing on the tree branch to reach the
other ledge.  Stand on the right side of the rock.  An indian dog to the
right will be firing arrows at you.  Ignore him for now since his arrows
can't hit you.  Face left and punch the rock.  You'll get pushed back.  Push
RIGHT as you fly back to land next to the indian dog.  Punch him out.  Get
your hammer punch out.  Go right and you'll automatically get on a mine car.
Keep punching as you head right.  You'll kill an indian dog.

Now duck.  You'll pass under some stalactites.  Two spiked balls are in your
way.  Jump over them.  Then jump over the next set after that.  Now get ready
to duck again.  There's a moneybag in between the stalactites.  Keep ducking.
Then jump the moment you pass under the first stalactite to get the bag.
Duck right after you land to avoid the other stalactite.  Get ready to jump
over three sets of spiked balls.  Then duck again to pass under another
stalactite.  There's another moneybag between the stalactites so jump the
moment you pass under the first stalactite.  Duck the moment you land to
avoid the other one.  Jump over the next set of spiked balls.  Then start
punching to kill the indian dog to the right.  You'll then enter the next
area.


Area 6
------
The screen will move for you here.  You can't fall off the car so don't
worry.  Get your hammer punch equipped if don't already have it on.  Now aim
NW (press UP and LEFT).  Start punching repeatedly in that direction.  You'll
kill the eagle & dog team that fly out.  Keep punching until you kill three
pairs of the eagle & dog teams.  Now aim NE (press UP and RIGHT) and keep
punching in that direction.  You'll take out an eagle & dog team that appears
from the right side.  Punch NW now to kill an eagle & dog team from the left.
Now watch the top part of the screen.  You'll see a heart appear.  Don't jump
yet.  Wait for a piranha to jump out.  Jump for the heart after the piranha
jumps out and when the car is about to go under the heart.  Now watch the top
of the screen again.  A moneybag will soon appear.  Jump for it after the
piranha jumps out and when the car is about to go under the moneybag.

Now watch the top of the screen again.  Another moneybag will appear.  Repeat
the same procedure to get it but punch to the right as you jump this time.
You'll take out an eagle & dog team that appears from the right.  Now the car
will fly off the tracks.  Don't do anything.  Stay on the car as it flies
off.  You'll see a 1-up.  Jump when you get under the 1-up.  Push RIGHT
during your jump.  You'll get the extra life and land on the tracks to the
right.  Go right and jump on the platform below.  Some purple bulldogs
appear.  Just give them a quick punch and move on.  Keep heading right.
There will be more bulldogs in your way.  One punch will take them all out.
Eventually you'll reach some spikes.  You'll cross them using the ground
punch.  Jump towards the spikes.  Then turn around in midair and punch SW.
Repeatedly do this to push yourself past the spikes.  Then go right to fight
the boss.


Boss:  Big Eagle

Mugsy's pet bird is no ordinary bird.  He is strong enough to carry boulders.
His attack pattern is the following.  First, he will drop a boulder and fly
away.  The boulder will split in half once it hits the ground.  Then the
eagle will drop another boulder on you only this time it won't fly away.
Instead, the eagle will dive down at you before flying off.  The eagle will
come back and fly low to the ground.  Then he'll repeat the pattern starting
with the boulders.  Get the twin balls equipped.  The eagle starts the fight
in the second boulder phase of his pattern so walk to the center to trick the
bird into dropping the boulder.  Go left to get out of the boulder's way as
it falls.  Then get ready to duck.

The eagle will always fly in from the right side of the screen so stay near
the right side just above the leftmost heart on your heart meter.  This will
lure the eagle into prematurely dropping the boulder every time.  Then you
just walk left to avoid it.  Now jump and punch the eagle before he flies
away.  Duck to avoid the eagle as he dives at you.  Then get some hits in as
he flies away.  You can also hit him just before he dives at you but don't
get greedy.  Ducking will avoid the eagle when he flies low.  You can hit the
eagle as he is flying down and also after he passes over your head.  You will
probably get in at most two or three hits on the eagle each time it flies by.
Don't try to sneak in any more than that.  You will win as long as you play
conservatively.  It will take 26 hits to finish off the eagle.

Buy any shop items that you haven't already bought yet.  Spend any remaining
cash on the 1-up or bonus games.


Channel 5 - I Love New York
===========================
This channel is selectable only after you complete the first four channels.
This channel is basically the previous four combined into one.  It is very
long and you will face all the enemies and bosses that you've encountered in
the game along with some new ones.

Area 1
------
Get the hammer punch equipped.  Then go right.  A hat dog will appear from
the right side.  He'll try to throw his hat at you.  Give him two quick
punches to finish him off.  Then head right.  Kill the diploma pig in your
way.  Jump over the gas from the sewer grating.  Another hat dog will appear
as you pass under the hotel sign.  Kill him.  Watch out for the flowerpot
that the window poodle drops.  Go right.  You'll approach a radio sign.  A
window poodle pops out of the second window of the jazz building.  Go right
and another window poodle will pop out of the right window of the jazz
building.  Go right until you run into another diploma pig.  Kill him
quickly.  Then turn around and kill the hat dog behind you.  Then ground
punch to reach the heart above.  Go right and be alert for window poodles
that appear from the hotel building.  Go right some more to fight a diploma
pig and a hat dog.  Kill both and jump to get the moneybag.  Head right.
You'll eventually fight another diploma pig and hat dog.  Punch them both
out.  Then head right to enter the next area.


Area 2
------
Go right.  You'll hear a bell ring.  Suddenly lots of lizards starting
rushing out from both sides.  Jump on top of the fire hydrant to the right to
avoid the lizards.  Now you need to wait on the hydrant until some lizards go
to the left side.  Then jump off and punch your way to the right.  Only 3
lizards may be on the screen at any time.  Don't forget to watch your back as
you head right.  Kill the lizards behind you if necessary.  Otherwise head
right.  You'll then enter the next area.


Area 3
------
Go right.  Kill the gangster wolf that appears.  Head right again.  Window
poodles will appear as you approach the hotel.  Dodge their flowerpots and
head right.  Punch the gangster wolf in your way.  Then go right and jump to
get a moneybag.  Another gangster wolf appears above you to the right.  Punch
him from below to take him out.  Go right and you'll approach a jazz
building.  Watch out for the window poodles that appear here.  Dodge their
pots and continue going right.  A gangster wolf jumps out.  Punch him and be
on your way.  Go right and kill the next gangster wolf by the doorway.  Enter
the doorway to go to the next area.


Area 4
------
A crazy dog head will zip back and forth, chasing you up so you need to climb
fast here.  Get your twin balls equipped.  Then ground punch to get to the
platform above.  There will be enemies that blend with background.  Kill them
whenever they get in your way.  Otherwise, just avoid them.  Jump to the
small platform to the left.  Jump up to the platform above that one.  Then
jump towards the left wall and wall punch up to the small ledge above.  Then
ground punch up to the next small platform above.  Jump towards the left wall
and wall punch up to the platform above.  There will be an enemy on the
platform above you.  Jump up but don't get hit by the enemy.  Then jump
towards a wall and wall punch to reach the platform above.  Then jump on one
of the three small platforms above.  Jump up to the next platform after that.
Let the enemy walk off the platform.  Then jump up to it.  Now jump towards a
wall and wall punch yourself up to the small platforms above.  There is an
enemy on the platform above you.  Jump towards a wall and wall punch up.  You
should kill the enemy as you land.  Grab one of the lamps and swing yourself
up to the small platforms.  Jump over to the wall and wall punch yourself up
to the next platform above.  Then jump towards the wall and wall punch again
to reach the platform after that.  Now jump to the door to fight a boss.


Boss:  The Bull Band

They're back for an encore.  Repeat the same strategies that you used on them
before.  Get your twin balls equipped.  Go after the drummer first.  Then
take out the guitarist.  Kill the lead singer last.  It will take 26 hits to
kill the singer.  If you need more in-depth strategy, the Bull Band strategy
can be found under channel 1.  Read that part of the walkthrough for details.


Area 5
------
Go right to fight some pogo dogs.  Now you'll see a manhole.  You need to
reach area 8.  You can reach area 8 by two ways.  The first is by staying
topside and reaching the end of the area.  The second (and longer) way is to
enter the manhole and proceed to area 6.  Then you have to go through area 7
before you reach area 8.  The choice is yours.  The manhole path is longer
and harder to pass.  If you choose to enter the manhole anyway, then go
straight to area 6's walkthrough.

Go right and you'll fight more pogo dogs.  Punch them out and keep going
right.  You'll soon come across a panda as well.  Just ignore him and
concentrate on killing any pogo dogs in your way.  You will then reach water.
Have the twin balls equipped if they aren't already on.  Jump to the platform
on the water.  Now you will need to jump across several more.  Punch as you
jump.  The reason for this is that there are ducks waiting to knock you into
the water.  You will be able to kill them by jumping and punching.  A 1-up is
waiting at the end of the water.  Get it and kill the bats to the right.
Then head right to fight a mini-boss.


Mini-boss:  Big Bird

He's back for more but he still uses the same strategy.  Punch him and jump
over the eggs.  He'll go down after 12 hits.  For the full strategy, see
channel 1 of this walkthrough.

Go right and you'll fight another mini-boss.


Mini-boss:  Rain Dog

This weather canine just doesn't know when to call it quits.  His sidekicks
are back too.  There are no pits to worry about this time but there is still
wind blowing.  Jump around his sidekicks and attack the rain dog only.  21
hits are needed to defeat him.  For the full strategy, see channel 4 of this
walkthrough.

Now go right and kill the panda in your way.  Head right to enter area 8.


Area 6
------
So you entered the manhole huh?  Well, you're in the sewers now.  Equip the
hammer punch.  Then go right.  You'll see a giant rat.  It will fire smaller
rats at you.  Punch the rats to deflect them away.  Then hit the giant rat
twice to kill it.  Head right afterwards.  Another giant rat appears.  Keep
punching your way to it and then kill it off.  Get the heart behind the rat.
Keep going right.  Punch out the next rat that you encounter.  Then get the
moneybag behind it.  There's a rat below you.  It will fire three rats out
and then turn around.  Drop down when it turns around and kill it before it
can fire again.  Now go right and it looks like you hit a dead end.  Not
quite.  Aim up and grab on to the pipe.  Then swing yourself across to the
right.  You could also have jumped on top of the tall pipe.  You would be off
the screen but still be able to jump over the pit to the other side.  A 1-up
awaits you on the other side.  Drop off the platform to pick it up.  Then
jump and wall punch yourself into the pipe above to enter area 7.


Area 7
------
You'll need to equip the twin balls in order to swing in this area.  Go right
and you'll see water.  There are some wheels above you.  Grab on to them and
start swinging.  A ghost dog will appear but your swing will take care of
him.  Hold UP while you swing.  Then swing yourself to the next wheel.  Keep
pressing UP as you spin off.  Now punch the wheel as you get near it to grab
it.  Pressing up as you spun off makes doing this much easier.  Now start
swinging before the ghost dog knocks you off to your death.  There's a heart
to the right but it's not worth risking your life for.  Swing over to the
right.  Then go right to fight a mini-boss.


Mini-boss:  Big Ghost Dog

This undead spirit is still alive.  He uses the same tactics as before.  Just
run around and punching diagonally up to hit him repeatedly.  It will take 29
hits to put this puppy back to sleep.  For the full strategy, see channel 3
of this walkthrough.

Go right.  You'll see some witches appear.  Dodge their magic dust and jump
to the right.  Get the moneybags.  Then wall punch yourself into the pipe
above to enter area 8.


Area 8
------
This will be a long climb up to the top of the building.  Get your twin balls
equipped now.  I'm going to stay to the left side of the building during the
climb.  Ground punch yourself up to the platform above the door.  Jump to the
next platform above.  Two gun dogs are at the windows above.  Punch out the
left one.  Leave the other one alone.  Now go under the left side of the left
window.  Face the right and jump up.  Then jump up again and grab the window
sill above and start swinging.  You'll hit the left side of the screen.  This
will stop your swing and push you back far enough to land on the next
platform above.  This little trick will be used extensively in this area.
Jump up and grab the next window sill.  Do the same trick (face right and
swing) to get up above.  Now there are two bats above you.  Switch to hammer
punch and jump on the platform above.  Punch as you go jump up and you should
kill the left bat.

Now go right and kill the other bat.  Then jump on the left window sill.
There is another bat above you.  Switch to twin balls and punch up twice to
kill the bat.  Now there are no more enemies on the screen.  Stand on the
left side of the sill and face right.  Jump up and grab the window sill above
you.  Swing up and let the left wall bounce you to window.  Do the trick
again to get to the window above.  Then jump to the platform above.  Now jump
to the next window sill.  Then do the trick again but wait for the window
poodles to appear before you swing to reach the window above.  You will take
out the window poodle if you do this correctly.  Now do the trick again to
get to the next window above.  Another pair of window poodles will appear so
don't start swinging until they appear.  Jump on the platform above after
that.  Jump on the left window sill.  Do the trick again to reach the next
window above.  A gun dog will be in the right window.  Do the trick once more
after you land.  You'll punch the gun dog in the window above during the
trick.  Now jump and grab the top of the building.  Swing up and jump to
fight the boss.


Boss:  Big Eagle

Mugsy's pet is back for more.  He'll use the same tactics from before.  There
are no floor spikes to worry about this time but there are pits to watch out.
Just duck the eagle's dives and lure the boulders down by staying on the
right side of the screen, just above the leftmost heart of your heart meter.
Attack after the eagle misses or flies past you.  It will take 26 hits to
finish this bird off for good.  For the full strategy, see channel 4 of this
walkthrough.

You'll now springboard over to the next area.


Area 9
------
Switch to the twin balls.  Go right and punch NE repeatedly as you move.
Doing this will defeat all the dog heads and pogo dogs that appear.  Enter
the dog's mouth to go to the next area.


Area 10
-------
The crazy dog head is back.  Switch to the hammer punch.  Now go right and
drop down.  There is a bat to the left.  Jump and punch it.  Then follow the
path down.  Jump and punch as you move.  This will prevent any bats below you
from firing small bats up at you.  You'll land on some platforms above floor
spikes near the bottom.  Stand on the lower platform and jump to the door.
You should make it but ground punch to boost yourself in case you don't make
it.  You'll now fight the boss.


Boss:  Mugsy's Machine

The machine has been fixed.  Unfortunately, the same can't be said about its
fighting tactics.  It will employ the same four different attacks.  You
should know how to dodge them by now.  Get the twin balls out and give the
machine hits from below.  Follow it and keep your assault up.  36 hits are
needed to send Mugsy's mechanical menace to the scrap yard.  For the full
strategy, see channel 2 of this walkthrough.


Area 11
-------
You'll be on a conveyor belt.  Get the hammer punch on and go right.  Jump to
the conveyor belt to the right.  You'll see a dog crusher.  Give it two hits
to take it out.  Then go right.  Take out the next two dog crushers.  Then
jump to the next conveyor belt over.  There's a small platform far to the
right and plenty of spikes below.  You'll need to jump off the conveyor belt
to the right.  Then turn around in midair and SW punch (push DOWN and LEFT)
the conveyor belt that you just jumped from to push yourself to the small
platform.  You could also have ground punched the floor spikes.  Now take out
the dog crusher to the right from the platform.  Then jump over to the
conveyor belt.  Head right to fight a mini-boss.


Mini-boss:  Air Dog

This flying pooch is also back.  He'll stick to the same old ball throwing
tactics.  Get your hammer punch equipped to deflect his shots.  There are no
pits to worry about here.  Just don't let the conveyor belt push you too
close to the dog.  Keep attacking the dog with the same strategies that you
used earlier.  Air dog will come crashing down after 26 hits.  For the full
strategy, see channel 2 of this walkthrough.

Go right until you reach the end of the conveyor belt.  Switch to twin balls
to grab the platform above from below.  Then swing yourself over to the
conveyor belt to the right.  You'll see a 1-up next to the door.  Get it by
walking to the right side of the conveyor belt.  Then jump up.  You'll grab
it and enter the door to the next area.


Area 12
-------
This area is pitch black except for when you find a candle on the screen.
Switch to hammer punch for this part.  Now go right and keep punching to
deflect any orange balls that roll out at you.  You'll come to a candle and
the screen will light up.  Jump up and go right.  Knock the orange ball away.
Go right and jump up.  Then punch the orange ball there.  Go right and kill
the dog crusher.  Go right and you'll fall into a small pit.  Jump out of it
and go right to find another candle.  Kill the dog crusher by the candle.
Then go right again.  An orange ball appears.  Knock it away.  The light will
disappear and you'll have enough time to see a pit to the right.  Fall into
it.  Then jump and punch the orange ball that rolls at you as you jump out.
Then head right again.  Kill the next dog crusher that you come across.
You'll then find another candle.  The screen lights up again.  Now go right.
Punch the orange balls that appear.  You will notice the candle by the hole
below you.  Just keep going right for now.  Keep punching as you head right.
You'll eventually reach the other side.  There is a 1-up on the platform to
the right.  You can get it by doing a SW ground punch on the spikes.  Now get
to the bottom platform and head left.  Keep punching as you move.  Enter the
hole that you saw earlier to fight a boss.


Boss:  Clown-Dog

Yep, he made it to channel 5 as well.  He uses the same tactics just like
every other boss that you've fought so far.  Repeat the same attack patterns
that you used earlier.  It will take 16 hits to kill the dog head and 22 hits
to kill the clown dog.  For the full strategy, see channel 3 of this
walkthrough.


Area 13
-------
Go right and kill the two bats.  Get the twin balls equipped.  Now jump and
grab the pipe above.  Swing up to get the moneybag.  Go right.  Don't bother
killing the bat that you see below you.  Just jump over the small bat and
drop down to the ground below.  Go right and punch the birds in your way.
Keep going right until you reach water.  Grab onto the wheel above and swing
across to the next wheel.  Grab it as you fall.  Then swing over to the next
wheel.  Swing from the third wheel over to the ground to the right.  Jump and
punch the bat above.  Then swing up to the pipe above.  Get the heart.  Then
go right to the end of the pipe.  There are no visible platforms to the right
and only spikes below.  What you need to do here is to jump off and SW punch
nonstop until you reach the far right side.  There will be birds in the way
so ground punch them as well.  I find it easiest if you SW punch and then
move a little bit to the right and then SW punch again.  Use a combination of
SW punches and ground punches for an easier time.  You'll land on solid
ground eventually.  Head right to fight a boss.


Boss:  Mr. Kong

Finally, your first new boss in this channel.  This oversized gorilla has a
few fancy moves of his own.  He'll jump around a lot.  He has a short hop and
a longer jump.  Two bunches of bananas will drop down from the sky at regular
intervals.  Mr. Kong can also throw out two spiked balls from his hands.  His
fists will open right before he does this.  Fighting Mr. Kong is easier said
than done.  You can catch the bananas with your glove.  His spiked balls can
be deflected with the hammer punch.  It's up to you to choose which weapon
(twin balls or hammer punch) that you want to use.  I use the twin balls only
because they extend your attack range.  First you need to be aware that you
can safely stand under Mr. Kong.  However, you must not touch either of his
legs or you will get hurt.

Mr. Kong will spend a lot of time jumping around.  Jump and punch him
anywhere from his purple shirt and above.  They will all register as hits.
Don't get under Mr. Kong unless you have to because the banana bunches can
hit you while you're under him.  You can do fine by staying as far away as
possible.  However, do run under Mr. Kong if you see him jump at you and
there is no time to escape.  You will safely avoid the spiked balls if you
stay there.  You can pull off a few attacks while you're under Mr. Kong.
Then he'll most likely jump away.  You can follow him so that you stay under
his body if he takes a small hop.  Then go on the offensive again.  Do not
follow Mr. Kong if he takes a longer jump or you will get hit.  The key to
winning will be your ability to avoid touching Mr. Kong.  Just stick to a hit
and run strategy to win.  It will take 54 hits to knock out Mr. Kong.


Area 14
-------
Go right and jump on the pipe.  Watch out for piranhas.  Take them out with
your twin balls.  Jump over to the next pipe.  Then jump over to the one
after that one.  Now ground punch up to the long pipe above.  Equip the
hammer punch.  Punch continuously as you head to the right.  You'll deflect
the orange balls that appear.  Head to the end of the pipe.  You'll see an
alligator in the water below.  Switch to the twin balls first.  Then jump on
the alligator's head.  Jump to the next alligator before the first one snaps
at you.  Now this step is the critical one.  Jump from the second alligator
and punch upward just a split second after you jump.  You will grab on to the
pipe above if you punched just fast enough.  Otherwise you will miss and fall
to your death.  Swing yourself on to the pipe.

Then head right.  Jump over the orange balls that roll out.  Now you'll see a
1-up on an alligator below.  You can drop down to get it if you want.  Jump
off the alligator's head after you land.  Also be sure that you punch a split
second after you jump off the alligator's head in order to grab the pipe.
Now go right to the end of the pipe.  You'll see a wheel suspended over the
water.  It should be obvious to you that a mistake here will cost you a life.
Jump off and grab on to the wheel as you fall.  Then swing over to the wheel
to the right.  You will probably overshoot the wheel during your swing.  You
can adjust for this by facing left in midair and quickly punching NW just as
you overshoot it.  You should grab the wheel.  Then swing over to the solid
ground.  Punch the squirrel that appears after you land.  Then head right to
fight Mugsy.


Boss:  Mugsy

It's time to take on the big dog himself.  Mugsy's room has spikes covering
the floor.  In addition, the platforms will move from left to right.  Mugsy
himself is packing heat in both hands.  He'll fire two bullets at you.  He is
standing on a floating platform which will move up and down as you move up
and down.  Occasionally, a bomb will drop down from the sky and explode if it
lands on a platform.  Finally, Mugsy will fly from side to side to do the
usual touch damage.  The key to victory here is to stay on Mugsy like his
cheap suit.  You want to equip the twin balls for maximum range.  Now jump at
Mugsy and punch as fast as you can.  Jump to high platforms and punch as you
jump.  Drop down to low platforms and punch while doing so.  If you keep it
up, Mugsy will be stunned so often that he won't be able to shoot you that
much.

There are only 3 platforms that move altogether:  two low ones followed by a
high one.  Then it repeats itself.  So you should be able to predict when you
need to jump or drop down a platform.  As long as you keep the total assault
on Mugsy, his attacks will be kept to a minimum.  You can deflect the bullets
with the hammer punch.  If Mugsy tries to switch sides, quickly hit him just
before he touches you.  His stun animation frame will not hurt you so you can
pass by if you time it right.  Fighting Mugsy when he is on the right side is
easier because the platforms will be moving in your favor.  Fighting him on
the left side forces you to move away from Mugsy to stay on the platforms.
This makes it harder to keep the attacks on Mugsy.  Just keep using this all-
out offense strategy and you will win.  Mugsy goes down after 35 hits.

Now watch the credits.  However it's not over yet.  You've got one more
channel to complete after the credits finish.


Channel X - Final Challenge
===========================
This channel is not selectable.  You will play this after the credits roll or
by entering the correct password at the title screen.  These next few areas
will prove to be the most difficult in the game.  Do not be surprised if you
die.  You lose all your items and only get 3 lives to play.  You cannot
return the channel select screen anymore.

Area 1
------
Go to the left wall.  Jump up and do two wall punches to get to the pipe
above.  A giant rat appears on the pipe above you.  Grab the pipe and start
swinging.  Kill the rat with your swings.  Then swing up to the pipe.  Now go
to the left wall.  Jump and wall punch up to the pipe above.  You'll kill a
sewer dog in the process.  Jump on top of the pipe where the sewer dog was.
You'll see a giant rat on the pipe above and to the right.  It will fire rats
out.  Wait for an opening before you jump and wall punch the left wall twice
to reach a high pipe above.  Punch the sewer dog above you.  Then ground
punch yourself on top of the pipe where the sewer dog was.  You need to reach
the far right pipe.

Jump and do two wall punches.  Then push RIGHT after you finish the second
wall punch to land on the pipe.  Now punch the sewer dog to the right.  Then
jump on top of the pipe where the sewer dog was.  Jump and wall punch
yourself up to the pipe above.  You'll hit the giant rat as you fly up.  Now
quickly kill it off before it can attack.  Now go to the left side of the
pipe.  You need to reach the pipe above to the left.  Jump off to the left.
Then turn around in midair and do a SE punch on the pipe you just jumped off
of.  You will get pushed back and onto the left pipe.  Jump up to the pipe
above.  Now hop and punch the sewer dog above you.  You need to get to the
fat pipe to the right.  You should see a hook in the center of the screen.
Stand on the right side of the pipe.  Jump off and grab on to the hook.  Then
swing yourself into the fat pipe to enter the next area.


Area 2
------
You'll be on a conveyor belt.  Go right.  Pogo dogs will pop out.  Avoid them
and jump over to the next conveyor belt.  The next conveyor belt afterwards
is way out of your jump range.  You need to jump and ground punch the spikes
below to push yourself over to it.  Pogo dogs will be moving around as you do
this so ground punch them if the opportunity arises.  Now the next conveyor
belt is both too high and too far to jump to.  Just jump off the belt that
you're on now and turn around in midair.  Quickly SW punch the conveyor belt
and you'll get pushed to the higher one.  Go right and you'll see no more
platforms.  You'll need to ground punch yourself over the spikes until you
reach a conveyor belt to the far right side.  It won't be easy because plenty
of pogo dogs will try to get in your way.  Try to SW punch and punch downward
as much as possible because you will kill any pogo dogs that touch you as you
fly back while punching downward gives you the most height possible.  The
pogo dogs will aid in your bouncing so punch them to get an extra boost.
You'll reach a conveyor belt on the right side.  Now jump to the door to
enter the next area.


Area 3
------
I hope your climbing skills are good because that's all you'll be doing in
this area.  Well, that and fending off bats that try to knock you down.
Stand under the tree branch and face right.  Jump and grab it.  Try to grab
the branch on the highest part of it that you can grab.  Your glove should be
grabbing the tip of the branch.  Swing up and fly off to the right wall.
Then wall punch the right wall as you fly towards it.  You'll bounce up to
where you can see two more tree branches.  Punch the right tree branch from
below to grab onto it.  Then start swinging to avoid the little bats that the
bat to the left releases.  Swing off to the right wall.  Then wall punch
yourself up to the platform above.

You'll see two tree branches.  Face the right and grab the right branch from
the highest point that you can grab.  Start swinging and swing yourself up
the right wall.  Then wall punch twice to boost yourself to up the platform
above.  You'll safely pass a bat hanging off the platform.  Now there's a
tree branch above you.  Face the left and grab the branch from its highest
point.  Start swinging.  Swing off so you fly NW.  You'll spin into and kill
the bat on the platform above.  Wall punch the left wall twice after you kill
the bat to boost yourself to the platform above.  Now grab the tree branch
and swing yourself to the doorway to the right to enter the next area.


Area 4
------
Any mistakes in this area will cost you a life.  Go right and you'll see
water.  Grab on to the wheel above.  Swing to the wheel to the right when
your body is at the south position to fly off to the right.  Then punch and
grab the wheel and swing again.  Eagle & dog teams will be flying about
trying to knock you into the water.  You can defend against them by quickly
swinging on the wheels after you grab them.  If you do get hit, you can try
to grab the wheel again if you are fast enough.  If you overshoot a wheel,
you can do a quick turn around in midair and punch NW to grab the wheel.
Coincidentally, swinging clockwise and letting go when your body is at the
north position is the easiest way to cross the water.  You'll need to grab
and swing across a total of six wheels to cross the water.  Then wall punch
yourself into the pipe above.


Area 5
------
This is my favorite area in the entire game because it's fun.  You may think
otherwise.  Anyway, go right and jump up.  Now wall punch the right wall.
Then wall punch the left wall.  Then wall punch the right wall again.  Keep
alternating wall punches to work your way up the passage.  You'll reach the
top where you'll see a platform and an orange ball.  Diagonal wall punches
won't push you far enough to land on the platform.  You'll need to do a
regular punch against the right wall.  This will send you flying to the left.
Push LEFT as you fly back to land on the platform.  Now go left and wall
punch the left wall and resume the alternating wall punches to scale the
passageway.  At the top is an orange ball.  You won't be able to reach the
platform by wall punching alone.  Just do a regular punch against the left
wall and you'll fly over to the platform.  Go right and drop down to the door
below to fight the final battle.


Boss:  Mugsy

The canine kingpin is back from the moon and hungry for revenge.  He'll use
the same tactics as before.  You won't have the twin balls but that's ok.
Just sock it to Mugsy with your attacks like before and he'll go down after
35 hits.  I'm sure you know how to beat him since you just did so earlier but
for the full strategy, see channel 5 of this walkthrough.

Congratulations.  You've finished the game completely now.

Passwords
=========
Here are the passwords for every area in the game that the passwords will
allow.  The first column lists the channels completed.  The second is where
you begin the game.  The third is the password itself.  The numbering of the
areas are based on my walkthrough.  Please refer to section "IV.  Gameplay"
for the list of characters.  Each password, except the last one, starts off
with $9999, 3 lives, and no items.  The last one starts off with $0, 3 lives,
and no items.
