The controls for this game are very simple, and are as follows:
Shoot - Kill enemies, shoot gumshoe to make him jump.
Start - Pause.

Enemies
-------
Flashing skulls blocks float in the air and are deadly to the touch.
Bottles fly horizontally at you.
Cars try to run you over.
Armadillos land in front of you and stand up, THAT's when you need to shoot
them [they can't be harmed when in a ball].
Birds fly diagonally.
Airplanes fly sideways at you.
Fish skip across the water.
Sharks swim up to you and take 2 hits to kill.
Jellyfish float in your way.
Spike balls bounce out of pipes and respawn.
Bees fly diagonally.
Rhinos are invincible, so jump them as they run.
Grasshoppers jump towards you.
Alligators swim back and forth and take many hits to kill.

Items

Balloons give you more ammo, and you get a 1up if you pop ALL in a stage.
There are 5 black panther diamonds in the 4 stages of the game.
Power Drink - Gives you a free hit [from lucky bird].
Helmet - You are immune to falling rocks and time bombs [from lucky bird].
Super Shoes - Immune to flashing skull blocks [from lucky bird].

(D) STRATEGIES

Bricklayer J. Gastronomy
If you hit a wall or the edge of a platform, you move backwards until you shoot
again. Use this to your advantage in timing jumps, or when collecting black
panther diamonds if you go a bit too far. You have 6 minutes to clear each
stage of the game. Be careful when jumping underneath a platform, because you
fall easily if you hit your head.

Stage 01 - City
---------------
Enemies include: Bottles, flashing skull blocks, cars, armadillos.
Stay low and shoot bottles as you reach the stairs, then jump pits and shoot
cars as well. After the second set of stairs you find the first black panther
diamond. The lower route is probably easier until you start seeing armadillos.
Shortly after this point you reach the elevator to end this stage.

Stage 02 - Sky
--------------
Enemies include: Bottles, flashing skull blocks, birds, airplanes.
Stay on the higher routes as you fight mainly bottles and birds, then take out
an airplane behind you. Continue on to more skull blocks near a hospital and
jump carefully between them. Watch for another plane and falling rocks up
ahead, then grab the second black panther diamond. Try to stay low to avoid
the rocks and other enemies as you reach a phone.
Watch out for more rocks, birds, bottles and airplanes as you cross some clouds
to the elevator at the end of the stage.

Stage 03 - Sea
--------------
Enemies include: Fish, flashing skull blocks, sharks, jellyfish, birds, planes,
spike balls.
Watch for the new fish that skip across the top of the water and sharks that
swim up from below [sharks take 2 hits]. Shoot floating jellyfish as well as
birds and watch out for a nearby plane. Some spike balls are next with another
plane and the third black panther diamond is just past a second group of spike
balls.
Continue past more spike balls, sharks, and other enemies to get a note and
finish this stage.

Stage 04 - Jungle
-----------------
Enemies include: Bombs, grasshoppers, bees, planes, flashing skull blocks,
armadillos, rhinos, bottles.
Watch for falling bombs and shoot them quickly before they explode. There are
also grasshoppers, bees and planes to deal with. Fight to an armadillo and
jump over the invincible rhino. Shoot past a few more pits and another rhino
to reach the red swamp section.
Deal with bottles here and jump across to the fourth black panther diamond on
the post. Watch out for the biting alligator below, he takes a few hits so
he's better avoided. Take the machinegun from the phone booth up ahead.
Continue on as you meet up with Zulie and fire your machinegun constantly. You
need to shoot his fireballs and jump so that your machinegun hits him in the
eye. After about 12 of these hits the boss has begun flashing and you can no
longer hurt his fireballs. Now it's just cruel and you have to time your jumps
so you miss his shots. Double and triple jumps work well here, so keep it up
for about 5 more hits. This gets you the fifth and final black panther
diamond and finishes the game!

For a little while now I've had a paypal link in all my FAQs at the very bottom
here. Mainly as a small experiment since a few other FAQ authors have also had
the same idea.
