All trademarks mentioned are properties of their owners, and don't copy the FAQ
without asking.  If you didn't get this at www.gamefaqs.com, there's a good
chance they copied.  Now that the boring stuff is over with, down to business.

BTW - This is my first faq, so any advice, comments, questions would be
appreciated.  My e-mail's at the bottom, and I'd prefer constructive
criticisms, and don't ask me to give you the rom or anything.  I actually do
own the original copy.  Honest.  :)

=====1.1 - Fun House?=====

Fun House is a show that was on in the 80's.  I believe it was on Nickelodeon,
then Fox.  I'm Canadian and I was young, so I forget which station I saw it on.
Anyway, it's a kid's game show.  There are some good sites on the internet to
find out more detail.

If you have seen the show, the first thing when playing this game you'll think
is, "This is nothing like the show."  You're right.  But it's still a decent
game.  Fairly hard.  A good puzzle/action game.

=====1.2 - Basic Idea=====

I won't quote the instruction book, because the basic idea in it is garbage
imo.  Really, the idea is just to hit a bunch of targets in an obstacle filled
room before time runs out.  When you hit the last one, it becomes a key, grab
the key to go to the next room.  There are (I think) 13 rooms (stages) and 6
areas in each room.

=====1.3 - Play Control=====

The play control in this game is really hard to get used to at first, but
becomes natural in time.  A lot of tanks games use this type of control (I
think).

Left - rotate clockwise
Right - rotate counterclockwise
Up and Down - not used
Select - not used
Start - pause
A - move (in the direction you are facing)
B - throw a tomato

Don't worry if you can't get past the first area in your first try, I didn't.
I just ran around in circles till I realized what to do.  Also, inertia does
play a part in movement (You're supposed to be on in-line skates.  Don't ask.),
especcialy on ice, or with running shoes (see below)

=====1.4 - Game Screen=====

Not much to see here.  In the top right corner is a little box.  First number
is time left, second number is targets left, third number is how many coins you
have.  You are the red guy (Or girl, if you wish) in the middle.

=====1.5 - Enemies=====

There are four enemies to watch out for:

Blobs - Red and blues blobs of goo that bounce your character about.  They move
back and forth in a straight line.  Blue ones are slow, red ones are fast.

Boingers - Little yellowy donuts.  The bounce you a lot.  They are the only
enemy you can destroy.  It takes 5 tomatoes.

Banana Shooters - Two types.  The ones that shoot banana chips bounce you back
if you get hit by them.  The ones that shoot bananas take time away, but don't
bounce you too much.

Glop Guns - Small turrents that shoot a lot of red glop balls in a circle/arc
pattern.  The glop balls bounce you back AND take away time.

=====1.6 - Good Stuff====

There is some good stuff to look for.

Running Shoes - They make you go really fast, but you are a bit harder to
control.

Glop Clocks - Big ones add 15 seconds, small ones 7 seconds.

Starbursts - Little star bursts that add points.  Mostly useless because going
after them takes away time.  If you like playing for points, you can get them
if you really want to.

Coins - White cent coins get you 1 coin.  Gold $ coins give you 5.  25 coins
gets you an extra life/chance.

Shortcuts - Almost always hidden.  They look like clock gears.  The only
example you can see without hitting walls is in area 0-6, in the top-left area.
These take you to stages ahead in the game.  If you know which ones to take,
you can get through the game very quickly.

NOTE - Although a lot of items are in plain sites, some items only appear if
you hit a wall in a certain place.  Shortcuts are almost always hidden this
way.  Coins are usually hidden too.  I don't remember offhand any small glop
clocks that do, but I think they exist.  Large glop clocks and running shoes
are always in plain site.  Starbursts are hidden, but I wouldn't bother with
them.

=====1.7 - The Targets=====

There are two types of targets.  Normal ones look like yellow bullseyes.  Hit
them with a tomato.  Numbered ones must be hit in order.  The flashing ones is
the one you need to hit next.  You first get introduced to these in "One, Two,
Three"

=====1.8 - Other stuff I forgot to make a section for=====

Nothing yet...  Maybe I'll make this my faq area.

first.

E-mail me at [email protected] for questions, comments, criticisms, love
letters, where to send you blank cheques.  I like getting non-spam mail and
will usually reply.  Mail is good.

Thanks to:

Anyone associated with Fun House, game or show, because they are both cool.

Andy and www.FortBoyard.de - Fort Boyard is cool.  I'm their ca show news guy
person.  If you want ca eps, I might send you some.  If you have a show or
something else in return.  (e-mail me, not Andy.  Look at his page if you want
non-ca eps.)

Umi - You're cool.  Keep on singing

James Paige and everyone at #ohrrpgce (Newnet) - www.hamsterrepublic.com -
OHRRPGCE is the best RPG maker imo.  Yes, better than RPGMaker 2000.  I didn't
like that thing.

Everyone at #trivia (Undernet) - Keeping me entertained.  ? I've got lag.

You, for bothering to read this far.

www.gamefaqs.com - For (hopefully) posting this.

I think that's the end.  I'm done, for now.  If you want a version list, here
it is:

0.01 - Oct 20 - Birthday tomorrow.  First draft of this.  Need to find
instruction book.
