This game is one of those not-so-great, difficult games that there are no
guides for. It's also rather old, so there probably won't be a guide, right?
WRONG! You're staring at one. I don't know of anything else to say, so let's
just cut the cheese and move on to the walkthrough.

On your screen, you can do all of the actions listed above. There should be
a black bar at the very top of your screen. You can't jump past this bar. It
also lists some stats.
1. This is the amount of life you have. This is unlimited as a far as I know.
Try to keep this high. When it drops to below 0, you die. Yes, you're alive
when you have 0 health. You restart at 10 health when you die.
2. This is the number of lives you have. After reaching a certain number of
points, you will go into a bonus level which can increase your number lives.
When you have less than 0 lives, you get a game over.
3. This is your score. Try to get as high as possible!
4. This is your fairy dust. You need some in order for Peter Pan to fly. The
maximum that you can have is 250.
5. This is the music icon. Turn it off and on as you please.
6. This is the number of pirates left in the level. Kill all of them to
proceed to the next level.
To proceed to the next level, you must kill all the pirates and bump into the
right edge of the screen where the level stops scrolling, except on the last
level. There are also other obstacles such as cannons and flying beasts that
you must avoid. Also, don't jump into pits.
Items:

Blue Box: Recovers 2 health
F bag: Gives Peter 250 fairy dust
Fairy: Recovers 5 health
Red Dot: Hit it with your sword. It knocks off a pirate if it hits.
Red Mushroom: Jump on it a few times and it'll send you flying in the
direction that you are facing.
Walk left. You should see a fairy. Quickly kill the pirate in front of you,
then high jump over the fire. Grab the fairy with another high jump to gain
a ton of life. Continue forward and talk to Wendy.
Jump over the grass or you'll be caught in a trap which will hold you still
for a little while before disappearing. Continue forward killing any pirates
until you reach the mushrooms. If you jump on the red on a couple of times,
you'll be sent flying to a later part in the stage. You can walk there also;
there are a couple of pirates you can kill on the way. Just make sure that you
get all of them.
Continue until the end of the level, which is pretty straightforward. Be
careful with those platforms at the end; sometimes Peter will jump a little
too far and die.
This level has stuff falling on your head 24/7. Be quick and move constantly
Going right will take you to a fairy and your first pirate. Kill him, then
continue forward. Don't jump on the mushroom;, it'll send you a LONG way
forward which can cause you to miss several pirates.
As you continue forward, those cannons that you see around will actually work.
They'll lock on to you too, so make sure to jump over those as quickly as
possible.
You should eventually reach a place where there are many platforms. Grab the
fairy and be careful jumping over them. Go until the end of the level.
When you see the first pirate on the platform, make sure you don't step all
the way to the left. There's a trap here and you'll be in quite a jiffy if a
spider falls on you or the pirate attacks you while you're in the cage.
The rest of this level is REALLY easy. There won't be any more traps and most
of the pirates are just...standing there with no real obstacles. Just more of
the same. Kill all the pirates and proceed to the next level.
Another straightforward level. As you move forward, you will see that the only
difference here is the color and the ton of cannons about. The pirates are
also more jumbled together.
After the cannons, there is one pirate that's on a high ledge. It may take you
a couple of times, but a simple high jump can bring you up there. There is
also another pirate near the end of the level that will take a few shots
before going down. After him, the end will be very close and just up a hill
of...those gray things.
Notice anything familiar? If you have a sharp eye, you'll notice that this is
exactly the same as the first level except with a few minor adjustments and
with a blue tint. Play it through similarly as the first. Most of the pirates
are also in the same place. Some of the pirates will also take a ton of hits
before going down. Yep, still beware of the last portion of the level.
And the repetition continues. This is exactly the same as level two, but with
a red tint. Go about it the same way. At the beginning of the level, press
left or you'll be sent hurling into the crack.
There will be a cage in front of the first working cannon. Avoid that spot.
Nothing will be able to harm you if you do land there; it's just annoying and
wastes time. Head towards the end of the level and get this over with.
Here's a stunningly new level with new music. Let's rock. This level is really
cheap. You can go below platforms, so be careful with your jumps. If there's
a top platform and a pirate on the bottom, make a small jump to get to the
bottom platform so you can kill him. This can be difficult and frustrating
though, but there's not much you can do about it.
You should soon reach a large gap. This is the first point in the game in
which you're actually required to fly. There's some fairy dust in the corners
around the ships, so grab some and fly across the large gap. There will be
some more gaps that you'll need to fly over. If you die, make sure you get
enough fairy dust. If there's none left, well, you're pretty much screwed.
Keep going until the end of the level. Not much more activity.
This is the last level of the game. It's rather difficult too, I lost about 40
life on this level. Meh.
Although straightforward, there are many things that you must avoid. Watch out
for when there are cannons and two pirates nearby. Wait for the cannons to
fire, then jump over their shots before they reach you. Then, quickly tackle
the pirates and fly over the cannons.
At the end of the level, you'll meet Captain Hook! He won't just run away this
time though. Fly over his head until you are at the edge of the platform right
before the water. Then, go back to Hook's left and jab him. Hold right and
continue tapping A until Hook falls into the water. Wow, you beat the game!!
Q: What is that brown thing that's always at the end of a level?
A: That's Captain Hook. I know how bad the graphics can be.
Q: How do I destroy a cannon?
A: Unfortunately, you can't. Jump over it and it'll stop firing at you.
Q: I can't win because I have too little health. What can I do?
A: Collect all the blue boxes that are out in the open. Don't be afraid to use
up fairy dust as your health is more important than flying. You're not
going to be required to fly until the last few stages anyway.
Q: What do I do after I reach the ending screen?
A: Nothing. You can't continue your game after that.
Q: Fires and pits keep killing me!
A: Always use your high jump. Always. Your normal jump is worthless.
Q: How do I go below a platform?
A: You can't. You'll have to jump beneath it or fly.
