===============================================================================

Welcome to 'Doraemon' for the NES, released by Hudson in 1986.

Doraemon is a Japanese manga series created by two authors sharing pen name
Fujiko Fujio which later became an anime series and Asian franchise. The series
is about a robotic cat named Doraemon, who travels back in time from the 22nd
century to aid a schoolboy, Nobita Nobi.
[WikiPedia]

The game is split into three worlds, each being their own little game. They
feature different controls, enemies and style. The story overlaps slightly,
and items as well as the characters are the same in the entire game. Your score
is also kept, and the bonus you collect. Thus it is advisable to find those to
help you throughout the entire game.

Being sold in Japan alone, some parts make use of the Famicon's unique
microphone that is on the 2nd controller instead of the START and SELECT
button. They are only used for a few minor secrets, so if you don't have this
or can't "emulate" it in any way, do not worry about it too much.

Suggestions, comments or errors - tell me about it. Enjoy!

The top displays your score (xxxxx), on the right there are three more stats.
The top number next to the Doraemon icon represents your lifes (#). The bar in
the center is your current health ("). Get hit and some chunks turn red instead
of blue. When all is blue then you lose one life. In the first stage, the lower
icon is your current weapon (%).

Score:

Picking up items and defeating enemies gives you points. This is always
displayed at the top of the screen. Not only is this statistic used as the
high score, but you can get a 1UP at certain milestones. These are: 20,000 -
80,000 - 200,000 and 500,000 points.

Secrets:
````````
When you are game over, press a direction button and START to continue the
game.
Hold A + B, then press START to skip the time machine animation sequence and
immediately start World 1.
Hold A + B + SELECT, then press START to start in World 2.
Hold A + B + SELECT, release the buttons and hold A + B + SELECT once again.
Press START to start in World 3.
In World 1, defeat the enemies in the following order to make an invincibility
item appear: Hatter -> Hatter -> Slug -> Jumper -> UFO -> Hatter. If I'm
not mistaken, this must be done without going through doors.
In World 2, having found Goda (the large kid) and he is still tagging along,
sing into Controller 2's microphone for 3 seconds to get a special attack. This
will wipe out any enemy on-screen, including a boss. You may only use this once
per game so keep it for emergencies.
Also in World 2, you get items after shooting 4 enemies of the same type in a
row, for example the octopus. Shoot any others and it won't show up. Use this
to help you stay alive in this tough stage. Using the wide range weapon will
make this a little bit harder to achieve, but at the same time it should be
easier with that in hand already. It doesn't seem to work with EVERY enemy
type, for example the birds, but it definately does with most of them.
There is a 100,000 bonus score during World 2, to get it you must pass a
certain spot when collecting the kids. Check the walkthrough, I've marked this
section with an asterix (*).
In World 3, at location C6 there is what looks like a dead-end. Seeing that
every other area has a purpose in this stage, this one does too. Use the
microphone on Controller 2 to call for Dorami, Doraemon's sister. She will
appear and bring along the four main items: Tourinuke Hoop, Key, Toriyose Bag
and Omamori. You cannot take all four, but they are surely a nice boost if you
don't want to look for the ones you are supposed to. It's certainly possible to
beat the game without this trick. If you fell for "The Mistake" as described in
the walkthrough, then you could rescue yourself with this trick. I've never
tried calling for her more than once during a playthrough, not sure if that
works.
For a hex cheat, change 002B to 8 and health will stay up. You can still get
killed by the first world's boss, however, so don't touch him. This cheat keeps
your health at a constant level, not the highest, but high enough to survive
nearly all (see above) attacks and breeze through the levels. It really helps
with the 2nd world.
Characters:
```````````
*Doraemon*
Doraemon is the robot cat sent back in time by Sewashi to aid Nobita. Doraemon
originally had ears but they were bitten off by a robot mouse back in the 22nd
century. As a result, he developed a morbid fear of mice, despite being a
robotic cat. He also has the tendency to panic during emergencies,
characterized by him frantically trying to pull out a very much-needed tool
from his pocket (this 4-dimensional pocket is probably the best form of
hammerspace), only to produce a huge assortment of unrelated household items.

*Nobi Nobita*
Nobita is another main character of the series. He is a fourth grader in Tokyo
and an only child. He wears glasses, a red or yellow polo shirt with a white
collar, and blue shorts.

*Goda Takeshi*
Takeshi, usually known by the nickname Gian, is big, strong, and quick-
tempered. His nickname might mean giant. He usually wears an orange shirt. He
is known for his confidence in his terrible singing and cooking. He regularly
subjects the neighborhood children to horrendous singing recitals, which is
sometimes combined with his homemade dinner.

*Dorami*
Dorami, also known as Dorami-chan, is the younger sister of Doraemon.Strangely
enough, they were sibling due to the fact that they shared half of the oil from
a can. She lives in the 22nd-century Tokyo with Sewashi, Nobita's great-great-
grandson. She is yellow where Doraemon is blue, and she has ears that looks
like a large red bow.

03.)                    WALKTHROUGH                                  G0300
===============================================================================

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                       City Attack                                  G0310
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

General Strategy:
You're required to find 2 candy and a torch to advance to the next stage.
Before advancing too far you need to find a weapon, then upgrade it and you
may also want to boost your health. There are many secret tunnels and doors
in this stage, exploration is vital to finding it all. Shoot around in the
area to see if the shots hit the wall you were aiming at, or stop at something
in the air. Secret stuff requires more than one shot to reveal itself. Of
course the streets and tunnels are littered with enemies. They also respawn
once you get too far away from the position you just left them for dead. Once
you are ready, move on to the second stage where enemies are a little tougher
and the ones you know from before have now guns aiming for you. When you make
it to the boss, defeat him to finish this stage.

Maps for this stage:
Area 1: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/nes/file/578343/46865
Underground: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/nes/file/578343/46867
Area 2: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/nes/file/578343/46866

When you start the game, hop into the nearby tunnel to find some food and the
first WEAPON UPGRADE.

Go north and immediately turn left when you can. Go south and shoot to find the
hidden tunnel. Inside, shoot or avoid the rats and when you reach the top
right platform, shoot left to find the second WEAPON UPGRADE.

Back outside, go all the way north into the fenced park to find a BOTTLE that
gives you double shot ability.

Go all the way south and continue west until the end of the map. Go north and
follow the wide path northeast. There is a tunnel at the corner of the blue
building. Inside, stand on the last block on the right and shoot right to find
a 1UP.

Return east past the river and go north a bit. There is a narrow opening on the
left between the blue and green building. When you reach the river, there is
some hidden food in the dead-end at the north side. Go along this path, turning
left when you get the split, until you reach another fenced park. Within the
center is a hidden tunnel.

Stay at the top to avoid the bullets, then when you reach the second half of
the room, stand on the second block from the top and shoot right to find a
hidden WEAPON UPGRADE near the wall.

Backtrack past to the river and go right at the split, which follows along the
river and back east over another bridge. Use the door.

Follow along the path, through a park, loop around over another bridge until
you reach another park. Enter the tunnel, drop down to the lower part to find
the first CANDY on the left side. Jump back up and go around the left side to
return outside.

Return over the bridge and when you reach the corner on the far west side,
shoot the wall at the north to find a secret door.

In this area, there is a hidden BOTTLE on the right side of the right blue
block which gives you the triple shot. At the northwest corner, shoot to find
another hidden tunnel.

Half-way through this tunnel there is a bar at the top which leads to the
hidden TORCH. Continue all the way east to get to the second area.

Follow the path south through the graveyard, then walk left and continue up
north. At the top, go west a bit and then follow it south again. Go west to the
second block and shoot the area left of it for a hidden tunnel.

Down here, the left side of the lower area has a hidden BOTTLE.

Back outside, go east until the end and then south and around to the west side.
When the path goes north, walk to the end and shoot the hidden CANDY in this
corner. Walk east to the building and shoot the hidden door in front at the
south side. There is no turning back now. Inside, go up to the boss. Stay
underneath the steel bar as cover and jump up once in a while to hit him.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                       Flying                                       G0320
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

General Strategy:
As I can't teach you how to fly, you have to do all the action by yourself. If
you aren't good at scrolling shooters you will probably do poorly here too.
Quite a change to the first stage. Fortunately there are some good hints that
will help you along the way. Fly clear of obstacles, including the scenery.
About everything is deadly in this level, it is very easy to lose lives unless
you have played for a long time and know the levels more. The screen moves by
itself so make sure you don't get stuck in bad parts of the screen, move to a
safer area. Finally, there are two secrets in this section. Read them both if
you want to have an easier time.

Soon after the start the tunnel is entered and it gets quite narrow. Do not hit
the top or bottom of the screen. Not long after the tunnel goes downwards and
you need to adjust accordingly. Watch out for lone rocks sticking out of the
side. The tunnel soon returns to sideway action.

Follow it along until you find a lake. Dive into it to take a short detour. At
the very bottom you will find GODA. Return back to the main tunnel and it will
continue right. When it turns north, there will be rocks falling down. You can
of course shoot those, too.

Shortly after turning back east, there is a gap between the plants. Fly in
there early so the screen starts moving north. At the very top you will find
another GODA that will tag along as you go back south and continue east.

Back at the surface, dive down into the next volcano opening to find the NOBI.

Soon you will reach the first mini-boss.

BOSS: Volcano

He has two attacks. The first are sparks that don't have a very long reach. The
second is a small missile of some sort, it disappears after the volcano on the
left. To defeat him, shoot into its mouth.

Next you need to maneouvre through a tight line of plants. With enemies both
flying and shooting towards you. When they have stopped, there is a detour
at the south.

If you take this detour, it will zig-zag towards the bottom where you find the
NOBI, then you can take a shortcut right through the next screen. Once this
one turns back north you will return to the main path.

If you did not take this detour, follow the path east, south and further east
for a pool of water. Go down here for a smaller detour. When the main path
continues, you will soon get another chance to select between taking a shortcut
at the top (very narrow) or go down south. At the bottom you will merge with
the detour from before, as it will also go east and back north. You are now
at this location whatever path you chose.

This path will loop forever, you may notice it from the rock formations or
constant enemy supply. To get out of this mess, turn up between the blue layers
or rock which leads north. Soon you will be back outside.

Go south the first gap you see, it contains a GODA.

BOSS: Ship

There are two attacks. The first is a bunch of large shells, like cannonballs.
They are so clusted together that you need to move a lot to avoid them as you
cannot destroy them. The second attack are lifeboats, each manned with a single
person. They can be destroyed easily, but also shoot at you with the same
bullets. To defeat this boss, simply shoot it until it takes enough damage.
Because I find this boss the toughest to beat, if you still have the fat kid
tagged along it may be a good idea to use his special attack (see Secrets).

You will enter a more civilized area of this stage. When you have gone north
and turn back east, stay at the top and enter the small passage. It leads to
NOBI. (*) I'm not 100% sure when, but I think if you bring the other kid along
to this passage and flight high enough, you receive a 100,000 point bonus. If
anyone can confirm this is really the way to get it...

The next corridor once again loops forever, but there is an easy way to stop
the northern way out of here. Stay on the left side and when the path is split
in the center, stay on the left and follow it around. There is a detour at the
north side, it contains NOBI.

Follow the path north and when you turn east it is yet another looping
corridor. Before leaving to the north, dive south to find the GODA.

BOSS: DOG

I don't know much about the cartoon, but because Doraemon is a robot cat, I
suppose this could be his robot-dog arch-enemy.

He has four helper, some kind of shuttles, that fly back and forth and shoot
at you. The dog itself can also shoot the same ammo, all of it is quite slow.
You can actually hold off the helpers by constantly shooting them as new ones
appear in the top right corner. That tactic, however, won't kill the dog. You
need to position yourself where you can shoot both the helpers and the dog at
the same time. It is ideal just above the highest face block in the middle of
the screen. You will almost always kill the shuttles, and once in a while hit
the dog. When a shot is coming towards you, then move a little. This is a lot
easier than the previous two bosses.

Fly into the heart at the end to complete this world.

General Strategy:
I will not be using the trick to get more items, instead I will mention how to
obtain them the normal way. To beat this stage, you must find hoops to open
walls, and collect the kids from the chests. They will tag along and you will
be able to open another wall later on with their help. This leads to the boss,
THE final boss of the game. Start out by studing the map below, or graphically
here:

http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/nes/file/578343/49063

  1   2   3   4   5   6   7   8

G [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]|[ ]|[ ]|[ ] [ ]
    ----------------/   |   ----
H [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]=[ ]|[ ] [ ]

You start at A1, in the top left corner of the map. Swimming is really easy as
you control it with the directional pad. Doraemon tends to descend slowly all
the time, gravity and all, so you will also adjust for that a tiny bit at all
times. The end is at H8 but you will have to accomplish plenty before arriving
down there.

With so many random factors, I can't give a step-by-step walkthrough. Instead
here is an FAQ:

The Jump:
Sometimes an item is far out of reach above the water surface. Descend below it
and then start ascending straigt up. When you reach the surface you should
jump up into the air. If there is a chest make sure you are holding the key,
too.

The Items:
There are four main items, not counting the kids as an item. The others are the
key to open the chests, the hoop to open the walls, the bag to carry more items
and and the omamori to defeat the blue worm. There are four possible locations
for these items and they are always random. Once you drop an item it will stay
there unless a ghost steals it, which you would have to witness to happen (i.e.
stay in the same screen).
A8: In the air, easy to jump to. Has a ghost nearby that wants to steal your
   stuff so be careful.
B4: The first southern path has this right in the middle.
B5: Coming from the southern path at A8 or somewhere else southwest, this is
   also in plain sight.
D2: The fourth location is the most southern one, but there isn't anything
   special about it either.

E7: There is a candy here, I though I might mention that as well.
H4: Another candy, you can't miss this because it's on the way to the wall
   boss.

The Chests:
There are many chests, some are in plain sight and some are hidden. You have to
seek them out and open all until you find the three kids. They either contain
a kid or a blue worm. The latter is the bad situation. Chests are random and
there are eight locations in total:
A3: You can't miss this one, it's right at the beginning. You may also try this
   one first because for me it often contained a kid already.
C2: Open the wall to find this one, pretty easy.
C5: It's the open, but I often found this to be the worm.
C8: First you need to open the purple wall at D6, then swim up from the left
   side of the volcano (not the tip, you will definately just get hurt and
   lose your speed). Continue to ascend towards the right side of the next
   screen, there jump high into the air to reach it.
E3: Open the wall at E1 and swim to F3. On the left side, start diving up to
   the surface for a dash to this chest in the air.
E8: Fight the octopus for access to the chest.
F1: Fight the octopus for access to the chest.
G5: The final location, and way deep down in the sea, you have to fight another
   octopus for access to the chest.

The Kids:
They are used for the wall boss, you must find all three and bring them down
to open the wall there. Finding them is not too easy, because the chests are
random. Once you have found two, carry them down to H5 and look for the third.
Once you have all three at H5 there will be an event and you can move on
without them.

The Walls:
There are a few of these, they will surely be noticable by their off-looking
color. To open them, simply run into them while holding the key. Walls close
again after you leave the screen. The wall locations are: C1, D6, E1, E6.

The Worm:
When he appears from a chest instead of a kid, he will dive right into you, for
major damage. He might push you out of the screen, but then you might also have
forgotten your items. You can only defeat him by carrying the omamari in your
hands, but at least he'll be dead instantaneous. You may also escape to the
next screen. He will always stay around in the previous one, but often you will
never have to get back there. A couple of times I have seen him follow me to
the next screen. In the later stages of this world, it will appear without any
chests being opened.

The Bag:
Your first task is to get a bag so you can can carry two items at the same
time, and have easier access to items out of reach. It works like this: you
attract any item on the screen towards you. Whenever you enter a screen that
has a new item and you are already carrying two, one of them will have stayed
behind in the previous screen to make space for one more. If you are ever
wondering "Where did my key go?" and you have the Omamori and Hoop instead,
then this is probably what happened. Carrying the items with the bag does not
constitute as carrying them yourself. To open a chest, for example, you will
have to switch around to grab they key first.

The Ghost:
If the ghost ever steals your items, follow it into the screen he went and you
should find it there. There are screens where he will surely show up, and
others where it is very likely if you carry anything. There is always some
buffer period after you have entered the room, so you could make it through
before he even appears.

The Octopus:
There are three of these, they each guard a chest. His tentacles will drag him
towards you and damage at the same time. You may not bring items into the
screen until he is defeated. To kill him, simply shoot a few times like any
ordinary enemy. Then come back with your stuff and open the chest.

The Switch:
This is not a switch as in a lever, button or any other control mechanism. It
is more like a strategy you must apply because you of only being able to carry
a maximum of two items. In order to gain access to a wall, you first need the
hoop, then you need the key for the chest that is inside. You may also need to
keep the omamori around to defeat the blue worm. As mentioned earlier, you can
skip the worm by escaping. So in actually you only need the hoop and key for
most of the sections. The switching is more important once you have to get the
kids to tag along. To dump another item, drop the bag and pick up this unwanted
item. Go into another screen, preferably one where you will not go back to
again (because else the kid won't follow), leave the item here and return to
the bag. Once you only have the bag, start collecting the kids.

The Mistake:
Something you want to avoid, because it means having to rely on the secret
item method to continue the game. Do NOT let the hoop get stuck behind a wall
and you can't get back out. As soon as you leave the screen, the wall will be
closed again. If you leave the hoop in that screen after going through the wall
and moving on, it will be impossible to reach. If you are stuck in a small
area that cannot reach the secret area, it will be impossible to finish this
stage and you might as well kill yourself.

The Plan:
Get started on the chests, perhaps start with the easier ones. Whenever you
find a kid, leave it there for now. Once you manage to find a second kid, it is
time to collect both. Dump the items somewhere close-by, get both kids, then go
down to H5. Afterwards look for the third, take it with out along with the
omamori. When you have opened the wall at H5 with all three kids, carry on with
the omamori and get to the final boss.

The Wall Boss:
At H5 you will encounter this mini-boss. You cannot defeat him by shooting, but
instead you need both kids to open up the wall underneath. This is what you
have been working for all this time.

The End Stages:
After the Wall Boss, there are a few more screens to swim through. Some of them
contain a blue worm, without having opened a chest. You can either defeat them
with the omamori, or try to get past.

The Boss:
The final boss is a large statue head. It will fly around towards you and you
simply shoot at him and avoiding contact.

The End:
You have rescued the girl and can enjoy the credits. You may also continue with
your game from World 1.

                       City Attack                                  G0410
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SHOCK GUN
Weapon Upgrade 1 - the basic weapon. Without it you cannot even shoot and are
helpless against enemies.

KUUKIHOU
Weapon Upgrade 2. With this you'll do more damage.

KYOURYOKU UCHIWA (POWER FAN)
Weapon Upgrade 3. Very powerful, defeats nearly everything with ease.

DORAYAKI (COOKIE)
2000
Recovers health, very useful.

GENKI CANDY
5000
Increases your max health bar by quite a bit.

BOTTLE
2000
With each bottle you can shoot one extra time. Usually you can only shoot once
until the shoot has disappeared, such as off-screen or hit an enemy. The higher
rate of attack is vital for survival.

TANMA WATCH
2000
Stops enemies for a short amount of time. Neat, but not too useful in my
opinion. It drops randomly and if you get it, fair enough, it can help you
out, yet I wouldn't depend on it because it only lasts a few seconds.

GOLD BARS
1000
Dropped by enemies. Points, that's all.

GEMS
2000
Dropped by enemies. Points, that's all.

1UP
1000
Adds one extra life to your total. Obviously highly regarded.

SMALL LIGHT (TORCH)
Weapon boost for the next stage (?).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Note: Items are very rare in this stage, you get most from shooting enemies.

GODA TAKESHI (LARGE KID)
Helps you out by being a wingman until taking too much damage. He lobs balls
to the front that should keep your way clear. You can have both kids at the
same time.

NOBI NOBITA (THIN KID)
Helps you out by being a wingman until taking too much damage. His shots
alternate by going at a 45 degree angle from his position. More useful to hit
enemies that are on the sides and shoot at you from there, often positions you
wouldn't go near because of the scenery. You can have both kids at the same
time.

SMALL LIGHT (TORCH)
Upgrades your weapon to a one-kill, wide-range sonar attack, rather than your
flimsy ordinary boomstick. Lost if hit too often.

HIRAKI MANTLE
Protection from up to four attacks.

DORAYAKI (COOKIE)
Recovers health, very useful.

GENKI CANDY
Increases your max health bar by quite a bit.

TANMA WATCH
Stops enemies for a short amount of time. Slightly more useful in this stage
compared to the first one.

TOURINUKE HOOP
Opens walls to reveal new sections of this stage.

KAGI (KEY)
Opens chests. Carry it over to one and it will unlock itself.

TORIYOSE BAG
This bag lets you collect two more items to carry at the same time (including
the bag itself unforunately). It also acts like a magnet, dragging any item on
screen towards you without having to jump up to it, or picking it up. This is a
must-have item to get!

OMAMORI
This Japanese amulet is used to defeat the blue worm enemy. Without it you
cannot beat it.

TANMA WATCH
Stops all enemies for a short amount of time.

DORAYAKI (COOKIE)
Recovers health, very useful.

GENKI CANDY
Increases your max health bar by quite a bit.

GOLD BARS
1000

to a torture room, similar to the game 'Mighty Bomb Jack' if you have ever
played that.

GEMS
2000
Dropped by enemies. Points, that's all. If you take too many you may be taken
to a torture room, similar to the game 'Mighty Bomb Jack' if you have ever
played that.

GODA TAKESHI (LARGE KID)
Found in a chest, used together with the other kid to open a wall.

NOBI NOBITA (THIN KID)
Found in a chest, used together with the other kid to open a wall.

THIRD KID
Found in a chest, used together with the other kid to open a wall. Not sure of
his name.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

HATTER
50
2
When this guy sees you he will walk in square lines towards your position,
but rather slowly.

JUMPER
100
3
This crazy guy jumps around, like crazy, with a movement towards your position.
Just because he is jumping doesn't mean he is any harder than the other basic
enemies.

SLUG
200
2
Moves from right to left and the opposite way. Quite slow too.

UFO
200
3
Like a flying object, it moves in for the kill with a descending motion. As it
is flying, it can hide behind or on top of buildings where you can't shoot it.

DRAGON
200
2
Only appears in the second part. It appears out of nowhere when you have spent
some time walking around, circles you, then moves closer with each circle until
you get hit. It then disappears if you haven't killed it by then.

ROBOT
500
3
Moves in all direction, mainly in a straight line.

BUG
500
3
Sprays a large amount of attack balls within the area, huge reach. Doesn't move
much, but when it does in small steps.

MOUSE
800
3
Very quick, only found in underground passages. Killing it is a little hard as
it keeps on jumping around.

EYE
1000
3
Like a medusa head, it flys around in the underground passage where you have to
avoid it with care.

BOSS: BULL
10000
28
This large boss can kill you instantly if you touch it. It basically just jumps
from the starting position, then moves right a few steps and jumps again. Once
it turns out it will repeat this until it is defeated. While doing so, there
are sprays of balls you need to avoid by standing underneat the steel bar. With
the best weapon it will go down in 10 hits.

                       Flying                                       G0520
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

BIRD
10
1
When you are at the surface, they will come towards you as in most generic
scrollers. They fly in a straight line.

OCTOPUS
20
1
Often hides behind rocks and other environmental areas you cannot get to, nor
shoot. They do not move.

JELLY
30
1
Moves back and forth, shoots, very weak though.

PTERODACTYLUS
50
1
Starts out zig-zag,then a straight line.

BAT
100
1
Similar to the bird, but tougher attack and it has a wave-like flight.

VOLCANO
300
8
Stationary, the tip of the valcano spews out small balls that go into many
direction. They are quite damaging so be careful.

PYRANHA
500
3
Does not attack, but flies a few straight lines across the screen that come
in your way.

ROCK
500
2
Drops from the ceiling, either straight down or in a loop. Can be shot, but you
have to be quick and there are many.

BUG
500
8
Zooms back and forth, does not attack but hard to kill.

SMALL SHIP
500
1
Easy kill, but has a strong shot and is very fast. Appears from the ship boss.

FISH
1000
1
Jumps out of the pools, also has a tough attack.

4-EYES
1000
4
Flys back and forth, very strong in both attack and HP.

LIGHT
1000
2
Jumps up and down, easy.

DIAMOND
1000
32
Veeery hard to kill, but not worth it either. Circles around in one area, it's
more of a hazard than an enemy, but you can kill it.

PLANT
2000
32
The tip of the plant shoots a mediocre damaging bullet at you. It is nearly
impossible to defeat these with the normal weapon, seeing that you move on so
quickly.

BOSS: VOLCANO
10000
32
He has two attacks. The first are sparks that don't have a very long reach. The
second is a small missile of some sort, it disappears after the volcano on the
left. To defeat him, shoot into its mouth.

BOSS: SHIP
10000
32
There are two attacks. The first is a bunch of large shells, like cannonballs.
They are so clusted together that you need to move a lot to avoid them as you
cannot destroy them. The second attack are lifeboats, each manned with a single
person. They can be destroyed easily, but also shoot at you with the same
bullets. To defeat this boss, simply shoot it until it takes enough damage.

BOSS: DOG
10000
32
He has four helper, some kind of shuttles, that fly back and forth and shoot
at you. The dog itself can also shoot the same ammo, all of it is quite slow.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                       Underwater                                   G0530
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

GHOST
-
-
This annoying fool steals your items and stashed them in another room nearby.
It can be quite frustrating if it's far away, or it will mix up your items.
Not only does it cost you time, but requires further exploration and thus it
will be more dangerous. The stats proof that you cannot kill this foe.

VOLCANO
10
1
You cannot destroy the volcano itself, but the rocks themselves are easily
broken. The problem is that there are so many of them.

TURTLE
50
1
Swims back and forth.

CRAB
100
2
Swim up and down, slightly tougher than the Turtle.

SKELETON FISH
100
2
This fish is a little harder to predict, as it often turns up or down at any
point.

SEA HORSE
100
2
Makes large squares within the area, which is easily avoided.

FISH
200
2
Swims in circles, but otherwise similar to the turtle or crab. Everything but
the appearance makes this the same as the fishbone.

FISHBONE
200
2
Swims in circles, but otherwise similar to the turtle or crab. Everything but
the appearance makes this the same as the ordinary fish.

EVIL FISH
200
2
These fish only appear in the last stages of the world, after gettin through
the wall boss. They appear very quickly and in masses.

OCTOPUS
5000
8
There are three of these, all stationary and guarding a chest. Its tenctacles
well pull you towards the body. Shoot before it can grab you and it will soon
fall.

BLUE WORM
5000
-
You can only defeat these worms with the omamori, and then it will be in one
touch. They are quite aggressive, pushing you into walls or the next screen.
Once in a while they might show up in other areas where they are not supposed
to be, if you did not kill them after showing up from the chests. In the last
few screens of the stage they will also show up without having to open chests
first, but they don't seem as aggressive and easier to avoid.

BOSS: STATUE HEAD
50000
16
For that many shots he does seem hard, and his attack is not too powerful
either. He is quick though, so don't let him catch you.
