II. Introduction

Chip's Challenge is a very basic yet challenging puzzle game.  It's
graphics are nothing to marvel at (It was created in 1992) yet it's
difficulty can be terribly frustrating.  I compare it to the Lolo games
for the NES, but probably a little more difficult, particularly the
later levels.

And as this is a difficult puzzle game, I assume that you have general
skills at puzzle games, because I will not tell you exactly how to move
every block, or exactly which direction to go in a maze.  I will give
you the general idea of how to beat the level, and I will explain the
more complex puzzles.  There are several levels, however, that simply
require button-pressing skill.  So I can't help you with that, save
telling you what to do.

One suggestion I have is that every time you need to restart a level,
hit Ctrl+R rather than scrolling up and manually clicking new game.  It
is much easier and time saving.

If you like this guide and want to check out any other guides
I've written, check out:

Battleship for NES
TimeSplitters 2 for GameCube (Notre Dame Hard Mode)
Nerf N-Strike for Wii

Good luck.

III. Game Info

    A. Boots

The most important items in this game are the boots that you get.
There are 4 different boots that you can get in this game that will
appear in levels they are necessary in.

Ice Skates - These make it so that you can walk on ice.  Without
them on, you can still slide on the ice.  But when you have them
on, you are able to control your steps on ice, as if you are
walking on normal ground.

Fire Boots - When you collect these, you are able to cross fire.
Without them, you will burn in the fire, and have to restart the
level.

Flippers - With these, you will be able to swim in the water.
If you do not have them, you will drown in the water, and have to
restart the level.

Suction Boots - By using these boots, you can control your
walking on green arrows.  If you do not have them on, you will
be forced to slide on the arrows in the direction they point.

    B. Keys

Keys are another important aspect of the game.  There are four
different colors of keys: Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green.  The Red, Blue,
and Yellow keys are exactly the same, as they will only open one door
than be gone.  The green key is slightly different, as you will only
need to collect one, then you will be able to open all green doors.

    C. Enemies

There are several enemies in this game, but none of them are too
difficult to get by.

Spider - The spider will kill you if you touch it.  It moves
in set patterns, usually around a pile of blocks.  You can
get in line with it, as it will never break from a pattern unless
interrupted by a block or another enemy.

Spinning Enemy - The yellow and red baddie that comes at you,
usually shot from a creator block.  These things usually tend to
follow a pattern, but will turn random directions when someone or
something interferes with their path.  Along with the spider, they
can be killed by water.

Amoeba - This bug looking thing is slow, and very similar to the
spider.  It can also be killed by water.

Green Blob - This enemy moves slowly, but randomly across the
ground.  But it's easy to predict when it is going to move, so
getting out of the way isn't too hard.

Green Monster - This is probably the most difficult enemy
because he follows your moves.  If you move up, he will to, but
only if he is at eye level with you.  The best way to get rid of
him is to get him stuck behind some blocks.

Bouncing Ball - This ball bounces back and forth.  Just stay out
of its way.

Spaceship - These things move in patterns around blocks, but they
can fly over water.  Still it isn't too tough to stay out of
their paths. They can also be used to trigger buttons.

Saturns - Blue enemies that look like the planet Saturn. They
bounce around, but will stay against walls unless they are
disrupted.

Bombs - These bombs get in the way, but can be exploded by
enemies or blocks.  They are usually put in the way of Chip's
path.

    D. Blocks, Spaces, and Buttons

The rest of this section just basically talks about the rest of the
stuff you will run into during the course of this game.

Brown Blocks - These blocks can be moved to create paths in the
water, or to block enemies.

Invisible Blocks - These blocks cannot be seen, but do the same
as a normal blue block by blocking your path.

Disappearing Blocks - These blocks look exactly like the blue
blocks, except that when you touch them, they disappear.

Warp Spaces - Using these light blue spaces, you are able to warp
from one place to another. Depending on which direction you enter
the warp will determine where you end up.

Exit Spaces - These big blue squares are the exit spaces, and
will take you out of the level.

Traps - These brown spaces will stick you (or bad guys)
into place, and make you restart the level.  The only way to go
over one is if you have put a block on the brown button.

Black Spaces - In these asphalt-like spaces, you are able to walk
on them and stay completely protected from enemies, except the
spaceship.

Thief Space - This is the space where a guy in a trench coat is
pictured.  He is there to steal your boots, whichever ones you
may have.

Question Mark Space - Spaces with "?" on them.  They are used to
give hints in certain levels.  Use them whenever possible.

Grey Dots - You can only walk over these spaces once, as they
turn into grey blocks that block your way.

Muddy Spaces - You can walk in these spaces, but the enemies
can't .  But after you walk over them once, they turn into
regular grey spaces.

Red Button - This button usually triggers bad guys to start
popping out of the creator places.  But sometimes they are
necessary to use.

Green Button - Use these buttons to make the green-outlined
blocks appear and disappear.

Blue Button - The use of these buttons it to move tanks from
right to left, and vice-versa.

Brown Buttons - Step on these or put a block on them, and it
will inactivate the big brown spaces.

IV. Levels/Walkthrough

LESSON 1  (Difficulty: 1/10)
Level 1, Time 100, Chips 11

Pick up the 3 Chips and 2 Red and 2 Blue Keys.  Proceed to unlock
the red and blue doors, and pick up whatever is in each area.  Continue
this until all chips are collected, then walk over the weird square
thing and enter the blue warp.  Very Simple.

LESSON 2  (Difficulty: 2/10)
Level 2, Time 100, Chips 4
Password: JXMJ

Pick up the two chips, then push one of the two brown blocks up. Go to
its side, and push it into the water, then step on the new tile formed.
Push the second block up, and into the water as well.  Now you have
created a small bridge to cross. Cross the bridge, and walk to the top
and the bottom, and pick up the final 2 chips.  Do not worry too much
about the spiders, as they will stay in the middle.  Continue left and
exit the level.

LESSON 3  (Diff: 2/10)
Level 3, Time 100, Chips 3
Password: ECBQ

This is the level where we are introduced to the different types of
floors and shoes.  Grab the Flippers, jump into the water, and grab
the chip and the ice skates.  Go to the ice, grab the chip and the
fire boots.  Go over to the fire, and grab the chip and suction
boots. Walk over to the arrows, grab the chip, and then follow the
arrows to the exit.

LESSON 4:  (Diff: 3/10)
Level 4, Time 150, Chips 9
Password: YMCJ

This is the level where we are introduced to function buttons.
Move towards the right, and go through the openings until you get a
chip.  Then move out, step on the green button to move the block,
and then pick up the second chip.  Do the same thing on the bottom
half of the area.  After picking up the four chips on the east side
of the level, return back to the beginning.  Go down, until you see
the 5 brown blocks in the shape of an "X".  Move the four outer blocks
and grab the chips under them.  Do not move the middle block, as there
is fire under it and you will die.  Go to the northwest area of the
level, and step on the blue button to move the tank.  Continue this
until you grab the final chip, then work your way back to the
beginning, and go through the exit.

LESSON 5  (Diff: 2/10)
Level 5, Time 100, Chips 0
Password: TQKB

Begin by moving up, and stepping on the green button to free the
pink ball.  Step on the button again to trap the pink ball on the
opposite side.  This will stop the generator to stop making spinning
bad guys.  Go back down and grab the red key behind the fire.
Go back up, and unlock the door.  Step on the two brown buttons,
which will free the spaceship, and the spaceship will destroy the
bomb in front of the exit.

LESSON 6  (Diff: 1/10)
Level 6, Time 100, Chips 4
Password: WNLD

Go to the left (west) and push the third blue block from the bottom.
It will disappear.  Continue west until you run into an invisible
wall.  Go straight up from here, and walk through another fake block.
Move two steps over, and go back down through yet another fake block.
Grab the 4 chips and go back the same way you got there.
You may notice the 4 other chips on the right side, but do not worry
about them.  You have already fulfilled your chip quota, so just
take the exit. (It is not possible to pick up the 4 chips on the
right side of the level.)

LESSON 7  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 7, Time 150, Chips 3
Password: FXQO

Start by walking down on the large blue transport button.  Once you
are transported, cross it again by stepping on it from the bottom.
You should be in the top-right room.  Pick up the flippers, and then
go back into the transport from the top, then cross the next
transport from the right. You should now be in the room with the fire
boots.  Do not pick them up, but instead go down and cross the gray
button.  It will turn into a block.

Continue forward, cross the water, and step on the arrow floor.  It
will take you to a chip, and then make you pass the thief.  He will take
your flippers, but don't worry about it.  Now move back down, grab the
fire boots, cross the gray button and the fire in the northeast room.
Follow the arrows again and get another chip.  Cross the transports
again, until you are in the southeast room with the exit and a
thief.  Cross the thief, pick up the chip, and then walk back to the
exit.

LESSON 8  (Diff: 2/10)
Level 8, Time 100, Chips 1
Password: NHAG

One level where very little thinking is involved.  Step onto the first
square of brown mud, and run down.  When you are at the bottom of the
mud, quickly run right.  When you get all the way right, run back left
and up along the path you originally made.  The monster should be far
enough behind you now, so run to the middle and grab the chip.
Continue east to the exit.

NUTS AND BOLTS  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 9, Time 400, Chips 9
Password: KCRE

Here we go. Move right and pick up the chip, than go down, avoid the
spinning things, grab the yellow key, and open the door.  Once through
the door, move all the way to the top, and hold right as you step onto
the arrows.  One of the walls will disappear.  Move the 4 brown blocks
into the water above, grab the red key, and continue.  Figure out the
ice, or just follow this.  Here are the buttons to push on the ice: R,
D, L, U, L, D, R, U, L, D, R, R, D, L, U, L, U.

Cross the arrow and push the button. Step off it, and push it again.
Move all the way up and grab the blue key.  Open the blue door, grab
the yellow key, push the button, open the yellow door, grab the green
key, push the button, open the green door, grab the red key, push the
button, open the red door, and step onto the ice, but remember to avoid
the spinning enemies when timing your slide.

After sliding on the ice, you will come to some spiders.  Wait for them
to run to the top half, and grab the chip.  Then move upwards, wait for
the spiders to move back down, and grab the other chip.  Go down the
left path, run down, and quickly grab the chip behind the blue wall.
The bottom middle block is fake.

Then come back to the spider room, and go down the lower path.  You
will run into 4 brown blocks.  Push the top left block one space to the
right, then step down and move the bottom left block to the left one
space, run around, and blow up one of the bombs with it.  Go back up,
and push the bottom right block over two spaces.  Then push the top
right block up one space.  Grab the chip from here, then proceed to
maneuver and push the other three blocks into the three remaining
bombs.  After the bombs are gone, go forward and grab the two visible
chips.  Then push the brown block upwards, and get the final chip that
is hiding.

Go back to the spider room again, and go through the film square
thingy.  Push the brown block onto the brown button, and free the
spinning bad guy.  Simply avoid the spinning thing, and exit the level.
Finally!

BRUSHFIRE  (Diff: 3/10)
Level 10, Time 80, Chips 0
Password: UVWS

This is just a maze level with one spider in it.  Start by taking the
right path, and continue until you find a wall.  Take a few steps down,
and then head left.  Go until you hit another wall, then go all the way
down.  Go right after you hit the wall, and then head down once you
find a big wall of fire.  You should be able to see the exit (but not
get to it) from here, if you can't see it, you went the wrong way.
Once you have gone down, pick your way through the fire, and head back
up on the opposite side of the fire wall. When you reach the top, take
a few steps to your left, and head all the way down again.  When you
get to the bottom, go to your left, and take the middle path for a
couple steps.  Go up once you are able to, and then continue going
left.  Head up and back to the right, and you will find the exit
accessible.

TRINITY  (Diff: 3/10)
Level 11, Time 300, Chips 3
Password: CNPE

Head left into the mess of arrows, and make your way to the top.  When
you are near the top, you should find a small area with a blue key and
a space ship.  Make your way to this area, quickly take the key, and
exit.  Make your way back to the main room, and head left.  Work your
way down, until you see another area with a spider and a yellow key.
Go there, grab the key, and head back to the main room. Once here, go
to the left again, go down a little, then work your way back up. Near
the top, you will find another area with a spinning bad guy and a red
key.  Once again, carefully take the key, and get back to the main
area.

Now that you are back here, open the three doors and take the three
different types of shoes.  First, take the water path, then take the
fire path.  Finally, take the ice path, and head left first.  Grab the
final chip, then head back right to the exit.

HUNT  (Diff: 3/10)
Level 12, Time 400, Chips 652
Password: WVHI

Another level that requires very little mind power. I would just
recommend picking up all the outside chips first, so the two green
monsters are not freed.  After all the outside chips are collected, I
like to quickly move inside, and create a wall that blocks the monsters
from getting to me.  Keep in mind, there are more chips in this level
than you need to pick up.  The exit is near the middle.

SOUTHPOLE  (Diff: 1/10)
Level 13, Time ---, Chips 0
Password: OCKS

Just push down.  Every time you land, just push down again.  You will
be at the exit in no time.

TELEBLOCK  (Diff: 2/10)
Level 14, Time 250, Chips 4
Password: BTDY

Pick up the red key then walk through the transport.  Unlock the top
door, and push one of the brown blocks through the transport.  Then
enter the transport FROM A DIFFERENT DIRECTION!  If you enter through
the same direction as you pushed the block, then the block is pushed
into a corner and becomes useless.  Continue this trend 8 more times,
fill in the water, grab the 4 chips, and leave the level.  NOTE: You
must unlock the right door last.  This is because there is no key
behind the door on the right.

ELEMENTARY  (Diff: 3/10)
Level 15, Time 250, Chips 12
Password: COZQ

Time may be your only problem in this level, so try to work fast.  Pick
up the red and blue keys, and enter the two easternmost doors.  Go in,
grab the keys, and you will also pick up skates and fire boots that are
hidden under the block.  Enter the red door with ice behind it, and
follow the maze around until you have found 3 chips and a blue key.
Return to the middle and open the blue door with fire behind it.
Again, find 3 chips and a red key.  Return to the middle, and open the
two westernmost doors.  Grab the keys and the two new walking
accessories.  Enter the water and arrow doors, and continue finding 3
chips and 1 key.  Return to the middle and open the final two doors.
Open them, and place the brown block on the brown button at the top,
then go down and exit the level.

CELLBLOCKED  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 16, Time ---, Chips 0
Password: SKKK

This level is just a maze.  If you want to beat it without looking at
the path listed below, I recommend a trial and error method.  Try one
path, and see if it works.  And make sure to write down and keep track
of each direction you go, because this is a rather long maze.

Here is the correct way to go: Start by heading right, down, down,
down, right, up, right, up, up, right, up, up, left, up, left, left,
left, left, left, down, left, down, down, down, down, right, down,
down, right, right, right, right, right, up, right, down.  If you
follow my directions exactly, you will reach the exit.

NICE DAY  (Diff: 3/10)
Level 17, Time 100, Chips 46
Password: AJMG

It's shaped like a smiley face. Get it? :) = Nice Day.  Anyway, move
upward first and collect the twelve chips that make up the eyes.  Then
go back down and pick up the rest of the chips that form the mouth.
Then head to either of the bottom corners, where there will be an exit.
It is not very hard to dodge the enemies in this level.

CASTLE MOAT  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 18, Time 600, Chips 0
Password: HMJL

Whenever a level has 600 seconds, you know that it is going to be long.
This level is a pain in the ass.  Start out by going right, up, and
back left and down until you reach some light brown blocks.  Maneuver
the first block you see down to the water, and push it straight in, in
front of the fire.  Then move up and maneuver another block down (yes,
all the blocks are maneuverable, it just takes time) and push it near
the water.  Push it up until you can get on the other side of it, then
push it all the way back down, and place it in the water directly below
where you placed the first block.

Now you have a place to work with. Continue getting the blocks down
from up top, and bring them near the water. Place one directly above
where you placed the original, and then start building a bridge to the
other side from here.  After 6 more blocks, you will have it beat.

Alternate [And Better] Strategy:

After reading the guide on this level from Michael Gonzales, I found
out that there are some flippers hidden under one of the blocks in the
top right part of the block maze.  Go there, pick them up, go back
down, swim across the moat, and exit the level.

DIGGER  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 19, Time 210, Chips 146
Password: MRHR

Stay on the beaten path, and collect all the chips except for the ones
blocking the monsters in.  After you have collected all the other
chips, go back and collect the ones blocking the monsters.  Some of the
monsters should already be contained, so easily grab their chip and
move on.  Other monsters must be distracted, so take a few steps from
where the monster is, and start walking in the mud.  The monster will
follow you, so try to trap him in a new area, and then take the chip
while he is starring at you from a different angle.  This may sound
difficult, but it is actually very easy.  One of the monsters may get
free, so just be slow, and create a new path in the mud if the monster
is chasing you.

TOSSED SALAD  (Diff: 6/10)
Level 20, Time 400, Chips 15
Password: KGFP

Tossed Salad?!?!?  OK! Anyways!

In the first part, run around like a mad man and grab the ten scattered
chips while avoiding the annoying spider.  After that, head to the
bottom right corner, and head through the transport.  Make your way
down the path and then back up while avoiding the tanks.  Grab the red
key, then come back and open up the red key door.

Slide past the arrows and walk by the chips surrounded by fire.  Slide
through the ice, pick up the fire boots, then slide back across the ice
and pick up the 4 chips.  Then go across the ice again, and over the
new set of arrows.  You will come to a bouncing pink ball.  Jump in
front of the ball when it is behind you, and run to the other side.

Continue on until you come to a bunch of bouncing pink balls.  Head all
the way to the left and go down the green arrows, grab the final chip,
then make your way past the tanks.  I like to move up on the sides on
at a time, just to make sure I make it safely.  Grab the yellow key,
and come back up.  Now run past the pink balls, which is surprisingly
simple.  Open the yellow door, and stop tossing salad.

ICEBERG  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 21, Time 150, Chips 9
Password: UGRW

Every time you push the red button, a new brown block is created.
Create a block, then push it over three spaces, then push it up into
the water.  Get another one, and push it in the same place.  Do this
one more time, and you will have a clear path to where the nine chips
are hiding.  (Remember to ride the new path right after you push the
block, to set the block in the water.)  Come back to the beginning, and
push a block up the normal path.  It takes three of these blocks to
fill in the path.  Just follow the normal path to the exit.

FORCED ENTRY  (Diff: 2/10)
Level 22, Time 140, Chips 8
Password: WZIN

Step onto the arrows, and let them bounce you around.  You have to push
left, right, up, and down when you are around the chips, but none of
the chips are that tough to obtain.  After you have forced your way
onto all eight of the chips, then just take the rest of the ride, and
it will (eventually) let you off right next to the exit.

BLOBNET  (Diff: 9/10)
Level 23, Time 500, Chips 88
Password: HUVE

We are introduced to a new bad guy, blob, in this level.  Basically, be
patient, and do not grab the chip until there are no blobs next to it.
This one takes time, but is not hard on the brain. The hardest part of
this level is getting into the exit after you got all the chips.

OORTO GELD  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 24, Time 550, Chips 48
Password: UNIZ

Another long but not too difficult level.  Start out by going to the
top and pushing the 3rd block from the left up to the top, after the
first ship passes but before the 2nd.  The spaceship will hit this, and
it will alter its path.  It will now cross over the green button.  Go
to the bottom of the blocks, and push the third one from the right all
the way down.  The other spaceship will now hit his one, and the green
switches will be hit fairly rhythmically.  Now walk around the level,
and slowly pick up all the chips. This takes a while, but you got time.
When you are finished, the exit is in the middle.

BLINK  (Diff: 6/10)
Level 25, Time 600, Chips 28
Password: PQGV

Start by running over the transport, and grabbing the chips available
every time you hit the transport.  You will see other transports to
take, but do not take them yet.  Instead, keep hitting the same
transport up and down until you start visiting areas you have already
been at.

Explore these areas not for chips, but now for another transport.  Once
you find one, do the same thing with this one (entering it up and down
only, or left and right only) until you start running into repeats on
that one.  Then move onto another transport you find.

Keep doing this and you will come across all the chips you need.  Try
to recognize certain places by the block formations.  So you don't
enter them again.  But if you do enter them again, you will know right
away because there are no chips there.

To find the exit after you have collected all the chips, try to find
transports that you can enter up and down.  Enter them rapidly, either
until you wind up at the exit or just below it.  If you end up just
below it, keep searching for another transport that can be entered up
and down.  Eventually you will come across the exit.

If anyone wants an EXTREMELY detailed walkthrough of this level, email
me and I will write one up.  However, I don't think that this level is
too difficult and that it can be completed with just a little trial-
and-error, and therefore does not necessitate a long, step-by-step
walkthrough.

CHCHCHIPS  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 26, Time 300, Chips 170
Password: YVYJ

The hardest part of this level is avoiding the amoeba in the middle.
So I recommend starting there, so if you lose than you can just restart
and try again until you get it.  After you avoid the amoeba the rest is
a cake walk.

Start by heading down and to the right, where the chips are.  Right
away you will see an amoeba making a perimeter around the chips.  Take
some of the inner chips and try to isolate him in a 3 or 4 chip line.
After that, quickly grab the chips and run away.  If you do it
correctly, the amoeba will just be going in circles and easily
avoidable for the rest of the level.  Collect the rest of the chips in
the middle.

Then head back to the where you started and head down, collecting the
chips on the far left side.  After that go down and pick up all the
chips above the pink one but DO NOT pick up the one separating the pink
ball from the red button.  Go right and you will see a green monster.
He will not come after you unless you took the chip between the red
button and the pink ball.

Go back left, pick up the chips, then go right past the green monster
and collect the chips near the green button and the spider.  Move up
and pick up the chips next to the bouncing pink balls.  When you get to
the top, just time the bouncing pink balls right.  If you do, it is
very easy to pick up the line of chips.

Head up and pick up the chips in front of the bouncing pink ball.  Pick
up the one right next to the ball last.  After that, you should only be
missing one chip.  Grab the chip that is blocking the pink ball, then
head back up and exit the level before the green monster gets anywhere
near you.

GO WITH THE FLOW  (Diff: 3/10)
Level 27, Time 200, Chips 5
Password: IGGZ

Ride the arrows down and after you pass the first alcove, hold left so
you will end up in the second alcove.  There is a chip and a blue
button here.  Step on the blue button once, grab the chip, then ride
the arrows to the end.

Now go back to the start and grab the fire boots when the tank moves.
Run back, and take the lower path (not the arrows).  When you come to
the brown blocks, push the first one down and into the water.  Then
push the higher one up three spaces, the get on the other side, and
push it all the way down, and into the water.  Work with the other 2
blocks until you have built a path to the flippers. To free the third
block, push it right to spaces, then push it all the way back to the
left. for the fourth block, push it up one space from the bottom, then
run all the way around and push it over.

When you have the flippers, take a ride on the arrow. As you are going
down, hold left.  You will stop at a place with a gray button.  Walk
over it, then swim down and grab the chip, then exit from the other
side.  Follow the arrow to the end, then get on it again.  This time,
go down a little longer, than hold left.  Step into the 2nd alcove and
step on the blue button once more.  Then ride to the third alcove with
a chip.  Grab it and then continue on the arrows, holding left.  You
will be brought to an area with 3 chips.  Grab these, than exit the
level carefully past the tank.  Don't worry if it takes you several
rides on the arrow, because you should have plenty of time to do it,
unless you horsed around with the blocks too much.

Just remember to go slowly, be careful, and avoid the pink balls!

Quickly jump on the arrow going around, and wait for it to bring you to
the top again.  When you are near the end of the ride, hold down.  One
of the blocks will disappear, and you will be inside.  Quickly take one
step down, or you will get hit by a pink bouncing ball.  Move down,
grab the chip between the pink ball and the wall, then make a bridge
out of the two middle brown blocks.  Go down the bridge, and grab the
chip on the left and the two in the middle.  Be careful here, because
there are pink balls on the other side as well.  Slide down the ice,
and do the same thing.

After that, come back up and bring the two other brown blocks down, to
form a second bridge across the second area of water.  Move down, and
continue picking up chips. When you hit the bottom, cross over to the
right side, and continue the pattern.  You will have to come back to
the left and cross over for the areas blocked by water.  When you get
back to the top, you should only need 4 chips.  Quickly cross to the
right side again, pick up the remaining chips, and exit the level at
the top.

ARCTIC FLOW  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 29, Time 400, Chips 5
Password: QGOL

Start by making a 5 block bridge on any row but the very top.  Cross
the bridge, and do the same on the next row (this time you can make a
bridge on any of the five rows, if you so choose).  Cross again, and
then make a 3 block bridge on the very top row.

Go down the path to where the amoeba is, and wait for it to pass you.
Then run to the middle block, and push it to the left, which should
kill the amoeba after he gets there.  Then push the block into the
water, and create a bridge on the middle row.  Continue on, and kill
the next amoeba by pushing the middle block to the left one, then push
the bottom-left block to the left one, and let him drown himself.
After that, use the same two blocks you've already moved to make a
bridge to the left, grab the chip, and take the way-too-long ice
journey to the end.  Take the first part slow so you don't fall into
the water.  At the end, you will receive some flippers.

You have to swim back because of the arrow, but this is simple as well.
Remember that you can cross the ice.  Once you are back, go to the room
with 3 blocks, and just swim down and grab the chips.  Then head back
up to the exit.

God, this doesn't look fun.  But at least we are 20% finished with the
game.  Go down, push one of the invisible blocks, and go left.  It
turns out, this level is very easy.  Just push on all the blue blocks,
and keep going.  Eventually you will get all the chips.  If you get
stuck, just look for blue blocks in the screen that you haven't pushed
yet.  This may take a while, but it is insanely easy.  You should
finish with over 200 seconds left, and the exit is near the top-middle.

Basically, you just follow the chip line in this level.  Notice the
small amount of allotted time, so just hurry and you should finish.
The best path to take is up, right, down, left, down, right, up, right,
up, right, down, left, down, left, down, right, up, right, up, and to
the finish.  Just don't run over many spaces that don't have chips,
because I didn't, and I only finished with 2 seconds remaining.  Watch
out for the fire, but don't be fooled by the arrows.  Just quickly walk
around them.

SCAVENGER HUNT  (Diff: 5/10)

This level is like a normal maze.  You cannot go over any dark black
line.  So just stay focused, and you should finish this level easily,
though it is quite large.  The shitty part about this level is that you
have to find three different shoes as well, so it is essentially like
finding six chips.  I would just recommend walking around, and looking
for the shoes.  If you get stuck in a part, go back.  By slightly
blurring your eyes, it helps the black lines stick out better and makes
the level a little easier.  Start out by going down and to the right,
because that is where the shoes are located.  Really not all that
difficult, just keep your eyes open for paths, and work backwards from
where the chips and shoes are.

ON THE ROCKS  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 33, Time ---, Chips 9
Password: BQSN

Step on the red button up top, and start pushing blocks down.  Form a
big bridge, grab the chip, then start working to your right.  At the
first island, you should see your next island in the screen at the top
right.  Work to this small island, then down to the next big island
with a chip, and then right to another island with a block generator.

After this come back to the beginning, and make a new bridge that goes
from the first island you reached all the way back up to the beginning
island, and above that to the other island with a chip on it.  Do this
by generating a block on the beginning island, taking it down to the
next island, moving it one space to the right, then making a new path
back up.  Then create even another bridge to get to the chip behind the
original generator.

At this point, I would like to say a few things. First, thank God there
is not a time limit on this level, because it takes little less than a
month to complete.  Second, one little slip up, and you start all over,
which is just a morale killer!  Do not walk sideways on the ice, and do
not accidentally walk into the water.  If you do late in the level, you
will fell like killing yourself.  Third, I give you permission to take
the password for the next level, and just skip this horrible level.

Now back to said level.  Make another bridge from the top island to the
island next to it with the generator.  Then make a bridge directly
down, and you will eventually hit another island with a chip on it.
Pick up this chip, and now you should only need 4 more.

Now you need to make a bridge directly under the northernmost
generator, going east.  This only requires manipulation of a few blocks
from earlier to be able to get this angle.  Make a bridge over and
collect another chip.  Continue building a bridge this way, and then up
towards the exit.  This is just for later, because you're not done yet.

Build a bridge down from one of the top island to the new generator
island.  Keep going down from the new island, and you will wind up on
another chip.  Keep on building directly down, and you will find
another chip.  Hurray, only one more!

Go back to the northernmost generator, and move down a little.  You
should see another generator island in your screen.  You have to build
a bridge to this island.  And to do this, you have to slide back and
forth on the ice to move the blocks downward.  Very confusing and very
unexplainable.  Anyway, once you are at the new generator island, start
building down, and you will come across the final chip.  Now walk VERY
CAREFULLY back to the exit, and leave this level.

I hope that explanation made sense.  This was a very difficult level to
explain.

I've never been so happy to see a time limit.  Start by walking down,
and through the mud.  Avoid the spider, and grab the first chip.  Walk
through the next path of mud, and do the same thing.  Move up, and grab
two more chips.  Go left, grab two more, and go down.  Continue on,
tracking through mud and grabbing chips.  You won't find another spider
until you are at the exit.

The design of the level shapes letters and looks like the following:

LLIO
HPPX
JHEN

These are the passwords for levels 82, 137, and 146, respectively.  I
guess that is what is meant by the name of the level, CYPHER.

Go down and to the right.  You will see a lot of blocks, but let them
be except for the top on.  Push it up and to the left.  Push it one
step into the path of all the spinning things, in the middle.  Then go
back and get another block, and push it one step up into the spinning
enemies path on the right.  This will cause them to start bounding all
over the place.  Wait for a clear moment, then push it one more step up
(so the block on the right is one space above the block in the middle.

Now retreat back outside the area, and this should get most of the
spinning enemies into the water.  After they all stop coming, grab
another block and alter the next set of enemies path.  Be careful to
avoid them, but if you can get them to go spinning off to the right,
you should be set.  Collect the chips, avoid the last few remaining
spinning enemies, and go into the exit. There is one spinning trapped
in the exit, but it is easy to avoid.

LADDER  (Diff: 6/10)
Level 36, Time 350, Chips 28

Grab the blue key to the left, then head into the "ladder" part with
chips in it.  Grab the two chips on each side, then go down the middle.
Continue this all the way to the bottom, then exit to the right. Go
down, and enter the next area in the middle part with all the chips
lined up.  Follow this line and pick up the 9 chips and blue key here.
To get out, use the path on top.

After this, go up a little and take the path that leads to a blue door.
Open the door, and then go up and step on the brown button.  Quickly
move out of the way, and then go up the path the tank was blocking.  Go
left, to where all the brown patches and blocks are.  Push the first
two blocks onto the brown buttons, then push the green button to switch
the block position.  Walk down the brown patches and push in one more
block.  Continue this trend until you get to the bottom, and grab the
chip.  Remember that if you step on a brown patch with the button not
pushed, then you will be stuck.

Move the next tank, go down the path, and do the exact same thing
again.  When you are done with this, go up again, avoid the tank, and
grab the final chip.  Go through the blue door on the right, and grab
the red key, and then you will be back at the beginning.  Go all the
way down, and use the bottom path to get to the red door and the exit.

SEEING STARTS  (Diff: 4/10)

Go down and to your right, and then up. You will see two blocks.  Move
the right one up two spaces and then right into the water.  Grab the
two chips, then go back and move the remaining block up, left, and into
the water there.  Grab two more chips, and realize that this is what
you are going to do for the next 52 chips. (You'll noticed chips
surrounded by blocks in this level, but they are inaccessible, so don't
worry about them.)

Move up, and push one of the blocks up 3 spaces.  Then start working to
your right, and collect the four chips here.  Go up and collect 4 more,
than go left.  Four more chips here, and a new path to take.

Go forward, push one of the blocks in the water, and go on.  Work up,
and collect your 4 chips from the top.  Then go back and go down, and
collect 4 more chips.  After that, there will be two block in front
above you.  Push the left one up two spaces, and then into the water on
the left. Then push the other block down two spaces, and then left into
the water.  Push one of the top to blocks up, left, and into the water
as well.

Now come all the way back to where the first chips were.  Work your way
down, and push the first right block into the water (the right block
makes it easier for later).  Then push either of the two blocks down
two spaces, and start working on your right.  Collect the 4 chips, then
go back to the middle, and push one of the blocks down for 2 more.

Go left, and push the blocks in place for 4 more.  Left again for 4
more, then you will notice a big + sign with a lot of chips (12) and no
blocks.  You now have to go back to the spare blocks from earlier in
the level.  You should still have 6 blocks left (3 from the bottom
area, 1 from the middle, and 2 from the top).  Be careful as not to
render these blocks useless.  Bring them down one by one, and fill in
the final holes. Go back to the beginning of the level, and exit.

Grab the green key, than transport upwards 4 times to grab the suction

the right four times.  Here, use the shoes to grab the chip, then
transport once more to get to the original area again.  Transport
upwards twice, and grab the red key behind the film-looking thing.
Transport upward 3 more times, and you will be in the room with the red
door and blue key.  Get the blue key and transport upwards 4 times back
to the original room.

Now transport right twice, and get the fire shoes.  Transport right
again, avoid the tank, and grab the flippers.  2 more transports to the
right, and you are at the original room again.  Now, transport upwards
3 times to get to the room with the green monster.  Watch out for him,
then cross the water, and press the green button.  Transport upwards
twice more to get back to the original room.

Transport right 1 time, and grab the newly revealed yellow key.
Transport 4 more times to the right, and you will be in the original
room again.  Open the yellow door, and exit the level.

Give me a minute, I'm thinking!
This is the first level that has given me serious problems.  It is also
the first level that offered me the opportunity to skip it.  I
gracefully declined the invitation, and eventually I beat the level.

After figuring out this level, I thought about deleting the previous
statement.  But by leaving it in, I have revealed two things about
myself.  I am both "not smart" and "honest".

To beat this level, collect the 29 necessary chips, then run to the
middle and use the exit.  I spent at least 15 minutes trying to trick
the green monsters and using the portals behind them before I figured
out there was another exit.  (However, it is possible to lure the
monsters out and escape behind them)

When you are on the last fire, go right, and the block will disappear.
Step on the arrows and they will take you to the flippers.

Now swim down across the water, and follow the fire all the way down

the 8 chips on the left side of the room.  Step out of the spider line,
and wait for them to go around one time.  After that, get back in again
and grab the 8 chips from the right side.  Then step out and go through
the portal on the left side from the left.  Push the block up, and run
up and get the 4 chips.

Re-enter the portal from the top, push the block out of the way, and
grab 4 more chips.  Enter the portal again from the bottom, and get 4
more.  Enter the portal from the right this time, and get 4 more.

Now you get to go through the portal again.  This time, enter the left
portal from the right.  Collect the 4 chips here, then enter the portal
from the bottom.  Collect 4 more chips, then enter the portal from the
right.  Collect 16 chips here, then go through the portal again from

spinning enemy has passed, move on.  You can collect the next 2 chips,
and then stand where the second chip was.  The spider will pass you on
the outside.  Grab one more chip, and again, stand on the inside, and
let the space ship pass. Collect one more chip, then wait on the

Start out by going right.  Dodge the bouncing pink ball, work your way
up, and grab the red key.  Come back down, and work your way left. Push
the block onto the ice, then move out of the way.  Continue, and push
the farthest right block into the water.  Grab the key and fire boots
and move on.  Now unlock the red door, and use the blocks to build a
bridge up.

Once you are up there, go left, and cross the row of gray dots.  Once
you are across, grab the red key, but do not push the block in front of
the arrows.  Go to the other side, and ride the arrows.  Come back, and
build another bridge with the blocks and cross it.

Ride the arrows past the pink ball.  Jump on the arrows as soon as the
pink ball passes the arrows, going right.  You should be able to avoid
it.  Grab the red key, pass through the gray button, and work your way
back up.  Build another bridge with the three blocks, then go down and
grab the red key, and then build another bridge.

Follow this bridge down, unlock another door, build another bridge, and
exit the level.  And some people call this game redundant...

Speaking of redundant!  Make your way all the way down to the bottom
left.  There will be two tanks here and four chips.  Go pick up two of
the chips, then step on the blue button, and pick up the other 2.  Then
go to your right and get four more.  Then step on the green button, go
up, and collect 4 more.  Then you have to make your way all the way
back down to the blue buttons and push them again.  Get the last 4, and
then move to the right side of the level.

Basically the same thing over here for the remaining 16. The only
difference is that the buttons are on the top part this time.  When you
are finished collecting, the exit is in the middle part, and all the
way down.  I finished with less then 20 seconds, so maybe time could be
a problem if you don't move fairly quickly.

MONSTER LAB  (Diff: 6/10)

Start out by going right and up to the spider area.  Go to the right,
and bring a block out.  Push it right next to the spiders, then push it
down one, and then put it in front of the spiders.  This will block the
spiders, and now get out a few more blocks, and move them up so you can
get the fire boots and the suction boots.

After that, go up to where the tanks are.  Build a bridge to the blue
button on the corner.  Step on it, and the tanks will all face the
other way, and they will be frozen as well.

Once they are handled, go back down and to the right. Go to the area
that gives you four choices to go.  Go right, and create a block.  Then
bring it back into the 4-way room, and bring it down onto the fire.
Slide the block over, and block the spinning enemies in front of red
button.

Now go up, to the area with the pink balls. To the left there is a
block creator.  You need to block the pink balls with the block, but
first you have to create a little area, in order to get on the side of
the block.

When you have finished with all this, head back to the beginning. Once
you are here, go down past the thief.  He will take your stuff, but
that doesn't matter.  The saturn enemies should no longer be created,
and you can control the green block.  Use it to block the saturn
enemies, and use one of the blocks so you can access the exit.  Use the
exit, and you're done.

green key.  Then take the same path back.  Next, take the middle path
on the ice. You'll slide on some arrows and then land on some fire.

When you are here, go up first.  Grab the yellow key and chip, then
slide down each of the two ice paths, and grab those chips, then come
back to the fire.  Now go left and open the door.  Go left again on the
ice, and you will land at the bottom.  Grab the chip, the key, and the
flippers.  Go up after this, and it will take you to a brown button and
another red key.  Step on it and grab the key, then come back. Now go
to where the flippers were, and slide all the way to the right.  When
you get to the other side, take the same path to get back to the top.

Now take the far right path.  Slide across the arrows, and land in some
water.  Go forward first, and unlock the blue door.  Grab the key,
chip, and suction boots before coming back.  Now go up by opening the
yellow door.  Grab all the chips, and then go back down to the water.
You should only need one more chip, so go back across the arrows, and
get back to the top.  When you are here, open all 4 doors, grab the
chip, and walk through the transport.  Take the far left path, and take
the exit.

Then come down, slide on the arrows, go through the thief, and grab the
second pair of ice skates. (Do not grab the first pair of ice skates
from outside the arrow area.)  Then slide again, but hold down.  You
should be taken to the transport, and enter it from the bottom.

Now you are in a room with ice and pink bouncing balls.  Do not grab
the flippers, but grab the chip, then go up through the thief and grab
this set of flippers.  Slide across the arrows again, this time holding
left, so that you can enter the transport from the left.

You will be brought to a room with water and space ships.  Jump in and
grab the 2 chips, one near the bottom and one near the top.  Head to
the right, and do the same thing again, this time getting the fire
boots.  Hold up this time, and enter the transport from the top.

Now you are in a room with fire.  Cross the fire, and grab the chip and
the suction boots.  Now go down, and avoid the thieves by walking on
the arrows.  Grab the final chip below the set of thieves, and then
exit the arrow area at the right.  Grab the first pair of ice skates,
then come back into the arrow area, and take the middle transport from
the bottom.

You are back in the ice area.  Now grab the flippers, then head back
into the transport.  Go through it, and you will be brought back to the
arrow area.  Now enter the transport from the left, and you will be
taken to the water area.  Swim up and to the right, and take the exit.

bottom half of the screen.  When you reach the wall and the pink balls,
run to the top and collect all the keys here.  You have to get them all
quickly, and then run to the top-right corner and unlock all the doors.
You will be protected behind the wall if you can pick up all the keys
fast enough.

When you get to the bottom, you should notice an amoeba stuck on a
brown spot.  If you cross the brown button, it may release him and it
may not.  If it doesn't then just take your time, pick up the 23 chips,
and then run to the left side and exit the level.  But if the amoeba is
released, you will have to collect the chips much faster.  Also, use
the chips as shields from the pink balls.  Navigate your way through
the chips, and head up to the exit.

There are many ways to beat this level.  I will tell you my strategy.
Start out by heading down.  Go all the way down to the bottom, and then
start sneaking in and taking chips.  I like to form a perimeter around
the outside first, by picking up all the chips that border the walls.
This accounts for 12 chips, then I quickly move in and pick up the
middle four, then run to the exit.

Just remember there are many different strategies.  The only things you
need to know are move quickly, watch your back, and keep track of where
you are.  Another hint is that you can form little "O"s in which the
amoebas will be stuck in.  But you can only do this as soon as you free
the amoeba.  It takes longer, but it can cut down on enemies.  This
level is not very difficult.

As soon as level 50 ends, this message appears: "Picking up chips is
what the challenge is all about.  But on the ice, Chip gets chapped and
feels like a chump instead of a champ."  I guess this signals that you
are a third of the way through the game, and that you are moving to
more difficult stages.  But I don't know.

This is one of those stages that is a trail-and-error process, and
keeping notes of where you've been is certainly a good idea.  For a
step by step explanation of how to beat this level, see below.

Go to the top left corner, and slide to the left.  When you are on the
new square, slide up. Then return to the main island.  Now slide up
from the top left corner.  When you reach the new square, slide up
again.  Now return back to the main island.

Move to the bottom left square, and slide to the left.  When you reach
the chip and new square, slide down.  After collecting the next chip,
return to the main island.  Go to the bottom-middle square.  Slide down
from here.  When you land, slide up.  After collecting the chip, return
to the main island.

You should now have 8 chips.  Now go to the bottom right square, and
slide down.  Slide to the left after you arrive at the new square.
Then make your way back to the main island.  Staying on the bottom
right square, slide to the right.  When you get to the new square,
slide down.  When you land on the next square, slide down.  After this,
return to the main island.

You should now have all 13 chips.  Go to the upper-middle square and
slide up.  When you land, slide up again, and you will be taken to the
exit.

THE LAST LAUGH  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 52, Time 400, Chips 2
Password: PPHT

Go to the bottom with the spiders and the trapped green monster.  Slide
on the arrow once to get to the right side.  Now wait for the hole in
the spiders, and jump in there.  Quickly cross the lower arrow, and
very quickly jump back up and cross the top arrow again.  If you did
this right, the green block will now be in your favor.  Go up and cross
back to the left side.

Go up to where the first chip is.  First, push the brown block left two
spaces, and then down into the water.  Now run through the gray buttons
and grab the chip.  Run down your new path, and trick the green monster
again.

Once the green block is blocking the spinning things again, move up on
the right side.  Go all the way up and over, and start pushing the
first brown block.  Push it to the right, next to the water.  Then push
it all the way down.  Push it to the right some more, and then maneuver
the block down, so it is right next to the green-button block, so it
will block the spinning enemies after you grab the chip.  Now follow
the gray button path and grab the last chip.  Go down and back to the
beginning and exit the level.

TRAFFIC COP  (Diff: 2/10)
Level 53, Time 500, Chips 0
Password: CGNX

The hint says to make those pesky monsters follow a path to the door
trigger.  If there is ever a yellow button, step on it and take the
hint.  It is usually very helpful.  How do you think I beat South Pole?

There are two ways to beat this level.  The first involves what is
probably a glitch in the game.  If you are sliding on ice into arrows
pointing the opposite direction, if you hold down, you can step over
them for some reason.  I don't know why, but it works.  So if you want
to use this method, just walk to the bottom of the level where the
trigger is, step on the trigger, than walk down.

The real way of doing this level is as follows:

Push your first block into the water at your right near the middle.
Now walk over with another block, and place it one space lower than
your new bridge is.  Come back to the big piles of blocks, and push one
all the way down to the water.

Come back up, and push one across your newest bridge.  Push it to the
second-to-last space, and then push it all the way to the right, to the
last space before the water.  Now go back and get another block, and
push it down to your bridge.  Continue pushing it all the way to the
last space before the water.

Now clear the way for the saturn enemies to follow your path.  It may
take a few times, but soon enough one will follow the path right, and
unlock the exit. NOTE: You can add corner blocks to form right angles.
This will make the saturn enemies always bounce in the right direction.
But it is not necessary.

GRAIL  (Diff: 6/10)
Level 54, Time 350, Chips 68
Password: ZMGC

Slide on the left-pointing arrows, and take the transport.  Now that
you are down here, collect all 68 chips on the left and right side.
Also, you will find some fire shoes at the top of the right side.  Now
go back through the original transport.

Now, go to your right, and go down the arrows where the fire is.  Slide
down and grab the green key on the left, then work your way back to the
top.  Go to the original transport.

Now go down to the bottom transport.  Step on the arrow immediately to
its left.  Now you will be bouncing around on some arrows.  Hold right,
and you will go through the transport again.  Now you will be bouncing
around the area with the green door.  Get to the edge and open the
door, and then head straight forward and exit the level.

POTPOURRI  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 55, Time 100, Chips 30
Password: SJES

First, notice the time of 100 seconds.  You will need to get acquainted
to this level a little, so you can complete it in 100 seconds or less.

Move the block all the way to the right, and get the first chip.  Go
down and push the bottom block all the way to the right, then go up and
get chip number 2.  Now go up to where the 3 tanks are.  Wait for them
to break off, then move up next to the water.  When they split up
again, move two spaces to the right and sneak the fire boots.  Work
your way up, and grab the blue key.   Now creep your way back down,
then go all the way down and to the left.

Step on the fire and go right.  Go up, and collect the 16 chips here.
Then open the blue door, and slide right once.  Collect the chip, then
step down one step, and slide to the left once.  Now slide down once
and grab the chip.  Slide down again, grab the fire boots (again!) and
slide up on the other side and grab that chip.  Now work your way back
to the middle island.  Slide to the right and collect the last chip
here.  Now slide up to the black square.

Work your way to the right, past all the balls.  When you get to the
row of the 5 blocks, push the 2nd from the top and bottom in, and then
push the middle one down.  Grab the final chip, and head for the exit.
The exit is back to the right.  NOTE: There are at least 32 chips in
this level, if not more.  Once you hit 30, don't worry about the other
chips you see, just focus on the exit.

DEEPFREEZE  (Diff: 6/10)
Level 56, Time 250, Chips 8
Password: FCJE

I really like this level, I think it is very creative.  That being
said, here is how to beat it.  Start out by going down, and to the
left.  Go to the left, and cross the arrow going down.  Slide around on
the ice for a while, and then you will hit the green button. After you
hit it, slide down again.  You will hit another arrow.  Quickly head
right, and enter the next ice rink.

Slide here forever, until you go through the transport.  When you do,
you will land on a chip.  After getting the chip, go back up into the
transport.  Slide around some more until you get to the original
entrance.  Now head up, and avoid the pink bouncing ball.  When you get
to the big black spot, head right, and go in the second entrance on the
bottom rink (the one with the transport and no chips).  After some
sliding you will go through a transport and land on a chip.  Now head
back.

When you get back to the middle entrance, go right and up in the far
right entrance.  Slide and grab the chip, then come back down and to
the left.  Go in the middle entrance, and bounce around for a second.
When you land, you get another chip.  Now slide to the left, and then
both up and down for 2 more chips.  Then get out of here again.

When you are out, go left, and go in the next entrance.  Slide up and
get the chip, then slide out to the left.  Go all the way up from here.
Take the top entrance, and slide and grab your final chip.  Now head
left and go to the ice rink that is blocked by the exit blocks.

Go through the middle entrance on the right, and slide around for a
while.  In the end, you will land on some ice skates.  Now go back out,
and walk back to the ice rink that had the chips across from you.  Go
in there, and continue going right.  In no time, you will find the
exit.

STRANGE MAZE  (Diff: 2/10)
Level 57, Time 400, Chips 35
Password: UBXU

I'm not really a maze guy.  I am more of a puzzle guy.  Anyway, I'm
gonna let you go your own on this one.  Because I really don't feel
like telling you EXACTLY what to do (i.e. go left, up, left, down, up,
etc.)   I'll just say that this is a very simple level, with plenty of
time and no moving enemies.  Just pay attention to what you are doing.
Also, the exit is very close to the beginning.

On a side note, I am already 55+ KBs, so this walkthrough is going to
be huge.  By the time if finish, it will be pushing 200 KBs.  But it is
still way smaller then the alternative, which is about 70 KBs per
level.  It should also be noted that my largest walkthrough before this
one is a whopping 16 KBs!

LOOP AROUND  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 58, Time 600, Chips 9
Password: YBLT

Head up, but you have to take the long way because of the invisible
walls.  When you get to the top, take the transport. When you start
riding the arrow, hold left.  One of the walls will disappear, and you
will be in a room with invisible walls.  Just work your way over and
collect the three chips, then work your way back.

Step back on the arrows, and hold right.  You will be taken to the
other room.  Now quickly run all the way down and right one step.  If
you are unlucky, you will get hit by a pink ball.  But if not, continue
going right, then up and left.  Go down and pick up the flippers.  Now
work your way back to the far right.  The middle square does not have
any invisible walls, so swim to your chip from here.  Now go directly
right, and the wall will disappear.

Hold up now, and you will be taken to this big area with blocks.  Walk
all the way up, and test the blocks around you.  Once you have made a
path, go to the left and jump on the ice.  Wait a second, and then hold
left.  Eventually, you will break into the next room.  Go around to the
left side, and test the invisible walls.  Again, there is one path near
the middle, so take this path and swim to the 3 chips.  Now go back
around and ride the arrows.

You will end up at the beginning.  This time go up, but instead jump on
the arrows going left.  Wait until you get to the top, then hold down.
A block will disappear, but watch out for the pink ball.  Go back to
the space where the wall was, and wait for the time to run past the
ball.  Go all the way to the left, then go down.  Near the middle there
will be an area that you can go through to access the final 2 chips.
Grab them, then jump back on the arrows.  Ride it around until you
reach the exit.

Each of the four areas is designed as a letter.  The design of the
level looks like this:

DG
UN

I have no idea what that means, as far as I can tell it is not a
password for a later lever.  The only thing I can think of is the word
DUNG.  If anyone knows why it's there, please let me know.

HIDDEN DANGER  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 59, Time 400, Chips 8
Password: BLDM

Take a ride around the ice, land, walk up, then press the green button
and jump on the ice above you.  When you stop, grab the key, and then
run quickly far to the left, past the grey block.  If you don't, the
spinning enemies will surround you.

Now head left, then down past the grey button, and pick up your 8
chips.  Continue down the path, and grab the three shoes that are
there.  Keep going until you get to the brown button.

As soon as you push the button, run and take the fourth path up.
Hopefully there won't be any monsters here, but head up slowly.  If you
are lucky, you will make it to the top, then you can come down through
the transport and to the exit.

SCOUNDREL  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 60, Time 294, Chips 12
Password: ZYVI

For this level, there are more than 12 chips available.  But you will
only need to pick up 12, and you can ignore the rest.

Head down, and start working on the left side.  Just keep pushing in
the blocks and see if they are going to disappear.  You are only able
to get about half of the top chips right away.  After trying
everything, go back to the center, and go down a little.  Step on the
green button, but do not go below the yellow door.  Go left and keep
working.  You need to jump on the arrow, and then quickly jump back
off.  You will be able to get 5 chips, the yellow key, and the flippers
from the left side.  Then ride the arrow back to the top.

Do the same thing on the right side, and you should be able to pick up
three more chips and the blue key.  Now ride the arrows to the top
again.

Now go down past the yellow door, but do not unlock it.  Instead, use
the path through the green brick.  Keep going down, then head right.
You will run into both the blue and yellow doors.  Unlock them both,
then grab the three chips.  Now head back to the left and all the way
down.

You need to be at the very bottom, next to the room with the spiders.
Wait for the group to pass, then make the wall disappear.  Enter and go
over to the right.  There are a lot of invisible walls here, but you
will be able to pick up your one remaining chip.  After you get it,
exit this room, and hurry over to the exit.  Hopefully the spiders
haven't surrounded it yet.  Step on the mixed up arrows, and you will
soon be leaving this level.

It is also possible to leave this level without collecting any chips.
Go to the green arrow floor and the bottom of the level, enter the four
directional one, and mash/hold buttons.  Eventually you will slide into
the exit. (Thanks to Michael Gonzalez for this hint, I would have never
thought to try it.)

RINK  (Diff: 7/10)

This time, a new message pops up.  It says, "Chip hits the ice and
decides to chill out.  Then he runs into a fake wall and turns the maze
into a thrash-a-thon!"  I don't know why these keep popping up.

Well, with no time limit, this level doesn't look very fun.  But let's
see.  Okay, well this level is incredibly boring.  But it is not
difficult at all.  I'm not going to explain this one either, but here
are some hints.  Constantly look for the green blocks that have not yet
been hit.  And if you are trying to get a chip, but cannot get it on
the path you are on, then make your way to an edge, and hit one of the
angled things on the side to get yourself on a whole new path.  The key
is to know which path you need.  Just give it time, and you will beat
this level.  One tip is to not use any real strategy in the beginning,
rather just work on clearing out blocks or turning them gray.  When you
do this, you are bound to find some chips, and when it gets down to the
nitty gritty, blue blocks will be clues as to which paths still need to
be taken.  Have Fun!

SLO MO  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 62, Time 300, Chips 0
Password: TIGW

Start out by going up a little, and then right a little.  Hit the big
straight line without blocks, and then keep going.  Try to work going
up and right at the same time.  The exit is in the middle at the far
right side, but you need to be high enough to avoid the green monsters
that show up half way through.  Just stay high and avoid the blobs.
And always just hold the button, so that you can move as fast as
possible.  Do not worry about going all the way up, it is worthless.
Just go up about 2/3 of the way, while avoiding blobs and making your
way to the right.

BLOCK FACTORY  (Diff: 6/10)

Take the first right, and go down most of the way.  Stop at the block
that is below the red button on the row above.  Now slide up to that
button and wait for a block to appear.  When it stops, push it in the
water and push the button again.  Do not worry about the blocks on the
row below, they are meaningless.  Finish building the bridge and grab
the first chip.

Now move up a level and do the same thing.  Again, do not worry about
the row below you, because it is now worthless.  Finish building this
bridge, grab the chip, and move up again.

You have to do this 3 more times.  When you are done, you should have 6
chips.  Now jump on the first row of the arrows, and ride it down.
Soon, you will reach a big opening.  Get off on the left, and start
going left.  When you get all the way to the left, then head down.  You
should see the last chip from here.  Slide down and pick it up, and
watch out for the moving block.  Now go down the farthest left path,
and there is the exit.

SPOOKS  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 64, Time 600, Chips 41
Password: IJPQ

The goal in this level is to just move slow, and think before you step.
You can go through this entire level and not let one green monster
chase you, but you have to be careful.  Make sure you never step on
some mud that is directly touching an already existing square.  Make
sure the square touching stays diagonal.

Start by going right, and pick up the 3 chips there.  Now go up, and
work this whole area.  It will take a while, but it is easy.  When you
get back down to the original starting place, you should need 23 chips
more.  Now work to your left and clear this area.  Come back and work
on the lower right area.  You should now have all the chips.  If not,
then retrace your steps and look for missing ones.  When you have them
all, go down to the bottom left corner and exit the level.

AMSTERDAM  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 65, Time 500, Chips 51
Password: UPUN

My hint for this level is just to pay attention.  Don't push any blocks
unless you can clearly get a chip after pushing them.  Because if you
push the wrong block you could very easily have to start the level
over.

From where you start, slide down and push the blocks in on the left and
right.  On the right side, you can push the block in again and collect
another chip.  Now go back out, and slide down again.  You will push a
block in, so grab the chip there, and slide all the way back up.

Slide left one space, and then slide down again.  Grab the two chips
down here, then slide back up to the top, and left again.  Now you
should be on the side, so slide to your right, and pick up the chip on
top.  Come out, and slide to the right again.  Grab this chip, and then
slide back left twice.

Slide down one more, and you'll hit an angle thing.  When you land,
slide up.  Grab the single chip here, then come back and slide right.
Grab one chip on top, then slide down and grab another chip here. Come
back up, and slide to the right again.  Grab the two available chips
here, then make your way all the way back to the start.

Once here, slide to your right and then down once.  Go to your left and
right and collect the chips.  Slide down, and collect the two chips on
the right.  Slide down again, and grab the 3 chips here.  Then slide
all the way back up.

Now go right again, and you will hit another angle thing.  Grab the 3
chips here, then slide down and to your left.  Grab the chip on the
bottom, then slide left again and get another chip.  Now slide back
right two times.

Slide down from here, and then left once.  Get the chip below you, and
then slide left again.  Grab the chip over here, then slide back twice,
and slide down.  When you land, grab the chip above you, and 3 of the
chips below you.  Then slide to the left again, and pick up 2 more
chips.  Slide left yet again, and get 2 more chips here.  Slide up, and
get 3 chips here.  Slide up again, and pick up another 2 chips.  Now
slide back down, the slide left again, and get the chip above you.

Now slide down and get another chip.  Slide down again, then slide up.
Go to your right and left, and collect a total of 3 more chips.  Slide
up again, and get 2 more chips.  Slide all the way back down, the slide
to the right.  Slide up from here then up for another chip.  Slide up
again, and get 1 more chip.  Slide up another time, and pick up another
chip.  Slide right again, pick up your final chip, and exit the level.
Done and Done.

Take one step down, and then wait for a couple seconds.  After waiting,
step down again through the transport.  You will be transported out
with the monsters.  Immediately press up, and you will be transported
back into the center part with the fire.

Collect the two chips near you, and then push the brown block out of
the way, either to the left or the right.  Now walk up, and trigger the
green block to get out of your way.  Go right, and pick up the 5 top
chips.  Do not worry about the monsters, because they will be blocked
by the bottom two chips.  Now go to the left side and pick up the top 5
chips there as well.

Now return to the middle, and head to the right.  After a few seconds,
you will come upon the exit.

Blue Blocks + 28 Chips + 700 Seconds = VERY SIMPLE

Just beat the level yourself, using my techniques from earlier levels

accessible.

EENY MINY MOE  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 68, Time 650, Chips 52
Password: RTDI

This was a very tough level for me.  First, head down past the black
square, and go left.  Cross the red button, but don't worry about it.
Start pushing the block left, and then up.  Stop one square before the
top, and wait for the amoeba.  It will bounce around and head the other
way, so continue on.  Move and collect another chip, then go to the
next one and stop again.  Continue this trend, and trap the amoeba
where it generates.  Now go out, and overall you should have found 8
chips and a green key.  Now head out, and back to the beginning.

Now head to the left, and unlock the green door.  Go all the way left,
and grab the two chips.  Move right one space, and wait for an opening
in the spaceship row.  It won't be very big, but quickly run 2 steps
down, into the middle of the spaceships. Now comes the hard part.  I
don't know a good way to do it, but here is what I did.  I made a small
triangle at top for shelter, and then I lined up all the other blocks
in one big vertical line.  This resulted in some of the spaceships
getting stuck on the brown spots, and the rest of the spaceships
created a loop inside the blocks.  Now, all the chips were clear, and
easy to get.  When you finally finish with this, you should need twelve
more chips.  Go back to the beginning. (If someone has a better way to
do this, please e-mail me, and I will update this and give you credit.)

When here, head right and open the green door.  Go up, and push the far
left block up one space.  Go left, and make the wall disappear.  Now
push the third from the left block up, and push the second block
through the wall.  Push it down across from the chip, and start
building a bridge.

Go back and use the 4 other blocks from the outside (you can't use the
far right one).  Now move in, and push the first and third blocks up.
Move the second block to the left, and now start pushing the rest of
the blocks down.  You can waste one block, so if you screw up once,
don't give up.  Now go back to the beginning, where the exit is
located.  The spaceship part is the only real challenging part of the
level.

BOUNCE CITY  (Diff: 6/10)
Level 69, Time 300, Chips 0
Password: NLLY

Start by heading right, and avoiding the one pink ball bouncing above
you.  When you are all the way right, carefully go up, avoiding the 3
balls here.  Get into the safe area, then wait until it is safe to move
up again.  When you get to the top, you need to make your way left.
Start heading across on the 3rd row from the bottom.  Go over 2 spaces
at a time, and then wait to cross again.  After passing the first two
balls, go to the very top, and continue heading left.  Once you are
passed the ball, go up to where the amoebas are.

Now go right a little, until you see an upward path.  You need to wait
for all the amoebas to pass (there are 8), and then head up quickly. Or
you can join the amoebas in their path, and take the long way.  Either
way, get to the top and head right.

Ignore the first path, and instead head down the path with the pink
bouncing balls.  Go down slowly, and use the alcoves for shelter.  When
you are down, you need to go up the other side.  Again, use the alcoves
for safety.  Now you need to go back down a third one, and you will
pick up a red and blue key.  Now make your way back to the first path
of bouncing balls and alcoves.

When you are here, head up to the alcove with the blue door.  Unlock
the door, and grab the blue and yellow keys.  Now head back down, and
open the yellow door on the bottom, NOT the one on the left.  Once
through the door, grab the yellow key on the right.  Head down, and
wait for the one amoeba to pass.  When he has passed, follow him, until
you reach a path below you.  Avoid the final pink ball here, and open
the red, yellow, and blue doors.  Now take the exit.

NIGHTMARE  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 70, Time 199, Chips 0
Password: GCCG

Start quickly by heading down, and then up a space.  Remember that the
green monsters will look at you instead of chase you, so if you can get
far enough ahead of them, you don't have to worry about them.

Head right from here, until you reach the brown button.  Step on it,
then hustle down past the water, and watch the spider go into the
water.  Now step on the next brown button and spring the spinning
monster.  Hurry to your left, and pass the green-block space. Step on
the green block, and stop the spinning monster.

Now you have unleashed a spaceship monster.  Wait right next to the
green button, and push it as soon as the spaceship returns to trap him
back in his original spot then continue down.  Push the brown block
into the water, and go left from here.  Step on the button to free the
amoeba, then hurry down.  When you reach the brown block, push it down
2 spaces then step to the right, and wait for the amoeba to enter the
left area.  Now push the block up one space to trap him in.

Now head right, but don't worry about the brown button, it does not do
anything (all brown buttons in this level are like that sometimes).
Pass the amoeba, and then start running from the green monster.   Run
into the alcove and grab the yellow key.  Then continue right, running
from the monster.  Eventually, you should leave him in your dust.

Continue on, and maneuver past the pink ball.  Go into the alcove and
push the blue button, then continue to the right.  Do not worry about
the monster, he won't be free until you push the brown button.  After
you push it, run upwards, avoiding the fire.  The green monster
shouldn't give you any trouble, so continue on.  Free the saturn
monster, and hurry to your left.  Hide in the alcove and the saturn
will die in the water.  Now head left, and careful opening the yellow
door as not to get pounced by the blob.

Now you will be on the other side of the red bombs.  Continue on, and
step on the blue button.  Stay standing here until the tank returns,
then head down and to the right.  Now you will be at a place with
blocks and ice.

Push the first block up, and quickly step to the right, or else you
will be hit with the block.  Push the next block right, and quickly
step up.  Continue this trend until you get to the top.

If you were fast enough, you will now be at an area with a spinning
monster and a brown button.  Go over the button, and then run backwards
into the small alcove there.  Let the monster go all the way past you,
then come all the way back.  Then continue on.

Make your way across the path, and then go across the square of mud.
Head downwards, and the spider will take off to the right.  Now go back
up and grab the red key, then head back down.

Push the brown block down, and then quickly head downward.  There is a
whole line of spiders chasing you, so you have to hurry.  When you get
past the black area, you will be fine.

Now slide down the arrow and across the blue button again.  Head to the
blocks and the ice.  Except this time, you need to push the last block
towards the left once you pass it.  It will form a square on the other
side that leads to a red door.  Slide to it, and open the door. Head up
and to the exit.  Wow, this level took a long time to explain.

Level 71, Time 500, Chips 23
Password: LAJM

I guess you get a special message every ten levels now, this one says,
"Chip is halfway through the world's hardest puzzle.  If he succeeds,
maybe the kids will stop calling him computer breath!"

Start by pushing the first block down into the water, and grab the red
key.  Now open the door to your left, and grab the chip.  Push the
first block to the left 3 spaces.  Now push the block below you down 2
spaces.   Push the 2 blocks on your sides one space in each direction,
then push the lower block to the right.  Now go all the way around, and
push the lowest block up 2 spaces.  Push the block on the right out one
space, and then push it up to the opening.  Go back around again, and
push the block out, and into the water.  Now go back, and get the other
accessible block.  Push it out to the right, then up, right, and into
the water.  Grab the red key, and do the exact same thing on the right
side.

Once you have pushed the two blocks into the water, follow that path.
Grab the green key on the right side, and follow the path on the left
for 4 more chips and a blue key.  You should now only need 9 more
chips.

Head back up and to the left, then down to where the blue door is.
Open the door, and head up from here.  Grab the chip and the yellow
key, then push the top block right, and into the water.  Go back, and
get the other available block, and maneuver it into the water as well.
Now follow the path in the water, and go to the right, and collect 4
more chips and a red key.

Head back to the left side, and down to where the red door is.  Open
the door, and grab the blue key.  Now push the block all the way to the
right, and then up to the opening.  Go around, and push the block out,
and into the water.

Now head to the right, and down.  Open the yellow door, and do the same
thing as before.  Move two of the blocks out, and into the water.
After doing this, head to the bottom of the right side, and open the
blue door.  Grab the key here, then move this block out and into the
water as well.

Once this block is in the water, you will have a complete path, and you
should have all the chips, along with a red, yellow, and green key.
Now open the green door, and go right.  Open the red door as soon as
you see the saturn monster leave the screen.  Push the block over one
space, and grab the blue key.  Now run back to the middle, and go down
through the yellow and blue doors, and into the exit.

REVERSE ALLEY  (Diff: 3/10)
Level 72, Time ---, Chips 35
Password: EKFT

This level isn't that difficult, considering it has an infinite time
limit.  Just time your moves right, and you should be done fairly
quickly.  Start by going down.  The best time to go is as soon as the
tanks finish changing sides.  As soon as they stop, head down.  It is
also easier if you start out one space away from the top tank, and two
spaces away from the bottom tank.

Just keep heading down, being careful, and collecting chips.  It does
get a little tougher in the end, because there is less room to run to,
but it is still quite simple.

MORTON  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 73, Time 600, Chips 28
Password: QCCR

Start by going left, then up.  When you get blocked by an invisible
wall, go back a little, and inside a row.  Grab the chips that are
surrounding you wherever you go, and just feel your way through this
level.  It is not very difficult at all, and it is good to bump into
invisible walls, so you know where they are.

This level is easy, but time consuming.  For the monster in the middle,
try to trap him somewhere, then quickly run ahead of him, and trap him
in a different place.  Trap him by standing across from him with a wall
between.  To get to the exit, work your way all the way to the right
wall, then work down.

PLAYTIME  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 74, Time 400, Chips 4
Password: MKNH

Step on the red button, and quickly slide on the ice to the left.
After some bouncing, you will land.  Step on the big brown spot and get
stuck.  Face up, and get ready to push up as soon as the pink ball
behind you hits the little brown button.  It should free you, and you
will slide up on the ice.

Now you are in a new area with spiders.  Follow one of the spiders
upward, and get on their path.  You will go around a small square, and
end up on the other side. Go in the little area, and grab the first
chip, then come out and to the top.

Now stand directly to the right of the green button.  Slide to the
right, and you will end up in an area with arrows and amoebas.  At the
start of the arrows, move down 4 spaces.  You should now be at the
fifth row of arrows from the top.  Slide to the left, and you will end
up landing on a chip without having to worry about the bugs.  Now slide
up and out.

Go all the way up, to where the bouncing balls are.  Go into that area
through the top, and work your way over a little until you get another
chip.  Now come back and to the right.  Go down, avoid the blue tank,
and explore the area a little, and notice a chip in the water, and a
bunch of spaceships.

Now go back and push out the first block.  Bring it up near the middle
of the water, and push it in directly across from the chip.  Now go get
the second block and do the same thing.

Remember that when you grab the chip, you will alter the spaceships'
path.  As soon as you grab the chip, run back and across the black
area.  Now make your way around the other side of the water, and to the
exit.

STEAM  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 75, Time 500, Chips 0
Password: MJDV

Grab the fire boots, and then cross the very bottom path.  Go across
the thief, and grab the flippers.  Jump in the water, and go left.
Get out and cross the thief again, and grab the fire boots.  Now head
up, and cross the thieves again.  Grab the flippers, and jump in the
water at the right.

Swim to where the thieves are, and get of there.  Follow them and grab
another pair of fire boots.  Follow the path up, then cross the thief
on the right, and grab another pair of fire boots.  Go up and left,
while avoiding the thieves.  When you reach an area at the top with a
lot of thieves, go down and cross over the pair of fire boots, even
though you don't need them.  Now head left until you reach water on the
left and thieves above and below you.  Go up, and grab the flippers.

Now jump in the water, and then get out at a thief, and grab the fire
boots.  Go left, and eventually you will see the exit.  Now you need to
head down from here to a group of thieves and some flippers.  Cross the
thieves, and grab the flippers.  Jump in the water, and swim down.
Swim all the way to the bottom, until you see some fire shoes right
next to the water.  Get out and grab the fire boots.

Now that you have both flippers and fire boots, you don't need to worry
about the thieves.  Just avoid them, and make your way across fire and
water to the exit.

FOUR PLEX  (Diff: 9/10)
Level 76, Time 550, Chips 20
Password: NMRH

Start by sliding to the right.  After you take the transport and land,
then go right and go through one of the blue walls that disappears.  Go
all the way right, then go all the way down.  Now go all the way left,
and go through the first blue wall.  Now slide up and pick up the red
key.

Go back to the transport, and cross it from the right.  After going
through, go down through a disappearing block and open up the red door
and get the blue key.  Now go through the transport from the left.  Go
through the next transport from the right, and the transport after that
from the left.  Now you will be in an area with a yellow key.  Pick it
up, and then go back through the transport.  Go through the next 2 as
well, until you are at the top right.  Go across the grey spots, and
open the yellow door.

Now you are out of this area, but this level is just starting.  Now
head down by the water, and then go right and up above the pink ball.
When you get to the top, you will trigger the ball, so get out of the
way.  Now go right, and grab the chip as the ball is on its way down.
Now go back up and let the ball bounce into the water.  Go down, and do
the same thing again.  This one is harder, but not much.

Now go down to the bottom arrow, and ride it over to grab the chip.
Ride it over again, and then immediately press down, so that you don't
get hit by the block.  Now push this block down 3 spaces, then run to
the other side, and push it up one.  Now go around, through the area
with the spider, and push the block all the way right.  Now push it up
and destroy the first bomb.

Now go back through the spider area, and slide on the ice back to the
path.  Now you have to do this again.  Avoiding the pink ball, go up
and then back down.  Go to the bottom arrow, and slide over.  When you
push the block this time, you need to press up immediately.  Now you
will be above the block, so push it down, and use it to destroy the
second bomb.

Now do it again.  Go back to the path, and now you have to avoid 2 pink
balls.  Go up, and this time slide across the top arrow, and press down
fast.  Bring the block down, and use it.  Now go to the path one more
time.  Avoid the 3 pink balls now, and slide across the top arrow
again.  Press up this time, then use this block to destroy the fourth
block.

Now go up this path, to the area with a spaceship and green buttons.
When you are here, carefully work your way down to the red button next
to the spaceship.  Press it, and it will get stuck on the brown spot
above it.  Make sure there is no block in its way, and then step on the
brown button to let it go up to the next brown spot.  Again, make sure
there are no blocks in the way, then push the brown button again, and
the spaceship will go to a 3rd brown spot.  Free it from here, and the
spaceship will destroy the bomb that is blocking a chip.

Now go down and make another ship.  This time, make sure there is a
block in its way when it is on the 2nd brown spot.  It will hit the
block and turn left.  Now make sure there is no block in the way, and
release it.  It will destroy another bomb and free another chip.

Now get another ship to the spot it was just in.  This time make sure
the block is in the way, and it will free yet another chip.  There are
two more, but I think you understand how to do this by now.  Blow up
the remaining bombs, and collect the chips.

When this is all done, you need to go into the grey spot area.  Take 2
steps left, then head all the way up to grab the chip. Take another
step left, then head all the way down.  One more step left, and you
will be next to the water.  Now go all but 2 spaces down.   Go right 2
spaces from here, and grab the chip.  Now go down 1 space and left 1
space for another chip.  Now go down 1 space, then go left 6 spaces.
When you come to the new big area, go down 2 spaces, then head left 3
spaces.  Now head up 2 spaces, then left 1 space, and down 2 spaces.
Now go all the way left, ignoring any chips that you pass.  When you
get to the end, go up one space and grab the chip.  Now go right one
space, then up one space.  Go right 2 spaces for another chip, then
down 1 space.  Go right 6 spaces, then go up and out of the grey spot
area.

Now go up to the 6 brown blocks and 2 keys.  Push in the top and bottom
blocks on the right and left side, then collect the final two chips at
the top.  Now push both brown blocks down 1 space, and collect the blue
and yellow keys.

Head down a little, then turn left.  Go through the yellow door, and
CAREFULLY grab the fire boots.  Now cross to the other side, and open
the blue door.  Grab the red key, then cross back and open the red
door.  Grab the yellow key, and cross back again.  Open up the yellow
door, and CAREFULLY grab the flippers.

Once you have the flippers, go back to the middle, and go up across the
water.  Slide across the ice up, then go to the right, and slide across
to the exit.  You just beat the toughest level thus far in the game.

INVINCIBLE CHAMPION  (Diff: 2/10)

Wow, this level is great!  Go to the middle, where you will find a big
train of spiders.  As soon as the train ends, jump on.  Follow the
spiders, and pick up the five chips on the way.  When you get back out,
go left a little, and then up a little.  You should see the exit.

FORCE SQAURE  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 78, Time 500, Chips 13
Password: GRMO

Start by going down one space, then go right. From here, just try to
work on the right side.  Stay on the right side of the transport until
all the chips have been collected.  When you have all the right side
ones, work your way to the left.  Collect as many chips as you can from
here.  You should be down to 1 or 2 left.  Now jump on the arrows on
the outside.  When you get to the left side, hold left, and one of the
walls will disappear.  Go down from here and go through the transport.

Grab the yellow key to the left after you appear, then enter the
transport from the top.  You will be brought back to the arrow puzzle.
Work on getting the final chips, and continue this process until you
have got them all.  When they are all collected, get on the outside
arrows again, and go through the same wall.  Go down through the
transport again.

When you arrive, go through the transport from the bottom.  You will be
taken to a new place with a yellow key door.  Go through the transport
again, and you will be brought to the area with the red key.  If you
have all the chips, then you can get the red key.  Go through the
transport again.  Go through the next two as well, until you get to the
place with the yellow door.

Now go down through the door, and avoid the 2 spinning monsters.  Go
down through the red door, and exit the level.

DRAWN AND QUARTERED  (Diff: 3/10)
Level 79, Time 300, Chips 56
Password: JINU

Go all the way down, and collect all the chips on the bottom and on the
side.  There is a total of 14 here.  Now go through the transport from
the right.  Go left from here, and collect the 13 chips in this area.
Just do not connect your path to the monsters' path. Then go back
through the transport from the bottom.

Go up from here, and collect 15 more chips.  Now go back through the
transport from the top.  Again, make sure not to alter the monsters'
path in any way.

You are now in the middle of a few spinning monsters.  Pick up the
chips on the top and on the left, except leave the 2nd from the right
on the top.  But try to watch your steps, so you do not throw off the
paths of the monsters.  Let them go in their same square.  At the end,
quickly pick up the final chip, and run down to the exit in the bottom
right corner.  The monsters' path will be messed up now, so try to
navigate your way past them.  Even if they do get thrown out of their
pattern, it is not too difficult to avoid them.

VANISHING ACT (Diff: 6/10)
Level 80, Time 800, Chips 17
Password: EVUG

This is the toughest maze so far, but it still isn't too tough.  You
will soon realize that you cannot walk on any of the pre-made grey
squares.  And the mud that you walk on disappears, which creates
identical blocks.

My advice to you is to start working in the top right area, and then go
around in a counter clockwise motion.  Make sure you pick up all the
chips in a certain area, or else they will be nearly impossible to get
again.  If you can manage to collect all the chips, then the exit is in
the bottom right corner of the level.

Two hints I have for you.  First, feel for walls.  If you have got rid
of a lot of mud, then run into a wall until you stop, and then try a
different direction.  Second, don't be afraid to start over.  It is far
easier to play this level with the mud there, so if you get to the
exit, but you are still missing a few chips, then start over, and cover
the whole area better.

WRITERS BLOCK  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 81, Time ---, Chips 56
Password: SCWF

You get another message that says, "Chip used to spend his time
programming computer games and making models.  But that was just
practice for this brain-buster!"  Maybe these are being used to tell
the story, but I don't know.

This level is quite tough, because you have to use every block that is
available.  On the top of the "T" there is one block that you need to
push in the water there, so that 2 other blocks will be accessible.
And the "N" has two "4 block squares" that are totally unusable.  Other
than that, every other block must be used.  If you accidentally screw
up, then start the level over, because there is no reason to go on.

Start out by pushing the two blocks up, and push them to the sides, and
collect 2 chips with them.  Then head up to where the big pile of
blocks are.  They spell out the word "THINK".  Hopefully I am not
missing anything important in this level.

Basically, just push all the blocks in the right places, and you will
beat the level.  It will take at least 15 minutes, though.

SOCIALIST ACTION  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 82, Time 999, Chips 0
Password: LLIO

Start by going up, until you see two blocks and a bunch of spiders.
Get behind the lower block on the left, and move it up 2 spaces, so it
is right under the spiders.  Now get the block on the right, and push
it left a little.  Push it into the open area in the big line of
blocks.

Now push the other block into the path of the spiders during a small
break.  Now you have to run behind the last spider that made it
through.  Follow his path as well as you can.  He will start going up,
and then left.  After a few turns, you should make it to the other
side, where there is a big black area.

Go down from here, and you will see a green monster.  Keep going down
and he will fall in the water.  Now go to the right slowly, because
there will be another green monster.  When you run into him, turn
around, and lead him to the water.  Now wait here for a while, and a
spider will also come out.  If you are in the black area, you will be
safe.  After he drowns, follow this path to the exit.

UP THE BLOCK  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 83, Time 400, Chips 14
Password: OVPJ

Start by going down, right, up and to the left.  Go around and push the
block to the left.  Then push it up, and back to the right.  Leave it
right below the arrow.  Now go down and to the left, and wait one step
in front of the big area.  You will see a lot of spaceships fly by.
When they all pass, run to the middle black square, where you will be
safe.  Run upwards when it is safe, and to the right.  When you get to
the arrow, go down, and push the block down.  Now push the block all
the way to the right, and all the way down, until it is in front of
another arrow now.

Go around again, and this time go all the way around.  Push the block
left until the opening of the spaceship area.  When you get an opening,
push the block out, and put it on the space that is diagonally
bordering the black square on the bottom-right.  This will drive the
first spaceship into the bomb.  Leave the block here for a minute, and
one more spaceship should hit it, and go down.

Now you need to push the block down, to direct the other spaceships
down and into the bombs.  This may or may not work, but if it doesn't,
it isn't to hard to keep doing it.  Just make sure you can retreat to
your black square if necessary.

You need to get all 6 spaceships to go down the path.  Just keep using
the block to try and direct them.  Once you have destroyed all six
bombs, then head down the path.  You need to bring the block to destroy
the final bomb.  Once you are most of the way down, take the path on
the left, and make your way up to the top, where two of the chips are.
Now get back on the path.

Continue following the path until the end, and you will find 6 more
chips and another block.  Grab all the chips, and push the block down
to the entrance of the big room with the spaceship flying around.  Push
the block in 2 steps, and then up one step.  The spaceship should hit
it and turn to the left, destroying one of the 2 bombs.  Now push the
block to the left once, and let the same thing happen.  If it does,
then go to the middle, and grab the 6 chips in there.

Now you need to go back to the first big area that had the spaceships.
When you are here, go up and head to the left.  You'll find the exit
here.

WARS  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 84, Time 600, Chips 5
Password: UVEO

Basically just ignore the spinning enemies, they don't really have a
point in this level.

Start by pushing the brown block to the left, past the 4 bouncing
balls.  Continue pushing it left until you get past the three grey
blocks at the top of the screen.  When the block passes the third one,
start pushing it up.  Push it up to the small path between two sets of
gray blocks.  Now push it to the right, where the spiders are.

Quickly push it all the way right, and then get back out of that area,
because the spiders will start chasing you.  But the spiders will still
follow a path, and it will lead them to the water.

All but two or three of the spiders will die.  Now go back up to where
the spiders were.  There will be 5 chips in the corners of what was the
spider's path.  Collect these chips (don't worry about any remaining
spiders, because they will not move out of their little retarded paths)
and make your way back out through the same way you came in.  Now move
up to near the top, and go right to the exit.

You can also use the block to just make the spider's path bigger, thus
creating a gap between the spiders.  Then just jump in the gap and
collect the five chips.  Either way will work.

TELENET  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 85, Time 300, Chips 15
Password:  LEBX

Start out by going all the way left, then go all the way down.  Now
continue going left until you reach two arrows.  Go down these arrows,
and then head left.  Grab the blue key, then go back right.  Go up at
the next opening, then head all the way right.  Go down at the arrows.
Open the blue door, and grab the chip.

Enter the transport from the left, and you'll be in a new room.  Grab
the chip from here, then enter the transport from the bottom.  Again,
get the chip, and enter the transport from the bottom as well.
Continue getting chips and entering transports.

Enter the next transport from the left.  The next one from the bottom.
The next one from the left.  The next one from the right.  The next one
from the bottom.  Next, from the left.  Next, from the right.  Next
from the bottom.  Next, from the left.  Next, from the top.  Next, from
the bottom.  Next, from the right and grab the red key.  Next, from the
top.

Now you are at the original room again.  Go through the same path
again, and near the end you will end up in a room with a red key door.
Go out the door, and follow the path out.  Go down past the first set
of arrows again, then head right and up.  Don't pass the 2nd set of
arrows, but rather head up before them to the exit.

SUICIDE  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 86, Time 400, Chips 0
Password: FLHH

Start by pushing the brown block to the left.  Push the block left two
spaces, then up six, then right one.  It should now be right next to
the lower of a set of two gray blocks.  This will build a path for the
spaceships to run into the bombs at the bottom part of the level.  Head
down there, wait for the bombs to all get exploded, and exit the level.

Spaceships will start flying by, and some of them will start turning,
and hitting the bombs that are blocking the exit.  There are eleven
bombs, so this may take a while.  After they have all been destroyed,
go down this path to the exit.

CITYBLOCK  (Diff: 8/10)
Level 87, Time ---, Chips 34
Password: YJYS

Start by heading up until you reach the top.  Push up all the blocks
that you can along the row of four chips.  Then press the green button,
and push up the rest, and collect the 4 chips.

Now you need to start working on the water area. Start pushing blocks
out of the little hole, one at a time.  First, start building a bridge
down.  You need to make it a 2-wide bridge, as well.  For this to work,
you have to push a couple forward as well, giving you room to work.
When you finish this, make a 2-wide bridge to the top.

Now make a path on the very bottom row, collecting chips along the way.
When you reach the arrow pointing up, go back to where the exit square
is, and then go down.  Follow the ice, while pushing the block.  When
you land, push in the bottommost blocks on the right and left side one
space over, then push the first block up.  Stop pushing when you can
move free, and then head to your right, where the arrows are.  Ride
down the arrows, and collect the chips. When you get to the bottom,
push the block down one space, and get back on the main path.

Now go to the bottommost left block.  Push it in one more space, then
jump down quickly.  Now you can push it up, and collect chips along the
way.  Push it up through the arrow, then go all the way around, and
push it into place.  Now go back around, and bring another block up,
and do the same thing.  Now you have a trail to the end of the wall on
the bottom.

Now go back to the area with a lot of blocks.  Continue pushing blocks
out, and make another bridge on the top half, while collecting chips.
By moving blocks up, you should be able to free the 2 chips that are
hidden in the block triangles.  Collect these two, but if you trap
them, then you have to start over.

Now you need to make a 2-wide bridge on the bottom level.  Start by
using the blocks in the big area, and build with them until you reach
the arrow.  Remember, you can use the blocks from the triangle on the
right side, just push them up and over.

Once you reach the arrow, go down and use the blocks from the arrow
area, because these must be used as well.  After you finish the 2-wide
bridge, you need to start building up towards the chips above.  Use any
blocks that you can, you should have enough if you didn't screw around
with them.  When you finish the bridge, you should have all the chips.
Now come back down and right, and go through the exit block.

The fun isn't over yet, as you have more blocks to deal with.  Push the
first block in, but make sure you don't jam it on anything.  Now go
right, and push the block right all the way.  Move it down 3 spaces,
and then push the block on the side of you left one space.  Push the
block below you down several spaces, but don't jam it on anything.  Now
go left, and then up.  Push the block forward one space, and continue
heading up.  Maneuver the next few blocks, as they are easy.  When you
get to the bottom, head right.  Think before you act, as you move these
last few blocks.  When you are right next to the exit, push in the top
and bottom blocks, then push the middle block up, and exit this damn
level.

SPIRALS (Diff: 5/10 or 10/10)
Level 88, Time 400, Chips 12
Password: WZYV

There are two versions of this level.  And original version and a
changed (or corrupt) version that was released.  The game I am playing
has the corrupt version, therefore it is nearly impossible for me to
beat this level.

From what I can tell, there is a difference on the far right wall of
this level.  The map I was looking at to beat this level shows that
there should be one open space to continue the path near the far right
wall.  However, on my version, the path does not exist.  It is blocked
by a small black line.

Therefore, I have no real way of describing to you how to beat this
level.  If you do not have the corrupt version, it seems fairly easy.
For more information, and a possible (but not guaranteed) way to beat
the corrupt version, check this site:

BLOCK BUSTER (Diff: 8/10)
Level 89, Time 450, Chips 5
Password: VCZO

Start by heading right, and cross over the bottom red button.  Quickly
step down, so you don't get hit by the block.  Move it up one space,
and another block will come out and stop at the right of it.  Now move
it up, and slide it across the ice, and into the water.

Go down, and create another block on the bottom row.  Push it into the
water again.  Do this until you make a bridge across.  Now you need two
more.  Push them up to the top, and to the right, to form a bridge to
the other side.  Now cross it and grab the red key.  Now go back down,
and make another block.  Bring it all but 1 space from the top, then go
to the right side of it and push it left.  Now push it down. Do this
twice more, and then grab the green key there.

Now go to the top part, and head left.  Go down to where the green door
is.  Unlock one and grab the chip, then head up and open the red door.
Grab the chip here, then head all the way up, then to the right.  Head
back down across the red buttons quickly, and get to the bottom.  Now
you have to head back up past the bouncing blocks.  Once you get up and
down past them, go to the right.

Grab the chip, and head up.  Follow this path until you get to the
place with ice and red buttons.  Go down the path with the red buttons,
and then get ready for the cheapest part of this game so far.

The blocks bounce back and forth, but they are in such a small area
that there are glitches in the game.  You don't see their every
movement, but instead, the blocks just appear in one spot, and appear
in a different spot the next second.  It is very difficult to get to
the top.  Luckily, they do have a pattern.  Just watch for it, and wait
for it to stop anywhere but in front of you.  Then quickly slide up.

When you get to the top, grab the chip and slide to the left.  Now
continue following the path.  Run down the path and push all the red
buttons.  Now go all the way to the right, then go up.  This time, you
need to push all the blocks up.  You need to start at the top, and then
move down one row.  This is much easier, as it is impossible to be
smashed by the blocks.  Once you have pushed all 4 blocks into the
water, follow the path.  Grab the chip and exit the level.

PLAYHOUSE  (Diff: 7/10)

Push the bottom and left block up, and connect them to the arrow that
is pointing up.  You can't move the top-right block, because there is
fire under it.  Now take the arrow ride, and head to the left.  Push on
the blue blocks, until some disappear, and you can get in and grab the
3 chips and the yellow key.  Now go out via the arrow.

Go back down, and then push in the first and third blocks into the
water.  Now push the second block to the right one, and push it up.  Do
the same thing on the right side as well, so that you can have 2 paths.
Now head up, and open the yellow door and collect the items there.
Then head back down that other path.

Go down, and go to the right.  Stop when there are just 2 squares near
the end.  Now head down, and the blue block will disappear.  Continue
going down, and then head right.  Slide across the ice, and grab the 5
chips here.  Now go all the way to the left, while avoiding the balls.
Go through the blue door, and slide across the ice.

When you land, go up and get the chips.  Then go back down the ice.  Do
not collect the ice skates or the chip behind the gray spot, because
you will be trapped.

Now go back past the balls, and go all the way left and then up.  Open
the green door, and push the block all the way to the left.  Now push
it into the water, and push the next block into the water as well.  Now
grab all the chips that are up there.  They spell out the phrase "Good
Job", but I don't know why.

You should have the fire boots too (apparently they were under one of
the blocks you moved), so walk down through the fire, and grab the
chips here.  Now walk to the middle, and open up the green door.  Go
down, and get the last 10 chips.  Then exit the level.

Another message: "I can do it! I know I can!" Chip thinks as the going

Alright, I can't wait for Melinda.  Hopefully Chip gets some action!

Head up, and collect the chips that you see.  When you get to the top,
start heading left, and continue to grab the chips that you see.  When
you hit the wall, head down, and continue collecting chips.  Now search
the middle and bottom areas, and pick up the final chips.  Then head to
the bottom right corner, and exit the level.

By the time you have collected about 5 chips, there will be some
monsters around you.  And when you near the end, the monsters will be
all over the place.  You have to move smoothly, and just avoid them.
In fact, this is a very difficult level.  You just have to be good at
video games in general.  Eventually you will get lucky.  There are many
strategies in this level.  Getting to that exit is hard as hell,
though.

Move the block left, and go up.  Move this block up, and then go right.
Now go right, and then down.  Move the bottom right block down, and
then start on your path.

This level is rather tough, for a maze level.  First, you need to make
your way to the top-right side of the level.  By doing this, you will
free a saturn monster.  You have to be smooth to get around him, but it
isn't too tough.  When you get up here, go past the saturn monster.
Now go up past the spinning monster, and grab the blue key.  Now come
back down, and make your way to the middle.

Now you need to get to the top middle part, where the spinning enemies
are.  To get here, you need to make a path through the middle of the
blocks, and then go up when you see the grey spot and the green key.

Once you are here, you need to jump in sync with the spinning enemies.
Collect the 4 chips that are found in the inside area as you work your
way further inside.  It may take a little practice, but is not too
difficult.  When you get to the middle, take the transport from the
top.

You will get a chip here then take the transport back to where you
were.  Now you need to jump in sync with the spinning enemies again,
and make your way to the very outside row.  Get in line with them, and
follow it all the way to the bottom.  When you get here, you will see
another chip. Jump into the alcove, then open the blue door, and exit
the level.

ROADSIGN  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 93, Time 800, Chips 4

Work your way up first.  Move up until you see 2 blocks and 2 bombs.
Push the first block up past the arrow, and destroy the 1st bomb. Now
push the second block past the arrow, and leave it for later.  Now go
right and up.  Explore this area, and you should find a chip.  You will
also find an area with 5 pink balls near the top.

You need to step on the green button to let the balls bounce, and then
step on it again to trap them.  You can trap all of them with good
timing, then cross over and get the second chip.

Now go down to the bottom-right corner of the level where the water is.
You will see a block here.  You need to manage to get it out of here,
but it is not too tough, just use the 2-wide areas.  When you get it
out, you will be near the top.  Slide it left, until you get near the
exit.  Now slide it down a little, so it is touching the arrow
diagonally from the top-left.  Slide it across the ice twice, so you
are in position to slide it up past the black spot.

Go around and push it up into the water and cross the bridge.  Go to
the right, and push your block into the bomb.  Pick up this chip, then
go back to the beginning area.

Now you need to make your way to where the first chip was.  If you
remember, there was also a block here.  You need to maneuver this block
out as well.  You need to bring it to the right, and then down where
the ice is.  Now bring it back left.  You cannot push it across the
small patch of ice, or it will be stuck.  So push it down the arrow,
and it will go left.  Now go down this arrow yourself, and push the
block to where the exit is.  Do the same thing that you did with the
last block, and now you only need one more block.

The block in the bottom left area will suffice.  First, bring it down,
and across the arrow.  Push it all the way right, and then go around,
and slide down the ice to push it down.  From here, continue using your
huge brain to navigate it up and across the ice.  It isn't too
difficult if you think about it, and the other FAQ on this site has a
step by step instruction, if you get stuck.

Once you get it all the way up, then you have a little bit more
navigating to go.  Just remember that you slide on the ice, and the
block DOES NOT slide on the ice, or else it will be stuck.  When you
get your last chip, go down and take the exit.

What happened to the levels with 25 seconds?  Those levels were fun,
because they didn't last long.  The worst levels in this game are the
ones that take 15 minutes to complete, after you know all the secrets
to the level.

This, however, is a very simple maze level.  You can thank the creator
for making the walls appear in this level.  If the walls stayed
invisible, it would be MUCH MUCH harder.  I hope there are no levels
like that in the future, but there probably will be, since there are
over 45 levels left.

In this level, just feel your way around.  It is very simple, and you
should have all the chips in no time.  The exit is located near the
bottom middle.

Enter the transport from the right, and push the left block out of the
way.  Now go up, and push the top block through the transport.  Go
through the transport from the same way, and push the block into the
water.

Now do that with the blocks on the right side and the bottom.  Grab the
2 red keys as well, then go back into the transport.  Now unlock the
red door containing a blue key, and a red door containing a green key.
Now unlock the 2 doors on the top left, and get the two chips.  Now
unlock the bottom right green door, and exit this level.

PARANOIA  (Diff: 6/10)

As soon as the level starts head down and right and grab the first
chip.  Stay in the alcove until the tank passes you.  Now go collect
the other 2 chips and the blue key.  Let the tank stop, and then step
on the blue button.  Hide in the 2nd alcove from the right, and get in
front of the tank as soon as it passes you.  Now hurry to the left and
go down.  Open the blue door.

Grab the first 3 chips, and step on the yellow "?" button, that says,
"You don't need the fire boots, but they could help later on."  Now
trigger the tank, and let it go to the other side.  Now step on the
blue button as the top blue tank hits the blue button.  This should
stop the tank on the other sides.  Pick up the stuff and hit the blue
button again to get back to the red door.

Now go down, and slide on the ice.  Follow the path until you reach the
spiders.  Once you get passed the spiders, go down again to where the
pink balls.  Stay standing on the newly formed gray blocks until the
ball bounces away, then grab the chip and continue down.

When you reach the bottom, head right.  There are 4 amoebas here, so
watch out for them.  Go in the middle, and grab the 4 chips here.  Now
exit at the top.  Follow the path until the bouncing balls.  Go to the
left side, and grab the one on top.  Now follow the chip path down.
When you reach the bottom, go to the other side and go back up.  After,
go back down, and go to the left on the ice.  Grab the red key, then go
back and go right on the ice.

Go up and unlock the red door.  Now you will see spiders.  Walk through
the fire, and grab the 4 chips on the 4 sides.  There are invisible
walls everywhere the spiders don't walk, so you have to follow the
spider's path.  Stand on the fire for ensured safety.  When you have
all these chips, go out to the left.  Keep going left and you will find
the exit.

METASTABLE TO CHAOS  (Diff: 8/10)
Level 97, Time 300, Chips 0
Password: IOCS

I have no idea what metastable means, but I really don't care, either.
Even though the spiders are stuck in their little paths, you cannot
connect your path with theirs until the end.

First walk left, so that you aren't touching the spider's area.  Now
walk down, and all the way around the big area, not touching it.  In
the top right corner, there are two blocks.  Remember that blocks can't
be pushed in mud, so you have to create the path before you push the
blocks.

Before I start moving the blocks, I like to make a perimeter around the
whole level, so the spiders have a nice big area to cover once you mess
up their pattern.  So walk on the very outside row of every side, then
come back.  Move you block down, and then push it up into the spider
pattern.  One spider will break free, and start taking your path. Now
push it up again, and it will be all messed up.  Spiders will start
leaving the area.

Not all the spiders will leave, but wait for many of them to do so.
After that, you should be able to walk to the exit, because the rest of
the spiders will be in stupid little patterns away from the exit.

Sadly, this level is not as easy as I explained.  Try different things,
and see if you can get the spiders to leave in better ways. Good luck.
You'll need it.

SHRINKING  (Diff: 3/10)

Slide out of the area you are in, and you will see 8 other areas like
it, surrounded by balls.  The top-right area is the exit, and the other
7 areas all contain 1 chip.  All of the chip areas are easy enough to
slide in without blocks.  Personally, I like to blur my eyes so that
the balls appear to move slower.

Anyway, collect all 7 chips, and use the blocks if you want to block
the balls and make a small path for yourself, although I don't find it
all that helpful.  (You might want to make a path for yourself at the
exit, as it is the hardest to get into)  Now go to the exit, which has
the toughest entrance.  It is not too tough, as there is a space area
that you can easily fit in. Either slide through this area, or block
the balls and then exit.
NOTE: If you want to block the balls, you have to do it on the areas
with the arrows, or else you will be smashed by the moving blocks.

I really don't understand this level, it is created really badly, and
it is really simple.  Start by heading up, and pushing the button to
free the tank.  Grab the chip, and move on.  Continue on in this level,
by grabbing keys and chips.  I recommend going across one of the gray
spots to the outside area, as there are 4 chips you can get here
without using any keys.

Now enter back in, and get however many chips you still need.  One
thing that you must do in this level is collect both of the blue keys.
These are the most important color, and you need to save both of them
to exit the level.  Basically, collect 8 chips without using any blue
keys.  It is simple, it took me about a minute.

Oh well.  This level is easy as well.  It is long and tedious.  Just
stay safe in the middle and between squares.  Follow the enemies in the
direction that they are going.  It is easiest to pay attention where
you have been, so you don't have to go looking all over for the last
couple chips.  Just be careful.  The exit is in the bottom left corner.

In the first little room you are in, go right.  Now go up past the

you will be in the middle area with the four spiders here.  Collect the

edge of the screen, chasing you.  You will avoid all the enemies and
then eventually land.  When you land, step to the left, and let all the
enemies go by.

Move up, and collect the 2 chips, red key, and fire boots.  Now go down
past the red and yellow spinning enemy.  When you get to the very
bottom square, slide to the right, so that you are under the green
monsters.

Go all the way right, and cross the ice.  Go past the gray area, and
get away from the green monsters.  Now continue right, and unlock the
red door.  Grab the final chip, flippers, and yellow key here.  Now
slide down on the second to last row from the right.

Now you are back out of the area.  Go left a few squares, and slide
down to either the fire or the water.  When you get here, head left,
across all the fire and water.  Take the yellow door that is to the
left.  Cross the thief and pick up the suction boots.  Now walk down to
where the arrows are.  Go left a couple spaces, and then now, and slide
to the exit.

Start out by grabbing the 4 keys, and watch out for the pink balls.
You need to open up the green doors on the 2 sides and the top first.
Each time you open it, wait for the pink ball to go out, then run up
and grab the 2 chips.  You need to do this first, because it is very
easy to die at this part.  Once you make it out, the rest of the level
is easier.

When you have collected the first 6 chips, go to the right, and start
picking up chips from the right side of the level, but always watch out
for the bouncing balls.  It is always best to jump in front of the
balls when you are in the alleys so that they don't bounce back and hit
you.  Use your keys as necessary.

I found a glitch in the game.  If you try to step on a key the same
moment as the ball is on it, then the game will perform an illegal
operation, and close down.  Apparently 3 things cannot stand on the
same space.

When you have collected all the chips, you need to go down any of the
paths on the bottom, to where the exit is.

Head to the left and wait.  Let the spinning enemies be cloned 5 times,
and it will get rid of the first 5 blocks.  Now move up, and let it
keep firing.  Move the block next to you left two spaces.  After seven
shots have fired, there will be a new path for you.  Go up to the next
area.

Now push the first block you see up one space and left 2 spaces.  The
spinning enemies will take a pair of right-hand turns, and start making
a path back down.  After seven pass, follow this path back down.  The
spinning enemies will start heading to the left.

Wait until 12 pass you, and then you can continue on.  When you get to
the new area, push the block up one space.  Let 7 spinning enemies
pass, then you will have a clear path.  Now push the right block down
one space, and let the spinning enemies make a path back down.  After 7
pass, then you can go back down.

Now just wait for 5 more spinning enemies to extinguish the bombs below
you, and then you can go down and take the exit.  There are other ways
to beat the level, but this is the path I used and I feel it is pretty
easy.

Go out the middle right square, and get in the spinning enemies path.
Follow it around, and get the chip below you.  Now push the block down,
and trap the first pink ball on the right side.  Now go left, and pick
up all the chips here.  Go back to the middle, and push the block down
one more time.  Trap the pink ball on the left side, and then go right
and get some more chips.

Now go to the middle, and carefully collect the fire boots.  Now you
need to push the block to the right side, and then push it down into
the water.  To do this easier, slowly move the block to the right, and
hide two rows down, because there is not a bouncing ball here.

Once it is in the water, go down and collect the chips here.  They
actually spell out the word "CHIP".  Grab the blue key in the bottom
left corner, and the yellow key in the bottom right.  Now head back up,
and take the block with you.  Open the blue door on the right (you have
to open the one on the right, not the one on the left), and keep
pushing the block up and through the fire.

Eventually you will find a water area, so put the block here and
continue on.  You will soon come upon the exit.

Start out by heading up and right.  Don't worry about the pink balls,
as they will die in the fire.  Now go down, and get the red key that is
behind the blocks by pushing the left-middle block in, and then the
left-bottom block all the way down.  Go down from there, and go to
where the ice is.  Slide across all the ice, and pick up the flippers.
Now head back up.

Head left past all the pink balls, and go up until you get to the red
door.  Go through the door, and go down to get the blue key.  Now go
back out, and open the blue door below the balls.

Move the top left block, and grab the chip.  Push the block below it
all the way down, and into the water.  Swim down through the water and
head right when you get to the bottom.

Slide up across the ice, and grab the blue key.  Now head right, and
bring one block along with you.  Keep it in the middle, and use it to
block the balls on the opposite side of where the chip is.  Grab the
chips and move on, moving the block each time to isolate the pink ball
on the opposite side of where the chip is.  At the end, block the pink
ball at the top and head down.

Open the blue door and slide up the ice.  When you get to the top,
carefully make your way past the pink balls.  You should still need 20
chips at this time.  Go down, and collect the final 20 chips while
weaving in and out of the balls.  At the bottom you will find the exit.

Notice there is limited time in this level, so you know it is going to
be short.

First, jump in line with the enemies.  Follow it to the other side,
then slide right across the ice and pick up a chip.  Now get back in
order, and make your way to the beginning.  Now cross the arrows, and
push up and down to avoid the fire.

When you finish sliding across the ice, pick up the 2nd and 3rd chips.
Push the brown block down, and then quickly push down again and follow
the block.  It will get stuck on the brown spot, so push the little
brown button above you.  Now go around, and maneuver the block into the
bomb.

Go left from here, and stand on the far right black part.  As soon as
the spaceship below you leaves the spot, go down, left, and down
immediately.  After you get the last chip, go left twice as soon as the
spinning enemy passes.  Now go down to the black spot, and exit the
level.

Either I am getting better, or the levels are less challenging.  There
hasn't been a really tough one since SHORT CIRCUIT.  Not that I am
complaining.

Start by going up, and push one of the blocks to the right or left.
Now push the middle block right or left, and push the free block down.
Push it down past the pink ball, and into the water.  Go down here, and
get 4 chips and a blue key.  Now go back, and use the blue key to get
two more chips.

Now go back to where the blocks are, and get another one out.  Push it
to the right near the ice, and push it across the ice on the very top
row.  Follow the block, and when you land, get the chip and go down
again.  You will get another chip, then go back to where the blocks
are.

Repeat this trend 4 more times, except push the block across the ice on
a different row every time.  Remember to pick up 2 chips from every
row.

After you have all the chips, go back to the beginning, and go down to
the exit.

Immediately run up until you see the block.  When you are across from

When you get there, push it right to block the spinning enemies.  Now
go in the area with the chips and the spider.

Push the block in, and grab the first chip.  Push the block all the way

last 2 chips.  Now go all the way to the bottom right of the screen.

Watch out for the couple random spinning enemies, but the rest will be
stuck in a pattern.  This pattern will have some major gaps in it.  You
need to get in one of these gaps, and follow the spinning enemies all
the way around until you can jump out of it and exit the level.

If you can't get this to work, here is an alternate way.  Do the same
at the beginning, pushing the block through the spinning enemies.
After you are past them, leave the block momentarily and go up and
collect the chips from the spider area.  Now come back to the block and
push it left all but one space away from the wall.  Now push it up as a
shield to block the spinning enemies.  When you get it up near the
exit, try to push it up so there will be no enemies on the right side
near the exit, and quickly run in.

First of all, the hint says, "The eigth block is open." (Which I
believe is a typo.)  I'm guessing that is for the top part.  So start
making a bridge on the eighth block from the left.

Once you have the bridge made, cross it and go through the spinning
enemies and through the blue block.  Say thanks to the hint, and then
move on.

Go right until you see the three bouncing pink balls above you.  Make
your way through these three balls going up the far left side.  Now go
left, past some more balls.  I can't really tell you how to get past
the balls, so hopefully you are good enough at that.  Go up from here,
and then to the right.  You should have collected 3 chips so far.  Now
go all the way to the right, then go down for the final chip.

Now make your way out of this area and back to the beginning where you
will find the exit.  I beat this level on my first try, it's not too
hard if you are good at dodging the bouncing balls.

DECEPTION  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 114, Time 200, Chips 12

Wait for the amoeba to hit the fire, then move down and past the
spinning enemies to the left.  Don't collect the first chip, but
instead head down and collect the 2 lower ones and the middle one on
the right side.  Notice the invisible walls here as well.

Now go down across the gray area.  Go right fast to avoid the green
monster.  Down here you need to grab the chip and the key, then head
out via the ice.  When you land, go down and pick up all the chips that
you can.

After that, you should only need two more chips.  Go back up to where
the spinning enemies are blocking the chip on the right side.  When you
get there, sneak past them again.  Now grab the first chip, and one of
the spinning enemies will bounce away.  Now wait for the remaining
enemy to go to the left side, then quickly run to the right side, grab
the chip, then hide in the alcove below you.  When it bounces out
again, move to the top alcove.

Now get passed it one more time and go down.  You will see the other
spinning bouncing on the bottom.  Wait for it to be on the left, then
go right and cross the gray area.  Keep going right and open the yellow
door.  Go down and take the exit.

OVERSEA DELIVERY  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 115, Time ---, Chips 0
Password: EGRW

The hint says, "Push the blocks to the correct island to reach the
exit."  Well I knew that as soon as I went through the transports.
There is a pattern you need to use to know which direction to push the
block through the transport, and remember to enter through the
transport through a different direction.  Push the block in from the:
Left, Top, Right, Bottom, Left, Top, Bottom, Top, Left, Bottom, Top,
Bottom, Right, Left, Top.  (Every time you push the block in, enter the
transport from a different direction, except for the last time, follow
it in from the top.)

Every time you get a block there, push it down and then push it right.
After the 4 blocks are in place, you will have a path to the exit.
Long but not hard.

BLOCK BUSTER II  (Diff: 8/10)
Level 116, Time 750, Chips 27
Password: HXMF

The first BLOCK BUSTER was hard, so this one will probably be very
tough.  Plus that fact that you have 750 seconds available to you.

Start by going right, and slide up to the highest red button.  A block
will appear, so slide down, and then go right and slide the block up.
Pick up the 2 chips, then slide left to get another chip.  Go back down
and slide to the first red button again.  This time slide left from
here and get another chip. Slide up and down and pick up three more
chips.  Now slide back and down, and move on to the next button.

Follow this exact pattern for the rest of the buttons.  Remember that
when you finish getting all the blocks on the top, slide to the left to
get more chips and a key.  When you are all finished with this area, go
down and right.  Open up the green doors and get the other chip.  You
should only need 10 more.

Now go up as far as you can, and you can get one more chip.  Slide up
on the two rows of the ice on the left to get 2 more chips. Now go up
on the left side on the grey blocks (not the ice).  Slide to the
uppermost red button twice from the left.  Now go down and all the way
to the right.  On the very last row of the ice, slide up and grab the
chips here.  Now slide left from here, and land on the other side.
Take one step down and step on the top red button again. Now slide
back, take a step up and slide to the right.  Now push the block below
you down, and follow it.  Bring it left and up, and into the water.
You need to continue bringing blocks to this area until you can get the
blue key and the rest of the chips.  Now unlock the blue door and exit
this level.

THE MARSH  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 117, Time ---, Chips 0

This level is pretty simple.  For all but the last part, just push
blocks in the water, and follow the created path.  Here are a few semi-
specific hints: At the first part, go down so you are not stuck behind
the blocks.  Head right from here, then go down.  When you get to the
bottom here, connect to the top row on the right by using two blocks.
When you get to the end, you need to conserve blocks, as well as use
blocks from the previous area.  The exit is in the bottom right corner.

MISS DIRECTION  (Diff: 8/10)
Level 118, Time 300, Chips 0

Head down and slide across the ice for a while.  When you land, slide
to the left for a while more.  When you land head up across one line of
the gray dots, then head left.  Go up past the pink bouncing ball, and
then to the right and grab the green key.  Head down and right over the
grey dot and brown dot.  Head down through the blue wall (it will
disappear) and then down again through another row of gray dots.

Head right and open up the green door.  Grab the blue key then head
back up (not past the grey dots) and then left.  You will reach another
blue disappearing wall and a pink bouncing ball behind it.  Touch the
blue wall as the pink ball is bouncing the other way, then immediately
slide down.  When you land slide to the right.

When you land, take one step up and wait on the grey block for a
second.  Eventually you will see a spinning enemy pass by.  Follow him
and take the top path first.  You will pass a blue door.  Open it and
grab the red key.  Now get back on the path and go all the way around,
ignoring the red door for now.  Instead go further, and then head down
when you see some flippers.  Grab them and then head back to the red
door.

Open the door and then head to the left.  Slide up the ice and into the
water, then go right into the transport.  Now enter the next transport
from the bottom.  Slide on the ice and exit the level.

SLIDE STEP  (Diff: 8/10)
Level 119, Time 250, Chips 38

First, head to the left and enter the transport.  You are now in an
area with a lot of ice.  Wait for the bouncing ball to pass, then head
to the left.  Grab the 2 chips, then slide down from where the further
left chip was for another.  Slide back up, then slide to the right.
Get another chip, then slide back.  Now slide straight up for 2 more
chips.  Slide to your right here for another chip, and hold right the
whole time you are sliding.  Now head up across the arrows and through
the transport from the top.

You are in the same ice place again.  Wait for the ball to pass and
slide left again.  Go up to where the two chips were, and slide right
again, this time pressing down as soon as you hit the arrows.  If you
do this right, you will pick up the chip below you.  Now go through the
transport and do the exact same thing on the right side.  When done
with that, you should now need 20 chips.

Now you should be in the area with the arrows and the transport.  Grab
the chips in this area then go up the path above you.  Slide on the ice
to the right, and push the block out of the way.  Go to where the
amoebas are, and get the chips.  But watch out, because they will not
stay in their set patterns.

After passing the amoeba, go up to where the spiders are.  Pick up all
the chips here, as the spiders stay in their pattern.  When you get to
the end of this, keep going left until you are at the beginning square.

Slide up from here and grab a chip, then slide down for the final two.
Slide to the left again to get to the exit.  There are plenty different
methods for beating this level but I find this one the easiest.

ALPHBET SOUP  (Diff: 9/10)
Level 120, Time ---, Chips 11
Password: FLXP

Immediately step right and down.  Fall in line with the spinning
enemies and grab the blue key.  Now go in the "a" and take the
transport from the bottom.

Quickly run up and unlock the blue door.  Grab the chip and run back to
the transport quickly so that the monster doesn't follow you. Go into
the transport from the top.

Now go out by pushing the brown block down.  Go out and to the right,
and grab the red key at the top.  Now get back in via the gray spot.
Enter this transport from the left.

The monster will disappear, so push the brown block up one.  Now go to
the right, and grab the chips here.  Ignore the yellow key for now. Now
enter the transport from the right.

The same monster will disappear, so open the red door, and get the chip
here.  Also, push the brown block up and you will acquire the green
key.  Enter the transport from the left.

Grab the 3 chips in the corners, and go near the top left corner.  Push
the brown block in front of the monster (acquiring the fire boots at
the same time), then quickly cross the button and grab the chip.  Now
come back down and trap the monster on the left side.  Enter the
transport from the right.

Go around and cross the red button.  Go down and grab the 2 bottom
chips and the ice skates.  Carefully grab the chip above, then enter
the transport from the left.  (You can also slide down if you can avoid
the pink bouncing ball, that way you don't have to step on the red
button and generate a block)

Run to the left and press the 6 buttons.  This will destroy the 6
bombs.  Now enter the same transport from the left.  You will be at the
beginning again.  Enter the next transport from the right, and the next
one quickly from the left.  Enter the following one from the right.

Go right and up, and one of the blue blocks will disappear.  Step on
the gray spot and push the brown block down twice.  Now you have the
yellow key.  Enter the transport from the top, and quickly press up to
enter the transport again.

You will now be in a weird place, but don't worry about it.  Press down
to enter the transport again.  Now head down past the bombs on the
right and step on the fire.  Go right, open the green door, and then
head up.  Grab the flippers here, then come down and head to the right.
Open the yellow door, then head down.  Go down until you can go right,
then go right to the exit.

By the way, the level is called ALPHABET SOUP because each area you
enter is the shape of a lower case letter, a-i.  They can be used as
clues but aren't really that important.

PERFECT MATCH  (Diff: 8/10)
Level 121, Time ---, Chips 0
Password: BPYS

Another new message: "If Chip's grades aren't as good as Melinda's,
maybe she'll come over to his house and help him study!"  Wow, Chip is
a pimp.

These levels are getting much tougher, and I'm starting to get
frustrated.  Oh well, here we go!  The hint in this level says, "Match
the inner to the outer.  A perfect match."  I don't know what that
means, but I'll find out.

This level is a total pain in the ass.  First off, take one step right.
Watch below you and see two spinning enemies pass you on the bottom row
and one on the top row.  Ok now focus on the bottom row of two enemies.
When they show up again, wait for the first one to hit the grey space
right between the ice and the arrow.  When he does, take a step to the
right, onto the red button.  If you timed it correctly, they will both
start heading down the brown path evenly.

Now head right to where the block is.  Stand above it and wait for the
second spinning enemy on the top row to appear.  Right before he is
about to cross the ice, push the block down and IMMEDIATELY step up to
get out of harms way.  If you did this correctly it will kill that
spinning enemy.

Ok now there should only be three enemies below you.  The first two
that appear should be lined up evenly as they head down the brown path,
and the last one by itself.  Take the long walk right and down, around
the entire path.

After going entirely around, stop one step before the red button.
Focus on the bottom row again, and this time let the first spinning
enemy go by.  As the second one on the bottom row lands on the grey
space between the ice and the arrow, step to the right again.  If you
did it correctly, they will both be synced up.  If you screw up, use
the block to kill that enemy and try again.

If you've got them both matching, head down to the bottom of the path.
Stop right above the exit and see if the generator and the bottom is
spitting out enemies or if it is blocked.  If it is generating, head to
the left and up and push the green button once, then come back to this
spot.

Focus on the generator and the block below it.  As the spinning enemies
pass above you, the block should never move.  If they all pass by and
the block doesn't move, then go left and down the path.  Follow the
path to the exit.  Nicely done.

[Alternate Strategy]

The very first time I beat this level, this is how I beat it.  Since
then, it has not worked for me.

Okay, start out by heading right.  Now walk back and forth over the red
button.  You will have to do this 100+ times.  When you notice that the
middle row isn't moving, you are half way there.  Keep doing in until
the row on the very right has stopped moving as well.  Now go down the
right side.

Look on the bottom half, and see if the spinning generator is blocked.
If it is, then head to the bottom.  If it is not, then go to the left
and press the green button.  When the generator is blocked, go down the
path and through the exit.

TOTALLY FAIR  (Diff: 4/10)
Level 122, Time 300, Chips 6
Password: SJUM

Welcome to a very clever level.  Start by picking up the first four
chips next to you.  Now go up and you will see a green monster.  Run to
the right side to sidetrack him, and try to trap him in one of the
brown spots.

When you have done that, go to the left part of the maze and you will
see another monster.  What you have to do with this guy is lead him out
of the left side, and over to the right side and the brown button.

Always keep at least one row between you and the monster.  Lead him up
and down the maze.  Stay outside of the entire maze when he gets to the
last 4 rows.  Instead, go to the far right side, and just lead him up
and down.  When he is at the end, he will stand on a brown button.

Now go up and right through the arrow.  Keep going right, and walk
across the gray areas and get the last two chips.  Now walk to the
bottom left corner and exit the level.

THE PRISONER  (Diff: 8/10)
Level 123, Time 299, Chips 3
Password: YKZE

Step down and push the green button.  Now the spinning thing will
change paths, and cross the red button.  One brick will appear and fall
in the water.  Step on it, and then wait for the spinning to go around
again.  Another block will generate.  Now step on the green switch.

Now comes the hard part.  You have to wait for the spinning to be right
in front of the ice, and then push the block to the right.  And as soon
as you push it right, you need to move back left.  If you do it right,
the spinning will turn and crash into the first bomb.  Now push the
block right again, and then quickly press up, and escape the prison.
Make sure not to step on the green button again.

Push the block down into the water, and then make another block, and
push it up into the water.  When you have room to maneuver, move a
block up, and set it right in front of the spinning creator.  Now get
another block, and push it all the way up into the water.

Now you will now need to run down and slide across the ice a few times.
You will also have to do this on the right and left, just to get the
monsters trapped down there.  After that, go to the top and leave.

Head left and quickly grab the chip here, then head down and then
right.  There will be a chip near the bottom.  Stay far right to avoid
the monsters, and get the chip.  Now go up and right to get the final
chip.  Then keep heading up to the exit.

FIRETRAP  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 124, Time 800, Chips 22
Password: TASX

Step up on the brown button.  Wait for the spinning enemy to pass the
big brown spot, then slide out.  Now push the block all the way to the
top-right corner, and go down and step on the big brown spot.  Hold
down, and the spinning will pass the button and set you free.

Now head down and left, and carefully pick up the chips here.  Step on
the green button and then go down and get the blue key as well. Go up
past the tanks, and go left to get a chip and the red key.  Now go down
and take the squiggly ice path after you have 9 chips and 2 keys.

When you land, go down and left to get another chip.  Now continue
heading down, and open the blue door on the right.  Grab the chip in
here, and bring one of the blocks out.  Bring it up to the spinning
area, and push it to the top-left corner.  This will result in the
spinning enemies going over the green button.

Now go down past the green blocks, and head left.  Push this block in
the top-left corner as well, then make your way all the way back to the
top, where the tanks were.

Now the tanks are rotating by themselves, so you can go to the right
and pick up the fire boots.  Now go back to the very beginning, by
using the ice slide below the tanks.

When you are at the beginning, grab the 4 chips on the left side past
the fire, and then go back down to the lower area beyond the squiggly
ice path.  Go to the left again, and grab the chip here behind the
fire.  You should now need 6 more chips.  Go right from here and then
go up across the fire for the last 6 chips.  Now go down, and take the
ice path to the exit.

MIXED NUTS  (Diff: 10/10)
Level 125, Time ---, Chips 71
Password: MYRT

Start by pushing the 4 blocks across the arrows and into the water.
Don't step on them until all 4 are in the water.  Also, trap the
spaceship in the middle.  Now cross and grab the 4 chips while avoiding
the spaceship.  Now head up.

Avoid the ball, and go right.  When you get to the big diagonal of
blocks, head to the bottom.  Push the bottom-most block left, and into
the water.  Now head all the way back up, and push all the blocks down
1 space, starting at the top.  Head back up, and push all the blocks 1
space to the left, starting at the top.

Now you will have another block free.  Push it into the water.
Continue this pattern until you have pushed all the blocks in the
water, and collect all the chips.  Try not to develop carpal-tunnel
syndrome.

When you finish this long puzzle, head left.  Watch out for the spider,
and work your way down.  Go down the arrow on the far left row.  Walk
all the way down, and grab the chips.  Now walk all the way to the top,
and slide right.  Grab these chips, and do it again.  Grab these chips,
and quickly press right twice so that you will make it to the next
area.  (If you don't make it, push left.  But if you die, then swear
loudly as you realize that you have to do the block puzzle again!)

Now go up, and ignore the blocks for now.  Go up to the ice, and slide
across all 6 rows.  Grab the chips here, and also grab the 4 chips near
the end of the ride on both the top and bottom.

Now go down the 3rd from the bottom row of ice.  When you land and get
on the arrows, be prepared to go up.  Do not hold up, or else you may
run into a bomb.  Instead, press up once when you are near the opening.
When you stop, go up and grab the two chips.  Keep sliding and do the
same thing again.  Now go to the top side, and do the same thing again.
(Except push down this time.)

Go to the bottom this time, and this time you need to go down off the
arrows.  You need to slide down and miss the pink ball, so slide down
after the ball passes the area you are.  You should be fine.  Grab the
4 total chips here, then go back to the beginning of the ice area.  You
should now be missing 13 chips.

Go down to the blocks.  Move the top two blocks out of the way, and
grab the 2 chips, then put them back in place.  Now go to the middle
block, and push it down one.  Go to the right and left, and push each
block one space either up or down.  Now push the next block on the
right and left up.  Now push the final 4 blocks up and down, then you
will have all the chips.

Now go to the ice area, and get on the top side. Hold up and go through
the chip-blocker.  Go across the third arrow from the right, and then
go through the transport.  You will now be at the end. Congrats!

BLOCK N ROLL  (Diff: 9/10)
Level 126, Time 600, Chips 36
Password: QRLD

First, head up and right.  Push the first 2 block into the water.  Then
go down and push the block down two spaces.  Now get on the other side
of it, and push it up and into the water.

Now go into the top area.  Push the block in 2 spaces, and go around
one side and grab the chip.  When you are on the other side, push the
block out, pick up the other chip, and then push the block into the
water.  When you get to the final two, keep bringing them up, and push
them across and into the water for 2 more chips.

Go right now, and up to where all the water is.  Work on getting the 2
chips to the right, then work your way down and left.  Get the chip
here, and don't stop until you get to the very bottom left.  The
bottommost block should be pushed to the left, so that you can start a
new row in front of it.

Use a few extra blocks from around the area, and create a new path one
space away from the wall.  After you use a couple blocks, you will be
able to go up and get the chip up here.  The rest should now be easy.
If you screwed up and didn't get all the chips here, start over.  No
point in continuing on in this level.

Now leave the water area and go down.  Avoid the saturn enemies by
standing in the middle.  Go down, until you get to the big area with
the 2 enemies.  Push the 5th block in the water, and then use the 2nd,
3rd, and 4th blocks, and push them up into the water.  And do not
change the enemy's paths.

Go right again, and then down to the area with the blocks and spiders.
Push the very middle block down, and grab the chip.  Now work your way
outwards on to the left and right.  On the 2nd and 4th rows, the chips
are hidden under the top and bottom blocks.  So push them inward as to
not disrupt the spiders.  On the outermost rows, there is a chip under
the middle block.

Go right and up in the area and get the single chips there. Now go back
in and work left around the circle. In the next area, go up and around
the path.  Quickly avoid the spider and go down.  Grab the 6 chips here
while avoiding the 2 spiders, then go back out.

Now go out and go to the exit, which is found past the saturn enemies
on the far right.

To start the level, push the left button.  You need to do this to get
out of the way of the ball.  As soon as it bounces back up, follow it
through the portal.  As soon as you transfer, step to the left so you
don't get hit.

Walk up and down through all the following portals, as you will be safe
from the bouncing balls.  Make sure to go both directions on every one,
so you can get the chips and the red key.  Collect all the chips that
are possible, then go to the room right after the beginning.

You should still need 9 chips.  So go through the portal from the left,
and get another chip.  Now go through the portal from the right, and
alternate right left.  You should get 3 more chips, but watch out for
the ball in the original area.  Now when you are in the second area
again, enter the portal from the right.

You should be safe now, as both balls are stuck on brown pads.  When
you are down to four chips, teleport to the area with the grey,
crossable spot.  To get there, go into the original portal from the
bottom, then alternate.

Now cross the grey area, and watch out for the blobs here.  Go to the
top, right corner, and open the red door.  Grab the blue key and the
chip, then go to the bottom left.  Open the blue door, and collect the
chip and the yellow key.  Now go to the bottom right area.  Open the
yellow door, and get the chip and green key.

Now go to the top left area.  Open the green door, and collect the
final chip.  Also step on the green button, then head down to the
bottom middle.  Cross the blue transport a few times until you reach
the exit.

Go down and left, and grab the flippers.  Step on the red button enough
so that there are no more bouncing balls.  Now swim back to cross past
the pink balls, then head all the way right.  Grab the yellow key, then
go back left until you can go up.

There are two spiders here and a spaceship.  Watch out for them, and go
to the top left corner.  Enter the maze that is full of chips, and just
start collecting them.  I like to get the top part with the ball first,
because this sometimes messes up the spiders track. (Remember that the
spiders can follow you).

When you have collected all the chips in here, go back to where you got
the yellow key.  You should still need 35 more chips.  Go to the left,
and unlock the yellow door above the thief's head.  Cross the thief,
and collect the chips here.

Go left and drop down the arrows.  You will land at an area with some
boots and a yellow key.  Collect all the stuff, and head back to the
right.  With the suction boots, you can now walk on the arrows.

Go into the big area with the fire and arrows.  Watch out for the
spinning enemies that circle the area.  Grab all the chips here, and
remember that you can cross the fire.

When you have all the chips here, you should still be missing 14. Now
go left, and cross the arrows on the bottom.  On the very bottom,
collect a yellow key.  Now go to the top part, and there will be 5
chips up here under a bouncing ball.  Get them, then head down to the
2nd to bottom row.

Cross the grey area, and get the yellow key and chips here.  Now cross
the two gray spots, and avoid the spinning enemies.  Work your way up,
and collect the stuff up here.  Now go to the right, and push the red
button once.  Go down and to the right, and get the flippers above the
bouncing ball.

Now go down to the very bottom left.  Run between the spurts of
spinning enemies, and cross the water.  Grab the yellow key, then make
your way back and up.

Cross the thief, and open the two yellow doors.  Go up and to the
right, and open the other two doors.  Grab the last couple chips, and
then take the exit.  Note that it is also possible to do the bottom
half of the level first, and then finish with the top half.  Either way
works.

Here is what I like to do.  I run back and forth across the entire
level, so there is no more mud except the mud blocking the space ships.

Next, I let the spaceships out, so they fly all over.  Once they are
all out, I run up and let the spiders out.  I wait for them to pile all
out, and eventually they will be all over.  But after that, the top
will be empty.  I run up there and grab the 6 chips, then hurry into
the exit.  It is also possible to let the spaceships run free, then
just jump in line with the spiders and collect the chips and stroll
into the exit.

ICE CUBE  (Diff: 3/10)
Level 130, Time ---, Chips 32
Password: XHIZ

Start out by entering the big ice maze.  Whenever you are in there,
bounce whichever direction.  Try to hit as many directions as you can.
Also, try to work towards areas with dense areas of chips.  Remember
that there is no time limit, so you can just bounce around as much as
you want.  If you want, keep track of which directions you go, so that
you won't go that way again.

Whenever you are outside the maze, head in the clockwise direction.  If
you go the other way, you will run into a spider.  But if you go
clockwise, you will be fine.

When you have collected all the chips (it took me only about 8 mins on
my first try) go to the exit in the bottom left corner.

TOTALLY UNFAIR  (Diff: 8/10)
Level 131, Time 60, Chips 6
Password: FIRD

Here is Chip's next little message: "I've made it this far,' Chip
thinks. 'Totally fair, with my mega-brain.' Then he starts the next
maze. 'Totally unfair!' he yelps."

Well, the words "Totally unfair" don't make me think this will be an
easy level.  But at least it is only 60 seconds long, so it will not
take long to die and start over.  So here we go.

The hint says "Remember sjum".  SJUM refers to the password of level
122, TOTALLY FAIR.  The level layout is pretty much the same, except
you cannot get into the top left area on level 131.

You take the same path as you would in level 122, except this time you
are farther away, and you can't see what you are doing.

Start by running left and picking up the first three chips and stand
for a second on the spot where you picked up the third chip.  Now run
to the right and start heading up when you can.

Go to the 4th square from the top and stop for a second (should be lined
up with the lowest block of the hook thing).  Now take 8 steps down and
wait for another second.  Now take 8 steps back up and wait for another
second.  Take six steps down and wait.  Take five steps up and wait.
Take three steps down and wait.  Now go pick up one of the two chips on
the right and follow the arrows.  If you did this correctly, you should
be able to walk off of the brown spot.  Now go pick up the other one
and book it to the exit on the bottom-left.

MIX UP  (Diff: 10/10)
Level 132, Time 999, Chips 28
Password: ZYFA

Go up and head to your left, until you pass the red key and water.  Now
go up, and you will see 4 blocks.  Push the first and third blocks in
one space, and push the second block up.  Now push the bottom block to
the right, and down all but one space.  Now go around and push it up
once, then go around and put it in the water.  Now do this 3 more times
and get the red key.

Now go back out, and open up the red door.  Push the block above you up
twice, and then push the next block all the way right into the bomb.
All the bombs must be destroyed, so start pushing all the blocks into
them.  Use the other two blocks near the top first.  Then push the top
block of the 3 block column one step to the left.  Go around, and push
it up and over into a bomb.  Now use the top right block to take out
the next bomb.  Next use, the bottom block that was part of the 3 block
column.  Now you should be able to move the last four blocks easily and
grab the green key.

Go out and head left and up for some more block fun. Push the next
block you can up one space.  Go to the left area, and go around until
you are on top of the block.  Push it all the way down, and then push
it to the left.  Push it all the way until you can go around and push
it from the right.  Push it right, and then work it down into the
water.  Do this 5 more times, then cross your newly made path.

Go down and ignore the blue key for now.  Instead, continue down to
where some chips are.  Collect all the chips you can, then step on one
of the green buttons next to the saturns.  You need to be on this
button and trap the pink ball on the other side, so step off and step
on it again.  Grab the chips on the other side, then do the same thing
on the bottom.  When all the chips are collected, you should only be
missing five.

Now go back up to where the green monster is.  You need to run in
circles until you can step in and make a new path for him to step on.
Once you have done this, trap him in there, and hurry and grab the blue
key.

Now go out and down, past the spiders and the exit.  Head left, to
where you see some more blocks.  These ones all need to be pushed down
and into the two streams of water down here.

Enter on the left side, and push the block up.  Push the next block to
the right one, then push the top right block to the right to the second
to last space.  Now push the top of the 2 block stack to the left one,
and push the other block down one.  Go around and push the block down
and in the water.  Continue using that space to get the rest of the
blocks down.

Now go down the path on the right, and you will come across some arrows
and grey dots after you open the green door.  Cross the far right grey
area, then cross the one on the right.  Go up and get one of the chips,
then ride the arrows to the top.  Go around and do this 3 more times.

Now go down the left path, and open the blue door that is containing a
block and a monster.  Go up and get the blue key, and let the monster
follow you.  Run back to where the arrow and ice is, and then pass it
and go up.  If the monster is far enough behind you, he will head up
the arrow and get caught on the ice.

So go back down and unlock the other blue door.  Now you need to
maneuver all 6 of these blocks into the water.  Start with the one that
was trapping the monster, then go back to the big pile.

Start by pushing the middle one up, and over to the water.  Then push
one of the top ones to the left, and then push it up and over.
Continue this until you have filled in the water.  Grab the final chip,
then go back to where the exit and spiders are.  As soon as one of the
spiders passes, run to the exit.  Wow.  Nice Job.

One little hint to remember on this level is that if you step on the
arrows, just hold down and you will slide back over it on the way back.
I don't know if this can be used to your advantage in this level, but
it's possible.

BLOBDANCE  (Diff: 8/10)
Level 133, Time ---, Chips 30
Password: TIGG

Grab the two chips in this room, while avoiding the blob.  Go to the
right and get two more chips.  Continue this trend while avoiding the
blobs, and you will be fine.  It does get more challenging, as the
number of blobs per area increases.

Just stay on the black squares, and go slow.  There is no time limit,
so don't leave a black square unless you are sure you can get to the
next place you are going.

Remember that the blobs move in random ways, so don't try to lead them
in a certain direction, because it doesn't work.  When you get down to
the final 10 chips, it becomes much harder.  But patience is the key,
and eventually you will beat the level.  The exit is at the end of the
level.

Another fun thing you can do with this level is run through it like a
renegade.  See how far you can get by just dodging the blobs, and not
stopping and waiting.

PAIN  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 134, Time ---, Chips 7
Password: XPPH

PAIN doesn't sound like much fun.  And it isn't.  It's just like the
last level, except this time you have to dodge spiders.

Start by going right down the lower path.  Wait for a spider to
interfere with the confused spider, and go down after they both run
off.  Unleash the next 2 spiders by grabbing the chips.  Once they are
out, go down the bottom row and unleash some more.  Let them get out
and go get another chip and free some more damn spiders.

Hopefully you are still alive, so go down that bottom row, and push the
block below you down.  This will hopefully lead to the drowning of all
the spiders.  You can sit here and watch the spiders drown to ensure
they drowned, if you want to.

Now push the block above you all the way up, and then all the way
right.  Now go down and around, and push it up some more.  Now start
pushing it to the left.  When you get to the wall, go around and push
it down into the water.

There will be a row of 4 blocks.  Push the far right block down one to
get past.  Now you are in an area with a lot of blocks.  Go to the
bottom middle, where you see some fire boots.  Push that block down,
and get the fire boots.  Now go up a little, and all the way right.
Push the 3rd block from the wall down into the water.  Keep pushing
others down here, and you will get to a chip.  Continue bringing down
blocks, and work on a path to the left.  When you reach an area with a
lot of fire, go out and head to the left side of the block area.

Push a few blocks down, to make a path to the fire from the top (4th row
from the left wall).  What you need to do here is basically make a
double wide path going left and down, so you can turn downward, and
then back right towards the exit.  This isn't too tough, just connect
your path from the right with the path from the top and then maneuver
your way down.  I recommend that you move fairly slowly, because if you
fall in the water, you will be cussing yourself for an hour.

You are even given a healthy surplus of blocks in this level.  It takes
forever to complete and is boring as hell, but no challenge.

TRUST ME  (Diff: 2/10)
Level 135, Time 300, Chips 0
Password: LYWO

Hurray!  A time limit!  I think someone screwed up on this one, lucky
me.  Start by stepping right once, then step up once, then run right
until you are above a black spot, then run straight down.  Wait for the
pink ball in the corner to pass the red button, then run down and grab
the yellow key, then run back up.  Now head back to the left and exit
the level.

This level sucks. I couldn't beat it by myself, so I went to the guide
on GameFAQs.  There, I got instructions how to beat it.  So thanks to
Michael Gonzalez and the site that he got the directions from.  I
pasted this directly from his guide.  So all credit needs to go to him
or wherever he got the directions from.

These instructions are even very hard to follow.  But they do work.

GOLDKEY  (Diff: 9/10)
Level 137, Time 450, Chips 0
Password: HPPX

Wow, that last level was terrible.  Hopefully this one is at least
slightly easier.

Start by stepping up and right one space.  Now wait for some of the
amoebas to pass you.  After the second set of 2 passes, jump in line
with them, and follow them around until you reach a black spot.  Stay
on that spot until a pair of spiders pass you.  Then jump in behind
them, and collect the 5 yellow keys in the area, as soon as the spiders
leave each little section.

Now go up through the 4 yellow doors.  Jump on the arrows and wait
until you almost hit the fire.  Hold up until you are on the top row.
Now get ready to push down when you reach the next fire.  Hold it until
you are on the bottom, then push it up again to get back to the top.
Now slide all the way back down, and hold it to grab the yellow key.
If you miss it, just ride around and you will be spun the other way at
the end.  After you get the key, get to the top after the final fire,
and then open the 2 yellow doors.

Head to the right, and walk through the fake wall.  Go to the right and
collect another yellow key.  Now go back to the arrows at the front,
where you can get on.  Slide on them to the right.  Take the next set
of arrows up, until you land.  Now go right, and get another key.  Now
go down on the arrows.  Next, take the lower path of arrows, and you'll
be near the right wall.  Now work your way up, and walk over the grey
dot.  Slide across the arrows, and you will open a yellow door.  Move
up and open the second one.

Now head left to the next room.  Grab the flippers, then slide down the
arrow and left on the next set of arrows.  Go up across the grey spot,
and grab the key in this area.  Exit on the other side, and then slide
down and left again. Now slide down again and get another yellow key.
Slide again, and you are back to the area with tons of arrows.

Go back up the first one, and go up again.  Now slide right across the
arrows, and then go across again.  Now go up through the yellow door
and you're back in the room with the spinning enemies.

Walk up to the little black area, and when the spinning enemy passes
you on top go to the top left corner.  Walk up, and make the wall
disappear.  Now go back to your safe black spot.  Wait for a spinning
to pass you, and then a new one to shoot out of the generator above
you.  Now follow both of them around the circle, and you will run into
a yellow door. Open it and exit the level.

PARTIAL POST  (Diff: 6/10/)
Level 138, Time 300, Chips 0
Password: LUJT

Start by going through the teleport.  Keep going through it until you
come upon a yellow ? space.  The hint says "Block teleporters to re-
route them."

Whenever you walk through them from the side, you will be taken to the
room with the exit, or an empty room.  When you go up and down, you
will be taken to a few different rooms, one containing tons of blocks.

From the block room, start pushing 1 block at a time either up or down
through the transport.  What you need to do is line up 2 blocks on the
side of each transport, except the one with the exit.  Once all of the
blocks are in place, go to the room with the exit.  Walk across the
transport from the left, and you will end up in the exit.

YORKHOUSE  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 139, Time ---, Chips 388
Password: VLHH

This is one of those "fast fingers" levels.  I would recommend going
around and collecting as many chips as possible without letting out too
many enemies.  Once you have done that, you need to start collecting
the rest of the chips, while trying to avoid the creatures.

Try to stay in the middle of the areas, and don't walk right next to
any walls.  The saturns will stay bordering the walls unless they run
into each other.  If they do that, you have to be quick to stay out of
their way.

Also, when you start to free them, start with the one of the ones near
the bottom.  Go in a circle, and leave the other one at the bottom for
last.  That way you will be right near the exit after you get the last
chip.  The exit is in the middle on the bottom, near where all the mud
is.

After the last ice level, this one has me a bit worried.  But here is
the path to the exit:  Up, Right, Up, Up, Left, Down, Right, Down,
Right, Down, Down, Down, Left, Left, Up, Up, Left, Left, Up, Left, Up,
Left, Down, Right, Down, Left, Down, Down, Right, Down, Right, Right,

skate to the exit in middle.

Another message: "Groov-u-loids! Chip makes it almost to the end. He's
stoked!"  Groov-u-loids? I must not be cool enough to know what the
means.

This level is pretty tough, because in order to get the chips, you have
to free a lot of the bug guys.  The best idea is to make the biggest
space possible before you start, and continue to make it larger and
larger.  If you can get rid of almost all the mud, you will be in
better shape.  That way you can run to the middle, while all the amoeba
things go around the sides.

When you collect all the chips, head to the top-right corner, for the
exit.

Hope you've got a lot of time on your hands.  My only advice for this
level is to feel your way through it.  It's time consuming and insanely
boring, but not difficult.  The title of the level is a hint, that most
of the areas you can walk around in are diagonal stripes.  So best of
luck.

FIREFLIES  (Diff: 7/10)
Level 144, Time ---, Chips 30
Password: GVXQ

Is anyone besides me getting tired of these mazes?  I would rather be
doing puzzles.  Anyway, my hints for this level are to move slowly and
stay hidden in the black boxes as much as possible.  I like to go in a
clockwise motion because all but one of the spinning enemies is going
clockwise as well.  Keep an eye out at all times, and work slowly
collecting chips.  When you are finished, the exit can be accessed from
the left side of the puzzle.

After this, you get a big animation saying Congratulations Chip, You
have finished the challenge.  A message says "Melinda herself offers
Chip membership in the exclusive Bit Busters computer club, and gives
him access to the club's computer system.  Chip is in heaven."

It will also tell you how many levels you've completed, what your total
score is, and how to improve that score.  Go up to the Level tab and
click next, and it should let you just move to the next level.  If it
doesn't, just use the password to get to the next level.

Thanks to...  (Diff: 1/10)
Level 145, Time ---, Chips 0
Password: TONY

When you open this level, it's pretty obvious that it says "Thanks
to...Tony" who I believe is one of the creators.  The game also thanks
several other people in the game, spelling out the letters throughout
the level and in the hint right near the end.

Start by sliding across the ice and going through the transport.  Now
head down past the green buttons and into the gravel.  Head to the
right and grab the fire boots.  Head straight down, and then slide down
the ice.  It will take you to some arrows and eventually the exit.

CAKE WALK  (Diff: 9/10)
Level 146, Time 999, Chips 13
Password: JHEN

Cake walk is certainly not an apropos name for this level.  Head up and
right, pushing the block and avoiding the bouncing balls and spinning
enemies.  Push the block in until you see a green key above you.  Go up
and grab it, then head left and use one of these top blocks to stop the
spinning enemy generator creating more baddies.

Down walk down, and push six blocks in the water, 3 at each of the two
open areas.  Now bring another block down, and push it to the left.
Start building a path right next to the ice and arrows.  Build it all
the way down and you will come across some suction boots.

Grab the boots and head back up a little bit.  Now start building a
path to the right, lined up one row above where you see the chip.  When
getting the block in the correct position, remember that you now have
the suction boots and can walk on arrows.

Build a path all the way over, and collect all the chips and the red
key.  Now head back up and to the left side of the level.  Grab the
five chips near the top part, then start doing the same thing here,
building a path down, right next to where the ice and arrows are.  You
will have to use a lot of the blocks from the right side as well, so be
careful every time you cross in front of the bouncing balls.  It is
also possible to bring the blocks over below the balls, sliding them
across the ice.

Build your path down until you reach the fire boots, and grab them.
Now build a path to the left, one row above where the chip is.  To do
this, line the block up correctly then go around and slide on the ice
from the top in order to push it in the water at the bottom of the ice
slide.  Repeat this every time to finish the path.  Grab the four chips
here and the blue key.

You should have all the chips, so now head down to the lower part of
the level (don't go through the three key doors).  Push one of the
blocks out of the way, then quickly step down as not to get hit by it.
Push the next block you see two spaces down.

Now walk on the arrows and open up the red door that is directly below
the exit.  Now walk back to where the two blocks are, and push the
lower block onto the arrows.  It will land in the spot of the door you
just opened.  Push it up into the water and run into the exit.  I had
280 seconds left when I beat the level the first time, meaning it took
me nearly 12 minutes to beat this level.  That is a rather long time.

FORCE FIELD (Diff: 8/10)
Level 147, Time ---, Chips 24
Password:  COZA

This level consists of 24 chips scattered across a room of arrows
pushing you in all different directions. What you need to do is force
yourself along the arrows and collect all the chips.  Then you go
through the finish block and get the suction boots, then simply walk to
the exit.

One strategy I can recommend is, when you are bouncing around, hold a
direction that won't move you much.  What I mean is, keep trying to go
in an arrow that won't let you in.  What this will do is basically
steady the screen for you, and allow you to survey the area around you,
and figure out where you need to go next.  Another suggestion is to
push the button rapidly rather than hold it.  If you are trying to get
from one place to the next, rapid pressing of the button is quicker
than pushing

Getting over to the right side of the puzzle can be quite a challenge.
But once you are over there you will notice another pattern in the
arrows.  Follow these patterns, go different directions, and slowly and
patiently collect the chips.  Then pick up the boots near the beginning
of the level and exit.

MIND BLOCK  (Diff: 5/10)
Level 148, Time ---, Chips 12
Password: RGSK

Start by pushing the block you see left, and then down.  Step on the
red button and generate a new block.  Push a few more down to clear out
the bombs and grab the first chip.  Now you have a little bit of room
to maneuver.  Take out all the bombs in the row left of the path you
just made.

Now take up some of the bombs surrounding the center area, giving you
better abilities to maneuver blocks.  Once you have the ability to
easily push block around, collect the remaining 11 chips around you.
There will be one in the middle somewhere and 2 at each of the corners
(expect for the top).  This does take a while but is not difficult.
Just be careful and don't run into any bombs.  When you collect all
twelve chips, the exit is in the top right corner.

SPECIAL  (Diff: 8/10)
Level 149, Time 999, Chips 0
Password: DIGW

Pick up the yellow key, open the yellow door, slide on the ice, and get
the blue key.  Now go back, open the blue door, slide on the ice, and
get the red key.  Head back, open the red door, slide on the ice, and
get the green key.  Now head back, open the green door, slide on the
ice and take the transport.

Push the two usable blocks up, and make a bridge to the next island.
Now go all the way up on this island.  There will be a block near the
top bordering the water.  Push it one space right into the water.  Now
head down about five spaces, you should see three blocks on your side.
Don't use the top or bottom ones, but use the middle one, push it up,
and finish your bridge to the next island.  If you are wondering why
you can't use the other blocks it is because they have fire under them.

Cross the bridge and take about 5 steps.  Use the first block that
appears right above you, and push it straight up into the water.  Now
come back down so you are lined up exactly with the first bridge you
made.  Head right, and you see another block directly in front of you.
Get on the other side of this block and push it back to the left, then
up, and finish your bridge going up.

Cross the bridge, then head left and up.  Slide across the ice and push
the farthest left block to the left.  You will uncover the exit and
beat the level.

Congratulations!!!  You just completed the final level.  Another
animation pops up, saying you have completed everything.  Then it tells
you how many levels you have completed and your total score.  Great
Job!

V. Background

I first got introduced to this game by my cousins in Washington.  I
wasn't able to beat it while I was on vacation up there.  That was a
few years ago, and just recently I was able to remember the name.
I found a site that had the download for it (it wasn't hard to find),
so now I have the game.

There is already one full guide for Chip's Challenge, but I decided to
write another one because I wanted to.  Michael Gonzalez's guide is
very good and will get you through the game probably much better than
mine will.  But I wanted to practice my FAQ writing skills, and figured
this was the perfect game to practice on.

I hope that this guide serves as a guide for some, and since this is
such a fun puzzle game, I hope a lot more people get a chance to read
it.

I've also written two other walkthroughs, both can be found at
GameFAQs.com.  One is for a level in TimeSplitters 2, and the other
is for the classic NES game Battleship.
