There are only two weapons in the game, you can attack with your sword or throw
an apple. You have a limited amount of apples which are displayed in the top
right corner of the screen. You will actually come across a lot of them
throughout the game so don't worry about saving them. The problem with the
weapon system in this game is there's no HUD indicator of what weapon you have
equipped. The only way to know is to attack to see what weapon you attack with.

Items
____________________

APPLE               Apples are essentially weapons. You can throw them at
                   enemies. They aren't quite as strong as your sword but they
                   do give you some range to keep yourself safe.

GENIE               The Genie is basically a token for the bonus round at the
                   end of each stage. The more you have, the more bonuses you
                   can get.

HEART               Hearts do exactly what you think, they will heal you.

GEM                 Gems can be used at shops. Every now and then you will
                   run into a friendly character who won't attack you. Press
                   up next to them to enter their shop.

VASE                I can't seem to figure out what these do, they don't give
                   you any points and appear randomly throughout the game
                   without giving you any benefit.

GENIE BOTTLE        I can't seem to figure out what these do, they don't give
                   you any points and appear randomly throughout the game
                   without giving you any benefit.

Shop
____________________

Every couple of levels you will see a random person, you can press up near them
to enter a shop. They take gems that you find throughout the game. Five gems
will buy an extra life and ten gems will buy some wish item, which doesn't seem
to have any effect. To buy them, the extra life is B and the wish item is A. To
leave the shop, press down.

Agrabah Market
____________________

An enemy will run towards you but stop before he gets close. He'll just wait
there until you make a move so just throw a couple apples at him until he dies.
Run to the right after the area is clear. Jump over the next two sets of
burning coals while avoiding the first guard. Once you pass the burning coals,
you'll face an enemy throwing daggers. Avoid them while throwing a couple
apples at him to clear the path.

Jump onto the rope to the far right and climb to the top. You can throw apples
at the sword thrower on the higher platform from the top of the rope for an
easy kill. Continue to hte left while collecting the items. Climb up the rope
to your left and jump onto the platform to the right. Avoid the window to the
left of the rope because somebody will drop vases from it. Jump off the
platform to the right.

Kill the dagger thrower to your right when you land and grab the health below.
Jump back to where the dagger thrower was and run to the right while avoiding
the vases being dropped from the window above. Kill the guard to the left when
you are forced to drop to the ground. Run all the way to the right and jump
over the burning coals. Kill the sword thrower to the far right when you reach
him.

Climb up the rope here and grab onto the ledge to the left. Swing to the
platform to your far left and drop down onto it. Jump onto the small platform
to the left and quickly to the next. If you stay on this platform, it will drop
after a couple of seconds. Kill the guard on the second platform. Move to the
left and throw apples at the sword thrower to your left. Avoid the vases
dropped from the window and run to the rope.

Collect the gems to the left of the rope and climb up it. Kill the sword
thrower at the top. Jump over the gap to your right for a gem and drop down the
gap you jumped over. Collect the items and run to the right. Kill the sword
thrower over the gap to your right.

Jump over the gap now and onto the pole, you will bounce onto the platform
above. Skip the shop for now because you won't afford anything yet. Continue to
the right and bounce on another pole to get over the next wall. Fall to the
right and run off the screen to complete this level.

The Desert
____________________

Run to the right and kill the guard with apples. Keep moving and you'll run
into a snake. These will follow you if you're close but if not will just patrol
a small area. Kill it from a distance and you will quickly run into a sword
thrower. Continue moving and you'll reach your first melee enemy that moves.
Kill him before he gets close and there will be a snake ahead. Keep moving for
one more melee enemy.

Jump up the platforms ahead and kill the sword thrower at the top. Jump over
the gap to avoid the spikes. Kill anther guard and jump over the next gap. Kill
the next guard. Run off the platforms and kill the snake, grab the vase when
you're safe to do so. Keep moving and kill the next guard. Jump onto the next
platform and kill the sword thrower there. Drop down to the right and kill
another sword thrower.

Jump up the treetops and grab the two gems here as you make your way to the
upper right platform. Shimmy along the rope to your right and kill the two
birds there. Drop down at the end of the rope and grab the next rope. Grab the
genie there and shimmy to the left. Kill the sword thrower there and move all
the way to the left. Grab half of the scarab all the way to the left and head
back to the right until you reach the next guard.

Kill this guard here and continue to the right. Kill the sword thrower to the
far right and grab the genie bottle. Climb up these platforms and make sure to
collect the gem at the top. Jump to the right and grab the genie. Kill the
sword thrower and continue to the right. Kill a snake followed quickly by
another sword thrower. The second half of the scarab will be right behind the
last sword thrower, pick it up to complete this level.

Rooftops
____________________

Start this level off by throwing apples at the guard right in front of you.
Grab the flute to your right and keep running forward. Jump onto the rope
floating above the vase and it will fly straight up. Jump onto the ledge to the
right at the top and grab the gem. Fall off the platform to the right and pick
up another flute. Ride the floating rope up to your right. Once it stops, jump
to the right for another flute.

Fall back down and ride the rope up again, it will go higher this time. Jump to
the right and kill the guard while you pick up the flute. Fall back down for
another floating rope that will bring you to the rooftops. Once it stops, jump
to the platform to your right. Slowly walk off the ledge to the left and once
you start to drop, move to the right to land on the platform with the genie on
it, pick it up.

Drop down the platforms to your right and kill the sword thrower at the bottom.
Ride the floating rope up to your right. Kill the guard on the platform to your
left and keep moving to your left. Shimmy along the rope to the left and jump
across the next to ropes. Grab the flute there and continue to your left. Climb
up the first rope to the top and jump over the pegs to your left for the next
rope. Continue to the left until you fall down.

Bounce up the poles here to the top platform and float up on the rope. Grab the
extra life and jump up all of these platforms while killing the guard. Shimmy
across the rope at the top to the right platform and kill the sword thrower
there. Pick up the gem and vase here while killing the sword thrower. Shimmy
along the rope to the right and ride up the floating rope.

Shimmy across the high rope and kill the bird. Jump over the platforms to the
right and pick up the gem. Up ahead is a rolling sword thrower. He will roll
around and stop to throw swords. He has a lot of health so keep your distance
and attack with apples. After you kill him, a half a scarab will appear to your
right, pick it up. Move to your left until you reach those ropes to shimmy and
back to the right where the scarab half was. You will notice a flute will
appear now, pick it up.

Once you pick it up, you will see a floating rope pop out of the vase to your
left, ride it up until it stops. Jump onto the platform to the right at the end
of the path. A sword thrower will be on the platform to your right. He has a
lot more health than others so it will take a while to kill him. Not only will
he throw swords though, he will slide something along the ground that drops off
the edge of the platforms. It will stay on the bottom for a while but he will
launch it again. Just jump over the occasional sliding object and avoid the
swords until you kill the enemy to complete this level.

Sultans Dungeon
____________________

Kill the bat to the right. Avoid the swinging ball shortly after as you run to
the right. Kill the guard at the end of the path. Jump onto the platform that
pushes in and out of the wall to reach the higher platforms. Jump up the
platforms to your right from here until you reach the genie. Be careful of the
enemy to the left because he will explode into four small objects that float
around. From the genie, jump onto the platform to your right and then back to
the platform to your left.

Run to the left until you reach a wall. From here, run to the right under the
platform you dropped from. Avoid the enemy that will split into the four
floating objects. Once it is safe, fall off the platform to the right and start
moving to the left. Jump up the platforms until you reach the chain. Climb up
the chain and kill the guard to your left at the top. Drop to the lower
platform to the left just to pick up the four apples and then climb up the
chains here.

Run to the right and pick up the vase when you reach it. Kill the guard to the
right and continue forward. Kill the next guard and drop down to the right to
pick up the genie. Run to the right and jump onto the platform that moves out
of the wall. Jump onto the top of the wall to your right and then jump to the
left for the genie. Now climb back onto the wall to the right, drop down the
gap to the right. Fall down the platforms here until you reach the bottom.

Attack the guard to the right and run past where he was. Before you drop to the
ground, jump onto the platform to the right that pulls out from the wall. Jump
immediately to the platform to your left and climb the rope above. Continue up
the ropes and kill the bats when you reach them. Continue up the platforms
until you reach the exit door to complete this level.

Cave of Wonders
____________________

Start this level off by killing the bat that will fly down at you. Jump onto
the object to your right and it will float up and down. When it floats up, jump
and you will swing along the ceiling. Shimmy to the right from here. Drop down
at the statue and break it with your sword. Jump to the right but don't fall in
the water. Kill the jumping fish that will throw swords at you. Jump over the
water and over the next set of spikes on the ground.

Hop onto the platform that will bounce up and down. Jump to the next platform
to the right while it is up. Kill the bat here and hop on the next platform
that will bounce up and down. Once it is up, jump to shimmy along the ceiling
to the left while you grab the gem and apples. Kill the two bats and fall onto
the platform to your left. Jump and grab the gem to the left and make your way
back to the platform you just jumped from.

Climb up the stalactite to the platform to the left. Jump to the next platform
to the left and then over the spikes to another platform. Hop on the platform
to the left that will float up and down. While it's up, jump to the ceiling to
the left to shimmy along. Climb up the stalactite to the left and jump to the
platform to the right.

Watch the rocks that fall from the left while you climb up the stalactite. Grab
the genie at the top and jump to the right. Jump to the next stalactite to the
right while grabbing the gem. Jump to the next platform to the right and grab
the gem while you fall down the platforms here. Jump over the spikes to your
right. Climb the stalactites to the top and jump to the left, break the statue
with your sword.

Slide back down the stalactites and jump across to the right for the next
platform. Kill the sword thrower here. Hop on the magic carpet to the right and
ride it down. Jump to the genie and move to the far left while you drop down to
land on land. Jump across the platforms to the right while killing the fish in
between the platforms as they appear. At the end of the water platforms, climb
up the stairs and pick up the genie lamp to complete the level.

The Escape
____________________

Run down the slope to your right and jump on the platform in the lava. Jump to
the next platform and enter the cave. Kill the bat in here. Run past that path
above and you will see a rock fall from it and roll down the hill. Keep running
and collect the apples and gem along the way. Just let the bat hit you at the
end and jump to the next platform. Jump over the lava to the right for the next
section of the cave.

Kill another bat in this cave and pick up the health at the end. Jump across
the next set of platforms while collecting the items. Jump into the next cave
and kill the bat at the beginning of it. You will see another boulder roll in
from the hole above. Keep running to avoid it. Jump over the gap when you reach
it and kill the next bat. Avoid another boulder from a similar hole above and
jump over the next gap.

Jump across the next set of platforms and kill the two bats in the next small
cave. Jump to the next cave from this one and kill another bat. The path will
split here, take the lower path, you will die on the higher path. Kill the two
bats and jump along the platforms in the lava. Jump into the next cave when you
reach it. Keep running to avoid the next boulder and jump onto the magic carpet
at the end to complete this level.

Rug Ride
____________________

This level will play like a side scrolling shooter. Don't worry above the wave
behind you as it will never catch up, even if you are as far to the left as
possible. As a result, just stay as far to the left as you can to give yourself
a little extra time ahead. Stay at the top early for an extra life and avoid
the rock in the middle. The rest of the rock locations will be: Top, Middle,
Bottom, Middle, Middle, Bottom, Top, and Bottom. Avoid all of them to complete
this easy and short level.

Sultan's Palace
____________________

The water to your left will kill you instantly but you can jump on the
platforms or the birds. Jump on the first bird and kill the sword thrower on
the screen to the far left. Jump across the platforms. After the first long
jump, kill the sword thrower to your left. Keep jumping to the left until you
reach another guard on a platform, kill him. Keep moving until you reach a
magic carpet, move up it.

Kill the sword thrower at the end of the ride. Jump onto the rope to the right
and climb up it. Jump to the next rope and kill the guard up here. Ride the
magic carpet to the left. Ride it and keep an eye out for enemies that will try
to kill you. Collect all of the objects during the ride and wait until it stops
completely. It will stop where you jumped on but after a couple seconds will
continue to the right, wait until that point. Jump off and fall to the right.

Attack the guard that is waiting for you when you land. Continue to the right
and kill the sword thrower just after the genie lamp. Move a little further to
kill another guard. Keep moving for another sword thrower to kill. Grab the gem
and hop on the next magic carpet. Kill the sword thrower above and ride it
while you collect some more items. At the top, jump to shimmy along the ceiling
and kill the bird. Shimmy to the platform to the right.

Attack the guard here and run to the right. Kill the sword thrower when you
reach it and buy items from the shop if you want. Fall down at the end and grab
the gem to the left. Fall down the gap in the middle of this platform and kill
the sword thrower when you land. After you kill the sword thrower, run through
the door to your right to complete this level.
____________________

Jafar's Palace
____________________

Start off by jumping on one of the tables in the background. Jump along the
tables to avoid the snake and guard near the beginning. Drop after the first
table after the guard and inch forward until you see a sword thrower. Kill him
and continue to the right. Jump on the platforms over the spikes when you reach
them. Kill the sword thrower on the large platform and kill the guard at the
end of the spikes. Jump over to the right side of the spikes.

Continue jumping on the tables as you see them to avoid the enemies. At the end
of the path, drop down and quickly move to the left to avoid the spikes. Kill
the guard here. Keep doing this while you make your way to the bottom of the
level. Each platform will have a guard to kill so be ready on each drop. Jump
across the platforms to the left to avoid the spikes down here. Kill the sword
thrower at the end of the spikes.

Kill another sword thrower and then guard as you continue running to the left.
Jump across the rest of the platforms to avoid the spikes. At the end of the
path, pick up the vase and jump onto the magic carpet. Buy items from the shop
above if you want. Ride the magic carpet all the way to the top and jump to the
platform to the right, kill the guard here.

Run to the right and kill the first guard over the spikes. Jump over another
set of spikes and kill a sword thrower. Jump over another set of spikes for
another guard and one more set of spikes for another sword thrower. Climb down
the rope here. Kill the sword thrower to the left and run to the left. Jump on
the tables and kill the first sword thrower on the higher platform. Drop down
and kill the guard on the ground.

Keep moving to the left and kill another guard on a table. Make sure all the
enemies are dead in this room and then hop on the magic carpet. Ride it to the
end for the easiest boss battle you will ever have. The boss is bugged in this
game so the projectiles he shoots at you won't actually hurt you. At worst, the
projectiles will push you a little closer to the boss but a step back will keep
you safe. Just keep attacking him until he dies to complete the game.
