After getting a slight feel for the controls, shoot the oncoming enemies in
either regular shots, or charged shots. There will be a large space craft to
the right shortly. Charge your shots and fire at it to take it down, while
watching out for the other enemies in the screen.
Success in this game relies heavily on the power ups you acquire, so keep your
eyes peeled for any that pop up. There should usually be a power up right
around where you take out the space object.
As you move further on, you'll see blue flames spewing from the jets of a space
ship. Time the intervals between flame and pause, then head through when
there's enough space on the screen. Take out any surrounding enemies, of
course. There will be a lot of enemies coming up.
Taking them out with regular shots is recommended, but if you have the space
for it, be sure to pepper in some charged shots. Move up and down respectively
to avoid touching any of the enemies. Shoot the little space cannon towards the
bottom of the screen as you move along.
By now you should have a power or two at your disposal. Most of the ones you
get are pretty self explanatory in their shooting pattern, and in the case of
the missiles, target for themselves.
But the ranged bullets should be used by pulling back from the enemies, and
taking them out from a distance with long streams of bullets and charged shots.
Soon you'll come across robotic snake/dragon enemies. A good charged shot to
the head or body does the trick. You'll be moving through some tight spaces, so
you'll now want to prioritize maneuvering rather than aiming.
Still shoot, but be more careful not to bump into anything. Keep firing at the
enemies, and watch out for projectile fire. Soon, you'll come across a green
floating enemy. Get the jump on him and charge a shot into 'em. His attack is
kinda slow, so you shouldn't get hit. Take out the other enemies, and you'll
have to move through an obstacle that looks like pincers.
Shoot them to create a wider gap, and then time yourself as you move through to
prevent getting hit. Keep heading right and take out the now popping up
enemies. Be very careful and avoid the floating bullets. You'll soon come
across a large foe. This guy has three main attacks to watch for.
At the top tip, it shoots out green bullets. At the bottom, it shoots a blue
gaseous wave. At the middle, you should see a short indication that it's about
to strike. It will send out an electric wave.
Know where to space yourself above or below the fire to prevent getting hit,
and do this while taking out the other enemies. The key to victory is where you
place yourself, so don't sporadically fly around. Take this boss out and that
will be the end of the stage.
The enemies will be around you right away, so waste no expense in shooting
them. You should already be loaded up with power ups, so focus on heading up
and down, taking out the enemies, and avoiding their fire. There will be enemy
cannons mounted to the top of the screen, and enemies that spit out projectile
walls at you. Watch out for the giant creatures.
Hit them, but keep an eye out for where you're flying. The serpents take up a
large chunk of the screen, so shoot them quickly before they become a nuisance.
If you get the purplish electric shield power up, move around in an attempt to
touch as many of the enemies around you as you can before it wears off. You'll
come across a large mechanical enemy that hangs to the right, and rotates. It
shoots out boulders, but they tend to fly overhead.
Stay down and land shots and charged shots. The attacks that you SHOULD watch
out for are the crescent projectiles and when the boss moves up and down the
screen. The boss will also turn on its side and fire at you, but you can hide
in between the shots and move through to prevent getting hit. Keep firing and
the boss will be no more.
In the next level you'll be in a fire plain. No you haven't died and gone to
hell, but if you stand around lolly gagging, you might get blown to HIGH hell.
Take out the initial enemies with care, and then you'll come across a flame
serpent. Take it out, but note that it splits apart.
A bevy of small enemies will start to come towards you. Hang back and keep
firing. You'll come across another large mechanical enemy. Place yourself for
the most part at the top of its head and fire away. Keep firing, and dodge the
projectiles. Keep moving up and down shooting the weakspots. You can tell by
their flashing, whether or not a part of it is its weakspot. Keep firing and
avoiding taking damage. Stay at least between the edge, and four inches from
the left to avoid getting into the fray. Soon, you'll be chased by the
mechanical being.
If you have a power up that shoots behind you, all you have to do is stay right
and fire, while the back shots handle the enemies behind you. Again, watch
yourself, and don't touch anything. Really carefully maneuver through the
obstacles, and then the enemy will return to the right side of the screen. You
still have to fire at it, but watch for its swinging appendage. Its attacks get
more fierce, however if you keep at it (firing, that is) it will finally go
down.
Head down, and watch fro the jet fire above. Take out the ground borne enemies,
and head right and move up and down depending on where the bulk of the
obstacles are. Fire at the spots on the large machine up ahead that can be
destroyed, and watch out for the lasers it shoots at you.
Charged shots will destroy the jet engines, so when the enemy heads right, be
sure to do so. You should have some breathing room as you continue along
forward to the right. However, there will be numerous little projectiles to
watch for. Head right and you'll soon come across a circular orb.
Things get a little difficult here. Head down and hide as the monster comes
your way. Don't bother shooting, just hide down and move very carefully to
avoid getting touched by the monster's body.
It will soon move all the way to the right. When it does, head to the left, and
wait, as it will come back. Keep firing at its pincers, and avoid taking damage
from its shots. It shouldn't take many shots to take the boss down. There was
more difficulty in avoiding it's moving patterns a couple seconds prior.
You'll trade up sceneries and will now be jungle bound. Move through and take
out the initial enemies. There won't really be any surprises yet. Take the
bottom path at the structure, and move right.
Take out the large boulders that come towards you. Follow the path along and
take out the enemies. Soon, you'll come to a spot where are a lot of enemies
that come crawling down, charge shot them immediately to gain passage and move
down into the water. Continue along.
The enemies are very numerous, so you'll have to shoot and alternate with
charged shots, as well as watch where you position yourself and avoid
projectiles in the process. You'll come across a large beast. Keep shooting at
its head, then body, then arms. Do so while avoiding any debris, and you'll
have completed the stage.
Head on and take out the enemies. Though there are a lot of them they are
fairly easily dispatched. It's the floating projectiles that can be a problem.
Maneuver your way into the small narrow passage and keep shooting.
There will be an enemy that shields itself by hurling projectiles at you. Take
them out, and then fire at the enemy before it can produce more and more.
You'll soon come across a long legged creature.
Take your time and move through its legs. After a short pause, you'll come
across the stage's boss. Now, you see the four little openings at the bottom?
The enemy sends out tentacles from them.
Watch where you are as you take out the long protruding object in the middle.
Shoot at it, and watch out for the enemy's fire. The enemy's face will be at
the right side of the screen. Fire at the little bots that will soon come
flying to you, and keep firing on the enemy, while watching the sharp
tentacles. Keep it up, and be careful, and you'll be done with this stage for
good.
You'll start off in a foreign environment out in space. Take out the enemies
that come your way. There should be a good amount of room, and few blocking
structures right off the bat. However you will have to dodge moons and
asteroids later. You'll have a bunch of space rocks to shoot.
The good thing about this is that that don't shoot you back. Take out the
enemies that pop up along with the asteroids. Head through the narrow space,
and take out the rolling serpent. Dodge his movements and his bullets, and
retaliate with shots of your own. Keep attacking, and soon he will be no more.

FINAL STAGE
================================
Alright this is it; the final showdown. Ish just got real. Take on the initial
enemies that are either on the ground, or are floating around. Head right and
avoid the barrage of projectiles. Take the enemies out as you maneuver through
the path. Angled enemies will protrude form the side of the space, so watch
your spacing. Keep wailing on the enemies, and watch for where their attacks
fly. Take out the anemones that hang to the top of the screen.
The screen will soon fade to black. *Gulp*. Get ready for battle. A large
demonic figure will pop out and rest on the right. Shoot and land charged shots
on this fiend as you watch for it's attacks. After enough damage, it will
morph. Move around the screen in an effort to avoid this enemy, and the enemy's
fire, while you shoot at its limbs.
Once destroyed, the enemy will start to morph. Keep attacking and watch for the
numerous amounts of projectiles that will come your way. Don't let up, and move
up and down swiftly to avoid damage. Keep firing relentlessly, and you will
have felled the foul fiend.
Congrats, you've beaten the game! That wasn't so hard was it? I hope this guide
proved useful. Watch the end credits, and the zoomed in version of your ship;
you've earned it.
