Enemy soldiers are jumping on your canoe! Make short work of them. At the
waterfall, shoot the chopper down for an Enemy Chaser, or let it fly away for a
Machinegun. With proper timing you can get both bonuses to come out. Next you
can fight up to 6 river hogs in groups of 2. Destroy the ruins blocking your
way and off to the next stage
SECRET You can get the 3rd and 4th bird of the 4 birds at the start
Shoot the last tree before the waterfall for a Chameleon
The spiked ceiling kills you if it makes contact with you, so head for lower
ground. Repeat the process as needed, and proceed right
SECRET Shoot at the first statue's left side for a Rat, and the right side for
a Coin
Fire 10 shots at hostage 5's feet to receive BIG food

The only thing to watch out for are the fire geysers. The upper and lower
passages at the end of the stage lead to the short and extended routes
respectively

As you enter the platform with the second hostage, a pillar will fall and
enemies will start coming out of it. Destroy it and get the BIG food if you
wish. Repeat for the second pillar
SECRET Grab the Lava Bat for 30000 points
You can get both hostage 0 and A if you move carefully
At hostage 0's platform, shoot the middle of the lava flow for a Pig
At hostage 0's platform, shoot the end of the lava flow for a Snake
At hostage 0's platform, shoot the middle spot between lava flows
for a Gold Chest
The shootable points appear after scrolling enough to the right
The bonuses appear at the next screen, near the R upgrade

If you had gotten BIG, you revert to normal. Destroy the SVW crate to reveal
the SVWe droid. After the first pillar that drops down, there are two more,
just before the stage's end. Enemies will come out of them, but only at a
limited number

PATTERN Starts with Laser or Cannon, according to your position.
Follows with Machinegun, Rockets, Machinegun, and then Laser or Cannon as
necessary. Ends with Mow and exits the screen to repeat the pattern
NOTES With the SVWe, you can dispose of the Shark Tank without
loosing any energy. Head to the same corner as the tank, and keep pressing left
down for the left corner, or right down for the right corner. At the left
corner you can't shoot the tank like this, but you can in the right corner

PATTERN Starts with Cannon and Machinegun Roll then uses Machinegun and
Splat. For the rest of the battle the tank keeps moving back and forth. It
moves forward and shoots with the machinegun, or uses Splat. After going back
it uses Machinegun, Machinegun Roll or Cannon (up to five shells). When it's
energy reaches half, the tank will roar backwards. Hostages E, F, G leave R,
Bomb, G, which is enough ammo to take the tank down easily
SECRET The chest near hostage 2 contains a Blue Gem
Shoot Madoka. A to get food bonuses and become BIG

PATTERN According to your position, the Sandmarine uses it's main,
front or back attacks. Use slide and slide cancel to avoid the Fire Rain
attack. The Energy balls are easier to avoid, so stay on the back side of the
sandmarine, avoid the energy balls, and return to the back of the sub. If
you get the 2H and have 40 Bombs, you can destroy the Sandmarine in a short
time. Hostages E and F leave 2H and a Bomb

In this stage, you are granted the Slugmobile. You'll have to destroy ICBM
missiles and jump to avoid the gaps on the road. At the end of the stage you'll
fight a Red black hawk

IDENTITY The Elephant Towers

ATTACKS Proboscus shot, Larva rain, Proboscus swirv
PATTERN Both towers follow the same pattern. They use Larva rain and
Proboscus shot untill their energy is depleted to 50. Then the Larva spewing
machine is destroyed and they use Proboscus swirv, which is less of a
problem. Dead larva leave a 2H bonus periodically. The easiest tactic is to get
a 2H, get both towers near the energy 50 limit and then get full 2H ammo by
the larva. This way you can destroy the two towers and stock on ammo for the
final boss, who is very hard to defeat with your basic weapon alone

IDENTITY Raging Dragon

ATTACKS Energy barrage, Death's scythe
PATTERN This enemy uses Energy barrage, glowing balls of energy that
descend from the top of the screen. The amount of energy balls starts from 2-3
and increases fast. While only 2-3 energy balls are coming at you, jump or
slide to avoid them, while still shooting at the skull. After the demon flies
away, the energy balls come down in packs. Your best bet is to position
yourself on one side of the screen when you see the dragon fly away, then
move or slide to the other side of the screen in small steps. Slide and slide
cancel are very usefull here. After the Energy barrage, the dragon uses
Death's scythe, in which he selects your current position as the place from
which blue projectiles will originate in 2 seconds. Again, choose one side
of the screen and when smoke appears on the floor beneath you, head for the
other. After a while the Dragon will go down.
