Just want to let you know, just because I made an FAQ for this game
doesn't mean I like this game. This is a horrible Snowboarding game.
Not as bad as Big Mountain but still, it's bad. I urge you to get 1080
Instead of this. Anyways, this is my Twisted Edge Extreme Snowboarding
FAQ/Walkthrough. I hope it helps you beat the game! Enjoy!

2. Riders
#######################################################################
There is a total of 8 characters in the game. 4 are characters that you
start out with and 4 other characters that you can unlock.

GANZ SCHNEIDER

Ganz skills are good in everything but they aren't super great.

SILVIA MARTINIQUE
=================
Silvia is very good at stunts, and her Agility and skills are the best
in the novice competition group.

RYO ICHIJO
==========
He has very good agility, stamina, and skill but he weighs light so
he'll be out of the corners and everything.

KEVIN ARMSTRONG
===============
Kevin is the heaviest in the novice group. I recommend beginners to
to choose Kevin.

BEN POVEY
=========
Ben has great stamina so if it's a long run, choose him.

NIENO FERRAO
============
Nieno is a very fast character and also good at balancing and
turning.

DOUG BORETH
===========
When your in the lead, Doug might pass by you right when your about
to cross the finish line so be aware of this character. He might not
do so well at the beginning of the race but at the end, he might win!

TOK TOKAREV
===========
He is minor-league material against heavy shredders like Doug, Nieno
and Ben.

=============
A long board with very good stability. It's hard to hold a turn on Icy,
hard, surfaces with it though.

55DSL MOAIII
============
A long board that is well balanced, with a good edge control. The
edge control if better than most of the designs that are in the game.

55DSL BOCIA
===========
A very good board for air. This board has the highest flex rating.

55DSL LOGO
==========
Has very good stability so if you jump off a huge cliff, your
probably going to land it.

SECRET BOARDS

XXX6 board
Midway board
Flower board
Bucky board
Top Gear Rally board
I think there are some more secret boards than those 5 so if you
know them, please tell me. Anyway, these boards will have the best
flex, edge control, and stability in the game.

4. Modes
#######################################################################

COMPETITION
===========
Competition mode has five difficulty levels. They are
Novice: You must race against the 3 easiest riders in the game.
Pick Kevin Armstrong and the Logo board for this difficulty.
Intermediate: A new course is in this mode. It is the Twisty Canyon.
If you slide off the course, use the MOAIII board.
Expert: You will face 2 new hard rivals in this difficulty. Also 5
Hard courses so switch to Ben Povey.
Master and Twisted: You will need to get first place in every race
To unlock these modes. Here's my hint for unlocking them, practice
a lot ;)

PRACTICE
========
Here you can practice, but that doesn't mean you can't do anything
else.
You can fool around, and do ever you want. You aren't timed or
anything.
========
VS. RACE
========
Race against a friend, family member, person, or whatever in this mode.
You need 2 controllers though of course.
===============
STUNT CHALLENGE
===============
Here, you'll have to match or surpass the stunt point target score.
Learn how to do stunt combos and there ya go, you know how to do it
The fastest way.

This course doesn't have many twists and turns, it's just an open
course

This course is kind of easy but the other CPUs always push you out
of the way, so it's a little challenging.

-Try to get in the lead at the beginning because CPUS will push you
out of the way.
-Every time when the course splits and divides in several places,
always go left. It's the shortest way.

This course has a half pipe in it! Also a very tricky turn.
-Splash Down Course Tips and Hints-
-Press Up 2 times immediately after the word "Go" disappears at the
beginning of a race.
-At the half pipe, you can avoid all the racers by riding along the
top of the half pipe. It might slow you down though because of the
heavy snow.
-Riding across the snowcat tracks will throw you in the air, so hop
over the tracks.
-Hop over the frozen creek that meanders through Splash Down to keep
your speed.

This level has an actual town called funky town. You won't be able to
ride it until you first place on all the expert courses though.
-Funky Town Course Tips and Hints-
-Press Up 2 times immediately after the word "Go" disappears at the
beginning of a race.
-The Jump in front of the starting gate is a very big jump so do
a stunt combo, but try not to wipe out. If you do, you better
restart the level, cause you'll never catch up to your rivals.
-Minimize your turning and stay off your snowboards edges in the
ice cave to maintain your speed.
-In the expert course, You'll find a hole in the rope bridge. Take the
plunge to ride through the mine shaft.

This course is very steep. There are winding, narrow sections on the
course.
-Glacier Gulch Course Tips and Hints-
-Press Up 2 times immediately after the word "Go" disappears at the
beginning of a race.
-There are lots of jumps in this course but some are very hard to land,
so go for the jumps that have open landing areas if you want.
-Try jumping straight or you'll fall usually cause there are a lot of
twists on the other side.
-If you have the Logo and MOAIII boards, the turns for this course
should be easy for you.
-CPUs often swing out on turns throughout the course. Take advantage
of their wide turns by seizing the inside lane on every curve.
