Introduction
==============
This is my 5the FAQ, so this time I'm going for the whole expert in creative
typing this. I know the Header isn't the greatest, but I did spend over an
hour creating that thing, so that the full name can fit on the the 80
character maximum requirement. Ok, back on subject. My place started out on
Gamefaqs.com, my home place for the best insights on any game. You can ask
for anything there and everyone is glad to help, everyone knows so much
about the game already. It's not the basic you can do this and get this,
referring the any Game Guides bought on stores. On the messages boards you
can even ask how something is powered up and the formulas of how you get
certain things and people will hack into the game and tell you. Besides
that, they have actually came out with the best strategies to beat any boss.
I only refer to RPGs only and more typically Final Fantasy Games.
For starters, this my first time typing up a Speed Game FAQ/Walkthrough
for any game and my first for an adventure game as well. This will be very
new to me and hopefully I won't dissapoint Dragorn.
I have played Majora's Mask about 2 times now. I never really liked it
because I still felt that Orcania of Time was way better. OoT was fun and
it was adventure friendly and the music was wonderful, I loved it. MM on
the hand was filled with sad stories that made me want to cry. Just getting
the Goron and Zora's mask was a hard task, so emotional. I never wanted to
play it again. But that didn't mean that I didn't want to go to it's
message boards and read it's topics about the game itself.
Then on one day, I heard that people were coming up with challenges to do
this game with. There wasn't much about this. People didn't come up with
many ideas. One guy did mention of beating the game without ever restarting
the day after getting the Orcania and the beating it within the time limit.
Many people bash the idea saying it wasn't possible. Then another guy said
that he already done this challenge. I asked him if he could give me a list
things he did in the process of getting all 4 Masks and he did give me a
link to his list. I did copy it and saved it on my hard drive, but later
before I could test it out, my computer crashed and the list was lost
forever. Another reason that they bashed was that you wouldn't be able
to get every single mask. You don't need get every single mask in order
to beat the game. No offense or anything, but how much of a newbie are you?
Later on the message boards, a topic said something like this 'For those
who don't believe the 3 Day is Possible, Read This.' I read it and it
was link to a website called Speed Archive Demos. For 3 Weeks I was
wanting to download the 24 Parts so that I can view them. But doing that
time, I have lost my internet connection and most of the school's
computers didn't have CD Burners so I couldn't save them after downloading
them, plus the fact that I couldn't install Divx on the computers to see
them. Later on, I want to another site of the school and thankfully they
did have a CD Writer computer connected to the web. That was a couple of
days ago. I got 22 out of the 24 parts onto a CD-R. That was also the last
day of the school before all the facility shutdown for the summer break.
As soon as I got home, I view my 22 parts and found that... Wow! This
the fastest piece of work of I have ever seen. Shit! Why didn't I think
of that? Must of because I have only played the game twice and beaten it
only once. So the next time, I sent to 2 emails, one to the Speed Demos
Archive's Host and the other one to the creator, Dragorn, asking them
if I could type a FAQ using the 24 parts as reference. On the next day,
which is today, I got an email back by Dragorn saying that I have the
permission to use his video as reference for this FAQ. And here I am right
now, starting to type this Walkthrough/FAQ. As I'm typing right now on
my brother's laptop, I still only have the 22 Parts of Dragorn's work.
I don't know when it this will be done. Or if it ever will. But I'll
stick with what I got and sooner or later, if I can get internet
access with a CD-Burner, I can get the last 2 parts to finsih this.
Just to let you know, I'm only using Dragorn's Video and my memory from
this game to type this FAQ. Meaning I've NOT played this game for over
2 years and I DO NOT plan to play the game while typing this. I might
try it out, but it won't be the 3/6 Day Game. Instead it will be a
challenge that I made up called ODINS (One Day in No Saves) Meaning
one must beat the game without ever saving once. In this game, restarting
also means you must save, so that's a no-no related to this challenge.
I won't be able to get the Speed Runs fast enough like Dragorn since
I won't have a second chance. I would have to do this game all at once,
from aid or no aid, fun right? LOL.
One more thing. From Dragorn's Video to this FAQ, I also corrected some
extra mistakes, since Dragorn did it after causing his mistake.
Challenges
============
Speed Run = Beating the game with the fastest time possible.
3 Day Game = Beat the game without ever restarting the 3 Days all over
again. The challenge starts after you get the Orcania from
the Skull Kid.
6 Day Game = This name was given based on facts. In reality, you can only
can only beat the game in 6 days, the ammount of game days,
not real life days. Basically the thing as a 3 Day Game.
Format of this FAQ
====================
I will not describe certain things that this FAQ will have different from
any other FAQ. You can even say these are somewhat short cuts so that I
won't need to type this much.
24 Parts Guide: Since Dragorn's Game is divided into 24 Parts, I would also
divide this Walkthough up in to 24 Parts. Being as he did
save between parts while he was doing this thing. He also
stated in his comments, that he did these Speed Runs.
Deku/Goron/Zora Run: This means that you should put this mask on and use
it to get to the next location. When I say Link, or
normal link. I mean to take the mask off and be human.
12 O'clock Direction: Since it's quite confusing sometimes of what your
suppose to do, I'll stick with the old fashion
o'clock system. Here is an example of how exactly
it is suppose to works:
12 O'Clock = Straight Ahead
3 O'Clock = To the right, followed by Z-Target
6 O'Clock = Head back, followed by Z-Target
9 O'Clock = To the left, followed by Z-Target
(Z-Target however won't be always needed, I'll inform you)
Save After Parts: After each part, save like Dragorn did. After Saving,
duplicate the first save into the other save spot, so that
after you failed on your first game, you can recopy it
over again and get a faster time if you want. In case your
doing the ODINS, then you can't do this then.
Yellow Arrows: What I mean are the yellow arrows that you can place the
equipment/items on. I'll only refer to the left, bottom, and
right arrows. All of these are based on Dragorn's movements,
but you only need to equip the ones that I have listed.
The arrow that it is on doesn't really matter, but the
equipment matters. I'll only refer it as arrows, no yellow.
Time Accuracy: Ok, this was said after I have gotten the Hero's Bow. I have
no idea of how to determine the real time. The numbers
around the clock represent the hours that it is on, I know.
The dark circle stands for the AM and the bright yellow
circle stands for the sun. But the ticks/marks on of what
the circle goes around. What does the ticks/marks stand for.
There are 13 marks, probably each gaps stands for an hour,
but the circle/sun also goes to the bottom of those marks,
so I would have no idea of how to determine the exact time.
So from now on, I'll do a estimate of where the circle is.
I'll give the time of hours plus the tick marks place on
the screen. I will say it's the opposite of certain marks
if it's on the bottom. Note that my count is from the
farthest left and going clockwise when counting marks.
Forget that idea, I only plan to do the Time anaylisis
at the end of each part.
Battle Time: On every mini and temple boss, I will now include the
exact ammount of time it took Dragorn to beat that boss
with. The time starts when Link is under control and the
time ends whens when the enemy is howler in pain. All battle
times end when the final blow is being hit as well. These
timed out times include using the menu and selecting stuff
to place in the Use List as well.
Use List: This is referring to the yellow keys that you are currently
using. To limit time going in and out of the menu screen.
Tips and Hinters
==================
1. Rapidly tap the confirm button when talking to someone and you know that
person has a lot things to say.
2. When doing runs that require a lot of pressing of that button, remember
that you should stop doing that when they is someone you can talk to
that is intercepting your path. This may trigger them talk to you, and
who knows how much dialouge that person got to say. It wastes time,
period. Signs,
3. When Link is talking or playing, almost every thing else as well, the
flow of time is paused for that moment. If you don't see the time, then
time isn't moving.
4. When doing runs and there are a door very nearby, don't run anymore and
just walk as normal and open that door. Saves time.
Words to Challengers
======================
For one thing, you must have played this game well and have already beaten
this game. You must know how the control works and how to operate the game
play with the controller. Besides that, you must have all the skill
required to do all the sidequest and the three masks. Using the three
mask's technique and doing it well is most of what you need to beat this
challenge. Lastly, you must have a open mind and believe that this is
possible, Dragorn has fully proved this to be possible. Better yet he has
almost done all 4 Dungeons before the Third Day has been reached. In his
Speed Game, he did make quite a few of mistakes, skill wise. No offense or
anything, but when he fighting the Bull in the Goron Dungeon
(Note: I don't know exactly what Dragorn did before the 3 Days Began
Dragorn had 1027 in the bank, gotten before the challenge started.

Part 2 = Southern Swamp to Entrance of
========
-Turn 6 O'Clock, Z-Target, and then start Deku Running 12 O'Clock. Keep on
going straight and across the leaf pads, and then on the first left path
that you see, which is leading to the Witch's Potion Shop. Go into the
Woods of Mystery.
-Don't talk to the money. Limit the turns as much as possible by staying
close to the walls. Turn left, right, right, straight, left, left. Deku Run
all the way to the old Witch. When you reach her. Change to Link, Z-Target
her, and then talk to her. After her conversation. Change into Deku and
head to where one of the signs are, Deku Running as well.

Then Deku Run to the Woods of Mystery. Use the same path as before.

*Time: Out of Woods of Mystery (Video Time: 12:45)
-Once out of the Woods, Z-Target monkeys, and talk away.
-Deku Run to the pond surrounding the Potions shop. Use the empty bottle and
get some spring water from here.

-Enjoy the Rid. Dragorn did. After the ride get off at the Deku Palace and
then quickly change into the Deku. Deku run to the entrance as well.
Record Time needed from entrance and pass the Guards, and into the hole:
37 Seconds
-Z-Target one of the Deku Scrubs and then talk to it. It sinks down and you
can move on quickly. After the entrance, go to the right path.
-There is a maze. I can't really give any advice about this part, but here is
some. Using the Deku spin you can basically go faster than ever, evading the
guards' sight. You should also use Dragorn's Video for a more exact path of
getting past the guards. Head into the hole that you see later on.
-Once down the hole, Deku run 10 O'Clock and talk to the Bean eating guy.
(Dragorn has 59 Rupees now, from random scrubs) Get 6 Beans from him. The
first one is free, the last 5 you'll have to pay for. Just enough. Even
without the 9 Rupees that Dragorn got. Z-Target him until you have gotten
all 6 Beans. Go back up, get caught, and return to the entrance.
-At the entrance, go right and hop through all the leap pades and then plant
the beans into the hole. (Beans replacing the Deku Mask) Then add spring
water to the hole. Quickly change into Deku, replacing the Beans, and then
walk onto the grown plant.
Record Time needed from Entrance and get to Prisoner Monkey:
1 minute 49 seconds (Monkey must respond to end time)
-Like before, I don't have a lot of good advices. Keep practicing I guess or
check out Dragorn's Video for more assitance.
-Z-Target the Monkey and bring out the Orcania, while in Deku form, and learn
'Sonata of Awakening.' You'll get kicked out later and storyline for this
part as well.
-Once out and at the entrance again. Jump to the right, but this time makes
sure you go to the one with the arrow pointer on it. Hope into the flower
pad and into the entrance.
-For this part you'll need to use the Flower Pads to go the temple. Remember
that shooting away from the flower pads, any enemy in the way of the
explosion will be killed, use this to your advantage. Know your way in this
part as well.
-Land on a ridge and the Owl talks to you. Read the stone the Owl is on top
on and learn 'Song of Soaring.'
-Get into the flower pad and head toward the Woodfall, Deku Running to the
hole as well.
-After the Woodfall opening screen, quickly turn 3 O'Clock and Z-Target.
Followed by hopping on the lead pads.
Enemies Need to fight: 2 Beatles and 1 Deku Scrub - For the Deku Scrubs use
2 Bubble attacks and for the Deku Scrub just use one of Deku's twirls to
kill it instantly. You must beat all these enemies with the Deku Run in the
middle of it, so that you can get you victories faster.
-Get into the flower pad and jump out of it. Aim for the center of the next
path, not bothering with the Scrub on the right. There is one enemy here
and that is a Deku Scrub. Use one Deku twirl like last to kill it.
-Hope into the flower pad and shoot it, aimming for the place with the tree
stump and owl on it. Move onto the stump/platform and play Sonata of
Awakening. The Temple will move up.
-Change into link and hit the owl. Change back into Deku and Save Game
(End Time of Part 2| Video Time: 13:42) (Total Video Time: 23:27)
(Game Time: 9:34 First Day)
Part 3 = Woodfall to Middle of Mountain Village
========
-Jump into the flower pad and shoot to the entrance of the Woodfall Temple.
Deku Run into the hole as well.
-After the opening scence. Twirl to the flower pad to the left and then shoot
and move to the right, after the tree. Get into that flower pad as well and
then shoot 12 O'Clock of your first position into the temple. You can just
say it's straight ahead if you want. After shooting from that one, aim for
the center of the cliff, avoiding the the skulletts in the process. Deku Run
to the door and enter the door.
-In the next screen, Navi will talk. After that, jump to the bottom floor and
then enter the door that was on the right of what the Link was facing.
-Go into the flower pad that is in the center of the screen. Face 9 O'Clock
and then shoot towards that place. There should be a chest on that cliff.
You'll get a Small Key.
-From where the chest is facing, head to the door that is on the 3 O'Clock of
it. Enter that door.
-On the next screen, you purpose is heading to the opposite of this side or
rather the 12 O'Clock side of your entrance. You'll need to go around the
large huge flower of the center of the room. Also avoid the planteater that
is nearby. Let it attack you for all I care, just go to that door as fast
as possible. Deku Running to that door as well.
-Next screen, you'll see a block in front of you. Hope over to the left and
then push that block from the left. Navi will talk before you start pushing
it. Push it all the way so that you can get through. Twirl until you see
the Skullets. Replace two of the arrows with the Deku Stick and the bomb.
Quickly get the bomb out and throw it at the Skullet, take a Deku Stick out
and get the flame on the stick. Then Z-Target the path that you previously
came in. Link roll back to where the block was and then use the right path
this time. Light that pole and the door will open. Replace the bomb with
the Deku Mask. Change into Deku form, back into Link. Take the Stick out and
get the flame. Jump across the path right of this door for faster results.
Light the pole that is on the top of those steps. Change back into Deku, back
into Link, get the flame again and then jump to the spider web and burn that
down. Change into Deku and Deku run to the exit. Avoid the plants.
-Deku twirl until you are near the flame, got up on the ledge. Change into
Link, get the Stick out and get the flame. Run to the 2 O'Clock Pole and
light it. Go counterclockwise on the outer room, Link rolling in the process
and light the remaining of the 2 Poles. The door will open nearby you, enter
it.
-This all about timing. First thing you do in this room is get into the
flower pad and instantly shoot up, then go around to the right of the tree
to the right. Land on the flower pad. Turn 10 O'Clock and Z-Target the
nearest Dragonfly. Use Deku's Bubble attack to kill it. After it's sent, go
into the flower pad. And aim for the center, or rather the area of where the
Dragonfly was killed (Between the trees). Land on the flower pad, while
avoiding the Dragonfly nearby. Quickly jump into the flower pad and when you
see the enemy approaching, aim for the 2 O'Clock and then shoot up and head
towards it. Go into that exit.
-On the next screen, head to the doors that is 12 O'Clock of the intial view.
Deku Run to it. Deku Run to the door that is to the 3 O'Clock of it, this
is on the same floor, not the bottom one. Becareful. Once you enter that
room, be prepare to face a mini-boss.
Mini-Boss Battle: Lizard with a Firebreath (Battle Time: 11 Seconds)
============================================
Strategy - As Deku, twirl and stun the enemy. Change into Link and replace
the Deku with the Deku Nuts. Use Link and slash the enemy with the sword.
Use the Nuts to stun the enemy again and slash the enemy again. This will
kill it. Before that, get the Deku Mask out and change into Deku.
-In the middle of that room's pond, a chest will some up. This contains the
Hero's Bow. Immeatily get the Orcania out and play the Song of Soaring and
say yes.
*Time at the Entrance. Game Time: 10PM Mark 3-4
Video Time: 30:27
-Exit the temple and play the Song of Soaring. Go to Clock Town
-At Clock Town, relace the sticks with the Hero's Bow. And go the exit that
is to the 2 O'Clock of where you're facing the Owl Statue at. You'll be
at the North Clock Town. Deku Run to the Exit Guard, change into Link and
pass through him.
-Your target is 12 O'Clock, or rather the Gorons. You need to Deku Run to that
place. Dragorn use the left path and limit all his paths as close as possible
Avoid the Dons.
-Change to Link and Shoot the Icicle on the top of the Ice Boulders twice.
Before the second one hits the Ice, change into Deku. Next, Deku Run into it.
-Replace the Hero's Bow with the Bomb. Deku Run all the way across to the
other side of the place. Deku's twirl will stun all enemeies that touch it.
Change into Link, throw the bombs at the snow boulders, change back into
Deku. For the fastest time, don't care if the bomb is going to damage you or
not, and just press forward on the boulders and Deku Run the rest of it.
Climbing with Deku as well.
-At Mountain Village. Head 12 O'Clock and to the Owl Statue. Change to Link
and strike the statue. Change back into Deku and Save.
(Time at end of Part 3| Video Time: 7:43) (Total Video Time: 31:10)
(Game Time: 11:19 First Day)
Part 4
========
-Head to the right of the Owl Statue. Deku Running. Go to the exit with the
two snow boulders there.
-Deku Run across the bridges, stunning all the enemies in the process.
-Goron Village. Deku Run to the first Goron in sight. Z-Target and talk to
him. He'll open the door. Jump off to the right of Goron, and then go left
to enter the door/hole.
-Goron Shrine and Opening Scence. Deku run to the top floor where the Baby
is crying. Z-Target and talk to the Baby once. Then, go back the opposite
way. When you reach the yellow cliff, use the left side and jump down, Deku
run the left exit.
-Once out, Deku Run to the 9 O'Clock direction. Head for the feather jumping
Owl part. Change into Link. Then trigger the Owl to talk. After that, jump
upon the feathers to reach the floating place that contains the Lens of
Truth. Change back into Deku. Owl will talk. Deku Run into it. Deku Run to
the chest and grab the Lens of Truth. Next play the Song of Soaring. Select
Mountain Village.
-From the Owl Statue, head 1-2 O'Clock on to the Ice Plates. Deku hop across
the Ice Plates and reach that side. Replace the Bomb with the Lens of Truth.
Use it to find the starting point. Now, very so often use it and then take
it out, to save magic usage, and keep on doing this until you reach the top.
-Deku Run into the Hole. Then go toward the tombstone. Use the Lens of Truth
to see the Goron, get the Orcania out and play Song of Healing. See more
storyline. Get Goron's Mask. Replace the Lens of Truth with the Goron's Mask

After the bomb exploded, enter the entrance.

pillar, you'll probably get hit, like Dragorn did. Then jump to off the
pillar and change back to Goron. Goron roll to the door and enter it.
-On the next scree, powerup the Goron Roll and go across the bridge. Once
reaching the other side. Stop the roll and slowly roll on the snow curved

There is a fee of 10 Rupees. (Dragorn's numbers = 34 - 10 = 24) You should
have enough Rupees, at least from the Red Rupee from the Snowhead Temple.
-Words about the Race: Well, the advice that I got was to limit all the paths
to as short as possible. Also get over every single fence, to limit the
distance needed to travel. Antoher thing is to keep at least 1 Carrot, at all
times. This will help you get more carrots faster, so that you can speed up
faster. (If you are watching the Video from Dragorn. I would judge his
performance and this is all out of no offense intended. First of all, he did
limit his distance, but he didn't do the carrot trick. If he had done it, he
would've won for sure. He should a different strategy and it would seem that
he would lose. At the last second, I actually thought he would lose it, but
he did win. His time at the end of the race was: 59:65, extremly close!)
-After the race, you'll get the Garo's Mask. Change into Goron and then play
the Song of Soaring, select Clock Town. After that Save your game.
(Time at the end of Part 7| Video Time: 6:36) (Total Video Time: 1:00:56)

(114 - 30 = 84). Next go to the Bomb Shop, right of this one, and buy a
Powder Keg from the Goron, 50 Rupees. (84 - 50 = 34) Exit after that.
-Once out of shop, move up and to the right by Goron Run and then exit where

ledge and then enter the door to the left, the one that was just opened.
-On the next screen change into Goron. Then Goron Pound on the pad in front
of you. The plates will come shooting up. Exit this room. When you return

you roll of the cliff to save some life. Keep going in that 3 O'Clock
direction and then enter that door.
-On the next screen, roll forward, 12 O'Clock all the way and enter the hole.
-On the next screen, walk/roll to the 9 O'Clock direction and enter the door.
This door has a blue rim around it. Break the pots on the left to get some
magic. From 3 O'Clock direction of how you got into this room, Z-Target that
direction. Change into Link and Fire Arrow to the Ice Enemy on the left.
Change back into Goron and Roll to the Ice Enemy ahead, then throw a Goron
Punch at it. Change into Link and use the Fire Arrow to Melt the ice in
front you. Change back into Goron and do the same thing as before to this
Ice Enemy. A Chest will reveal and you'll get a Small Key. Head back into
the direction that you got into room from. This time near that door. Change
into Link and leap to the hole/entrance to the left of that door.
-On the next screen, have Link climb up on top of that yellow platform. Use
the Fire Arrow quickly and shot it at the Ice Enemy. Shoot in that direction
twice, the second time for the eye. Turn 3 O'Clock quickly. Now jump onto
the ledge and enter the door on the left.
-Next Screen. Change into Goron and Goron Roll slowly to the 3 O'Clock path.
Change back into Link and Fire Arrow the Iced Entrance. Change back into
Goron and then enter the entrance. Goron Roll slowly to the 3 O'Clock
direction path once again. Once again, enter that door, it should have a key
and chain rapped around it. Use the key.
-On the next screen, change into Link and Fire Arrow at 2-3 O'Clock directtion
at the Iced Entrance. Goron Run and go into that entrance. On the next
screen, head 12 O'Clock at first and then rotate to the 9 O'Clock direction
and you'll reach the door. Enter it. On the next screen, Goron Roll and
enter the door in the 12 O'Clock direction. Be prepared to fight a mini-boss.
Mini-Boss Battle: 2nd Blue Wizard (Battle Time: 43 Seconds)
===================================
There are 2 phase like last time, but this time you can use the Fire Arrow.
For the first phase, change back into Link and take the Fire Arrow out.
Whenever you see a pad with a light coming out, Fire Arrow shoot that pad.
Or at least to that direction. The 4th attack will make him change his
phase, but before reaching that phase, Goron Roll into a corner and then
deliver the 4th attack. The best phase place to be is on the left side and
on the left of the center pad. Fire Arrow twice on this guy and the battle
will end. When the second one is hit, change into Goron and then go to the
door on the left, and wait for the door to open up.
-On the next screen, grab the Boss Key. Exit to the door on the left, not the
one that you can in from. On the next screen, face 3 O'Clock, Z-Target, and
then jump off. Get 2 Floors down. This floor should be the one with the
brown drainer like thing with the ladder to climb up from. Hit the 2 Ice
Plates from the center of the screen. From the hitting the Ice Plates, turn
12 O'Clock and then Goron Run to that entrance/hole.
-Goron Roll to the 3 O'Clock, on the snow, then hit the Ice Plates in the
center of the screen. Return back to the first area, return back to snow
and roll to it. Return to 12 O'Clock direction of how you first got into
this screen. Goron Roll of there and throw 3 Goron Punches at the three Snow
Boulders. Grab some magic as well when your at it. Then enter that new
entrance.
-On the next screen, Goron Spike Roll at full power at the 12 O'Clock
direction. Z-Target to be safe. Get to the other side and be prepare to fight
the Boss of this temple.
Boss Battle: Goht the Masked Mechanical Monster (Battle Time: 1min 44secs)
=================================================
Begin the battle by changing into Link and Fire Arrow and melt the Boss'
Ice. After it's unleashed, quickly change back into Goron and start chasing
the boss, by using the Goron Spike Roll. Some of these strategy is based on
Dragorn's performance. Hit the boss twice and then the boss will go down.
Then aim between the Boss' legs and keep ramming it to get more hits on him.
You should try staying on the innter boundries to avoid the boss' attacks.
When you're down after taking a blow and the boss is lying on the ground,
you could try turning into Link and Fire Arrow the Boss' tail, Z-Target
in the process. From my count, you'll need to hit the boss for a total of
28 hits, 2 of which were made by the Fire Arrow. It took a total of 1
minute and 50 seconds for Dragorn to beat him, but he did make a lot of
mistake in the process. He could've done better, even I could. One of the
things that he could've done better is by not being hit and get constant
roll action without ever being hit. I've done better, trust me. He probably
he had this one be his best becaues he was tired of making mistakes in
his previous works and being the one that actually went through.
*(Note: When fighting the Boss, the night of the 1st Day may come up)
-Aftter killing the Boss, Goron roll to the Heart Container and then get the
Mask. Then storyline will take place and later you'll learn a new song,
called 'Oath to Order.' More storyline will take place. The storyline will
take up over 3 minutes and 20 minutes, even if you are going at full speed.
-Mountain Village, Use the Orcania and play the Song of Soaring, select Clock
Town. Change into Goron and then Save your game.
(Time at the end of Part 9| Video Time: 13:06) (Total Video Time: 1:20:39
(Game Time: 18:30 First Day)
Part 10
=========
-Head 9 O'Clock from the current screen, Z-Target, Goron Roll down that path
and then go to the opposite side of where the Owl Statue is facing. And
then go into that hole.
-East Clock Town. Z-Target and then Goron Run to the where the exit of where
the Guard is.
-Once out of Clock Town, play the Epona's Song. Approach Epona and then
change back into Link and get on Epona. Then head 12 O'Clock of where you
came out from. Keep whipping Epona on the screen that you got her from. On
the next screen, whip Epona to get over the fences. Don't worry about the
flying heads, they'll done when they touch, when you're ridding on Epona.
-Get off Epona, it's night time I know, find the patch of circled rocks on
the right side. Replace the Hero's Bow with the Len's of Truth and replace
the Goron's Mask with the Red Potion. Use the Len's Truth, Z-Target the guy
and talk to him. Then give him the Red Potion, in Z-Target form. He'll talk
some for. He'll get up and give you the Stone Mask after that. Replace the
Lens of Truth with the Stone Mask and the Empty Bottle with the Goron Mask.
Next turn into Goron and Goron to where the Soldier is staring at. Once
there is that stair effect, change into Link and put the Stone Mask on.
Climb the stair and avoid the skulls, then change back into Goron and then
approach the entrance with the Goron Roll.
-Ikana Graveyard. Goron Run pass all the enemies and to the Big Skeleton. Stop
in front of it and play the Sonata of Awakening.
Mini-Boss Battle: Big Skeleton (Battle Time: 44 Seconds)
================================
The Big Skeleton will start moving away. Change into Link and Shoot an arrow
at the Big Skeleton, Z-Target while doing so. After hitting it, change back
into Goron and roll to the first Fire Wall and Punch those Skeletons. Change
back into Link and shoot Big Skeleton again, change into Goron after that as
well, then Goron Roll to Big Skeleton. Now Start Goron Punching again. What
needed to beat this Big Skeleton, from Dragorn's Game is, 2 Arrows and 8
Punches and 4 more Punches. After the first 8 Punches, he will start using
this slam attack that will hit you from where you previously are. Just move
around to avoid this. Dragorn on the hand attempt to this, or I at I think
he tried. Or maybe he didn't even care and just wanted to get 4 last hits as
fast as possible. After beating him, speed through the dialouge, and he'll
go away and the flame around the chest will disappear.
-Get behind the back end of the left/rigt wall/stone-pillar and then change
into Link to get on top of it. Z-Target to the opposite side and jump to the
other side. Change back to Goron and Roll to the Chess, open the chest to get
the Captain's Hat. Replace the Hero's Bow with the Captain's Hat. Face 9
O'Clock, Z-Target and start Goron Running to where there are 3 Skeletons
walking around in cirlces. Change into Link and put the Captain's Hat and
talk to the very first Skeleton closes to you. Tell him to 'Open the Grave.'
Replace the Goron's with the Stone Mask, put the Stone Mask on and follow
them down there.
-Once down there, replace the Captain's Mask with the Deku Stick. Your only
path should be the right one, 3 O'Clock, Z-Target that direction. Take a
Stick out and to where their a pole with a fire. Get that fire and keep on
goin forward. Link Roll in the process. On the next room, light the 3 Poles.
There is 2 in front of the entrance's side on the left and right, the last
one is near the exit. Do this while avoiding the bats. Aftering lighting
the poles, the door will open up, go into it and prepare for a mini-boss.
Mini-Boss Battle: Armored Axer (Battle Time: 23 Seconds)
================================
This is based on what Dragorn did. Replace the Sticks with the Fire Arrow and
the Stone Mask with the Goron Mask. Goron Roll to the boss and Punch him.
Then flip backwards to avoid his attack. While he is busy getting his Axe
off the ground, Punch him again. Backflip again to avoid his attack, follow
with the Punch. You can even try a double punch on him. I think you need to
deliver 5 Punches before his armor comes off. When it does, go back and turn
into Link and take the Fire Arrow out. Now by Z-Targeting the boss and
walking around in cirlces around it, shoot 3 Fire Arrows at it and the battle
will now be over.
-Replace the Fire Arrow with the Deku mask, and twirl up on stage before the
mini-boss dies. A Ghost will come out and talk. Twirl to the stage and read
what's in front. You'll learn the 'Song of Storm.' After that play the Song
of Soaring, select Woodfall. Save your game after that.

onto the flower pad on the middle of the screen. Replace the Goron Mask with
the Hero's Bow. Turn 9 O'Clock and shoot the eye that is a little bit above.
The flower pad that you're standing on will now move up. Quickly get into
Deku and get into the flower pad and shoot 12 O'Clock. Land and enter that
door infront of you. Prepare for a mini-boss.
Mini-Boss Battle: Frog on Tortoise (Battle Time: 49 Seconds)
====================================
Replace the Hero's Bow with the Goron's Mask. Change into Goron, Z-Target
the enemy and deliver 2 Goron Punches and then change back into Deku and
standby a flowerpad. The Frog will now summon his tortoise. Go into the
pad and when the enemy spins over you, shoot out. The Frog will will now
climb on the walls. Change back into Link, replace the Goron with the Fire
Arrow, wait until the Frog isn't moving, Z-Target it and shoot the Fire
Arrow at it. Change back into Deku and do the whole process all over again.
Always change into view of where the enemy is at, by L and R or Z-Target.
According to Dragorn's game, you'll need to deliever a total of 2 Goron
Punches, 2 Fire Arrows, and 2 Deku Flower Shootouts.
-Turn into Goron after battle and Roll to the second door that opened up. Go
into it and get the Boss Key. Exit this room and Goron Roll to the other
other door, the one that you orginally came from. Goron Run in the process.
-On the next screen, change into Deku. Jump into the flowerpad and aim for
2 O'Clock. Then enter that door, as Goron, to that direction.
-Face 3 O'Clock on the next room, Z-Target, Roll to the end, stop. Face 9
O'Clock, Z-Target, and Roll all the way but before going off. Stop before
getting the fairy. You could not stop and just roll all the way like Dragorn
did, but that is kinda of risky. At that end, change into Link, replace the
Goron with the Fire Arrow. Turn 8-10 O'Clock and fire the Fire Arrow at that
pole, Z-Target it as well in the process. Turn around, or 6 O'Clock, change
into Deku and then twirl to the door, enter that door.
-On the next screen, twirl 12 O'Clock and done to the bottom floor, but keep
it on the land, not on the water. Go onto the flowerpad and aim it to 4-5
O'Clock position. Enter that flowerpad as well and shoot that to the one
on the upper left. Replace the Fire Arrow with the regular bow, change into
Link and shoot an arrow at the initial view into this room, meaning hitting
the diamond Crystal. Go into the flowerpad and launch yourself to the
flowerpad that is in the 10-11 O'Clock direction, ignore the enemies. Launch
from that flowerpad and head for the door on the other side. Once landed,
deku twirl to the door and go into it. Be prepare for a Boss Fight.

yellow arrows. Take a few step forward and the boss will come down. Change
into Link and Shoot the boss' legs. Change into Goron quickly, Goron Roll
towards him, he should be in a defensive position. Now Z-Target him and keep

battle will be over. Goron Roll to get the Heart Container and then also
Roll to get the mask. More storyline will take place.

Part 12
=========
-From your position, face 8 O'Clock, Z-Target and began Link Rolling that
direction. Hop over the river and then immeatily change into Goron and Goron
Run in that same direction. Use the Goron Spike Roll and keep going in that
direction, into that entrance as well.
-On the next screen you need to go to the Goron Racing Area. Start powering
up your Goron Spike Roll, hopefully refill your Magic from the grass area
nearby. Now you should Roll all the way to the left and curve to the entrance
-At the racing area, talk to the Goron Baby. He'll refill your Magic meter and
the race will begin. You point is not to win the Gold Dust, but the bottle
itself, the Gold Dust just comes with it, that's all.
-Here is some strategy to winning this race. Before crossing the starting
line, go back and start powering your Goron Spike Roll from there. Then start
the race. Limit your distance by taking all the shortcuts and get some of the
magic pots frequently. I never won this on my first try anyways, you just
need to practive on this a lot, that's all. Dragorn's Time: 1:37:59. This
isn't the best time ever, since he did make quite a few of mistakes. You'll
get the BOTTLE of gold dust, after you win. Play the Song of Soaring, select
Great Bay Coast. Replace the Hero's Bow with the Zora Mask. Change into Zora.
Save your progress. (I edit this part due to convience)

Part 13
=========
-From your position, travel the opposite direction of where the Owl Statue
is facing at. You better know where the entrance to the Pirates' Fortress is
because you'll have to find that from your memory.
-Pirates' Fortress. Zora Roll up, until you see the opening scene. Go forward,
look to the 9 O'Clock and wait for that Pirate to pass your view. Then jump
into the water and swim to the 2-3 O'Clock direction. You'll reach a place
in which you need to walk to the left. Replace the Orcania with the Stone
Mask. Wait and stare as the closes Pirate goes by. Then walk left, change
into Link and put the Stone Mask on. Roll until the ground isn't flat
anymore, change into Goron and Roll to the top, stop at the yellow plate,
go on top of it and Goron Pound on it.
(The rest of this part is too hard to explain with words. I'm amazed about
how fast Dragorn did this part. He zipped through this part, I don't believe
I can do the same thing as what he did. But I'll do my best to describe what
he did)
-Once the yelllow has been pounded, change to Zora, turn to 3 O'Clock and
swim to the other side. Avoid all enemies and aim for the bottom. Near the
other side, slowly turn to the left and into the entrance.
-Break down the first door. Then turn and swim to the left. Break the next
two doors. Land on the ground and pull the Block once, halfway. Go back to
the first Block and push once, halfway. Swim all the way to the end. On the
Pipe that shoots water up, avoid the water and travel to the left side.
Avoid the Spike Balls, and the near the end, dolphin jump to the top. Go
into that door.
-Jump down, swim past the first two Spike Balls, stop and move up that path.
Once out of the water, change into Goron and Roll up the stairs that are
on the left/back side. Goron Punch the first Barrel. Turn into Link and take
the Hero's Bow out and shoot the Diamond Crystal on the 2-4 O'Clock direction
Change into Zora, jump down to the 2-3 O'Clock position of the Diamond
Crystal. Swim to that direction and enter that hole. Go all the way straight
and turning a little bit to the left, you'll get to a ladder. Climb that
ladder and walk straight until you press a button on the ground. Change into
Goron and Roll to the Pipe. Change back into Link, take the Hero's Bow out
and Shoot the opened target Diamond Crystal. The water will begin to push
you up. Get your Bow out again. Turn to the 2-3 O'Clock position and be
ready to hit another Diamond Crystal. After that, jump down a little bit to
the left of the the Diamond Crystal and enter that door down there.
-Change into Goron, Z-Target, and then roll forward. Stop, if needed, change
to 3 O'Clock view, Z-Target, and roll all the way to the top of that pathway.
-Opening Scence. Goron Roll 12-2 O'Clock and then to the right of the ladder.
Change into Link and put the Stone Mask on, then climb the ladder. Once you
get to the top, Shoot the guard that is on the bridge, the one in front of
you (by using the Hero's Bow). Change into Goron and Roll the other end of
the bridge. Enter the door on the other side.
-Once on the next screen, Goron Roll forward. Another Scence. Speed through
the dialouge. When in control again, change into Link and shoot the hive that
is to the 1-2 O'Clock of the current position. Change back into Goron and
exit out the door that you came here in.
-Jump down on 3 O'Clock direction once you get out. Then enter the door that
is on down there.
-Roll forward and break one of the barrels, then roll forward more, stop and
open the Chest. Get the Hookshot.
-From the Chest, turn to the 9 O'Clock direction. Make sure your equipments
are Zora Mask, Empty Bottle, and the Hookshot. This shall be known as the
'Egg Equipments' from now on. Next up shall be known as the 'Egg Getting
Technique.' Here it is: 'Use the Hookshot to connect to the piece of wood on
the top of the tanks. Once you touch the water, change into Zora, sink to the
bottom, quickly find the egg and grab it with the empty bottle. Go back to
the top and climb off the tank.' Bring the Orcania out, play the Song of
Soaring, select Clock Town.
-Replace Hookshot with the Goron Mask. Just roll to the 6 O'Clock position.
-Roll to the Curosity Shop, the last one on the other end of the shops.
Replace the Goron Mask with the Gold Dust and sell it to the clerk. It's
worth 200 Rupees. After you sold it, play the Song of Soaring, select Great
Bay Coast.

Part 14
=========
-From your current position, face the 2-3 O'Clock position, Z-Target and then
climb the ladder to reach the egg labatory. Roll to the right of the tank,
climb to the top, replace the Empty Bottle with the Egged Bottle (the one
with the egg inside), and then drop the egg. Face the door, whatever you are,
Z-Target it and roll towards to it and exit the labatory.
-Once out of the lab, face 9 O'Clock, roll to the edge, change into Zora,
jump into the water, then attmept to swim to 12 O'Clock position of your
current view. You should now be transported back to the coast. Replace the
empty bottle with the Goron Mask, turn into Goron and then Goron Roll to the
3 O'Clock position, now into the hole and into the next screen.
-On the next screen, face the 10-11 O'Clock position, and Goron Spike Roll
to that direction. Avoid all enemies and trees. After the 3rd enemy and the
dead plant after the third one, stop and change into Link. Replace the Zora
Mask with the Hookshot, and try to make sure in close range to use it for
the tree in front and forard of you. Pull yourself up there.
-Here are some facts:
Ammount of time it took Dragorn to reach the Water Rapid's Scence (time
started once the hookshot was place into the use list, time ends when the
opening scence begin)- 55 seconds
Number of Trees needed to Pull up to: 5
Tip: MOST of the time, you need the red dot to be there for it to work.
Directions: From 1st Tree - next one is on the 3 O'Clock
From 2nd Tree - other end of the ledge, 12 O'Clock
From 3rd Tree - center outmost of the ledge, 7-8 O'Clock
From 4th Tree - other end and outmost of the ledge, 2 O'Clock
For some reason Dragorn choose the Goron Roll of a way of travel, it works
When you reach the 5th tree, chang into Goron and Roll to the entrance
-Water Rapid's Opening Scence. Change into Zora and then dive into the water
and swim the beaver, Z-Target and talk to it. Shink to the bottom and talk
to it again.
Race #1: 20 Circles, 2 minute time limit (Dragorn's end time: 25:55)
Race #2: 25 Circles, 2 minute time limit ( end time: 16:85)
I can't really say too much about this, I don't want to describe where every
single circle is in both races, that would just take too long and who would
read it. I would do one if someone on the boards complain about it and wanted
it list out. All I can tell you is get a lot of practice. After you win the
Empty Bottle, exit Water Rapids and go back to the screen with the trees.
-Change back into Goron and start Goron Spike Rolling toward the 11 O'Clock
direction and onto the ground below. Pass through all the enemies and don't
hit anything, trees nor rocks. Once you reach the full water part of the
coast, stop, change into Zora and swim forward. You should now aim to the
right of the large island infront of you. You goal right now, is to dolphin
jump onto the ledge that has the the owl statue on the back of this big
island. Dragorn didn't do that, but if you did then good for you. Stick to
the right most of the time, you'll just have to sense where the ledge is.
Get on the ledge, change into Link and strike the Owl Statue. Break down the
pots to refill your magic if needed. Change back into Zora and play the Song
of Soaring, select Great Coast Bay. Save your progess.

Part 15
=========
-From initial view, jump to the 8-9 O'Clock position and began swimming. Stay
closeby on the enemies on the left, not too close. After the second one, be
ready to turn to the left and be teleported to the Pinnacle Rock. There
should be 2 large pillars to indicate this.
-The path to take should be according to the arrows pointed by the signs, do
this like a pro and don't stop.
-Once you reached the main point. You will have to fight 3 Serpents for the
3 Zora Eggs. The first one is a little bit lower on the 12 O'Clock position.
Turn around, 6 O'Clock and from that hole, the next one is on the 1-2 O'Clock
position, this is one is the lower one of the two. Turn around from this one
again, and the last one located on the bottom 12 O'Clock position. Once you
get the last one, shoot for all the way to the top.
The strategy to beat these serpents should be quite simple. Hang on the edges
of where the serpents are coming out from. When it is close to you, turn your
Zora electric powers out and hit him. Do this twice to kill them. Get your
empty bottles ready to get the egg with.
Once you reached the top, go between the pillars. Then swim to the 6 O'Clock
direction from your initial view. Then you should see a Zora pop out,
immeatily swim to the 7-8 O'Clock direction and swim the left of that large
pillar. After that one, you should be near the coast. Get on the land and
play the Song of Soaring, select Great Bay Coast.
(Time Record to get all Three Eggs: (Time Starts when first Serpent is seen,
Time ends when the last eggs is gotten) 1 Minute 26 Seconds.
-Fill up your Use List with the Zora Eggs, all three of them. Change into Link
and then quickly climb up to the labatory. Link Roll and then climb up to the
Tank. Drop all three of those eggs into the tank. Get the Zora Mask out and
change into Zora. Select Great Bay Coast and Save your progress.
(Time at the end of Part 15| Video Time: 5:34) (Total Video Time: 2:04:56)

Part 16
=========
-Go back to the Pirates' Fortress, refer to the beginning of Part 13. Your use
list contain the Zora, Goron, and the Stone Masks. Get back to the place
where the yellow platform that needs to be stomp, stop on it. Change to Link
and replace the Zora Mask with the Hookshot, aim the Hookshot at the target
that is in front of you. Change into Goron, 5 O'Clock direction and Z-Target,
then roll in that direction. Stop at the flamed pole and Roll up the inclined
path opposite of the one that you came from. Enter that hole at the end of
that path.
-On the next screen, Roll to the 10 O'Clock direction. Change back into Link
and put the Stone Mask on, use the Hookshot near the same direction that you
traveled in, that means look straight up, aim for the left side of the target
pole. Turned to the 7-8 O'Clock direction and Hookshot at the right side of
that target pole. From Link's view, turn to the 7-8 O'Clock direction again,
aim your Hookshot at the target pole. Walk to the left of that pole, take
the Hero's Bow out and shoot down the guard that is nearby your view. Change
into Goron and Roll to the other side of the bridge. Then enter the door
on the right.
-On the next screen, change into Link and put the Stone Mask on. Link Roll to
the hole on the 1-2 O'Clock direction, or the upper right side of this room.
Just don't touch the guard in the process. On the next door you'll face one
of the Pirates. Here is the strategy of beating them, from watching Dragorn's
performance
Mini Boss: Pirates
====================
Change into Deku at the beginning of the battle, before it starts. When it
starts, Deku twirl around her to stun her. While she is stunned, changed
into Goron and Goron Punch her once. Change back into Deku and wash and
repeat. Score three punches for the win.
(Battle Time: 19 Seconds / 36 Seconds / 21 Seconds
Time starts when the Pirates first appears, Time ends when the final blow
is delievered)
-After winning, Goron Roll to the door with the Gold Poles on it and enter it.
-You'll get to a tank that contains another Zora Egg, refer to the Zora
Equipment. Or better yet read here, I just copy and paste it: "Make sure
your equipments are Zora Mask, Empty Bottle, and the Hookshot. This shall be
known as the 'Egg Equipments' from now on. Next up shall be known as the
'Egg Getting Technique.' Here it is: 'Use the Hookshot to connect to the
piece of wood on the top of the tanks. Once you touch the water, change into
Zora, sink to the bottom, quickly find the egg and grab it with the empty
bottle. Go back to the top and climb off the tank.'" After getting the egg,
change into Goron and Roll to the door that you didn't come in from, the door
that has a hallway connected to it. Get the Stone Mask into the Use List as
well. Plus Hookshot as well.
-Goron Roll down to the bottom and then bounce off that row of boxes and then
start rolling to the 3 O'Clock direction. Change into Link, put the Stone
Mask on. Then aim the Hookshot to the 3 O'Clock position, or to the right due
to your current position, pull yourself up to it. Next, aim your Hookshot at
the 10-11 O'Clock direction and pull yourself up. Change into Goron, and
Roll into the hole on your left.
-Change into Link, put the Stone Mask on, Hookshot on the guard, change back
to Goron and Roll to the left and into the door. Be prepare to fight another
Pirate. Use the strategy previous described. After the battle, run to the one
with the Poles.
-On the next screen, get the same equipments as before to get the Zora Egg,
except this time, the first thing you do when you get into the pool,
instantly release the Zora's Electrice Powers. Then Grab the Egg. Once you
got out of the pool, your Use List should be Hero's Bow, Goron and Stone
Mask. Roll to the door that is on the left side of the tank, or rather
remember the next door is on the sides.
-On the next screen, shoot the Guard that is near your left, the one that
is on your way when you are going to roll to the 10-11 O'Clock direction.
After you have shot her, go to that Goron Roll to that direction as well.
Chang back to Link, get your Hookshot out and pull yourself up to the one
that is to the left. Next, aim your Hookshot at the 2-3 O'Clock direction,
pull yourself up there, aim at the left side. Then enter the door that is
to your left, or behind you.
-Change into Goron and Roll to the right. Then change into Link, put the Stone
Mask on and then run to the otherside and go into that door. Be prepare to
fight your 3rd Pirate and last one. Refer to the previous stated strategy.
Enter the one with the poles as last time, the door I mean.
-Use the orginal Zora Egg getting strategy as before. Once you have gotten
the Zora Egg, pull the Orcania out and play the Song of Soaring. Select
Great Bay Coast. Refill the Use List with the three Zora Eggs and then climb
up to the Labatory. Link Roll your way there. Put the rest of the Zora Eggs
in the tank, all three of them. After that see, the long scence. Then take
out the guitar/Orcania out and learn the song 'New Wave Bossa Nova.' Play
the Song of Soaring, select Zora Cape. Play the New Wave Bossa Nova once you
reached there. See another long scence. This one will take 1 minute and 24
seconds, even when trying speed through the dialouge. Goron Roll to the Owl
Statue, break some of the pots to get some arrows and refill your magic.
Save your progress, with the Owl, after that.
(Time at the end of Part 16| Video Time: 12:53) (Total Video Time: 2:17:15)

Part 17
=========
-Replace the Empty Bottole and Orcania with the Zora and Hookshot. Turn to
the 9 O'Clock direction and walk a few steps, from current position. Take the
Hookshot out and connect it to the palm tree on the right. A small scence
will take place.
-Great Bay Temple. Change into Goron and Roll and enter to the first door.
-Change into Zora, Z-Target, and then head for the swith on the forward right
of this screen, from first position. Push it, if you are going from the right
Face the 6 O'Clock direction, Z-Target and swim to that thing that's going
up and down. Wait for it to come down and then get on it. Stare to the right
of this room, from you first enter it, and get ready to jump once you reach
the upper floor. After the jump, face the 9 O'Clock direction, change into
Goron and Roll to the end of that cliff. Change into Link, and jump on that
pipe water when it's at the very bottom, jump off of it and to the 12
O'Clock direction when it's on the very top. Change into Goron and Roll to
the next screen.
-Change into Zora, dive to the 2 O'Clock direction and into the water. Enter
the waterway that is the third one that you see. It should have a green and
red pipe connecting to it.
-Start turning to the right and back to the left, so that you can enter a
water way with a red pipe connecting to it. On that waterway's entrance, you
can use the Zora's Electric attack to finish that guy off. After that, keep
going. When you start going in a straight line again, stay to the left and
thrust for it. When you see that the path way has ended (after the third
enemy, dolphin jump, then enter that door infront of you.
-Zora Roll to the 12 O'Clock position and then go into the water. Sink to the
bottom and at the same time, use Zora's Electric attack to kill anyone that
are close by. Open the chest to get a Small Key, then go back to the top
of the water. 6 O'Clock direction, then dive into the water that is to the
right of you, or rather the left part of when you got into this room.
-Keep swimming in that waterway and enter the first waterway that you see.
It has only one red pipe connected to it and it's on the bottom level from
the one that you just came out of. Swim all the way through.
-After you get out, follow the red pipe on the left and climb on top of it.
The best suitable mask to wear to pass this thing the fastest is the Deku
Mask. Twirl your way to the end, shield yourself when the enemy is closeby
to withstand any blasted that it will give. Then Goron Roll to that door and
use the small key to open it. On the next screen, Goron Roll all the way to
the other side and open that door. Prepare to fight a miniboss
Mini-Boss Battle Eyes with Bubbles (Battle Time: 3 minute 18 seconds)
====================================
(Battle Time starts when monster is put into large view) This battle can
be one of the longest that you can fight. There are 3 Stages, rather phases,
that you must go through. For the majority of this battle, you'll be using
the Zora Mask. The other two things that should be on the Use list should
be Goron Mask and Deku. Stage 1, Use the Zora's Bommerang attack him,
but you must do this only when his eyes is open. Z-Targeting and instantly
bommerang it isn't the way to go, make sure it's open to attack it. After
every attack, change into Deku Link, and twirl away or just attack the
bubbles that came out, your choose. Then change back into Zora and attack
while his eyes are open again. Do this for 5 times to reach Stage 2. In
Stage 2, all the bubbles will attack you. The two strategies that I see are
you Deku and twirling at every single bubble, the other one is using Deku
Nuts (it seems to pop a lot of ballons with one hit). In Stage 3, take the
Fire Arrow out, shoot at the boss, and once again, do it while it's eye is
open. This is quite tricky, since his eye open and shut very fast, plus the
fact that he is bouncing everywhere. Z-Target to aid your way. Do this for
3 times to end the battle. Change to Goron and raise the shield to block
the enemies final attack, which is an explosion.
(NOTE: While fighting this battle, Dragorn's game went to the dawn of the
Second Day.)
-Open the chest that is left behind. You'll get to the Ice Arrow. Turn to
6 O'Clock, Z-Target and Goron Roll to that door, enter it as well. On the
next screen, just Roll to the other side and enter that door
-On the next screen change into Zora, Dive to the 10-11 O'Clock direction.
Swim all the way to the other side of the room, but make sure that you
dolphin jump to the ground. Turn back 6 O'Clock, Z-Target, take the Ice
Arrow out, change into Link, and Ice Arrow the guy that is infront of you.
As Link, jump on top of that piece of ice and then on to the top platform.
Pull that red switch when you get there. From current position, Z-Target,
walk to 12 O'Clock and dive into the water, change into Zora and sink to
the bottom. Then enter that exit that is down there. Reach the other end.
-On the next screen, your target is the opening that is the first one that
you see and it's the one that is one the very top one. There is a trick in
which case Dragorn used. It's on the right red pipe, you should face the
the inner of that and the wall, then slowly push your way up to the top.
Then enter that hole (green/red).
-On the next screen, stay close to the green pipe, and aim for the ledge that
is on the right of it. Climb on top of that, I believe that you can dolphin
jump there as well. From there, find the next ledge that you can go to.
Change into Link, use the Ice Arrow and shoot it in the middle of the ledge
that you are standing on and the one other one. Change to Deku and hop onto
that ice thing and reach the other ledge. Change back into Link and shoot
another Ice Arrow connecting to the one on the upper level one. Change into
Deku and hope onto the second ice, then into Link and jump onto the upper
ledge. Enter the door.
-On the next screen, pull the Ice Arrow and shoot the enemy in front of you.
Push that piece of ice forward and then climb on top of it, and get to the
top of that ledge, go to the right side and pull that switch. Change into
Goron and roll to the door that you came from and exit from that door.
-Change into Zora, jump down into the water, and swim to the 3 O'Clock
direction. Use the Zora's electric attack to kill the enemy in the way. Keep
on the left side to avoid the enemies, then dolphin jump after the third one
to reach the ground and enter the door.
-On the next screen, change into Link and Ice Arrow to the right side. Use
Deku for the first half and Link for the other to reach the top. You might
need to use two Ice stepping to reach there. Change into Deku and twirl to
break all the icicles. Change into Link and use the Fire Arrow to melt the
ice. Change into Goron, Roll and enter the door. Prepare for another mini
boss battle
Mini-Boss Battle Frog with Bubbles (Battle Time: 1 Minute 29 Seconds)
====================================
(Battle Time starts when enemy is seen) At the beginning of the battle Goron
Roll to the boss, change into Link, and use Fire Arrow on him. The boss
should go to the top of this room. Change into Goron and Roll to a corner.
Change back into Link and use the Ice on the boss when the enemy is on the
ground. Once you see the enemy again, shoot the Ice Arrow at it again. Then
Change back into Goron and repeat the process all over again. 4 Ice Arrows
is need to finsih this battle.
-After the battle, change into Goron and roll the to the door on the right,
and then enter that door. On the next screen, Roll to the end and get the
Boss Key. Face the golden gate/fence with the hole in it, change into Link
and get onto the hole, change into Deku and jump to the left and onto the
ground. Then change into Zora and enter the waterway on the right.
-On the next screen, swim swiftly to the top and dolphin jump when you are
near the waterway with the green/red pipelines, and land on the ledge.
Change to the 2-3 O'Clock direcition, change into Goron and roll the place
where the ladder is, change into Link and climb the ladder. Change to the
3 O'Clock direction, as Link, walk to the center of the spinning thing. When
the thing comes, walk to the right, try to time it right. Then staying near
the center, climb onto the upcoming side. Get the Ice Arrow out and shoot
the ladder. Goron Roll over there, turn back into Link and climb that laddeer
and enter the door at the top.
-On the next screen, pull the Fire Arrow out and kill the enemy on the right.
Then put the Ice Arrow and the Deku Mask on the Use list. Form a Ice stepping
stone that connects to the platform that the enemy was near. You'll need to
make two of them, use Deku for skipping on the water and Link for the final
jump onto that platform. If you are doing this from the right side, the
switch, push the lever. Change into Goron, and dive into the water, you'll
teleport to the door. Head back.
-On the next screen, Goron Roll to the center of the spinning thing. Change
to Link and follow the flow to get back to the opposite side, then Goron
Roll and enter the other side's path. Roll to where the ground start going
down.
-Pull out the Hookshot. Turn to the 3 O'Clock direction and aim up at the
sky. Find a target and slowly put the Hookshot's dot on it, pull yourself up
there. You'll land on the waterpipe's water. Once you land, face the 3-4
O'Clock direction and jump over to that ledge. If you are doing this from
the right side, pull the switch. Change into Deku, turn to 6 O'Clock
direction and go foward and hop on the yellow switch platform. If doing from
the right side, pull it. Find the door that you first enter the temple from,
Deku hop all the way over there, and take the platform on the left, that
raises, the same one that you used before previously. Now use the same route
that you once you used before and enter the room with the spinning blades.
-On that room, dive from the left side and find the center red pipe. Stick
with it as you travel, soon it will go into a hole with a green pipe on the
right side, enter this one. During the swim, use the Electric attack to
kill some enemies in the way.
-On the next room, you'll have to avoid all the spike bombs and make your
way to the bottom right of this room, you enter from the bottom left, you
should know what to do. Wait for the platform to come down, and then get on
top of it. Now quickly face the direction that you came from. As it moves
all the way to the top, jump onto the rolling pipe, and then jump onto the
platform that is moving towards you. Then turn to the 5 O'Clock direction
and fire an Ice Arrow at the waterfall, make sure not to hit the wheel flaps
itself. Turn to the 12 O'Clock direction, Z-Target and go forward, jump
onto the ledge. Face 3 O'Clock, Change into Goron to where you can you
the flaps, stop and roll from where you are onto the flap, and then to the
end of the other flap where that one and the new ground are close. Change
back into Link and make the final jump onto the new ground. Enter that door.
-On the next screen, Goron Roll to the Balancer on the left, the one that you
can instantly see first and is on the left. Change into Link, get the Fire
Arrow out and shoot the top and opposite side's ice. Face 9 O'Clock and jump
onto the next Balancer. Shoot a Fire Arrow as well, just like the one
previously said. Face 3 O'Clock, Z-Target, and if you doing it from the left
side (the green switch) then pull. Change into Goron, then Roll to the 2
Clock direction to the first Balancer that you saw, Fire Arrow that one as
well. Turn to the 7-8 O'Clock direction and jump to the new ledge. Change
into Goron and Roll and enter that door.
-On the next screen, change into Zora, dive down and sink down, and enter the
waterway that is 12 O'Clock, the one that is down there. Swim all the way to
it. Then on the next screen, you'll want to stick with the left side, and aim
for the lowest waterway, the one with a green pipeline on the left side,
enter it.
-On the next screen, you can go to right of this screen and get some arrows
and refill some magic, or you can proceed to the left side and go on top
of the green pipe. Once on the green pipe, change into Deku and twirl your
way to the other side. Then on the switch, if doing from the left side, pull.
Change into Link and jump on that waterpipe's water that is in front of you.
Remember to jump off of it when it reached the top. Proceed to the Boss'
Chamber and be ready for the battle. On the next screen, have on your Use
List, the Zora's Mask and Hero's Bow. Be as Link, jump into the hole,
followed by a dive chop, to speed up the time.
Boss Battle: Gyorg the Gangartuan Masked Fish (BT: 1 Minute 55 Seconds)
===============================================
(Battle Time starts when Boss Name is faded away) This Boss has two phases.
The first one is just him. All you need to do is fine him, shoot him with
an aroow, change into Zora and go down there, than use your electric attack
while touching him. Do this 3 times to go into the second phase. On the
second phase, from his mouth, he'll release many tiny fished after you. This
isn't a big threat, since they can be killed with your Electric attack. Now
you'll need to do 2 more attack on him for the battle to be over. Shooting
with arrow isn't considered an attack, use the Electric on him is considered
to be it. The hard part is finding him without the help of Z-Target, you
can use the Z-Target, but it won't work if the boss is too far away. After
each Electric attack though, try your best to dolphin jump back onto the
platform. Using the regular edge climb does waste time.
-After battle, dolphin jump onto the platform, get the heart container and
then the mask. After the storyline scence, change into Goron and play the
Song of Soaring, select Clock Town and then Save your progress. This has
been the longest part that I've typed before.

-Face the 6 O'Clock direction and then Goron Roll straight ahead.
-On the next screen, Goron Roll on the right. Now aim your Goron Spike Roll
on the righest enemy's left side. A few common steps on that direction and

-Roll to the 11 O'Clock direction and into the small pool on the right. Take
a Empty Bottle out and catch a fish. Then play the Song of Soaring, select
Clock Town.
-You target is the exit way on the other side. So you should Roll to the
3 O'Clock side, face to the 12 O'Clock direction and Roll to the exit from
there.
-On the next screen, just roll to the 3 O'Clock direction all the way, twist
and turn to the exit way for that direction, a guard should be guarding it.
-On the field, change into Link, put the Garo's Mask on the Use List, put
it on, take the Orcania out and play Epona's Song. Run to Epona and get on
her. Then ride Epona to the 12 O'Clock position of the first screen on the
field.
-On the next screen, go all the way to the end and to the left side. Note
that you won't get hurt as long as you're riding on Epona. Skip the first
fence by going on the left, then get your speed up to jump over the 2nd
and 3rd fence. After that, Z-Target the Garo sitting on the top level/
ground, talk to him. Get off Epona, put the Hookshot on the Use List.
Connect the Hookshot to the tree that was made by the Garo. Once you reach
the top of the tree, change into Goron and Roll all the way to the exit

-Goron Roll to the left side of the house, or rather the same route that you
once traveled on. Before heading to the house's door entering it, but the
Stone Mask on, then enter that door. Once you're inside, change into Goron,
Roll to left and down the stairs. Then Roll to the closet and have the
man come crying out. (For some reason, Dragorn did this, but I thought you
can do this without changing) Change into Link, take the Orcania out, and
play the Song of Healing. A short scence will take place. You'll get the
Gibdo Mask, rather the mummy mask. Change back into Goron, take the Orcania
out, play the Song of Soaring, select Ikana Canyon. Save your progress.

Part 19
=========
-From current position. Goron Roll around the tree on the right and start
powering up the Goron Spike Rol (I don't know if this is needed) and then
start rolling on the left path of the house (the one that you haven't used
yet). Once you got to the upper level, turn all the way to the left and
use that path up. Once you are near the tree and the next upper path, stop
your rolling, turn to the 6 O'Clock direction, Z-Target, and roll slowly to
the other side of that small wooden bridge. After that, take a few steps
forward of the bridge, then turn to the left, and roll up to the next upper
level. Then go down the entrance of 'Beneath the Well.' You'll take some
damage, that's normal.
-Beneath the Well. Turn to the 3 O'Clock direction, Z-Target, Put on the Use
List Goron Mask, Gibdo Mask, and Magic Beans. Change into Link, put the
Gibdo Mask on. Talk to the Gibdo, and then give it the Magic Beans.

Get ready for a mini-boss battle.
Mini-Boss Battle: Big Poe (Battle Time: 42 Seconds)
===========================
Change into Link, put the Fire Arrow on the Use List. Z-Target it, raise
your shield to block his attack. Then use the Fire Arrow to attack him.
Turn around, Z-Target of your current view when you last attacked him,
get your shield up again, and repeat the process all over again. Nail 5
Fire Arrows at him to end the battle. (Battle Time starts when the blue
flame is first seen) Change into Goron, get a Empty Bottle on the Use
List, and catch that Poe. Change into Goron.

get the Mirror Shield from it. Take the Orcania out and play the Song of
Soaring, select Ikana Canyon. Save your progress.

(Game Time: 12:07 Second Day)
Part 20
=========
-From Current position, Z-Target, Roll to the 3 O'Clock tree, get some arrows
and refill your magic. Then Roll to the entranceway 2 O'Clock direction of
the tree.
-Ancient Castle of Ikana. Face the 9 O'Clock direction, Z-Target, Roll to
the Diamond Crystal and punch it. Change into Link, face the opposite
direction that you came from. Use the reflect of your shield and shine it
at the Sun Stone. Change into Goron and Roll forward.
-Ancient Castle of Ikana's Opening Scence. Z-Target and Roll to the entrance-
way in the 10 O'Clock direction.
-Change into Link, Put the Fire Arrow in the Use List, Use the Fire Arrow
at the piece of ice, above and in the 10-11 Direction. Change back into
Goron and Roll to the doorway on the left side, curving on the outside
of this room to avoid the enemies in the center. Enter that door.
-Put the Deku and Goron Mask in the Use List. Goron Roll to the Diamond
Crystal and punch it. Roll to the 3 O'Clock direction and onto the second
flower pad. Change into Deku and go into it. Turn to the 1-2 O'Clock
direction and shoot to the rusted button pillar there. The roof layer should
go back down now. Change into Goron to push the button down. Look into the
direction of the opened door, Z-Target it, and Goron Roll to it. Enter that
door as well.
-Change into Deku and go into the flower pad. Turn to the 9 O'Clock direction
and shoot to the rusted button over there. Change into Link to push the
button down. Put the Hero's Hero into the use List. Shoot down the two
Skullata Spider Enemies. Both are located above. One is located between the
two pillars that you see, you can only see the back of this enemy. And the
other one is on the 1 O'Clock direction, you can see the enemy face and this
enemy is lcoated on the left side of the left pillar. Swing your sword, then
jump to the 1-2 O'Clock's pillar/ground. Proceed to the 12 O'Clock pillar/
ground. Look at the exitway, Z-Target, and Jump over there. Put the Stone
Mask on and enter that exitway.
-On the next screen, roll directly forward and into the next exitway. Avoid
both enemies by rolling in the middle of them.
-Change into Goron and Roll to opposite side, enter that door. On the next
screen, roll forward and near the first step. Change into Link and Climb
to the top floor. Change into Goron and Slowly Roll the ledge on the left
side. Then jump down to the closes flower pad that you see. Change into Deku
and go to the rusted button on the left side, ignore the other flower pad.
Change into Goron and push the button down. Roll down to the ground and enter

change into Link with the Captain's Hat on. Roll by the enemies and enter
the exitway. Prepare for an mini-boss battle
Mini-Boss Battle: Wizard with Fire (Battle Time: 1 minute 1 Second)
====================================
This battle is like the same as the last battle, or the last time you
faced them. Use the Fire Arrow and attack with it 4 times. Best to stay
at one corner and attack from there. Then attack with it another 4 more
times to end the battle. Battle Time starts when the first pink flame is
seen. Roll the opposite door, I don't know how to explain it, the direction
I mean. Put the Captain's Hat on Link and enter the door.
-On the next screen Roll forward all the way. Put the Goron Mask on and Roll
to the opposite side and enter that door. On the next screen you'll be on
the outside of the Castle. Goron Roll to the right side, find the symbol,
colored brown and green, and then put a Powder Keg on it. Change into Link
with the Captain's Mask on, take the Hero's Bow out and Shoot it instantly,
don't waste time walking back and shooting it. That way, you'll go to the
bottom instantly.
-Once you land, reflect your shield on the Sun Stone infront of you. Link
roll forward to that new entranceway.
-Change into Goron and enter that door. Roll forward to the throne. Prepare
for a mini-boss battle.
Mini-Boss Battle: King and his Two Guards (Battle Time 2 minute 32 Seconds)
===========================================
(Battle Times start when earth begins shaking) After the talking, change
into Link, and fire the Fire Arrow one of the curtains. Change into Deku,
Deku Twirl to stun one of Guards, change back into Goron and Goron Punch it.
You can just forget about using the Deku tactic and just rely on the Goron
Punches to finish the job. Nail 3 Goron Punches and then Shine the light
with the Mirror Shield to finish each guard off. Then it's time to face the
king.
King - Use the same strategy that you used on the guards, except this time
you need to nail 7 Goron Punches on him. Then shine the light on him to
end the battle. (Time Ends when the light shined on the King)
-You'll then learn the song 'Elegy of Emptiness.' For some reason, Dragorn
didn't play the Song of Soaring after learning the song. I believe that it
could be done, but that is from my guess alone. Instead, he went back two
screens back, the one after the monsters in the middle of the room. Then he
played the Song of Soaring, select Ikana Canyon. Save your progress.
(Time at the end of Part 20| Video Time: 11:14) (Total Video Time: 3:10:06)
(Game Time: 13:47 Second Day)
Part 21
=========
-Start the Goron Spike Roll and Roll toward the right of the green house. Go
up the cliff on the left and then turn to the right. Roll on the left of the
tree and go into the entranceway that has a statue like foundation.
(When you change back into Link and/or using the Hookshot, remember to put
the Stone Mask back on to avoid the bats in this place.
-Stone Tower and opening scence. Change into Link and roll forward and jump
across the stone plates. Replace the Goron and Deku Masks with the Hookshot
and the Stone Mask. Put the Stone on before reaching the other side. Land
on the button in front of you, a plate will move, play Elegy of Emptiness.
Face the 5-7 O'Clock postition, Z-Target, aim the Hookshot at the pillar and
pull yourself up there. Then head to the opposite side of the pole and go
on the button. Replace the Hookshot with the Zora Mask, play the Elegy of
Emptiness.
Turn to the oppostie side of the pole, from your current position, replace
the Zora with the Hookshot and pull yourself up there to that pole. Replace
the Hookshot with the Goron Mask. Z-Target and roll to the button on the
9 O'Clock position. Play Elegy of Emptiness.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Change into Link and jump/roll toward the 10 O'Clock direction over the
plates, to the last plate. Look at the 1-2 O'Clock direction and pull your-
self up there. You'll should see the button when you get up there, get on the
the button and play Elegy of Emptiness.
(This is kinda hard to explain. The pole is located near your nearest wall
but it's over your location) So you'll need to head to the 10 O'Clock
direction, Z-Target, 12 O'Clock and aim up at the pole with the Hookshot
to get up there. The button is on the right side of the pole, but there is a
enemy there, the one that shoots laser with it's eye and is stationary.
Dragorn took a quick risk and approached it head on after changing into a
Goron, but for safety I suggest that you goto it with a Stone Mask then
change into Goron. Play Elegy of Emptiness.
Change into Link, put the Stone Mask on, your next target is, from your
current position located a little bit above the previous pole. Pull yourself
up there. After going up there, your button is on the 10-11 O'Clock
direction, Change into Zora with this one. Play Elegy of Emptiness.
Face the wall and then face the opposite direction. Dragorn changed into
Goron and rolled close to the first pillar. Then change into Link and Roll/
Jump across the plates and to the next side.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
On the next side, turn to the 3 O'Clock direction and Hookshot on the pole
up there. Then take a few steps in the 12 O'Clock direction. Then aim the
Hookshot up there above, pull yourself up there. You may need to get a bit
closer to hit it, this was one of Dragorn's flaws. From that pillars, head
on, turn to the 1 O'Clock direction and pull yourself to that pole. Change
into Goron and Roll to the opposite side of the pole. Change into Link, hit
it, change back into Goron and save your progress.
(Time at the end of Part 21| Video Time: 6:03)(Total Video Time: 3:16:10)
(Game Time: 14:35 Second Day)
Part 22
=========
-Your Use List should be any of the 2 Masks (Not Stone) and the Orcania. You
should know what to do. Do this for all buttons. You can use Link for one of
them as the 3rd and final button. Then roll to the opposite side, using Link
as said before. Once you reach the other side.
-Stone Tower Temple and Opening Scence. Goron Roll to the door on the left,
enter it.
-(Be swift about it) Goron Roll forward and close to the wall in front of you.
Change into Link, throw the bomb at the wall, head to the enemy and block the
enemy with the shield. Go to the bomb and shield the bomb. Change into Goron
and Goron Punch on the second crate, change into Link, and grab the wood box
in there. Turn to the opposite direction of how you saw the crates. Walk
forward and get to the right button, jump on it, and put the box on it.
Change into Goron.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Now from the crate exiting, use the left side this time. Goron Roll over
there and to the left button, the left side's button. At that buuton you can
even use the Goron's Shield to block the enemies attack, it's the one with
the mouse and bomb, kinda like the one you saw before. Play the Elegy of
Emptiness. Roll to the first button that you saw before. Zora and Elegy of
Emptiness for that button. Roll to the button on the right's back room, Link
and Elegy of Emptiness for that button. Then enter the right's front room by
using Goron Roll.
-Then Roll to the dark center of the next screen, but make sure to face to
side that you came out of. But the bomb there, face that direction, shield
it and be ready to take some damage. Then flash your shield at the Sun Stone
that is in front of you.
-(This part is very suicidal, Dragorn had like 1/4th of a life left before he
could get any heart left. I couldn't believe that Dragorn didn't do a
second run for this part, this was amazing, but it could've been improved as
well.) He Goron Rolled to the other side, after the lava pool. Face the
opposite side of previous direction, throw bombs. Dragorn threw a total of
6 Bombs. After you have made add the Bull Stone about to explode, change
into Goron and Shield down to avoid anymore damage. Then get some hearts from
the Bull Stones' left behindings. Get the small key from the lava pool.
Head to the exitway on the otherside.
-On the next screen, roll to the 9 O'Clock side and enter that door, using
the key as well.
-Next screen, change into Zora. Dive into the water, go under the bridge,
avoid all spikes. Then Dolphin jump up to the wall forward up. Aim for the
middle of the two black things. Then open the chest to get a Small Key.
Then turn to the 6 O'Clock Direction, jump into the water and start turning
to the right and into the hole/exitway. Avoid the arm enemy by staying close
to the bottom. Swim to the next section.
-On the next screen your suppose to get on top of the dry ground that you just
came out of, meaning you should just go left/right then rise to the top of
the water, then climb onto it. Then head for the door and use the key and
open it. Change into Goron and Roll to the door.
-On the next screen, Roll forward to the pillar in front of you. Goron Punch
it twice to unlevel that pillar. Replace the Zora with the Stone Mask, turn
into Link and put the Stone on. Climb on the last slide of pillar. Shine the
Light on the mirror on the left for 5 Seconds, Shine it on the left mirror
with the new light for 3 Seconds, and then Shine the new light on the Sun
Stone on the right. Change into Goron and Roll to the door in the front,
enter it.
-Replace the Stone Mask with the Deku Mask, Change into Deku. Go into the
flower pad, then you'll have to do this part with skills. From the current
position, these are the air pipes that you should aim for. O'Clocks: 12, 11,
7-8. After the last one, go on top of the of the cliff. Enter the door on the
right.
Mini-Boss Battle: Jumping Spinning Ninja (Battle Time: 1 minute 8 seconds)
==========================================
For your first move, just shield it with the Deku, to Block it's attack.
Then Deku Twirl around him to stun him. Then Change into Goron and Punch
him. Remember though, after you have damaged him, quickly shield yourself
because he has this counterattack right after your attack. It's unavoidable
so you need to shield yourself from this attack. You need to delivery a
total of 7 Goron Punches to kill this guy. Dragorn only messed up once
while battling this guy
-After the battle, a chest will appear, containing the Light Arrow. Then
instantly play the Song of Soaring and go to the entrance. Exit the temple,
play the Song of Soaring, select Clock Town
-Once at Clock Town, Goron Roll to the 6 O'Clock direction. Z-Target, Roll to
the second door to the left, the shop ones, and enter into the Trading Post.
Goron Roll to the Clerk. Buy Three (3) Green Potions. Play Song of Soaring,
select Stone Tower. Save your progress.
