=======================================================================

Below are a few reviews by others and me who have rented\own this game.

Reviewer: Ranma

Website: http://members.xoom.com/ccconline/ccchome.html
Score: 9\10

Well, this new fighting game straight from Nintendo (that I've been
waiting for since I heard about the Japanese version) is certainly...
different. But then again, Nintendo is all about innovation. And
usually, it's good, and this game is definitely no exception - you'll
love it.

Graphics: 10/10

The graphics in Smash Brothers are definitely its best asset. The
backgrounds are beautifully constructed; Hyrule Castle (Link's stage)
never looked better. The animation for the characters is perfectly
smooth; and the camera is the same. There IS no choppiness in this
game. NONE. Every character is perfectly constructed, as I every stage.
Smash Bros.' graphics compare with even Zelda 64's. Really. And to
think, all this is without the Expansion Pak.

Music/Sound: 9/10

All I can say is, "wow". This is the best N64 music I've heard since
Star Fox 64 and Diddy Kong Racing. Every character has their own,
perfectly remixed theme to go along with their stage. Mario's has the
classic "Mario" music to it (remember the NES days?). Yoshi has the
Yoshi's Story music to it. Link has his ORIGINAL THEME (YES!), instead
of that mess we got in Zelda 64. Donkey Kong has his jungle theme from
Donkey Kong Country 1. Fox has the opening music from Star Fox 64.
Samus has the original Metroid (NES) theme. Kirby has his original game
theme. And Pikachu has one of the Pokémon battle or town themes (I
forgot which). And then there's some original music, most of which
rocks. The sound effects are good too; especially the character voices.
All of them are original, but I was kind of disappointed when I found
out that the Yoshi in this game is not the Yoshi we've come to know and
love; rather, it's the baby Yoshi from Yoshi's Story. Ick. Pikachu's
and Jigglypuff's voices come straight from the Pokémon Anime. Really
well done.

Control: 8/10

This is the game's worst asset, but that's not saying much anyway. The
controls are 90% responsive, but there IS a noticeable, annoying lag
sometimes, and sometimes the Control Stick doesn't register your
movements. This problem usually comes when trying to Jump or Double
Jump to save yourself from falling out of the ring. Other than that,
the response is fine. Unfortunately, this being a "family" game, the
actual button uses are VERY limited. Actually, limited to the Control
Stick, A Button, B Button, and R Button. All other buttons are useless,
or optional. The Control Stick, obviously, is used to move around. The
A Button is for your basic physical attacks, and can be used in
conjunction with the Control Stick for more powerful hits. The B Button
is usually used for a projectile attack, depending on the character;
Mario's Fireball, Samus' Energy Shot, Fox's Blaster, Pikachu's
Lightning Blast, etc. The R Button is for your Shield, to defend from
attacks; the L Button (optional) for a taunt, the C Buttons can change
your character's clothing color at the Character Select Screen. So,
basically, the controls are fine, just a little simple.

Fun Factor: 9/10

Smash Brothers is fun, with one player or more, but to get the full fun
and benefit out of the game, you'll need to play with three or four
players sometimes. The one player mode is fairly linear; your chosen
character will fight every other character, as well as "bonus"
characters (you can't be them to my knowledge): Giant Donkey Kong
instead of DK himself, the Yoshi Team (vs. 18) instead of just Yoshi,
the Kirby Team (vs. 8) instead of just Kirby, Metal Mario (from Mario
64), the Fighting Polygon Team (vs. 30), and the final boss, the, uh..
"Master Hand", a, uhm.. giant hand. Whatever. o.O; Every time you beat
the game, you get a cool CG art picture of the character you used. In
addition to this, there are four secret characters: Jigglypuff (another
Pokémon, the balloon-like unbearably cute singing one), Luigi (Mario's
brother, obviously), Captain Falcon (a racer from F-Zero and F-Zero X..
uh, yeah) and Ness (the hero from earthbound, Nintendo's sole RPG for
the SNES). Pretty cool. And they're damned hard to unlock, too. Very
fun; it has a lot of replay value.

Overall: 9/10

You won't be disappointed with Super Smash Brothers. It's been a long
time in the making, and is a top-quality N64 game. If you get any N64
fighter, make it this one. There are a few flaws, mainly with the
controls, but other than that, it's nearly perfect. Get it as soon as
possible, but make sure that you have two or more people to play it
with once in awhile.

Score: 10\10

I was going to buy this game; my Blockbuster was all out. I was heading
out to buy it when I just got a strange feeling that it was in at
Blockbuster Video. I went in and looked... but it wasn't there. Then it
hit me! I asked the clerk if they had any that they just got and to my
surprise... there was a copy sitting right there for me! I couldn't
wait to get it home. And when I did, I played it all day! This is one
of the BEST games for Nintendo 64 yet! There are some high points but
not that many low points:

Sound - 8:

The sound is nothing new, but just remixed. An example is when you hear
Kirby's
Theme Music in DreamLand, and Zelda Overworld in Hyrule Castle. The
sound is great, with original sound effects

Graphics - 7:

I can understand why the graphics are not very advanced. If there were
state
Of the art graphics in this game, 4 player VS Mode would be a disaster.
I think the N64 would probably explode then.

Gameplay - 10:

This is what this game is all about. There are so many options to play!
An excellent part of Super Smash Brothers. There are so many options in
this game that I haven't even had a chance to look at all of them. The
controls are excellent for this game and the moves are easy to learn.
It is better than any other fighting game because in other fighting
games, it is so real. This game is SOOOOOO overexaggerative. When you
get hit, you FLY across the screen! You can jump about 50 feet and your
fists get twice as big as they were when you hit someone!

Replay Value - 10:

You can keep playing forever in VS Mode without getting bored at all.
The only reason you will find yourself playing 1 Player Mode is if you
have no friends or you are trying to unlock secret characters.

Overall Score - 10!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I've spent enough time writing this review. I shall shut up now
and let you have a chance to go get this game!

Reviewer: TheMasterReviewer

Score: 10/10

How would you like a game with all your favorite Nintendo characters
duking it out? Well, dang, you are lucky because Super Smash Brothers
is just like that! You can either be Pikachu, Samus, Mario, Kirby, Link
or Yoshi. All of your favorite characters and the way it plays is just
as interesting. You will see a damage percentage at the bottom of your
screen showing how much you have damaged your opponent and the moves
rock! There are combos to special moves that all look awesome. You can
even grab a Poke Ball and throw it and a Pokemon comes out! Plus, you
get to choose from all different levels such as Hyrule Castle and all
of your favorite Nintendo characters' levels!

Gameplay 10/10

This game is a great addition to the fighting genre. It will keep you
interested and best of all the gameplay is "intense" fighting. Really,
it is unbelievable. The gameplay moves fast and so do the moves. There
are also four hidden characters that add to the gameplay and a 1 player
mode! All you fighting fans and just Nintendo fans, you definitely will
LOVE this one.

Graphics 9/10

Unfortunately, this is plagued by draw-in, where characters are found
going through walls and platforms... Yes it certainly subtracts from
the graphics, but the characters look great and much more enhanced.
Link doesn't quite look like he did in Ocarina of Time, but it is sort
of close to it. The special moves and combos look cool, yeah, I guess
you could say the graphics are pretty decent.

Control 10/10

The controls are responsive; easy-to-use and you'll get used to this
game in 5 minutes flat.

Sound/Music 10/10

The Sound F/X and Music are just plain AWESOME. The music is all the
theme songs of your favorite "Nintendo" Video Games, such as the
original "Zelda Theme!" The Sound F/X sound cool when you initiate
combos also.

Replay Value 10/10

This game is definitely a replayer. Even after it is primitive, you
will still play it. The Replay Value is high and I see no way of this
game being forgotten.

Overall 10/10

This game is the perfect fighting game on Nintendo 64. If you are
looking for one, this is the BEST

Score: 9.1/10

Music - 9: Super Smash Brothers brought back a few old tunes from the
NES days to this game. Mushroom kingdom is an awesome level because of
its great background music. If sound is important to you in a game, SSB
will not disappoint!

Sound Effects - 10: I love the sounds they put in for the different
characters in this game, especially the "pika, pika" sound you hear as
pikachu falls into the background, sometimes the sound can get a little
annoying at times, but then you can just smash the annoying bugger into
the background!

Control - 9: Some say the controls are too easy, others too hard. I
think it's a little of both. The controls for the normal 8 characters
are pretty easy to learn. While the other 4 characters moves may be
difficult to master. But hey, by the time you earn the secret
characters you'll be pretty good anyway, right? Overall the controls
are easy to learn, and responsive.

Graphics - 7: What did you expect out of a fighting game? Zelda 64-like
graphics? Actually, the graphics aren't that bad, not too blocky, not
too sharp. I think if they made the graphics any better the gameplay
would have lacked a bit. You don't really notice the graphics though,
except on the characters which were done pretty well!

Gameplay - 10: Now we get to the one that counts the most - gameplay!
This game gets a perfect 10 from me in this category. The gameplay is
unbelievable. If you have 1 or 2 or even 3 friends this game will be
your whole life! The items are cool, the levels are great, the
characters rock. What else can I say?

Replay - 9: This game has a great replay value, with VS mode, training
mode, 2 bonus levels, and 5 levels of difficulty in 1P mode, this game
will keep you coming back for more every day!

Fun Factor - 10: I guess almost the same as replay....the fun never
stops with this game, from fighting those cute little Kirby and yoshi
teams, to beating the heck outta jigglypuff and hearing her scream
"jigglyyyyyyyyyypufffff" this game is one of the most fun on the N64!

Overall - 9.1\10 - Very high score for a fighting game - Super Smash
Brothers is great in every way. You will love this game just as much as
everyone else if you are a Nintendo fan.

4. Combos
=======================================================================

Mario:
------

Combo #1:

Execute mario's tornado spin(Down+b) on the ground to send an enemy
flying into the air, then press Up+b to do his coin punch while the
enemy is still in the air. This adds up to 20%-35% damage. Very
effective! Works every time...

Combo #2:

This is mario's 'infinite combo' and is quite easy to pull of in some
levels, back your opponent into a wall (throwing works well) and then
keep tapping 'A'. If done correctly you should rack up about 50-200
percent in damage points!

Combo #3:

Another combo I like to do is mario's tornado. If your opponent has any
damage at all this combo should work most of the time. It is easier to
pull off when your opponent has more damage. Anyway, hit B to shoot a
fireball, stunning the enemy, run up to them quickly, and execute
mario's tornado spin. Sending your enemy up into the air. Now you can
do one of three things:

A. Wait until they fall down, execute the move again JUST before they
hit the ground, and repeat this until they either die or get out of
this move.

..A is not the most effective, howbout B...

B. Jump up, meet them halfway, and do a mid-air tornado spin again,
sending them even higher, fall down, then jump up again, etc...

.Not too bad, works quite well most of the time..Try my favorite
choice, C....

C. Do a mixture of both A and B, alternating them perhaps, then when
you want to finish the combo, jump up, press UP+B to do a coin punch.

***Mail in your combos to me at [email protected] and if they work
well (50% of the time or better) when I test the combos I will add it
to my FAQ, and give you credit!***

Samus:
------

Combo #1:

Charge shot, back opponent into corner. Fire shot, run up to enemy and
do the screw attack (Up+b) to send opponent flying, when the opponent
falls down above you, press UP+A (Overhead Fire). This does anywhere
from 35-70% damage depending on your experience with samus.

Combo #2:

Charge up your gun to full power, run at your enemy, do the screw
attack, then when you return to the ground, press UP+A, then jump in
the air and do her midair flame-thrower. Finally, when your opponent
lands, fire off your charged shot. I have gotten this to work about 55%
of the time, that is of course with much practice. This can do a ton of
damage....90% is about the best you can get out of this combo!

Combo #3:

This is Samus' infinite combo, quite easy to do.....Back opponent into
a corner, and tap A like there's no tomorrow...damage done varies with
the length of the combo. Anywhere from 1%-150%(although 150% is pretty
hard to pull off)

Combo #4:

Another fun, easy, simple combo to do is back your opponent into a
wall...yes again. And this time tap B, time your shots, and see how
much you can get out of the combo. If your opponent has 50% or more
damage you should have good success with this move.

***Mail in your combos to me at [email protected] and if they work
well (50% of the time or better) when I test the combos I will add it
to my FAQ, and give you credit!***

Kirby:
------

Combo #1:

This combo is quite simple to pull off, unlike some others, and is my
favorite personally. Execute Kirby's Sword Slash (UP+B) to hit the
enemy, and immediately hit UP+B again. I can get about 40% damage with
this combo before they escape it.

Combo #2:

This is Kirby's infinite combo, the flurry punch, keep tapping A when
your opponent is backed into a corner for THE BEST COMBO IN THE GAME!
How exciting...

***Mail in your combos to me at [email protected] and if they work
well (50% of the time or better) when I test the combos I will add it
to my FAQ, and give you credit!***

Pikachu:
--------

Combo #1:

Hmmm, here's a tuffy. Back opponent into corner, tap A repeatedly. As
you may be thinking, this is pikachu's infinite combo.

Combo #2:

Grab the opponent somewhat near a ledge, and throw them in that
direction, quickly run to the edge, jump, press B, if you timed it
right the opponent will go back even FARTHER. if the get close to
getting back, but below you, hit B again. If by some chance they DO get
back and get above you, hit Down+B to zap em' with some lightning. Does
anywhere from 10% Damage-35% Damage-Dead.

Combo #3:

Extremly cheap, and for me works quite more often than i thought it
would, anywhere on the screen just tap B a few times(or more) if you
time it right, you can cheaply, and quickly rack up about 75%!

***Mail in your combos to me at [email protected] and if they work
well(50% of the time or better) when i test the combos i will add it to
my FAQ, and give you credit!***

Link:
-----

Combo #1:

Very Cheap, Very Easy, Very Fun. Just use his Spin Attack(UP+B) Over,
and over, and over again, you can jump in the air once in a while if
you'd like while doing this. It doesn't really matter with him. This
can do alot of damge, for some reason it's hard to get out of!

Combo #2:

Another easy infininte combo...back opponent into a corner and tap A
like mad!

Combo #3:

Possibbly the cheapest combo in the game, just do his up+a move over,
and over, and OVER again! i can rack up over 100% damage with this
combo!

***Mail in your combos to me at [email protected] and if they work
well(50% of the time or better) when i test the combos i will add it to
my FAQ, and give you credit!***

Fox:
----

Combo #1:

Probably a well known combo, try and make your opponent fire at
you(E.G. mario's fire, samus' blaster, etc.) when they shoot it, use
your reflector(Down+B) to stun them, then attack them with your
favorite move. Blaster Shot works well.....

Combo #2:

Another infinite combo, whoopdeedoo....back your opponent into a
corner, tap A like crazy, Fox's combo is quite good compared to other's
infinite combos....

***Mail in your combos to me at [email protected] and if they work
well(50% of the time or better) when i test the combos i will add it to
my FAQ, and give you credit!***

Donkey Kong:
------------

Combo #1:

I will only say this one more time...Tap A like mad in a corner for
donkey's infinite combo!

Combo #2:

Down+B, Up+A, Down+B, Up+A...you get the idea, this works pretty well
too!

***Mail in your combos to me at [email protected] and if they work
well(50% of the time or better) when i test the combos i will add it to
my FAQ, and give you credit!***

Yoshi:
------

Combo #1:

I'm so tired of saying this over and over......Tap A like mad in a
corner for yoshi's infinite combo...whoopdeedoo.......

Combo #2:

Jump and press down+a in the air.  Yoshi will swish his feet violently.
Jump again and press Forward+A to smash the enemy to the ground.  Do a
rising headbutt (Up,A) and when he comes down, press Up+A to bash him
away.  This does about 80% and often kills the enemy!

Combo #3:

Do a rising headbutt. Then jump up and press forward+A to smash them to
the ground.

***Mail in your combos to me at [email protected] and if they work
well(50% of the time or better) when i test the combos i will add it to
my FAQ, and give you credit!***

JigglyPuff:
-----------

Combo #1:

A in the corner, you know the drill........

Combo #2:

Sleep Atatck, Punch, Sleep Attack Punch......

***Mail in your combos to me at [email protected] and if they work
well(50% of the time or better) when i test the combos i will add it to

***Mail in your combos to me at [email protected] and if they work
well(50% of the time or better) when i test the combos i will add it to
my FAQ, and give you credit!***

Captain Falcon:
---------------

Combo #1:

A in the corner, A In the Corner, A in the corner.....

Combo #2:

Uppercut punch (^+A) jump ^+A double jump ^+A land jump ^+A works best
when opponent has little damage can do this for about 50-70 damage, if
they are boneheads, even more.

=======================================================================
6. Team Strategies
=======================================================================

Here i will present a few DETAILED strategies on how to win ANY 2 on 2
vs match with you, and a friend against any mixture of computer and
human players! The teams i will be featuring are:

Ness\Samus Team
Ness\Mario Team
Samus\Jigglypuff Team

=======================================================================
===========================     Ness\Samus     ========================
=======================================================================

Before you can start practicing with ness and samus team, you and your
friend both need to practice with ness and samus until you become an
expert with them seperatly, then you can start working together with
the two.

-Ness-

Moves Needed To Master:

PK Fire
PK Thunder
PK Shield
Bat Swing
360 Degree Yo-Yo
Horizontal Yo-Yo

To master these moves you need to learn their speed, range,
effectiveness, etc. You also will need to learn when to use them. I
cannot help you master these moves. You'll need to figure it all out on
your own. Master all of these attacks on every character, all 12. Even
Ness VS. Ness.

Techniques Needed To Master:

Jump:
Ness jumps differantly than everyone else, you need to get used to
this, also he does not have a normal triple jump either, which brings
me to...

Triple Jump:
To triple jump with ness, you need to double jump, then hit yourself in
the rear with PK Thunder. you MUST practice this tons, even when you've
mastered it against EVERYONE to be succesful with ness!

PK Shield:

Remember this list of the things Ness can absorb and heal himself with:

Fox's Ray Gun Blasts
Special Ray Gun Blasts
Fire Flower
Pk Fire
Pk Thunder
Luigi's Fireballs
Mario's Fireballs
Metal Mario's Fireballs
Samus' Charge Shot
Fox's Blaster Shot
Kirby's 'Final Cutter'
Pikachu's Thunder Jolt
Master Hand's Bullets
Arwing Laser Blasts
Fire Flower Flames
Star Rod Stars
Starmie's Star Shots
Meowth's Coins
Charizard's Flames

And that's it for Ness, that all should take you at least a good week
to master perfectly, make sure you get good enough to be lethal to any
opponent. After you think your good enough, beat Ness, Captain Falcon,
or Luigi 3 times in a row on level 9 difficulty in VS. Mode. If you can
do that, than you are certainly ready.

-Samus-

Moves Needed To Master:

Charge Shot
Screw Attack
Bomb
Ground Flame Thrower
Throw

To master these moves you need to learn their speed, range,
effectiveness, etc. You also will need to learn when to use them. I
cannot help you master these moves. You'll need to figure it all out on
your own. Master all of these attacks on every character, all 12. Even
Samus VS. Samus.

Techniques Needed To Master:

Early Charge:

When the battle first starts, get somewhere 'safe', and charge up a
shot with B. If something is about to hit you, press Z to save the
energy, and go somewhere else quickly, and finish charging. Now you can
hit your opponent with an early 26% on the damage meter.

Throw:

Like Link, Samus' throw is a bit different, she shoots out a type of
hook, to grab the opponent, THEN throws them. This has it's pro's and
cons, make sure you know when to use the throw!

Pros:

Can reach farther than a normal throw
Can get enimies in mid-air (I.E: you are standing on high ground,
opponent jumps up to you, you can throw them at this time!)

Cons:

If you miss, you are pretty much screwed since it takes a while to
recover.

Bombs Away:

On a slanted course, you can drop bombs on the slant, and they will
travel downwards a little bit, sometimes enough to reach an enemy, this
is an easy way to damage your foes. Also if you get smashed up into the
sky with your opponent below you, you can quickly return the damage
they gave you! Just drop two bombs on them(that's the most you can
drop) for a quick 2 hits! Works great with multi-player!

Combos:

Check out my combo list, make SURE you master EVERY one of them
perfectly! this helps alot.

And that's it for Samus, that all should take you at least a good week
to master perfectly, make sure you get good enough to be lethal to any
opponent. After you think your good enough, beat Ness, Captain Falcon,
or Luigi 3 times in a row on level 9 difficulty in VS. Mode. If you can
do that, than you are certainly ready.

* * * Now We Get To The Fun Part * * *

-Ness And Samus-

1. Start off with samus behind ness, charging up a shot.
2. Have ness protect samus from the other two players using his regular
shield, and his PK Shield.
3. Once samus' gun is charged fire off a tremendous blast at whoever
you can get a shot off at.
4. Have ness use his PK fire move on a isolated opponent with samus
following right behind ness.
5. While that opponent is stunned from the PK Fire, have samus throw
them toards the closest edge in the stage.
6. Then, quickly move toards the other opponent while the other one is
getting back on the playing surface.
7. Have samus lead the attack on the other enemy, and have ness shield
samus from the other enemy coming toards you.

Now you can repeat that all over again, or work with your teamate with
a new strategy, whatever works best for you. With those 7 steps though,
you should have a good head start percentage-wise, and you just might
get a kill or two from it! Experiment with what works best for you!
Overall, it just takes practice using the team, if you have any
strategies with this team that i may have missed e-mail me.

-Ness\Mario Team-

1. Have mario 'hide' behind ness, and shoot numerous annoying fireballs
at the enemy(s) while ness protects mario and himself with his shields.
2. Stun a enemy with ness's PK fire, then excecute mario's tornado
move. While the opponent is in the air, use ness's PK Thunder to stun
the enemy again, this time in midair. Now have mario do his coin punch
to finish off this team combo!
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until your enemy(s) are dead, annoyed, or both.

And that's it for the team! Experiment with what works best for you!

In the 1-Player game you must knock your enemy off the stage to clear
each level. In some levels you fight more than one enemy, while in
others one or more characters will fight on your side. Attack your
enemy to build up his damage meter, then deliver the finishing blow! If
your own damage meter reaches 100%, your enemy may be able to knock you
off. Also, it is very easy to fall from some stages, so take care not
to do yourself in! Fight your way through all the levels to face the
final boss!

If you've met certain conditions in defeating the boss in the 1-Player
game, you will enter a Challenge Match with a mystery opponent. If you
defeat the opponent, you can use that character the next time you play!

High scores are kept for both the game and for each character. Receive
points for clearing each board, for each second remaining on the timer,
and for damage done to enemies. There are also special bonuses for
clearing the level quickly, not using items, and clearing the level
without taking any damage. With more than twenty special bonuses, there
are plenty of ways to rack up points!

This pokemon mimics any random pokemon, does that particular pokemon's

This is the worst pokemon you can get, it just hops around doing
NOTHING, it does NO DAMAGE, gives you NO BONUS, NOTHING!

There have been many different FAQs saying many different ways to get
Mew to appear, i do not know at the time the correct way to get him to
appear. However, i have seen him. He just appears, and does nothing
that i know of. In VS. Mode he is useless, in 1P Mode he gives you

appear, close in on a enemy, and blast them with about 10 stars! almost
every time they get hit with every single star! very effective, and
hard to escape from!

difficulty and below, i might do walkthroughs for hard and very hard if
anyone would be interested.

=======================================================================
12A. Mario
=======================================================================

-Stage One-
Location: Top Of Hyrule Castle
Enemy: Link
Dangers: Spinning Tornado
Special Features: None, just a flat level.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Tornado Clear, Cheap Shot, Full Power, No
Damage, No Item, Throw Down.

Ok, from the start, move to the left as far as you can while still
being level with Link, then fire off 7 fireballs, yes all of them will
hit him, and he will not have hitten you once yet! this will do 43-44%
damage to him. Now, when he gets a few steps away from you double jump
to get above him, then do mario's coin punch to jump wayyy past him.
Now you can go to the far RIGHT, still level with Link, and fire off
about 5 more fireballs, causing his damage meter to be around 70% by
now. Since you have a good 70% on him you can either bash him like
crazy, and get damaged in the process, or go for the No Damage and Full
Power bonuses. To get those from where you are, jump on top of the
little green archway, and fire off even more fireballs at him, until
he gets too close, then jump\run away from him. you get the idea...to
finish him off, you can either wait for the tornado to appear and catch
him, or you can try another tactic. Run up to him, dodge, and roll
behind him. Now you can easily throw him off!

!!!!!You Beat Link!!!!!

-Stage Two-
Location: Yoshi's Storybook
Enemy: Yoshi Team(Vs. 18)
Dangers: None
Special Features: Cloud platforms in midair on the sides of the level.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot, Full Power, No Damage, No
Item, Trickster, Throw Down.

This is my FULL strategy for this oh so hard level....Use Up+B move 18
times to win, yes it's that easy, 1 hit from mario's coin punch and
it's by-by to a yoshi! This is so freaking easy, on your first try you
should even get no damage, and full power bonus.

!!!!!You Beat The Yoshi Team!!!!!

-Stage Three-
Location: Top Of Great Fox
Enemy: Fox McCloud
Dangers: Arwing Lasers
Special Features: None
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot, Smash Less, Throw Down.

This is your first semi-hard challenge, fox is quick, and dodges alot
of your attacks. The trick is to attack him from far range, but watch
out for his laser shots form far away! Ok, from the start, go all the
way left, and shoot fireballs like mad, try and get about 5 hits at
least! If he uses his reflector, shoot a fireball at the one coming
back to destroy it. After the fireball round, you will get hit a bit.
Run up to him, and roll behind him. Hopefully you will have time to do
mario's tornado spin, followed by his coin punch. Now he should be
around 70% damage. Now go all the way to the left of the level, and
throw him, take damage if you must, but make sure you throw him! If he
doesn't make it back, then duh, you win. If he does come back shoot
fireballs at him in midair, hopefully one will hit him and he won't
make it back. If he does make it back to the surface of great fox,
throw the bum again! it shouldn't take too long to kill him via
throwing. Plus you'll get throw-down bonus!

!!!!!You Beat Fox McCloud!!!!!

-Stage Four-
Location: Special Area
Enemy: 10 Targets
Dangers: Falling To Your Death
Special Features: 10 Targets.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Perfect.

This is a special bonus level where you must break 10 targets to win.
You get 100 points for every target you break, 30,000 ADDITIONAL points
if you break them all, plus 200 points for every second left on the
clock, that's 31,000 points plus time! So if you want a high score you
must beat this level. Note: Dying on this level will not take away a
life. Ok, onto the walkthrough for the bonus stage...

Hit the target in front of you with a fireball(1), then turn to the
right and hit the target in front of you with another fireball(2).
Now get under the target you see and coin jump attack it(3), you will
now see there are 2 more targets above it. Jump, then coin jump up to
the second target(4), then double jump, and then coin jump to get the
highest target you saw(5). Now jump to the small ledge on the right of
where you started, jump once, and shoot a fireball, it will hit the
target in midair at the bottom!(6) now jump up to the moving platform
above you, and  break the target on it(7)when the platform reaches it's
highest point, double jump to the left, as the yellow arrow shows. Now
jump once at the target you see and kick it(R button) in midair(8)ou
will see a target below you as you are falling, kick it as well(9). you
will now be on a smal platform with the remaining target below you.
time for a little ASCII art to describe how to get the final target.
                          M____
                            T  |
                              /
                             /

Ok, jump from where the M is(Mario) once, to fall down, once you ar far
enough down execute a coin punch so you move right just enough to make
contact with the Target!(10) you will not fall, the level will auto-end
and you will get 31,000 points plus time! My Best time is 28"09. So try
and beat it within 30 seconds to rack up the points!

!!!!!You Broke All The Targets!!!!!

-Stage Five-
Location: Peach's Castle
Enemy: Mario Brothers
Dangers: None
Special Features: Moving Platform on bottom level of stage
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Smash Less, Cheap Shot, Good Friend

You will be given a random character to be on your side to fight mario
and luigi. Let him take care of luigi, while you take care of mario.
Start off the level by firing 5 fireballs at mario, then do a coin
punch up to the second level, hopefully hitting luigi. Then return to
the bottom level. If a enemy is there, do your tornado spin. If no one
is there let your friend attack both computer players! Just coin punch
up to the top level, go to the bottom level, tornado spin, reapeat. you
get the idea...once they are at 130% or higher throw them into oblivion
to finish them off!

!!!!!You Beat The Mario Brothers!!!!!

-Stage Six-
Location: Saffron City
Enemy: Pikachu
Dangers: Pokemon Popping Out Of The Garage Door.
Special Features: Pokemon Popping Out Of The Garage Door.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Pacifist, No Damage, Full Power,
Speedster, Smash Less.

This is easy, jump to the helipad on the right, then when pikachu comes
over, jump far away, he should use his telport move and fall off! If he
doesn't, just repeat the proccess until he dies, don't even bother
damaging him! Oh and for you Pokemon lovers out there here is a list of
what pokemon come out ot the garage door and what they do:

Chansey: Does the same thing as the one from the pokeball does.

Charmander: Does the same thing as the one from the pokeball does.

Electrode: Rolls out of the garage, then after a few seconds explodes,
killing anything near it most of the time, it causes 30% damage.

Porygon: Just pops out, goes back in. The only way it can hurt anyone
is if they are standing right next to the garage when it pops out which
causes 26% damage.

Vensaur: Comes out, shoots green crap at you, then goes back in, does
about 5% per hit.

!!!!!You Beat Pikachu!!!!!

-Stage Seven-
Location: DK's Jungle
Enemy: GIANT Donkey Kong
Dangers: Just The Fat Ape..
Special Features: Barrel at bottom of level that can save your life
from a fall.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot, DK Defender, No Damage, Full
Power.

You get 2 computer helpers to beat this fat monster! this guy is HUGE,
powerful, and slow! with mario, just stay far, far away, and shoot as
many fireballs as you can. Usally your helpers will add on tons of
damage before they get killed, and sometimes, they won't even get
killed! just keep shooting fireballs at donkey, if he dies, then you
win, yeehaw....but if he is still alive and all of your allies are
dead, then you have to fight him yourself! At this time, odds are he is
around 300% damage, which is what is takes to defeat him basically. And
you should have 0% on your damage meter if you tried as hard as you
could to not get hit! so just run up to him and repeatadly throw him
until he dies. Pretty simple, but it works!

!!!!!You Beat Giant Donkey Kong!!!!!

-Stage Eight-
Location: Special Area
Enemy: 10 Platforms
Dangers: Falling To Your Death
Special Features: 10 Targets that must be switched from red lights to
blue by stepping on them.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Perfect

Jump to the platform on your right(1), then the other one on your
right(2), now jump down and to the right to land onto a platform(3).
When the platform to the left is at it's lowest point jump, you will
land on it(4), then immidiatly jump again to land on another platform,
simalar to the 4th one(5), then once again jump immidiatly to land on
another platform(6). Now jump down to the lower level, go under the
rising\lowering blockade, and jump quickly onto the platform under the
rising\lowering blockade(7), now jump to the next platform(8), then
when you reach the end of the lower level, jump upwards to the next
platform(9), then use the blue blocks above you to jump from to get to
the final platform(10).
Note: Press start when you first start the level, it will show you an
overview of the level, making my directions more clear and easier to
follow!

!!!!!You Boarded All The Platforms!!!!!

-Stage Nine-
Location: Dream Land
Enemy: Kirby Team(8)
Dangers: The wind blowing you off.
Special Features: Tree in the middle of the stage that blows wind left
and right.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot, Smash Less, Throw Down, Judo
Warrior.

This is easy to do, but it's hard, make sense? i didn't think so...all
you have to do is throw each member of the team once or twice at the
most to kill them. That's 8-16 throws to beat this level. But they
attack smartly, usally as a team. you face two at a time, so try and
isolate one, and kill the other! try stunning one with mario's
fireball, then go for the other one! they are quite easy to throw, and
don't put up much of a fight, it's just getting them seperated that's
hard! You shouldn't have much trouble with this level. And by now you
shouldn't have even lost one life yet out of every stage!

!!!!!You Beat The Kirby Team!!!!!

-Stage Ten-
Location: Planet Zebes
Enemy: Samus Aran
Dangers: oooh...acid!
Special Features: you mean besides that acid?
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Acid Clear, Cheap Shot, Smash Less, Throw
Down.

This is easy! extremly...and for such a late level too! at the start
fire off fireballs like mad, even though for a bit they won't even hit
her. Then eventually, she will start to get hit, many times too! and
you will not even be damaged yet! Once you get 50% jump up to the
higher levels, and wait for her. When she gets up, throw her off,
or..do the mario tornado, then throw her. a simple kick (R) works well
here as well in this level! Just watch out for her screw attack....when
she's high enough on damage(around 100%) throw her into oblivion, she
will hit the acid, then die in the background\foreground. You will get
acid clear, star finish, and win..yeehaw!

!!!!!You Beat Samus!!!!!

-Stage Eleven-
Location: Metallic Cave
Enemy: Metal Mario
Dangers: None
Special Features: None
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot, Smash Less, Throw Down.

I really don't see what's so hard about this level...Metal Mario is
really not that smart. At the start coin punch him repeatadly from the
lower level until he finally comes down to the lower level. Now, get
away from him as far as you can and shoot fireballs at him repeatadly,
you can get about 7 hits in before he gets near you, now try to
jump\run\crawl past him. You WILL get hit, but that's ok, now walk to
the other edge of the arena. And fire off you guessed it...more
fireballs. This time, when he gets close to you, try a mario tornado.
You might get hit, but not often. Just repeat all of this until he is
near 220%. Then try throwing him, it will probably take 3 throws before
he doesn't come back, but hey, you just beat level eleven!

!!!!!You Beat Metal Mario!!!!!

-Stage Twelve-
Location: Special Area
Enemy: 3 Polygon fighters, bumpers, and exploding wheels.
Dangers: None
Special Features: None
Common End Of Level Bonuses: None...would you believe it? there's a 'No
Damge' bonus but that's not all that common...darn..

This is EASY! just run, run, run all the way down till' you get to the
end, don't bother trying to attack those 3 polygon dudes, just dodge
them if you must and DASH to the end, mario is not to bad with his
speed so you should have no problem with this level. I can usally get
it done with 26 seconds left on the clock with him!

!!!!!You Made It To The Finish Line!!!!!

-Stage Thirteen-
Location: Special Arena
Enemy: Fighting Polygon Team(30)
Dangers: None
Special Features: None
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Smash Less, Throw Down, Cheap Shot,
Trickster.

This is EASY, just like the yoshi team, except there's 30 of them
instead of 18! Just use your Up+B Move (that's coin punch if you don't
know allready) and they will be taken out with one hit! If you get high
on damage there's sure to be a tomato around somewhere....oh and don't
go for item crates, etc. They are useless in this round, except for the
tomato\heart of course! If you've made it this far you should have no
problem with these guys...

!!!!!You Beat The Fighting Polygon Team!!!!!

-Final Stage-
Location: Special Arena
Enemy: Master Hand
Dangers: None
Special Features: None...how boring!
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Smash Less, Cheap Shot, Normal\Easy\Very
Easy clear.

Ok, since it's the final stage i won't tell you exactly how to beat
him(although it ain't that hard) but i will give you a few tips:

1. You can't throw him, you  just need to get his damage meter from
300% to 0%
2. Up+A, Down+B moves do the most damage.
3. Fireballs work well when you can get a few shots off.
4. Don't be afraid to use your shield.
5. Some of his low attacks can be jumped over.

Ok, that's it, now get back to your N64 and whoop on him! This stage
really isn't that hard, and if you have 2 lives left at the LEAST you
should beat him on your first try!

!!!!!You Beat The Master Hand!!!!!

Whooopee, you did it, now you get to watch the credits roll(how

This is pretty hard to get to, and you should have a lot of skill to
get here, so you should have no problem with falcon. See the samus
section of this walkthrough for how to beat C. Falcon. Pretty much the
same except falcon punch instead of samus' charge shot!

Well....EXTREMLY HARD to get to his level, but, geez so easy to beat
this kid with mario! Just stay far away from him, and shoot fireballs
at him. If he goes into the air, do a coin punch to knock him around a
bit! When he's around 110% throw him off the closest edge, and walk up
to that edge, so if he try's to get back on, you can throw him off
again, or kick him in midair to send him flying!

12B. D.K.
=======================================================================

-Stage One-
Location: Top Of Hyrule Castle
Enemy: Link
Dangers: Spinning Tornado
Special Features: None, just a flat level.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Tornado Clear, Cheap Shot, Full Power, No
Damage, No Item, Throw Down.

This is easy, it's the first stage..it should be easy. Start off by
charging your giant punch, Link won't even move, he'll just stand
there watching you get ready to beat the crap out of him. When your
done charging, walk, run, or bounce up to link, and hit him with your
giant punch! Now get as far away from him AFAYK, and charge up another
punch, you should be able to before he gets near you. Do the spinning
kong move and hit him, then immidiatly hit him with a giant punch,
which you should be able to do easily. he should now be around 80-90%
damage, and you should be at a whopping 0%! Don't go crazy and just try
to beat him to a pulp, go for the No Damage, Full Power bonuses, stay
away from him, charge up a punch. If he gets close while your charging,
get away, your main priority is not to get hit! When your punch is
charged go after him one final time with the spinning kong move, then
after he's hit, hit him with your charged giant punch! He SHOULD go
flying and die, if he doesn't, he'll be somewhere near the edge, so
wait for him at the edge, and if he returns, a simple throw will do
away with him!

!!!!!You Beat Link!!!!!

-Stage Two-
Location: Yoshi's Island
Enemy: Yoshi Team(18)
Dangers: None
Special Features: None
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Trickster, Single Move, No Damage, Full
Power, Speedster, No Item, Smash Less.

VERY EASY…use your spinning kong move over and over! You can take out
2-3 yoshi's per spin! That's only 6 or 9 moves to beat this level! If
you lose on this stage…I pity you.

!!!!!You Beat The Yoshi Team!!!!!

-Stage Three-
Location: Sector Z
Enemy: Fox McCloud
Dangers: Arwing Lasers
Special Features: None
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot, Smash Less.

Not too hard, but harder than your previous opponents...Fox is much
quicker than you so you'll need to run almost all the time instead of
walking. Try and get a punch charged at the start if you can, then run
a bit away from him(if possible), and wait for him to come, once he
gets about 2 inches away from you, roll. You should land behind him,
and be in a position to attack. Use the ground pound move, followed by
your punch that is charged. This SHOULD send him flying...while he's
recovering, charge up your punch as high as you can, then walk toards
the edge. Draw him to the edge, roll behind him, and punch him into
oblivion. If he gets close to the edge use your spinning kong
move(don't worry, you won't fall off) Or if he's above you, jump, or
double jump if nessacary, then execute the spinning kong move. He
shouldn't come back...watch out for his Fire Fox move.

!!!!!You Beat Fox McCloud!!!!!

-Stage Four-
Location: Special Area
Enemy: 10 Targets
Dangers: Falling To Your Death
Special Features: 10 Targets.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Perfect.

Hit the target to the right(1), then the one to the left(2), jump up on
the platform to the left....break the target there(3), jump on the
moving platform right in front of you, hit the target on it(4), jump to
the left to the above platform...use your charged punch to hit the
target inside the 'cage'(5), now look above you a bit and use your
spinning kong to take out the target on the left(6), and right(7), at
the same time. Now jump to the platform above you...double jump to the
right, and use your spinning kong to not only take out the target you
see(8), but land on the platform as well. Now hit the target slightly
above the platform you are on(9), and finally, jump down and either use
your kick or spinning kong to take out the final target(10)

!!!!!You Broke All The Targets!!!!!

-Stage Five-
Location: Peach's Castle
Enemy: Mario Bros.
Dangers: Single bumper at top of stage.
Special Features: Two slanted ramps on the side, and a moving platform
at the bottom.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot, Good Friend, Smash Less.

Not too hard, you get a random computer player to help you out, who
generally attacks luigi...although it doesn't matter. You can either
hide from Mario and Luigi while your partner attempts to do away with
them, dangering your partner, and protecting you. Or, you can take one
of the bros. while your friend takes care of the other. When using this
strategy your main focus should be to keep one player focused on you so
they don't double-team your ally. Use whatever move will work best to
keep the enemy away from your friend, throws work well usally. And try
and stay on the bottom level. After one of the Bros. are taken care of,
the other is simple to defeat. He should allready be high on damage, so
it won't take long to kill him, just use your strong attacks like the
Giant Punch, and spinning kong. In all honesty you shouldn't have much
trouble at all with this level.

Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot, No Damage, Full Power.

Well, since DK has no long range attacks you will need to take a
different approach to this stage. At the start charge up your giant
punch, you'll be needing this for later. Now, all you have to do is
stay away from DK and let your 2 allies rack up the points on his
damage meter. During this time, you should collect any items that fall
on the ground. If they are long range, use them. If they are not, throw
them off the edge. The one exception to that is the home run bat, if
you see one, grab it! Ok, getting back to the strategy, keep collecting
items, staying away from DK while your allies keep attacking him. Don't
worry about protecting them, as you only get 10 K for that. If your
allies manage to kill Giant DK, then great! But, if giant DK kills them
both then you will need to finish him off. You should still have your
giant punch charged, and Giant DK should be in the 200-300% range. use
your giant punch ASAP to send him flying, he might die, but probably
not. Then all you need to do is throw him off the edge, charge your
punch as much as you can, and when he tries to return to the playfield,
hit him with your punch! 98% of the time this will send him flying, and
he will not make it back to the playing surface.

!!!!!You Beat Giant Donkey Kong!!!!!

-Stage Eight-
Location: Special Area
Enemy: 10 Platforms
Dangers: Falling To Your Death
Special Features: 10 Targets that must be switched from red lights to
blue by stepping on them.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Perfect

Jump to the platform on your right(1), then the other one(2). Then the
other easy platform(3), now jump up to the moving platform, once it
gets under the platform jump up to it(4). Wait for the platform to be
beneath you, then drop down to the platform, and when it is under the
next platform jump to it(5). Now drop down to the right, then jump to
the left to the next platform(6). Triple jump to the left as far as you
can to land on the 7th platform(7). Look to the left, you will see a
platform moving up and down, wait till it is an inch or so from the
bottom, jump over the lava, under the wall, and double jump up to the
platform(8), when that platform is at it's highest point, jump up to
the next platform(9). Now jump down, fall all the way to the bottom and
then jump, then use your spinning kong to land on a stationary
platform. Now triple jump as FAR as you can to the right, executing it
perfectly to land on the final platform! (10)

Forget Giant Punches, they don't do
much good in this level, you really shouldn't have much trouble with
these 8 creampuffs.

!!!!!You Beat The Kirby Team!!!!!

-Stage Ten-
Location: Planet Zebes
Enemy: Samus
Dangers: Acid
Special Features: Acid
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Acid Clear, Cheap Shot, Throw Down, Smash
Less.

Kinda hard for me to beat samus with D.K., although she might not be
much of a problem for you. At the start, she should start to charge her
Blaster Shot. Forget chargin your giant punch, get over there and throw
her! She might land in the acid, but odds are she won't. Now get up to
the highest platform, and pretty much stay there the WHOLE fight, watch
out for her screw attack, and flamethrower in the air however. Try and
knock her down to the ground, and repeat this over and over until
finally she will get hit by the acid. It takes a maximum of 3 hits of
the acid to kill her so it shouldn't take long, just watch your damage
meter, and if it gets up there play around with any items you find. You
might lose a life here, but you've got a 85% chance of beating her
without dying.

!!!!!You Beat Samus!!!!!

-Stage Eleven-
Location: Metallic Cave
Enemy: Metal Mario
Dangers: None
Special Features: None...boring!
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot, Throw Down, Speedster, Single
Move, Judo Master.

This is the only level where my strategy will be short, simple, and
cheap. Well the first two anyway! Get mario down to the lower level,
near the side preferabally. Pick him up, and DON'T throw him jump ONCE
off the edge and fall until you are near the bottom, then let go of him
and execute your spinning kong move, mario WILL die for sure, it's just
whether you die before he does. You have about a 71% chance of
surviving, but it takes alot of skill, practice, and LUCK!!

Just use the spinning kong and they will be taken out
with one hit! If you get high on damage there's sure to be a tomato
around somewhere....oh and don't go for item crates, etc. They are
useless in this round, except for the tomato\heart of course! If you've
made it this far you should have no problem with these guys...

1. You can't throw him, you  just need to get his damage meter from
300% to 0%
2. Overhead Slaps Work Best
3. Giant Punches do 26% damage, but are hard to charge.

Whooopee, you did it, now you get to watch the credits roll(how
exciting), and, if you met certain conditions you will get to challenge

-Stage Sixteen(Secret)-
Location: Planet Zebes
Enemy: Captain Falcon
Dangers: ACID!
Special Features: hmm...the acid?
Common End Of Level Bonuses: A Special screen saying you can now play
as Captain Falcon

Extremly easy if you ask me, he isn't that good, and all his powerful
moves can be anticipated easily. For instance, his Falcon Punch and
Falcon Kick are both 2 good moves that are powerful, but he says
"falcon.....whatever" before he excutes them! Simply run away from him
whenever you hear the word 'falcon'. The rest of his moves are rather
pathetic, and should not be feared. Go after him mainly with throws and
spinning kong's. Get in a few overhead slaps and Smash Attacks when you
can as well. Also use the same strategy outlined with samus, but not as
extreme. Try and throw him into the acid when he's at 70%, he'll go
flying....If you can beat samus easily you'll have no problem with this
bird!

!!!!!You Beat Capain Falcon And May Now Play As Him!!!!!

-Stage Seventeen(secret)-
Location: Kirby's Dreamland
Enemy: Ness
Dangers: None...sadly...not even ness.
Special Features: Hey look...a tree that's alive in the middle of the
stage!
Common End Of Level Bonuses: A Special screen saying you can now play
as Ness

Hmm...not too hard...not too easy. About the same difficulty as
say...Fox. With donkey you'll need to use a lot of throws to defeat
ness. Stay on the lower platform, and if he goes into the air, hit him
with an overhead slap or spinning kong. You'll mainly be fighting him
on the ground though. Watch out for his PK Fire, and Thunder. He
doesn't seem to use hit bat much, but he uses the Yo-Yo tricks like
crazy. Try and stay away from him, making him use his projectile
attacks, and charge your giant punch, get up to him, block, then throw
him to the closest edge, now run AFAYK to where you threw him and hit
him with your giant punch. Then get away from him, charge, go back to
him...etc...you get the idea! You shouldn't have that much trouble with
him! Matter of fact...i've never died playing him with donkey.

Special Features: None, just a flat level.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Tornado Clear, Cheap Shot, Full Power, No
Damage, No Item.

Pretty easy since you have the same attacks as him, all of his attacks
can be blocked EASILY with your shield except for his bombs sometimes.
Start off with a few bomb throws, then a boomerang throw, followed by a
smash attack. He should be knocked to the lower right section now, and
you should be on the starting platform still, so throw a few bombs down
to where he is, since his damage meter is above-average he will be
stunned after a hit giving you enough time to hit him again! He should
now be around 100%, so get it over with. Run up to him and execute your
smash attack to send him flying, don't use your throw to defeat him,
it's too slow.

Not that hard really…don't use your boomerang, he will just reflect it.
Use bombs when you can from long range, and every once in a while
charge him and attack with your sword spin slash. If he gets in the air
pull off one of the combo's listed in Link's Combo list! When he is
around 150% throw him off the edge to his death, or you could get lucky

Pretty dang easy, smash attack mario at the start, and stay on the
bottom for the entire round, the computer shouldn't even come down to
the lower level, just either do upward thrusts and\or throw bombs
upwards at mario and luigi, your helper shouldn't have much trouble
doin the rest of the work, once they are at 120% give them both a good
throw to finish them off.

bomb, etc...this plus the damage dealt by your allies will get his
damage meter in the 250+ range quite quickly. Once he is at at least

At the start she should charge her gun, if and when she does throw bomb
after bomb at her until she grows a brain and comes after you, this can
take anywhere from 5 to 20 seconds. Afterwards jump to the very top of
the level and wait for her, when she jumps up anticipate her jumps and
downward slash her. this will send her rocketing down to the lower
surface and possibly causing her to hit the acid. Now drop down, block
any attacks she throws at you, and smash attack her, this will
definetly send her out of the arena. If by some odd chance she doesn't
die, she will hit the acid, and fly into the background and die anyway,
cool, yes?

-Stage Eleven-

Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot, Throw Down, Smash Less.

This level is moderatly hard for link, maybe a bit harder than Fox. At
the start upwards thrust at him until he gets smart and drops down.
Usally i can get 90% damage on him before he comes down. After he drops
down, stay away from him as he has a weak long range attack. Use your
boomerang and bombs from a distance to slowly weaken him. Use any items
you can find along the way as they will help in this fight. If you plan
on throwing him off you will need to at least get his damage up to
300%.
If you can stay away from him, block when he gets close, and make use
of the items that fall down you should be able to beat this level
rather easily!

him(although it ain't that hard) but i will give you a few tips:

1. You can't throw him, you  just need to get his damage meter from
300% to 0%
2. Overhead Slashes\Bombs work best
3. memorize his patterns, you will be able to defeat him easier this
way.

Whooopee, you did it, now you get to watch the credits roll(how
exciting), and, if you met certain conditions you will get to challenge
a character, if you win, you can use them....did you really think it
was over?

-Stage Fifteen(secret)-
Location: Saffron City
Enemy: Jigglypuff
Dangers: Pokemon Popping Out Of The Garage Door
Special Features: Pokemon Popping Out Of The Garage Door
Common End Of Level Bonuses: A Special screen saying you can now play
as Jigglypuff

Oh so easy......easier than.....pikachu! just go right after the little
balloon, the only thing easier than beating her, is getting the chance
to access her. When she's at 100% throw her off, she's not that smart
so you could leave her alone and she will eventually fall off the
edge(sad isn't it?), or get killed by a pokemon!

!!!!!You Beat Jigglypuff And May Now Play As Her!!!!!

-Stage Sixteen(secret)-
Location: Planet Zebes
Enemy: Captain Falcon
Dangers: Acid
Special Features: Acid
Common End Of Level Bonuses: A Special screen saying you may now play
as Captain Falcon.

This isn't that hard either, with link you'll want to use long range
attacks, such as bombs. Stay on the top of the level, and when he comes
up downwards slash at him. This works almost every time! If you go in
for close range fighting there isn't much to worry about, just beat him
to a pulp. If he says "Falcon!!!....." this means he is either going to
punch or kick you, so just jump away easily, just listen for the word
'falcon' and this level should be easy!

!!!!!You beat Captain Falcon And May Now Play As Him!!!!!

-Stage Seventeen(secret)-
Location: Dream Land
Enemy: Ness
Dangers: None
Special Features: Well there's a dumb looking tree...
Common End Of Level Bonuses: A Special screen saying you may now play
as Ness.

Well, this is hard to get to, and easy to beat, but you deserve it!
Stay far away from ness, and block his PK attacks with your shield if
he uses them. Throw bombs\boomerangs at him for a while, then execute
and of the combos listed in the combos section of this FAQ. Afterwards,
throw him off the edge and he shouldn't come back, if he does, smash
attack him! Then you may run around and party because you accessed
Ness!

12D. Samus
=======================================================================

Location: Hyrule Castle
Enemy: Link
Dangers: Tornado
Special Features: Tornado
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Special Move, No Damage.

At the start he won't move, charge up your blaster, get close to him,
and fire. You should have enough time to charge your blaster back up
before he gets near you, when he jumps, screw attack him, wehn you
jump, bomb so you don't get hit. When you have a clear shot at him fire
your blaster. Repeat this process until he is dead.

!!!!!You Beat Link!!!!!

-Stage Two-
Location: Yoshi Island
Enemy: Yoshi Team (18)
Dangers: None
Special Features: None
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Single Move, Trickster.

Screw attack, screw attack, and if you want to attack these sitting
ducks an easier way...screw attack! This is the easiest fight in the
game, if you lose i pity you!

!!!!!You Beat The Yoshi Team!!!!!

-Stage Three-
Location: Sector Z
Enemy: Fox McCloud
Dangers: ARWING Lasers
Special Features: ARWING
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot.

This fight is a bit different with samus because of her combo ability,
If Fox is over 30% damage you can execute and extremly powerful, easy
combo. Screw attack fox, or use samus' up+a attack to get fox directly
above you, then use the upward flamethrower to tack on 40% more. This
should put him at 70%. Now go to the slanted part of the ship, and drop
bombs, they will roll down and hit fox, usally 3 or 4 times at the
least. Now run at him, screw attack, then again if possible. Now throw
him off the edge, he won't come back!

!!!!!You Beat Fox McCloud!!!!!

-Stage Four-
Location: Special Area
Enemy: 10 Targets
Dangers: Falling to your death...
Special Features: 10 Targets
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Perfect.

Hit the target in front of you(1), then jump and kick the target above
you(2). Now jump up to the moving platform above you and hit the target
on it(3). Jump to the left, and screw attack the high target(4). Now
jump over the lower target, drop a bomb on it, and jump over the
hole(5). Now to the right there are two targets exactly like the last
two. Do the same to these, screw attack the high one(6), then bomb the
low one(7). To the far right is a target, hit it with your blaster
shot(8). now hit the target below you while dropping to the lower
platform(9). And finally, hit the target to the left with a single shot
from your blaster!(10)
Note: Press start when you first start the level, it will show you an
overview of the level, making my directions more clear and easier to
follow!

!!!!!You Broke All The Targets!!!!!

-Stage Five-
Location: Peach's Castle
Enemy: Mario Brothers
Dangers: None
Special Features: Bumper at top of stage
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Good Friend.

This is easy, like so many other stages. At the start ram mario, and
then try a screw attack or flamethrower. Simply beat mario to a pulp
until he dies or heads to the above platform. Now you can charge your
blaster, head up via screw attack and pummle mario for 26%. During the
match one character will at least attack the computer so you should
have no trouble. The platform is small, so you should  have no problem
killing one. The second brother is even easier, as it is 1 or 2 on 1.

!!!!!You Beat The Mario Brothers!!!!!

-Stage Six-
Location: Saffron City
Enemy: PIkachu
Dangers: Pokemon
Special Features: Pokemon
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Pacifist.

What? You need help with this level? Just jump around on the helipad
until pikachu kills itself, resulting in an easy 60K points for you!

!!!!!You Beat Pikachu!!!!!

-Stage Seven-
Location: Congo Jungle
Enemy: Giant DK
Dangers: None
Special Features: The music is nice...
Common End Of Level Bonuses: No Damage, Full Power, Shooter, Single
Move, DK Defender.

Yawn....some of these levels are SO boring. Charge  blaster, hit giant
lard monkey, repeat. Your 2 friends will take care of the rest. If you
need help with this level, contact a physician immideatly.

-Stage Eight-
Location: Special Area
Enemy: 10 Platforms
Dangers: Falling To Your Death
Special Features: 10 Targets that must be switched from red lights to
blue by stepping on them.
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Perfect

Jump to the platform above you(1), then the next(2), then the one to
the far right(3). Now drop down to the lower moving platform(4), and
when it get to the farthest point to the left, jump to the next
platform(5). Now jump up to the platform that is on a revolving
vertical track(6), then the next one which is on the same track(7). Now
triple jump to the platform above you(8), then walk to the right, down,
and to the left. Roll under the bumper, jump on the platform(9), and
then jump to the right to the ledge. Ok, this was the platform that
kept me from the sound test, sadly, it's pretty hard if you don't know
what to do. ok, jump once the farthest you can to the right, at the
HIGHEST point of the jump, jump AGAIN, now WAIT the longest time
possible and when you are ALMOST directly underneath the platform screw
attack and you should BARELY land on the platform!(10)

-Stage Nine-
Location: Dreamland
Enemy: Kirby Team (8)
Dangers: None
Special Features: A tree
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot.

8 throws will do the job here. The screw attack also works rather
nicely for a 2-hit KO. Not much trouble, just stay away from the edge.

!!!!!You beat the kirby team!!!!!

-Stage Ten-
Location: Planet Zebes
Enemy: Samus
Dangers: Lava
Special Features: Lava
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Acid Clear.

At the start you can get in a blaster shot or two, afterwards screw
attack up to where samus goes to, and then smash attack. Repeat this as
many times as you can\need, and then wait for samus to hit the lava and
go bye-bye.

!!!!!You beat samus!!!!!

-Stage Eleven-
Location: Metallic Cave
Enemy: Metal Mario
Dangers: None
Special Features: None
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Cheap Shot.

Start off with as many upward flamethrowers as possible. You should at
the very least get 60% damage on mario this way. Now hop around the
platform, dodging mario and his attacks while charging your blaster.
Fire 5 or so fully charged shots at him, and then start using smash
attacks. Also whenever mario is on the top platform use your
flamethrower.

!!!!!You beat metal mario!!!!!

Location: Special Area
Enemy: 3 Polygon fighters, bumpers, and exploding wheels.
Dangers: None
Special Features: None
Common End Of Level Bonuses: None...would you believe it? there's a 'No
Damge' bonus but that's not all that common...darn..

This is EASY! just run, run, run all the way down till' you get to the
end, don't bother trying to attack those 3 polygon dudes, just dodge
them if you must and DASH to the end, samus is very fast so you should
have no problem with this level. I can usally get it done with 33
seconds left on the clock with him!

!!!!!You Made It To The Finish Line!!!!!

-Stage Thirteen-
Location: Special Arena
Enemy: Fighting Polygon Team(30)
Dangers: None
Special Features: None
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Smash Less, Throw Down, Cheap Shot,
Trickster.

Easy. Just screw attack, smash attack, and throw. Alternate between
these 3 and use the items wisely to get a quick win! Need help with
this level? Go call nintendo...i don't have time for losers like you!

!!!!!You beat the flighting polygon team!!!!!

-Final Stage-
Location: Special Arena
Enemy: Master Hand
Dangers: None
Special Features: Whoa..a background!
Common End Of Level Bonuses: Single Move.

This is the easiest stage with samus, and i will spoil it, because it's
so simple. All you have to do is upward flamethrower every time he
hovers above you. You can even get 2-3 hits at the start, and they all
do 30-40% damage. This boss was designed to be beaten by samus - it's
so easy.

!!!!!You beat the master hand!!!!!

Whooopee, you did it, now you get to watch the credits roll(how
exciting), and, if you met certain conditions you will get to challenge
a character, if you win, you can use them....did you really think it

Ahh, this is fun with samus. Screw attack at all times possible, and if
ness is above you at any time on a platform, use that upward
flamethrower. Stay away from the edges, AND ness if possible. Draw him
toards you, dodge, roll, and smash attack from behind. Also screw
attack, screw attack, and screw attack!

12E. Luigi
=======================================================================

* * * See Mario Walkthrough For Reference...luigi's moves are the same
as mario's, only stronger, thus the strategy is the same, even with the
secret levels. It would just be too much work to cut and paste all that
and add luigi's name in place of mario's, plus it's a waste of
space...however i WILL add the 2 bonus levels to the walkthrough * * *

=======================================================================
12F.  Ness
=======================================================================

VS. Link
Stage: Hyrule Castle

Yawn, this is fun. Start off with a few PK Fires(3), and then a homerun
bat. Afterwards, throw him over and over again until he falls off. PK
thunder also works well if he is far away.

VS. Yoshi Team
Stage: Yoshi's Storybook

This is boring to say the least. Here you can easily get a Yoshi
Rainbow bonus using 18 PK Thunders. Now wasn't THAT easy?

VS. Fox
Stage: Great Fox

This can be hard because of his Reflector Shield. But, you have a PK
Shield. Absorb all of his blaster shots, even if you are at 0%. Also,
don't use PK Fire\Thunder as he will only reflect them. Therefore, here
you will be using your throw and homerun bat alot. Alternate if you
wish, or use whatever you are best at. Finish him off with a throw...

VS. Mario Bros.
Stage: Peach's Castle

This is fun. Start off with a PK fire, and then a Smash Attack for ol'
mario. Then, stick to the bottom, and fire PK Thunder after PK Thunder.
While this is slow, it is effective and you won't get hurt. If they
drop down - PK Fire, then smash attack. Repeat until dead. Or you could
throw them off....

VS. Pikachu
Stage: Saffron City

The strategy with ness is the same as every other character. Hop, Hop,
Hop on that lil' helipad until he kills himself.

VS. Giant DK
Stage: Congo Jungle

I hate to give such a sad strategy, but this level is easy! Use PK
thunder over and over, and let your allies do the rest. Also, throw\use
any items that appear for extra damage!

VS. Kirby Team(8)
Stage: Kirby's Dreamland

All you need to do here is 8 throws, or if you prefer, 8 Homerun Bats.
Forget the PK moves, as they are not effective against the quick little
puffballs.

VS. Samus
Stage: Planet Zebes

Start off with a few PK Fires, and a Yo-Yo or two if possible. After
that, generally stay away from her, and use PK Thunder. PK Shield is
VERY Effective if you can anticipate her blaster shot. Stay out of the
air, as she will win that battle with her screw attack. Yo-Yo, and
Homerun Bat work well here. Throw her off around 110%

VS. Metal Mario
Stage: Special Arena

This is a bit easier, because of Ness' awesome throw, Yo-Yo, and bat.
Use your Yo-Yo and Bat to QUICKLY get his damage up to 180%. PK fire
also works VERY well here. Throw his heavy hide off at 180%.

VS. Fighting Polygon Team
Stage: Special Arena

This is really easy because of the Yo-Yo, which sometimes takes out 2-3
enimes at once! Yo-Yo, Bat, and Throw, although the throw is a bit
slow, until they go bye-bye. Air attacks are also good here, such as
the 'air push'.

VS. Master Hand
Stage: Special Arena

As always, 5 tips for a guarenteed victory!

1. PK Shield when he uses his bullet attack
2. Don't be afraid to shield
3. Yo-Yo's and air attacks work best
4. PK Fire is effective, but hard to pull off
5. Most attacks can be jumped over

VS. Jigglypuff
Stage: Saffron City

What? Help? With jigglypuff? HAHA........

VS. Captain Falcon
Stage: Planet Zebes

-See Samus Walkthrough For Ness-

=======================================================================
12G. Falcon
=======================================================================

VS. Link
Stage: Hyrule Castle

Fun.....Start off with a falcon punch, and then barrage him with falcon
kicks, which are my personal favorite. Use the falcon kick if he gets
airborne, and finish him off with a falcon punch.

VS. Yoshi Team(18)
Stage: Yoshi's Storybook

This will be quick and painless...18 falcon grabs will do away with
these multi-colored freaks.

VS. Fox
Stage: Great Fox

Finally, a character faster than fox! This makes this MUCH easier.
Flaming kicks, and falcon kicks are VERY useful as they are quick.
Falcon grabs work well too, but lay off the punches. Try one of his
combos outlined in this FAQ as well on him.

VS. Mario Brothers
Stage: Peach's Castle

Start off with a falcon punch, followed by lots of flaming\falcon
kicks. Falcon Grab's work well when they jump, or from the bottom
platform! Isn't it so much easier with a secret character?

VS. Pikachu
Stage: Saffron City

If you were paying attention, you'll know what to do here. Here's a
hint - Helipad, Helipad! Wasn't that....fun?

VS. Giant DK
Stage: Congo Jungle

oooh...no projectile attacks for falcon! You'll really need to use the
items here, and hope you have good allies. For attacks, use falcon
punch's, and grabs, as they do the most damage. Mainly use items if
possible!

VS. Kirby Team(8)
Stage: Dreamland

Falcon kick ALOT, while you won't get a KO, you will be damaged the
least, and hit them frequently. Falcon punch if you dare, but i'd
insist on using the throw...

VS. Samus
Stage: Planet Zebes

Pretty basic with Falcon. Falcon punch\kick at the start, and when
samus goes up to the platforms use the falcon grab. Flaming kicks also
work well here! Throw her off around 130%

VS. Metal Mario
Stage: Special Arena

Why are you this far down in the walkthrough ANYWAY? Oh well, falcon
punch your heart out here. Falcon kicks are kinda dangerous, but
effective. Grabs are also good when he is on the platform! Don't forget
about the items...

VS. Fighting Polygon Team(30)
Stage: Special Arena

This is....easy. Anything with the word 'falcon' in it works well here.
This should give you a good idea of what to do. If it doesn't, go find
a doctor.

VS. Master Hand
Stage: Special Arena

Ahh....more tips!

1. Overhead kicks work the best
2. Use your shield, use it wisely.
3. You can jump over half his attacks.
4. Do not use Falcon Punch...it's too slow
5. Airial Falcon Kicks can be used for variety

VS. Jigglypuff
Stage: Special Arena

Well if you DO need help, then here it is. Falcon punch, Falcon Kick,
Falcon Grab. Get the picture?

VS. Ness
Stage: Dreamland

Now THIS is fun, as ness has good close range attacks. Falcon kick
alot, and grab when you can. Items are useful here, as well as Falcon
Punches. Just watch out for his PK Attacks! That Yo-Yo is a pain
too.....

=======================================================================
12H. Jigglypuff
=======================================================================

VS. Link
Stage: Hyrule Castle

This is strangely easy, even with jigglypuff! Start by getting him
around 50% damage, any way you choose. Then head to the combo list,
pick one, and execute it over and over! Link is So easy to juggle!

VS. Yoshi Team
Stage: Yoshi's Storybook

Even with JIGGLYPUFF this is easy! Overhead claps\slaps work EXTREMLY
well, one hit KO's in fact!

VS. Fox
Stage: Great Fox

Battle of the jugglers...this is easy with my advice. Start off with a
couple of smash attacks OR running attacks. Then try juggling\comboing
him in the air. It won't last long, but you'll get in a few hits.
Overhead claps work best.

VS. Mario Brothers
Stage: Peach's Castle

C'mon say it with me - overhead clap! That works great from the lower
platform, hit and run smash's work well too. Also, when there is only
one left you can throw them into the bumper because your throw goes
straight up!

VS. Pikachu
Stage: Saffron City

You REALLY should know by now what to do, but for all you fools out
there, jump around on the helipad until he dies.

VS. Giant DK
Stage: Congo Jungle

Here you have two choices. You can either A) Do nothing except wait for
items and throw them at him. Or B)Sing attack, hope you get him, and
let your allies beat him up. Either way works pretty well. Nothing hard
though...

VS. Kirby Team
Stage: Dreamland

Overhead slaps work REALLY well here, so well all you have to do is
worry about surviving. Don't you just love this one line strategies?

VS. Samus
Stage: Planet Zebes

Kinda hard, but hey, your using JIGGLYPUFF. Use any and all items if
possible, and try and attack from below with overhead claps. Also try
executing a combo or two from the list once she's up there in damage.
This can be a challenge, for a change!

VS. Fighting Polygon Team(30)
Stage: Special Arena

Overhead slaps are 1-Hit KO's, while super punch's work well too.
Forget sing and rest, and while your at it don't use the throw. Any
questions?

VS. Master Hand
Stage: Special Arena

Tips anyone?

1. Overhead claps rule on this stage
2. Air attacks are good as well
3. Shield, but make SURE it doesn't break
4. Most attacks can be jumped over
5. DON'T use the sing attack

VS. Captain Falcon
Stage: Planet Zebes

-See Samus Walkthrough-

VS. Ness
Stage: Dreamland

Oooh, brutal! Well overhead clap if you CAN, and your 'B' button punch
does a bit of damage. Sing if you can, but beware the consequences if
you miss. Air attacks work well too. Try and keep this battle in the
air!

=======================================================================
12I. Yoshi
=======================================================================

VS. Link
Stage: Hyrule Castle

Turn him into an egg at the start and attack repeadatdly. Then do a few
butt-slams, and a few throws. That outta take care of him.

VS. Yoshi Team
Stage: Yoshi's Storybook

This is sad, you really don't need help with these guys. 18 Throws will
do the trick.

VS. Fox
Stage: Great Fox

On this stage you'll need two moves. Butt-Slam, and smash attack. Butt-
Slam over and over, which is very effective until he reaches 120%, then
smash attack him off the screen.

VS. Mario Bros.
Stage: Peach's Castle

Turn mario into an egg, and get 2 smash attacks in. Then spit him
upwards to the top platform, and use those awesome egg-throwing skills
of yours! This is really easy if you are like me and have great aim
with eggs. Finish them off with hip-drops.

VS. Pikachu
Stage: Saffron City

Jump around on that helipad over and over until pikachu commits
suicide, wasn't that fun?

VS. Giant DK
Stage: Congo Jungle

Here is a rarity! Turn the fat guy into an egg and push him off! You
should get DK Perfect, which is a whopping 50K Points!

VS. Kirby Team(8)
Stage: Dreamland

This can be hard, use Down+A when trapped by two kirbies, and hit drop
as much as possible. Throws are useless here, but smash attacks are
perfect!

VS. Samus
Stage: Planet Zebes

The hardest fight by far. Stay away from her on level playing surfaces,
and attack from below with eggs and smash attacks. do not try and hip
drop here, even though it's your best attack. You can also egg her, and
get in a smash attack or two. Throw...errr..spit her out at 130%
damage.

VS. Metal Mario
Stage: Special Arena

Ooh brutal, start off with a few eggs at the start, followed by hip-
drop after hip-drop. Use items if you can, as they are the most
effective. Around 275% smash him off.

VS. Fighting Polygon Team
Stage: Special Arena

30 throws, 30 smash attacks, 30 special attacks will kill them,
etc,etc,etc....

VS. Master Hand
Stage: Special Arena

5 more tips, now in blueberry flavor!

1. Hip drops are not a good choice this time around.
2. Up+A attacks are pretty good here.
3. Egg attacks are good here as well.
4. Jump over his attacks when you can.
5. Use your shield, it's very effective.

VS. Jigglypuff
Stage: Saffron City

Just get in there and bash her, simple as that!

VS. Captain Falcon
Stage: Planet Zebes

-See Samus Strategy-

VS. Ness
Stage: Dreamland

Pretty simple. Ness is the perfect canidate to be turned into an egg.
So stick with that, and get in 1-2 smash attacks when he is in the egg.
Hip Drop a few times if needed, and use eggs when he is above you. Spit
him out of the arena at 125%

=======================================================================
12J. Kirby
=======================================================================

VS. Link
Stage: Hyrule Castle

Stone and final cutter is all you need here. I prefer stoning him
repetadly, as his evade is sad. Throw him into oblivion at 120%. Or you
could smash attack him at 110%.

VS. Yoshi Team
Stage: Yoshi's Storybook

This is sad, you really don't need help with these guys. 18 Throws will
do the trick.

VS. Fox
Stage: Great Fox

Oh aren't you lucky you have the stone attack? Stone alot, and juggle
him if possible. Final cutter does not work because of his reflector.
Running slides are effective as well, as well as smash attacks. Smash
him off around 150%

VS. Mario Bros.
Stage: Peach's Castle

Steal mario's power at the start, and smash attack him if you can. Use
your final cutter to reach the top platform with force, and fire off
those fireballs! If they get near you, stone, but watch out for that
nasty bumper! Let you ally finish them both off.

VS. Pikachu
Stage: Saffron City

Jump around on that helipad over and over until pikachu commits
suicide, wasn't that fun?

VS. Giant DK
Stage: Congo Jungle

VS. Kirby Team(8)
Stage: Dreamland

Oh, so easy! Stone, Stone, Stone! Oh and if they turn into a stone,
throw their sad hides off the stage. This is by far the easiest
character with the kirby team.

VS. Samus
Stage: Planet Zebes

Just use common sense, stone from above, Final Cutter from below. Copy
her attack at the start, and you may get lucky with a 26% blast!
Running slides are as always, very effective. Aren't these levels so
easy?

VS. Metal Mario
Stage: Special Arena

No...there is no attack to copy here. Final cutter is slow, but
effective from far range. Stone provides 15% damage with a safety
attached to it, and your quickness can beat mario's slow attacks with
running slides. Smash him off at 250%

VS. Fighting Polygon Team
Stage: Special Arena

30 throws, 30 smash attacks, 30 special attacks will kill them,
etc,etc,etc....

VS. Master Hand
Stage: Special Arena

1. You need only one move here - Up+A
2. No...you can't copy any of his attacks
3. Jump over his low attacks
4. If your shield is low, use the stone!
5. Shield when you must

VS. Jigglypuff
Stage: Saffron City

Just get in there and bash her, simple as that!

VS. Captain Falcon
Stage: Planet Zebes

-See Samus Strategy-

VS. Ness
Stage: Dreamland

IMMIDEATLY steal his awesome PK Fire attack, and use that from close
range over and over to annoy him. Running slides are most useful here,
as well at spinning kicks in midair. Just watch out for that PK
Shield...

=======================================================================
12K. Fox
=======================================================================

VS. Link
Stage: Hyrule Castle

Another yawn. Oh well, hit him with a free smash attack at the start,
followed by lots of far-range blaster shots. Use your reflector on his
boomerang, and get in a combo or two from the combo list. Throw him off
at 125%

VS. Yoshi Team (18)
Stage: Yoshi's Storybook

I pity the people who don't know what to do here......

VS. Fox
Stage: Great Fox

Well this is a fun fight, and a bit interseting. Reflect all of his
futile blaster shots, while you keep your blaster holstered. Don't
smash attack here, but use the running kick. Up+A attacks are cool too,
and pretty effective. Smash attack him off at 150% or so.

VS. Mario Bros.
Stage: Peach's Castle

OK, fire a few blaster shots at the start, and then throw mario up to
the top. Use fire fox's from below, and overhead kicks. Throw any items
you find at them as well, and make sure to move around alot.

VS. Pikachu
Stage: Saffron City

Hop on the helipad and jump, jump, jump until little pikagoo commits
suicide. Wasn't that a nice warmup?

VS. Giant DK
Stage: Congo Jungle

This is easy with fox, fire off blaster shot after blaster shot,
running if he gets near. You can really rack up the damage quickly with
his rapid fire shots. Let your allies finish him off or smash attack
him at 300%.

VS. Kirby Team(8)
Stage: Dreamland

Overhead kick, running kick, and smash attack like crazy here. Throws
are useful, as they are quick, and one hit KO's, but may allow the
other kirby to hit you.

VS. Samus
Stage: Planet Zebes

Pretty simple. Running attacks work well when she starts out on the
main platform. Attack from below as always, and NEVER jump above her.
You'll be asking for a beating. Blaster shots are pretty good here, as
well as throws. Smash attack her off at 130%

VS. Metal Mario
Stage: Special Arena

Stay as far away as possible, and fire blaster shots until the damage
difference between you and him is +175%. Then get in there and bash him
to the best of your abilities! Throw him off around 275%...or smash
attack.

VS. Fighting Polygon Team(30)
Stage: Special Arena

Think of the yoshi team - multiply that by 1.5. Think of how you killed
the yoshi team. Do that 1.5 times.  Any questions?

VS. Master Hand
Stage: Special Arena

5 tips to make your home smell fresh and clean!

1. Overhead Kick!
2. Shield ½ of his attacks.
3. Jump over the other half.
4. Use the reflector on his bullets
5. Don't use your blaster

VS. Jigglypuff
Stage: Saffron City

Well, if you really need help then here it is. Get in there, do a
couple smash attacks, then juggle the fruit for all it's worth. Blaster
shots are good too, as well as running kicks. Throws work well, fire
fox's work well, standing in the same spot works well. Get the picture?

VS. Captain Falcon
Stage: Planet Zebes

-See Samus Strategy-

VS. Ness
Stage: Dreamland

Easy. Forget blaster shots, he'll eat that up with the PK Shield.
Overhead kick when you can. Running kicks are good on the main
platform. Throws aren't good here, but your reflector RULES! Try and
keep this battle in the air, or at a  quick pace.

=======================================================================
12L. Pikachu
=======================================================================

VS. Link
Stage: Hyrule Castle

Can you feel the excitement? Only 14 more stages! Oh yah, for the
walkthrough. Ground Thunder is the best move here, as well as Thunder
from below. Smash attacks are good too!

VS. Yoshi Team
Stage: Yoshi's Storybook

This is sad, you really don't need help with these guys. 18 Throws will
do the trick.

VS. Fox
Stage: Great Fox

VS. Mario Bros.
Stage: Peach's Castle

VS. Pikachu
Stage: Saffron City

Jump around on that helipad over and over until pikachu commits
suicide, wasn't that fun?

VS. Giant DK
Stage: Congo Jungle

Thunder, Thunder, And Ground Thunder! That's all! Wasn't that easy?

VS. Kirby Team(8)
Stage: Dreamland

Smash attacks and Thunder from below is all you need to put these
puffballs out of focus.

VS. Samus
Stage: Planet Zebes

Ground thunder at the start, and use thunder when she is on the higher
platforms. Drill attacks and smash attacks work well, as well as the
seismic toss.

VS. Metal Mario
Stage: Special Arena

Thunder at the start, you can get 2-4 hits in. Then stay away and use
ground thunder over and over for about 2 minutes, and then hit him with
a smash attack!

VS. Fighting Polygon Team
Stage: Special Arena

30 throws, 30 smash attacks, 30 special attacks will kill them,
etc,etc,etc....

VS. Master Hand
Stage: Special Arena

5 Tips, in a special Pikachu Yellow version!

1. Thunder is perfect here!
2. Up+A isn't that bad either
3. Shield when you must
4. Jump when you can
5. Don't suck!

VS. Jigglypuff
Stage: Saffron City

Just get in there and bash her, simple as that!

VS. Captain Falcon
Stage: Planet Zebes

-See Samus Strategy-

VS. Ness
Stage: Dreamland

Allright, this is the FINAL walkthrough for this huge FAQ, so i guess i
can make you go "ooh" and "ahh" with an unneccesarily long paragraph.
Allright, start off with a running kick,  followed by a roll, and Smash
Attack from behind. Whenever he jumps above you, use thunder, or if he
is on a high platform. Repeat step #1 whenever he returns to the main
platform, and step #2 when he jumps\returns to high platforms. Seismic
toss ness when he is at 143.987% and you are done with the game. More
importantly, i am DONE with this walkthrough! I'm so happy!!!

Sorry, you unlike many other people are wrong, Mew does NOTHING but
give you extra points in 1P mode. It cannot damage anyone, cannot heal
anyone, does not perform anything! Just think of Mew as a cooler,
harder to find Goldeen. As far as Yoshi dying is concerned, the actual
pokeball probably killed him, not Mew

A few things. First of all, enough of the "!!!!", those are just plain
annoying. Secondly, the second level is the yoshi team, and if you have
trouble beating them you are not only the worst player in the universe,
you have alo not read my FAQ. This faq was not created so idiots could
e-mail me, this will be the last addition to this section.

Q. Why didn't you add ________ to your faq? I sent it in!

A. I do not add everything people submit, simply because it doesn't
work, or my strategy is BETTER,  write your own 150K+ faq if you want
your stuff listed.

17. Getting Luigi
=======================================================================

Obviously, you know how to get luigi(it's in the secrets section,
duh!), but here i will provide a walkthrough on how to get him with
every character(All 8). It just doesn't fit in with the character
walkthroughs, so that's why i made this section. Also, if you lose
while fighitng luigi, just beat ANY of the target games(usally the
easiest for you) and he will challenge you again! Ok, now how to get
luigi with...

* * * Mario * * *

Probably the easiest character to get luigi with, luigi is not very
aggressive, so go right after him. Start off by firing as many
fireballs as you can at him. I have sometimes only gotten 2 hits in,
while other times i got as many as 7. Yes i played luigi over and over
with every character just for your benifit. Anyway...then move to the
lower level. If luigi is still above, you can either do a coin punch
or, jump once underneath luigi and do mario's tornado move. I would
choose the latter. Just keep going down to the lower level, if luigi is
there, do fireballs at him as much as you can, if he's above you, do
the coin punch or mario tornado. Repeat this until you are tired of
doing it, or his damage meter is at 110% Then throw him off! You Will
Now Get A Screen Saying You May Now Use Luigi!

* * * DK * * *

Also very easy, but then again, it's easy using any character, oh well.
Ok, just get to the bottom platform, execute donkey's overhead clap,
sending luigi into the air, then jump into the air, and execute the
spinning kong move to send him even higher into the air, he might even
hit the bumper! While he is still in the air, quickly move to the lower
platform and charge up your giant much the most you can, when he is
about to land, jump to the top level and hit him with your giant punch.
Now go to the lower level and wait for the bum, when he try's to attack
you on the lower level, block it, roll behind him, pick him up, walk to
the very edge, and throw him away! If he returns, use the spinning kong
move. If he returns after that, just stay on the lower platform like
before, block his attack, roll, then throw...etc...do this until he
dies! You Will Now Get A Screen Saying You May Now Use Luigi!

* * * Link * * *

Start off with a spin slash, then go to the lower level and try
throwing a bomb at him, if it doesn't hit him that's ok. Wait for him
to come down to the lower level, then jump up to the top level and use
your shield. Keep shielding until he jumps up to the top level, then
use your up,a move to send him flying above you, now you can juggle
luigi EASILY using your up,a move! just execute the move, walk to
underneath where he will land, and hit him again ASAP, the sooner the
better. Eventually he might get out of the move, or he might not,
either way...do this until his damage meter is around 130%. then throw
him any way you can, if you have to get hit to be able to throw him,
then get hit. It should only take 1 or 2 throws to defeat him! You Will
Now Get A Screen Saying You May Now Use Luigi!

* * * Samus * * *

EXTREMLY easy, just stick with her B moves and you'll be fine. Drop
down to the lower level, then do your screw attack up at luigi. Then
drop a few bombs on him, followed by a charged shot. Any time he tries
to attack, block if you can, roll, then screw attack him! Once he gets
over 100% you can charge up a shot and blast him away, or you can get
him to 140% and throw him! You Will Now Get A Screen Saying You May Now
Use Luigi!

* * * Yoshi * * *

Well, it's not exactly the easiest character to beat luigi with, but
still pretty easy. Just stick with your egg attack, and while he is in
an egg repeatadly kick him. You can also try getting on the lower level
and throwing a few eggs up at him. If you get a chance, butt slam him a
few times. But mainly stick with the egg attack, and concentrate on
getting his damage percent up, not killing him. Once he's around 130%
throw him into oblivion. You Will Now Get A Screen Saying You May Now
Use Luigi!

* * * Kirby * * *

Quite a fun, and easy character to beat luigi with! To start off,
obviously steal luigi's B power, then move to the lower level. Use
kirby's final cutter, then shower luigi with fireballs. Try and get in
about 5 of them so his damage get's up there(around 50%), then wait for
the perfect time to do kirby's stone attack and execute it!  this
should send luigi flying a good ways. Use this opportunity to position
yourself in a good place to shoot numerous fireballs at him. After you
get a few hits in(3 is good enough), he should be at least at 80% now,
so use your final cutter, and stone moves mainly, forget using
fireballs now, and if you are going to do an A button attack, make sure
it's a SMASH attack. It shouldn't take long to kill luigi, forget
trying to throw him, just stick with the above strategy. You Will Now
Get A Screen Saying You May Now Use Luigi!

* * * Fox * * *

Probably the worst character to fight luigi with, his up+b and down+b
moves are pretty much worthless, so you'll need to be good with his Ray
Gun, and his smash attacks. Your main weapon in this fight will be the
ray gun, so follow luigi to whatever level he goes to, get far away,
block if neccesary, and fire off as many ray gun shots as you can, once
he gets semi-close to you, block, roll behind him, and perform a SMASH
attack! Wherever he lands, get far away, block if neccesary, and fire
off as many ray gun shots as you can, repeat....do this until he gets
near 120%, then throw him off, then fire non-stop blaster shots at him
so if he gets close to the edge, or get's in the line of your fire,
will get hit a freefall to his death! You Will Now Get A Screen Saying
You May Now Use Luigi!

* * * Pikachu * * *

With pikachu you really only need to use 3 moves: Ground Thunder,
Thunder, and a throw to finish him. Use ground thunder if both of you
are on the top or bottom, use Thunder if you are on the bottom platform
and he's on the top one. Oh and never ever do you want to be on the top
platform while he's on the bottom one, this leaves you open to attack.
Once he's at 120% or so, throw him and he should die...pretty easy eh?
yeah...even with pikachu. You Will Now Get A Screen Saying You May Now
Use Luigi!

two with all 12 characters, yes, eventually this information will be
availible in my walkthrough as well, but isn't it much nicer to have
all the information right here?

right and hit the target in front of you with another fireball(2).
Now get under the target you see and coin jump attack it(3), you will

the second target(4), then double jump, and then coin jump to get the

platform(8), when that platform is at it's highest point, jump up to
the next platform(9). Now jump down, fall all the way to the bottom and
then jump, then use your spinning kong to land on a stationary
platform. Now triple jump as FAR as you can to the right, executing it

And finally, hit the target to the left with a single shot
from your blaster!(10)

follow!

Bonus Level Two:

the far right(3).

* * * Yoshi * * *

Bonus Level One:

Hit the target to your left(1), and the other one next to it(2). Now do
a smash attack THROUGH the wall on the right to hit another target(3).
Jump to the platforms above you, then double jump to the top to find
another target(4). Now double jump to the left, and throw an egg up at
the next target(5). Drop down, and in midair, butt slam the target on
the ground(6). Jump twice accross the gap, and then double jump, and
throw an egg at the next target(7), do the same for the next one(8).
Now turn right, and hit the target below you a bit with a well-placed
egg. Double jump to the moving platform on the right, then again under
the target, and throw an egg up at it(10)

Bonus Level Two:

Jump up to the first platform(1), and again to the next one(2), now to
the right to land on a small platform(3), then down a bit(4), and
again(5). Easy so far ain't it? Time a jump to the right on the falling
ledges and platform, there is 4 ledges that fall, then a platform(6),
then jump to the right to the 7th platform(7). Jump left on the
rotating platform thing for another platform(8), and again...(9), then
one more time to a stationary platform!(10)

21. Tips, Tricks, And Tactics
=======================================================================

This will be a section for general strategies to use while using the
specified character in any mode, whether it's 1 player or 4, this
section will provide tips that work for all modes! It will also have
general strategies such as how to use items, etc! Enjoy...or not.

- Get high scores with DK - (Submittied by [email protected])
My personal strategy is this. Play on Easy. No miss clear is a must.
Speed King prefered. Bonus levels highly needed. By level:
Link- Just use throws. No damage, full power. Throw him to the left
over and over. Speedster should be easy.
Yoshi- Use only air moves and no items (hawk). No damage, full power.
Fox- Bash him towards the left and hope for speedster. If possible go
for star finish with A-up. No damage full power may be possible.
Mario Brothers- Brothers Calamity. Pray for speedster and good friend
Pikachu- Run forward to the startof the incline and jump over pikachu.
Hang out on the right and deal no damage. jump around a lot. Pacifist,
no damage full power and speedster are possible. At worst Pacifist can
always be made. Try pretending to fall of and then jump back up.
DK- Jump to top left platform and let you allies go to work. If they
pull it off you get pacifist and no damage full power. If they die try
killing him by only throwing items (Item throw plus Item strike is
36000). See if he might walk into his own gernade or a walking bomb.
With a hammer you can get Item Strike and star finish.
Kirby- Use only throws and go for judo warrior. Kirby Ranks isn't hard
after practice (Thats killing them all in order they come for 25000).
Metroid- Aim for acid clear and star finish. As long as you make the
last hit before the lava you get star finish. If you are over 100
damage or very close then hit the lava right after he does and you'll
get comet mystic without losing a life.
Metal Mario- Stay underneath and jump back and forth kicking in the
air. Try not to land on his platform. Speedster can sometimes be done.
Stars appear frequent here so star clear is a possibility.
Bonus Three- Try running right passed the first polygon. Land in the
corners when you fall and try to run passed (or usually under) the
others. No Damage is really worth it. Kirbys stone and the mario
brothers tornadoes work well when heading down.
Polygon- Try for vegetarian and heartthrob. Bumper clear and Booby trap
aren't so tough here. A-down is useful as well as a variety of B-ups.
Lucky three can be planned for and you can let on polygon sit around
untill your ready.
Master Hand- Go for hawk, lucky three and no damage full power. Good
luck. My scores are true and they can be done. luck is needed as well
as skill. PS- Ness can use his B-down on the master hand's bullets to
gain life and Fox can reflect them.
-Some Tricks\Glitches-(Submitted by [email protected])
Do Pikachu's B-up and pause. The figure will be stretched and
distorted.
Pause Yoshi while he does his B-up just as the egg is about to leave
his hand. This will take a few tries but if down right, when you pause
the screen, you will rotate around the egg instead of Yoshi. It looks
like you are the egg.
Do yoshi's forward-A alone, with a bat or with a star rod and then
pause midswing to see evil Yoshi. When he shoots the ray gone he also
becomes evil. I find this funnier then old yoshi (Pause when he is
spitting out a swallowed opponent.)
If you've ever seen Jiggly Puff's shield break you know that she shoots
off and dies. Try this under a thick platform in the mushroom kingdom
level. You will shoot up against it, roll around in the air like an
idiot and then you fall to the ground, drunk and make a weird noise not
heard even in the sound test.
-Fun Multiplayer Games- (Submitted by [email protected])
1. Humans only. Everyone is Metroid. 85% damage. Only bats for item on
very high. Rules are you can only damage using your gun or throwing
things. This is by far funnest if played in sector Z.
2. Humans and computers (fill all 4 player slots). Play anyone you
want. 200% damage. Only Proximity mines on very high. Rules are no one
is DK. Otherwise just have fun. Dk'jungle and Dreamland are the best
for this.
3. Humans and computers (fill all slots). Everyone is Mario. 200%
damage. Only hammers and stars on very high. Try to find ways of kill
people with hammers. Also watch for what happens when two hammers
collide. Yoshi's world and Hyrule for maximum fun.

* General Tips, Tricks, And Tactics *

- The fan, unlike every other item, will not knock enimies into the
air, and can be used in a corner to execute an infinite combo.
- Clefairy mimics the pokemon's attacks faster, but shorter.
- Use your projectiles to de-activate motion sensor bombs, or, you can
try activating them from afar when someone is near it!
- You can also use your projectiles to activate Red Shells, Green
Shells, and Bob-ombs.
- Crates and barrels may be broken without being thrown, 3 or 4
projectile attacks will destroy it, as well as a few phsyical attacks.
- Only one person may be on a ledge at once, you can use this to your
advantage...Stay on a edge while someone is trying to get back to the
playfield, this decreases their chances of getting back!
- After using a projectile such as the fireflower, ray gun, star rod
make sure to throw it after it runs out of ammo, this way you get in an
extra hit!
- Sadly...the fan is probably the best weapon for breaking shields
- Your shield can be moved up and down, to the left and right a bit to
shield the neccasary area.
- When you have the hammer you are NOT invincible.
- You can only single jump while you have the hammer, and unlike every
other item, you must wait for it to wear off, you cannot cancel it.
- When you are being healed from a tomtao or heart, while your damage
is still going down, any hits you take do not affect you!
- The star is the only item you don't have to grab, just touch it.
- Reverse throws do more damage, but do not throw people as far, use
reverse throws early in a match, and normal throws later in the match.
- You shield will go down gradually, even if it is not being attacked!
- In most 1 player games, the computer will execute it's taunt after it
throws you high, or far, even if you can make it back to the playing
field. You can get in a free attack or two when this happens,
especially on metal mario!
- Vary your attacks, if you do a move more than 3 times in a row the
damage will go down a percent or two. However, attacks such as ness'
home run bat, samus' blaster, and donkey's punch should be used over
and over as they do a lot of damage!
- If you die, you are invincible for about 5 seconds after you come
down from the cloud, get in a few power attacks during this time!
- Bob-omb's walk around if untouched for about 5 seconds, about 4
seconds after that they explode, if you see one walking around, your
best bet is to get away!
- Pressing down twice on a ledge will have you drop down to the lower
level...that is...if there is one!
- Pressing down twice in the air will make you fall faster!
- While on a ledge, hanging, there are a few moves you can perform to
get back up, they are:
Press toards the edge to climb up and be temp. invincible.
Press Z and toards the edge to roll up the edge, good for getting
behind opponents.
Press away from the ledge, double jump, then triple jump, or attack to
hit the opponent!
- While inside kirby's mouth, yoshi's egg, DK's hold, tap buttons like
crazy to escape quicker!
- ALWAYS execute your fighter's stance IF possible(your on the ground)
at the end of every match, it may not seem like much  but it adds up to
1,100 points.
- Finally, just practice! With practice, you can become the best Super
Smash Brothers player in your neighborhood, like me!

* Mario *

- Mario's taunt is the LONGEST, slowest taunt in the game, anytime you
see a player use his taunt is the perfect time to attack.
- Mario's fireballs bounce, when fired from a higher area, such as an
area in link's castle, they fall downwards, bouce off the wall, and
come back to hit anyone. This can be used especially well in Link's
Castle to hit opponents from afar and above.

* D.K. *

- D.K. has possiblly the cheapest move in the game, if you grab an
opponent you can hold on to them for a little while, jump off the edge
with them, and kill them, while killing yourself. In multi, this is a
good tactic if you have more lives than your compitition. However, in
1P, it is possible to drop your opponent, then use your Spinning Kong
to go a bit higher than your opponent, therefore having them die, and
you not! This even works on Giant D.K, and Metal Mario!
- D.K. is the biggest, slowest character in the game, making him an
easy target for projectiles. If you have a character with a good long
range attack, such as link, mario, ness, etc. then stick with your long
range attacks from as far away as possible.
- Remember to start D.K.'s Up+B move as soon as possible after a double
jump, because unlike every other character...D.K's move is horizontal,
and lasts longer than other moves.
- Donkey's shield is much larger than other players...which means you
can use it more often...use this to your advantage.
- Donkey is the only character who can carry barrels and crates!
- D.K. takes a little more damage to be knocked off, because he is so
huge

* Link *

- Link's Up,A move is THE cheapest in the game, use it OVER, and OVER,
and OVER to keep your opponents in the air, you can juggle them for
about a minute with this combo, and they CAN'T get out of it!
- Remember that link's bombs will hurt him, sadly...
- Don't rely on link's sword spin slash for recovery, it's pretty
short.
- Link's throw is slow...but long-range, like samus' throw

* Samus *

- Anytime someone is in the air, regardless of what attack they are
doing, screw attack them. 99.9% of the time they will get damaged!
- Samus's roll is slow, but effective...use it a bit sooner than the
other players.
- Samus can throw opponents into a wall, and have them bounce back
landing in front so you can throw them again, and sometimes...again,
and again...like in Sector Z.
- Samus is temproarily invincible while using her screw attack, yes?
- Samus' throw is slow, but long-range...like link's throw

* Yoshi *

- Remember that yoshi has no triple jump, but during his double jump
Yoshi is 99% invincible.
- Yoshi's Butt Slam attack works on the ground as well as it does on
the air, and is more of a suprise to opponents.
- Yoshi's eggs may be semi-controlled using the control stick.
- Another cheap tactic....sit with your back to the edge of a
playfield...if no one attacks you...you can't lose! But that's not as
fun as what happens when they get close to you, if the do, hold your
ground, block if neccesary, then perform yoshi's egg attack. About 70%
of the time they will fall off the edge while inside the egg, and not
be able to escape until it's too late...

* Kirby *

- Kirby can go under the dreamland, peach's castle, and yoshi's island
stages and emerge on the other side, just use all 6 jumps, then the
final cutter!
- Looking for even MORE air time with kirby? Simply absorb Jigglypuff's
power, then jump, and then use the B move 6 times, use all 6
jumps...then...use the final cutter! With this move it is almost
impossible to kill kirby unless he flies into the
foreground\background!
- Kirby can duck many projectiles, such as Fox's laser...starmie's
stars, venesaurs leaves, etc.
- Kirby's stone attack has almost no recovery, make sure to use it
while over ground.
- As a stone kirby is invincible from all attacks EXCEPT two: A simple
throw, or a hammer, one hit will break the stone from the hammer.

* Fox *

- Fox's reflector will break if hit enough.
- Fox's blaster seems to fire a bit faster while in the air.
- The firefox can be directed a bit after it is executed to move more
to the left, or right.

* Pikachu *

- In the air, pikachu's ground thunder turns into a small electric ball
that falls at a angle until it hits the ground.
- Pikachu can duck almost every projectile in the game.

* Luigi *

- Luigi is the best jumper in the game
- Luigi's fireballs are horizontal, but will bounce off of walls, and
they are not affected by gravity.

* Captain Falcon *

- Capt. Falcon is the fastest character in the game. You can outrun any
attacker while using him!
- The falcon punch will execute at an angle when used in the air.

* Jigglypuff *

- Alternate jigglypuff's jump and B button punch for a total of 6
jumps, and 5 punches, which will get you quite a bit more distance.
- Jigglypuff falls slowly...she's a freaking balloon...
- If you don't connect with the Lullaby attack, you will be vulnerable
for 6 seconds. Also do not use this move when you have more than 1
opponent, the other can attack you still! This move is best used in 1
player.
- Remember that Jigglypuff has no triple jump!
- When fighting jigglypuff, don't be afraid of getting thrown by her,
it is directed upwards, not horizontally!

* Ness *

- Ness can heal himself using the PK Shield, here is a list of things
that may be absorbed.
Fox's Ray Gun Blasts
Special Ray Gun Blasts
Fire Flower
Pk Fire
Pk Thunder
Luigi's Fireballs
Mario's Fireballs
Metal Mario's Fireballs
Samus' Charge Shot
Fox's Blaster Shot
Kirby's 'Final Cutter'
Pikachu's Thunder Jolt
Master Hand's Bullets
Arwing Laser Blasts
Fire Flower Flames
Star Rod Stars
Starmie's Star Shots
Meowth's Coins
Charizard's Flames
- Ness has no real triple jump, but one can be done using the PK
Thunder trick. Hit ness in the rear while your falling and he will
rocket back to the playing field!
- Ness' bat can be used to hit projectiles back at people! This does
not work with all projectiles however.
- Ness will fall MUCH slower if you use his PK Shield in mid-air!

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

Novemeber 17, 1999.

It is now the 17th of november, and this FAQ has been out for 2 months
now. For the past month i have received hundreds of e-mails from people
with questions. The larger, and better this FAQ gets, the more stupid
e-mail i get. From swearing, to jibberish such as "dajlk;fatgaeg;n",
and also the ever popular questions such as: "How do i beat the master
hand?", "How do i get ness?", and my all-time favorite: "Where can i
read your FAQ?". And then there are the kind souls who don't mail me
stupid stuff, oh no, they tell me my FAQ sucks, which is just as
annoying. I will still accept e-mails about Super Smash Brothers - but
if they continue to be unreadable crap, i will no longer accept them,
period. I will continue to update this FAQ regularly, but i will only
answer your e-mails if they are intelligent. For you idiots out there,
this is what you can e-mail me:

QUESTIONS (INTELLIGANT ONLY)
COMMENTS\SUGGESTIONS (ORDER ME AROUND, AND YOU WON'T GET A REPLY)
SUBMISSIONS FOR THIS FAQ

(yes, so many idiots are out there that i have to place this in more
than one part of the FAQ)

24. The End
=======================================================================

Whew! Wasn't that an adventure? I don't like to get ahead of myself but
just to be safe i'll outline these rules crystal-clear for you. Read
the below paragraphs BEFORE e-mailing me and you'll probably get a
reply from me really soon. Don't follow them and you'll either be
ignored, blocked, or flamed. Now that all the small children are
scared, it's time to end this FAQ. C-ya later everyone...

Questions:
----------

I cannot stress enough how important it is that you
include the NAME OF THE GAME with the e-mail. 15 e-mails
a day get ignored simply because i cannot tell which game
they are for. Also any e-mail that looks a bit like this
will be disregarded:

"Hay Dude Wuz uhp? Lik Huw Du Yu Gat Dat Kee Mn?!"

It will be DELETED, get it?

Praise:
-------

Sure, send it in. It might even get a reply, as it's
usally 1/2 the mail i get worth responding to. Just
don't suck up and as for a favor in return - i hate
that.

Hate Mail\Flames\Unreadable Crap:
---------------------------------

Sure, send it in. I LOVE to paste your shi! on the
gamefaqs.com message board and laugh with the other
author's at you. Even us author's need to be
entertained every once in a while.

Website Related Junk:
---------------------

I will not work for your website, make your website,
be affiliated with your website, etc, etc. Most
importantly, you MAY NOT put this on your site or
even ASK me if you can. In other words, webmasters
MAY NOT E-MAIL ME. GET IT?

Advertisements:
---------------

Do NOT send me anything that is unrealated to video
games, i get enough of that from the perverts, fat
people, skinny people, and people with way too much
crap to sell.
