In each of the towns of the game, a weird looking guy named Chuck Quizmo will
randomly appear. He'll then ask you a quiz question about something in the
game. Correctly answer the question to win a Star Piece. There are 64
different questions he will ask in order, and you only hear one each time you
see him. If you get one wrong, he'll repeat the question next time you find
him.

Unfortunately, you can not view all 64 questions early in the game,
especially if you have not been to the areas of the game they are about. Here
is a breakdown of when more questions become available.

The best way to quickly complete this side quest is to use the pipes located
in the Toad Town Tunnels. Specifically, the ones leading to Dry Dry Outpost,
Koopa Village, and Goomba Village. Simply go down the pipes into those areas,
and look for Chuck Quizmo in the usual place (usually it's near the pipe, but
he may be across town as well), then leave and return as needed.
