Released on the 24th of October 1997, this is a Japanese only football game
created by Hudson Soft. In contrast to all of the other football games on the
N64, this game features cute "chibi" style characters and anime art menus, which
make the game much more charming to look at. It's almost like watching Bomberman
player football.
Kashima Antlers won the J League in 1996 and 1997 so they are likely to be the
best team in the game. I managed to beat this game with them. Kashiwa Reysol are
also pretty good. Note that this game features one more team than the awful
stinker, J League Live that came out earlier in 1997, Vissel Kobe, but they are
crap.
However the British publication, N64 magazine disagreed, giving the game 52%,
saying "Dynamite Soccer was an ugly but enjoyable fat-block footie game. Elven
Beat is plain ugly. One word: ISS 98." Having played Dynamite Soccer I have to
disagree with this review. While J League Eleven Beat is pretty dull, Dynamite
Soccer was an offensively bad football game with terrible controls, idiotic AI,
and horrible feeling ball physics.
Unlike Dynamite Soccer this game is pretty easy and does not require any kind of
AI exploit to score goals. It took me 5 and a half hours to win the J League
mode and see the credits. It's a pretty boring game though.
Shout out to Glenn Plant for referencing this guide in his review of the game. I
really appreciate the support mate!

3.Walkthrough
The way to beat this game and see the credits is to win the J League mode. As in
other J League games this means coming top out of 32 games. The game
automatically saves at the end of every months worth of games, so if you lose a
game you can simply reset the game and try again. The game is pretty easy and
requires no special techniques, the main challenge is resisting the urge to turn
the game off because it is so boring.
In the J League Mode, you will first be asked if you wish to start from the
beginning or continue from a save. When you start from the beginning you will be
given the following options for the J League.
Half length in minutes
Overtime rule - Golden Goal
Extra time half length in minutes
Penalty Shoot-out - on or off
Offside rule - on or off
Stamina - on or off
Injuries - on or off
COM level - Normalふつう, Hardつよい, Easy やさし
There are two buttons at the top, "go back" and "start the league".
You will get one cutscene after clearing the first stage, and then get to see
the credits are clearing the 2nd stage. I beat the game in about 5 and a half
hours. I was winning most games 5-0 so my main striker had scored 73 goals by
the end of the competition. After seeing you players waddle through confetti on
the pitch you will get to enjoy some wonderful Engrish
