Version 1.00: 6/1/03      +Completed full list of the mini-games with rules and
                          strategies.
Version 1.05: 9/2/03      +Fixed some small errors I found in the FAQ.
Final Version: 19/3/03    +Added trademark ribbons and added section breaks.
                         +Found a site that gives you ASCII art titles. So I
                          made a title for the FAQ
                         +Merged my failed Multiplayer FAQ into the Mini-Game
                          FAQ. So all the stuff on multiplayer was added.

~~ MAYAHEM TEMPLE ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
<< TARGITZAN'S TEMPLE SHOOTOUT >>
Where is it?:
You have to enter the temple. But you must've learned the art of bird handling
first from Jamjars.
How to Play:
Once you have picked your options the game plays just like Perfect Dark or
Goldeneye.
-B Button (Use Beak Bayonet)
-R Button (Switch between different egg types)
-C Left (Strife left)
-C Right (Strife right)
-C Up (Aim up)
-C Down (Aim down)
-Hold R Button (Aim)
-Z Button (Fire eggs)
-Control Stick (Move around)
Rules:
The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
Tips:
MINI-GAME: Watch out for the guards. If they see you, they want stop until you
are far away or you have killed them off. But they do regenerate, so watch it.
MULTIPLAYER: If you play Perfect dark and Goldeneye you will know what to do.
If not use all the different modes to your advantages. Also hide and use your
surroundings.  Strafing is a very good way to get around the pillars than are
in 2 rooms. If you can learn to strafe and aim at the same time, you will be
able to move in several different directions and shoot a target at the same
time. Making you almost untouchable. Also remember that Grenade Eggs, Clockwork
Kazooie Eggs and Proximity Eggs do the most damage. Fire and Ice eggs do the
same amount of damage while Normal Eggs do the least damage.
If you find the Proximity Eggs these are good in placing traps around the
Temple, they will help you because they sense movement, so if you walk too
close to one it will blow up. The Proximity Eggs will stick to any surface but
they will not stick to your opponent. So firing them at you opponent is not a
smart idea. Remember that Proximity Eggs will take a few seconds before they
activate and are ready. There is only one place you can find the Proximity
Eggs in the level, so I suggest you try and find them.
If you find the Gold Eggs hidden within the temple use them! These eggs do good
damage and you have an unlimited amount, but the problem is that you have a
timer that is counting down and when the timer goes out, you will have your
other eggs again. So the best thing to do is to hold down the Z Button the
whole that you have the Gold Eggs, so if you run into your opponent you're
ready to take them out. When you have the Gold Eggs you cannot change to your
other types of eggs until the timer has run out.
<< MAYAN KICKBALL "QUARTERFINAL" >>
Where is it?:
The Mayan Kickball Stadium is about half way up the hill leading to Mumbo's
Skull. You will need to have transformed into a Stony before you can enter.
How to play:
Control your Stony around the little arena and grab hold of a kickball and
press Z to kick the ball into your goal. Press B to charge at other Stonys to
steal the ball off them.
-Control Stick (Move your Stony)
-Z Button (Kick the ball)
-B Button (Charge attack/steal ball)
Rules:
The Stony with the most points in their goal at the end of the timer wins the
match.
Tips:
Aiming the ball correctly in this game can be a pain in the backside sometimes.
Don't turn around and hope to get it in. The best possible way to aim is to
Start running towards the goal and then shoot, this way you know that you have
Aimed more correctly and you have a lot more of a chance on scoring the point
Instead of taking a guess and shooting the ball.
<< MAYAN KICKBALL "SEMIFINAL" >>
Where is it?:
In the door on the opposite side of the Quarterfinal.
How to play:
Control your Stony around the little arena and grab hold of a
kickball and press Z to kick the ball into your goal. Press B to charge at
other Stonys to steal the ball off them. You can also pick up Red Balls that
reduce the number of points into a goal, so shoot these into the enemy's goal.
-Control Stick (Move your Stony)
-Z Button (Kick the ball)
-B Button (Charge attack/steal ball)
Rules:
The Stony with the most points in their goal at the end of the timer wins the
match.
Tips:
Charge into the other Stonys if you need to get the ball off them. Use as
many Red Balls as you want, make sure to shoot them at thee goal with the
most points.
<< MAYAN KICKBALL "FINAL" >>
Where is it?:
In the door in-between the semi and quarterfinals.
How to play:
Control your Stony around the little arena and grab hold of a
kickball and press Z to kick the ball into your goal. Press B to charge at
other Stonys to steal the ball off them. You can also pick up Red Balls that
reduce the number of points into a goal, so shoot these into the enemy's goal.
Now there are Bombs that you can kick into your opponents to stop them for a
few seconds of play.
-Control Stick (Move your Stony)
-Z Button (Kick the ball)
-B Button (Charge attack/steal ball)
Rules:
The Stony with the most points in their goal at the end of the timer wins the
match.
Tips:
Use the bombs when you need to. Be careful not to blast yourself though. Don't
be afraid to use the Charge Attack (B) if you want to take to the ball off
somebody to use it for your own purpose. Another tip; Go for the ball that
everyone else is going for. This way, if you get there first, you can take the
ball and shoot it, then head for the next ball. Charging is also good for
getting to a ball before somebody else.
Aiming the ball correctly in this game can be a pain in the backside sometimes.
Don't turn around and hope to get it in. The best possible way to aim is to
Start running towards the goal and then shoot, this way you know that you have
Aimed more correctly and you have a lot more of a chance on scoring the point
Instead of taking a guess and shooting the ball.
~~ GLITTER GULCH MINE ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

<< ORDNANCE STORAGE >>
Where is it?:
Enter one of the mine entrances, (You need to use Bill Drill to get in) and
learn the Beck Bayonet ability inside so you can play.
How to Play:
You must search through the mine and start to defuse the dynamite inside. There
are 15 lots of dynamite you must defuse.
-B Button (Use Beak Bayonet)
-R Button (Switch between different egg types)
-C Left (Strife left)
-C Right (Strife right)
-C Up (Aim up)
-C Down (Aim down)
-Hold R Button (Aim)
-Z Button (Fire eggs)
-Control Stick (Move around)
Rules:
You can only use the Beak Bayonet move to defuse the dynamite or BOOM!
Tips:
MINI-GAME: Listen carefully, you can hear the dynamite bouncing around when you
are getting close to one. Follow your ears.

MULTIPLAYER: If you play Perfect dark and Goldeneye you will know what to do.
If not use all the different modes to your advantages. Also hide and use your
surroundings. Strafing is a very good way to get around the pillars than are in
2 rooms. If you can learn to strafe and aim at the same time, you will be able
to move in several different directions and shoot a target at the same time.
Making you almost untouchable. Also remember that Grenade Eggs, Clockwork

<< DODGEMS CHALLENGE "1 ON 1" >>
Where is it?:
The Space Zone. You have to power up the arena with Mumbo and pay the cash-box
as the Van Transformation before you can play.
How to Play:
Maneuver Banjo on the Dodgem Cart and collect the Twinkles the appear around
the arena. A blue Twinkle is worth 3 points. A green Twinkle is worth 2 points
and red Twinkle is worth 1 point. There is a Goblin on a cart as well who rams
you into the walls.
-Control Stick (Move around)
Rules:
Collect as many Twinkles as possible in the time limit.
Tips:
MINI-GAME: Go in circles around the play area, this way you have a better
chance on collecting Twinkles because they seem to appear more around the edge
than in the middle of the play-area.

MULTIPLAYER: If you are going to attack your opponent during the game time, the
best possible way to slow them down is to either get in front of your opponent
and bump them, or to maneuver to the best of your ability and try to get them
stuck into one of the corners. This is a good idea if you are in the lead. This
way your opponent can't get any more Twinkles in the play area while you stay
with the higher score. But this can be hard if you are by yourself this is a
good way to 'pick on' someone when you have 3 or 4 players into the game.

<< DODGEMS CHALLENGE "2 ON 1" >>
Where is it?:
The door next to the 1 on 1 challenge.
How to Play:
Maneuver Banjo on the Dodgem Cart and collect the Twinkles the appear around
the arena. A blue Twinkle is worth 3 points. A green Twinkle is worth 2 points
and red Twinkle is worth 1 point. There are 2 Goblins on carts as well who rams
you into the walls.

<< DODGEMS CHALLENGE "3 ON 1" >>
Where is it?:
The door next to the 2 on 1 challenge.
How to Play:
Maneuver Banjo on the Dodgem Cart and collect the Twinkles the appear around
the arena. A blue Twinkle is worth 3 points. A green Twinkle is
worth 2 points and red Twinkle is worth 1 point. There are 3 Goblins on
carts as well who rams you into the walls.
-Control Stick (Move around)
Rules: Collect as many Twinkles as possible in the time limit.
Tips:
MINI-GAME: Go in circles around the play area, this way you have a better
chance on collecting Twinkles because they seem to appear more around the edge
than in the middle of the play-area. The 3rd Goblin has his helmet to far down
so he may drive away aimlessly sometimes.

<< HOOP HURRY CHALLENGE >>
Where is it?:
In the Jumping Castle. You will need to be Kazooie by herself and have the tent
pumped up so you can enter.
How to Play:
Jump through the hoops and collect points depending on the hoops colour. Blue
is 3 points. Green is 2 points and red is 1 point.
-Control Stick (Run around)
-A Button (jump through hoops)
Rules:
Jump through as many hoops as possible in the time limit.
Tips:
Pick up the Turbo Trainers first. Go for the green hoops mostly. The problem
with this game is that the way Kazooie jumps is a real pain in the rear-end.
You may need a little practice before being able to jump through the small
hoops with ease. Practice makes Perfect.

The way that I do this game, is to run around near the edge of the wall and
pick up hoops by taking laps of the tracks, when you need to get a new pair of
Turbo Trainers, just run into the middle, pick them up, continue to the other
wall and start your laps again.

<< BALLOON BURST CHALLENGE >>
Where is it?:
In the Jumping Castle. You will need to be both Banjo and Kazooie for this
game.
How to Play:
Fly around the room and shoot eggs at the balloons that float to the ceiling.
Blue balloons are worth 3 points, green balloons are worth 2 points and red
balloons are worth 1 point each. Use the A button to fly higher.
-Control Stick (Move around)
-A Button (Flap higher)
-C Up (1st person view)
Rules:
Burst as many balloons as possible in the time limit.
Tips:
Fly to the top of the room and shoot the balloons from there for a better view.
This way you will be able to see all the balloons below and have a longer time
to fire them down. Though with this rule, you will need to keep flapping every
so often because facing down will make you go down. Also, attack balloons that
are in groups, so you have a better chance of hitting. Never let go of the Z
button.

The main hard point of this game is the aiming, it is hard to aim because the
controls seem to be pretty sensitive to the movement of Banjo's eyes. So don't
push the Control Stick as if you have a finger made of lead. Until you are able
to move very swiftly and quickly, pushing the Control Stick just that little
bit slower can help you in a game.

<< SAUCER OF PERIL RIDE >>
Where is it?:
The Space Zone. You will have to have destroyed the rocks in the Fuel Depot in
Glitter Gulch Mine as the Detonator Transformation. Then make sure you have
given Area 51 its power from Mumbo. Then go to the Western Zone and hop on the
scenery cart and go to the Space Zone. Then climb along the wire and open the
door on the other side to free the saucer.
How to Play:
Hold down the Z button and shoot at the crosshair that appears in front of you.
The targets are different colours for different points. Blue targets are 3
points, green targets are worth 2 points and red targets are worth 1 points.
-Control Stick (Move aim)
-A Button (Fire Gold Eggs)
Rules:
Shoot the targets to see how much points you can rank up before ending.
Tips:
Hold down Z and shoot at the blue targets first, or green if there aren't any.
You should shoot the red ones last.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~ JOLLY RODGER'S LAGOON ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

<< MINI-SUB CHALLENGE >>
Where is it?:
In the Locker's Cavern there is a opening in the ground that leads you to the
game.
How to Play:
Press the Z button to fire missiles at the mines for points. The blue mines are
worth 3 points, the green mines are worth 2 points and the red mines are 1
point.
-Control Stick (Move sub around)
-A Button (Accelerate)
-C Up (1st person view)
-Z Button (Fire torpedoes)
Rules:
Shoot as many mines in the time limit.
Tips:
MINI-GAME: Use the C-UP sight to aim at the mines a lot easier.

MULTIPLAYER: Hide behind pillars and rocks and use the map to locate the enemy.
Using the C-UP Button to see in 1st person view REALLY helps when it comes to
aiming. When you successfully hit an opposing sub with a torpedo they will
spinout for a few seconds. During the spinning you cannot hurt them, so the
best thing to do is to get a better view of them. Going behind them is a good
idea while they are spinning. Don't use a vantage point if you are going to
play this game. The best thing to do is to keep moving. Keeping still will
leave you wide open to attacks. Don't try hiding either, the map will still
find you.

Don't forget that the torpedoes will home-in on you or your opponent if you are
close in aiming. So you really don't have to get the perfect shot in to be able
to score a hit. It is possible to avoid homing torpedoes, I find that the best
way to this is to swim along the cavern floor, this is good because the
torpedoes don't curve too quickly, so they hit the floor sometimes. Also,
swimming in every direction like a maniac sometimes works as well. :P

<< CHOMPA'S BELLY >>
Where is it?:
Inside the mountain. You have to jump or fly onto the pillar at the water level
to be eaten by Chompa.
How to Play:
Shoot the germs with the Z button to rank up points. Blue germs are 3 points,
greens germs are 2 points and red germs are worth 1 point.
-Control Stick (Move around the belly)
-Hold Z Button (Fire eggs)
Rules:
Shoot down as many germ for point in the time limit.
Tips:
Spin in circles and fire at the same time. Don't go too fast while spinning.
You will miss about half of them if you spin at a top speed. You can either
stand in the middle of the arena or try to go to one of the smaller walls and
shoot in a cone-shape. You will get good views both ways, but my personal
choice is the smaller wall.

And don't waste your time on firing on you opponent, you cannot hurt them,
don't worry, I'm guilty of trying to do that myself. Remember that the germs
don't last forever so you have to be quick when trying to score a hit with a
blue germ.

<< CLINKERS CAVERN >>
Where is it?:
Sewers.
How to Play:
Fire at the Clinkers that are blocking the air vents with your eggs.
-B Button (Use Beak Bayonet)
-R Button (Switch between different egg types)
-C Left (Strife left)
-C Right (Strife right)
-C Up (Aim up)
-C Down (Aim down)
-Hold R Button (Aim)
-Z Button (Fire eggs)
-Control Stick (Move around)
Rules:
Shoot all of the Clinkers as fast as you can.
Tips:
MINI-GAME: Just like at the Ordnance Storage, use your ears and listen for the
Clinkers. (They make a fart sound)

Kazooie Eggs and Proximity Eggs do the most damage. Fire and Ice eggs do the
same amount of damage while Normal Eggs do the least damage.

If you find the Proximity Eggs these are good in placing traps around the
cavern, they will help you because they sense movement, so if you walk too
close to one it will blow up. The Proximity Eggs will stick to any surface but
they will not stick to your opponent. So firing them at you opponent is not a
smart idea. Remember that Proximity Eggs will take a few seconds before they
activate and are ready. There is only one place you can find the Proximity
Eggs in the level, so I suggest you try and find them.

If you find the Gold Eggs hidden within the cavern use them! These eggs do good
damage and you have an unlimited amount, but the problem is that you have a
timer that is counting down and when the timer goes out, you will have your
other eggs again. So the best thing to do is to hold down the Z Button the
whole that you have the Gold Eggs, so if you run into your opponent you're
ready to take them out. When you have the Gold Eggs you cannot change to your
other types of eggs until the timer has run out.

point.
-Control Stick (Move)
Rules:
Pack as many Twinkles in the time limit as possible.
Tips:
Gather as many Twinkles as possible and when it's about 5 seconds to go, then
pack them. Also use the Turbo Trainers in the corner of the room.

and not yours.
-Control Stick (Move your Stony)
-Z Button (Kick the ball)
-B Button (Charge attack/steal ball)
Rules:
The Stony with the least points at the end of the time limit wins.
Tips:
Aiming the ball correctly in this game can be a pain in the backside sometimes.
Don't turn around and hope to get it in. The best possible way to aim is to

your points.
-Control Stick (Move your Stony)
-Z Button (Kick the ball)
-B Button (Charge attack/steal ball)
Rules:

time, don't let the other Stonys get them.

<< COLISEUM KICKBALL "FINAL" >>
Where is it?:
The door opposite the Semifinal.
How to Play:
This is the complete opposite of the Mayan Kickball. This time the Stony with
the least points wins the game. So kick the yellow ball into the other goals
and not yours. Now with the red balls, shoot these into your goal to reduce
your points. Use the Bombs once against to slow the other players down for a
few seconds.
-Control Stick (Move your Stony)
-Z Button (Kick the ball)
-B Button (Charge attack/steal ball)
Rules:
The Stony with the least points at the end of the time limit wins.
Tips:
Use the bombs when you need to. Be careful not to blast yourself though. Don't
be afraid to use the Charge Attack (B) if you want to take to the ball off
somebody to use it for your own purpose. Another tip; Go for the ball that
everyone else is going for. This way, if you get there first, you can take the
ball and shoot it, then head for the next ball. Charging is also good for
getting to a ball before somebody else.

Aiming the ball correctly in this game can be a pain in the backside sometimes.

<< POT O' GOLD >>
Where is it?:
Inside the giant pot of gold.
How to Play:
Light up the egg switches on the side of the center ledge and then jump on the
ledge to play. You have to shoot all 100 Jiggys as fast as possible.
-A Button (Fire Gold Eggs)
Rules:
Shoot the Jiggys as fast as possible.
Tips:
Start with the top row and spin around not too fast, but fast enough to hit
them all. If you miss 1 or 2 don't worry and just make you way to the next row.
Then shoot the ones you missed.

<< TRASH CAN GERMS >>
Where is it?:
Inside the giant Trash Can.
How to Play:
You have to destroy the germs to get points a quick as possible. Blue germs are
worth 3 points, green germs are 2 points and red germs are 1 point.
-Control Stick (Move Kazooie around trash can)
-B Button (Wing Whack attack)
Rules:
Kill as many germs as fast as possible in the time limit.
Tips:
Go for Blue germs first. It's also a good idea to get the feel of the Wing
Whack Attack before you play this game for high scores. When you get a good
feel of the attack you will be hitting several germs in the one attack by
turning and other fancy maneuvers.

Though it seems like a good idea, going through the middle of the arena is not
a good idea. The best way to score more points is to go in circles around the
arena and slap some germs this way. But if your opponent is staying in the one
place and killing germs, only kill the germs that your opponent is not able to
reach. Going for the same germs as your opponent is not a good idea, as it
wastes time and for that, you will lose your chance at points.

<< ZUBBAS' HIVE >>
Where is it?:
In the giant beehive on top of the mountain. You will need to open the door
first as the Bee Transformation by shooting the target above the hive in the
time limit that starts.
How to Play:
Shoot the Zubbas that appear from the walls. Blue Zubbas are 3 points, green
Zubbas are 2 points and red Zubbas are 1 point.
-A Button + A Button (Fly)
-Hold B Button (Fly faster)
-Control Stick (Move Bee around hive)
-Z Button (Stinger attack)
-C Up (1st Person view)
Rules:
Kill as many Zubbas in the time limit.
Tips:
Fly around in 1st person view and attack the Zubbas for best results. Flying in
the middle of the arena is good hear. And by middle I mean half way up. The
Zubbas rarely pop out the top end of the hive, so shooting at the ones in the
middle is the best way. Also, don't fly as you are shooting the Zubbas. If you
stay on a platform you will get a less firing range. And you shoot a lot
quicker while you are flying then standing still.

The only real disadvantage for this game is the fact of aiming through the eyes
and trying to turn in the air at the same time. You will really need to work
that Control Stick if you are going to do that. You may need to go out of
first-person-view to turn around. This is a good idea if you're finding it hard
to do them both at the same time. Just remember that the moment you turn around
to return to first-person-view and start shooting some Zubbas.

In the shooting mini-games in the multiplayer, you get the choice to choose a
character and use this person to battle. As in most games, each character has
his or her own unique abilities and status so you can choose which character
you would think be the best type for you. For someone who does more attacking
than anything else, should pick a defensive character. Just things like this
can mean the difference to obtaining the gold at the end of a game or not.

~~~~~~~~~~~
~~ BANJO ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~
Honeycombs: 8
Weapon: Kazooie
Speed: Medium
Status: All-a-rounder
Info: Banjo is a good character for the person who is ensure about what to
     choose. Experimenting with different characters is a good thing to do
     and choosing different characters will bring out your full potential.
     Banjo's main weakness is that he cannot hide very well. This is because
     he isn't a small character like Jamjars and Jinjo and he is bright. His
     colours makes make him stand out. How can you miss bright yellow shorts?
     Also the colour of Kazooie can make Banjo stand out as well. Other from
     him not being able to hide very well. Banjo is a good character to
     choose if you're beginning the multiplayer and are not sure whom to
     pick.

~~~~~~~~~~~
~~ MUMBO ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~
Honeycombs: 8
Weapon: Baby Bird
Speed: Medium
Status: All-a-rounder
Info: Mumbo is just like Banjo. Choosing Mumbo against banjo will make a
     battle more even. I did a few tests and I came to the conclusion that
     Mumbo is slightly faster than Banjo. It isn't much of a big difference
     but it could mean the difference between victory and defeat. Banjo's
     weakness is that he cannot hide very well. This is Mumbo's strength.
     Mumbo composed of very dull colours and thus making it better for him
     to hide around levels.

~~~~~~~~~~~
~~ JINJO ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~
Honeycombs: 4
Weapon: Baby Bird
Speed: Fast
Status: Speedy/Attacker
Info: Jinjo is my personal favorite. He is the fastest out of the other
     characters and is small, making him hard to hit. The only problem with
     Jinjo is his low HP, and it is hard to dodge explosive eggs. Other from
     these, Jinjo is a speedy hard-hitter who can get away quickly. Jinjo is
     very good in the sneaking department. He can hide in corners without
     any others seeing him. If Jinjo had 8 Honeycombs he would be
     unstoppable. But that would be unfair if he was the perfect character.
     So think of the low Honeycombs as a handicap.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~ JAMJARS ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Honeycombs: 8
Weapon: Chicken
Speed: Medium-Slow
Status: Attacker/All-a-rounder
Info: Jamjars is only a little bit smaller than Banjo and Mumbo, but he makes
     up for this weakness being a little bit smaller, so Jamjars is a good
     choice for hiding and attacking, more than defense. Like Jinjo, Jamjars
     is a small character, he is more on of a stealth character, he can hide
     and take a hiding at the same time.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~ GRUNTY ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Honeycombs: 16
Weapon: Dodo
Speed: Very Slow
Status: Defensive
Info: Grunty is very slow but she has double the Honeycombs of Banjo, Mumbo
     and Jamjars making her a hard one to take out. Though she is really
     slow, it's like she's walking. She's a good choice if you're up for
     challenging yourself. Grunty is one tough cookie to beat and she was
     made only for the real experts of the multiplayer shootout games. If
     you're good you will be able to know your way around the shootout games
     inside out. So you can move between them in the best hiding spots and
     not be venerable to and open assault.

               /______/                             \______\

This is the section of the FAQ where I will explain all the pickups in the
Shootout games in as much detail as possible.

NORMAL EGGS
Appearance: Blue eggs with small spots on them.
Speed: Fast
Damage: 1 Honeycomb
Info: These are the most common eggs you will find in the shootout games.
     these eggs are good for quick and close attacking. They are also good
     from a vantage point as well. These are your all-a-rounder type of
     weapon.

FIRE EGGS
Appearance: Red eggs with a fiery glow.
Speed: Medium
Damage: 2 Honeycombs
Info: These are my favorite type of eggs. These will crack onto your opponents
     skin and give then a quick burn. These eggs are a little bit slower that
     the normal eggs but they are not found as easy. I would use these eggs
     first and then use Normal Eggs if you needed to.

ICE EGGS
Appearance: Grey eggs with a silver glow.
Speed: Medium
Damage: 0 Honeycombs
Info: These are what I call and Emergency Egg. The Ice Eggs don't do any
     damage, rather they will freeze your opponent in a block of ice for
     about 4-5 seconds. This is a really good idea if you're in trouble and
     you need to get away from somebody quickly.

GRENADE EGGS
Appearance: Grenades. (duh)
Speed: Medium-Slow
Damage: 4 Honeycombs
Info: A good choice off eggs are the Grenade Eggs. These will explode if they
     hit any surface, so the good thing about these eggs are you just have to
     get close and shoot and it will still do the damage. There only weakness
     is the fact that they are a bit slow. Don't use these eggs in close
     range combat! If you do, you will hurt yourself, and we don't want that
     now do we?

CLOCKWORK KAZOOIE EGGS
Appearance: Red egg with yellow spots.
Speed: Slow
Damage: 4 Honeycombs
Info: When you pick up a Clockwork Kazooie Egg only use it when you know where
     your opponent(s) is/are. When you shoot these eggs they will hit a
     surface and crack open, revealing a little Kazooie wind-up toy. Now you
     have 20 seconds to find your opponent and detonate it (Press B) before
     it blows up. The way I use these, is to trap your opponent in a room
     then let one of these in and detonate it at his feet. The only problem
     with the Clockwork Kazooie Eggs are that they are slow walkers.

PROXIMITY EGGS
Appearance: Looks like a mine.
Speed: --
Damage: 4 Honeycombs
Info: These are eggs you use to set up traps around the shootout levels. If
     you're lucky enough to find these in your level shoot them at walls and
     other surfaces and they will activate. When the Proximity Egg senses
     movement it will explode. These are great for leading your opponents
     into rooms with them. But be careful. These won't stick to your opponent
     like in Perfect Dark and they will blow up if you get close to them.

GOLD EGGS
Appearance: Gold Eggs
Speed: Very Fast
Damage: 1 Honeycomb
Info: There a nest in each of the shootout games filled with Gold Eggs. What
     makes eggs so great? Well, when you pick them up, a countdown will start
     until that counter reaches 0 you will have unlimited Gold Eggs. These
     eggs are the same as the ones you use in such mini-games like Balloon
     Burst Challenge and Saucer or Peril. These eggs are great in just
     holding down the Z Button and belting your opponent into a wall so they
     surrender helplessly.

BEAK BAYONET
Damage: 1 Honeycomb
Info: This is the move when you press B. It's not a very good attack when you
     are trying to take down someone in the game. This attack is a last
     resort, only use it if you have no eggs left. It's also hard to control
     and your opponent can dodge this attack with ease.

HONEY JAR
Appearance: A large jar with a white cloth lid and a sticker on the jar body.
Info: There is one of these in each of the shootout levels. If you can find
     the Honey Jar, you're in luck. No it doesn't heal you but it makes you
     transparent. You will become slightly invisible. You can still be seen
     but your opponent will need to look hard if he/she is to spot you. This
     is great for sneaking up on people without them seeing you and taking
     them out blind.

               /______/                             \______\

Some of the games have the ability to change options. This way you can change
the rules of a game to reduce the chance of an easy victory or if you just
want to try something new. The following games have the ability to change the
options.

Targitzan's Temple Shootout
Ordnance Storage Shootout
Mini-Sub Shootout
Clinker's Cavern Shootout
Zubbas Nest Shootout
Tower of Tragedy Quiz

It seems to be mainly the shootout games that have the options. The rest of
the games are timed games so you can't change the options for that game.

Here is the list of the different types of options you can choose from and a
longer description on what it does.

PICK CHARACTERS:
-Banjo
-Mumbo
-Jinjo
-Jamjars
-Grunty
Info: Pick from a range of different characters and choose one, which is best
     suited to your liking. Check the Character Profiles section of this FAQ
     on a detailed look on all the characters.

GAME LENGTH
-First to 10 (First to score 10 kills)
-First to 20 (First to score 20 kills)
-5 Minutes (Player with most kills wins)
-10 Minutes (Player with most kills wins)
Info: This determines the way that the game will finish. It could be the first
     player to score 10 points who wins or make it a showdown and place a
     countdown to see who will get the most points in pressure.

GAME TYPE
-Squawkmatch (Normal energy and egg damage)
-Single Egg Splat (1-hit-KO!)
-4 Dozen Fun (Each player has 48 eggs. 1 point each hit. Game ends when all
 the eggs are gone, or the timer runs out)
-Birdy Buddies Unavailable (Split into teams for Squawkmatch. 3-4 players
 only)
Info: This is a great way to show ways of teamwork and accuracy. The Single
     Egg Splat is my personal favorite. This way you have to really be on your
     toes and get a direct hit as well as not get hit yourself. The team match
     is also good, yelling out to your friend next to you for help is always
     good fun

EGGS TYPE
-Eggs-a-Plenty (All types of eggs)
-Hot n' Cold (Normal, Fire and Ice eggs only)
-Sneaky (Normal, Fire and Proximity eggs only)
-Bombs Away! (Normal, Ice and Clockwork Kazooie eggs only)
Info: This will change around the eggs in the shootout games. Choosing
     different types of eggs can reduce the amount of points that will go
     around during a match. So pick you favorite types of eggs and go out
     there and win.

As you may already know, there is a secret character you can obtain in the 1
Player game and use him in the multiplayer. You have to find the Mystery Egg
and hatch it at Heggy's and she will let you use Jinjo in the shootout
multiplayer games. Continue to read on to find out how to get the Jinjo if you
don't know already.

Before we start, you can't get Jinjo in multiplayer if you haven't learned
Split Up Hatch, Bill Drill from Jamjars. When you do have these abilities you
can go Heggy's. Heggy is a chicken who lives at Wooded Hollow in Isle O' Hags.
Go to he side of the door once you're inside and use Bill Drill on the stone
With a crack in it. Then Split Up Pads will be revealed, so Split Up and take
Control of Kazooie. Then climb the stairs in the room and Hatch the Yellow Egg
That's in the nest at the top. This will get you the Jinjo in Multiplayer.
