Released exclusively in Japan on the Sega Mega Drive
in 1990, Cutie Suzuki No Ringside Angel combines the
action of classic Arcade Wrestling games mixed with
strange, erotic overtones.
Like other Wrestling games of it's time, Ringside Angel
features an officially licensed appearance of JWP Joshi
legend Cutie Suzuki amongst a roster of eight other
fictional Wrestlers.

Character portraits:

The amount of damage a Wrestler has taken is
displayed by the Wrestler's individual in-game
portrait.
As a Wrestler continues to take damage in a match,
the Wrestler's portrait will gradually change,
reflecting their current state of health:
Level 1 - Confident and cheerful (100% health)
Level 2 - Focused (75% health)
Level 3 - Injured (50% health)
Level 4 - Critical (25% health
Level 5 - Danger (25 - 0% health)
When a Wrestler reaches Level 5, the BGM of the
match will change indicating that the fight is
near an end.
When a Wrestler refrains from taking damage, the
Wrestler will regain health which is then
reflected in their character portrait.

Special Meter:

An energy bar used to unleash a Wrestler's
strongest attacks.
The Special Meter can be filled up by using
a Wrestler's kicks, grapples and submission
holds on an opponent.
Additionally, the Special Meter can also be
depleted by being attacked, reversed, grappled
or put into submission holds by an opponent.
Certain Specialty moves require a substantial
amount of energy from the Special Meter before
the Specialty moves can be performed.

dishing out a higher amount of damage in comparison
to other Wrestlers who also possess the same move.

The White Snow, Star Light and Grand Champion
difficulty settings feature two hidden special
moves that can be accessed through a Wrestler's
pre-match movelist.
It should also be noted that with every difficulty
level the computer opponent becomes more resilient
to pinfall attempts and submission holds.

Secret Tornado Spin Attack:
===========================
To perform the secret, super move "Tornado Spin",
start a match with any Wrestler under "Grand
Champion" settings.
During the match, fill up the Wrestler's Special
Meter and perform one of the Wrestler's special
moves to make the Special Meter start flashing.
While the Special Meter is flashing, lockup
with the opponent and press "C".
If successful, the Wrestler will now perform
the ultra-secret move "Tornado Spin".

Secret Barrel Slider Attack:
============================
By selecting the "White Snow", "Star Light",
or "Grand Champion" difficulty settings, each
Wrestler receives a special hidden move called
called "Barrel Slider" which is only available
on the three mentioned difficulty settings.
For those that can't read Japanese, look for
the move that starts with "R.----" to access
this special move (usually set as the 9th -
11th move in each Wrestler's movelist).

Defeat Megadeath Saito in the "Grand Tournament"
of 1Player mode.

Fight The Same Wrestler:

In Battles mode, hold START and press A on
any Wrestler of choice.

In 1Player mode, at the tournament screen,
