FAQ, you can contact me at the following addresses...

.. but make sure you've checked the Frequently Asked
Questions section before you do! If your question is in that
section, you won't be getting a reply!

The Legal Bit
Yes, it's a moves list so obviously people are going to be
coming up with the same stuff after a time. But seeing as
how I've managed to compile all of this first, you'll have
to ask me if you want to reproduce it for yourself. Printing
it out to use at home is fine. Copying and pasting it into
your own guide or sending it to any of those lame games mags
that you have in the US is not. You know the score - email
me at
[email protected] and I'm sure we can come to
an agreement... if you don't, I'll take this FAQ, shine it
up real nice, turn that son-of-a-bitch sideways and... well,
you know the rest.
WWF Wrestlemania 2000 is published by THQ and developed by

Version Updates
V2.2 (23/01/00) - Just a quick update to add a few things.
Seeing as I'm here at work (for NO PAY) on a Sunday, I
figure I might as well do something of my own...
• Can you believe it? Channel 4 (in the UK) are showing WWF
Heat in the evening and it rocks! The ratings went through
the roof! Hoorah for terrestrial exposure!
• Confirmed that the Smoking Skull Belt cheat works. Thanks
to David 'The Webbster' Webb for that.
• Using a PAL cartridge? Need to get some blood into your
WWF gaming? Then check out this tip, courtesy of
[email protected]. Alright!
• Re-added the Edit-A-Wrestler section because someone is
going to help me write it. Way to go, Red Phoenix!
V2.1 (22/01/00) - Right, let's get all of this straight. The
whole First Blood match thing? It's a nightmare! Basically,
you'll want to check the Frequently Asked Questions section
to see the new updated version of that question but there is
an explaination as to why I got it wrong... honest.
• Corrected the First Blood match question. Hoorah! Cheers
to
[email protected] and everyone else that mailed me to
say I was wrong.
• Added a few more questions (some really stupid ones plus a
couple of good ones).
• I'm thinking of putting together a whole thing about the
Edit-A-Wrestler section again because I keep getting mails
about it... but I don't know if I've got time. Anyone out
there willing to help write it? I'll give you the full
credit, obviously...
• Finally, Sky have started broadcasting Smackdown! About
time! Mind you, it looks like they won't be showing the
Royal Rumble tomorrow night... nooooooo!
V2.0 (15/01/00) - Woah. A LONG time since the last update
but then I haven't really played WWF2K properly for a good
few months. Those of you that know me will realise that I'm
drifting to Dreamcast so I'll be doing more FAQs for that
side of things... still, got to do WWF Smackdown, haven't I?
• Basically, I'm adding a tons of new questions to the
Frequently Asked Questions section simply because I get
nothing but the same mails now! If you've mailed me
recently, I'm sorry I haven't replied - I've just had so
much to do. Still, I hope I've answered everything now!
• Changed a couple of things I'm not too happy with. Found
out some finishing move names (The Hardy Boyz and Test most
noticably) and some other bits and pieces that have been
updated. This wil probably be one of the last updates to
this FAQ so I'm just tidying up really...
• Removed the EAW section simply because it doesn't interest
me - I don't care much for this whole thing to be honest.
V1.2 (15/12/99) - Yes, I know it's been a while since I've
updated this but I've been busy. Honest. So after the
MOUNTAIN of mail I've received, it's time to do another
update... although I've probably forgotten half the stuff
that needs doing. Sorry. I'm going to check my mail tomorrow
and make a list of everything I need to do so the proper
update will probably happen on Saturday.
• Found EVEN MORE uses for various buttons. These have been
added to the Controls section.
• Added a piece about the Crash Test Dummy outfit.
• Okay, so I was wrong - my addition about getting people to
come out together is WRONG. I've taken it down so people can
stop having a go at me about it!
• Anybody notice the 'Ken Shamrock' FAQ on GameFAQs by
Tiltman? Hahaha. That made me laugh. He ripped it straight
out of mine (word for word) and then denied it when I mailed
him! He also suggested that I hadn't slept with a woman (in
a very grown-up and not at all juvenile sort of way...
that's sarcasm in case you missed it). Well, I have - I'm
engaged to her. Unlike his though, mine doesn't deflate and
fold into a storage bag afterwards. Ha.
V1.1 (6/12/99) - After the TONS of email I've got about
various subjects, it's time to make another update to the
FAQ already. Honestly, there's no rest for the wicked...
• Added how to perform moves from the second rope (thanks to
all who mailed this tip to me... there were LOADS of you!)
• Put in a few more questions in the Frequently Asked
Questions section.
• One important point - there are only SEVEN secret
characters in the game (and that's an official statement
from my mates at THQ). This means that you CANNOT be The
British Bulldog / Randy Moss / The Mean Street Posse / The
Dudley Boys or any other fake secret character unless you
create them yourself! Stop sending me mail saying that you
can (and that means YOU, Jimmy Blood!)
• Because a few of you are having problems with really hard
matches where you just keep getting reversed all the time,
I'll be working on a FULL guide to the move reversals in the
game from now on. Keep 'em peeled for when it arrives!
V1.0 (4/12/99) - Hoorah! Finally completed 'Road To
Wrestlemania' for the third time and managed to get hold of
HBK Shawn Michaels! He's a real pain in the arse to find
(winning the Royal Rumble is tough!) but I did it! Ended the
game with 52 wins and 4 losses overall... not bad!
• Added Shawn Michaels to the moves list and finally
completed the basic FAQ. At last!
• Put in a section containing tactics for winning all the
different kinds of matches in the game. Handy!
• Correcte a lot of the Finishing moves for the wrestlers in
the biogs section.
• Added more bits to the Secret section about getting people
to come out together (Corporate Ministry / D'Lo Brown and
Mark Henry / practically everyone else!).
• Put in a few more questions in the Frequently Asked
Questions section.
V0.99 (3/12/99) - Thanks to Gruel, added the Hardy Boyz to
the moves list... now there's just HBK to go! I'm going
through 'Road To Wrestlemania' again as The Undertaker to
get him - so far, I'm 35 wins and no losses!
V0.95 (1/12/99) - Beginning to get to the end of the basic
moves lists in this FAQ. Thanks to everyone telling me how
to edit (and look at) the moves lists of the girls, I've
completed all of the end of the list. Added Droz, Prince
Albert, Steve Blackman, Thrasher, Chaz, Debra, Jacqueline,
Terri Runnels, Tori, Ivory, Chyna and Stephanie McMahon.
Hoorah!
• Changed a few things about how to get secret characters
(thanks to Zephyr for that).
• Added a bit about controlling the managers and sidekicks
(thanks to Scott Hunter for that).
• More details on making teams come out together - today,
it's the Union, The Brood and DX!
V0.91 (29/11/99) - ARGH! My e-mail has been down for ages
and so even though this guide is getting near completion, I
can't update it on the site! What a pain! Don't worry though
- I'm getting it sorted today!
• Tried to finish off the moves... sorry to Gruel for doing
most of the work myself rather than sharing it fairly but
I've been working like mad to get all the moves up! Has
anyone worked out a way of editing female wrestlers? Added
Farooq, Bradshaw, Jerry 'The King' Lawler, Jim Ross and Dude
Love today.
• Thanks to Vincent (and others) for spotting ViolentJ's
pointless attempts to plagurise this FAQ. There's a word for
people like him... it starts with a 'C' and ends with
'omplete waster with no obvious talent of his own'. You get
the idea...
• Put a list of the Stupid Questions on the contents section
so you can see if there's been an update recently.
• VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Added a secret to the list about how to
win EVERY SINGLE MATCH without losing!!! It's so easy I
can't believe we've all missed it - check it out!
V0.9 (25/11/99) - And yet still more updates to the moves
list... honestly, this game will be the death of me!
• Added D'Lo Brown, Mark Henry, Edge, Christian, Gangrel,
Cactus Jack, Paul Bearer, Pat Patterson, Gerald Brisco,
Michael Hayes, Scott 'Too Hot' Taylor, 'Too Sexy' Brian
Christopher, Meat, The Blue Meanie, Viscera AND Mideon. Wow,
I've really worked hard today!
• Put up all the secrets found in the game so far.
• I can't possibly make this clearer - before you mail me a
question, CHECK THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS SECTION! You
wouldn't believe how many people have sent the same three
questions in, when they're clearly there for all to see!
Duh!
V0.8 (23/11/99) - More updates to the MASSIVE moves list.
Today, I've added Ken Shamrock, Vince McMahon, Shane
McMahon, Test, The Big Bossman, Val Venis, The Godfather,
Jeff Jarrett, Al Snow AND Hardcore Holly (cheers to Gruel
for the last two). We're really cooking now!
• Added ANOTHER use for the L button in the controls list
and a few other bits and pieces I missed.
• Added how to access all of the hidden wrestlers in the
game in the Secrets section and took out the British Bulldog
(okay, so I was wrong that he was in the game).
• Changed the biogs by taking out the Titles held - I'm not
going to update them as I don't get to watch WWF as much as
I used to, so don't mail me saying that one wrestler has got
five titles reigns instead of four or whatever! I have
corrected a lot of details though...
• Added a tip about the Headbangers.
• Finally updated the Thanks section - see if you're in
there!
V0.7 (22/11/99) - FINALLY! After finishing off a whole other
ton of things that had to be done first (like finishing
Donkey Kong 64... what a top game! The end boss is
unbelieveable! Spoilers available upon request...), I can
now get back to doing this!
• Added a massive pile of wrestlers' move lists. Today's
update includes Triple H, Mankind, Undertaker, Kane, Big
Show, Mr Ass, Road Dogg and X-Pac... and that was written in
less than half a day! All the wrestlers up to Jeff Hardy
should be done by tomorrow. Hoorah!
• Added another two uses for the L button in the controls
section.
• Finally got around to putting in the section about the
double-team moves.
• Put in some more stupid questions - these have been mailed
to me recently.
V0.6 (21/11/99) - A LONG break between updates, simply
because I had to give up my cart for a few days! Still,
things keep moving on... more wrestlers in a big bundle over
the next few days!
• Added 'Y2J' Chris Jericho to the moves list (Gruel's doing
the second half of the wrestlers as well as few of his
favourites)
• Oops... changed the A and B buttons round in the controls
list because I got them the wrong way round. Sorry!
• Will be changing the biogs in the next few days. Don't
worry - people who've mailed us stuff WILL be getting
credit!
V0.5 (12/11/99) - It's official!!! Check the top of this FAQ
for information on who to contact with questions and queries
about this wonderful FAQ...
• Received a load of information updates from a source about
the biog section. I'm going to be changing it soon (probably
tonight) and that's when the credits will be dished out!
• We're up on a number of websites now so I've got to add a
section about where to view this FAQ too.
V0.4 (10/11/99) - Changed the order of the version updates
so that the latest one is at the top.
• Added another use for the A button when you're rising from
the mat.
• Got rid of all that crap at the bottom of the FAQ... sorry
about that (pesky PC Exchange).
• Changed a couple of bizarre spacing/heading problems.
• Added two more forms of reversal - there's so many!
• Things might go a little slower for a couple of days -
I've had to give my copy of the game to someone else for a
few days or so...
• ...but saying that, there might be a collaberation in the
works with another top wrestling FAQ writer. Who? Well, I
just can't say right now...
V0.3 (6/11/99) - Three updates in one day? Unbelieveable...
• Changed the order of the biogs to match the game and
corrected the information in the Height/Weight info
• Added a couple more uses for the C Down button
• Completed the game modes section
• Included a list of Frequently Asked and Stupid questions
that I got when I wrote the WWF Attitude FAQ. I figured that
if I answered them all now, I won't have to answer them
later...
• Finally started work on the moves list. I'm going through
them in order so I'll get them all done as quickly as I can
(and thankfully, the most popular characters are near the
start).
V0.2 (6/11/99) - Added the missing wrestlers that I forgot
earlier.
• Corrected some of the biogs.
• Corrected the use of the C Left button in the controls as
well.
• Put in a section about the Edit-A-Wrestler option although
I'm not really a big fan of that whole thing.
• Just a question (mainly for cookingwiththerock) - I don't
want to cause any disrespect and you want to be the first
on-line with an FAQ but why bother putting up info if you're
not sure about it? Example: Controls (assuming they're the
same as Revenge). What? Don't put them up until you know!!!
V0.1 (6/11/99) - Put up the basics (and I mean the basics -
as I've only had the game for a couple of days, I haven't
had much of a chance to play it...). There will be LOADS of
new stuff as soon as I get a moment to actually go through
the different characters.
-----------------------------
Finally, the 64 Chimp has come back to Wrestlemania!
Hello there and welcome to another of these wonderful guides
that everyone does when a top game like this comes out. Just
for the record, I was planning to try my hand at some other
games to make an FAQ for (such as Shadow Man or Jet Force
Gemini) but due to my ësituation', they didn't come off -
too much extra work, you see... (if you know me, you'll know
what I mean - if not, you could always ask...)
Anyway, this is my stab at a guide for WWF Wrestlemania
2000. I think I'm the first to get there seeing as how I've
got a finished version of the game here with me in the UK
and it's not even out in the US for another week (Ha!). Once
other things die down a bit - like my girlie whinging that I
don't spend enough time with her and such - I'll get down to
writing some form of moves list. BE WARNED though! This game
is HUGE and has 50 characters (with 7 hidden ones) and TONS
of moves for each of them. I'll do my best but rest assured
I'm bound to miss something...

-----------------------------
i) WWF Wrestlemania 2000 - a brief review
Okay, so we've all been waiting for this one to arrive
haven't we? Take the best damn wrestling license in the
world, combine it with (in my opinion) the best game engine
for this kind of game around and what do you get? Why, WWF
Wrestlemania 2000 of course!
Now before you start getting all excited, let's lay down the
truth - there are a few things wrong with this game (gasp).
However, they're not important enough to get in the way of
this being the best wrestling title EVER; they just get a
bit annoying at times....
1) The graphics aren't as nice as WWF Attitude and there's
quite a bit of clipping and stuff (but saying that, the
characters move about a lot more realistically and not as if
they've got constipation...WCW Mayhem anyone?).
2) The entrance music for each wrestler isn't quite as clear
as WWF Attitude (but at least they've got the individual
music right down to HHH's new 'My Time' and the actual
entrances with the Titantron are pretty damn amazing).
3) Err... no, that's all I got to say about that.
So onto the actual praise. To be honest, there's so much
that's just ëright' about WWF Wrestlemania 2000 that it's
tough to know where to begin. 50 wrestlers (including missed
characters from WWF Attitude like The Big Show, Hardcore
Holly, Meat, Scott Taylor and even Shane-O Mac and Mr
McMahon themselves) with another 7 secret ones. TONS of
gameplay modes including all the Hardcore, Tag Team and
Royal Rumble stuff and the best damn Cage match EVER!. A
Career mode that lasts for absolutely ages and actually
presents a challenge with a total of five belts (Hardcore,
European, Intercontinental, Tag Team and Championship). It's
all so fantastic!
The control system is another thing that makes this the best
WWF game ever. It's so easy to pick up and use but has
enough little tweaks and touches to make becoming a master
player a bit of a challenge. In WWF Attitude, it was tricky
to do anything really impressive unless you knew how to play
it. In WCW Mayhem, it was tricky to do anything
impressive... well, at all. With WWF Wrestlemania 2000
though, you can be a complete beginner and still put up a
fight or be an expert in reversals and kick some candy ass!
Put simply, this is an amazing game. If you're any kind of
wrestling fan, you MUST own it. If you're not... well, still
give it a go because it's just so great! Right, praise over
- let's get on with the guide!!!
-----------------------------
1 - Okay, so which button is Punch again? (The controls)
The control system is really intuitive and can be learnt in
a matter of seconds. However, each button has a range of
uses depending on the situation so I've listed all the
various things you can do as well as when you can do them
just for the sake of arguement.
D-Pad - Move Wrestler

L Button - Move to rear grapple (in front

(when using a Strong grapple in the
turnbuckle)
- Dodge (standing)
- Forward Roll (running)
- Backward Roll (holding R as you rise
from mat)
- Fall to Mat (when opponent is running
towards you following Irish Whip)
- Leapfrog (with D-Pad - when opponent
is running towards you following
Irish Whip)
R Button - Block (standing)
- Defensive Crouch (hold down as you
rise from mat)
- Reversal (dependant on situation -
it's all about TIMING!!!)
- Lift Opponent to Sitting Position
(tap once when they are lying face up
on the mat)
- Lift Opponent to Kneeling Position
(tap once when they are lying face
down on the mat)
- Lift Opponent to their feet (hold
down the button. If they are lying
face up, you'll end up in front
of them and if they're lying face
down, you'll end up behind them)
Analogue Stick - Taunt (standing/rising from floor/on
turnbuckle)
- Activate Special Meter (when Attitude
meter is flashing red)
- Activate Finisher (situation
dependant on which wrestler you're
using)
Z Button - Activate Manual Player (Tag Team and
Royal Rumble mode ONLY)
And that's that - if there's anything I've forgotten, I'll
add it at a later date (or when somebody tells me).
-----------------------------
2 - Who fancies a Cage Match then? (the game modes)
Ah, the real meat of the game - as you should know (and if
not, why not?), there are plenty of things to mess about
with in WWF Wrestlemania 2000. You can just play with
yourself (ahem) or try your hand at the Career mode and even
make your own wrestlers, although that's becoming somewhat
of a regular in ALL wrestling games these days. Fancy
knowing what's in store for you when you turn on the game?
Then read on, Macduff...
a) Exhibition Mode
The basic starting point for the whole game, Exhibition Mode
lets you try your hand at any of the styles of matches in
the game without having to go through the whole process of
Careers or tournaments. Think of it as the Quick Start of
WWF - beyond the first screen, you'll get another menu with
four options:
• Single Match
Two people (either you alone or a friend as well) can square
off against one another in a basic match.
• Tag Match
Pick two of your favourite wrestlers and try to come off on
top against either a computer or human opponent. Up to four
people can take part although you can just watch the CPU go
at it if you like.
• 3 Way Match
Your typical Triangle scenario - three people in the ring
all at once with the winner being the first to pin one of
the other two. Again, up to three people can take part
(well, obviously).
• Cage Match
Yay! The best Cage Match ever (although only two people can
take part at once). Beat the crap out of your opponent and
then climb over the top of the incredibly high cage - think
you've got what it takes?
Whichever one you choose, you'll also be able to decide
exactly where the match takes place. Is it just another
night of Raw Is War or do you want to please the crowds at
Wrestlemania itself? You can choose from the following
stadiums:
• Raw Is War (usual Raw set with a huge metal ramp and the
Titantron)
• Sunday Night Heat (same as Raw Is War)
• Royal Rumble (No Titantron, big round covered entrance
walkway)
• King Of The Ring (same as the Royal Rumble)
• Survivor Series (No Titantron, big skull at the end of the
walkway)
• Wrestlemania (No Titantron, large Wrestlemania sign on
walkway)
• Summerslam (No Titantron, large metal entrance with gates)
You can also create your own belts so if you want a title
named after you mum or your favourite band then go right
ahead and do it!
b) King Of The Ring
As you'd expect from the title, this lets you set up your
own King Of The Ring tournament although you can choose to
have either a Single or Tag Team version. The Single Match
tournament allows up to 16 people to take part while the Tag
Team tournament lets you have up to 32 people play the game
(do you even have that many friends?)!!! The default stadium
for the King Of The Ring is (obviously) the King Of The Ring
one, but you can choose to have it somewhere else if you
want.
c) Edit
Well, it's the Edit-A-Wrestler option. There's not much to
say about it really - by going into it and choosing a
wrestler (if you want to keep them without messing up the
genuine wrestlers, it's best to pick one of the 'Original'
characters in the last two sections of the Character Select
list), you can make them look like anything you want.
There's plenty of things to mess about with from the
clothing and looks to the way they act and move; you can
even dictate exactly what moves they use and have tons of
different taunts and poses! Sadly, it seems that you're
limited to the clothing that's actually featured in the game
although there seems to be a few bits and pieces of original
attire too. It's quite a good laugh if you can be bothered
to play around with it for a bit. Personally, I just want to
wrestle! Don't forget you'll need a Controller Pak if you
want to save any of them and take them to a friend's
house...
d) Options
Hmm, I wonder what this is? For the people who don't often
pick up on sarcasm, these are the OPTIONS (dumbass). Inside
are a few little things to play around with:
• Difficulty (Easy/Normal/Hard)
If you're finding it a bit tough, change the skill of the
opponents.
• Attitude Meter (On/Off)
Turning it off gets rid of the ability to perform Special
moves.
• Referee (On/Off)
Lets you decide whether to have the funny cartoon ref
interfere or not.
• Replay (On/Off)
Turn it off or you'll have to watch the damn annoying
replays!
• Music (On/Off)
Pretty obvious really.
• Sound (Stereo/Mono)
You'll have to put it on Mono if you're using a crap TV set.
• Controller
Takes you to another screen where you can change the
controls.
e) Road To Wrestlemania
Now THIS is where the fun begins. You can have up to three
careers going at once - when you've chosen who you want to
be (as well as a Tag Team partner for those all important
Tag Matches), you'll start your wrestling career. It
basically takes you through the various shows put on by the
WWF with most of the matches appearing on Raw and Heat,
while there'll be the odd PPV every now and then. Each week
you'll be drawn in a random match that you'll have to win to
increase your overall percentage - the higher your win rate,
the more chance you've got of getting a Title Shot. There
are five belts in all and once you've won a belt, you'll
have to defend it occasionally. You can actually have more
than one belt (I've got three right now!) and the whole
thing culminates at Wrestlemania where you may even get a
shot at the WWF Championship!
f) Pay Per View
Another option that's becoming the norm in wrestling games
is the Pay Per View. This is your opportunity to make your
own big wrestling event - simply give it a name, decide
where and when it happens and then draw up the card. You can
even choose special circumstances like submission only and
then call it a 'I Quit' match by simply entering the name!
You've got total control so what happens is all up to you!
g) Royal Rumble
Exactly what it says on the tin... err, title. Create your
own Royal Rumble (with up to 40 people taking part, even
though there'll only be four in the ring at any one time).
Not exactly taxing stuff.
h) Data
The place to go if you want to load in any belts or
wrestlers that you've created yourself and then saved onto a
Controller Pak.

3 - Aww, you're always The Rock.... (The wrestlers)
Yes, it's time once again to meet the guys and gals that
make up the massive roster in WWF Wrestlemania 2000. Since
WWF Attitude, we've lost a few faces (Goldust, Owen Hart and
ëDr Death' Steve Williams for starters) but gained a load
more too. This isn't quite a complete list of biographies as
I haven't got all the secret characters yet - I've managed
to salvage a load from my previous WWF Attitude FAQ as well
as find a few more on WWF.com but most of the stuff (like
the names of Finishers and Height/Weight info) is straight
out of the game.

4 - He moved the ring with that one! (The moves)
Okay, finally here are the moves to the TONS of wrestlers in
the game. I'm running out of letters to keep them all as a
list!
ii) A brief note about the various moves and reversals
I thought I'd put this in simply because the basic moves
that ALL wrestlers have can be in a section of their own (so
I don't have to repeat them) and going into individual
reversals for each wrestler would be a painstaking
experience. So there.
• BASIC MOVES
No matter which wrestler you're playing as, you'll be able
to use these rather easy moves. The basis of the game is
such: the longer you hold the button down, the more powerful
the move will be. You need to know this - if your opponent
is still healthy, using bigger moves probably isn't a good
idea as they take longer to do and are easier to reverse.
It's better to wear him down and then hit him with the power
plays!
ATTACKING: Weak punch/kick - Tap the A button (quick, less
damage)
Strong punch/kick - Hold the A button (slow,
more damage)
GRAPPLING: Weak Grapple - Tap the B Button (quick, hard to
reverse)
Strong Grapple - Hold down the B Button (slow,
easier to reverse)
The strength of the grapple affects the type of move that
you can do - in Mankind's case for example, pressing B
during a weak grapple will make him do a Headlock Takedown
while hitting B in a strong grapple pulls off a DDT. This is
similar in an Irish Whip situation - again with Mankind, a
weak grapple Irish Whip followed by A produces a Backdrop
but a strong grapple Irish Whip with A gives you a Sleeper
Hold.
• DOUBLE-TEAM MOVES
Seeing as how TONS of people have pointed out that I've
forgotten to put this section in, here it is. There are a
number of double team moves that can be performed and
they're all incredibly easy to do. Basically, both wrestlers
who want to perform the double-team move have to be standing
in particular places and go for a grapple at the same time
on the opponent. Some characters have different moves to
others so there is some variation. Here's the various moves
and where you have to be standing to make them work:
• Double Suplex / Wishbone Splitter
Have both characters in front of the opponent and then go
for a grapple simultaneously.
• Double Atomic Drop / Double Bulldog
Have both characters behind the opponent and then go for a
grapple simultaneously.
• Spike Piledriver / Double Powerbomb
Have one character in front and one character behind the
opponent and then go for a grapple simultaneously.
There are other moves that can be given to Edited wrestlers
but that no-one in the game has. To use them, you'll have to
assign them to an Edited wrestler or by cloning one that
already exists. One of them is a modified version of the 3D
(Dudley Death Drop)... however, you can also use the
Doomsday Device by placing the opponent on the shoulders of
one wrestler (not quite sure how to do this right now... I'd
know if I had the game in front of me!) and sending the
other Tag partner to the turnbuckle nearby.
• REVERSALS
As mentioned above, going into all the Reversals each
wrestler has would take far too long. This is because there
are just so many different types of reversal and situations
that can be reversed, it's amazing! Anything that involves
you being attacked can be reversed - it just takes good
timing in pressing the R (or sometimes L) button and a bit
of luck. The only thing that affects your reversal abilities
is if you're getting your arse kicked - having low health
means that you won't be able to perform reversals as well as
normal. I've listed just a few of the situations that can be
reversed below but I'm bound to have missed some so don't
mail me saying that I have! If someone does decide to write
a list of all the reversals, they can mail it to me and I'll
add it to the moves list with their credit on it!
• Punches/Kicks - you catch the arm/leg in mid-air and then
counter with a punch/knock them to the floor.
• Front Grapple moves (DDT, Suplex, etc) - the move is
blocked and then a counter move is applied.
• Rear Grapple hold - the opponent is elbowed/given a low
blow before they can perform a move from the hold.
• You try for a grapple - the opponent knocks you away,
leaving you dazed for a few seconds.
• Ground holds (near feet) - the opponent is kicked away
before the hold is completed.
• Irish Whip (into ropes A) - you reverse the whip and throw
the opponent into the ropes instead.
• Irish Whip (into ropes B) - you grab onto the ropes and
don't run back into the opponent's waiting arms.
• Irish Whip (into turnbuckle) - if the opponent runs after
you, a leg is raised into their oncoming face!
• Grappled in turnbuckle - you turn the opponent around so
it's them in the turnbuckle, not you.
• Grappled over the ropes A - as the suplex lifts you over
the ropes, you spin around and land on your feet behind
them.
• Grappled over the ropes B - you reverse the suplex and
suplex the opponent out of the ring
• Opponent runs at you with an attack - you catch them in
mid-air and throw them to the floor.
• Smacked with an illegal weapon - you catch the weapon and
take it from them to use for yourself!
Don't forget - all of these reversals can happen AGAINST you
too! Even worse (or better depending on the situation),
reversals can be reversed too (ie If you kick and the
opponent catches your leg, you can turn it into an Enziguri
before they knock you down)! Watch out - the computer seems
to have better timing than most human opponents...

5 - A few little pointer... (Tactics for each match)
Getting through the 'Road To Wrestlemania' can be quite a
tough challenge, especially in the latter stages... it does
go on for over 50 matches after all! That's why I've put up
this small section, giving pointers on getting through each
of the different types of match that you'll face along the
way. If you're having problems getting past something, just
check out the relevant section - don't forget to use the
'Win EVERY Match' tip that's listed in the Secrets section
below too!
• Singles Matches
Most of these are relatively easy to win as long as you
don't storm in like a bull in a china shop. Start off with
some relatively light punches and kicks, then use a series
of Weak Grapple moves and turnbuckle stuff to wear the
opponent down. If you can knock them to the outside then all
the better but DON'T follow them - you'll only run the risk
of them reversing a move and getting you counted out.
Once you can see them starting to tire (and your Attitude
meter is Orange), move onto the Strong Grapple attacks and
really start laying into them. As all good professional
sports entertainers do, try to finish the opponent off with
a nice meaty Special Move and then pin them in style - a
hook of the leg or (if you're the Undertaker/Kane) a
Darkness Pin looks pretty cool. DON'T try to keep battering
them into nothing - end the match quickly and efficiently.
If you carry on laying into them, you'll only run the risk
of them making a comeback and causing you severe
embarrassment!
• Tag Team Matches
Much like Singles matches, these aren't too bad although the
addition of extra people makes things a bit more
complicated. Fight as normal and wear down the first
opponent a bit, then lay into him and beat him into a pulp.
DON'T PIN HIM THOUGH! Instead, let him tag out and bring in
the fresh man - now you can use the same tactics to pummel
his partner into the mat. Pounding both opponents give them
less of a chance to mount a comeback and knock you off when
you're going for the pin...
Once you think you're ready to end the match, you're going
to have to distract the partner on the outside so you can
pin the other guy in the ring. The best way to do this is to
take the legal opponent and lay into him with a vicious
attack to knock him to the floor, then get him in a
submission-type move from the mat (every character has at
least one). This will make his partner get into the ring to
save him, as well as causing your partner to come in also.
Once these two start fighting amongst themselves (it really
doesn't matter who's winning as long as they're BUSY),
you'll be able to take the other guy to one side and finish
him off with a quick power move/pin combination. Do it
quickly though or the partners will move back to their
corners, meaning you'll have to distract him all over again!
• Triple Threat Matches
One of the hardest types of match to come out on top of,
simply because you're practically fighting two people at
once! First off, use the main tactic of only getting
involved when you have to - jump in for some double-team
moves when one character is dazed or severely beaten and use
some nice power moves when you can. DON'T go storming in
trying to take on both guys at once... you'll only come off
worse! Let the two opponents wear each other down and then
go in to clear up the mess...
The tough part is getting the win - most of the time, you'll
be pinning/using a submission move on one guy and the other
one will come back and stomp on you to knock you off. To get
around this, get up to SPECIAL and then use a Special Move
on each character in turn; this will knock them both out
long enough for you to get the win (unless your Special is a
submission move, in which case you're in trouble!). The only
other way is to get one opponent stunned on the outside
before clearing up in the ring with the other guy - this is
harder but works just as well. Don't forget though to stomp
on any opponent who tries to score the win on the other guy;
use C Right to make sure your focus is on him and then knock
him off quick!
ADDITION!
Top tip from loads of people - place one person in the Tree
Of Woe in the corner and then quickly finish the other off
and go for the pin.
• Hardcore Matches
The only thing that makes these matches 'Hardcore' is that
pins count anywhere and there's no countout - other than
that, they're just like a regular Singles match. Try to keep
the pressure on the opponent and use Weak Grapple moves to
wear them down before going for the power moves. Don't be
afraid to take the fight to the outside as this appears to
cause double damage; grab a weapon where you can but be
careful for the opponent stealing it from you!
• Cage Matches
Although you'll have to fight these occasionally, as a rule
virtually all WWF Championship Title matches are Cage
matches (although there have been known to be the odd
exception). These will usually be quite tough as you'll be
fighting the champion and he ain't the champ for nothing!
Fight these as you would a regular Singles match, using Weak
Grapple moves to wear the opponent down (as well as pressing
C Right in a grapple to throw them into the cage wall)
before hitting them with power moves. The key here though is
not to pin them but to keep them down long enough so you can
get over the top of the cage and win. To do this, repeatedly
use Taunt when the opponent is down for a long time to build
up your Attitude meter and then use power moves to knock
them right down. Once you can activate your Special meter,
use your Special Move to finish them off (hopefully, it's a
hard-hitting move like the Tombstone, Stunner or
Showstopper, not a crap submission move!). This will keep
them down long enough for you to get up over the cage...
Doing this isn't exactly easy though. If your Special meter
is still flashing after the Special Move, you'll climb
quicker - run over and hit C Up to start climbing, then hold
Up on the D-Pad until you reach the top. Once you start
climbing on the spot, hold Up until the word 'Tap!' starts
flashing and then begin hammering on the B button as quickly
as you can (I find that hitting the A and B buttons with my
thumbs rapidly works a treat!). This will force you up
higher until you're over the top of the cage and down to the
floor on the other side.
There are problems though. If the computer starts to climb
the cage, you might as well start the match all over again -
no matter how much you shake the cage (C Right) or try to
chase after him, he'll almost always win. DON'T LET THEM
EVEN GET CLOSE TO THE CAGE! You can knock them off by
climbing up after them and using B to kick but it's risky.
Also, don't try climbing the cage until you're SURE that you
can make it - if the computer trys to stop you, you'll lose
every time!
ADDITION!
As mentioned in the Triple Threat Matches section, you can
also kick the hell out of your opponent until your Attitude
Meter is flashing. Then throw them into the turnbuckle and
press L to put them in the Tree Of Woe, hit the stick to
light 'Special' and then leg it over the cage. Easy!
• King Of The Ring
Basically a long run of Singles matches in quick succession.
You MUST win this if you want to get a WWF Title shot at
Summerslam and get Dude Love as a secret character. Wrestle
these as normal Singles matches but take care as one of the
opponent you face will usually be really tough. Try to avoid
moves that are easily reversed until you've really worn each
opponent down and then go for the kill - make sure you win
ALL the matches or you'll be eliminated from the tournament!
• Royal Rumble
The ULTIMATE match and possibly the hardest thing to win in
the whole world! With four men in the ring virtually all of
the time, it's important not to get thrown out of the ring -
if you do, you'll be out! You MUST be the winner and
successfully be the last man standing in the ring to get a
WWF Title shot at Wrestlemania and get HBK as a secret
character.
There's one rule here that you should stick to at all times
- DON'T FIGHT UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. There are three other guys
in the ring and they'll almost ALWAYS beat the living crap
out of each other. A lot of the time, they'll even eliminate
each other for you making your job much easier. While all
the action is going on, stay in the corner that is furthest
away from the fighting - that way if you do happen to get
hit by a stray kick, you'll fall into the turnbuckle rather
than through the ropes. If you do want to take people on,
the best person to pick on is the fresh man right after he's
entered the ring - you can end up eliminating someone after
they've only been in the ring a few seconds that way!
There are several ways to get people out of the ring. You
can throw them out by Irish Whipping them (C Down) when
you're right next to the ropes but this is a bit hit and
miss. You can also punch people through the ropes but again,
getting them stunned in the right position can be a bit of a
pain. The best way (I find, anyway) is to use a Weak Grapple
and whip them into the ropes from about three steps away,
then use a Strong Standing attack as they're coming back so
that they fall backwards and pass through the ropes. They'll
always land on the apron so move in close and quickly hit
them again during the brief moment that they're stunned so
that they fall to the floor. As soon as you've done it,
STAND BACK and take a breather - whenever you're not
fighting, you should be taunting to keep your Attitude meter
raised to Yellow/Orange.
If by some horrible turn of events you DO end up falling
through the ropes, try to recover as quickly as you can
before climbing back in. DON'T try to fight from the apron
as you'll probably end up losing. If the worst happens and
you get knocked to the floor, PAUSE THE GAME as you're
falling and select 'Quit Game' (like the 'Win EVERY Match'
tip says) to draw the match - you'll now go back to the
match screen and get a second bite of the cherry!

6 - Please tell me how to... (Frequently Asked and Stupid
Questions)
After writing the WWF Attitude FAQ many moons ago, I know
what it's like to receive rubbish e-mail. People asking me
how to play as this character or how to do that move, even
when the information is listed in the FAQ. Come on!!! That's
what the FAQ is there for, so you don't have to write to me
with silly questions!!!
That's why I've come up with this, the first list of obvious
and stupid questions that some people (you know who you are)
will be trying to ask each other when they want to do
something. Read through it before writing to me with
something that you're not sure about!
Q) "How do I play the game as (insert name of wrestler
that's only been in the WWF for five minutes here)?"
A) You can't - unless you create them in the EAW section
and even then that might be tough. Basically, WWF
Wrestlemania 2000 dates up to about September/October
1999 in the WWF. Anything that happened after the end of
September will most certainly not be in the game (ie
Meat is still called Meat and not by his real name, Jeff
Jarrett hasn't buggered off to the WCW and Stone Cold
Steve Austin hasn't become a bad guy yet... oops, let
that one slip...). It was the same with putting The Big
Show into WWF Attitude...
Q) "How do I change the costume of my wrestler?"
A) It's in the instruction manual - just press the C Right
or C Left button when you're choosing your wrestler. Each
one has four costumes to choose from.
Q) "How do I climb out of the cage in a Cage Match? I can't
do it!"
A) Ah, quite a tough one. Once you've beaten your opponent
down and have started to climb the cage, you'll get to
the top but not climb over. The word TAP! will appear on
screen and at this point you have to press the A and B
buttons rapidly in succession (a bit like Track And
Field on the Spectrum). The faster you do it, the more
your wrestler will climb up until he gets over the top
and you win!
Q) "Can I do the double-team moves that the computer does
on me?"
A) Yes you can - they're listed in the brief note about
moves at the very top of the moves section in this FAQ.
Q) "But I want to be Ric Flair..." (no joking, someone sent
this!)
A) Wrong federation, dumbass. Get off to the 'Dubba-ya See
Dubba-ya' with you.
Q) "Can you mail me a complete list of the moves?"
A) No! What do I look like, a bloody mail order service?
Q) "When are you going to update the FAQ?"
A) I'll update it once I've written it! Have a bit of
patience, for goodness sake...
Q) "I've been trying for ages but I just can't do the
Special moves. The info in your FAQ is wrong!"
A) Excuse me? If the info was wrong, how come I can do the
Special moves along with everyone else? You might want
to think about performing a Strong grapple (hold the A
button) before hitting the Analogue Stick... duh.
Q) "How do you do (pick any move in the game that is so
easy, even a baby could do it)?"
A) Argh! Why do you think I'm writing a moves list? It's
all there in black and white at the top! READ IT!
Q) "Why can't I edit any of the moves for the wrestlers
that are already there? The manual says I can do it..."
A) As far as I know, the only way to do this is to clone
the wrestler you want to edit on top of the Original
wrestlers at the end of the character list. Now you can
play with them as much as you like.
Q) "Your FAQ is great but you sould get rid of the moves
lists - it makes it look really corny."
A) Get rid of the moves lists? In a moves list FAQ?
(Putting on best Dr. Evil voice) Riiiiiight.....
Q) "How do I do the moves from the second turnbuckle?"
A) Okay, thanks to the millions (AND MILLIONS... err,
sorry) of mails I've received, I can now answer this
one. Basically, it doesn't work for all characters but
once you've knocked someone to the floor near a
turnbuckle you can run over to it, stand in the corner
holding the D-Pad towards it and press A.
Q) "How do I open up (insert the name of a fake secret
character here)?"
A) ARGH! For the last time, YOU CANNOT BE The British
Bulldog / Randy Moss / The Mean Street Posse / Goldust /
The Dudley Boys or anyone else apart from the seven
secret characters I've listed. Now STOP ASKING ME!
Q) "How can I get out of a pin?"
A) As soon as you're pinned, start hitting R as well as the
A and B buttons as quickly as you can. If you hit the
Analogue Stick, you'll just make it worse for yourself!
Q) "What do I have to do to pick up a weapon?"
A) Leave the ring, walk over to the crash barriers and hold
C Up. Easy (it's in the instruction manual!).
Q) "How can I stop Vince McMahon coming in and taking away
my title a month before Wrestlemania?"
A) You can't - that's part of the game. If he didn't do
that, you wouldn't be able to earn a WWF Title shot at
the Royal Rumble, would you?
Q) "I've been playing forever and I haven't got to
Wrestlemania yet... what am I doing wrong?"
A) Err, hello? As in real life (most of the time),
Wrestlemania is in the last week of March - have a look
at the calendar to see how far away you are. Duh.
Q) "How can I do Matt and Jeff Hardy's Senton Bomb move?"
A) Even though it's one of their main finishing moves, it's
not in the game! Talk about annoying! I'm afraid you'll
just have to stick to using the Twist Of Fate move
instead.
Q) "Where is the option to turn the blood on?"
A) If you can't find it, you're either very thick or you
live in a country where you get PAL (rather than NTSC)
copies of the game. You see, PAL covers the whole of
Europe and some other places like Australia. Germany is
part of Europe and sadly runs a total ban on heavy
violence in sports games. Because of this, ALL PAL
copies of the game had the Bloodshed option REMOVED.
This is why I couldn't find it, despite getting loads
of mail saying it was there!
If you live in the US though, just check the Options
from the main menu.
*ADDITION*
If you are using a PAL copy of the game, here's a tip
from
[email protected]:
"If you choose the finisher Blood Mist, the character
rears back and sprays blood on the opponent! That sux
that my Aussie Pal cart doesn't support blood so the
blood mist option is the only way to go."
Q) "How can I take part in a Ladder/Inferno match?"
A) You can't. Both of these options are just internet rumor
and people talking out of their arse. When will you all
learn?
Q) "How can I take part in a First Blood match?"
A) As mentioned above, you won't be able to if you're using
a PAL copy of the game. Anyway, just go to the Bloodshed
option and switch it to First Blood when you reach the
Rules screen before a match.
Q) "Can you edit the clothes for the women wrestlers?"
A) Yes, but only by cloning them on top of another wrestler
(the best ones are the Original ones) and then fiddling
about. You're a bit limited for choice though so it's
not really worth it.
Q) "How can I make The Godfather come out with more than
just one ho?"
A) You can't - how many times do I have to say this? Each
wrestler can be accompanied to the ring by ONE person
only. That's why The Godfather only has one ho, The
Brood only consist of Gangrel and Edge or Christian, NOT
both of them and DX don't all come out together. Sorry.
Q) "I heard you can make Owen Hart come out and challenge
you if you finish the game as Tori... is that true?"
A) Now you're just getting sick. NO. There are NO other
secret characters in the game. STOP ASKING!
Q) "Can I use the Dudley Death Drop as one of my moves?"
A) Yep - it's under the Double Team moves in the Edit
section, listed as a 3/4 Neck Breaker. It's a modified
version though, so it's not quite the same (just like
the Emerald Fusion is a modified version of the Rakishi
Drop).
Q) "Why won't the game let me edit the proper wrestlers?"
A) Because you have to clone them to the Original slots
first before you can play around with them. Sorry.
When I think of some more (or get any through the e-mail),
they'll be posted up in this section.

7 - Hey, look what I found! (The secrets)
• Secret Wrestlers
As you might have guessed, there are quite a few secret
wrestlers to be found within the game. They open up once you
complete certain tasks in the 'Road To Wrestlemania' section
of the game - here's a list of all of them...
• 'Heartbreak Kid' Shawn Michaels
Like Dude Love (see below), you HAVE to win the Royal Rumble
to have any chance of getting HBK. Winning the Rumble gets
you a guaranteed shot at the WWF Title at Wrestlemania - if
you win this match, you'll be challenged by HBK and can then
select him from the 'Superstars 9' section.
• Jerry 'The King' Lawler
When you get to Wrestlemania, The King will come down to
ringside with good ol' JR to offer their commentary
services. There's no commentary (of course) but after this,
the pair become playable in the 'Superstars 9' section of
the character list.
• Jim Ross
See Jerry 'The King' Lawler.
• Paul Bearer
Play through the game as The Undertaker and after about ten
matches, Paul will start coming to ringside with you. When
this happens, you'll be able to select him from the
'Superstars 9' section.
• Stephanie McMahon
Play through the game as Test and after about ten matches,
Stephanie will start coming to ringside with you. When this
happens, you'll be able to select her from the 'Superstars
9' section.
• Dude Love
You HAVE to win the King Of The Ring to get Dude Love - it
has NOTHING to do with getting to Summerslam unbeaten! If
you win the King Of The Ring, you'll be guaranteed a shot at
the WWF Title at Summerslam... win this match and Dude Love
will come out to challenge you, making him a selectable
character from the 'Superstars 9' section.
• Cactus Jack
Win the Hardcore Title and defend it three times on your way
to Wrestlemania. After the third defence, Cactus Jack will
come down and challenge you - there's no fight but he'll now
be selectable in the 'Superstars 9' section.
When more information comes to light, you'll be the first to
know! And yes - I know I was wrong about the Bulldog being
available as a secret character. Seeing as how his clothes
and face are still in the Edit-A-Wrestler section of the
game though, it should be easy to make him!
• The Headbangers / New Age Outlaws / The Brood / The Union
/ Corporate Ministry / D'Lo Brown and Mark Henry / D-
Generation X as a team!
There's also a tip about Mosh being in the game... or at
least, you can create him and then reform the Headbangers.
Here's what 'Six Feet Under' has to say:
"Seeing as it was annoying how the Headbangers were always
teamed up as Thrasher & Chaz in Road to Wrestlemania, which
is annoying (at least to me) I decided to try to get rid of
Chaz (that gimmick's been gone for a while anyway) & make
myself a Mosh. After switching Chaz's default costume (I
left 2-4p alone) to the Headbanger outfit (the one with the
plaid-type skirt since Thrasher wears the other one), adding
the face paint, and getting rid of the hair, I switched both
names to MOSH, gave him the Headbangers music & video, and
saved it. So now basically instead of Chaz, it's Mosh, but
you can still use Chaz by switching to the alt costumes.
After saving my brand new Mosh, I started up a tag match.
My first thought was that it was going to be kind of dumb
since Mosh & Thrasher would probably just come out
seperately like they did when Mosh was Chaz, and not
together like the other tag teams do. To my suprise, they
came out together, and instead of just saying "Mosh &
Thrasher" It simply said "HEADBANGERS" So if you manualy
edit Chaz to be Mosh, the game will actually recognise Mosh
as Mosh of the Headbangers, and not just act like it's and
edited Chaz."
Pretty cool, huh? Apparantly, you can also do the same for
'Mr Ass' Billy Gunn - change his video and music to the same
as the Road Dogg and when they come out as a Tag Team,
they'll be the New Age Outlaws instead!
This rule also applies to The Brood, The Union, The
Corporate Ministry, D'Lo Brown and Mark Henry and even D-
Generation X! By changing the music/video section of Edge
and Christian to 'Brood', Ken Shamrock, Test, The Big Show
and Mankind's to 'Union', Vince/Shane McMahon and so on to
'Corporate', Mark Henry's to 'D'Lo'or any of the DX members
to 'DX', you can make them all come out together (although
thanks to that stupid 'only one ringside ally per team'
thing, you'll only get one of them - picking Gangrel will
make him come out with either Edge or Christian, NOT BOTH!).
This is cool...
• Steve Austin's Smoking Skull Title Belt
Get to Wrestlemania as Stone Cold Steve Austin and when you
win the title, you'll get the Smoking Skull Title Belt to
choose from on the Create-A-Belt list.
*NEW ADDITION*
Here's confirmation of this cheat working, courtesy of David
'The Webbster' Webb:
"Well, I fought through the Road to WM with Austin and went
undefeated all the way (strangely enough all my partners
turned on me and I never got a tag title shot). Afterwards
I looked at the create a belt option (which I think is sort
of stupid to begin with, but oh well) and the very first
belt to choose from was the Smokin' Skull belt. I guess you
must have to go undefeated as well, but I can't say for
sure. But the belt is in there."
• Win EVERY match!
Okay, so maybe this is me just talking out of my arse but
hasn't anyone noticed that if you're getting the crap beaten
out of you during 'Road To Wrestlemania', you can pause the
game and choose 'Quit Match' to get a Draw Game. You'll now
be back at the start of the current event, where you can
retry the match that you were losing and get the win. Now
have a look at the stats on the main screen - you won't have
lost or drawn any matches, as if you never quit and tried
again! Handy for getting to those later PPVs without
losing...
• Control The Manager / Ringside Ally
Make sure you've got a controller plugged into port two (if
using controller one) or port four (if using controller
three) and then pick a wrestler with a manager or teammate.
When you get into the fight, you can press Z and C Up on the
other controller to access the manager/teammate and then
control them as normal. Smart!
-----------------------------
8 - Here's one I made earlier... (Edit-A-Wrestler mode)
Like I said at the top, this section is back and will be put
up as soon as it's written. It'll be a full guide to making
your own wrestler with step-by-step instructions and
everything... kind of like 'Edit-A-Wrestler Made Easy'
(sorry, personal joke). Thanks to Red Phoenix - AKA Jim
Chamberlin - for helping with this one!
-----------------------------
9 - Big up, nuff respect, bo! (Thanks and praise)
Well, that's all there is my friends - just enough time to
say thanks and hello to the following people... (sorry about
the above title but anyone who's into Ali G will know what
I'm on about... big up the Staines posse!)
• THQ - aww, come on. They've made the best wrestling game
I've ever seen! The guys at THQ rock (plus there are some
stories I could tell you...)
• Me - well, I did put a lot of effort into this guide. All
hail the mighty chimp!
• Gruel (aka Dale Kulas) for pointing out some stuff,
agreeing to share the work load and generally being an all-
round top geezer.
• Jim Chamberlin - Hiya fella! Thought I'd give you a
mention seeing as how I haven't heard from you in a while.
Loved the WCW Mayhem guide (even if the game sucked more
than a two-dollar ho).
• 'WatDaRockIsCookN' for clearing up loads of info in the
biogs section. Cheers man - you're a star!
•
[email protected] for telling me how to use the Tree Of Woe -
I can't believe I missed that!
•
[email protected] and
[email protected] for being the
first two people to fill me in on how to open up all the
secret characters.
• 'Six Feet Under' for his little tip about how to create
the Headbangers!
• 'Shoe' for correcting some controls that I missed.
• Wren Ramprasad,
[email protected] and everyone else who told
me about the whole Union/DX/Brood thing and how to edit
female wrestlers.
• Scott Hunter for the 'control the manager' bit.
• Zephyr and
[email protected] for correcting the rules for
getting Dude Love and HBK.
• ViolentJ (sort of) for apologising about nicking this FAQ
and pasting it into his own. Well, at least he admitted
it...
• Everyone who mailed me about the whole second rope move
thing.
• The two arses that wrote to tell me that my 'crapy hints'
didn't work (yeah, and you can't spell you stupid hick) and
that PS2 would rule the earth. Err, right. At what point did
I say that I didn't like the PlayStation? Seeing as how I've
already got all the machines available (PSX, N64, Dreamcast,
SNES, Amiga (!), GameBoy, PC, etc...) and I'm getting a PS2
FOR FREE, do I care? No, I don't.
• Tiltman for making me laugh when he nicked my FAQ and then
insisted that he wrote it himself, even when it matched mine
WORD FOR WORD. Oh, you so crazy. Some other people have
stolen my format as well but I'm getting tired of chasing
after them. No names mentioned... well, all right. UndrTkr
(or something like that) 'borrowed' the moves list and then
modified it to his own style... but he left stuff in that
gave him away! See those little dots at the side of the
page? He left a ton of them in by mistake and yet he doesn't
know how to create them! Ha! Still, I got a small credit on
there for 'stuff' (yeah, right).
•
[email protected] for helping me clear up the Bloodshed
thing.
• No-one else for now... more to come soon though!
