WARNING: Reading this will give you a good idea of what's going on, but
remember that some details may be blurry....
I'm not fluent in Japanese. This translation was done with three
different kinds of online dictionaries, two online translators, and what
Japanese knowledge I've collected via self-teaching. It is approximate and
even contains many gaps. DO NOT treat it like a %100 accurate translation.
It's meant to help anyone who knows less (or even about the same amount)
Japanese than me understand what's happening in the story.
Feel free to contact me to:
1) Give me romaji for a section of dialogue I don't have
(i.e. what if Character X joins?)
2) Correct errors in my translation
3) Translate lines I've skipped because I couldn't figure them out.

Once upon a time, the land was governed by King Krall.
The country was called Krall Kindom.
The king lived in the ancient mansion, the South Castle.
Long ago, a legendary hero overthrew evil with a sword
that was enshrined in secret ruins.
There was a small town in the near those ruins.
A group of six young friends were living in that town.
One day, those six children decided to go exploring.
Elrick: Oooh, cool! Inside the ruins is interesting.
Cain : It's so vast....
Sion : Th-that's right. That's why an ancient sword was enshrined in these
ruins long ago
Layla : Hmph. Why would they enshrine stuff like ancient swords here?
Sion : Well... That far is... but it's creepy, isn't it...

Elrick: Something could be down here with us?
Aisha : But how could something be down here?
