IV. W H A T A R E S P E L L S ?

On occasion, when a character levels up, he or she will learn a spell. Spells
can be classified into four main categories: Offensive, Support/Defensive,
Healing, and Miscellaneous. Some of these spells can be used in battle, while
others can only be used outside of battle (field). This FAQ was created to
show you all the different spells of Dragon Warrior III and which classes learn
which spells. I will start by listing all the spells and which families they
fall under as well as their MP cost, targeted enemies/allies, and their
various effects.

NOTE: Before I begin this section, keep in mind that the level that a spell is
learned depends in major ways upon the character's stats. Sometimes the
character will learn a certain spell earlier or later than what I have listed.
What I have listed as 'Level Learned' is the average level the spell is learned.
Also, I have not listed the Warrior and Fighter in this section for obvious
reasons: they do not learn spells!
