Well, i should say that this guide is officialy MOVED. Don't get so psyched

How to Get :

Base Stats :

Evolution Chain :
Pokémon A =[Lv.XX]=> Pokémon B
Type : The type of the Pokémon. This determine if Pokémon is weak to
some type and strong to another
Egg Group : The breeding group of the Pokémon. This determine the Pokémon
group that can produce eggs if they placed together
Hatch Time : Pokémon eggs need a certain number of steps to hatch. These
number is differ from Pokémon to Pokémon. For easy reference,
I will give you the hatch time chart :)
Lv.100 Exp : Well, The experience that the Pokémon need to reach level 100.
Some Pokémon only need 600.000 Exp, but some other need more
than 1.500.000 exp.
Gender : The ratio of the gender. Most Pokémon get the ratio of 50 : 50
but some Pokémon get the 100 % ratio like the Hitmon family
EV Gain : EV Stands for Effort Value. By slaughtering a Pokémon, the
killer will gain some effort value. This will make the Pokémon
stats better. For example, if you kill a Spinda you will gain
1 EV in the special attack stats. By killing 255 Spindas, you
will gain 255 : 4 = 63,75 (Rounded to the down so it’s 63 points
extra stats in special attack). The limit of the EV is 255 Points
in a certain stats and 510 points in total
How to get : The place where you can find the Pokémon. I didn't write em all,
only where the easiest way to get the Pokémon. And i won't write
if a Pokémon can gained only by trade, but i will write if a
Pokémon can gained only by evolving.
Abilities : The abilities that the Pokémon has. For more explanation on the
Pokémon abilities, go to section 6.
Base Stats : It's self explanatory. It will tell you if a Pokémon is good at
attacking, defending, and so on. Just a little note, 80 points
of a certain stats is average points for fully evolved Pokémon.
Evolution Chain : It will show you the development of the Pokémon.

Well, it's actually self explanatory. When a nature has a stat increase, the
stats will be increased by 10 %, and vice versa for the decreased stats.
Liked / Hated Aspect
--------------------
This determine if a Pokémon like a kind of Pokéblock or hate another. I think
this aspect has some connection with the Pokéblock feeder at the Safari Zone.
And this aspect is connected to the stats, as well. Here's the chart.
Liked / Hated Strategy
----------------------
This is used when you enter the battle palace, where the Pokémon didn't
controlled by you, the trainer. There's 3 kind of strategy, Attacking move,
Defensive move (Something like protect), and Supportive move (Something
like Swords Dance and Rest)
Pinched Strategy
----------------
When the Pokémon HP fall to red, it will change it strategy, sometimes stop
using their liked strategy. When Pokémon HP come back to normal, it will use
its liked strategy again, though.

a. The Blind Beast [rgis]

Now I will explain how to get these Blind Beast a.k.a. the Regis. These Pokémon
can't be catched directly like the other legendary. First we need to open the
chamber where they sleep and become blind. To open these chamber you need :
If you already use the dig TM, you can get the move by level up Nincada to
level 45 or Trapinch to level 41, or if you have a copy of FR / LG, you can
just trade a Diglett, they already know that move.
First thing, first. Fly to Pacifidlog City. After that surf left. But, wait!
what's that? a fast current. Yes, to unlock the regis you must past this place.
But to pass this place is pretty simple, really. Just go as down (well, south)
as you can. After you swept pretty far, you will be arrived at a shallow water
that is a border between Route 133 & 134, all you need to do is take 2 step
from the bottom left corner, then surf left. after that, just dive to the deep
water.
Swim a little and you will find some dot carved on the wall. This is Braille,
The language for the blind people. It reads "Go Up Here". Why didn't we do it,
let's go up.
After you go up, you will find out that you are arrived to the sealed chamber.
You will find a lot of Braille. This contain all the letter on Braille.
This is the chart :
Go to the end of the cave to the Braille that say "Dig Here". Just do what it
say and a new room will appear. You will see another Braille. Let's see what's
it say :
"In This Cave We Have Lived. We Owe All To The Pokémon. But, We Sealed The
Pokémon Away. We Feared It. Those With Courage, Those With Hope. Open A Door.
An Eternal Pokémon Waits."
Isn't it interesting?
Go to the new end of the cave and there's a braille that say "First Comes
Wailord. Last Comes Relicanth." Get Wailord lead the party and Relicanth on the
back, then read it again. There's some sort of sound coming from the outside,
that mean our business here is complete, let's get out of here.
Fly to Lavaridge Town and immediately go to the desert. After you arrived to
the desert, just simply go south and you will find a cave in the middle of some
stone. Enter the cave. After that, read the Braille, It says "Left, Left, Down,
Down. Then, Use Rock Smash." Again, do what it say and the door will be opened.
Save and good luck catching it.

ISLAND CAVE - REGICE
Requirement : HM03 Surf

Fly to Petalburg City, then go left and surf downward until you find some tree.
When you find the island with tree, do a U-turn circling the island and go
north. Again, you will find a cave in the middle of some stone. Enter the cave
and read the Braille. It says "Stay close to the wall. Run around one lap."
Do it without moving away from the wall. When you arrived to the initial place,
the door will open. Enter the door and you can tell the Regis to say goodbye to
it's freezer. Don't forget to save first.

ANCIENT TOMB - REGISTEEL
Requirement : HM05 Flash

Fly to Lilicove City, Then go west until you arrived to Route 120, Cross the
stairs and tall grass after that. Enter the cave and read the Braille. It says
"Those who inherit our will, Shine in the middle.". Hey, it's already bright,
but let's do it, anyway. Go to the middle of the cave and use Flash, The door
will open. Save and chuck your ultra balls.

b. The Beautiful Serpent [mltc]

Maybe this is the biggest nightmare for most Pokémon player ever. To catch the
Pokémon that only exist at only SIX (note this) RANDOM TILES from the entire
Route, Route 119 to be exact. Now i will give you some tips and trick to catch
this Pokémon, Feebas.
> Use the Old Rod, not the Super Rod. It will save your time, believe me.
> Fish every, yes, EVERY tile 2 - 3 time. No need to fish every tile 5 - 6 time
If you hit the tile with Feebas, it has very high encounter rate. Say, 90 %
> Do not, once again, DO NOT start from the waterfall. Start from the pond near
the house where there is many Wingull instead. You will get it after a few
try.
Maybe some of you ask, what's so good about this Pokémon? This Pokémon is just
like the Magikarp, weak and ugly. There first reason is without it, you can't
complete the Pokédex, thus you can't get the Johto starters without it. And the
second is, obviously. It's evolution. It's just like Magikarp, right? Both
evolve from an useless Pokémon into a powerful one. IMO, it's one of the best
Water type Pokémon out there. It learn Recover and Mirror Coat, Both is a very
good move, just like the Pokémon.
So, how to evolve it, though. If you have read my Pokédex, to evolve Feebas,
you need to max out it's beauty. I hear some fool out there say just to stuff
it with tons of Blue Pokéblock. Unfortunately you can only give 10 Pokéblock
to 1 Pokémon. So you need a very good Pokéblock to max out it's beauty. Your
best bet is the Berry master. Not only he's using the Very Rare berries, he
just like a sniper, hit the Button exactly at the right time. Use the Cornn or
Kelpsky Berry to blend with him. Just with 3 or 4 of this Pokéblock, this
Pokémon beauty will be maxed out. Time for the showtime. Level it up a level,
then it will be evolved into Milotic.
