[B] Overview
This is a FAQ on the single MBF Astray Series Gundam in the Gameboy
Advanced Game Gundam Seed Battle Assault.  This Gundam is a variation
of the MBF-M1 Astray Gundam from the tv show Gundam Seed.  Originally
the MBF-M1 Astray is quite a weak gundam in that it contains no
phase-shift armour capabilities.  Hence it was equivalent in terms
to the ZAFT grunt Mobile Suits.  However, after modifications by
Lowe Guele of the Junk Guild, the Astray (now known as Astray Red
Frame Lowe Custom) is significantly upgraded in terms of offense
capabilities with the implementation of the Gerbera Straight katana.
As such, this Gundam is perfect for close-range combat, but is a poor
Mobile Suit in long-ranged combat.

[C] The Game
There are seven modes of play in this game.  The main mode is, of
course, Normal Mode.  In Normal Mode, the player fights through a
series of battles (which for the most part cohrelate to the sequence
of battles in the storyline of the tv show Gundam Seed).

Apart from Normal Mode, there are four additional one-player modes.
In Survival Mode, the player continually fights against the computer
opponents until the player's Gundam's Life Bar depletes.  It should
also be noted that for every successful win in this mode, the player
gains a little bit of the Gundam's Life Bar back.  Time Limit Mode
and Time Trial Mode are two very similar modes.  As the name of the
modes suggest, the fights conducted are restrained by a time-limit.
For Time Limit Mode, the player attempts to defeat as many opponent
Gundams as possible within a specified time limit; in Time Trial
Mode, the player defeats a series of tweleve gundams as fast as
possible (i.e. it is timed).

There is also one additional one-player mode:  being the Training Mode,
in which the player fights against a dummy computer to test out new
moves or practice combos.  Lastly, the single two-player mode in this
game is VS Mode.  As the name suggests, two players can play against
each other via two Gameboy Advanced Systems.

         Pilot: Lowe Guele
         Gundam: Red Frame Astray Gundam

Comments: This Gundam is perfect for close-ranged attacks
as all most all, with the exception of the CIWS,
of its weapons are short-ranged armaments.  Hence,
when using this Mobile Suit get as close to the

                   lacks in long-ranged attacks.

          4. Button (Backwards) + (B) - Power punches stunning the
                                        opponent Mobile Suit
          5. Button (Down) + (B) in the air - Slashes downwards with
                                              beam-saber
          6. Button (Backwards) + (B) in the air - Kicks
          7. Button (L) - Upward slash with dual beam-sabers

                                                    Straight katana
                                                    combo
