Best Start
--------------------
Look at your RPMs (bottom right corner) for the best start. To get the best
start, you want to get it close to the top right when the race starts. If the
meter is in the red, your tires will just spin. You could get a great start if
you get it close to the top once it starts, you could start the race at 40+
mph.

Turning
--------------------
Turning is easy but there's just a few things that need to be pointed out. If
you press the accelerator or the brake, you will slide as you turn. You won't
slide if you just let go of the accelerator. Learn to use this trick because it
could help you get through traffic on a turn.

Traffic
--------------------
Traffic could be a bit difficult to pass at times. It's easy if there is one
car, just go around them. If there are two cars side-by-side, and in a tunnel,
then slow down and wait for a break to appear between the cars where you could
fit in. If they aren't in a tunnel, then gas around the cars to the side. If
they are in a turn, brake so you don't hit them.

Transmission
--------------------
There are two types of transmissions. One is automatic and the other is manual.
Automatic is easier. Manual is a little harder but it keeps you busy. For
automatic, the gears will shift "automatically." For a manual, you will have to
shift "manually." To shift press L or R. R will shift up and L will shift down.
You will have to shift up, when the RPM meter on the right reaches the red
area. Shift up there to keep gaining speed. If the meter is far to the left and
bottom, then shift down.

Rally
--------------------
*Reach the finish line within the time limit and beat your opponent to it.
These can be a bit difficult at times. Get good at passing traffic. Sometimes
there will be two cars side-by-side in a tunnel. When you encounter these
situations, you will have to slow down until there will be a hole in between
the cars. If they are side by side on the road, go around both of them. Keep
racing and get to the finish line ahead of the car.

Grand Prix
--------------------
*Place at least fourth to win this challenge.
This is basically a race around the track twice. Just keep speeding as much as
you can and don't hit the other cars.

These are always different but they are fun to do. Just do whatever they say.

You will go down a fairly long straight and you will enter a quick right turn.
You will now go down another long straight. At the end of this straight, you
will go through a quick left turn. You will go down a quick straight and you
will then enter a quick right turn. You will then go down another quick
straight followed by another quick right turn, and one more quick right turn
will follow after that. Go down this quick straight and you will enter a long
left turn, be careful through this turn because you will slide off the road if
you take it wrong.
Go down this straight and brake as you enter the right turn. Just tap the
brakes. That turn will quickly be followed by a tight left turn. You will then
reach a fork in the road, take the route to the right. You will go down a sharp
right turn here. It will quickly be followed by a sharp left turn. Go down this
quick stretch and you will enter a quick left turn followed almost immediately
by a quick right turn. You will go down another quick straight and you will
enter a long left turn. Immediately after, will be a really quick and light
right turn.
Go down this straight and you will enter an S turn starting to the right. Now
go down this quick straight and you will start entering a series of turns, get
through it all as fast as possible. You will now go down a very long straight.
Make a right turn at the very end of it. You will now go down another long
straight. At the end of this straight will be a quick left turn. Now go down
another straight. At the end of this straight will be another quick left. Now
go down this straight and you will reach the finish.
This one isn't hard if you are good at passing traffic. You will have to learn
how to pass the traffic in any situation. Sometimes it gets hard because you
will be in a narrow tunnel and there will be two cars side-by-side covering up
the whole road. Try to get in between them in a tunnel or go around them to the
side if you're not in a tunnel. You will pass the car ahead of you about half
way through the race. Pass him and get to the finish.

Grand Prix
--------------------
You will first go down a long straight. After the long straight, you will reach
a long right turn. The turn is very light so just make it at full speed. There
will be one quick straight followed by another light right turn. Go down this
short straight for a light left turn, it will be followed by a light right
turn. You will go down a longer straight and it will lead into a series of
turns. The turns will be fairly sharp so ease off of the accelerator as you
make them. You will now go down a long straight and you will go into a long
right turn. At the end of that turn, you will enter a quick left turn. Now go
down this straight to the start/finish line.
This race is easy, you could gas through the whole thing. When you reach the
section of the track that has a series of turns, ease off of the accelerator.
That's the only time you should let go of the accelerator. You should pass the
first car right away and then the next will drive ahead of you. Don't worry
because you'll catch up. If you don't make any mistakes, you will reach second
place by the end of the first lap giving you plenty of time to catch up and
finish in first.

You will go down a long straight. You will eventually reach a fairly sharp
right turn. Make that turn and then go down this straight. All that really
matters here is a good start. Get one and make the turn at full speed and
you'll finish with no problem.

Go down this short straight and you will enter a right turn. You will then
reach a left turn after the previous turn. Go down this straight and you will
enter a light S turn starting to the right. Go down and you will reach the
checkpoint. You will enter a quick right turn followed by a sharp left turn.
You will now enter the sand. Don't worry because it won't change your traction.
Go down the beach a little bit and you will enter a light right turn but stay
out of the middle because there will be an obstacle in the middle. You will
then reach a left turn basically right away. Almost immediately after, will be
a right turn.
Go down this straight and make the following left turn. Now you will get back
on the pavement and you will reach the next checkpoint. Shortly after the
checkpoint, you will enter a light left turn. You will soon reach an S turn, it
will enter as a light right turn and it will end as a sharp left turn. You will
now go down a long straight and you will reach a fork in the road. Take the
road to the left.
You will enter a tight turn and the road will become wider at the exit. You
will go through the next checkpoint and you will make a light right turn. Now
you will go down a nice long straight. You will pass the checkpoint and you
should catch up to the car ahead of you around here. Shortly after the
checkpoint, you will make a light left turn and it will be followed immediately
by a sharp right turn. Almost immediately after, you will make a sharp right
turn.
Cross this bridge and you will reach a light left turn. Now go down this long
straight and you will reach the next checkpoint. Shortly after the checkpoint,
you will make a light left turn followed by a tight right turn. After that turn
will be another tight right turn. Go across this bridge and make a light left
turn. You will quickly enter a light right turn and you will enter the
checkpoint. Make a light left turn and gas it down this straight, the road will
eventually become wider.
Go down this straight and you will enter a series of turns, it will be light
right, light left, sharp left. Now gas it and make two more light right turns.
You will now reach the next checkpoint. You will reach another two light right
turns and then enter another straight. Next, you will enter two light left
turns. Go down this straight and you will enter an S turn starting to the
right. Afterwards, you will enter a sharp left turn. Go down this straight and
you will enter two more light right turns, you will then reach the checkpoint.
Now you will enter a light right turn after that straight. You will then enter
a quick left and the finish line is just ahead.

Go straight down this straightaway. You will eventually make a light right
turn. Almost immediately after, will be a left turn. Go down this long straight
and you will enter an S turn, starting to the left. You will then reach a right
turn. Go down this straight and the road will widen. Get on the right half of
this road so you could stay on track and make the next right turn. Go down this
straight and you will enter a quick left turn. Go down this long turn and you
will enter a series of turns. Get past that series of turns and get down this
straight. You will then enter a long right turn followed by a left turn. Go
down this straight and you will reach the start/finish line.

This one is pretty basic. Just keep going down the road and make sure not to
touch anything at all.

Go down this straight and you will eventually reach an S turn starting to the
left and ending to the right. Now you will go down a nice long straight and you
will eventually reach the first checkpoint. There will still be a big chunk of
the straight after the checkpoint. After the long bridge will be an S turn. The
S turn will start with a sharp right and end in a sharp left. At the exit of
that turn will be the next checkpoint.
Keep going straight and pay attention. The road ahead of you will be blocked
and you will be forced onto a dirt road. That section will be where the road
starts to turn to the right, but you have to go straight. You will reach a
light left turn a little after you enter the dirt road. Right after that turn,
you will get back onto a different paved road. As soon as you enter the paved
road, you will go through a light right turn.
At the end of this straight will be a VERY sharp left turn. Brake hard for it
or you will go straight into the wall. The checkpoint will be right after. You
will reach a split in the road in the tunnel. Take the right path because it's
much easier. Right as you enter that path, you will enter a light right turn.
Go down this straight and you will enter a series of turns.
At the end of the series of turns, you will reach the next checkpoint. Go down
this straight and you will enter a light left turn. In the tunnel, you will
enter a sharp right turn, brake for a second before entering it. At the end of
the tunnel, you will reach the next checkpoint. Go down this straight and you
will reach a series of turns. The rest of these turns are all sharp turns here.

Grand Prix

Go down this long straight and you will reach a light right turn. You will
quickly reach a light left turn next. Go down this straight and you will enter
a sharp S turn starting to the left and finishing to the right. Keep going and
you will reach a quick right turn. Go down this straight, go to the left side
of the track when the road gets wider. You will enter a light S turn starting
to the left and finishing to the right. Go down this straight and you will
enter a long right turn. Keep going and you will make a quick left turn. Now
get on the right side of the track. Go down this straight and you will enter a
long right turn followed by a light left turn. Go down this road and you will
enter an S turn starting with a right and ending with a left. Now go down this
stretch to reach the start/finish line.

This one is basic, just slalom around the cones. That means to turn in between
each cone. Near the end, the cones will tighten so you will have to slow down
over there. Don't worry because you are given plenty of time for mistakes.

Go down this straight and you will make a light right turn. Almost immediately
afterwards, there will be a light left turn. Almost immediately afterwards you
will reach another light right turn. Go down this straight and you will enter a
light S turn, starting to the right and ending to the left. Immediately after
that S turn, will be a light S turn starting to the right and ending to the
left. The road will become narrow just a little further ahead and you will go
through the first checkpoint.
Shortly after the road starts to become narrow, you will enter an S turn with a
light right turn and a sharp left turn. After that S turn, you will enter
another light right turn. Then you will enter a sharp left turn. You will now
enter a series of turns, starting to the right. At the end of that series of
turns, you will go through the checkpoint. After the checkpoint, you will get
into some snow. Be careful because you will slip and slide a lot.
Shortly into the snow-covered road, you will have to make a light left turn.
The road will get wider but it will still be covered in snow. You will soon get
to the next checkpoint. You will reach a fork in the road soon. Take the path
on the left because it's easier. As you enter that path, make a light left
turn. You will reach the next checkpoint and then you'll be back on the paved
road. There will be a series of light turns here. At the end of those turns,
you will reach the finish line.

Gas it down this straight and you will enter a light right turn. Now stay on
the left hand side of the track because that is the path you will have to take.
There will be a light left turn there. You will eventually reach an S turn
starting with a sharp left and ending with a sharp right. Go down this short
straight and you will reach a quick right turn. Stay on the left hand side of
the track when it gets wider. You will enter an S turn starting with a light
left and ending in a light right turn. Go down this straight and you will reach
a long light right turn. Go down this straight and you will make a sharp left
turn. Immediately get on the left hand side of the track or you will hit the
wall. There will now be a long series of turns. At the end of the series of
turns, will be a sharp S turn starting to the left and ending to the right. Now
you will enter an easy right turn. Go down this short straight and you will
enter a right turn, it will start off as a light turn but it will end in a
sharp turn. Go over the bridge and you will enter a sseries of turns. After the
series of turns, you will reach a long right turn followed by a quick left. Now
go down this straight and you will reach the start/finish line.

This one is fairly hard. Just get a good start and you could gas it through
every turn. Never let go of the accelerator and don't go into the dirt and you
should do fine.

Go down this long straight and you will have to make a quick right turn,
followed by a quick left turn. Go down this long straight and you will reach
another series of turns just like the last, a quick right followed by a quick
left. You will now go down another long straight and the road will turn to
dirt. You will reach a sharp S turn starting to the left and ending to the
right. Be careful because at the end of the right turn, there will be a pillar
in the middle of the track.
Go down this short straight and you will enter a sharp S turn, starting to the
right and ending to the left. After the S turn will be a quick left turn. You
will shortly reach another series of turns in the same order, sharp right,
sharp left, and a quick left. Now you will get back on the pavement adn you
will reach the checkpoint. The road will shift to the left as you get on the
highway.
You will soon reach a quick right that will be followed by a sharp left turn.
You will then reach another quick right followed by a sharp left turn. Keep
going for another quick right followed by a sharp left. Now you will reach the
next checkpoint. Shortly after, you will make another light left turn. At the
end of this bridge will be a quick right turn. In the tunnel, you will enter a
light left turn, it will be followed by a light right turn. There will be one
more light left turn.
Go down this straight and you will enter a series of light turns, they will be
a right, followed by a left, followed by another left. Now you will go down
another straight and you will enter a light S turn starting to the right and
ending to the left. Almost immediately after that S turn, will be the finish
line.

Go down this straight and you will enter a light right turn. Stay on the right
side of the track because you will have to take the path on the right. There
will be a light right turn as you enter that path. Go down this straight and
you will enter a light right turn. Go down this shorter straight for a light

left, a sharp right, and a sharp left. Go down this straight and you will go
down a long sharp right turn immediately followed by a long but light left
turn. Go down this straight and you will reach the start/finish line.

This one is easy, one road with just a few light turns where you have to hit
all of the cones. There will be three lined up and then a break to the next set
of cones. They will go from left, center, and right. Near the end, the pattern
will change and there will be more than three cones in a set. You can't miss
one so if you do, start over.

Right off of the starting line, you will make a quick left turn. Go down this
short straight and you will enter a light S turn, starting to the right and
ending to the left. Shortly after, you will reach a series of turns, a light
left turn, a sharp right turn, and a light left turn. Now you will go down a
nice long straight. Don't worry about the time, unless you screwed up really
bad, you'll reach the checkpoint. Shortly after the checkpoint you will reach a
light S turn starting to the left and ending to the right.
Keep going for another S turn, there will be a light right turn followed by a
sharp left turn. Go down this short straight and you will reach a series of
turns, all of those turns will be light and easy to take. There will be an S
turn after that series of turns, it will be a light right and a sharp left. Now
you will reach another series of light turns. Now you will reach the next
checkpoint.
After the checkpoint, you will go through a light S turn starting to the left
and ending to the right. Now there will be a small indent to the left in the
middle of this straight. There will be a split in the road, take either path
because the two roads will reconnect soon anyways. After this tunnel will be
another split in the road, this time take the left path. There will be a light
S turn starting to the left and finishing to the right as you enter that path.
Go down this short straight and you will enter a light left turn followed by a
light right turn. The road will become narrow and you will enter a very sharp
right turn, you will have to start braking as the road becomes narrow. Now you
will go down a nice long straight-away. You will eventually make a light right
turn. Keep going and you'll reach a light left turn. Now you will reach the
next checkpoint.
Enter the tunnel and there will be a left turn. Go down this straight and you
will enter a light right turn which will be followed by a sharp left turn. Keep
going and you will reach an S turn, starting with a light right and it will be
followed by a sharp left. Go down this straight and you'll reach the next
checkpoint which will be followed by an S turn, it will be a light right turn
followed by a sharp left turn. You will soon reach another sharp left turn. Get
across this bridge for the next shortcut.
You will enter the dirt and there will be a series of turns, at the end of
these turns will be another checkpoint. Keep going and you will make a light
right turn. Now you will make a sharp right turn and the path will get narrow
again. Get in the middle and gas it down this straight to the finish line.

the left and ending to the right. Shortly after that S turn will be the next
checkpoint. Now you will go down a nice long straight-away. You will reach
another light S turn in the tunnel that will start to the right and end to the
left. Keep going for another light S turn starting to the right and ending to
the left. There will be another checkpoint here.
Keep going for another light S turn starting to the left and ending to the
right, there will be another checkpoint at the exit of this turn. Go down this
long straight and there will be another light S turn starting to the right and
ending to the left in the tunnel. Go down this straight and you will enter
another light S turn starting to the right and ending to the left. Now you will
finally reach the finish line.

This challenge is pretty interesting. You have to hit each car three times to
destroy them. You will have to destroy a total of three cars. In between each
car will be a checkpoint for more time. There will keep being checkpoints until
you destroy all three cars.

Right off of the start, you will have to make a quick right turn, that turn
will be followed by a quick left turn. You will then enter a quick series of
turns. You will now be in a series of really quick turns here. You will reach
the checkpoint at the end of this series of turns. There will be a sharp S turn
here, starting to the right and ending to the left. After that will be a quick
left turn. Go down this straight for three consecutive quick right turns.
Shortly after these turns, you will reach the checkpoint.
Now gas it and you will make a light S turn starting to the right and ending to
the left. Shortly after will be a quick left turn. Now keep going and you'll
reach another three consecutive light right turns. You will reach the
checkpoint and another light right turn quickly followed by a sharp left turn.
Now gas it down this nice long straight and you will reach two quick left
turns. Afterwards you will reach a quick S turn starting to the right and
ending to the left. You will reach the next checkpoint there.
You will make a quick left turn and you will enter a nice long straight-away.
You will eventually make a light right turn and you will go down another right
turn. There will then be a quick left turn. Keep going and you'll reach a quick
right turn. Keep going for another quick left turn and you will reach the next
checkpoint. There will be a long light right turn here. Keep going just a
little further for the finish line.

Gas it down this straight and you will enter a light right turn. Now stay on
the left hand side of the track because that is the path you will have to take.

the track when it gets wider. You will enter an S turn starting with a light
left and ending in a light right turn. Go down this straight and you will reach
a long light right turn. Go down this straight and you will make a sharp left
turn. Get on the left side of the track here. There will now be a series of
turns here. Get through those turns and you'll enter a sharp S turn starting to
the left and ending to the right. You will then reach a quick right turn. You
will now be in another right turn that will get sharper towards the end.
Following that turn will be another series of turns. Get through those turns
and you will reach a sharp right turn followed by a light left turn. Now just
gas it to the start/finish line.

Slalom through each of these cones. At the end of the cones, you will go
through a checkpoint. Now you will have to gas up to 151 mph here and don't hit
the sides. At the end, you will have to brake onto the stop zone.
