INTRODUCTION
Hi and welcome to my walkthrough for The Legend of Zelda: The Four Swords
Adventures.  This is an interesting game as it is not like any of the other
games in the series.  Instead of having the huge world of Hyrule to explore at
your leisure and discover the locations of dungeons and temples, it takes more
of a Super Mario Brothers 3 approach.  You are given 8 worlds with 3 levels
apiece and you have to go through the game in that order.  At the end of every
level you have a boss to defeat and a barrier to break with your powered-up
sword.  And speaking of powered-up swords, they removed rupees and gave you
Force Gems which when you collect enough of, they will power your sword up.

Oh I forgot to mention that when you pull the sword out of the pedestal, you
become king of England... oops wrong story.  Actually, when you pull the sword
out, your one Link splits into four Links (Green, Red, Blue, Purple) and four
swords is, of course, better than one.

This is not my favorite of the Zelda series.  That is and most likely will
always be Ocarina Of Time followed very closely by The Wind Waker. (Pausing for
all the boos from the WW haters)  However, the replay value on this game is
greater for me than any other.  In the other games, you had a limited number of
items and equipment to discover and collect.  In this game there are tons of
hidden caves, holes, and rooms to be discovered and you can find a few more
each time you play.

On a final note, this walkthrough is for the ONE PLAYER GAME ONLY.  Neither I
nor any of my friends have a GBA that I know of, therefore, since you can only
play multi-player by using a GBA as a controller, I have no information to put
on here about Shadow Battle or any other multi-player options.  Otherwise, I
thank you for viewing this walkthrough and I hope that it can be of help and
also enjoyable at the same time.

III. STORY  <STRY>
====================
THE STORY OF HYRULEAN ADVENTURE
Long ago in the inner reaches of Hyrule, and evil wind sorcerer known as Vaati
began kidnapping beautiful young maidens, one after another.
Nobody could stop Vaati, and the people of Hyrules despaired.  Then a brave
young wanderer carrying only a single sword appeared.
When the young lad took out his sword, he split into four separate beings.  The
leagends say that these four beings worked as one and defeated Vaati.
The wanderer, united once again, imprisoned Vaati deep in Hyrule and sealed the
prison with his own sword.  This place became known as the Realm of the Four
Sword.
After that, a long time passed.
Then, the wind sorcerer Vaati broke out of his prison and then snatched
Princess Zelda of Hyrule.
Zelda's childhood friend, a young boy named Link, claimed the strange power of
the Four Sword and fought Vaati fiercely.  In the end, he succeeded in sealing
Vaati away once again.
And so, peace was restored to Hyrule once again.
Or so everyone thought.......

====================
IV. CHARACTERS  <CHARS>
====================
A. Main Characters- The characters that make a Zelda game a Zelda game.  In
order of appearance...
1. Link- The Hero of Hyrule, The Hero Of Time, The Hero Of Winds, The Hero of
pretty much everything in the Zelda world.  He sets out to save the world this
time from Vaati the Wind Sorcerer and rescue Princess Zelda and the 6 maidens.

2. Zelda- The Princess Of Hyrule.  She is also the Seventh Sage and Guardian of
the Four Sword.  She gets kipnapped when she and the other 6 maidens try to
open a warp to the Four Sword to check for weaknesses in Vaati's seal.

3. The Six Maidens- The First Six sages and Guardians of the Four Sword.  They
get kidnapped along with Princess Zelda by Shadow Link.

4. Shadow Link- He looks like Link but completely black.  He causes problems
for the Fearsome Foursome throughout the game.

5. The Knights Of Hyrule- The four Knights of Hyrule guard the four Royal
Jewels.  You must fight them as Stalfos in the dark world in order to set them
free and collect the jewel that he carries.

6. Vaati- The Wind Sorcerer who just doesn't get the POINT.  He gets sealed
away and breaks out and gets sealed away and breaks out.  He's the one causing
all the trouble in Hyrule after Link pulls the Four Sword from its pedestal.

7. Ganondorf (Ganon)- As if a Zelda game could be complete without Ganondorf or
Ganon making an appearance. *cough* *cough* *Majora's Mask* *cough* The game
hints at Ganondorf being behind Vaati.  But is he in this game?  I won't tell
yet.  (Oh yeah, please pay no attention to the fact that I put Ganondorf/Ganon
after Vaati in the order of appearance.)

B. Other Characters- Named characters you encounter a once or twice that don't
have a big role.
1. Kaebora Gaepora- I would never count the EXTREMELY ANNOYING owl as a main
character.  He seemed to appear every 16 seconds in Ocarina Of Time to tell you
what to do.  If you see a bird perch, be prepared for the owl to fly down and
give you some advice on the level.

2. Tingle- The greedy fairy look-a-like who sails around on his balloon trying
to collect Force Gems.  You save him from under a rock in level 1-1 (yes, you
have to) and he repays you by trying to steal all the big ones that appear on
the screen.

3. Great Fairy- In 3-1, she has been split into two ugly green creatures.
Collect them both and she will help you on your journey.

4. Iris- A witch in Kakariko Village that stole a house from the Light World.

5. Malon- The young girl who lives at Lon Lon Ranch in 4-1.  She wanders too
far from home and needs your help guiding her back to the ranch.

6. Talon- Malon's father and owner of Lon Lon Ranch.  He will let you ride
Epona when you rescue his daughter and bring her home.

7. Epona- The horse at Lon-Lon Ranch.  Just find a carrot and you can ride her.
Keep finding carrots to continue riding.  You are invincible while riding, so
run over enemies to reveal force gems.

8. Dampe- Caretaker of the graveyard in 4-2.  He tells you about a mirror he
heard of in the Forest of Light.

B. Formations- You can set the four Links in a pattern to have them all fight.
-Cross Formation  <-C
All four Links stand back-to-back and can attack in all 4 directions at once.
It's useful if surrounded by enemies.  Swing your sword repeatedly and roll the
control stick to release a spinning attack.
-Wide Formation  C->
All four Links line up horizontally.  It's good for moving large blocks,
pulling long levers, or cutting wide patches of grass.
-Long Formation  CV (that is C-Down)
The same thing as the wide formation just vertical.
-Box Formation  C^
Links form a 2x2 box.  It's good for activating square switches or attacking in
a tight space.

C. Combos
When you defeat enemies with your sword directly (not shooting), you will see a
number appear.  This number counts up with the number of consecutive enemies
that you kill without losing any life anywhere.  When the number climbs high,
force gems will fall from the ceiling.  The higher the number gets, the bigger
the gem that will fall.

D. Force Gems
Force Gems are put in the place of rupees.  They act as money but more
importantly, they restore your Four Sword's power if you can collect 2,000 of
them in each level.  Enemies drop them, or they can be found under rocks or in
bushes.
Green = 1 Force Gem
Blue = 5 Force Gems
Red = 20 Force Gems
Purple = 50 Force Gems
Big Green = 100 Force Gems
Big Blue = 150 Force Gems
Big Red = Cinnamon Flavor... oops, I mean 200 Force Gems
Big Purple = 300 Force Gems
Gigantic Huge Ultra Mega Giga Green= 1,000 Force Gems (only one that I know of)

=====================
VI. ITEMS & EQUIPMENT  <STFF>
=====================
A. WEAPON ITEMS- Items you can pick up and use (starting with most favorite.)
1. Pegasus Boots- Press A to use a dash.  (Not very dramatic but I love these)
Level 2: Power them up to Dash over the top of pits.

2. Bombs- Blow up enemies or blow up the rock covering a cave.  Or you can set
it down and pick it up to throw it.
Level 2: Plant an enourmous bomb.  I don't know what you need such a big bomb
for but it's cool none-the-less.

3. Shovel- Dig in the ground to find items and holes.
Level 2: The shovel will let out a sound like a metal detector when you are
near force gems or holes in the ground.

4. Roc's Feather- Here it is, a point in a Zelda game when you can push a
button to jump.  Jump over pits or use the B Button to do a down-thrust over
enemies.
Level 2: You can do a second jump while already in the air.

5. Fire Rod- Shoot fireballs and light torches.  Also hold down the A button
for a continuous fire storm.
Level 2: Create blocks that explode and send fireballs in 4 directions.

6. Magic Hammer- Smash stumps and pegs that are in your way.  You can also hold
A to charge up and stun enemies that are within range.  It can also reveal
bumps in the ground where hidden items are buried.  Hit the bump to get the
item.
Level 2: A longer stunning range.

7. Bow- Fire arrows at enemies.  Charge up to fire a high-speed arrow.
Level 2: Fire three rapid-shot arrows at a time.

8. Boomerang- Stun enemies long enough to move in for the kill.  Also throw to
retrieve unreachable items.  Hold A to make it hover in mid-air.
Level 2: Flies faster and farther.

9. Lamp- Put a circle of light around all Links.  Press the A button to burn
items or light torches right in front of you.
Level 2: This sorry-@$$ item doesn't even have a level 2.

10. Slingshot- Hit enemies with a deku nut to stun him.
Level 2: Hold the A button to shoot deku nuts in 3 different directions.

B. OTHER ITEMS- Items found scattered in each level.
1. Heart Container- Increase your life by one heart.  This only lasts for the
level you are in.

2. Power Bracelet- Pick up items that you couldn't normally lift, like trees.
This only lasts for the level you are in.

3. Blue Bracelet- Increase defenses.  This causes you to take half the damage
for the rest of the level.

4. Bombos Medallion- Throw on the ground to kill all enemies on the screen.

5. Quake Medallion- Cause an earthquake that turns all enemies into jellylike
Zolas.

6. Ether Medallion- Rumored to be in the game but never found as far as I know.

7. Small Key- Unlock a nearby door.

8. Force Fairy- Refill your heart meter and increase the number of times your
party can die and continue.

9. Heart- Refill one heart in your heart meter if needed.

10. Carrot- Call Epona and ride her for a short amount of time.  Find more
carrots to continue riding.

11. Crystal Ball- Items will shuffle inside the ball.  Throw it and you will
get the item inside. (I just found one of these while writing this walkthrough)

C. OBJECTS- Switches and objects you'll encounter.
1. Item Podium- These are simply the stands that the weapon items sit on until
you pick it up.

2. Foot Switches- Activate these by standing on them.  Some of them require
more than one to activate and some need something pushed on them to hold it
down.

3. Big Switches- Usually square, these switches need all four Links to stand on
them in formation to activate them.

4. Crystal Switches- Activate them with a sword, boomerang, or arrow.  Some
need to have several switches activated to work.

5. Pull Levers- These levers can be pulled.  Some only need one, some need all
4 standing vertically to be pulled and some are 4 lengths wide and require the
horizontal formation to pull.

6. Switch Platform- This is a 5x5 platform that has 4 switches in it to move it
in a certain direction.

7. 1x1 block- These blocks move when they are pushed but most can only be
pushed in a certain direction.

8. 2x2 or 4x4 large blocks- These blocks need more than one person to move
them.  2 are needed for the 2x2 and 4 are needed for the 4x4.

9. Key blocks- These blocks block the way and can only be opened by a key.

10. Moon Gate and Moon Pearl- Sometimes you can see a light and stars rising
from the ground along with a shake on the controller.  This is a location for a
Moon Gate.  Find a Moon Pearl (a big blue orb) somewhere nearby that will
activate the Moon Gate and let you enter the Dark World.

=====================================
VII. WALKTHROUGH (Hyrulian Adventure)  <WKTHR>
=====================================
KEY- Here is how the layout will look for each level.
-Level #-#: Name of level
-WALKTHROUGH: how to complete the level, complete with items in CAPS.
NOTE: It will be up to you to collect 2,000 Force Gems.  I will point out where
any of the large ones 100+ are but nothing smaller unless it is in a chest.
-HEART CONTAINERS: I will list the locations of the 2-4 heart containers in the
level.
-OTHER ITEMS: I will list the locations of the various other items in the
level such as power bracelets, blue bracelets, etc.
-EQUIPMENT: I will list the locations of the various items that you can pick up
and use one at a time such as the boomerang, bow, bombs, etc.

NOTE: If you want to skip directly to a level, use control+F and then enter the
number of the world + "wld" + the number of the level. For example, if you want
to get to the Village of the Blue Maiden in Eastern Hyrule (2-2), then hit
Ctrl+F and enter 2wld2 to skip directly to that level.

THE HYRULIAN ADVENTURE
-PREGAME WARMUP
It will start with an expanded version of the story in section 3.  The story I
have is straight out of the instruction booklet but the game changes it a
little.  Then Zelda will speak to you for a while and tell you to go to Hyrule
Castle.  You will appear, in the pouring rain, outside the castle and the
Princess will run out to greet you.
"Oh Link, thank goodness you came.  The six maidens who guard Hyrule are
gathered here in the castle.  The sky has become so dark and foreboding.  I'm
worried about the seal that binds the wind sorcerer Vaati."
Then someone offscreen will call to the Princess and she will lead you inside
to meet the six maidens.
"These six maidens guard the portal to the Four Sword Sanctuary to keep it
safe.  I'm going now to make sure Vaati's seal remains strong.  Now, the shrine
maidens and I must open the portal to the Four Sword's resting place.  Step
back, Link..."
With that, all 7 of them start glowing and a light blooms out of the center of
them that eventually creates a square portal.  Zelda asks you to follow her but
suddenly the portal turns black and a figure that looks a lot like Link jumps
out of it.  Zelda tries to talk to it, "Ah... Wh...who are--?  It can't be...
You're... Link?!"  But the figure doesn't answer, he just laughs and creates a
dark hole around all 7 girls and makes them disappear to parts unknown.  Then
Link runs into the portal and is transferred to the Four Sword's resting place.
You chase Shadow Link (not Dark Link) to where the sword is resting.  But the
game lets you pull it out.
So run up to the stone and it will say, "This sword guards the seal on the
wind sorcerer Vaati.  If you draw the sword, you must know what will happen.
Will you still draw forth the sword?  Yes-No."  Well, select YES... DUH!!!  Why
did you go and spend good money on this game if you were just going to say NO.
Anyway, after you draw the sword, you will split into 4 Links and will start to
chase Shadow Link with it when a giant tornado emerges from the pedestal and
sweeps the 4 Links off their feet and carries them away.  Then a flying eyeball
bat emerges from the pedestal.  Don't laugh now but THAT is Vaati.  HA HA! HEE
HEE!  AAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!  Okay, now it will tell you that the
maidens have been scattered through various worlds and temples and that Vaati's
power has robbed the Four Sword of its power and you must collect force gems to
restore it.  Then you will be transported to the world, "Whereabouts of the
wind."

A. Whereabouts Of The Wind
-Level 1-1: Lake Hylia  <1wld1>
WALKTHROUGH
You start out asleep in a field full of grass and the owl will fly down and
wake the green Link up.  He will introduce himself as Kaebora Gaepora but I'll
just call him OWL.  He tells you to not act rashly in finding Vaati and that it
is more important to find the 6 maidens and Zelda to find Vaati and Shadow
Link.  He then tells you to collect force gems for your sword and how to gather
the four Links together.
Now cut some grass to begin your gem collection and head west.  When you come
to a house you can go in and talk to the grandpa who will show you how to use
formations.  Follow his instructions and at the end he'll give you 50 gems for
your trouble.  Exit his house and go west again.  Go form a wide formation and
push the big rock into the water.  Step on the switch for some gems but cross
the river and pick up the rock blocking the cave on the right.  Enter the cave
and press the switch in there with the box formation to open a door.  Take the
BOOMERANG from inside the door and exit the cave.  Using the boomerang, you can
collect the rupees from the river in this area and the area to the north.
So go north and kill the 4 little octorok enemies and Shadow Link.  If you
remove the two bottom rocks you can make Shadow Link jump.  As soon as he jumps
run in that direction and try to catch him with your sword before he jumps
again.  If you miss three times, he will disappear into the dark world and you
can't do anything with him.  If you kill him, he leaves behind 100 Force Gems.
After collecting all the gems in the area, take the boomerang and retrieve the
KEY from behind the rocks.  Unlock the door and go through the house and out
the back.  Pick up the big rock and you will find the FIRE ROD.  Take it back
outside and burn everything for lots of small gems.  More importantly, burn the
stumps and lift up the rock to reveal stairs.  Also burn the stump to the north
for a gem fountain.  Now go down the stairs and run through the cave.  Hit the
crystal switch inside and take the chest with 20 gems and climb up that ladder.
Go to the west again.
Ignore Shadow Link in here, he's impossible to get to before he leaves.  Climb
the ladder and kill more octos.  Step on the square switch to get showered with
about 300 gems.  Go down and kill more octos and find the gem fountain in the
grass.  Now go to the other big rock and lift it to reveal a jelly blob.  Kill
it and go north to proceed.  Lift up the rocks and jump into the river.  Go
under the bridge and climb out of the water.  Pick up the rock to release the
gem thief Tingle.  After he floats away, jump into the water on the other side
of the rocks and swim to the south side and exit the under-bridge area.  Dive
to grab the gems underwater and go east.  Climb the ladder to the cave and
enter.
Jump in the cannon and shoot up.  The chest on the right has 50 gems in it if
you want to fall and get it.  Otherwise shoot up and to the left and exit the
cave.  Cut the grass to reveal a switch and step on it.  Now quickly enter the
other cave and climb up to the cannon.  Shoot up to another cannon and then
again to exit the hole in the ground and claim the gems before Tingle does. Now
go back into the hole and push right as your falling and pick up the BOOMERANG
again.  Now go out the bottom and use it to collect the 100 gems on the
waterfall.  Now enter the cave and use the cannons to get to the top again and
go north.  Avoid the Zola's fireballs and go behind the waterfall where you can
faintly see three caves.  Enter the third one and break ranks to step on the
four switches inside.  Now exit and enter the middle cave where you can now
walk across a pit.  Collect the 2 chests on the other side for 100 gems and a
HEART CONTAINER.  Now have a Link stand on the star switch while another Link
walks over the pit, then call them all together on the other side.  Go south
and exit the cave.
Jump into the water and swim behind the waterfall for 2 submerged 100 gems.
Continue to avoid the Zola and go south and over the waterfall.  Dive to get
the gems and even swim south again for 100 more.  Go swim into the whirlpool to
enter an underwater cave.  Swim to the other side quickly before you drown.
Climb the ladder to another cave and use combined power to push the block as
far as it will go.  Now call all the Links together on that new platform to go
across the chasm.  Stand on the square switch to open a door south.  Enter and
take the 20 gems and BLUE BRACELET from the room and exit the cave by going up
the stairs to the north.  Cut all the grass to reveal a Force Fairy and another
hole to fall into.  Inside is a chest with 20 gems and another BOOMERANG.  Exit
the cave on the west side and continue west.  Kill all the guards on the bridge
with what should now be your shooting sword.  After they are dead, shred the
bushes on the north side to reveal switches.  Stand on them to get 200 gems and
two chests with 20 gems and another HEART CONTAINER inside.  Head to the west
to face the boss.
CASTLE GUARD BOSS
He's not very hard.  Having just picked up a container, you should be able to
shoot the smaller guards and leave him standing alone.  Stand diagonally of him
so that he will swing the sword one way or another.  After he swings, smack him
with the sword.  Repeat this a couple more times and he will die, leaving
behind 100 gems, not to mention the 500 to 750 gems that fall from the sky
after defeating him.  Now go to the west and talk to the owl if you want, or
just go slash the 4 eyes to break the barrier.  Step into the portals to end
the level.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. Inside the middle cave behind the waterfall.  When you can walk across the
pit by stepping on four switches, open the chest on the right for the heart.
2. After killing all the guards on the bridge, stand on the four switches on
the north side to reveal two chests.  The one on the right has the heart.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Key- Sitting behind unmovable rocks just outside the house with Shadow Link
in front of it.
2. Blue Bracelet- After swimming into the whirlpool and completing the cavern,
stand on the square switch to open a door to the south.  Inside the chest on
the right is the bracelet.

EQUIPMENT
1. Boomerang- After pushing the large rock into the river, enter the cave on
the right, push the switch inside and go through the door to find it.
2. Fire Rod- In the locked house with Shadow Link guarding it.  It's under the
big rock in the back yard.
3. Boomerang- While climbing the waterfall, enter the cave on the right that
has two cannons in it.  Fire the cannon and fall on the right side of the cave
to fall on the boomerang.
4. Boomerang- In the hole in the ground right before you get to the bridge with
a ton of guards on it.

-Level 1-2. Cave Of No Return  <1wld2>
WALKTHROUGH
Once you enter the cave, the door will shut behind you, leaving you in the
dark (hence the name).  Feel your way around to the right and grab the LANTERN.
Go around the room breaking the pots for gems and then light the 2 torches to
open the door and enter.  Take another shot at the jumping Shadow Link for 100
gems.  Light the two torches nearby for the ceiling to drop some gems including
another 100.  Make your way around the outside to the blockade.  Push the 2nd
block from the right forward. and then go to the corner.  Push the middle block
on the south side and then the block to the right of that and take your chest
with yet another 100 gems in it.  Keep going across the top until you find more
blocks to push.  Push the rightmost block down and then the block to the west.
Walk around this square room pushing the four blocks into the corners to drop
the fire ring so you can take KEY #1.  Now go back to the top and the locked
door is on the east wall.
There is another LANTERN here but you already have one so who cares about it.
This is a small maze here so go south right away and push the big block east.
Now go south and push another big block east.  Now head north to find a chest
with 20 gems in it.  Go east and south to push another big block.  Go further
south and push the huge block with all four Links.  Now enter the area that is
now accessable and push a final big block to the east.  Open the chest for KEY
#2.  Now make your way back to the locked door on the east wall.
Here is another maze room which requires use of one Link at a time.  First
take Green Link around and push the three green blocks that you can get to now.
Now use Red Link to push two blocks.  Now Blue Link can push three, opening up
another part of the cave.  Use Purple Link to push 5 blocks scattered over the
cave.  Switch back to red and push 4 more blocks and collect three chests for a
total of 400 gems.  Switch to Blue Link and push 2 more blocks and step on a
switch under a pot in the northeast corner.  Switch to Purple Link and push two
more blocks and then finally back to Green Link and 4 more blocks.  Nope, you
don't get anything for pushing all the blocks but don't you feel like you
accomplished more now?  Pass by the next LANTERN at the end of this room and
light the two torches and enter the door.
In the next room, you can open up four pits that take you to the Dark World
Fall in the top right hole for a chest with 100 gems and fall in the bottom
right hole for a chest with a HEART CONTAINER.  Back in the Light World, go
around the holes and kill the snaky enemies to open the two doors.  Light all
the torches for NOTHING! HAHAHA!!!  Go to the east to find a room with 200 pots
and torches that enjoy shooting at you.  Break all the pots for a load of gems
and two gem fountains.  There is KEY #3 in the middle right section of pots and
there's a floor switch in the top middle set of pots that reveals a chest with
another HEART CONTAINER.  Now exit to the previous room and go north.  Go ahead
all the way to the north and unlock the door but don't enter.  Go back to the
two unlit torches and light them.  Now break ranks and throw a Link over the
pit to the other side.  Now hit L to bring them together on the other side.
Take the BLUE BRACELET and pick up the HERO'S BOW next to the chest.  Hit the
crystal switch and go through the north door.
In this room, stand before the four torches and shoot an arrow north through
all the torches so that it lights all of them.  Uh oh, about 50 keese just
appeared over the pit.  Swat at them with the swords for combos and use the
arrows to kill the ones you can't reach as well as to hit the crystal switch on
the far side to create a bridge.  After killing all the bats, you can collect a
few hundred gems from the ceiling and a couple 100s by throwing a Link into the
one's hovering over the pit.  Throw carefully and you may collect a 300 on the
righthand side.  Continue to the north and enter the stairway for yet another
maze.
Start by taking the righthand doorway and collect the chests with gems.  In the
next room take the left passage and collect more gems from chests.  Now take
the right passage again and climb the ladder to get out of here.  There are two
levers to pull in this room with a Long Formation.  Pull the left one first for
another HEART CONTAINER chest.  Now pull the right lever to open the door and
enter to face the boss Shadow Link.
SHADOW LINK
There's only one of him right now, as later it will be more.  Try to get him to
not face you.  Hit him in the side or the back a couple of times.  You can also
force him into his own bombs which stun him and make hitting him easier.  After
a couple hits, he will leap away and turn into one of the colored Links.  Only
the Link that is the color or Shadow Link can defeat him.  Hit him like before
or shoot him with an arrow to stun him.  After three hits, after he stops and
looks like he's tired, slash him one more time to kill him.  He leaves 100 gems
behind.  Now head to the north and break the barrier with the charged up sword.
(It is charged by now isn't it...???)

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the room with four holes leading to the darkside, fall down the bottom
right hole and go right to find a chest containing the heart.
2. In the room with about 200 Pots, step on a switch in the top middle section
of pots to reveal the chest with the heart.
3. In the room after the doorway maze with two levers.  Have the 4 Links pull
the left lever to reveal a chest with the heart.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Key #1- In the middle of the ring of fire in a chest, push four blocks to
get to it.
2. Key #2- At the end of the maze with the large stones in a chest.
3. Key #3- In the 200 pot room, it's in a pot in the middle row and rightmost
column.
4. Blue Bracelet- From the 200 pot room, go west and north.  Throw a Link over
the chasm and collect it from the treasure chest.

EQUIPMENT
1. Lantern (2)- In the first room of the cave in the northeast corner
2. Lantern- After the ring of fire room, right next to the door.
3. Lantern- At the end of the colored block room
4. Hero's Bow- See Blue Bracelet as it is right next to the chest.

-Level 1-3. Hyrule Castle  <1wld3>
WALKTHROUGH
Right off the bat, the owl will fly down and tell you about the terrible fiend
in Hyrule Castle.  Start by pasting an Archer and go north.  Here, you can cut
or have a bomb burn the grass and bushes for lots of small gems.  Go to the
left side of the entrance and pick up the big rock to reveal a ladder.  In
here, follow the path to the ladder and go up.  Take the chest and go up and
break the three pots.  Throw a Link over the hole to break the other three and
stand on a switch.  Use the other Links to stand on the other switches to
create a path overhead.  Take the ladder up to another gem chest and then go
out onto the castle roof.  Now you can take revenge on a guard who threw bombs
at you.  Move the two blocks to gain access to the crystal switch that opens
the castle gates.  Go around to the upper path and grab a force fairy from the
pot and then jump off the roof.  Go through the gates and you will be attacked
by another Castle Guard squad.
CASTLE GUARD MINI-BOSS
As before, try to take out all of his minions first.  First, make a sneak
attack on the big one before they are alerted to get a quick shot in.  Since
you can't fire the sword yet, you'll have to get in harm's way.  Try to avoid
the big guard's sword thrusts until he's by himself.  Then stand diagonal to
him until he takes a swing and then slash him.  After 5 or 6 hits he will die
and two chests will appear.  Take the 100 gems and the HEART CONTAINER along
with the 100 gems that he dropped and continue to the north.
Yay, more grass and bushes to cut, these with levers behind them.  Pull the
lever on the right to open the door.  If you pull the one on the left, two
green guards appear.  Enter the castle and kill two more guards.  Go to the
right door and go under the pathway for a block you can push down to get 100
gems.  Exit to the main room and climb the ladder on the north.  Go to the left
and go outside in the next room and continue west until you come to a small
door.  Push the block on the side to open it and enter.  Take the two chests
for 100 gems and the BLUE BRACELET.  Now stand on the 4 switches in a line and
run outside to retrieve the 150 blue gem that falls.  Go back inside to where
the HERO'S BOW and the FIRE ROD sit and take the bow. Now go back to the castle
and go to the right this time until you come to another room like the one you
were just in.  Go in and break the two pots.  Use the bow to shoot over the pit
and hit the outside switch.  Now you see another HERO'S BOW and BOMBS.  Grab
the bombs and exit to the south.  Jump off the building and claim the 120 gems
out of the chests.  Now make your way around to a cracked wall and bomb it.
Jump in the first cannon inside and shoot yourself to the top to a chest with a
KEY in it.  Now fall to the left and jump in the other cannon to emerge back up
on the castle again.  Make your way down and back to the main room where a
locked door awaits on the 2nd floor.
Run to the end of the corridor, watching out for the keese and climb up the
ladder to get on the roof.  In the next area are 3 green castle guards.  Kill
them to have an Iron Knuckle emerge from the door swinging a ball and chain.
Hit him 6 times to kill him.  That's all, right?  Wrong.  Now the walls burst
open and about 50 guards will come at you.  It'll be a gruesome fight but once
you prevail, you get about 400-500 gems dropped on you (most likely enough to
power up your sword.)
Go north again and to the right.  Kill the blue guards and get all 4 Links to
pull the lever at the end.  Go in the newly available door and watch out for
the blade traps that come at you from both directions.  Climb the ladder and
you will see a FIRE ROD, BOOMERANG, BOMBS, and HERO'S BOW.  Stick with the bomb
and enter the next room.  Bomb the east wall and then bomb the wall inside.
Talk to the green creature to get him to follow you.  Now go back to the main
area of the castle and go left.  You will see Shadow Link, he is almost
impossible to hit with your sword because there's a trap door in the floor next
to him.  Break formations and put the Red Link next to him so he jumps.  Now
use the Green Link to make him jump again, and quickly switch to the red one
and nail him for 100 gems.  Now use the Cross Formation Spin to hit the four
crystals.  Go north to the line of 5 pots and find the star switch.  Push the
Armos statue onto the switch to let the light into the room.  Push the block to
the left and climb the ladder.  Break the pots on the right to reveal a switch
that opens the door.  Inside you will find the green creatures counterpart.
Go back to the light barrier in the main castle area and they will combine to
form a fairy and dispell it along with all the enemies in the area.
Once you enter, go up the ladder and to the right.  Slash the curtains and
enter the hidden door.  Push the block in this area up to get 100 gems.  Now go
outside and step on the two switches to make half the blocks in your way
disappear.  Now go back and go to the left side and slash the curtains to open
another secret passage.  Again, push the block for 100 gems and exit to step on
the other two switches and clear the way forward.  In this area, about 50 blue
guards will attack.  Kill them all to open the door.  Go inside and up the
ladder.  Go to the left path and collect the 150 gems along with the 100 gems
in the outside chest.  Go back in and go the righthand path to get another 100.
Now go north and kill the giant armos with bombs and slash all the curtains to
reveal two hidden doors.  Take the left path for 100 gems and the right path
for a HEART CONTAINER.  Now line up vertically and push the giant statue to the
side and slash the curtains to show the way to go.  Use either cannon to blast
up to the higher cannon and a couple big gems.  Blast to the next screen and
take four sets of cannons up to get to the top of the castle.  Now jump off the
castle on the right side to the unopened chest.  Have another HEART CONTAINER.
Now climb back up to the top again and go north to face Phantom Ganon.
PHANTOM GANON
He is quite easy.  He will slash toward you twice.  Keep your distance.  Then
he will go to the top and shoot a light ball at you.  Mostly everyone has seen
this before and should know what to do.  Swing at the ball of light and knock
it back at him.  He'll knock it back at you, so knock it back.  The tennis
match will go four, five, or six times and then the ball will hit him and knock
him down.  Feel free to slice and dice him at will with all four Links lined up
horizontally.  When he gets up, get back as he will start his sequence all over
again.  After a couple more tennis sets, he will explode and leave you about
1000 gems.  Head down the stairs and slice the 4 barriers to release the FIRST
MAIDEN.  She will take you to the next world.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the left chest after beating the Castle Guard squad in Hyrule's Square.
2. In the room with 2 live giant armos statues.  Slash the righthand curtains
to reveal a hidden door with a heart in a chest.
3. At the top of the castle near the end, fall off the right side of the castle
to an unopen chest with a heart.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Blue Bracelet- On the castle 2nd floor, go to left and outside and to the
left again.  Push the block on the side to open the small door and the bracelet
is in the left chest.
2. Key- Inside the wall in the castle that you bombed.  Jump in the first
cannon and blast straight up and to the left to find the chest with the key.

EQUIPMENT
1. Hero's Bow- See Blue Bracelet above.
2. Fire Rod- See Hero's Bow above.
3. Hero's Bow- On the castle 2nd floor, go to the right, outside and to the
right to find a small building.  Enter from the top and the bow is on the left.
4. Bombs- Same as #3 but on the righthand side.
5. Fire Rod- In the righthand room before the green creature that was split in
two.
6. Boomerang- Same as #5
7. Bombs- Same as #5
8. Hero's Bow- Same as #5

B. Eastern Hyrule
-Level 2-1. The Coast  <2wld1>
WALKTHROUGH
Start by lifting the big rocks and jumping down.  Kill the 3 octoroks and the
3 crabs and enter the cave. (Don't step on the switch under the rock unless you
want to have a big blast.)  Push the big rock and grab one of the four BOMBS in
the area.  You can bomb the north wall for miniscule gems in chests or exit and
go to the south.  In this area, kill the three crabs and 4 Zola to get 50 gems
out of a chest in the middle.  Throw rocks and bombs at the Zola or you can use
a SLINGSHOT found in the cave.  Otherwise, keep your bombs and go east.  Kill
the octorok and get those rocks out of the way.  There's a cave you can bomb to
the right for more miniscule gems.  Go up and cut that lone bush on the left of
the ridge and 100 gems will fall.  If you go in the house you will see a fat
lady blocking the other door.  It's all over now... oh wait, she's not singing.
The guy tells you to bomb a cave in the back of the house to get around.  So go
bomb the alcoves behind the house to blast open two caves.  The left cave has
50 gems in it.  Go in the right cave and break all the pots you see revealing
two sets of four switches.  Press them all to get a pathway and 100 gems.  Now
you come to 3 paths.  The left path leads to 16 gems.  Bomb the top and right
path.  Go north and have a Link stand on the switch under the pot.  Have
another Link go around down the right path and step on the switch under the pot
in this room to create another path.  Go around and bomb another wall to get
out on the other side of the house.  Now use your speed to kill Shadow Link and
take 100 gems.  Lift up the rock for another 100 gems (once you chase it down.)
Go in the house from the side door and open the chest for a HEART CONTAINER.
Exit and go east.
Be careful of the blue octoroks which can't be killed and shoot bullets in all
directions.  Bomb the alcove to the north for some gems.  Go bomb a cave at the
end of the cliff where it goes back and you can get a chest with 100 gems. Also
there is an adventurer's tip in a cave to the west that tells you about quick
formations.  This cave has BOOMERANGS in it.  I still recommend keeping the
bombs however.  Carefully, go to the east and sink into the whirlpool.  Swim
down the first path you see, grab the 100 gems while avoiding the big fish in
this small pond.  Swim all the way to the right and climb the ladder and go
right.  Go into the 2nd cave and grab a SLINGSHOT.  Now go out to the first
cave and throw the slingshot into the fountain for a Level 2 Slingshot.  Swim
back to the surface and step on the big switch to release a dozen Zola.  Use
the charged up slingshot to kill them all and open the path.
Here's a chance to get a large combo going.  Carefully walk along and kill the
40 or so crabs in this area.  They can only move horizontally, so you can rack
up the combos and gems in this area.  When they are dead, the blue spikes will
disappear and you get showered with tons of gems and a snake.  The snake won't
hurt you or your combos but he will try to steal gems.  Continue to the right
where Shadow Link will appear throwing Enormous Bombs at you.  Duck into a cave
or hole before the explosions or you will die instantly.  Slash the grass to
find more holes and eventually you will get to the other side.  In the first
hole you will find more BOMBS. In these caves and holes you can also find some
small gems, a 100 gem, a force fairy in a pot (throw a bomb at it), and another
100 gems.  At the end, lift the big rock to reveal a ladder.  Go down and swim
to a cannon.  Blast up for another 100 gems and another cannon.  Blast up when
the coast is clear and head to the east.  Kill the red octoroks and avoid the
blue one.  Slice the bushes on the left side to find a pit with a chest in it
containing a HEART CONTAINER.  Now go mow the bushes on the right side to find
another hole.  This is the way to go.
Go down and push the giant block out of the way.  Go out the leftmost door and
collect or should I say kill the 3 gems.  They swung a sword at me, I'll show
them a sword.  After they die, you still get the 100 gems each so it's not such
a bad deal.  Go around the bottom and enter the next cave.  Here is a pretty
straight-forward path of appearing blocks.  At the end is another 100 gems and
then you can exit the cave on the bottom.  Here is a pain is the butt area.
These are pink octoroks and they're worse than the blues.  They can be killed
but run away and then all 30 of them will shoot at once several times. Take
your time and kill them all.  Stand on the four switches to reveal a path and
four chests containing 7 gems and a HEART CONTAINER.  Go to an alcove to the
south where you will find some rocks.  Lift the three rocks to find a force
fairy.  Now proceed to the east to have another Shadow Link bomb attack.  This
time, just jump in the water and dive as it explodes.  Collect the underwater
gems and hit the switch on the island for a chest with 100 gems.  Proceed to
the north for a boss fight.
MANHANDLA
Here's an enemy from the original game.  He has four different colored mouths.
Use each Link to slice the mouth that cooresponds with the Link's color. If you
hit the wrong color, you have to rehit all the mouths.  He will speed up with
each hit, but he shouldn't be too difficult.  When he dies, you get 550 gems.
Climb the ladder and go north and you will see the four barriers on the right.
Welcome to the end of level 2-1.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the chest that the fat woman is guarding in the first house.
2. In the area after Shadow Link's bomb attack, cut the bushes on the left side
of the area to find a hole with a heart in a chest.
3. Kill all of the pink octoroks in a certain area and it will be in the third
chest from the left.

OTHER ITEMS
There are no bracelets or keys in this area that I know of.

EQUIPMENT
1. Bombs(4)- In the cave at the start of the level.
2. Slingshot(2)- In the cave in the 2nd area of the level.
3. Boomerang(2)- In the adventurer's tip cave in the same area as the house
with the fat lady in it.
4. Slingshot(2)- In the final cave in the underwater cavern.
5. Bombs- In the first hole in the Shadow Link bomb area.

-Level 2-2. Village Of The Blue Maiden  <2wld2>
WALKTHROUGH
This is a world with a lot of back and forth traveling between a few areas.  It
will be better just to draw a rough map and name and mark the areas and items
so that the walkthrough won't confuse you too bad.

MP=Moon Pearl; MG= Moon Gate; H=Hole; S=Seeker's Guild Member
G=Buried Gem; B=Building; L=Ladder

Just remember to reference this map if the walkthrough gets confusing.  Start
by going through the gate into town.  Wander to the owl post and listen to him
tell you about the dark world.  See the stars coming out of the flowers next to
you, run back out of town and talk to the old man twice.  He will give you MOON
PEARL #1.  Take it back to the starry flowers and it will create a MOON GATE.
Don't enter yet.  Go to the bushes to the left and cut them all.  Step on the
four switches to have two chests appear.  Now enter the gate and you will go to
the dark world.  Search around for a bunch of gems and when you're done, enter
the middle gate to go back.  Now you're inside the town.  Go grab those two
chests for 120 gems.
Go to B1 to the far left and you will see a path leading south.  Go in here to
talk to the woman who will give you MOON PEARL #2.  Take this pearl to A2.
Throw it down and wait for Shadow Link to charge you with his sword.  Step to
the side and nail him as he goes by for 100 gems.  Now walk straight up the
path and beyond the guild member to activate the 2nd MOON GATE.  Go over to A1
and enter the house with the big woman standing in front of it.  How you ask?
Just shove her aside with two Links.  Don't worry, she won't accuse you of
touching her wrong.  Enter the house and take MOON PEARL #3 from the chest.
Carry it down to the bottom near the line of people to activate the 3rd MOON
GATE.  Now go up to the other house in this area and enter the side door to get
a quest from the man inside to find the 4 Seeker Guild Members.  Go down to the
moon gate that you just activated and play the game inside.  If you fail, cut
all the bushes and play again and all the bushes will be cut.  Go into the left
house and get a HEART CONTAINER.  Go into the right house and get the PEGASUS
BOOTS and exit the area.
Now run at the line of people to break them up and quickly get through the
line.  Go to the top corner and talk to the first guild member, "the six."  Cut
the bush nearby and fall in.  Follow the ladder up and out on the other side
of the area.  Go to A2 and talk to the guild member next to the Moon Gate for,
"protect".  Now head to B1 to talk to the guild member in the corner for,
"deeply connected to this village".  Now head to B3 for the first time and go
into the house in the top right corner of the area and grab a LANTERN.  Go to
the other house on top and burn all around it.  Go into the 4th door to talk
with the final Guild member and get "beautiful."  Well, I'm not sure if you can
make a sentence that makes sense out of that but go back to A1 and tell the
guild leader the hints.  Just tell him that you think it means the Six Maidens,
and he will give you a SHOVEL.  Go dig in front of the moon gate outside for
100 gems and then again in the bottom right corner. (Can anyone tell me how to
get to the gem on the left side because you can't get through the line with the
shovel.)
Go to A2 now and dig up the two buried 100 gems.  Go south to B1 and dig in
the middle of the flowers on the left side to find a hole.  Dive in and climb
the other ladder to get inside the fence.  Dig the area up for 300 gems.  Now
exit and go to B3.  Go dig up the side yard next to the fence of the four door
house to reveal 300 gems as well as 100 more in the southwest corner. Now go to
the southwest house and dig up the front yard to find a hole.  Go through this
hole to emerge on the closed in area.  Go south into another small area and
have the 4 Links stand on the four switches under the bushes to drop 100 gems
and MOON PEARL #4.  Take this out and up until you activate the final MOON GATE
and enter it.
Now this is interesting.  Go to the northeast house where there are two girls
waiting inside.  Talk to one of them and tell her you like her.  The one in
blue will give you a HEART CONTAINER and the one in red will give you the FIRE
ROD.  However, the catch is, you can only tell one that you like her before the
other one gets jealous and doesn't give you her item.  If you choose the heart,
then go back to this house in the light world and grab a lantern.  Go back to
the four doors house in the dark world and burn the stumps.  Now try all 6
doors (two on the sides) and you will end up with 380 gems and a girl giving
you a LOVE NOTE.  Take this note back to A2 and hand it to the guy standing in
the middle of a bunch of grass.  He will give you the ROC'S FEATHER.
Now it is finally time to enter that long house in this area.  Run up the
right side and jump over the pit.  Push the barrels out of the way and talk to
the woman and she will give you a spellbook.  Exit and finally you can enter
the moon gate in this area.  Take the book to the witch standing in front of
the tiny house and give it to her.  She will replace the guy's house.  Go into
the long house on this side now.  Break the pots on the left and stand on the
switches to remove the wall surrounding the chest.  Take the 100 gems and BLUE
BRACELET.  Now exit the dark world and go to the house that just appeared in
the light world.  Go inside and go down the stairs.  Use the feather to jump
from ledge to ledge to get to the other ladder.  Now you're finally out of this
town.  Take any path, they all lead the same way.  But you can race Tingle to
the 300 gems on the other end of the area.  Plus the 100 floating in the air.
(Extra credit for anyone that can tell me how to dig that purple up when you
can't bring a shovel over here.)  Go to the east for two screens.
SHADOW LINK (x2)
This time Shadow Link will split in two.  They will both attack but once you
hit the right one, he will once again turn a certain color.  Use the same
colored Link to defeat him.  After the fight is over, the villagers come over
to praise you.  Go north and break the barriers guarding the Eastern Temple.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. At the end of the race in A1 Dark World, it's in the left house at the end.
2. Talk to the girl in blue in the northeast house of B3 in the dark world.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Moon Pearl #1- Given to you by the old man in C2 after you sense the moon
gate.

3. Moon Pearl #3- Push the woman out of the way in A1 and it's in a chest in
that building.
4. Moon Pearl #4- Stand on the four switches in C3.
5. Love Note- Given to you by the girlfriend in B3 in the dark world.
6. Blue Bracelet- In the long house in A2 on the dark side in the bottom chest.

EQUIPMENT
1. Pegasus Boots(3)- Finish the maze in A1 to gain access to the two houses.
The righthand house has the boots.
2. Lantern(4)- In B3 in the house in the top right corner.
3. Bombs(2)- In the house in B3 with four doors.  It's in the first door.

6. Fire Rod- Tell the girl in red in the northeast house of B3 in the dark
world that you like her and she will give it to you.
7. Roc's Feather- Take the love note to the boyfriend in A2 and he will give it
to you.
8. Roc's Feather- In the back of the long building in A2. Completely pointless
because you need a Roc's Feather to get to it.

-Level 2-3. Eastern Temple  <2wld3>
WALKTHROUGH
Once you enter the temple, you'll be reminded of the Eastern Palace and the
Palace of Darkness in Link To The Past.  Kill the 3 keese and go to the right
side and do a cross formation on the switches.  The chests contain 20 gems and
KEY #1. (Avoid the switches under the pots as they will drop bombs all over the
room.)  Enter the locked door of the left side.  Nothing special in here.  Kill
all of the jumping stalfos and a door to the north will open.  In the next room
you will have to dodge from one side of the hall to the other because the room
fires cannonballs down the hall.  Just be aware that every so often, it will
fire a huge cannonball that will fill the entire path.  At the end of the hall
are 4 snakes.  Kill them all to enter the next door.  Inside, run up to Shadow
Link and kill him before he smashes the hammer into the ground and dazes you.
Kill two more stalfos and grab the SLINGSHOT in the bottom right corner.
Go to the left side and have the Links stand on the four scattered switches to
open the door.  Inside, hit the crystal switches with the slingshots.  Push the
block out of the way and go to the north.  Kill the wizrobe and take another
MOON PEARL and exit.  Push the block again and go to the west.  Drop the moon
pearl and you can pick it up later.  In this room, you can fall in the 8 holes
to get various treasures.  The top and bottom holes on both sides get you gems.
The two remaining holes on the right get you an empty pot and a force fairy.
The two remaining holes on the left get you a HEART CONTAINER and KEY #2.  Now
grab the moon pearl and exit and push the block again and go south through the
locked door.  Walk along the hall until the moon pearl finds a MOON GATE. Enter
the Dark World and follow the path through the cannonballs to exit on the other
side.  Step on the 4 switches to open a door to the east.  Go down the stairs
and it will look like an original Zelda item room.  Kill the bats and take the
HERO'S BOW.  Exit back to the cannonball room.  Be careful and walk among the
cannonballs back to the entrance.  Shoot the two switches with arrows to create
a path and chest containing the BLUE BRACELET.  Now exit and push the block a
last time and go back to the main room.  Slash the vines to the north and go
down the stairs where you can shoot four arrows out the hole and hit the four
switches on the other side of the room.  Now finally you can cross the pit and
collect those 200 gems.  Go to the north and you will see two torches... DOH!!!
Hit the switch on this right side of the room to open the door nearby.  Kill
all the rats and go to the north ladder.  Kill the 3 wizrobes in the next room
to get a MOON PEARL.  Take this to the middle of the room to reveal a MOON
GATE.  Enter the Dark World and pull the four switches to the right in
horizontal formation and you will see BOMBS appear along with 16 red gems
surrounding them.  Take these bombs and exit the door you entered and go to the
right and climb that ladder and enter the door to the east.  Ugggh, more
cannonballs.  Get in the middle where you can't be hit and look around.  Notice
the 6 cracks in the wall?  Bomb them all.  To the north holes you will find a
5 gem and a HEART CONTAINER.  To the east you will find a force fairy and a
long pathway that leads to a BOMB, 200 gems and KEY #3 at the back of the room.
Just use the bombs to blow up the walls and floors.  To the south, you will
find a total of 75 gems among three chests.  Now exit the cannonball crossing
room.
Go to the south and unlock the door.  Break all the pots inside and step on
the four switches.  Quickly break the pots beyond that and jump in the hole at
the end of the path before the giant cannonball rolls over you.  Once down the
hole, push a block out of the way to the north so you don't get flattened by
the pursuing cannonball.  Go up the ladder and to the west.  Now enter the door
and it's GBA maze time.  Bomb the door to the east and you will see your goal.
Cut the vine to the northeast.  Avoid the blade trap and cut the vines to the
south.  Bomb the wall to the east.  Kill the stalfo and push the blocks to form
a square.  Exit and cut the vines to the north of the bombed wall.  Kill the
other stalfo and bomb the wall to the north.  Cut the vines to the west and
enter.  Cut the vines to the northeast and enter.  Cut the vines to the north
and enter the leftmost door.  Push the block north and cut the vines to the
west and enter.  Cut the vines to the west again and enter.  Push the huge
block out of the way and cut the vines to the south.  Now take your 100 gems
and LANTERN.  Now push the blocks in the bottom left corner to get out of the
maze.  Light the four torches for 200 gems and exit.  Go into the door and push
the 3rd block in the room towards the 2nd block and exit to the north.  Enter
the wizrobe room and light the torches in the southwest corner to get out of
the area.  If you want, start with these torches and light the 8 torches in the
room for 150 gems in the center.  Now exit and go light those two torches in
the main room to finally exit this room.
In this next room, you must dodge for about 2 minutes, as the room will throw
at you: 50 floor tiles, 2 treasure chests, 12 pots, 6 cyclopes statues, the
kitchen sink, 3 French Hens, 2 Turtle Doves, and a Partridge in a Pear Tree.
Your reward for such a massacre is 200 gems... whoopee.  Go to the north and
step to one side as four Shadow Links will charge into you.  Slice them all
while they are stunned and it's 100 gems apiece.  Now throw a bomb at the line
of bombs to create a monumental explosion that kills you instantly..... ok not
really.  It will flip two switches that open the door.  There are also two
cracks in the walls on either side.  How you blow these up without getting
caught in the blast, I don't know.  The left side only has gems.  Go into the
hole on the right however, and you will open a chest with a BIG KEY in it.  Go
back to the bomb room and blow them up and proceed to the north.  Quickly jump
down and throw the key.  Be prepared for wizrobes that will steal your gems.
Chase them down and kill them along with the rats.  Now take the Big Key and
open the chest in the middle for 1000 gems, (it's good to be alive).  Now go
north again to enter a boss battle.
STONE ARRGHUS
Once he comes alive and surrounds himself with rocks you can't hit him, so dive
down any of the 4 holes and you will find a BOOMERANG.  Now equipped, climb out
and line up horizontally and throw the boomerang when he gets close and swing
the swords immediately to kill the stones.  Keep this up until he is out of
his shield rocks.  He will jump and slam into the ground (possibly dazing you)
and start sliding around the room like one of those evil fairies.  Run up and
slash him in the eye and he will be stunned.  Keep wailing away at him until he
jumps and slams the ground again.  Repeat the process and in one or two more
sets of hits, he'll explode and leave close to 800 gems.  In the next room, hit
the four barriers to release the SECOND MAIDEN.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the room with 8 holes.  It's in the second hole down on the left side.
2. In the cannonball crossing room, bomb the north left crack to find two
chests.  The right one has the heart.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Key #1- In left chest in the first room of the temple.  Hit cross switches.
2. Moon Pearl #2- In the left hand wizrobe room, kill 1 Wizrobe.
3. Key #2- In the room with 8 holes.  It's in the third hole down on the left
side.
4. Moon Pearl #1- In the righthand wizrobe room, kill 3 Wizrobes.
5. Key #3- In the cannonball crossing room, bomb the lower crack on the east
wall and the key is in a chest in the back of the room.
6. Big Key- Bomb the hole on the right side of the bomb infested room and
follow the path to a chest.

EQUIPMENT
1. Slingshot- In the first Shadow Link room in the bottom right corner.
2. Hero's Bow- At the end of the hallway with dozens of cannonballs pouring
down it.  It's down the stairwell.
3. Bombs(4)- Inside the Wizrobe room after you pull the switches in the Dark
World.
4. Bomb- In the cannonball crossing room, bomb the lower crack on the east wall
and jump down the stairs to find it.  It's pointless as you need a bomb to blow
the wall open to get to this area.
5. Lantern- At the end of the GBA maze.
6. Boomerang(4)- Down any of the holes in the boss room.

C. Death Mountain
-Level 3-1. Death Mountain Foothills  <3wld1>
WALKTHROUGH
After the fairy leaves, kill the 3 guards in the first area.  Lift the two big
rocks to reveal 100 gems and a staircase going down from which you can collect
about 50 gems.  Go north to get an archer area.  They are hiding in the grass
so be careful.  There's a HERO'S BOW and 2 guards in the left house at the top,
and a BOOMERANG and a guard in the right house at the top.  This area is very
annoying but rewarding.  Killing them all gets you 300 gems plus whatever they
give you and opens the way north.  Take a boomerang with you so you can collect
gems with it.  There's close to 100 gems in this area you can get with the
boomerang.  Cross the bridge and continue north.  Go kill the Shadow Links if
you can for 100 gems each and use the bomb flowers to blow two holes in the
cliff.  Enter the right cave and take the HERO'S BOW from the top corner.  Now
break the pots in the middle and stand on the star switch.  Have a Link go
outside and to the other cave and shoot an arrow at the four switches to open a
pathway in the middle.  Call them all together and walk along the new path to
the door.  Before entering, go south along the path for two chests with 100
gems and a HEART CONTAINER.  Now go to the north to exit.  Use the bow to fight
your way through the eletric eel creatures and find a hole on the second row.
Inside are two chests with 100 gems and a BOMBOS MEDALLION.  Carry it up and
throw it to kill the remaining eels.  Climb the ladder to enter a GBA scene.
Take the left ladder and break the rock.  Be careful, you have to fight that
100 gem to claim it.  Jump down to the guy on the next ledge.  If you jump off
the left side, you can collect 300 gems from under a rock.  However go to the
right side and break the rock and jump off the far right side to get onto the
path forward.
In this area are those damn squirrels that turn to statues when you hit them.
Carefully go around this path to the next area.  Now there's no quick way to do
this area but you can push and pull the house in any direction.  Use it to kill
all the rock squirrels in the area with fire and weight.  This will make four
HAMMERS appear to the left.  Take one and go back to the previous area where
you can now smash the squirrels with the hammer.  Hammer down the pegs and go
north (the cave is hardly worth it for 20 gems and a force fairy).  Ignore
Shadow Link and hit the pegs.  Now go to the bomb closest to the fence and
charge up the hammer and let it go to blow up the bomb and let you into the
area.  Go in and into the cave in the back that was just blasted open.  Collect
the BOOMERANG and 50 gems.  Now exit the cave and go to the east.  Kill the
Giant but beware of his fists flying.  Go cut the bush to the south and fall
in.  Throw the boomerang at the crystal switch to light a pathway.  Open the
chest for the HEART CONTAINER and exit.
Go north and step on the switch to release 3 more giants.  Use the bomb in the
cave to weaken them if you want, but kill them for 400 gems and the pathway
opened.  Go to the north again and you will find about 25 giants.  Now
this is where I say the game officially cheats.  It holds you there while it
shows the giants wandering around and by the time it gives you control, you are
already surrounded and unable to get to the cave without having about 1000 gems
squeezed out of you.  However you get by them is up to you.  But get to the
cave on the right and open a chest to get a QUAKE MEDALLION.  Exit the cave and
immediately throw it.  The giants will turn into little puddings.  Much easier,
kill them all to continue up the mountain.  Now we have another original Zelda
reminder.  Enter the shadow and a GBA scene will appear.  Go north five times
to get to the top, sound familiar?  Enter the boss fight.
CASTLE GUARD BOSS #2
You've fought him before.  He does the same moves as before except this time,
he calls about 50 guards to come out and attack you.  After he tries to swing
at you, nail him in the side.  Do this 5 times and he dies.  Finish off the
remaining guards and it will drop about 750 gems on the area.  Head to the east
and lift the rock for 750 gems that you have to chase down.  Destroy the
barriers to end the level.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the first pair of caves you find.  It's on the island in the middle of
cave.  Create a walkway to get it.
2. In the first area where you encounter one giant, slice a bush to the south.
Use a boomerang to hit the switch and take the chest with the heart.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Bombos Medallion- In electric eel area, there's a hole in the bushes.  It's
inside in the left chest.
2. Quake Medallion- In the 20 giant area

EQUIPMENT
1. Hero's Bow(4)- In the archer area, they are in the northwest house.
2. Boomerang(4)- In the archer area, they are in the northeast house.
3. Hero's Bow- In the bombed cave on the right in the Fire Shadow Link area.
4. Hammer(4)- Push the burning house around the area to kill all the rock
squirrels.
5. Boomerang- In the hidden cave in the fenced in area with Shadow Link jumping
in and out of it.

-Level 3-2. The Mountain Path  <3wld2>
WALKTHROUGH
The owl starts by telling you about a huge bird living up on Death Mountain.
Go up the ladder to find the burning cliffs.  Enter the cave and grab 4 jugs of
water and go up the ladder.  Put out the fires on this ridge and reenter the
cave for more water.  Jump off the cliff and put out the fires down here and
enter the cave.  Grab the ROC FEATHER.  Exit and go fall into the holes to the
right.  Push the blocks out of the way and climb the ladder to the water room.
Pick up some more water and go jump over the single row of holes and put out
the remaining fires and enter the cave.  Exit via the ladder and go north.  Go
into the first cave for some water and douse the flames at the 3rd cave.  Enter
the 2nd cave first.  Go to the top of the ladder and walk the ledge where the
rock starts sinking from.  Grab the BOMBS and go back out the bottom door.
Enter the 3rd cave now and bomb the wall for 120 gems and climb up the ladder
and exit this cave to the top of the screen.  Go down two ledges and enter the
cave on this ledge.  Go down the ladder and bomb the wall to the north.  Get
some water and exit the cave to the south and put out the fire at the bottom of
the ladder.  Jump off and enter the 2nd cave again.  Ride the rock down and
walk down the 3rd and 4th ledges for 100 gems and the HAMMER.  Go out and back
through the 3rd cave again to the top.  Crush the pegs and jump down to the
cave below and get the 100 gems.  Inside, push the rocks around so you can get
across the pit and grab all four fire pots from the middle.  Now exit and take
get back to the top of the screen and jump down to the middle cave and all the
way down to the ladder again.
Climb the ladder with the fire pots and throw them one at a time to light the
fuses at the bottom.  Go stand near to the light bomb so you can collect the
loads of gems that come out of it.  Now dive to the right off the screen so the
other bombs don't kill you.  Go back into the area and go down to the cave at
the bottom.  Push the rock out of the way and grab a BOOMERANG.  Now go jump
down the hole under the top left bomb and get your boomerang upgraded.  Head to
the east and use this boomerang to collect the gems moving on the mountainside.
Be careful of the falling rocks but wait for a rock to fall into the hole and
cross it.  Same goes with the next area, but you must move faster on the 2nd
hole as you must pick up rocks to get across.  Climb the ladder and enter the
house.  Pick up the HAMMER and go back outside and crush the pegs.  Move the
house forward so you can get into the cave.  Use the fire pots to burn the rock
gems.  There are tons of gems in this area and a hole in the ground in the
southwest corner.  It contains the BLUE BRACELET.  Now go to the east where we
see yet a lot more fire.  Kill the two Fiery Shadow Links and take the hammer
and charge it and let it slam the ground and you will see some bumps in the
ground.  Hit these places with the hammer to reveal treasures such as 2-50
gems, a HEART CONTAINER, a 200 gem, and a KEY.  Take the key into the cave and
unlock the door.  Take the water and put douse all the flames in the area.  In
the southeast corner you can hammer another spot on the ground for 200 more
gems and a hole with a upgrade fountain in it.  Go grab the BOOMERANG out of
the cave and power it up to level 2. Climb up the ladder and use the boomerang
to retrieve about 400-500 gems.  At the top you have a mini-boss fight.
SHADOW LINK (x4)
This time Shadow Link will split in two.  You should know the drill by now.
They will all attack but a certain one will turn a color when you hit him.
This time they can enter the two houses to hide.  Use that color Link to defeat
another easy boss.  The houses contain various weapons if you want to give them
a try, but a good old fashioned swordfight seems needed here.
Climb the new ladder and collect loads more gems with the boomerang. Climb to
the top and the owl will come to visit you.  Go to the right and cross a couple
bridges (uh oh, that was a big shadow) and enter into the Boss fight.
HELMAROC KING
Hello Wind Waker boss.  First off, run into one of the caves and grab a HAMMER
and go back outside.  He has an easy pattern to memorize.  When he is about to
fly onto the screen, pick up a bomb-flower.  If he swoops down, throw it at him
and he will crash his head into one of the caves.  Enter the cave quickly and
climb the ladder and bash him on the head a few times.  Do all of this again
and his mask should fall off after about 8 hits.  Now go outside and he will do
nothing but swoop at you from either direction.  Grab a bomb and throw it when
he gets near you and he will fall.  Slash him as much as you can before he
takes off again.  It takes a lot of hits but repeating this process 3 or 4
times will finish him off.  He explodes leaving about 750 gems.  Continue to
the east and shatter the four barriers guarding the tower.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the fire area after the movable house.  Hammer the ground in the south-
west corner and a heart will pop out of the ground.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Blue Bracelet- In the area where you move the house, burn the gem in the
southwest corner to reveal a hole with a chest in it.
2. Key- Buried in the ground in the fire area after the moving house.

EQUIPMENT
1. Roc's Feather(6)- In the first fire area.  Four are down the single row of
holes and the other two are in the cave before those holes.
2. Bombs- In the second fire area, enter the middle cave and climb to the top.
It's on the ledge where the rock starts sinking.
3. Hammer(2)- On the two ledges below #2.
4. Boomerang(2)- In the cave below the four huge bombs.
5. Hammer(2)-Inside the house blocking the cave.
6. Boomerang(2)-Behind a locked door inside a cave in the big fire area.
7. Bomb, Hero's Bow(2), Boomerang(2), Pegasus Boots, Fire Rod(2)- In the two
houses at the Shadow Link battle.
8. Hammer(2)- Inside the two caves in the boss fight.

-Level 3-3. Tower Of Flames  <3wld3>
WALKTHROUGH
Once you enter, break the pot on the left next to the flame sprayer.  Step on
the switch and pick up a SLINGSHOT that appears.  Hit the 3 crystal switches
for 170 gems.  Now hit the far-off switch to the left to stop the fire wall.
Go north and break the pots under the flame sprayers to find two more switches
that net you 120 more gems.  Wait for the fire to stop and go up the stairs at
the end of the hall.  This room has flame sprayers that only activate when you
get near them.  So slowly find the path around this room, collecting loads of
gems along the way including two gem fountains and two 100s that run from you.
Grab a BOOMERANG at the end and go through the door to the east.  Knock the 5
enemies into the lava to clear the way to go.  First go to the pots in the
southeast corner and break them to reveal a switch.  This makes a chest appear
with a HEART CONTAINER inside.  Now exit to the north.  Ride the platform to
the west and enter that door.  Throw a Link over to the next ledge and call
them all together.  Kill the octorok and break the middle pots.  Stand on the
four switches to activate another room that likes to chuck stuff at you.  It
starts with all the pots, then the cyclops statues and then a bunch of tiles to
the right.  Your reward is better this time, you get a ROC FEATHER.  Go back
out and jump across the stationary platforms.  The chests at the end have 150
gems.  Jump to the north and go through the door.
Let the Shadow Links break the pots and hit them as they go by for 100 gems
each.  Break all the pots in the room to reveal 4 switches and two holes. Press
the switches to stop the flame sprayers.  Fall in the top hole and climb back
up a level.  Fall in the leftmost hole for a HEART CONTAINER.  Push the blocks
and climb back up a level.  Now fall down the 2nd hole from the right and climb
the ladder to two chests.  Push the blocks for some gems and KEY.  Now climb up
the nearby ladder to come out of the bottom hole.  Jump over the lave pit and
unlock the door.  Uh oh, an iron knuckle with a fiery ball and chain.  Just
jump over the fire and do a sword slam over him and in four hits, he'll die and
reveal the way.  Hit the crystal switch to turn the fire spinner around.  Go to
the island in the southwest corner and jump to it.  Pick up the HERO'S BOW and
break the pots to hit a switch that lets you off the island.  Hit the light
switches for some 50s gems.  Otherwise, snake your way around the fire spinners
and go in the door at the end of the path.  Hit the switch to turn the spinner
and the light switch for 200 gems, but you have to turn the spinner a couple
more times to get them.  Enter the door going up again.  Ride the moving
platform to the bottom and get off on the island.  Hit the four switches for
120 gems.  Now fall down the hole in the corner and grab the ROC FEATHER. Climb
back out and jump across the moving platforms, grabbing the jumping 100 gem in
the process.  Exit to the west to go fight Shadow Link.... AGAIN.
SHADOW LINK (x4)
Okay, this is getting annoying now.  Same old, same old.  Hit them until one
turns colors.  It gets a little harder as there is less space to move around in
and every hit you take seems to magnetize you to a lava pit but they are still
easy.  Use the right colored Link and collect a bunch of gems at the end and
head to the north.  In here, jump from island to island hitting switches that
connect the islands to the main path.  You can find 100 gems, 20 gems, a gem
fountain, but most importantly bombs by stepping on four switches.  Grab them
up and head to the exit to the east to have a boss fight.
DODONGOS (x3)
Quite an easy boss fight if you ask me, just let them wander around.  Get
close but not too close.  When one stops and opens his mouth, run up and shove
a bomb down his throat.  Three bombs kills one of them.  Do this to all 3 and
the boss fight is won.  Enter the door to the north and go to the east door to
talk with the owl.  He will tell you about trouble at Hyrule Castle.  Reenter
the castle and the fire will have stopped so go north again and break the four
barriers to free the THIRD MAIDEN who will take you to Hyrule Castle.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the next room after the flame sprayer maze, break a pot in the southeast
corner to hit a switch revealing the chest.
2. In the two holes in the two Shadow Link room.  Take the top hole, climb up a
level, and then fall down the leftmost hole.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Key- In the two holes in the two Shadow Link room.  Fall down the 2nd to
right hole to get to the ladder leading to the chest with the key.

EQUIPMENT
1. Slingshot(2)- In the first room, hit the switch under the pot
2. Boomerang(2)- At the end of the flame sprayer maze.
3. Roc Feather(4)- Outlast the room that throws pots, statues, and tiles.
4. Hero's Bow- In the fire spinner room in the southwest corner.
5. Bomb- In the 2nd fire spinner room, it's in the hole in the southeast
corner.
6. Hero's Bow- Same as #5
7. Lantern- Same as #5
8. Roc Feather- Same as #5
9. Bombs- In the southwest corner of the room after the Shadow Link battle.

D. Near The Fields
-Level 4-1. The Field  <4wld1>
WALKTHROUGH
Uuuugh rain... anyway, head north and you will run into Malon, the daughter of
Lon Lon Ranch.  She will tell you how she got lost in the rain and the guards
started attacking her and will ask you to guide her back (say yes or you can't
go to the next screen).  Then she will start following you. (Tip: walk with one
Link so you don't have to worry about her following four Links.  She will be
less likely to get hit.)  If you get hit while crossing the fireballs, there
are two bushes nearby that have hearts under them.  Go to the next screen.
Carefully walk up to the grass and archers will pop out and shoot immediately
so slash them while Malon is waiting at the back of the line and out of range.
There are five hidden archers in this area total.  After they are dead, lead
Malon to the right and you will arrive at the ranch.  After a tearful reunion
with her father, he will activate the carrots and allow you to ride Epona.  Go
to the south of Talon and Malon and cut the bushes to find a hole with two
chests in it, one of them with a HEART CONTAINER inside.  Now take and throw a
Link over the short inclosure and pick up the rock to reveal a hole.  Don't
fall in though.  Draw all the Links together inside and throw one into the next
section.  Cut the bushes and fall into that hole.  Break the pots and hit the
switch to release the two chests.  One of them has your second HEART CONTAINER.
Now you see two BOOMERANGS and two HAMMERS, take something if you want and
climb out of the room.  Now head to the east again to enter the horse pasture.
Take a carrot from the sign to the north and throw it on the ground.  Grab the
carrot and the four horses will appear.  You can ride around the four screens
of the pasture and collect a lot of gems and carrots are hiding in the grass
and bushes.  When you're done, head to the north from the original area.  Ride
along this path collecting carrots and gems and running over the guards and
archers as you are invinsible while on the horses.  But if you go without a
carrot for a while, the horses will disappear.  After about 8 screens, you will
run over about 10 guards and hit a fence.  The horses will disappear and you
can head north into large field and have your way back blocked.
Slash the first rock you see to see it shoot out gems and cut all the grass in
the area revealing four switches.  Break up and stand on these for 100 gems.
Head to the west.  There are some gems to be made here by stepping on a switch
under a log and falling in a hole in the bushes.  But go to the southwest
corner and line up vertically to pull the log or pick it up and get to the
hole.  Inside is a chest with the 3rd HEART CONTAINER.  Go to the house and
enter and talk to the man on the left and accept the mission so he will give
you the SHED KEY.  Outside the house, you can throw a Link over the fence for
the chest that has 100 gems in it.  Take the key back to the previous screen
and unlock the shed.  Inside are 2 more BOOMERANGS and 2 PEGASUS BOOTS.  Take
a pair of boots and exit.  Go north and lift up the giant log with all four
Links... my God that is a big gem... quickly go north again before Tingle gets
it.  Lift the big rock and go down the ladder to a fairy who will power up your
boots.  Now you can run across holes.  You can test it in this cave and collect
the 100 gems out of the chest by going around the room.  When you exit, you can
run across the holes for another 100 gems.
When you're done, go to the south, west and then north, avoiding the Gohmas,
and kill the two charging Shadow Links.  Line up vertically and pull the log
out of the cave.  Enter the cave and go down the ladder into 2D.  Go up the
first ladder you see and pull the log off of the holes.  Now enter the cave and
put a Link on the switch and have another Link backtrack to the entrance to the
area and go to the left.  Run across the lines of holes and into the cave.
Walk across the rocks and push a block toward the other Links.  Call them all
together and go down the ladder.  Use the boots to go left across the pits and
climb out of the hole and go north.  Enter the cave and go to the left.  Push
the blocks on the bottom around to get the CAVE KEY.  Go back to unlock the
door. (To the right is a rock with 100 gems under it.)  Inside the locked door
is eventually a HERO'S BOW.  Take it and exit and go back to the main field
area.  In the cave, shoot the eye switch with an arrow to reveal a pathway and
a cannon.  In the four main areas are 3 Gohma Spiders.  Be careful of Tingle in
the area with the enormous gem.  If you have 2000 already, just let him have
it.  Kill them all and go back to the guy that gave you the Shed Key.  Now you
will recieve a SHOVEL.
Go back to the area with the enormous gem and dig in the area.  There are five
holes scattered over the area.  At least three of them lead to dead ends.  The
one butted up against the trees leads into a cave with a cannon.  Shoot Tingle
to pop his balloon before you enter it.  Inside, climb the ladder and hit the
crystal switch to create platforms.  The chest has 150 gems in it but jump in
the cannon and shoot up and you can collect the 1000 gems before Tingle.  Exit
the area to the east.  Watch out for the 4 puddles of goo and go north for the
mini-boss fight.
At first there is a hole in the northeast corner of the area that has a Bombos
Medallion that can kill everything on the screen at the time.  The archers here
are a good target for that.  After this, phase two is two Iron Knuckles.  They
are another good target for the Bombos.  Phase three are a ton of yellow guards
that turn red when you hit them and the guard leader.  Use the same technique
from before and just go after the leader.  The smaller ones only seem to try
and protect.  After he's dead go north for the boss fight.
DARK WORLD STALFOS
Beware of the sword as he is much faster than the guard leaders and if he gets
you trapped in a corner, it's hasta la bye bye.  Start by killing the two small
stalfos and this will pull you into the Dark World.  Treat him just like you
would a Guard leader and after about 10 hits, he will blow up and leave 100
gems.  Collect them to go back to the Light World.  Now a Knight of Hyrule will
appear and lament about his life as a Stalfos but then he gives you the BLUE
ROYAL JEWEL.  Head to the east and break the four barriers to end the level.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In a hole under a bush to the south of Talon and Malon in the top chest.
2. In Talon's storage room inside the top chest.
3. In the giant field area, go to the southwest corner of the southwest field
area and you will find a hole behind a log.  Inside is the heart.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Shed Key- In the southwest field area, in the house, the left man will give
it to you if you agree to kill all the Gohmas.
2. Cave Key- In the furthest cave north in the field area.  Once in the cave,
it's on the left.

EQUIPMENT
1. Boomerang(2)- Inside Talon's storage room.
2. Hammer(2)- Inside Talon's storage room.
3. Boomerang(2)- Inside the locked storage shed in the big field.
4. Pegasus Boots(2)- Inside the locked storage shed in the big field.
5. Hero's Bow- Inside the locked door in the cave that is furthest north.
6. Shovel- Given to you by the guy in the southwest house after you defeat all
of the Gohma Spiders.

-Level 4-2. The Swamp  <4wld2>
WALKTHROUGH
At the start, the owl will again fly down and talk to you about the poisonous
swamp that you will have to navigate through and not to fall in.  Kill the two
octoroks and collect the 100 gems in the corner of the swamp.  Head north and
start chopping bushes while Shadow Link's bomb ticks down.  Before it explodes
duck into the cave to avoid being killed.  Once you've cut all the bushes and
gotten the gem fountain, take the bomb flower and start bombing new caves in
the face of the wall.  There are 4 places in all and you can find 200 gems, a
force fairy and a couple more bomb flowers.  Enter the middle cave (the one
that juts out) and go to the end where you can exit on the top row.  After the
giant bomb blows up, grab a bomb flower and take it outside and throw it to the
left of the cave to open up another one.  Enter and go down the ladder and take
a ROC FEATHER.  Use a sword slam to get through the floor and exit the cave.
Now use the feather to jump over the swamp pits and go west.
Kill two octoroks then pick up the big rock to the south and descend the
ladder.  Go down the ladder and to the right.  Don't worry about the extra ROC
FEATHERS in the area and climb up.  Now jump around the lake landing on the
lily pads until you reach the second big rock.  Lift it to find another ladder
going down.  Inside, use a sword slam to get to the bottom.  Climb the ladder
on the left and sword slam some more blocks.  Jump to the chest for 100 gems.
Now fall down and push to the right and you can break some more blocks for a
HEART CONTAINER.  Now climb up to the cannon and blast your way out of the cave
and go west.  Do some more lily pad hopping through 4 more pads, two of them
moving with a green/purple gem above them, and kill two vultures.  Continue
around the trail and get on the moving lily pad.  Jump to get the 100 gems and
go west again for a mini-boss fight.
Here we go again.  20-30 guards and a Guard Leader.  This time the guards come
after you instead of protecting the leader.  So line up horizontally and just
waylay everything.  The grass you cut should provide enough hearts so you don't
take much damage without recovering it.  As for the leader, don't treat him any
differently than you've treated the previous ones.  When he's dead, head west.
Get on a lily pad and wait for a Zora to pop his head out of the water and send
you flying.  Use this to clear the long jumps in the swamp.  Do this twice and
you will come to some bushes with switches under them.  The other two are on
the top island.  Your reward for hitting all four is 150 gems on the right side
and 100 gems on the left.  You need to be quick to get them both.  I usually
just skip this part so head north.
You will notice in this area are four separate lands, there are bushes and yep
you guessed it, there are switches under them.  Use your jumping skills to
direct each Link to a different island and raise the remaining lily pads.  Be
careful to switch to the Link on the mainland before calling them all together
or you'll have to jump back.  Now go across the two new lily pads and grab the
200 gems and continue north.  Don't worry about the cave, go across the four
lily pads and use the bomb flower to blow a hole in the cliff.  Now jump to the
lily pad to the right and jump south to the land.  Enter this cave and collect
100 gems and a HEART CONTAINER.  Push the blocks and jump the pads to get back
to the cave that you bombed.  Pick up another bomb and carry it into the cave
and throw it against the north wall.  Go into the 2D area and follow it around
until you can sword slam the blocks.  Get the chest for 200 gems and climb up
the ladder to get into the graveyard.
Kill the poes and beware of the stones that will jump away from you and then
fly at your head.  Also watch out for the northeast corner where a dark bat
will start circling you.  Push the 3rd grave from the left on the bottom row to
reveal a hole.  Inside, jump to the left and sword slam on the dark space to
break the pot and reveal a switch.  Jump to that switch and all the blocks will
disappear except the ones near you.  Go grab the HERO'S BOW and shoot the two
switches to get out.  Ride the moon gate back to the graveyard.  Now go push
the grave back in the top right corner and fall in for some gems and the BLUE
BRACELET.  Get out of this grave and go north.  Go to the right and then south
and east.  Use your skill to kill Shadow Link and then avoid the eight graves
that will hurl themselves at you.
Push back the middle grave that remains and enter the cave.  Push the blocks
back and shoot the two switches.  In the next room, push back the two blocks to
block the blade traps and go in the righthand door.  Avoid the blades and take
the KEY #1 from the chest.  Go back and unlock the door.  Before entering, go
to the left and shoot the two switches, then go back and into the now unlocked
door.  Break the pots in the top right corner and hit the switch to open the
door.  Go west and shoot the three bats in the room to create a path.  Go along
this path to the next room and shoot the other two switches.  Go out on the new
path and pick up Key #2 and go east and north to find the locked door.  Inside,
break all the pots and grab the two chests for 100 gems and a HEART CONTAINER.
Head to the east again and take the MOON PEARL from the chest.  Push the second
block from the left on the top row and enter the door.  Exit via the moon gate
and carry the pearl back two screens to the far left.  Enter the Dark World.
Go to northeast to find the moon gate back to the Light World.  Go south and
step on the four hidden switches to turn on the torches and kill the giant
poes (make sure they all die).  Enter the house and meet Dampe.  What he's got
to say isn't as important as what's in that chest, the POWER BRACELET.  Now go
outside and pick up the only tree in the area.  Throw it and collect the 250 or
so gems and go up and east.
Avoid the searchlights the best you can.  If you get caught in them, about 25
poes will appear encircling you.  But then the lights will follow you and light
up the area around you.  Feel your way to the southwest corner and pick up a
LANTERN.  Now go to the right and pick up two more trees for some gems and more
importantly, the path.  Go north and you will enter an area with four torches
and four big poes.  Walk around and hit all the switches to light the torches
and kill the big poe next to it.  After they are all dead......
JALHALLA
Didn't think it was a boss room did you?  He appears after his minions are
gone.  The best way to fight him is to pick a torch and stay with it.  When he
comes near your torch, light it and then go slash him.  He will jump and cover
the screen and then fall and release more poe minions and evil fairies.  Watch
out for his fire spin move and the evil fairies that travel in a circle and
cross the switches.  After five hits with the charged up sword (10 without), he
will blow up and leave lots of gems behind.  Go north after this and break the
four barriers to proceed to Hyrule Castle.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the hole under a rock after the first lily pad jumping area.  Sword Slam
down to the second chest.
2. Just south of the graveyard in the cave on the right.
3. In the middle grave of the 2nd grave area, it's behind the second locked
door.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Blue Bracelet- Under the top right grave.
2. Key #1- Under the middle grave in the second grave area.  It's on the
righthand path in a chest.
3. Key #2- In the same area as Key #1 but you get it for shooting the four
switches on the lefthand path.
4. Moon Pearl- In the second room behind Key #2's locked door.
5. Power Bracelet- Inside the chest in Dampe's house.

EQUIPMENT
1. Roc Feather(4)- In the Shadow Link bombing area, it's in the hidden cave on
the top row before the swamp.
2. Roc Feather(4)- In the first big swampy area in the cave beneath the big
rock.
3. Hero's Bow- Under the 3rd grave from the left.
4. Lantern(4)- In the pitchblack graveyard area with the searchlights.

-Level 4-3. Infiltration Of Hyrule Castle  <4wld3>
WALKTHROUGH
NOTE: This stage is really annoying and even borders on pain in the @$$.  The
castle looks nothing like the Hyrule Castle that you entered in World 1.  This
level has spotlights like the graveyard did but if you get caught in them, you
get sent to prison each time.
Jump in the water and climb out on the other side.  Cut the bushes to find 90
gems total and a force fairy.  Go north and you'll find yourself in the first
spotlight area.  First things first, break the pots on the right..............
AAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA!  You fell for it!  Off to prison with you!  That's okay, you
needed to come here once.  Break the pot and fall into the hole.  Hit the
switch and climb out into the 2nd prison cell and grab a BOOMERANG.  Now head
back to your cell and stand in a horizontal line and throw the boomerang into
the 4 pots and it will bring back a CELL KEY.  Open your door and go left.  If
Shadow Link is still there, let him charge past you and kill him.  Go to the
leftmost cell and throw the boomerangs into the four crystal switches.  Enter
the cell and take the HAMMER.  Now exit to the south.  Now if you decide to
break any pots, make sure you throw them toward the light so you don't go back
to jail.  Avoiding the lights, go west a screen and take the chests with the 50
gems and the HEART CONTAINER.  Wait for the lights to go and kill the bat and
head west again and jump off into the water.  Swim left a screen and you can
dive and collect the underwater gems and the 100/300 gem above the water.  Make
sure it's purple when you grab it.  Now go west and claim the gems underwater.
Climb out of the channel on the left and go west again.  Don't let Shadow Link
break the pots near you, just let him go and collect the gems when the lights
move away.  Go south and east along the cliff to the chests containing 100 gems
and a HEART CONTAINER.  Go back a screen and sneak past the lights and enter
one of the doors to the north.
Kill the poes in here (including two in the pots) to recieve 100 gems.  Go
north and you will enter the castle's basement.  Watch out for the evil fairies
and make your way around to the locked door.  Go around to the enclosure and
push the block down to let the evil fairies out.  Take the chest with KEY #1
inside and go unlock the door.  Inside go as far north as you can and line up
vertically to pull the chain out of the wall.  Enter the door.  After the six
evil fairies pass, line up horizontally to pull out the long switch and it will
drop a MOON PEARL.  Carry it back to the enclosure with the four evil fairies
in it and push the block down again.  The MOON GATE is right inside.  Enter the
Dark World and push the block out of the way.  Push two more blocks to enter
the area to the north and take the 100 gems from the chest and one of the five
HERO'S BOWS in this room.  Go back to the Light World and into the next room
again.
Now shoot the nearest switch and a path will light up but will only stay lit
for a few seconds.  Go north right away for a HEART CONTAINER and 100 gems.
Go back south one and you can get to the far right side and a locked door.  Go
north to find a chest next to a switch.  Inside it is KEY #2.  Unlock the door
and enter.  Shoot an arrow to the right through the four lit torches to light
the room up and create a path across the room.  Go south out one of the four
doors and you will see another searchlight area.  Get past the lights and grab
the 100 gems and KEY #3 out of the chests.  Go back into the castle and unlock
the door to the north and grab a LANTERN.  Go back out and light the four
torches in the middle of the room with a cross formation to open the door to
the north and get 100 gems.  Go north and, uh oh, the door locks on you.  Keep
going and light the two torches at the end to open that door.  Enter the door
and light the four torches in the room and..... oh NOT AGAIN!!!!!!!
JALHALLA (Part 2)
I thought we just fought him one level ago.... here we go again.  Run around
and light the four torches again to make him vulnerable.  Hit him with your
sword once and he will EAT YOU!  NOOOOOOOOO!!!  Oh wait, I guess he's supposed
to do that.  There's a little green blob in his belly and it's quick.  Slash it
as much as possible before Jalhalla spits you back out and blows the torches
out.  Now repeat the process but try not to get caught in his light or he will
blow you away along with the flames of the torches that you have already hit.
After hitting the blob inside him about 9 times with the charged sword, it will
explode (double that without it) and he will leave you about 700-800 gems which
should be enough to charge the sword if you haven't already.  Exit to the north
and break the four barriers to release the FOURTH MAIDEN who will talk to you
and then take you to the Lost Woods.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the 2nd searchlight area in a chest against the castle
2. In the 3rd searchlight area on the cliff with two chests.  You get there
from the 4th searchlight area.
3. On the switch-lit path, (shoot the switch to see the path) it's in a chest
in the top left corner.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Cell Key- In one of the pots south of your prison cell.
2. Key #1- In the first basement room, inside the chest in the enclosure with
four evil fairies.
3. Moon Pearl- In the top right room of the first section of the basement.
4. Key #2- On the switch-lit path, it's in a chest in the top right corner.
5. Key #3- In a chest in the searchlight area in the middle of the castle.

EQUIPMENT
1. Boomerang(4)- In the middle prison cell.
2. Hammer- In the left prison cell.
3. Hero's Bow(5)- In the Dark World in the first basement room.
4. Lantern(4)- Behind the locked door that Key #3 opens.

-Level 5-1. Lost Woods  <5wld1>
WALKTHROUGH
As with the Lost Woods in any other Zelda game, this can get quite confusing.
Here's a map of this large 5x5 area with important items and buildings marked.

WM=Wallmasters; S=Stumps (burn); H=Holes; D=Dekus; T=Movable Trees;
MG=Moon Gate; MP=Moon Pearl; P=Pits; C=Cave; Sw=Switch; K=Key; B=Bombs

You start in section B5 where in the bottom right corner is another dark bat.
Use a horizontal formation to get close enough to kill it and it will drop 20
gems along with a gem for each little bat in its comet-like tail.  Head west
and watch out for the unkillable wallmasters that will pull you into the Dark
World.  Go south one and use the bushes to kill the electric eel-like creatures
and you will get 100 gems.  Go south again until you get to E4.  Kill the
Shadow Link for 100 gems and step on the square switch.  Three wizrobes will
appear so kill them to receive KEY #1.  Take the key into the cave and unlock
the door inside.  You will see the ROC FEATHERS and the PEGASUS BOOTS.  Take
the feather and exit.  Go north and jump over the holes to the east and go into
D5.  Kill the Shadow Link and use a Cross formation spin attack to hit the four
crystal switches and reveal two chests.  Take the 150 gems and the MOON PEARL.
Go west, north and east into C5, drop the Moon Pearl and kill the two charging
Shadow Links as the run by for 100 gems each and then place the Moon Pearl near
the top of the screen.  Enter the Dark World and grab a LANTERN from behind the
movable blocks.  Go back to the Light World.  Burn the stumps for 100 gems from
the chest and exit to D4.
In D4, Burn the stumps to the west and take that path.  Use a bomb to kill the
two sets of bees for 50 gems each and head south.  Burn everything in the area
for loads of small gems and step on the four switches that are revealed.  Take
from the chests: two 50 gem pieces and a HEART CONTAINER.  Now go north, west,
and then south into E2.  Enter the Dark World through the Moon Gate and talk to
the Deku Shrub inside and agree to help them.  He will tell you to bring back
three items in the order that he says them and bring them back to the Deku
Shrub in the Light World.  These items are chosen by the game at random:
1. Fire Pot- Inside the cave in E3.
2. Water Jar- Inside the cave in E3.
3. Stone- The best place is on the ground in E3.
4. Grass- All over the place.
5. Sign- I think the closest one is in C4.
6. Bomb- Right next to the Deku in E2 in the Light World... make sure you give
it to him quickly.
I think that's all the items.  Once you give the items to the Deku in order,
go back to see the Deku in the Dark World and he will give you the POWER
BRACELET. Exit to the Light World and pick up the nearby tree for 250 gems.  Go
north and pick up the two trees for 250 more gems and go west to D1.  Burn all
the grass for small gems and to reveal 2 holes.  Hit the four crystal switches
at once to be showered with about 500 gems.  Enter the bottom hole for 50 gems
and the top hole to find BOMBS and a HERO'S BOW.  Take the bow and go north.
Use the bow to kill the two Gohmas but avoid going near the two trees or you'll
be chased by bees (hence why there were bombs in that hole).  Go north again
for a mini-boss fight.
QUEEN GOHMA
Watch for the fireballs she shoots and line up horizontally.  Dodge fireballs
until she opens her eye.  Shoot her eye with an arrow.  Avoid the fireballs
again and shoot her when she opens her eye again.  Now she will shoot three
fireballs at a time which make it harder to dodge.  Shoot her one more time for
the kill and 150 gems.
Head east and take KEY #2 from the chest.  Now drop the key and throw a Link
over the holes.  Take the key back and use the one Link to pick up the trees.
Call them all together and take the key to A3.  Ignore the circle of Dekus and
enter the cave and unlock the door inside.  Take a SHOVEL from amongst the two
shovels and two LANTERNS.  Now for a little side trip.  Go south to B3 and kill
the four electric eels in the area with bushes to reveal a chest.  Inside is a
HEART CONTAINER.  Go north to the circle of Dekus and dig into the middle of
each of the flower squares to reveal a hole.  The bottom hole has 250 gems in
it but the top hole will have 50 gems and a cannon that will shoot you to the
other side of the stumps.  Go east.  Now, there are four holes in this area.
The one in the top left corner leads to a chest with gems in it and the other
three all lead to the same place, a fall into a cave.  Go to the end and climb
out to get out of the lost woods.  Be prepared for Shadow Link and his giant
bombs.  Jump in the hole nearby when it's about to explode and use the shovel
to dig three more holes.  While you can get some gems from the other holes, the
third one from the left is the way to go.  Exit the ladder and go north to find
the four barriers to break... No boss.  Yaaaaaaay!!!

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In a chest in E3 for stepping on the four switches under the bushes.
2. Kill all the enemies in B3 to reveal a chest.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Key #1- Found in #4 for beating the 3 wizrobes.
2. Moon Pearl- Found in a chest in D5 after jumping over the pits.
3. Power Bracelet- Complete the deku quest for 3 items in E2.
4. Key #2- Your reward in B2 for beating Gohma in B1.

EQUIPMENT
1. Pegasus Boots(2)- Inside the E4 cave behind the locked door.
2. Roc's Feather(2)- Same as #1
3. Lantern(2)- In the Dark World in C5.
4. Hero's Bow(2)- In D1 in the top right hole.
5. Bombs(2)- Same as #4
6. Lantern(2)- Inside the A3 cave behind the locked door.
7. Shovel(2)- Same as #6
8. Shovel- In the Shadow Link bomb area in the hole near the top left corner.

F=Fire; Tr=Movable Trees; H=Hole; B=Building; J=Jail S=Spikes; T=Thief;
TH=Thief(ves) in Hole

Yaaaay, I'm proud of my maps.  Oh no, FIRE!!! HELP... HELP!!!  Oh wait, I have
a good idea, talk to the owl and before he flies off, stab him and throw him in
the fire.  Anyway, head north and remember the building here.  Inside is an old
man who just lost his wife of 56 years (says the letter in the back) but she
tells him in the letter to get himself a pet Cucko when she's gone... *sniff*
*sniff*.  Okay, enough tear-jerking stories.  Go west and kill the charging
Shadow Links for 100 gems each.  Go to the left building and enter through the
back.  Beware, the guy on the left is a thief and will steal gems from you if
he hits you.  Stun him with your sword and take the HEART CONTAINER from the
chest and exit.  Go north, ignore Shadow Link and fall into the hole in the
middle of the bushes.  Oh boy, another pit maze.  It's quite easy because every
time you fall into a room, it places you in front of the pit you need to fall
into, so just keep walking forward.  At the bottom of the maze are BOMBS.  Pick
them up and exit.  Now enter the house in this area and bomb the north wall.
Now take the 200 gems from the chest and pick up a Cucko.  Take the Cucko back
to the house in B2 and talk to the old man while holding the Cucko.  He will
give you the KEY to that lock in his house.  Now you can get 250 gems and the
POWER BRACELET.
Exit and go pick up the tree on the right side for 250 more gems.  Go north
and kill the two Shadow Links that are shooting fire for 100 gems each.  Now go
and pick up the tree next to the house in the corner.  Wow, 250 more gems.
Enter the side of the house and talk to the man who will tell you about the
thief problem in the town and to exit, you must capture all 10 thieves and put
them in the makeshift jail to the side of his house.  Just stun them and pick
them up like an item and throw them into the pen.  Here are the locations:
1-2. Both quite visible in this area (A2)
3-4. Under the other tree in this area (have a force fairy).  Just bomb the
walls to the west and south.
5. In the back of the left house in B1.
6. To the left of said house in B1.
7. In a hole under a bush alongside the righthand house in B1.
8. In the hole under the big rock in south B1. (Lift the other rock in this
area for 450 gems.
9. In a hole under one of the trees where you started this level.  (Lift all
the trees for 750 gems total and a force fairy.
10. For number 10, go to the area B3 and kill the two Shadow Links shooting
fire if you can get to them in time.  Anyway, go into the house and talk to the
man inside and he will give you a SHOVEL and tell you to dig where he says to
open up his trap that has caught the final thief.  This hole is random so
listen to what he says to find it.  Now go back in and grab the bombs.
After you jail the final thief, you will hear that historic sound that tells
you that you have succeeded.  Return to the guy in the house and he will drop
all the spikes in the area.  The chests contain 355 gems total.  Go north from
here.  Watch out for the chain chomp and make your way to the north side of the
fire maze.  Go to the south on the left to find a big rock.  Go into the stairs
underneath and bomb the wall at the bottom.  Use a bomb to hit the switch and
quickly run across the new platform and grab the FIRE ROD.  Great, just what we
need, more fire.  Exit the cave and go north and light the four torches and it
will start raining... FINALLY.  Pick up the trees for 750 more gems if you need
to and go south.  Collect the HEART CONTAINER from the chest in the northeast
corner and return to the village.  Go west and then north and play the game
that the Zora offers.  Push 10 fish in the deep water to his mouth and he will
give you 100 gems and another HEART CONTAINER. (Do you get something special
for getting all 20 fish into his mouth???)  Head south to B1 and you can enter
the house and follow the person's directions to get 250 gems from a hole in the
side yard and then another 150 more from a hole on the far left of the area.
Go east and get 150 gems from a bush in the top right corner.  Go south and
lift up the big rock to the left and you can find a BOOMERANG inside if you
want it.  Now you can go to B3 and exit to the village by going east and enter
the boss battle.
SHADOW LINK (x4)
Yawn, this is getting very repetitive.  This time they can jump into darkened
holes.  The best way to do it is to get a Shadow Link to turn a color and then
use the other 3 Links to uncover the hidden switches next to the holes and
stand on them to light up the room and let the right colored Link do his work
on Shadow Link.  When he's dead, head to the east and... oh damn, this isn't
the end of the stage yet.
Be careful of the spider in the grass and go jump into the river.  Take your
time and manuever down the river and you can collect close to 2000 more gems.
At the end of the river comes the real boss battle.
DARK WORLD STALFOS
Here is the 2nd Knight of Hyrule turned Stalfos of Hyrule.  Start by killing
the two grey guards and this will pull you into the Dark World.  Treat him just
like you did the last Stalfos after about 10 hits, he will blow up and leave
150 gems.  Collect them to go back to the Light World.  Now the second Knight
of Hyrule will appear and not even apologize but will eventually entrust the
GREEN ROYAL JEWEL to you.  Take it and head north to break the four barriers
guarding the Temple of Darkness.  (If you collected what you could without
repeating anything, you could have over 7000 gems or more by the time you exit
the stage.  This, I believe, is the most gems that you can collect in any one
level besides 8-2 where you need to take both paths.)  WooHoooooo!!!

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the back of the left building in B1.
2. In the lone chest in the chain chomp fire area north of A2.
3. Feed the hungry Zora 10 fish in the stream north of A1.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Key- Given by the old man in B2 for bringing him a Cucko.
2. Power Bracelet- Same as #1.  It's in the back room behind the locked door.

EQUIPMENT
1. Bombs(2)- At the bottom of the hole maze in A1.
2. Shovel- In the house in B3, just talk to the old man.
3. Fire Rod- North of A2 in the lefthand hole.  Hope you still have your bombs.
4. Boomerang- In the hole in C2 under the rock blocked by fire.

-Level 5-3. Temple Of Darkness  <5wld3>
WALKTHROUGH
Here it is... there are 6 Deku Shrubs guarding this temple and they are twenty
times stronger than the final boss of the game and one hit will kill you and
take all of your force fairies.  And they attack immediately..... if they were
to actually believe that you were the 4 heroes that Ganon told them about.
Since they don't think you are, go ahead past them and enter the temple.
Start by hitting the switch and going across the room.  Hit the 2nd switch to
reveal a path to two chests with 50 gems apiece.  Grab the HERO'S BOW and enter
the door.  Now have some fun.  Line up horizontally and walk slowly down the
hall waylaying the 50+ squids in the hall for big combos that drop lots of
gems.  Enter the door at the end and hit the red switch to drop the blue pegs.
Go out and enter the door just above it and hit the switch again and break the
pots inside to reveal 4 switches.  These will put 200 gems outside in the
hallway.  Collect them and continue north.  Don't take the chest or you just
may bomb out.  Go into the open door on the left and kill the three Stalchilds
for KEY #1.  Go down the stairs and fight a couple more stalchilds and grab the
HAMMER at the end and exit the GBA area.  Unlock the door and jump down the
cliff and suprise.  Kill the half-dozen snakes that fall from the ceiling and
take the 100 gems from the chest.  Quickly run down the stairs to avoid the big
bomb that you probably pulled from the chest too.
Kill the Stalchilds behind the pots and use the bomb flower in the area to
blow up the north and south walls of the building on the left side of the room.
Now you can push and pull the building where you want.  So pull it away from
the wall and push it around so that it covers the hole in the floor and allows
access to the open door to the south.  Enter the door and hit the four cross
crystal switches on the right to lower the spikes.  Push the four blocks on the
left to get a force fairy and exit the room.  Go push the building through the
rest of the spikes and enemies and take the doorway in the lower right corner.
Sweet, I love Whack-a-mole.  Smash the moles and ride the platform to the other
side where you can pull out the four levers to open the door in the upper half.
Go back and take the upper right corner.  Play Whack-a-Mole again and go north.
Watch out for the Iron Knuckle in here as he can throw the ball and chain half-
way across the room.  Get up near him after he's thrown it and back him into a
corner and slash him to death before he can swing his weapon again and enjoy
your 400 or so gems.  Now, which door should we take, Monty?  Let's start with
the bottom right corner.  Kill all the squids for more combos and gems and grab
the HEART CONTAINER.  Go back to the main room.
Go into the left side door and kill the three enemies (or at least push them
into the hole) and two chests will appear containing 100 gems and a MOON PEARL.
Go back to the main room and go to the upper right corner and open the MOON
GATE in the corner.  Enter the dark world and grab the SLINGSHOT and shoot
every other switch (either 1,3, and 5 or 2 and 4) to move the blocks in the
Light World around.  Grab the hammer back and go back to the Light World.  Hit
the moles and go north.  Great, Dark World Stalfos, two of them.  Walk off the
path to the right and you'll see that they got smaller so kill them and the
flying skull.  Exit the moon gate and go to the far left on the bottom path and
fall off again.  Kill the final flying skull and a chest will appear in the
Light World.  Get KEY #2 and fall into the same area as before.  Unlock the
door and take the moon gate behind it and go west through the door.
Welcome to the Cross Room.  This can be a pain.  There are two doors to the
north.  The door on the left has PEGASUS BOOTS, HERO'S BOW, HAMMER, and LANTERN
and the door on the right has BOMBS, BOOMERANG, SLINGSHOT, and a (lol) SHOVEL.
Why is there a shovel???  Anyway, use the Pegasus Boots to break the block in
the right room.  Now there are four switches in here.
1. Hit the close one with a sword.
2. Hit the one to the south with an arrow or Deku Seed.
3. Hit the one to the southwest with a diagonal boomerang.
4. Hit the one to the west behind the pots by diving into the Dark World and
picking up another Link and carrying him across the room and throwing his
shadow through the west wall and have him hit the switch.
Don't bother with the chest and go down the south path.  Break the pots and
step on the four switches to lower the spikes.  Open the chest for KEY #3 and
return to the Cross Room.  Go north and kill the Fiery Shadow Link for 100 gems
but don't bother with the Moon Gate, that's why there's this walkthrough.  Go
back and unlock the door to the west.  Enter and kill the two bone-throwing
Stalchilds.  Hit the red switch to turn it blue and go to the lower left corner
for a HEART CONTAINER.  Now go east and get the LANTERN from the left room and
go south and west to get back to the room that had the Moon Pearl in it.
Climb the ladder on the left and grab the treasures from the four chests for a
total of 76 gems.  Go west and uuuuugh... darkness.  Go up and left to light a
torch.  Climb down and light the four torches in the middle of the room and a
hole will appear.  Enter it and you'll fall into darkness that not even the
lantern can penetrate.  Walk around the room and you can find some chests
containing 100 gems, a HEART CONTAINER, and KEY #4 in the corners.  Go to the
bottom left corner to find the ladder out.  Take the key all the way back to
the room to the west of the Cross Room.  In here, turn the switch back to red
and then push the block on the far right up and enter the door to the north.
Here, you can either fight the wizrobes or go straight to the left and unlock
the door and enter.  Caution: one of the wizrobes is a wizrobe thief who will
steal gems until you kill him.
Walk around the path in here killing rats and lighting the six torches to open
the path.  After they are lit, grab the 100 gems from the chest and return to
the top left corner where you can turn the switch blue and return to the bottom
right corner where you can now continue down the path.  Eventually you will
come to two chests with 50 gems each.  From here, go to the top right corner
and go down the stairs.  You can use the lantern to light the stone gems and
get 100 gems.  Line up vertically and pick up the fire pots, throw them away
from the wall and push on the wall directly behind them.  A rumbling and
suddenly the wall will disappear.  Now stand horizontally on the four dark
tiles and push on the north wall and another wall will disappear.  Open the
chest for another MOON PEARL.  Take it south to open the MOON GATE and enter
the Dark World if you want 400 gems, if not, go west through the door.  Push
all the enemies in this area down the pit and two blocks will disappear and
unload more enemies on you.  After they are all gone, another block will leave.
Take the down path for 50 gems and take the left path to get to the north door.
Hit the switch for 250 more gems and enter the door for a boss fight.
PHANTOM GANON (x4)
Wouldn't it seem fair that since only one of them is real that only one of
them should be able to hurt you?  No such luck.  As before, get into a tennis
match with the green light ball.  But this time you must avoid the other Ganons
and attacks such as white light balls or sword attacks.  Once you get five or
six hits on the green ball, he will eventually get hit by it.  Use the four
Links horizontally to stab and slice him as much as possible before he gets up
and you have to do it all over again.  You shouldn't have to do it more than
twice.
When he's dead, head north and uh oh... someone's stolen the Dark Mirror. Aha,
now we know why we can't run out of Shadow Links.  Now it looks like you have
yet another quest to find the mirror.  Go west and break the barriers to free
the FIFTH MAIDEN.  She hints that the Desert Village is a good place to check
and takes you there.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the bottom right corner door in the Iron Knuckle room.
2. In the bottom left corner of the bone-throwing Stalchild room. (West of the
cross room)
3. In the pitch black pit in the top left corner.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Key #1- In the possession of 3 Stalchilds in the room with the big bomb in
the chest.
2. Moon Pearl- In the lefthand door from the Iron Knuckle room.  Just kill the
three enemies to reveal the chest.
3. Key #2- Reward for killing the two Dark World Stalfos and two flying skulls.
4. Key #3- Behind the spikes in the Iron Knuckle room in the chest.
5. Key #4- In the pitch black pit in the top right corner.
6. Moon Pearl- In the chest after you push on the two walls in the basement.

EQUIPMENT
1. Hero's Bow- In the first room of the temple on the north wall.
2. Hammer- Down the stairs in the Stalchild Key room.
3. Slingshot- In the Dark World in the upper right door from the Iron Knuckle
room.
4. Hammer- In the Dark World pit with two Stalfos.
5. Pegasus Boots, Hero's Bow, Hammer, Lantern- In the left door in the cross
room.
6. Bombs, Boomerang, Slingshot, Shovel- In the right door in the cross room.

F. The Desert Of Doubt
-Level 6-1. Desert Of Doubt  <6wld1>
WALKTHROUGH
The maiden says that there's a Gerudo Village north of you so begin the trek
north and... oh you're already there.  You can get info by talking to everyone
but talk to the leader in the northeast house and she will let you go into the
desert.  Now talk to the Gerudo near the fence and she will let you go north.
Kill the leevers and sand monster and go to the small pyramids on the left.
Push the bottom pyramid out of the way and enter the door.  Read the sign for
a hint on crossing the desert, "Only oppose the inconstant winds".  Go down the
ladder in here and grab the 100 gems.  Run past the ladder and go up and grab
some PEGASUS BOOTS.  Go through the block wall for a chest with 50 gems.  Go
back to the ladder you passed and climb out of the hole and you will be on the
other ridge.  Kill the sand worm and go east.  Enter the cave and break the
block 4th from the left.  Go down the corridor and push the block at the end.
Take the chests for 120 gems and a MOON PEARL.  Exit the cave and kill the Sand
Giants.  They are slow but take a lot of hits to kill.  When they die, they
turn into stalchilds and fall into the Dark World.  Take the Moon Pearl to the
northernmost point to open the MOON GATE.  Enter the Dark World and kill the
stalchilds.  Go around counterclockwise and enter the other moon gate and kill
two more Sand Giants and then back into the Dark World to kill the stalchilds.
This will finally make the roadblocks disappear.  Go north.
Kill the four Fiery Shadow Links for 100 gems each and then the leevers, sand
monsters, and anything else that might get in your way.  Enter the cave and
break the blocks and jump down.  Get the 50 gems from the chest and pick up the
big rock for some stairs.  Descend and walk around the room until you come to
blocks.  Push the colored blocks with the appropriate Link along with some gray
ones and you will get behind the wall.  Step on the square switch and kill the
three stalchilds and fake 100 gem.  Enter the middle door and upgrade the boots
in the Fairy Fountain.  On either side in ther chests are 100 gems and 1 gem.
Exit up the stairs and go to the north part of the cave.  Run over the pit to
the switch and have a Link stand on it and another cross the bridge.  Use the
boots to run across to the 4 red gems and back.  Exit the cave and go fall into
the quicksand.  Sink in it a little and run under the left wall for a ladder
and chest with a HEART CONTAINER.  Now take the ladder out of here and use the
boots to dash across the quicksand.
Kill the two sand worms and the sand monsters.  If you fall in the sand, get
the 160 gems from the chest in the middle and exit.  Pick up the rock for 200
gems and two spiders.  When you're done, dash north up the ladder and into the
next area, Zuna Village.  This village doesn't have much so go west and jump
off the ledge.  You will probably fall a lot but you'll appear on top of the
ledge again when you climb out so be patient.  Go to the bottom part of the
area and dash between the bones and rocks to the water.  Enter the whirlpool
and swim to the bottom, across avoiding the big fish and up at the end to exit
through the other whirlpool.  Continue to the the west.  Wind your way between
the cacti following the quicksand.  Step off at the rocks to let it go back and
to grab a gem fountain.  Avoid the quicksand the rest of the way and enter the
cave.  Follow the path around and dash over the three pits to get to the square
switch which gives you 150 gems and makes all the cacti in the area disappear.
Exit the cave and go south along the cliff and kill the leever.  Go south and
dash into the middle of the screen where the vulture is.  Kill him and dash to
the east.  Collect the 120 gems from the chest.  Go climb down the ladder in
the middle and collect 100 gems and talk to the Zuna for a hint.  Go outside
and dash a little bit to the left just to clear the small holes.  Line up
vertically and walk toward the rocks.  Pick them up as one and go west.
Go down the ladder and jump in the cannon.  This will blast you to the lower
area.  Kill the vultures and break the four pots in the area to show switches.
Use the boots to step on the four switches at the same time.  Now that the
quicksand is gone, grab a bomb flower and throw it at the wall that extends
furthest north on the left side.  Enter the cave for 100 gems and a HEART
CONTAINER.  Exit and fall into one of the holes.  Let the quicksand take you to
the bottom.  Take the 100 gems from the chest and go left.  Go up the ladder
for another 100 gems and exit.  Go north for a boss fight.
SHADOW LINK (x4)
Here we go again.  Now they enter the cliffside and vanish.  Bomb the spots on
the wall where they disappeared to open up caves.  Treat them the same as
before when you finally find them.  When they are dead, go north for a second
boss fight.
DARK WORLD STALFOS
Here is the 3rd Knight of Hyrule turned Stalfos.  Start by killing the five
stalchilds and this will pull you into the Dark World.  Treat him just like you
did the last Stalfos after 8 hits, he will blow up and leave 100 gems.  Collect
them to go back to the Light World.  Now the third Knight of Hyrule will appear
and tell you he can go no further to help Princess Zelda on his quest.  Some
brave Knight.  But he will give you the RED ROYAL JEWEL.  Go north to find the
usual four barriers blocking the Desert Temple.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the first quicksand pit.  Go under the left wall to find it.
2. In the large quicksand pit area.  Bomb the north wall to reveal a cave.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Moon Pearl- In the cave behind the Sand Giants in the middle chest.

EQUIPMENT
1. Pegasus Boots(4)- Inside the first pyramid cave you find in the 2D area.

-Level 6-2. Desert Temple  <6wld2>
WALKTHROUGH
Wow, it's a temple in level 2.  As with the Eastern Temple, the Desert Temple
will remind you a bit of the Desert Palace (#2) in Link To The Past.  In the
first room, form into a square and pull the Armos statue away from the door to
get it out of the way and proceed north.  Run up to the Hammering Shadow Link
on the left and hit him before he hammers down three times for 100 gems.  Well,
the path north is blocked, so lets take a side trip through the door on the
right and see if we can't remedy that.  There are two more Hammering Shadow
Links in here but it's very hard to hit both of them.  Follow the path around
and enter another door to the east.  It's a dead end but there are four crystal
switches in the four corners that all have a different timing of going off. Hit
them in this order: top right, bottom right, bottom left, top left.  Now stand
on the switch in the middle and all the blockades will disappear for the last
three rooms and four HAMMERS will appear so grab one.  Go back west and you'll
enter a wide open room now with eight shelled turtles of different colors.
Yep that's right, only a hammer from that colored Link can flip it over and
kill it.  Once they're dead, charge the hammer and let it go to reveal 3 bumps.
Hammer the bumps for 100 gems, 100 gems again, and KEY #1.  Unlock the small
locked door and hit the switch under the pot to open the door.  Head west back
into the barricaded room.
Oh yeah, the room isn't barricaded anymore but there is a large Armos problem
instead.  Don't touch any of the four corner statues but pull out the statues
in the middle to open the way north.  In here, have the Cyclops Statue on the
right wake up and follow you to the bottom of the screen.  Once he falls back
asleep, don't wake him up but go pull the chain that is behind him to reveal a
ladder going down.  Go down and grab a HERO'S BOW and exit.  Kill the cyclopses
with the arrows and go north when the door opens.  Uuuugh, I hate beamos.  Try
to avoid them seeing you throughout this room (almost impossible) and grab the
100 gems from the chest on the right and the HEART CONTAINER from the chest on
the left.  Go to the darkened area in the north part of the room and have the
beamo in the middle shoot the pot and the crystal switch to reveal another
chest to the left.  Inside is the BLUE BRACELET.  Go north a screen and kill
the eight cyclops statues for 100-150 gems EACH.  You may power up your sword
by the end of this area or come close to it.  Hit the six switches to show four
HERO'S BOWS and two chests.  The two chests contain LEVEL 2 HERO'S BOWS.  Take
one of these and go north.  Kill the two moldorms and use the cross to hit
the four switches for two chests.  Take the 20 gems and MOON PEARL.  Take the
pearl back to the beamo room and use it behind the line of six pots on the
right side where you'll find the MOON GATE.  Enter the Dark World and grab the
120 gems just lying around and KEY #2 from the left side.  Exit the Dark World
and go through the locked door on the west side.
Try to kill the Hammering Shadow Links for 100 gems each and kill the two
cyclops statues.  Shoot an arrow through the two lit torches to the unlit ones
and the door will open.  Head north for an oh-so-familiar sight.  Six Armos
statues are bouncing around the room in a rhythm.  Guess what?  You can't kill
them like you could in LTTP.  Run around the room avoiding the Armos and Beamos
lighting the torches from the lit torch by shooting arrows at them.  There are
14 in all that aren't lit so have fun.  When they are all lit, the Armos will
disappear and the beamos will quit shooting and KEY #3 will appear in the top
right corner.  Go unlock the door in the top left and enter.  Kill the half-
dozen moldorms and exit one of the doors to the south.  Walk into the
quicksand and slash the monster in the middle of each and the wall to the west
will disappear.  Hit the switch for a shower of gems and continue west.  There
are four Shadow Links here.  It's hard to hit them all because of how close
they are, but use the Green/Purple technique to kill them (put Green next to
jumping spot and have Purple make him jump, switch to Green quickly and nail
him).  Stand on the square switch to make a dozen Sand Monsters appear around
you.  Kill them all to unblock the way.  Enter one of the caves.
QUEEN GOHMA
I write this like a boss because not only does she shoot but so do the torches
on either side of the room.  Use the horizontal formation so you are less
likely to miss her.  You may be hit a couple times but this makes her mush
easier.  After two hits, she'll shoot three fireballs at a time.  One more
arrow kills her.  Go north for the boss fight.
SHADOW LINK (x4)
Doesn't this ever end?  *puts on best bored voice* Hit the Links until one of
them changes color. *yawn*  Use the Link of the same color to slash and slice
him. *snore*  Okay, this time, they can dive into the six Moon Gates in the
room to hide.  The left gates are connected, the right gates are connected and
the middle gates are connected and you can see their shadows in the Dark World
to know where they are.  After they are dead, go north to find the four
barriers blocking entrance to the pyramid.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the beamo room in the chest on the left.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Key #1- Hidden in the sand with the eight shelled turtles.
2. Blue Bracelet- In the beamo room for having the middle beamo shoot the
crystal switch.
3. Moon Pearl- Inside the left chest in the room two north of the beamos.
4. Key #2- On the left side in the Dark World in the beamo room.
5. Key #3- In the Bouncing Armos Statue room, shoot the 14 unlit torches and it
will appear in the top right corner.

EQUIPMENT
1. Hammer(4)- Hit the square switch to make the blockades disappear and the
hammers will appear in two alcoves. (4th room of the temple)
2. Hero's Bow(4)- Down the ladder in the 1st cyclops statue room.
3. Hero's Bow(4)- In the Cyclops room north of the beamos, hit six switches to
reveal the bows and two chests.
4. Hero's Bow Lvl 2(2)- Same as #3 inside the two chests.

-Level 6-3. Pyramid  <6wld3>
WALKTHROUGH
This place can get confusing once you get into the middle so I'll try my best
to take the easiest path possible.  The first room has a lever to pull and it
will open the door.  Kill three sand monsters and a small door will open. Enter
the GBA scene and pull the left switch to open the door.  Pull the right one
and the following room will fill up with snakes, however you get about 300 gems
for beating them.  Step on the switch in the top left corner to open the door
and go north.  Discover the hole in the middle of the next room and use the aid
of two pot-covered switches to get out.  Now use the Green/Purple technique to
kill Shadow Link.  Open the righthand chest for KEY #1 but not the left one for
a VERY LARGE BOMB.  Open the locked door and enter.
Damned Shadow Link and his bombing tendancies.  Hit the switch in the bottom
left corner and enter the door quickly.  Kill two Stalchilds and push the block
down and go to the other door.  When all is clear, exit and find the switch
under the pots and enter the side room.  Head right and kill the Stalchild and
hit the switch in the bottom right corner and go back up the path to the
northernmost door.  Exit when clear and find the switch under the corner pot
and enter another side room.  Go kill the stalchild (be careful, he throws
bones) and go to the right and outside.  Take the HEART CONTAINER from the
chest and reenter the side room.  This time go north and take 150 gems from the
chest and enter one last side room.  Go down to the lower ledge and jump off
the end and continue to push left.  Climb the ladder and exit the room.  Bust
the six pots and pull the second switch from the left to open the door to the
north.
Now comes the confusing part.  Wait for the two Shadow Links to charge by and
whack them with the sword for 100 gems each.  Now you are in a four screen
circle.  I will use the directions NW, NE, SW, and SE to tell you which room to
go to.  Run around the circle once and kill the three sand monsters to get them
out of the way.  Now go to the SW room and push the switch on the west wall in
to open the door.  Enter and kill the 18 squids and 2 moldorms in the area
and take a SLINGSHOT.  Exit and go to the NW room and push that switch in to
open another door.  Enter and kill two sand monsters.  Enter the door at the
end of the hall and hit the switch in the top left corner.  Go to the pits and
form a cross formation and shoot the slingshot at the two crystal switches to
drop KEY #2.  Take it to the SE room and unlock the door and enter.  In here,
walk through the darkness and break the four pots to reveal switches.  Stand on
these and kill the four sand monsters that appear.  Notice the stalchilds that
sink into the Dark World?  Go to the bottom of the screen and break the pot for
a MOON PEARL.  Carry it to the top middle and enter the Dark World.  Kill the
four Stalchilds and quickly exit the Dark World for your Gem Shower reward.  Go
back in and collect a LANTERN from the Dark World and go back out to the big
circle.
Go around the circle clockwise and light the two torches for some gems and the
two torches in the SW area to open the door.  Ignore this door for now and go
back in the other door in this area and light the four torches inside.  Now go
back to the door I told you to ignore and get some PEGASUS BOOTS out of it and
take them to the second door you lit torches to open and make them Level 2
Boots.  Now go to the NE corner and enter the open door.  Use the Pegasus Boots
to dash across the many holes in this room and take the 20 gems and MOON PEARL
from the chests.  Pull the switch and enter the door to the north and follow it
around and exit to the circle again.  Take it to the alcove in the NE area to
find a MOON GATE and enter the Dark World.  Dash to the east and go up and to
the left to find smashable blocks with the boots.  Dash across the pit on the
other side and step on the square switch and exit the Moon Gate.  Kill the
Hammering Shadow Link and Sand Monster and help yourself to the loot.  You'll
find: 2 giant bombs, 20 gems, 20 gems, 100 gems, BOMBS, BIG KEY, and the BLUE
BRACELET.  Take the big key and unlock the big chest in the middle for 1,000
gems (It's good to be alive).  Now bomb the crack to the north and enter.  Bomb
the blocks and stand on the switches beneath the pots to open the door.  Exit
to the circle and bomb the crack straight across from you.  Throw a bomb across
the pit to the switch and take the chest for a HEART CONTAINER.  Exit and go to
the NE room and line up horizontally and bomb the many cracks to the north with
four bombs.  Enter the new hole.
Kill the snakes and enter the first door.  Grab the SLINGSHOT and shoot all
five switches to make a path outside.  Walk across the path and enter the door
into the same room as before but on top.  Shoot the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th switches
from the left.  Exit and walk across the new path and through the north door.
Kill eight moldorms in here to open the way.  Go north and east to enter a
boss fight.
GIANT MOLDORM
Remember him from LTTP?  This is the big worm that would knock you down a
floor and cause you to have to start the fight all over again.  He's not much
different now except his tail changes colors so you need to chase him with the
appropriate Link and slash the tail.  With every hit he gets a little faster
but at least if you fall, you don't have to start the fight over.  After four
hits, he splits into two worms, like one of them wasn't bad enough.  Two hits
to the fake will kill it and four more hits will kill the real one.  You'll
know when you're down to one hit needed because it will speed up incredibly.
When it's dead, dive down the hole and climb out on the other side and enter
the door to the east.  Listen to what the fairy reads.  It looks like Ganondorf
and not Vaati is behind everything, *shock* *shock*.  If there is anyone out
there who didn't believe Ganon or Ganondorf was behind everything, you deserve
to have your Master Sword confiscated forever.  Anyway, go east again and break
the barriers to release the SIXTH MAIDEN... only one to go.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the Bombing Shadow Link maze, it's in the right middle area outside.

G. Frozen Hyrule
-Level 7-1. Frozen Hyrule  <7wld1>
WALKTHROUGH
Oh no, now it seems the Tower Of Winds has disappeared so now we need to find
David Copperfield and... no wait, we need to place the four Royal Jewels on the
Four Sword's sacred ground and the temple may reappear, so says the maidens.
Go north and ignore the turtles.  Pick up the big rock in the top left corner
to reveal a ladder.  Go grab a bomb flower and run down that ladder and throw
the bomb to blow up the wall.  Do it fast and you can have your choice of a
HERO'S BOW, BOMBS, BOOMERANG, or PEGASUS BOOTS.  None of them are musts so take
whatever you want but I'll take bombs.  Go north again to see two snowballs
rolling in a circle.  Follow one around and go east.  Wait for the arrows to be
shot and run to the big rock on the right and pick it up.  Go down the stairs
and kill the five guards inside and grab the QUAKE MEDALLION from the chest.
Carry it back to the surface and throw it on the ground.  Now all the archers
are blue blobs.  They are much easier, so kill them all for good combos and a
gem shower afterwards.  Go north and kill two gray guards and the Shadow Link.
Go east and avoid the snowballs as they roll after you and get bigger and go
north.  Kill the Fiery Shadow Link and take the gems he melted and continue
north.
Enter the blizzard.  Do not get caught in the blizzard gusts or you will lose
life.  Run around cutting grass until you find a hole to fall in.  The first
hole is in the top section of grass and has 12 gems in it.  The next hole is at
the bottom of the middle column with a stalchild in it.  The next hole is under
the big rock.  Climb down and go up and right for a HEART CONTAINER and left
for 100+ gems and the exit.  Go north into the next blizzard area.  Be careful
of the invisible poes and cut the first big patch of grass you see for the 1st
hole with two stalchilds and about 150 gems inside.  Go into the middle and cut
the grass above the trees for another hole with small gems inside.  Just north
and a little east is another hole with two stalchilds inside.  The final hole
is on the far right patch of grass and you'll find a bob flower inside.  After
the gust, grab a bomb and blow up the middle of the north wall.  If you already
have bombs, you can skip this part and blow it up immediately.  Enter the cave
and grab a FIRE ROD.  Now make your way back through the blizzard collecting
the frozen gems along the way and remembering to duck into a hole before the
gusts start again.
When you're back to the non-blizzard area, go to the west and melt the ice
wall with a continuous flame in a horizontal formation.  Grab about 350 gems by
melting them and go back south.  Now you can use a continuous flame to melt the
annoying snowballs and one will have the HOUSE KEY.  Go west and unlock the
door and enter.  Take the chest for 200 gems and go down the ladder.  Go to the
right and push the block out of the way to find items: ROC FEATHER, HAMMER,
BOMBS, PEGASUS BOOTS, and BOOMERANG.  Grab the hammer and go all the way left
to exit onto the frozen lake below.  Use the hammer to kill the turtles and go
west.  Be careful of the thin ice and grab the POWER BRACELET out of the chest.
Go back into the basement and grab the fire rod again.  You can go onto the
lake and melt the gems if you want, otherwise exit the house and lift up the
tree alongside it for 250 gems.  Go north and take the ladder down to the lake
and play the Terrepin Hockey game.  This is rather hard to do without losing
gems and hearts put slash them to send them flying and then slash them again on
the way back to cut them down.  Your reward is a HEART CONTAINER.  Now go back
to the giant rolling snowball area (south and west).  Melt them both for 100
gems each.
Go to the west now and pick up the two trees for 250 gems each.  Go north and
melt the ice wall and kill the two guards (fire works GREAT).  Melt the gems
and take the HEART CONTAINER out of the chest.  Go back a screen and melt the
gems blocking the frozen lake.  Go west and kill two penguins.  Don't step on
the switch until you're ready.  Step on it and a jillion penguins will appear
and slide at you.  There's no easy way to do this but get on the left wall and
get vertical and slash them as the slide at you.  You'll probably get hit...
once... or twice... or many times but at the end it will give you a MOON PEARL.
Okay now for a side trip, go back to screens and to the north and melt the ice
wall.  Leave the Moon Pearl sitting there and go back out of the area and go
east to the formerly locked house.  Go to the basement and grab the bombs. Take
them back to the place where you fought the penguins and bomb the north wall
near the middle for a cave.  Enter and take 100 gems and BLUE BRACELET.  Now go
back to where you melted the last ice wall.
Kill the two gray guards and place the Moon Pearl in the middle of the area in
where the stones form a square.  Enter the Dark World and pull the four levers
to break the wall.  Go north and now for some fun.  Bomb the six spots on the
wall to reveal a cave that different stuff comes out and then you pull the
lever inside.  There are three spots on the left and three on the right.
From the left:
1. Nothing comes out.  The lever drops the ladders so you can go up the cliff.
2. Four snakes come out of the cave.  The lever drops 200 gems.
3. Nothing comes out.  The lever causes a blizzard to start.
4. Three rats come out of the cave.  The lever drops a giant bomb.  You're safe
where you are.
5. Nothing comes out.  The lever causes 4 flying... things to fly around the
screen.  Ignore them.
6. Nothing comes out.  The lever drops 3 blue guards.
Go up any ladder really fast so the Wizrobe Thieves don't steal any gems.  Pick
up the big rock for 300 gems.  Drop down two ledges and go north for a boss
fight.
MANHANDLA
We've fought Manhandla already and he was pretty easy, but I'll explain again.
Use each Link to slice the mouth that cooresponds with the Link's color. If you
hit the wrong color, you have to rehit all the mouths.  He will speed up with
each hit and on ice, he may be trickier to hit but he's still easy.  When he
dies, you get 500 gems.  Go north and... crap, anther boss fight.
DARK WORLD STALFOS
Here is the 4th and final Knight of Hyrule turned Stalfos.  Start by killing
the ten blue guards, at least I think it's ten but they won't hold still long
enough to count them, and it will pull you into the Dark World.  Treat him just
like you did the last three Stalfos.  This time, be careful of the four bats
circling him and after 8 hits, he will blow up and leave 100 gems.  Collect
them to go back to the Light World.  Now the fourth Knight of Hyrule will
appear and tell you to take the four jewels through the ice temple.  He will
give you the PURPLE ROYAL JEWEL after he's done talking.  Go north to find and
dispel the usual four barriers blocking the Ice Temple.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the first blizzard area, it's in the hole under the big rock.
2. Kill all of the turtles in the Terrepin Hockey game.
3. In a chest behind an ice wall to the west and north of the giant rolling
snowballs.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Quake Medallion- Where the 20 or so guards shoot arrows at you, it's in a
room under the big rock on the right side.
2. House Key- Use a fire rod to melt a snowball in the area east of the locked
door.
3. Power Bracelet- On the thin ice of the frozen lake under the locked house.
4. Moon Pearl- Obtain by killing about 100 penguins on the western frozen lake.
5. Blue Bracelet- In a cave north of the zillion penguin area.  Use bombs.

EQUIPMENT
1. Hero's Bow, Bombs, Boomerang, Pegasus Boots- In the 2nd area of the level,
it's in the hole under the big rock behind the bombable wall.
2. Fire Rod(4)- At the end of the blizzard in a bombable cave to the north.
3. Roc Feather, Hammer, Bombs, Pegasus Boots, Boomerang- In the basement of the
locked house.

-Level 7-2. The Ice Temple  <7wld2>
WALKTHROUGH
In the first room, break the pots on the right that are in a cross and stand
on the switches... nothing?  Go to the top left corner and break the pots.
Aha, a fifth switch.  Hmm, that statue must be heavy enough so push it into the
corner on the switch and now go stand on the cross switches.  Grab KEY #1 from
the chest and go through the locked door.  Let the two Charging Shadow Links
run by you and smack them when they bounce off the wall for 200 gems.  Go into
the right darkened room and grab the BOOMERANG.  Now head to the left side and
kill two Armos Statues and pull the long lever.  That sounded like a door
opening.  There's only one place to look, go into the middle dark room and go
north.  Carefully make your way past the bumpers on the ice.  If you get bumped
it will most likely knock you down the pit.  Use your boomerang to collect the
two 100 gems plus the small ones on the ice if you want.  After three bumpers,
go north again.  Kill the two ice wizrobes but be careful not to get frozen by
their ice blasts and you will get a small gem shower.  Go through the righthand
door and kill the Hammering Shadow Link for 100 gems.
Now you're at an interesting little puzzle.  The sign says to move the blocks
and ice away from the departed.  You have to throw bomb flowers to blow up the
blocks with the skull on them.  Sound easy?  The bombs will blow up any of the
adjacent blocks to the one it blows up on so if you blow them up in the wrong
order, you won't be able to finish.  Let's say the A-H are going north/south
1-8 are going east/west and here is the answer:
1. Throw a bomb north across H2 to A2.
2. Throw a bomb east across E1 to E3.
3. Throw a bomb south across A4 to C4.
4. Throw a bomb north across H8 to A8.
5. Throw a bomb west across D8 to D6.
6. Throw a bomb west across G8 to G1.
7. Throw a bomb north across H5 to F5.
After the last skull is blown up, four FIRE RODS will appear so take one and
exit.
You can melt the ice blocks now for treasures or sometimes enemies.  Make sure
to melt the top three big blocks to reveal three doors and theres a block on
the left with 100 gems in it.  Enter the middle door and claim your first HEART
CONTAINER.  The other two doors aren't worth the 6 gems in chests.  Exit and go
west a room.  Again there are lots of ice blocks.  Melt the bottom ones for a
gem fountain and then the top right one for a chest.  Throw a Link to the ledge
and hit the switch and take 100 gems from the chest.  Now melt the path to the
right and go west.  Welcome to the most annoying room in the temple.  Rat Bombs
bounce around the room as they scurry out of the holes in the floor.  Melt the
ice near them and find the switches under them that will close the holes.  Once
you hit them, you'll get another small gem shower and can go west again.  Melt
all of the ice blocks and follow the path to a chest with KEY #2 inside.  Melt
the ice on the island to the north and throw a Link over the hole.  Hit the
switch and grab another HEART CONTAINER.  Take the key and unlock the door to
the north and enter for a mini-boss fight.
SHADOW LINK (x4)
They're so pathetic anymore that they are nothing but a mini-boss now.  Now
when they run around they turn the floor to ice.  As usual, one is real and
changes color when you hit him.  Wouldn't you know it, they are a mini-boss and
probably the hardest set in the game.  It's too easy to go sliding into a pit
or a Moon Gate accidentally.  Use your appropriate Link to slice the real one
dead and all of them will die leaving up to 500 gems.  Go north.
Be careful on the ice and walk clockwise between the bumpers and onto the
moving platform.  Go north a screen and do the same thing.  Take the left path
and enter the door.  Watch it for the penguin and take the path through another
door.  Break the pots to the north and find the 4 cross switches... nothing...
damn they did it again.  Go melt all the ice in the area and you will see four
more switches.  Use the appropriate Link to push the 4 colored blocks onto the
four switches in the field and then stand in a cross on the other four switches
to reveal a chest with 200 gems in the middle and open the door in the north-
east.  Go through it and melt the ice within for a penguin, force fairy, and
a ladder going down.  Take the ladder and grab the chest for 100 gems.  Go down
another ladder and follow the path around to a fairy fountain and upgrade your
Fire Rod to LEVEL 2.  Exit to the main screen and use the new rod to create a
platform on the ?.  Ride it to the door and go through it.  Cross the room and
enter the door on the right.  Now you need to light the three switches.  Two
bombs can be thrown across the ice to hit the back two switches but the front
one takes some good timing.  You need to wait until the bomb is almost ready to
blow up and then chuck it on the ice.  It may take a couple tries but it's as
easy as that.  That took me a lot longer to figure out than it should've.  Your
reward is 200 gems and KEY #3.  Go back out and take the locked door to the
north.
Use the rod to create platforms in this room and make your way to the left
first.  Enter the door and light the four torches by having each Link put a
block next to the torches and using a formation to set them all off by hitting
the item button.  Grab the 100 gems and HEART CONTAINER from the chests and go
back to the platform creation room.  If you need gems badly, there are two
switches in the bottom corners that create a gem fountain that you need to race
to get but it may not be worth the time.  Now make your way to the east side
and enter that door.  Throw two Links across the pit and break all the pots in
the room to find two switches on each side of the pit.  This causes four chests
to appear containing 100 gems, 200 gems, KEY #4 and yes a 4th HEART CONTAINER.
To my knowledge, this is the first world to have 4 heart containers.  Now go
back a room and break the pot above you to create a bridge and then another pot
in the corner to create another bridge.  Unlock and enter the door.  Melt all
of the ice in the room and be prepared as you stand on the switch.  Guards will
appear all around you.  It's probably best to use the cross formation to beat
them, at least until they aren't surrounding you anymore.  After they are dead,
a path will break open to the north.  Take this path up the stairs.  Kill the
two red guards at the door.  Melt all the ice in the room for a force fairy,
a gem fountain and 5 switches.  Place a fire rod block on the switch on the
left and line up on the right to open the door and make a ROC FEATHER appear.
Something tells me that I should take that feather now.  Enter the door for a
boss fight.
THE OLD BALL AND CHAIN... GANG
Oh it's just two ball-and-chain guards right?  Right?  WRONG.  These guys are
a pain in the arse.  Their chains can cover the entire room in one swing.  It's
now that you're glad you took the roc feather because you can jump over the
spiked ball when you see it coming.  Get really close and jump over them and do
a Sword Slam down on one.  You may get hit and knocked back but your hit will
count every time.  Do the Sword Slam on each of them 3 times and they will die.
Go north and outside of the temple.  Walk forward and the fairy will talk to
you and invite you into the sacred forest.  Now is when the four jewels come in
to play.  The maidens will perform some kind of ritual that will make the Tower
Of Winds reappear.  When it does, break the barriers.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the wizrobe room, melt the middle block of ice to the north for a door.
2. In the room after the Rat Bomb room, it's in the chest on the island.
3. In the room west of the platform creating room for lighting four torches.
3. In the room east of the platform creating room for pushing on four switches.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Key #1- In the chest in the first room of the temple.
2. Key #2- In the room after the Rat Bomb room, it's at the end of the ice
trail, in the chest.
3. Key #3- After the Shadow Link mini-boss fight, it's in the first room you
see on the right for hitting three switches.
4. Key #4- In the room east of the platform creating room, step on the four
switches.

EQUIPMENT
1. Boomerang(2)- In the second room of the temple in the righthand dark room.
2. Fire Rod(4)- Blow up the seven skull blocks in the puzzle room.
3. Roc Feather- Up the stairs from the room with 20 guards in the room before
the boss.

-Level 7-3. Tower Of Winds  <7wld3>
WALKTHROUGH
The numbers refer to the tower level.
1. Once you enter the tower, you'll discover that it's nothing like any other
level, temple, or tower so far in the game.  The entire thing is in 2D.  Start
by climbing both ladders on either side and fall to the two platforms to kill
the blobs.  Do the same to collect the two gem fountains and climb up the new
ladder that just appeared.
2. Go up and kill the two blobs and the third one if he falls.  Go into the
right door on the bottom and push the left block down and take the SLINGSHOT.
Climb up and go into the door in the middle and stand on the switch to fight
four stalchilds for 100 gems.  Go to the left and push the switch under the pot
at the top to open a hole.  Fall in the hole and take KEY #1 from the chest.
Go back into the middle door and go right and up the ladder.  Don't go through
the door near you but down through the locked door.  Line up horizontally and
step onto the grey platform.  Shoot the four switches and ladders will appear
outside.  Now go back to the ladder and exit to the main screen and climb those
ladders.
3. Enter the door in this part and go down two rooms.  Use the appropriate
Link to push the colored blocks away from the middle and a block will appear in
the pit.  Break formation and pick up a Link and step onto the block to ride it
across.  When you're in line with the switch, throw the Link to it and a path
will appear.  Switch to the Link you threw and call them together.  Go left and
grab the ROC FEATHER and return to the ladder and exit the way you came in.  Go
back down the ladden to level 2.
2. Fall off the ladder and jump across the two holes in the floor.  Enter the
door and jump across the pits for 100 gems but exit and go up the ladders and
grab the FIRE ROD.  Go back down and drop to the middle door and enter it again
to climb back up to the top.  Go back up the ladder to level 3 again.
3. Enter the door again and this time, take the ladder up and exit.  Use the
fire rod to burn the ice cubes on this ledge.  Go in the far left door and grab
the HEART CONTAINER.  Go out and enter the door in the middle and cross the
room.  Step on the switch in the next room to have four gem swordsmen appear.
Execute them for the visible 100 gems each.  Go back out and climb the ladder
and exit.  Go into the next door and down a room.  Go around the circle and get
the ROC FEATHER.  Jump over the left wall and enter the door.  Break the pots
and stand on the cross switches to make ladders appear (notice the useless ROC
FEATHER in the corner).  Exit and go to the far right door by jumping and grab
the 100 gems.  Enter the door to find another useless Roc Feather.  Go down the
stairs for a BLUE BRACELET.  Now climb back out and go up the ladder and grab
the HEART CONTAINER from the chest on the right along with 160 gems lying on
the ground.  Go to the left and climb up to level 4.
4. Go to the right and Sword Slam the two crumbling blocks and enter the door
in the corner.  Push the colored blocks out of the way and break the pots on
the left for a force fairy.  Go left for another BLUE BRACELET.  Go right for
another HEART CONTAINER.  Exit and jump up to the Thwomps.  You should see four
switches poking up on the ledges.  Jump over the falling Thwomps and stand on
the four switches and KEY #2 will appear.  Grab it and be careful not to get
crushed as you make your way to the other door on this level.  Unlock the door
inside and stand on the switch inside.  Kill three stalchilds and enter the
door on the left.  Use a cross formation and spin to hit the four switches and
a ladder will appear up top.  Exit and jump across the top of the Thwomps for
100 gems and climb the ladders to level 5.
5. Watch out for the falling icicles that turn the ground to ice.  Break the
pots for a gem fountain each.  Climb up the ladder and walk across the room
letting the icicles fall over the spikes.  Enter the door at the end.  Step on
the switch inside and fight another set of 3 gem swordsmen.  This time only one
of them will give 100 gems but there's another 100 just lying there.  Enter the
door to the right and get a FIRE ROD.  Exit to the main screen and climb up to
the next ledge, avoiding more icicles and melt the big ice block in the way. Go
up to level 6.
6. Melt the ice blocks and enter the door.  Stand on the four switches to open
two doors.  The one on the right has 100 gems and the one on the left has four
ROC FEATHERS so grab one.  Go back out a room and exit through the door on the
left.  Kill all the bats and avoid the bomb rats as you hop up to the door in
the top right corner.  Inside, do some diagonal platform hopping to get to four
switches.  Hit them to make a door appear up top.  Exit and go around the path
to that door and enter.  Hit the four left switches to make about a dozen
Stalchilds appear and the right four switches to open the door to the right.
Enter that door for 100 gems and yet another fourth HEART CONTAINER.  Go back a
room and exit through the nearby door and climb the ladder to level 7.
7. Kill three swooping giant bats and about 20 blobs will fall on you.  Kill
them all for a large gem shower and a bunch of new platforms leading to the
ladders.  When you've collected all the rupees that you can, climb up the
ladder to level 8.
8. Enter the door on the bottom right and grab another FIRE ROD.  Exit and
fall to the middle and melt all the ice blocks.  Enter the door and use a cross
formation spin to hit the four switches and show ladders.  Climb up the ladder
to those ladder and go up to level 9: Boss Fight.
FROSTAIRE
9. Start by entering the door in the bottom right corner and grabbing a ROC
FEATHER.  Exit and go up and jump into the other righthand door.  Break the
pots and stand on the four switches to make two platforms appear.  Hop across
these platforms and go into the top left door and climb the ladder.  Slash the
red tail until it falls through the ceiling and drops the boss to the floor.
If you need gems, collect 200 from a chest in here.  Otherwise exit and kill
all of the giant bats floating around him while avoiding the ice balls that he
throws at you.  Jump in the air while he's in range and slash up to nail him.
After a few more slashes, he will fall to the ground upside-down where you can
beat the crap out of him.  Do a couple Sword Slams to do big damage and he will
die quickly leaving behind about 750 gems.  Climb the ladder on the right to
get to level 10.
10. Technically this is level 10 but all you have to do is step into the light
and it will take you to the barriers.  Slash them to free PRINCESS ZELDA.
After she yaks at you, go up the stairs that appear to enter the portals.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In level 3 of the tower, it's in the far left door on the second row of
doors.
2. In level 3 of the tower, it's in a chest in the top right corner.
3. In the door in the bottom corner of level 4. Inside, take the right door.
4. In the top door on level 6 that appears for hitting switches.  Open the
door on the right, inside.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Key #1- In level 2 of the tower in the bottom left door.  Enter through a
hole above it.
2. Blue Bracelet- In level 3 of the tower in the door on the right accessable
by a Roc Feather.
3. Blue Bracelet... Again- In the door in the bottom corner of level 4. Inside,
take the left door. (I don't know if the bracelets reduce your damage twice or
if it's just an alternative.)
4. Key #2- On level 4, push the four switches between the Thwomps.

EQUIPMENT
1. Slingshot- In level 2 of the tower in the bottom right door.
2. Roc Feather(2)- In the first door on level 3 across the pit.
3. Fire Rod- In the bottom left corner of level 3.
4. Roc Feather- In level 3 of the tower in the third door on the top row of
doors.
5. Roc Feather- In level 3 of the tower in the door on the left and right
accessable to a... Roc Feather... completely useless.
6. Fire Rod(4)- In level 5, inside the only door.  Follow it to the end.
7. Roc Feather(4)- In level 6 in the first door.  Take the path to the left.
8. Fire Rod(4)- In level 8 in the door on the bottom right.
9. Roc Feather(4)- In the bottom right door in the boss room.

H. Realm Of The Heavens
-Level 8-1. Realm Of The Heavens  <8wld1>
WALKTHROUGH
You'll have to stop once but run through the fire gates into the next screen.
Kill the five blue and gray guards or at least knock them off the clouds and
the fire gate to the south will stop.  Go that way and kill the four blue
guards and the guard leader (takes 16 hits unfortunetly).  Go into the vortex
in the top left corner and kill two green guards and take the 50 gems and HEART
CONTAINER from the chests.  Go into the Moon Gate to get back.  Enter the other
vortex and hit the right switch for a gem fountain if you want.  Go back north
again and spikes will pop up and a dozen more blue guards will appear.  Kill
them and the fire gate to the north will stop.  Go north and run up quickly and
kill the Shadow Link before you are besieged with arrows and grab the 100 gems.
Enter the bottom left vortex and hit the left switch for another gem fountain
and the right one for some flying things (not sure what they are).  Now go to
the top left vortex and take the 50 gems and HEART CONTAINER from the chests.
Go across to the righthand vortex and walk past the Moon Gate to the four
switches.  Use a cross formation spin to hit them and another squadron of grey
guards and archers will appear.  Kill the archers first and then the leader who
takes a lot less hits than the previous one to die.  Take the MOON PEARL from
the chest that appeared and take it two screens south and to the right to find
the MOON GATE.  Enter the Dark World and kill the four green guards and take a
ROC FEATHER.  Exit the Dark World and go north and jump across the pit to the
east and continue on.
Oh no, beamos on the clouds.  Carefully jump across the clouds to the other
side and claim the 100 gems and 300 gems from the chest.  Continue east and you
will have to fight a Fiery Iron Knuckle.  Jump in the middle of his fiery chain
and Sword Slam him.  Careful of the chain if he doesn't fly far away and do it
again three more times and he'll die and a huge rain of gems will fall.  Wow, I
ended up with 2222 gems when I was done, imagine that.  Anyway, we need to find
a key to proceed.  Go south and... oh look, it's Manhandla again.  You should
know what to do by now.  After he's dead, you can collect 550 gems.  Okay, no
key though, go back and to the north then.  Read the sign to be warned of high
winds.  This doesn't sound good.  You need to hit the crystal switch to stop
the wind and quickly run to the next barricade so you don't fall off when the
wind starts back up, AND IT DOESN'T STOP FOR LONG, maybe 5 seconds.  If you
want to risk it, jump for the gems but you should already have a powered sword.
When you get to the end, fall in the vortex and and run past the Moon Gate for
a HAMMER.  Exit the Moon Gate and carefully make your way back along the windy
path and go south and smash the ground for two mounds that you hit for 150 gem.
Go south to where you fought Manhandla and smash the ground again for 9 mounds
to pop up.  They contain: 500 gems, a HEART CONTAINER, a couple spiders to kill
and a KEY.  Take the key north and unlock the door and continue east.
Ride around the area on a cloud and kill the three bomb guards to get the fire
gate to shut off and continue east.  Now you have a rotating color path.  You
guessed it, you must run across it with the right colored Link.  Don't worry,
the green one will lead the other four across without a problem.  Kill the
spiders and pound the ground for 350 more gems.  Continue east and you come to
a bunch of rotating color paths.  Go down and beware of the gem in the corner
the turns into a gem-stealing snake.  Kill him and grab the HEART CONTAINER in
the chest.  Run the Links across the colored paths and stand on the switches to
make PEGASUS BOOTS appear and the fire gate to shut off.  Get the boots and go
north.  Use the boots to run across the long colored path and go east again.
Hop on the floating platform and push the button in the direction you want to
go.  Watch out for the fire and make your way to the bottom right corner and
hit the switch for a path to appear with BOMBS at the end.  Ride the platform
to the bombs and grab one and go east again for a boss fight.
DODONGOS
Quite easy like before.  Just let them wander around until they open their
mouth.  When they do, run up to it and force a bomb down it's throat.  Do this
three times to each of them and they will die and four chests will appear.
The suddenly
KING DODONGO
Suddenly a giant Dodongo will appear (normally right where I'm standing).
Don't try to use bombs on it, they won't work.  Instead, open a chest and
presto... LEVEL 2 BOMBS.  Now we're talking.  Treat King Dodongo just like his
minions and shove the giant bombs down his throat.  Three bombs and he'll die.
Go east and break the four barriers blocking 8-2.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the area with the first guard leader, enter the top left vortex and open
the left chest.
2. In the area two north of HC #1 in the top left vortex in the left chest.
3. Two areas south of the windy path, it's buried in the top left corner.
4. In the colored path area with four switches, it's in the chest in the bottom
left corner.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Moon Pearl- In the area with the Shadow Link that shoots arrows at you. Kill
the squadron of guards that will appear.
2. Key- Two areas south of the windy path, it's buried in the bottom middle.

EQUIPMENT
1. Roc Feather(4)- In the southern area with the guard squadron, it's in the
Dark World.
2. Hammer(4)- In the vortex at the end of the high wind path.
3. Pegasus Boots- Push the four switches in the colored path area.
4. Bombs(4)- Ride a platform through fire gates to a switch and they'll appear
in the top right corner.
5. Level 2 Bombs(4)- In the boss area in 4 chests.

-Level 8-2. The Dark Cloud  <8wld2>
WALKTHROUGH
Oh boy, there's more 2D action to come.  Kill the two vultures where you start
to make a cloud appear.  Have all four Links stand on the cloud and it will
take you to the next screen.  Enter the cave and collect 120 gems and climb the
ladder to the top and exit the cave.  Go across the cloud to the other cave and
fall down for 20 gems and then again for 100 gems in the chest.  Get in the
cannon and launch yourself to the right and Sword Slam the two blocks above the
door.  Enter and get the HERO'S BOW.  Break all the pots and stand on the four
hidden switches underneath (two above and two below) and another cloud will
appear.  Ride it to the next screen.  Ride the cloud under the ledge with four
switches.  Shoot the switches to make another cloud appear and about 300-400
gems appear on the ledge above.  When collected, ride the new cloud to the next
screen.  That's all the cloud riding we'll do.
Enter the first door and watch out for the bat that is off the screen.  Climb
the ladder to the top and shoot an arrow out the door to the left.  Presto!!!
Ladders appear but now we have to get to them.  Go out the right door and you
will see a switch on the ceiling.  Fall to the bottom and shoot that switch for
ledges to appear above you.  Enter the door on the right and kill the bat and
green guard.  Enter the next door and climb to the top for BOMBS.  Now go back
to the door that you fell from up top.  Cross the ledges and enter the door.
Climb up the ladders and exit on the left.  Use the bombs to blow up the four
block walls in your way and climb up the ladders.
It's Shadow Link again with his giant bombs.  You know something, I'm getting
tired of him everywhere, I say at the end of this level, we put a stop to him
permanently.  Sound good?  Enter the cave on the right and step on the switch
under the pots for 100 gems to appear on the cloud with Shadow Link.  When it's
safe, go to the cave on the left and climb the ladder.  Break the pots at the
top and hit a switch to make a cannon appear.  Check the bomb and jump in that
cannon and launch yourself to the left to the upper cave.  Hit another hidden
switch under a pot for a second cannon to appear.  Exit and jump into the
cannon again.  Fly to the right and collect 100 gems on that ledge and fall in
the other cannon.  Fly to the right again and enter the door.  Kill the green
guard and go up.  Kill the two bats and bomb the wall to get out of the cave.
Enter the cave on the left and press the four switches under pots in this room
for ladders to appear.  Grab the 200 gems from the chest, exit and climb the
ladders out of this area.  Now, go into the light.  No, you're not dead, but go
into the light anyway and it'll take you back into 3D action.
Walk to the north but beware of the wizrobe thieves.  Use a bomb and throw it
at them to kill them.  You will get 150 gems for one of them and a gem shower
for killing the other.  Now go north and know that there are hearts in the six
pots above you.  Be prepared when you step on the switch to be attacked from
all sides.  About 20 octoroks appear around you.  Try to get out of the middle
to where they're all on one side of you.  Lead them around the pits and knock
them one by one into the pit.  When you take care of them all, a chest will
appear with a MOON PEARL in it along with a small gem shower.  Take the Moon
Pearl back a screen and you'll find the MOON GATE on the north end of the path.
Enter the Dark World and do a cross formation spin on the four left switches.
The middle four and right four will send Guards and Stalchilds into this area
in the Light World.  Exit the Dark World and you will see that four HAMMERS
appeared in the area.  Take one and hit a bump to the south for 100 gems and
hopefully not a spider.  Go north and hit a bump in the middle for another 100
gems.  Go north again and use the hammer on the whack-a-moles on the right.
Kill the gray guard and go down the righthand ladder and you can get a HEART
CONTAINER.  Exit and go down the left ladder.  Go down and collect the 100 gems
from the chest behind the whack-a-mole.  Go along the bottom of the room and
climb up the ladder at the end.  Kill the guard and go to the top right corner
and hit a bump there for 100 gems.  Now do you see the whack-a-moles to the
east and north???
Here's something new.  They've split this world up and made two paths that you
can follow, both coming out in the same place.  There's route 1: The Spike Maze
and route 2: The Treasure Trove.  Obviously we know which one sounds nicer.  If
you want to collect everything, I'll take you through the Spike Maze first
because once you've passed the electric gates on route 2, you cannot return. Go
east for the Spike Maze and north for the Treasure Trove.

ROUTE #1: THE SPIKE MAZE
Here is a rough map of the Spike Maze.  I use the # as a sign where the path
does not appear.  Just because there's a # doesn't mean that spikes will pop
up when you step on it.

I know that the map isn't perfectly drawn to scale but I would've needed more
than 80 words per line to accomplish that.  The paths are roughly where they
appear on the screen after you hit a crystal switch in the maze.  So charge up
and use the hammer to show where the spikes pop up.  Remember for every path
that appears, you can go back along the path for 20s and 50s gems all along the
way.  There are 3 switches in C1 and the paths will meet up in C2 where 2 more
switches are.  Make your way to C3 where there are four switches total.  Two of
them are near chests with 100 and 200 gems inside.  Go back to C2 when you're
done and go north to hit one of the 4 switches in B2.  You can't go to the
others yet, so go east to B3.  There are 2 switches on the far right but the
paths to get them are pretty straight.  Take 170 gems from the chests and more
along the new paths.  Find a path on the right that goes north to A3 and hit
the switch there.  There are 3 other switches in here.  There's 100 gems in the
chest to the west and along that trail is another that goes north to another
switch.  Follow it past this switch to the top right corner for 200 gems and a
HEART CONTAINER.  Go back and find a path leading west in the top left corner
and hit the first switch in A2.  Go south along the path into B2.  Now you can
find your way around to the top two switches.  At the top left switch.  Go
along a path to the hole on the left and throw a Link over it.  Go to the right
when you reach the bottom and you can hit the fourth switch and get the BLUE
BRACELET from the chest.  Go back to the path between the top two switches and
find a path that goes north to A2.  Go north and hit the switch.  Theres' a
straight path to the chest with 100 gems and a switch.  Off of this path, find
a path leading to the switch on the far left and you have completed the Spike
Maze.  If you wish to go on in this world, step into the Moon Gate in A1 and
skip the next section to PATHS MERGE.  If you wish to collect everything, then
go back to the beginning of the Spike Maze and hit the whack-a-moles to the
north.

ROUTE 2: THE TREASURE TROVE
See the electric gates?  We can't do anything about this yet.  Go east into a
windy area.  Hit the switch to knock out the wind and quickly go around the
path to the ladder.  Go down the ladder and get 100 gems from the chest in the
corner and a SLINGSHOT.  Hit the switch and climb the ladder and hit the other
switch.  Go back around the path quickly and to the electrical gates again. Hit
the switch at the beginning to shut off the first set of gates.  The have four
Links get on an L-Block.  When it starts moving, shoot the slingshot at the
three switches as you pass them to turn off the other three electric gates.  Go
north at the end.  100 gems falls on the other side of the pit.  Hit the two
switches to the north and the one you can get to with your sword and a path is
there.  Follow it and grab the 100 gems if it hasn't disappeared and go east to
find Moon Gate stars and a chest with a BIG KEY inside.  Have the purple Link
pick it up so it's not in the way and go back to the previous room.  Hit the
switch in the corner to make a broken path.  Get over it by tossing a Link over
the two holes in the path.  When you get back to the other side, go west and
you will see the Treasure Trove.  Kill the three gray guards for a 18th chest
to appear.  Take the big key to the BIG CHEST and open it for 1,000 gems.  Now
take all the goodies from the other 15 chests that don't have Big Bombs inside.
Here are the treasures:
Big Bomb          1 Gem          20 Gems      200 Gems     BLUE BRACELET
20 Gems           Crystal Ball   100 Gems     1 Gem
HEART CONTAINER   100 Gems       20 Gems      1 Gem
1 Gem             Big Bomb       MOON PEARL   50 Gems
This is the only place in the game that has a Crystal Ball, I think.  Throw it
down for the random item inside.  Now carry the Moon Pearl back to the previous
area and hit the three switches again and carry it across to where you found
the Big Key.  Use the Pearl to find the MOON GATE to the south of that chest.
Enter the Dark World.

PATHS MERGE
Go to the Moon Gate in the middle and exit the Dark World and go north.
GUARD LEADER (x2)
That's right, there are 2 guard squadron leaders in here and one is surrounded
by four Guards and the other by 4 Archers.  Lure the red one to the bottom
corner and hit him in the side when he swings at you and you dodge it.  Don't
worry about the guards unless they get in the way because they'll die if you
kill their leader.  After defeating one with 5 or 6 hits, attack the other
leader.  With this one, you might want to take out the Archers first but treat
the Squadron Leader the same way.  After he dies, you get a large shower on
gems.
Go north and enter the ladder on the left.  You will see a LANTERN and BOMBS.
Grab the Lantern and exit.  Light the two torches and then go into the ladder
on the right where you will see a BOOMERANG and HERO'S BOW.  Grab the bow and
exit.  Shoot an arrow through the two lit torches to the north and it will
light the other torches and create a path.  Break the pots on the first row of
ledges and stand on the two switches on either side for a gem fountain in the
middle.  Now go to the last row of ledges and you can take 150 gems from the 2
chests.  Head north for a boss fight.
SHADOW LINK (x(a lot)) AND THE DARK MIRROR
Didn't I promise to put an end to Shadow Link for good?  Here's your chance.
Shadow Link will appear, so kill him and take 100 gems.  When he dies, four
more Shadow Links will jump out of the mirror.  Fight them and when you kill
two more, four more will jump out of the mirror.  This is getting out of hand,
but just when all hope seems lost, Zelda appears and casts a spell on the Dark
Mirror to stop it from making Shadow Links.  Don't worry about one turning into
a specific color, just use your bow to stun them and kill all six and the boss
fight will be over.  The mirror will fly out of the altar on the ground and
Zelda will take it.  She will then create a bridge so you can cross it and
break the barriers guarding the Palace of Wind.  Shadow Link will trouble you
no more.
NOTE: If you did both routes, you can probably collect over 9000 gems without
repeating any, by far the most gems in the game of any level.

HEART CONTAINERS
1. In the maze with the whack-a-moles, it's down the middle ladder.
2. In the far northeast corner of the spike maze.
3. In the 17 chest area, it's in the chest on the left in the third row down.

OTHER ITEMS
1. Moon Pearl- Knock the 20 or so octoroks into thin air.
2. Blue Bracelet- In the left middle section of the spike maze across the pit.
3. Blue Bracelet- In the 18 chest area for killing 3 grey guards.
4. Moon Pearl- In the 18 chest area, it's in the 3rd chest on the bottom row.
5. Crystal Ball- In the 18 chest area, it's in the 2nd chest on the 2nd row.
6. Big Key- In A1 in the top left corner, use Route B to get there.

EQUIPMENT
1. Hero's Bow- In the 2nd 2D screen inside the furthest cave on the right.
2. Bombs- In the last screen that you ride a cloud to, it's in the back of the
bottom right cave.
3. Hammer(4)- In the first 3D screen, hit the lefthand set of four switches in
the Dark World.
4. Slingshot- At the end of the windy path east of the electric gates.
5. Lantern, Bombs- After the Squadron Leader fights, go down the ladder on the
left.
6. Boomerang, Hero's Bow- After the Squadron Leader fights, go down the ladder
on the right.

-Level 8-3. Palace Of Winds  <8wld3>
WALKTHROUGH
Ha! You were expecting 2D in the final world weren't you?  Once inside, go to
the left and kill the Iron Knuckle.  Enter the blocks and hit the switch for a
gem shower of about 400 gems.  Push the blocks on the right to get out.  Go to
the original room and go right this time.  Kill another Iron Knuckle and break
the pots for hearts and four switches.  Stand on them for four chests with 355
gems inside.  Go back to the previous room and go north.  Stand on the square
switch and you will be attacked by a dozen Stalchilds and a Wizrobe.  After
killing them all, the electrice beams will disappear and you can go up the
stairs to the north.  Here is the main puzzle room. Don't pull the chain on the
right unless you want about 50 bombs dropped all over the room.  Pull the chain
on the left and the HERO'S BOW, BOOMERANG, HAMMER, and PEGASUS BOOTS will
appear.  Remember that there are four Moon Gates around this room and four
doors.  Guess what that means.  There's a Moon Pearl at the end of all four
paths.  Furthermore, there are four items and one item works in each door.  The
top left item works with the top right door, the bottom left item with the
bottom left door, and so on.  And you must have all four Moon Gates open to
proceed.
Let's start by grabbing a Bow and entering the top left door.  Go down the
ladder at the end of the room.  Get off the ladder onto the high ledge.  Get an
arrow ready and fall down the hole.  Shoot the arrow at the switch on the right
wall when you pass it.  Keep trying until you do it.  Now climb the ladder and
go across the new ledges that appeared.  When you reach the next ladder, get an
arrow ready and walk off the ledge again and shoot the switch in the ceiling
very quickly or you'll fall down a pit.  Climb back up the ladder and go across
the new ledge.  Shoot an arrow straight up through the two holes in the ceiling
to light the two switches outside.  Climb out of this cave and go north through
the door that opened.  Slowly make your way through the spike maze.  There's a
chest in the top right corner with 100 gems and a chest in the top left corner
with a HEART CONTAINER.  The more important thing is to shoot the four switches
in this room while the spikes aren't in the way.  The hardest one to hit is in
the top left corner where you need to shoot it from the southern wall.  After
they are all lit, make your way back to the middle for 150 gems and the MOON
PEARL and BLUE BRACELET.  Go straight down the middle to get out.  Take the
Moon Pearl to one of the four Moon Gates in the main room.
Now grab a Boomerang and go to the top left door again.  Use the boomerang and
throw it through the wall to hit both switches in the other room.  Now go to
the bottom left door and go across the new ledge that appeared to the next
room.  You knew it couldn't be that easy.  Push the two blocks to the right and
have one Link go into the Moon Gate that appears.  Pick up the shadow of one of
the Links in the Light World and carry him around the Armos statues to the
switch.  Leave him there and return to the Light World.  Step on the switch and
throw the boomerang at the crystal switch to open the door.  Push the Armos
Statue out of the way and enter the Dark World and exit on the other side.
Enter the door and get KEY #1 and MOON PEARL #2 from the chests.  Now exit back
to the main room and use the Moon Pearl on a remaining Moon Gate.
Since you have a key, use it to unlock the top right room and grab a Pegasus
Boots from the main room, grab a bomb flower and enter.  Throw the bomb into
the middle of the wall to the north.  Enter and have the fairy upgrade you to
LEVEL 2 BOOTS.  Exit and go to the right and use dash to go over the pit.  Use
up and right quickly to avoid running into the spikes but you should get over
it.  Press the switch to open the door to the north and drop 150 gems.  Dive
into the pit and it'll take you across it for a price of half a heart.  Go
north and watch out for the Wallmasters.  Go down the ladder and step onto the
ledge.  Use mid-air dashes to get across this room and you can collect 250 gems
from chests but make sure you dash to the ladder.  Climb out and grab the two
chests and go down the next ladder.  Use more air-dashes to get to a ladder in
the left middle and climb out of this hole.  Grab the 150 gems from the chest
and enter the final ladder.  Dash across the top to the ladders hanging down.
Climb down the first set that extend the lowest and fall off for a chest with
another BLUE BRACELET.  Go back around to those ladders again and fall to the
left side of the island and push toward the door.  Exit to the outside and now
for the dash of your life.  Wait for the blade traps to cross in front of you
and dash to the ledge.  Kill the wallmaster and dash north to another ledge.
Dash through more blade traps and kill another wallmaster.  Dash south and then
through the final set of blade traps and collect 300 gems and the MOON PEARL #3
and take it back to the main room and use it on another Moon Gate.
Grab a hammer and enter the bottom right door.  Use the hammer to hit the two
whack-a-moles nearby.  Now find the spikes with the hammer and make your way
across the room.  Get 100 gems from the chest and hit the other two whack-a-
moles to open the door to the south.  Enter the door and go up to the whack-a-
moles.  See the pots next to them?  Leave those moles unharmed and whack the
others to leave the same pattern and two blocks will disappear.  This is an
interesting little maze.  Go down and around killing Jumping Stalchilds.  Go
through the maze thouroughly to find a HEART CONTAINER in the outside portion
and another 50 gems in a chest.  Once you go to the farthest right, you can go
outside and push three blocks to get into the rightmost column.  Kill the
Bone-Throwing Stalchild and take MOON PEARL from the chest at the bottom.  Take
it back through the maze and back to the main room and create the final MOON
GATE.
Enter one of the Moon Gates.  You will see a chest containing 100 gems and a
button switch in each gate.  Have a Link stand on the switch.  Now take each
Link to a different Moon Gate and stand on the switch inside.  After all four
are pressed, the door to the north will open in the Light World.  Grab a bow
and go through the north door.  Kill two Rock Giants in here with all the
bumpers.  When they're dead, you get KEY #2 and a force fairy.  Go north
through the locked door and use the horizontal formation to kill the 3 Queen
Gohmas in here.  Once they're dead, go back two rooms and get some boots and
charge them up at the fairy fountain.  Go back to the Gohma room and enter the
door on the right and break all the pots to find a hole in the floor.  Fall
straight down the hole and land in the cannon.  Shoot yourself in the air and
Sword Slam the edge of the big block to the south to fall into another hole.
Dash across the hole over the pot and hit the switch to create a ledge.  Climb
to the top and hit three more switches under pots.  Now dive off the edge and
do a Sword Slam on the blocks below to the left.  Collect 200 gems and dash to
the other chest where you'll find KEY #3.  Exit the cave and go back to the
Gohma room.  Go to the left where a small locked door awaits.  Enter and blow
up the two block walls.  Go down to find a HEART CONTAINER.  Go up to bash the
walls and step on a switch that opens the door to the north.  Go back outside
and dash across the pit to the north door.  In here, break the four barriers
and enter the door for the Big Boss Fight.
VAATI THE WIND SORCERER
Yep, that's him.  It's hard to believe isn't it.  He doesn't look like much and
considering he's the final boss, he isn't much. Let's start with bomb-throwing.
Pick up and hold a bomb and run from the tornado.  Just before the bomb starts
blinking, throw it in the tornado.  It will carry up and blow up in his face.
Do this 3 times and he will get rid of the tornado and start flying low around
the room.  Jump into the hole in the middle so you land in a cannon.  Launch
yourself up and to the direction where he is and Sword Slam him.  If you miss,
be aware of his almost unavoidable attack where he launches Dark Magic in all
directions.  After you are successful in hitting him, he'll dive into the pit.
Go down the ladder and avoid his fireballs.  Climb the ladders and hit him as
many times as you can before he flies back out of the pit.  He'll start flying
around the room again, so quickly get back to the cannon and Sword Slam him a
couple more times and he will die.  You will now go outside and talk to Zelda
for a second of two until the palace starts shaking and crumbling.  Now you
need to escape the crumbling fortress (sound familiar), but someone is angry at
you for beating Vaati and is waiting to fight you.  Gee, I wonder who it could
be?

ESCAPE
Your job here is to protect Princess Zelda and help her get to the bottom of
the fortress.  Follow her down two screens and kill the stalchilds and bats in
her way.  You can grab gems from the doors but who cares about that right now?
When you get to the bottom, she'll warn you about monsters that are still here
but not called by Vaati.  Suddenly a dozen guards will appear on either side of
you.  Kill them all and she will lead you down another screen.  Use the boots
or throw a Link over the pit to the right and break the pot.  A ladder will
appear and Zelda will start down again.  Drop to the bottom and kill the guards
and stalchilds and go down to the next screen after her.  Enter the door and
get a ROC FEATHER.  Go back out and climb up the ladder to the top. and jump
across to the door in the top right corner.  Stand on the switch under the pot
so Zelda can walk across the ledge that appears.  Don't let her fall though or
she'll lose half a heart.  Enter the door up top for gems and another BLUE
BRACELET.  Now go back to the door that you got the Roc Feather in and now the
blocks are gone.  Go out the door on the right side and hit the switch under
the pot to let Zelda through the pillar.  Go back in the door and out the other
side and fall down a ledge.  Jump to the right across two blocks and hit a
final switch in this room.  Quickly run back and kill the stalchilds and guards
that appear.  After they are dead, follow her down another screen.  Run to the
left side and grab the HERO'S BOW and take care of the two Gohmas on the next
ledges.  Talk to her twice to get her going before an Iron Knuckle appears and
b***hslaps everybody.  Kill him and let Zelda lead you out of the tower except
you'll never make it there.  Just when you get to the exit, the floor will give
way and you'll fall into a dark room.
And as smart as they say Zelda is, she decides to approach a raw patch of
darkness. deeper than the blackest night... and after she tries to get rid of
it, Ganon appears and seals her away FOREVER.  Then he appears and starts
taunting you but gives you a hint to attack as a group.
GANON
This is a fight that repeatedly irates me.  The object is to line up vertical
or horizontal and just waylay him with as much of your swords as you can as he
jumps all over the room.  When he stops, he will raise his trident and shoot
beams of light all over the room.  If you get caught in a beam of light or even
under the beam, you will be transported to the Dark World where you will have
to fight three Stalchilds, a Stalfo, and a Giant Stalfo to get back.  Then the
process repeats again.  This part can be infuriating.  After a few dozen hits
on him, he'll finally quit sending you to the Dark World and will start warping
around the room and throwing his trident in a boomerang arc.  This is where you
can really move in and start kicking his @$$.  He'll jump until the trident
comes back and then he'll warp and throw it again.  After another few dozen
hits (or so it seems) he'll keel over.
Zelda will return from her seal and say, "Ganon... This beast was once of the
Gerudo... Once human.  He was called Ganondorf.  King of Darkness, ancient
demon reborn.  The wielder of the trident!!"
A light appears over Zelda's head. "Yet now... While Ganon's power has
waned... I will pour all of my remaining strenghth into this ball of light!
When it is suffused with power, I will release it and strike!  At that time,
use this!  Fire at the ball of light with all your might.  If we combine our
powers, we may yet be able to seal Ganon away from the world.  Link! You must
hold back Ganon until my ball of light is ready!!"
Zelda gives you a HERO'S BOW.
GANON (PART 2)
This part of the fight is pretty easy.  While Zelda is running around the
bottom, stand in a horizontal line and guard her.  Don't let Ganon's green ball
hit her or she'll have to start the light ball all over.  Knock Ganon's green
ball back at him with your sword as it comes near her.  After five times of
hitting him with his green ball, Zelda will throw the ball of light at Ganon
and it will circle him.  Charge up your bow that she gave you and shoot the
light ball as it comes betwen you and Ganon and it will seal him up.  Enjoy the
ending.

VIII. END GAME  <ENDGM>
====================
After the Light Ball takes effect on Ganon, the six Maidens will circle around
him and start glowing.  Zelda will tell you, "Now!  Hold the Four Sword over
your head!"  The Links walk forward and do so.
"Gyaaaaaaa!  What... What have you done?  I am the King of Darkness!  I cannot
be destroyed by insects like you! Noooo!!!"
The power of the maidens spells sends Ganon into the Four Sword and seals him
away within.  Right away, the room brightens up.  Then all six Maidens stand in
a row and Zelda addresses you, "... Link.  We who you protected, and all of
Hyrule as well...  We will struggle together and grow stronger than before.  We
will work as one, as the four of you have done.  We will work... together.
Now, the Four Sword... Place the sword that sealed away the darkness on the
pedestal."
(It now lets you save your game)
The four Links approach the altar and the four swords come together as do the
Links and slowly place themselves in the slot while a shield of protection
forms around it.  Then the six Maidens will turn back into their fairy selves
and Link remains with Princess Zelda.  It almost looks like they kiss but I
don't think so.  Then they walk off together.
As it starts to show the credits, the atlas opens and you see the owl and
maidens flying over various areas of the world while all the characters you've
met wave and play.  It goes through almsot every level of every world between
the credits.
After the credits, Link stands in the Hyrule Castle courtyard while fireworks
go off and it shows Zelda walk away from a window where she'd been watching and
she walks into a door under a triforce symbol and the screen blanks out.
THE END!!!

IX. CREDITS & CLOSING  <BSHT>
====================
There you have it.  Just the walkthrough took over a month to write it not
including the maps or lists.  I welcome anybody writing me to tell me about any
items, weapons, or hearts that I might have missed or for anything I might have
requested in the walkthrough itself.  I'm sorry if any item locations are a bit
confusing to get to but since rooms aren't labeled like they are in the bigger
Zelda games, you can't just say "in the so-and-so room".  You have to say "in
the room two east of the room that is two north of the room that is two west
of the 12th planet of the solar system Nebulon 3 in the Nexus Quadrant of the
Mario Galaxy."
This is my 2nd faq and I put a lot more work into this one than I did into my
first one, Super Baseball Simulator 1.000.  Therefore I will be a little more
harsh on this one than I was on that one.  Don't steal my work.  GOT IT!?!
Doing so would be a "BIG MISTAKE"!  I will pull out my ROC FEATHER and Sword
Slam your @$$ and I don't need to tell you what I'll do with my MAGIC HAMMER.
If you like this faq and for some reason want it on your website, ask for
permission first.  Also if you get permission, give me my credit for it AND
post it on there AS IS. Don't change any portion of this faq.  There, was I
mean-sounding enough? "Be afraid, be very afraid."
On another final note, don't ask me to attempt a time-line like others are
doing on this game.  I think everyone's timeline would be different and I don't
want everyone writing me saying I'm wrong or I'm an idiot because I have a
timeline that differs from theirs.  I personally don't believe in the two
timeline theory unless it involves the longer timeline being the adult timeline
and if someone wants to hear why I think that, they can write to me and ask me
my opinion and I'll be glad to explain.  Otherwise, as I said before, I don't
have a GBA or a DS, so I've never played LA, OOS, OOA, MC, or PH, so making my
own timeline wouldn't be a good idea anyway.

Now there needs to be some forgiveness around here because nobody's perfect:
-Forgive me for all the times I said rupees when I meant gems.
-Forgive me for all the times I said Dark Link when I meant Shadow Link.
-Forgive the Seattle Mariners for the 100 loss season they're about to have.
-Forgive the people that actually voted for a TETRIS PIECE to win the 6th
Gamefaqs.com Character Battle.  I can't believe you people did that.
-Forgive the makers of Super Smash Brothers Brawl that screwed up my 64-man
 Tournaments.
-Forgive the makers of Quest 64 for making Quest 64.
