Keep in mind I'm writing this as I go along with the game.  If you would like

With that being said...  Let's Get It On.

2. VERSION HISTORY

*****************************************************************************

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ Version 0.6 ]                                           February 11th, 2002
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

-+-  Added all remaining gaps compliments of Megadeth, is still remains the
    king of sweetness and can be reached at [email protected].  So
    that's it for the gaps and all that's really left to do is the bike
    parts, next update.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ Version 0.5 ]                                            January 31st, 2002
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

-+-  *Updated FAQ
    *Added GameShark codes
    *Updated Bike Parts List
    *Added first 3 level's gaps. This is entirely thanks to Megadeth, so
    e-mail him if you have any questions on any of the gaps
    ([email protected])
    Hopefully within the next few weeks all the gaps will be completed and
    I'll work on bike parts as soon as I get my game back from my friend.
    Sorry for well, not updating for a month and a half, but l've been busy.
    More to come!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ Version 0.4 ]                                           December 15th, 2002
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

-+-  Really haven't had anytime to play the game, but I did get update a
    little.  Nice new ASCII art at the bottom courtesy of the AsciiGen.
    Also I've completed the Bike Parts for the first level aswell as added
    some hints directly from Acclaim on how to beat those pesky competition
    levels.  Enjoy, and wait for the next update, it'll be a big one.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ Version 0.3 ]                                           December 11th, 2002
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

-+-  Just a small update, added some Rider Editor and Basics stuff.  Also
    started work on the Gaps & Bike Parts.  I'll do as much as I can, but I
    won't have a lot of time in the next few weeks for updates.  If you'd
    like to contribute GAPS or anything else, it would really speed up the
    process of finishing this thing off.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ Version 0.2 ]                                            December 7th, 2002
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

-+-  Finally got a little bit of free time today to update the FAQ.  I
    appreciate the feedback, please keep 'em coming.  Bike Parts and more on
    the next update.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ Version 0.1 ]                                            December 3rd, 2002
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

-+-  Just started the FAQ, the first three levels are completed.  Hopefully
    the next three will be in the next update, finishing up with the last
    two in the 3rd update.  Gaps will take some time, as I have yet to
    discover them all.  This is where I need your help, so e-mail me!  You
    will be credited.

3. GAME PREMISE

*****************************************************************************

Welcome to BMX XXX, the shizznits that puts the sex in XXXtreme action!  This
ain't your sister's BMX.  This is crude and lewd, dude, with more than a
little attitude.  Get ready to grow.  Because you've got your hands on the
very best BMX game action ever, mixed with funny-a**, sexy, over-the-top yuks
to keep you laughing even as you fall on your face.  This is the juiciest
joint going.

Take on the corrosive challenges of the Hardcore Tour.  If you've got the
nuts to rock it, you'll move on until you've mastered the motherlode of
moves, with more than 2,000 tricks to bend your brain around.

Of course, there's more to it than tricks.  As you'll find when you build
your own custom hottie to flash her little skirt over the verts as she grinds
and bunnyhops and stalls her thing all over.  Drooling over a video game?  We
won't tell.  But why just talk about it?  Drop everything else and do it to
it!

====What Am I Trying To Do?====

  BMX XXX is a game about completing objectives.  For each level, you will
need to complete a certain amount of objectives to move on the next level,
gaining special modes/videos/bikes along the way. So how do you get all these
wonderful things?  Well it's basically summarized as so.

 To Gain Access to New Levels : You will need to complete 10 challenges on
                                each level.  So, to get The Dam to be
                                playable, you will need to do 10 challenges
                                in The Bronx, NYC.

                                Also, there are competition maps, you will
                                have to get 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place to move
                                on to additional levels.

 To Get Bikes :                 Bikes in this game are comprised of 6 basic
                                components; Rear Tire, Crank, Fork, Frame,
                                Seat, and the Handlebars. Each level
                                contains 4 of these bike parts.  To complete
                                a bike, you will need to get 6 parts (all on
                                one level, and half on another).  There are
                                4 bikes obtainable via level, and the 5th
                                bike is found after having 100% completion
                                of a character.

 To Recieve Videos :            Videos can be gained by grabbing all the
                                collection items on a single level.  An
                                example of these are the coins in The Bronx,
                                the lunchboxes in The Dam, and so fourth.
                                You can also recieve these videos by placing
                                1st in competition levels.  The final way to
                                get them is by finding all the gaps in a
                                given level.

 To Obtain Special Modes :      ????????????????????????????????????????????

[7.1] The Bronx, NYC
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Information: Mullaly Park in The Bronx, the unofficial base of the NYC BMX
            scene, lies in the heart of a neighborhood of colorful
            personalities and dubious character.  Ride around the level,
            talk with the inhabitants, and finish their challenges to make
            the neighborhood a better and dog****-free place.

Challenges:  1.)Go talk to Homeless Jones.
            2.)Help out the empty Firefighter.
            3.)Find out what's bothering the Grocer.
            4.)Rent-A-B***h (Poodle Mission)
            5.)Help Homeless Jones live his dream.
            6.)Seek out the evil Wiener Vendor.
            7.)Converse with the Scores Bouncer.
            8.)Find the rider in the skatepark.
            9.)Impress the rider at the dead end.
           10.)Show the rider on the roof some skills.

           16.)Collect all 45 coins in one run.
           17.)Find and pull all 20 gaps in the level.
           18.)Score 150,000 points in a run.
           19.)Score 300,000 points in a run.
           20.)Score 600,000 points in a run.

1.) Go talk to Homeless Jones.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
From your spawn point, follow the double sets of stairs to the bottom, then
make a hard right when you reach the sidewalk of the street.  Follow this
until you come upon a bum sitting next to some boxes and holding a crate.
Talk to him.
       "Hello kind sir!  What a glorious day to be alive!
        Sorry to trouble you, but I need your help.  Will you collect 10
        aluminum cans for me?
        I'm jonesing for a wiener, ha ha, you know, a hot dog."
 >>Collect 10 cans within the time limit.
 >>The cans form a loop around the street and trails.
Immediately begin straight towards the first visible can directly infront of
you, follow the trail of glowing cans until you collect all 10.  Return to
Homeless Jones and you will immediately cut to an Action Sequence.  Where the
lovable Homeless Jones set an abandoned warehouse on fire trying to cook his
wiener.
2.) Help out the empty Firefighter.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Firefighter stands next to the firetruck in front of the burning building
from the last challenge.  Talk to him.

       "Dammit, I can't get it up!  Uh, you know what I mean.
        Hey you!  You want to be a hero?  Go open a pipe from the reserve in
        that building over there!
        You gotta hit all THREE switches.  Move it!"

 >>Walltap or fastplant the three roof switches.
 >>LEFT + X button pulls a fastplant.

When you can play again, turn left and continue under the staircase and jump
over the fallen down fence.  In the distance there is a blue building, go to
your left and circle the building and follow it until you reach a green
building.  Keep going and you'll find a set of stairs.  Once you reach the
roof, you will find 3 ramps adjoined with switches.  You will need to jump
each of these and fastplant/walltap the triggers.  Once all 3 have been
activated and the game will cut to an Action Sequence.  A large set of
machinery behind a cage will begin to react violently until a canister
explodes through the fence and into the street, hitting a Street Cleaner. The
Street Cleaner then deflects into the pool and begins to extract most of the
water into its tanks, leaving a building saved, and a pool emptied.

3.) Find out what's bothering the Grocer.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You will need to travel to the highest point in the level (the 2nd street
with an array of hookers and grinds).  Away from it's adjoining street on
the right sidewalk is a purple car, covered, in bird poop.  Near here is a
grocer, who is also having a bird problem.  Talk to him.
       "PIMP:   Mo-tha-f***-a!  What the f*** happened to my ride!
        GROCER: Birds s*** on it!  And my store!
        PIMP:   No s*** they sh***in' on it, I ain't blind!  I wanna know
                what we goin' be doin' about it!
        GROCER: Punk should get his a** up there!
        PIMP:   Ahh, my man.  That's what I like about you Koc, your one
                smart, motherf***a.
                My man Koc here is axin' you to get all up in there and
                chase those diarrhea-havin mo'f***as off the wire.
                And just to let you know, nobody says no to the Koc."
 >>Grind the two electric wires above the Pimp's car.
 >>Get up there and scare the birds away.
Turn to the right and begin heading down the sidewalk to where the is a jump
made up of a seperation in the road and a dirt pile between the ramp sides.
This is the ramp you'll need to hit to get to the wires.  Now keep going down
the sidewalk and turn around to gain alot of speed.  You will need to jump to
the right abit to catch the wires.  Once you are able to successfully grind
these wires, you will need to continue to grind and transfer across to a
second set of wires... this will be your first of two.  When 1 is marked up
jump to the right to grind the 2nd wire and you will have completed the
challenge.  Birds will now flock to a line above the now broken Street
Cleaner.  A nice sequence of bird crapping filling your screen will make you
rejoice at one more for the scoreboard.
4.) Rent-A-B***h (Get the poodle, score 20,000 points, introduce the dogs.)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Get to the lower street and cross into the set of dirt ramps with grass and
trees scattered around.  Head towards the blue building and next to it you
will find a rather disgruntled city employee.  Chat him up.

       "GARDENER: This city doesn't pay me enough to do this s***!
                  F***in' dogs are crappin' all over the f***in' place!
                  I need you to get something from this guy I know that can
                  help!  Tell him Big Lou sent ya!
        PIMP:     Now this b***h'll do the trick.  She likes ride fast and
                  fly high, youknowwhati'msayin'?
                  Hey!  Yolanda!  Shake that a** or I'll break my foot off
                  in it Ho!
                  Say playa, Big Lou left somethin' with one of my Hos.
                  Swing by and get when your done, a'ight?  Stay up dawg!
                  Yolanda, what'd I just say b***h?!"

 >>Get the poodle, score 20,000 points, then introduce the dogs.
 >>Drop off the poodle with the pooping mutt in the Park.

Pretty simple really, go to the upper street and on the right side on the
sidewalk.  Pick up the pink poodle and score 20,000 big ones.  I recommend
manualing down the street doing some flatland, then some grinds and hit the
dirt jumps if you have any more points to gain.  Go back to the Gardener and
you'll find a pooping dog within 10 meters, ride into it, and your job is
done.  But the pink poodles has just begun.  These dogs will *ahem* do "what
they do" for the rest of the game.  Enjoy.

5.) Help Homeless Jones live his dream.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Travel to the now Street Cleaner blanketed in bird crap.  Upwards into the
alley you will find our friend Homeless Jones, residing in a cardboard box
cut to resemble an airplane.
       "My good man, fetch the leaf blower and help me take off!"
 >>Use the leafblower to jump start the plane.
 >>Pick up the leafblower near the Fifi's Motel.
Inorder to complete this mission, you must have completed the Rent-A-B***h
mission for the Gardener.  First head upwards in the alley to the right.  You
will come out onto the upper street, head right and cross the street towards
the motel, hit the ramp to grab the leafblower and return to Homeless Jones.
Sit back, and enjoy, one of the funniest sequences of the game.  Poor Jones.
I really liked that guy.
6.) Seek out the evil Wiener Vendor.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is rather easy to get to after the Jones mission.  Simply go straight up
the alley and he's your immediate right.

       "They say that hand that holds wiener controls world.  Well this hand
        holds wiener very tightly!
        Those that laughed at my wiener will pay.  There can only be one
        Wiener King in this town.
        Destroy all THREE other carts in area.  Hurry!"

 >>Destroy the other three food carts.
 >>Jump into a cart's umbrella to destroy it.

First head down the sidewalk you're on AWAY from the downhill street, you
will come upon the first of the vendors.  Jump into the umbrella to destroy
it and continue forward until you see an alley decorated with Scores signs.
Head all the way down this alley until you are on the lower street, turn
right and cross the street, you will find another vender.  Destroy him and
turn around and head down the street.  Cross it and head past the stairs
leading to where you spawned in the beginning.  You will come to the 3rd and
final vendor.  Challenge completed.

7.) Converse with the Scores Bouncer.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Go to the Scores alley you passed through from the last mission and see how
the bouncer feels about your lifestyle.
       "Hey d*** face - no cash, no a**.  No money, no honey.
        No cha-chang, no p***t**g.  No coin... no-- uh---
        Aw, just get the hell out of here and come back when you got some
        money.
        --
        Punk."
 >>Collect all 5 coins on the way to the Park and bribe the Bouncer.
 >>Later, collect ALL the coins for a special video reward.
Simply head down and out of the alley, following the path of coins and
collecting them.  Once you have all 5, return to Scores for a special treat.
This will spawn 45 coins throughout the level, you will need to collect
these later during a seperate challenge.
8.) Find the rider in the skatepark.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The rider is located in the lower skatepark to the left as you enter through
an open gate to the ramps.  The rider will stand next to a pole for lights if
they aren't there, simply wait for them to finish the run they are on.  If
you somehow are in the wrong spot, lookout through the skatepark until you
stumble upon them or see them riding and simply follow them until they stop.

       ||Rider Challenge||

       Target: Fruit Booter
       You really think you're the man?  Try this on for size player:
         --Ghost ride your bike into the fruit booter.--

 >>Ghost ride your bike into the fruit booter.
 >>Press L1 button and R1 button while rolling to ghost ride your bike.

Fruit Booter = Roller Blader.  Simply ghost ride into him by riding at him
and pressing L1 + R1 simultaneously.  Pretty easy once you get passed the
rider lingo.  He'll be riding around in a circle in the set of ramps you are
already in.

9.) Impress the rider at the dead end.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On the upper street, follow it to the dead end.  The rider will be sitting
inbetween 2 ramps.
       ||Rider Challenge||
       Gap The Rider
       Think you own this place?  You don't own s*** until you do this:
         --Transfer over the rider to pull the dead end gap.--
 >>Transfer over the rider to pull the dead end gap.
 >>Make sure to get enough speed.
This is rather difficult with a slow character.  You may or may not have to
wait until later when you have received a better bike to complete this, but
for now, I suggest hitting the ramp with a trick to gain a quick burst of
speed and then transfer going almost horizontally, not at a 45 degree angle.
10.) Show the rider on the roof some skills.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On the upper street, the sidewalk opposite that of the Grocer and the Pimp
are a set of ramps and jumps.  One of these is a blue dumpster.  Hitting
this with the right amount of speed will catapault you onto a catwalk,
follow the walkway up until you reach the roof.  Here you will find the
rider pulling some tricks.

       ||Rider Challenge||

       Wallride To Tailwhip
       Prove to me that your kung-fu is strong, young grasshopper.
         --Pull a wallride to tailwhip anywhere.--

 >>Pull a wallride to tailwhip anywhere.
 >>UP + X button to wallride, DOWN-RIGHT + SQUARE button to tailwhip.

This can be tricky but pretty simple once you get the hang of it.  Simple go
up to the billboards and jump towards at an angle and wallride.  Jump from
the wallride and pull a tailwhip, easier said then done right?  If you jump
at the end of a billboard, you will have some height to pull the tailwhip. Or
if you're a betting man, you can pull this trick somewhere else on the level,
if you can make it there on time.

11.) Skitch-A-Cop
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The blue and white cop cars can be found just about anywhere riding along.
 >>Skitch any police car anywhere.  Hang on for at least 5 seconds.
 >>To skitch, press TRIANGLE button when near a vehicle.
Skitching = Holding onto a vehicle for transportation purposes.  What you
need to do is to get behind any moving police car and press and hold the
triangle button until the Challenge Completed appears on your screen.
Welcome to the lawless.
12.) Pool Air
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After the Street Cleaner conviently sucked up all the pool water, this bowl
becomes a blast to pull some crazy tricks in.

 >>Get 40 feet of air in the pool.
 >>Hang out in the pool to get higher and higher.

Not hard at all.  Just keep jumping near the bottom of the pool and you'll
eventually hit the 40 foot mark.  Way to go condor.

13.) Yo Sneakers
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The wires are located above the dirt jumps and the adjoining ramp section.
 >>Grind down the 5 pairs of sneakers.
 >>Find ways up to the electric wires.
There are three ways to do this.  I'll start with my easiest.
1.  There is a set of stairs leading to the train tracks near the dirt jumps.
   As you ascend the stairs, jump over the first landing rail and catch the
   wire, follow this all the way to the opposite side of the level, jumping
   to adjoining wires as necessary.
2.  Jump it up.  You can also use the large amount of ramps in the ramp area
   to find your way up to the wires, grind and jump, rinse and repeat.
3.  Head towards the caged area where that radiator exploded, back here
   you'll find a broken in half train, forming a red ramp.  You can use this
   to alley-oop your way up onto the building's roof, where a wire can be
   used to grind the entire length, once again, jumping and grinding as
   needed.
14.) 5 Trick Combo
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be done, anywhere.

 >>Land a 5 trick combo.
 >>Use manuals to string tricks together.

Pretty self-explanatory.  What I'd personally recommend is manualing, jumping
and pulling a modifier, then landing it with another manual, and repeating
until you reach 5.  Be creative.

15.) Deliver the Hookers to Fifi's Motel.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The hookers are scattered around the level, once you speak to one of them you
will need to get all 5 to Fifi's Motel.  It is located on the corner of the
upper street, where you found the leaf blower for the Jones mission.
 >>Deliver the Hookers to Fifi's Motel.
 >>The Hookers are scattered around the neighborhood.
The locations of the 5 hookers are as followed:
 1.  Lower Street - Near the staircase on the sidewalk.
 2.  Lower Street - Entrance to the alley where Scores is located.
 3.  Upper Street - Right next to Fifi's Motel.
 4.  Upper Street - Heading away from Fifi's, she is to the left of the
                    vendor, near a ramp.
 5.  Upper Street - At the dead end gap cleared for the rider challenge.
16.) Collect all 45 coins in one run.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

17.) Find and pull all 20 gaps in the level.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
*****************************************************************************
*** Gaps contributed by [email protected], e-mail him with questions. ***
*****************************************************************************
  1.  From where the spawn, go straight down into the little half pipe by
      the street. Go up the half pipe, jumping out of it towards the street.
      You have to land a grind on the black and yellow pipe.
  2.  Go to the upper level where the pimp resides. You'll see some wooden
      ramps. Jump from one wooden ramp to the other.
  3.  Same as 2. There is another set of wooden ramps beside the other
      wooden ramps. Do the same thing.
  4.  While you're still in the upper level go ahead and head to the dead
      end of the street. You'll see three ramps. Two red ones and a wooden
      in the middle. You must hit the red one and cross the wooden one and
      then land on the other red one.
  5.  When you're facing the three ramps in 4. Turn left and you'll see a
      hooker. A little bit left of her is a red ramp. Hit that ramp to set
      yourself landing on the same ramp but its on the roof. I think you can
      do it the other way around to. From roof to ground.
  6.  Once you're on the roof ride across the building. There is an ally
      below. Jump over from the roof of the building to the other buildings
      roof.
  7.  While still on top the buildings roof. The roof where the girl sets on
      her bike waiting to challenge you, Hit the ramp at the end of the
      roof. Steer towards your right as you come off the ramp, landing on
      the buildings roof below ramp.
  8.  Where you start the stage, pedal foward and jump from the top of the
      steps and land on the next set of steps. It may take a few tries, but
      you'll get it.
  9.  Where you start the stage, go foward down the stairs, past the little
      half pipe that was in 1. and cross the street to the steps that lead
      up to the train/subway station. Start this from the bottom of the
      steps. Pedal up the steps and when your about to get to the top jump
      left over the rail and land in the grass. This also may take a few
      tries. NOTE: This is only talking about the first set of steps, not
      the set that connect to the very top of the subway/train station.
 10.  Facing the bottom of the steps that go up to the subway/train station,
      go towards you're left and jump over the the boards that you can grind
      on and continue left to the guy with the leaf blower. Around the
      corner of that blue building lies a yellow tipped board. I am speaking
      of the one that is really close to the tree. You must jump and grind
      on it. When you start grinding get ready to jump right and grind on
      the blue ledge.
 11.  Once you land off, or jump off the blue ledge from the grind. Keep
      going straight and up the walkway ramp to get to the roof of the white
      building. On the roof of the white building turn your back to the piece
      of half pipe. Go over the three lumps. At the bottom of the third one
      you'll come to the edge of the building. Jump to the roof of the next
      building. Then turn directly around and jump the ramp back from where
      you just jumped from.
 12.  After 11. Jump back to the other buildings roof and ride over one of
      the two white ramps that enclose the green one. When you ride over one
      just fall into the half pipe. You'll need to transfer from that half
      pipe to the one below it. You may also be able to do it the other way
      around, lower to higher.
 13.  If you land in the bottom half pipe from 12. Stop and turn towards the
      blue building, pedal towards it and pull a full U Turn to the right,
      around the green half pipe and into the next area of the skate park
      that has the green half pipes. Pedal towards the end and you will see
      a small baby blue ramp, directly across from it is a green one that
      you need to hit. Transfer from it up to the other half pipe that's
      raise slighty higher off the ground.
 14.  Ride in the Skate park and look for two green ramps that enclose a
      baby blue ramp whose tip is white. You must transfer over the baby
      blue ramp from green ramp to green ramp. NOTE: Right behind the baby
      blue ramp is a board wall for wallriding. Just in case that helps you
      find the location of this gap easier.
 15.  Face the three ramps in the upper level from gap description 4. Jump
      up the left red ramp and steer to your right as you jump. Grind the
      pole above and ride it around to the end. Land a grind on the yellow
      awning, ride it and then jump and grind on the edge of the red awning.
      Finally jump off of it and land a grind on the pole that is on top of
      Koc's Market Awning.
 16.  This one is kinda hard to describe. From gap description 5. Hit that
      red ramp, but land back on it to pick up some speed. As soon as you
      land go straight and jump off of the grey ramp.  You have to kinda hit
      it at an angle so that you jump up and grind onto the walkway railing.
      Towards the end of that railing you'll see a black and yellow power
      line (this power line comes down from the post, and goes in between
      the ally way). Jump to the right and land on it so that you're
      grinding down it. Towards the end of that Pole, jump and land on.  The
      walkway railing below. Then at the end of it, jump and grind on the
      black and yellow pole that goes underneath the subway/train tracks.
 17.  This next gap has to be done after the homless jones cans mission.
      After the mission there, will be a crack in the roof. I'm speaking of
      the roof that is below the roofs with the bill-board signs. Just jump
      over the crack in the roof from one side to the other.
 18.  From the start of the stage turn left and go up that small set of
      steps. Face the three trees. Jump that little wall and land a grind on
      the inside of the outside wall. Once your at the bottom, jump from
      your grind and land on the pole that's in the air.
 19.  From the start of the stage, turn directly around and go down the
      steps, then go to your right. Cross the street and a little bit below
      you is a wooden ramp. Hit that ramp and land a grind on the walkways
      railing that's in the air in front of you.
 20.  From gap description 15. instead of jumping from the red ramp and
      steering right and grinding on the pole above, steer left off the red
      ramp and grind the pole above. Grind it all the way around. When it
      ends jump and grind on the pole below it and grind it to the end. Then
      jump and grind the pole that goes underneath the subway/train station.
[7.2] The Dam
Information: The Hydroelectric Dam after hours offers some of the best BMX
            riding, Roach Coach food, and s*** huts this side of The Bronx.
            As workers scramble to finish a new addition to the dam and
            relieve themselves (in no particular order), shred the
            surroundings and help out a bungee jumper, some wise guys, and a
            couple of lake burnouts, plus many more.
1.) Listen to what the Pyromaniac has to say.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Pyromaniac is located at the warehouse you spawn next to, he is in the
far corner of the building.  See what his fire-loving noggin is conjuring up.

     "Oh hi, I can't play with fire.  I mean I CAN play with fire, I know
      how, I'm really good.
      My boss says that I'm not allowed to though.  Stuff burns up or
      explodes when I do.
      I'll show you.  Bring me the FOUR STICKS OF DYNAMITE, but be careful.
      I may have to light some of them."

 >>Collect 4 TNT sticks and bring them to the Pyro.
 >>Collect all 4 before returning to the Pyro.

Well, interesting guy.  Immediately turn right and head forwards over the
dirt jump and snag the floating dynamite sticks.  Follow the warehouse wall
until it corners and turn to see some more TNT above another dirt jump.
Press on and round the building again to see another set of dirt jumps, grab
that floating stick and continue to round the building for the 4th and FINAL
time.  Now head straight forward and hand your explosives off to a nut ball.
The Pyro will say something about the rock laughing at him and the sequence
will show a nice explosion changing your level around.  Heh heh... bombs.

2.) Chat with the Lake Burnout.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The lake burnout lies on the waterfront of the warehouse, so head around the
side again until you reach a set of porto-potties and you'll run into a set
of stoners on here.  Roll one, light one, and share some mind-blowing wisdom.
     "Man, if I were out on that boat, I'd be scoring right now.
      There are so many sluts out there I wouldn't know what to do.
      If there is a God, he would drain this lake so we could go and bone
      those sl**s."
 >>Grind past the four switches to drain the lake.
 >>The switches are in dangerous positions around the lake.
This can be a little bit tricky... but not really.  When you turn left and
look out towards the water, you will see a wood dock and to the right of it a
concrete wall.  Grind the left side of this concrete wall and you will hit 2
of the switches along the way.  The next two are located on the outer most
concrete wall.  You will need to grind the wires from the wooded dock or find
your way from the otherside by jumping up towards a spotlight, then jumping
over a watery ravine to reach it.  Now grind the side of the wall with the
first switch and eventually if you keep grinding you'll find the second
switch on the same side.  Water will begin to flow, and same with a
technician's overworked bladder.  Challenge completed.
3.) Cover the hungover Dam Engineer's a**.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To find your way down to this engineer, you will need to follow a dirt path
downwards and to the left.  The engineer will be standing next to the cracked
dam wall in a fuss.  See if you can lay some Freud down on him to relieve it.

     "Awww sh**!  Hey, it's not my fault.  When I saw that water flowin' I
      had to take a leak bad!
      I would have used the sh** boxes but those fat a** sh** machines stink
      those things up beyond belief.
      This hangover doesn't help either. Dammit, somebody's got to fix
      this!"

 >>The Dam has cracks!  Run into any 2 cracks to patch it up.
 >>Launch into each giant crack using the ramp at the base of the Dam.

Turn down away from the engineer and go to hit the ramp a step lower to you,
this will help you gain some speed to pop up and hit one of the cracks.
There are 3 cracks, you will only need to hit 2.  Once you've just touched
them (no wall riding, no fastplanting, no wall tapping, all you need is to
touch it with your player) you will cut to an action sequence where the engy
gets what he deserves.

4.) Help out the 'natural gas' Technician.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Head into the huge building down near the lower part of the Dam where you did
the last mission.  Labeled "Generator Building" as you go in, keep forward
until you see a furnace looking thing in front of you.  To the left is the
technician you're looking for. Go see what his oddly squatting butt is up to.
     "I figured it out!  I've solved the world's energy problems!  Ass gas!
      For the past three days I've lived on a diet of chili, cabbage and
      coffee.  During that time I've held in all my farts.
      But now's the time to unleash... Sorry, that one slipped out.
      Anyway, I need you to grind and create a spark to light it.  I'm going
      to cut one that will power the whole city!"
 >>Grind across the very top of the generator's giant spark plug.
 >>Get up to the 3rd floor to access the grind.
Yeaaaah.  So what you'll want to do is head up to the third floor.  Take the
set of stairs in front of you and head upwards until you reach the top.  Once
you're up here, head to the side of the catwalk, where you'll find a small
ramp leading to a wire.  You'll need to grind this wire, then lean and jump
to a wire going perpendicular to it.  This can be tricky so don't give up if
you miss the first couple of times, you'll get it.  Once you do?  Explosions,
completed challenges, that whole bit.
5.) Relieve the Constipated Construction Worker...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is our screaming buddy up at the porto-potties.  He's yammering on about
financial issues, sports scores, but most importantly, the fact he can't push
one out.

     "Oh man am I constipated.  Maybe it was the cheese and banana binge I
      went on.
      You know I ate a case of bran muffins this morning, I think they're
      kickin' in too.
      The problem is these tiny sh** huts don't leave room for a guy like me
      to really grab on and push, you know what I mean.
      Oh, I could really use a good shake when I'm in there. You know, to
      get the poop loose."

 >>Score 30,000 points while pushing around the sh** box.
 >>Don't crash!  You'll drop the sh** box.

All you have to do is score 30,000 points without crashing.  With the
"without crashing" part in mind, I just went straight with flatland and
manuals.  You may want to hit the dirt jumps or go down into the bowl in the
drained lake for grinds and air tricks.  Either way, one more mission has
been flushed down the crapper.

6.) Help out the Wise Guys.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
These guys are right down the dirt trail leading to the Generator Room.  They
reside just before the bridge, standing next to the black limo.
     "WISE GUY:  ...and because cement shoes make 'em sink, you moron!
                 Uh, hey. Uh, could yous help us out here?  Our, uh,
                 'friend' just, just... died.
                 We want to give him, you know, a Viking funeral but we
                 can't get to the switches to drain the canal.
      DEAD GUY:  Actually, I'm not died!
      WISE GUY:  I told yous a million times, wack 'em, then dump 'em!"
 >>Wallride the TWO canal switches inside the generator building.
 >>The switches are on the 1st floor.  UP + X button to wallride.
The game is a little incorrect here.  The switches are actually on the 2nd
floor.  So enter the Generator Room and head up the flight of stairs.  Circle
this catwalk until you come to a metal grate ramp, on the wall touching this
ramp is the switch, wallride it.  Now circle the catwalk until you find the
other switch.  Do the same.  The wise guys just got 'made', Tony Soprano
thanks you.
7.) Find the rider eyeing the Dam wall.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This rider can be found on the platform with electrical structures and two
ramps.  You can get here 3 ways, by jumping off the dam, by simply turning
left off the dirt path that leads to the Generator Room, or by jumping up
from where you did the wall cracks mission.

     ||Rider Challenge||

     That Dam Manual
     Think you own this place?  You don't own sh** until you do this:
       --Manual 150 feet on the skinny Dam wall.--

 >>Manual 150 feet on the skinny Dam wall.
 >>Quickly press UP then DOWN to manual.

Easy as pie.  Head up to the dam wall and look for the arrows.  There will
be two, showing the starting and ending points.  You will need to manual
ATLEAST this distance to complete the challenge.  Bust out a nice little
manual down the wall and mark one up for the good guys.

8.) Talk to the rider under the bungee jumper.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After completing the Dam manual challenge, you will be in the area to find
this rider.  You will see a statue of an eagle and a large structure with
two spotlights and a doorway.  Jump up to these spotlights and the rider
will be sitting here on the left.  See why he's blankly staring off into
space.
     ||Rider Challenge||
     Bungee Nudge
     You want more respect around here?  See if you can pull this off:
       --Give the chicken sh** bungee jumper a push.--
 >>Give the chicken sh** bungee jumper a push.
 >>Run into him to knock him off the eagle head.
Difficult if you don't know what you're doing.  Quickly head down from where
you came and cross over the pipe median, hitting the ramp directly under the
eagle statue, grind to the right and jump up onto the platform.  Turn around.
There is a ramp here that if hit centered and at the right speed you will run
straight crash course into the bungee jumper.  Give it a few tries and
eventually you'll send the wuss to his ultimate demise.  Now see, was that so
scary?  Hello?  Why aren't you moving?
9.) Oxygen Tank Bowling
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Remember our good ole pyromaniac friend?  Well it's time to pay a visit to
his aftermath.  Head towards the back corner of the warehouse, where you will
find an opening to enter it.  Jump in, our rider should be located near the
center of the warehouse.

       ||Rider Challenge||

       Oxygen Tank Bowling
       You really think you're the man?  Try this on for size player:
         --Destroy 3 oxygen tanks.  Ghost ride your bike into them to be cool.

 >>Destroy 3 oxygen tanks.  Ghost ride your bike into them to be cool.
 >>Press L1 button and R1 button while rolling to ghost ride your bike.

All you have to do is ghost ride your bike into 3 yellowish tanks with
whitish caps to complete this mission.  All 3 tanks are located within the
warehouse, and the first lies directly in front of you.  After this is
destroyed, use the broken wood to jump up onto a higher sidewalk, your 2nd
tank is located here.  Blow it.  Now jump out and start heading to the side
opposite to the entrance of the warehouse, here you will find near the center
of the building the 3rd and final tank.  Nice work, new level.

10.) Flatland for Five
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be done anywhere.
 >>Do flatland tricks for 5 seconds nonstop.
 >>Hold down the flatland button to stay in a trick.
These must be pulled from a Nose Wheelie or a Manual.
11.) Jump over the moving crane arm.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The crane can be found to the right of the downhill dirt path, it is digging
a bowl.

 >>Jump over the moving crane arm.
 >>Work the dirt bowl until the crane arm swings into place.

Just watchout for when it digs in, if you hit you'll go down and have to wait
all over again.

12.) S*** Hut Wallride
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is located at the row of porto-potties.
 >>Wallride over the entire row of s*** boxes
 >>Press UP + X button to wallride.
Go to the far right and over the lip jump.  Go forward some more and then
turn around.  Head back and hit the jump, then when you land, use the burst
of speed to hit the small kicker hugging the first potty.  This'll shoot you
up and forward so hit the wall with a wall ride now and you should land at
the end of the row clean and challenged.
13.) Gap The Bridge
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The bridge is located in the drainage canal that leads to the Generator Room.
It is the same canal you drained for the Wise Guy mission.

 >>Gap over the bridge leading to the generator building.
 >>Work the canal half pipe to get enough air.

Simply hop into the half pipe and gain yourself some speed and air, then use
the same technique as the dead end gap in the first level and you should do
just fine in clearing it.  Rely more on your horizontal then your vertical,
so hit the jump going at less then a 45 degree angle.

14.) Land a 10 trick combo.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be done, anywhere.
 >>Land a 10 trick combo.
 >>Use manuals to string tricks together.
Pretty self-explanatory.  What I'd personally recommend is manualing, jumping
and pulling a modifier, then landing it with another manual, and repeating
until you reach 10.  Be creative.
15.) Deliver the Gassy Workers.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The workers are scattered around the level, once you speak to one of them you
will need to get all 5 to the Porto-Potties. These are located at the upper
part of the level near the Roach Coach.

 >>Deliver the Gassy Construction Workers to the row of s*** boxes.
 >>The Gassy Construction Workers are suffering from bad roach coach food.

The locations of the 5 workers are as followed:
 1.  Near the Roach Coach, at the beginning of the dam.
 2.  In between dirt jumps behind the warehouse.
 3.  On the outermost dam structure wall.  He is at the 2nd pillar in from
     the dock.
 4.  To the right of the dirtbowl.  Head down past the temporary light setup
     to find the worker near the multicolored wall.
 5.  Infront of the Generator Room building, on the bridge.

16.) Collect all 45 lunchboxes in one run.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
17.) Find and pull all 20 gaps in the level.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

*****************************************************************************
*** Gaps contributed by [email protected], e-mail him with questions. ***
*****************************************************************************

  1.  This must be done after the pyromaniac mission. Go into the small
      skate part. Enter the bowl that's farthest away. Do a transfer over
      the small hill like entrance.

  2.  This must also be done after the pyromaniac mission. If you're still
      in the skate park, jump over the small hill like entrance in 1. You'll
      see black and yellow stripes on the edges where you need to jump. The
      black  and yellow edges are on both sides. Jump from one to the other.

  3.  When you start the level, go straight and hit the first black and
      yellow tipped ramp. Either do a grind at the top, or stall. Then jump
      off and stay up there. It's where the eagle statue sits. Face the
      eagle statue, you need to grind on the left of that platform toward
      the eagle statue. Once you're at the end you need to jump and grind on
      the rail in front of you.

  4.  When you start the level go right and down the hill. Once you're about
      half way down, go left and into that area where the girl waits to give
      you a mission. Face her, then turn right. Hit that ramp and steer left
      as you come off of it. You need to land on the second power line.

  5.  After the wallride two switches mission, go back outside and into the
      trench that just drained. If you're coming from the start of the
      level, it's to the right at the bottom of the hill. Do a transfer over
      the little walkway.

  6.  Do like you did in gap description 4., but land back on the ramp to
      gain speed. Hit the little hump in the middle and jump up to the power
      line. The power line has a curve on the end. Jump off at the end and
      onto the upper level. I don't think it matters which power line you
      use. I used the second one.

  7.  In the generator building, go to the first floor. It's marked with the
      number one on the wall.  On both sets of steps, there is a small ramp
      on the back of them. Hit either one and land a stall on the rail
      above.

  8.  When you enter the generator building and get into the main area, stop
      and turn around. You need to hit one of the ramps and transfer to the
      other. Transfer over the space that you just rode through.

  9.  From the start of the level, go straigt to the end ramp. Jump foward
      to get on top. It's where the dude has a challenge for you. Ok, facing
      the gate and lights, go left. You'll go down a concrete slope and then
      it starts to slop up. At the end of the top jump to the other side.
      This can be done from either side.

 10.  Back on top from 9., where the dude has a challenge for you. Go right
      instead. You'll have to grind on that pole. Grind all the way down it
      and you'll reach where it turns into a rectangular shape. Jump over it
      and land a grind back on the same pole. Once again you will come to
      another rectangular shape, jump it and land a grind again. That's what
      gives you the gap. The second one.

 11.  Once you've drained the area after the burnout/grind four switches
      mission. Face the grated spine thing that you can grind on. Face it
      from the dirt hill. Ride down left of it. You need to jump the ramp to
      your left and transfer over the hump to the other side of the ramp.
      The hump has black and yellow stripes on top.

 12.  Face the end of the grated spine thing from gap description 11. Go
      directly left. You'll see a big ramp with a black and yellow pole
      attached to it on your right. Transfer from that ramp to the one
      above. This should be able to be done the other way around also, from
      top to bottom.

 13.  From the start of the level go straight and go over the first big pipe
      hump. After you cross it, stop befor the little ramp with black and
      yellow stripes on the top. Turn left. You must jump down to the black
      and yellow pole. Grind on it and when it comes to an end, jump and
      grind on the dark spine looking thing that is in the air. NOTE: I
      think this should be done after the burnout/grind four switches
      mission. That mission drains the area of this gap.

 14.  Go into the generator building. Go to the top floor. Look for the
      silver looking iron box things that angle down. There is four of them.
      Two on each side. Poles connect to them. Jump and grind on the pole
      from any of the sides. Keep grinding and you'll reach where it turns
      into a small rectangular shape. Jump off the grind and over the shape
      and then land your grind back on the same pole.

 15.  Must be done after the Grind across the top of the generator
      challenge. When you enter the generator building. To your left and
      right are two big tall ramps. Hit either one. You will use this to
      pick up speed. When you come back down hit the triple angle small
      metal ramp that connects to the bowl. Use it to jump over the bowl and
      to the other side.

 16.  When you enter the generator building, stop and turn directly around.
      Look around to see some steps on your left and right. You need to
      grind up the inside rail and when it ends jump and grind to the other
      side of the inside rail that goes back down.

 17.  The next one is kinda tricky, it may take several tries. I fortunately
      got it my first. Go on top of the rectangle platform where the eagle
      statue resides. Hit the opposite ramp from the eagle statue and land
      back on it to gain some speed. Go straight and hit the small ramp
      right before the eagle statue. Use it to jump over the eagle statue
      and land a grind on the middle of the three orange and dark grey power
      lines. Keep grinding and you'll come to a small rectangle shape that's
      in the power line. Jump over it and land your grind again.

 18.  Go back on top where the eagle statue sits. Face the eagle statue. The
      platform you're on now is what you need to grind on. Grind the right
      side of it. When you come to the end, jump and grind on the rightmost
      orange and dark grey power line which will be the one right in front
      of you. While grinding down it the shape turns into a small rectangle
      again. Jump it and land on the same power line.

 19.  When you start the level, go all the way down the hill. You will see
      black and yellow striped topped saw horses to your left and right.
      Stop before them and look left. Go that direction.  At the end of the
      saw horses, there is a black and yellow pole slightly above them. Jump
      and grind on it. It will take a quick curve. When you see the other
      black and yellow pole on your left, jump left and grind on it.

 20.  Ok, from the dirt hill, look for the boat that is docked. Go down
      towards the left side of the wooden platform. Land a grind on that
      pole that connects to to boat. Before the boat, you need to jump over
      it and land a grind on the same pole that connects to the other side
      of the boat.

[7.3] Rampage Skatepark
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Information: You've made it to your first competition at Rampage Skatepark in
            Iowa.  You'll get two runs and the average of the two will
            determine your overall ranking.  To impress the judges make sure
            you pull a huge variety of air tricks, modified tricks, grinds,
            stalls -- pretty much everything you know -- and use the whole
            level.

Challenges:  1.)Rank 1st, 2nd, or 3rd to gain access to the new level.

1.) Rank 1st, 2nd, or 3rd to gain access to the new level.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Competitions can be rather tricky.  The judges critique everything you do,
and everything you do not.  Some things you want to keep in mind when
playing this type of level is that you need to use the entire course, because
the judges look for an array of tricks.  I recommend modifying every air
trick done with a spin, and always try to turn tricks into combos, by either
grinding or manualing on landing.  Crashing kills your score, so do it as
sparingly as possible.  Some notable places to hit combos in this level are
the high air grinds.  After the first two spines when following the ramp from
your spawn, you will find some gaps, hit these for some points and grind the
rail high above the vent system.  You can use this rail to grind ceiling
lights or simply circle your way around the level, scoring high points and
hitting combos.  Another smart idea is to wait until the time runs out to do
your clock-wasting manuals.  When about 10 seconds are left, prep yourself in
a nice open area to begin your flatland tricks.  These can continue to be
done after the clock has run out, racking up some extra points on the side.
The judge point system will only subtract 4 points for falling, 2 for each
time you fall, and any after 2 will not be subtracted.
Once you have earned a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd rank, you will be able to access
Sheep Hills.
Minimums for 1st Place at Rampage Skatepark:
 *150k score
 *12 DIFFERENT tricks
 *8-10 DIFFERENT modifier tricks
 *6 Grinds (different kinds = more points)
 *4 Stalls (different kinds = more points)
 *3-4 Walltaps/Fastplants
 *3-4 Wallrides
 *3-4 Manuals or Nose Manuals
 *2-3 Flatland Tricks
1.) The Donut Bribe
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When you spawn, turn almost completely around to your left.  You will see a
large, spinning, pink donut, head towards it.  The building has two purchase
counters, the one on the right contains the kid we need to speak to.  See
what's baking.

       "This job blows.  I would so rather be riding my bike.
        Dude, you totally have to ride at the mall.  The trick is getting
        past the jerk-off Rent-a-cop.
        Trust me, the only way to distract that guy is with donuts.
        I got a box of day olds right here if you show me you got skills."

 >>Pull 3 different flatland tricks for the donuts.
 >>Then pick up the donuts and take them to the Mall Security Guard.

After squeeky gives you a lecture, you'll need to perform 3 DIFFERENT
flatland tricks for him.  You can perform these right in front of him and a
box of donuts will appear on the counter before him.  Grab them and head to
the entrance of the mall, where you'll find the Rent-A-Cop standing under the
entrance roof.  Deliver the pastries.

2.) Shut the Cranky Robe Guy the hell up.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To the right of the mall is a set of dirt jumps and ramps.  Here is also
where you find a large, pink donut, jumping in a bowl continously, for only
the obvious of reasons.  To the right side of the park, you will stumble upon
a flower bed.  If you head up the wooded ramp onto the flower bed, you can
continue onto a ledge with flowers until you eventually meet up with the
estranged man in the robe in front of a spray painted 'JB'.  You can also
grind this ledge from jumps in the park, but I've found this is the easiest
way.  See what he's yammering on about.
       "Dammit all!  This neighborhood is going to hell!
        I've lived in this area for 40 odd years, and I always told 'em,
        if we don't get rid of this drainage pool there's goin' to be a
        giant donut in it some day.
        Well somebody had better do somethin' or I'm going to write an angry
        letter."
 >>Score 20,000 points in the drainage ditchout without crashing.
 >>Watch out for the flying donut!  Don't wimp out and leave the ditch!
Head straight into the bowl and get to work, this shouldn't take more then 3
or 4 well placed tricks.  If you get hit by the donut, you are ejected from
the bowl, if you crash on your own you are ejected from the bowl, if you
leave the bowl and come back your score will be reset. Grinding doesn't work.
Just time the donut right and you'll never have to hit it, just keep in a
perpendicular course and you should do just fine.  When you score 20,000
points the donut will head on out to better places and you will be one more
challenge richer.
3.) Help out Little Bo Peep.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To the left of the mall entrance sits 2 floats and 2 balloons.  You will need
to head towards the balloon of Little Bo Peep to find the woman you'll get
the mission from standing under her.  See what the oldie needs from you.

       "Idiots!  I'm surrounded by idiots.  How hard is it to tie down a
        balloon huh?  Huh?
        God!  Couldn't we have hired just a few people who weren't dropped
        on their heads as children?
        Hey, you on the bike.  Why don't you make yourself useful and get my
        sheep.
        I'm too old for this shit!"

 >>Collect the 4 tethers and bring them back to Little Bo Peep.
 >>The tethers are scattered around the trails.

Don't make the chick with the stick angry.  Immediatley head back towards the
float with a red-white striped star.  Get to the opposite side of this float
and follow its wooden ramp into a grind to retrieve the first tether.  Now
turn left and head for the donut shop.  Go around to the back where you'll
find a police officer and a giant donut.  Jump up onto the back of the donut
shop's roof and head up until you reach the top.  Turn right and take notice
to the american flag marquee that stretches to the gas station roof top.
Grind this and turn left when you are on top of the station.  There will be
another, seemingly heading out to nowhere special, grind this and you'll
grab the 2nd tether.  You should land near a concrete wall covered in a
flower bed.  Circle around to find 4 jumps and 2 concrete gaps between them.
When you jump over each of these concrete gaps, you will recieve a tether,
gaining two here, which means you have all four.  Head back to Little Bo Peep
and give her your bounty.  Interesting video eh?  Reminds me of the dogs.

4.) Help out the rider at the trails.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This challenge is needed to complete the mission for the Mall Security Guard.
Head into the dirt trails to the left of the mall entrance.  The rider is
located in the center between two ramps, on a small dirt lip.  Near the rider
you'll find an orange guy making some threats and talking big, you'll be
using him for this mission.
     ||Rider Challenge||
       --Score 30,000 points while dragging around the Bully.
 >>Score 30,000 points while dragging around the Bully.
 >>Run into the Bully to pick him up.  Scare him away from his roman candle.
Head into the orange hoody boy to pick up the Bully, now use what this park
was made for.  Hit the ramps and jumps until you shake him loose with 30,000
big ones.  Once this challenge is complete, there will be a Roman Candle in
place of where he stood that you will be able to pick up.  But remember, you
cannot disarm the roman candle unless you end the run.
5.) Do the job for the Mall Security Guard.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Make sure you grab your roman candle earned from the trail challenge for the
rider.  Head towards the Mall Security Guard you gave the donuts to and chat
it up.

     "Code 8!  Repeat, code 8!  The sheep balloons are humping again.
      We have to shoot them things down before kids see it and learn
      something about S - E - X.
      Children need to be ignorant of S - E - X,
      so that it's awkward and uncomfortable on their wedding night, like it
      was for me.  Hurry!"

 >>Use the roman candle to shoot down a humping sheep.
 >>The roman candle pickup can be found at the trails.

Head out to where you find yourself in a good position to shoot down the
sheep, they will regularly circle the restaurant.  Now use your right analog
stick to aim the candle and press the X button to fire.  You have to be close
enough otherwise nothing will happen.  Oh the humanity.

6.) Like, talk to the Shoplifter.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The shoplifter can be found in the mall on the right side.  As you pass
through the mall, you will go by a fountain of a woman's body, the shoplifter
lies just a few yards ahead, before the first set of stairs downward.
     "Um like hi.  Listen, I was like noticing that you can like totally
      ride wherever you want in here.
      And I was wondering if you could like do me a favor and like take out
      those security cameras.
      They make it a total bummer to like steal things that you want to take.
      It's like everybody can see you and stuff.
      That's so not cool.  I mean, those cameras are like infringing on my
      rights or something.
      There should totally be a law."
 >>Run into and break the 4 security cameras around the mall.
 >>Wallrides and grinds will get you up to some cameras.
The cameras are located at the tops of each set of stairs.  So when you can
move again, turn to your left to see the first camera over the staircase.
Jump and wallride to break it then stop when you land, turn around and go up
the opposite side and the camera will be in the same spot over here, break it
and continue down towards the fountain bowl.  When you reach the stairs that
lead down towards the bowl, you will see the camera hanging on the left wall,
jump to break it.  Now stop when you land and go up the opposite side of the
stairs to find the 4th and final camera at the top of the staircase.  Like
you totally rocked, dude.
7.) Show off to the rider hanging at the Mall.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This challenge is needed to complete the mission for the Mall Security Guard.
Head into the dirt trails to the left of the mall entrance.  The rider is
located in the center between two ramps, on a small dirt lip.  Near the rider
you'll find an orange guy making some threats and talking big, you'll be
using him for this mission.

     ||Rider Challenge||

     The Daily Grind
     Think you own this place?  You don't own sh** until you do this:
       --Grind transfer between the middle Mall awning and the fountain edge

 >>Grind transfer between the middle Mall awning and the fountain edge.
 >>When jumping out of a grind tap LEFT or RIGHT to try a transfer.

Immediately turn towards the stairs and follow them until you reach the top
of the second set of stairs.  Turn around here and wallride just as you would
to hit the camera, except this time, aim to land on the blue platform above
the store.  Once you are here, jump onto the redish-pinkish awning.  You will
need to grind the center most point of the awning, follow it down to the end,
then jump to the fountain bowl, and grind the bowl's edge.  Once this is
completed, you don't ever ever need to do it again.  Feels good doesn't it?

8.) Find the rider by the parade floats.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This rider is outside to the left of the mall (away from the dirt jumps).
He stands next to the red-white striped star float you earned a tether by
grinding.  He's got something evil on the brain.
     ||Rider Challenge||
     Patriotic Superman
     Prove to me that your kung-fu is strong, young grasshopper.
       --Jump off the flag float and pull a 540 superman.
 >>Jump off the flag float and pull a 540 superman.
 >>To pull a superman press UP-RIGHT + SQUARE button.
This can get difficult.  The flag float is the one you are placed at when you
spawn.  Simple head away from the mall and turn around to get a good view of
the jump.  You need to hit the lip right in order to have enough air to land
a 540, but you also need some speed.  So put some distance between you and
the float and go after it, watching carefully when you hit the top of the
jump exactly to release the X button.  One you land from flying, you'll wreak
of success.
9.) Shoot out any 4 letters from the store sign.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You will need the roman candle do this mission.  So head over to the dirt
jumps and grab it.  Coincidentally, the store sign reading "SCHULINT" is here
aswell.

 >>Shoot out any 4 letters from the store sign.
 >>Use right analog stick to aim and press the X button to shoot.

Get close to the sign to shoot at the letters, otherwise your candle will be
a dud.  Any four letters will do, but a specific 4 will hold true to the BMX
XXX tagline of no restrictions.  Be creative.

10.) ATM Reset
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Head to the fountain pool inside the mall.  The ATM is located to the side of
the stairs with a giant red button indicating the reset switch.
 >>Hit the ATM reset switch directly above the ATM.
 >>Press UP + X button while in the air to wallride.
Simply gain a little speed and wallride up into the button.  Completion.
11.) Pull a 100 foot wallride anywhere.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be done just about anywhere.

 >>Pull a 100 foot wallride anywhere.
 >>Press UP + X button while in the air to wallride.

The best place to perfom this manuveur is in the dumpster area behind the
mall, as you can hit a certain ramp to round the wall and drop down a lot of
distance to gain the 100 feet needed.

12.) Pull a 900 anywhere.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be done just about anywhere.
 >>Pull a 900 anywhere.
 >>Hold down the L1 button to spin left, the R1 button to spin right.
I recommend using the bowl for this one.  A solid way to get a 900 is to
use the upper part of the bowl to gain up speed and height, and transfer to
the deep end on your 900 spin, as you have a greater distance to fall, thus
more time to spin.
13.) Do the Roof Drop Gap and live to tell about it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To gain access to the roof of the mall, you will need to ascend onto the top
of the donut stand as explained in previous challenges.  This time, you will
need to take the top-left corner's wire TOWARDS the mall.  You will make one
wire transfer before reaching a concrete slab going about 45 degrees upward.
This is where you need to be.

 >>Do the Roof Drop Gap and live to tell about it.
 >>Take off from the roof of the Mall entrance and land safely below.

All you have to do now is quite simply follow the glowing red line when you
jump.  You could do a big trick... but would you really want to risk it?

14.) Land a 15 trick combo.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be done, anywhere.
 >>Land a 15 trick combo.
 >>Use manuals to string tricks together.
Pretty self-explanatory.  What I'd personally recommend is manualing, jumping
and pulling a modifier, then landing it with another manual, and repeating
until you reach 15.  Be creative.
15.) Deliver the Midget Clowns to their clown car.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The clowns are scattered around the level, once you speak to one of them you
will need to get all 5 to the clown car located under the Little Bo Peep
float.

 >>Deliver the Midget Clowns to their clown car.
 >>You can pick up multiple clowns before dropping them off.

The locations of the 5 clowns are as followed:
 1.  Right next to the clown car.
 2.  Under the tree that is across the street from the gas station.
 3.  Under the tree in the back corner of the skatepark, below the bowl.
 4.  Next to the fountain bowl inside the mall, by the restaurant tables.
 5.  At the upper level of the mall, between the two ramps that are offset
     from the main walkway (on the left if coming from the entrance).

16.) Collect all 45 donuts in one run.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
17.) Find and pull all 20 gaps in the level.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

*****************************************************************************
*** Gaps contributed by [email protected], e-mail him with questions. ***
*****************************************************************************

  1.  Jump off of the American flag ramp and land on the ground.

  2.  Face the truck that holds up the american flag ramp. Look to your
      right, and you'll see a sign that says drive thru. You must grind on
      it and at the end jump and land a grind on the railing.

  3.  Face the truck that holds up the american flag ramp. Enter the mall on
      your left. You'll come to a small red and white ramp. There are two of
      them. Hit the ramp and grind the ledge above.  Once you're at the end
      jump and grind on the awning.

  4.  Same thing as gap description 3., but you have to do it in the
      opposite direction. You must jump up and grind the ledge, and when you
      come to the end of it. Jump and grind on the awning.

  5.  In the mall, find the fountain with water coming out of both nipples
      on the statue. You have to jump over where the water sits.

  6.  In the mall you must get on top of the middle awning. Jump down to the
      lower level of the middle awning and grind the very middle of it. Time
      your jump off the grind so that you land a grind on the inside lip of
      the empty pool bowl.

  7.  Enter the mall. Get on top of the grey and white striped awning at the
      bottom where the empty pool bowl is. It's on the side where the guy
      stands in front of the atm. You must grind on it going towards the
      glass wall. At the end of the grind, jump down and grind on the little
      ledge at the bottom of the glass wall.

  8.  Down by the empty pool bowl, face the middle of the glass wall. On
      your right there is an opening between the buildings. Jump down there.
      Once you're down there stop and turn directly around. There is three
      small ramps. Jump off of the middle one and land back up top where the
      empty pool bowl resides.

  9.  As in gap description 8., Once you jump down between the buildings
      keep going around the corner. Stop when you see the construction
      sawhorse things. They have orange and white stripes on the top as well
      as a little orange light. Ok, there is a ledge there that curves
      around.  Grind on it and at the end it curves upward. You need to jump
      at the very end and land on top of the flat glass looking awning.

 10.  Where you are placed right when you start the stage turn a little
      right. Look at the side of the building that says SCHULINT. Ride
      towards it going down into the little dirt park. You must grind on the
      thin wall beside the tree. At the end of it, jump off and grind the
      other thin wall.

 11.  Go into the dirt park. Face the middle of the ramp structure. The ramp
      structure has a person standing in the middle with a light blue shirt.
      You need to hit one of the two ramps and do a transfer over the middle
      section.

 12.  Go to the bottom of the dirt park where the tall ramp is. The tall
      ramp has a black and pink line going all the way across it. You need
      to get on top. Get on top so that you're in the middle of those black
      and yellow poles. Facing the wall, you need to grind on the pole to
      your left. So grind on that pole and when it's coming to an end jump
      on the next one. That is the gap.

 13.  If you haven't read gap description 12. read it now. Do the same thing
      in this one, but when you come to the end of grinding the second black
      and yellow pole jump off and land where the guy is standing. To help
      describe this, the ground is green.

 14.  Where you land on gap description 13. you need to jump back down on
      the dirt ground. On both sides there is a thin wall. On one side is a
      short thin wall that has a small board angle up.  On the other side is
      a long thin wall with a small board angled up. You can get this gap
      from either side. You need to grind so that you're grinding on that
      small board that is angled up.  Right before the end of the grind, you
      need to jump up and grind on the wall in front of you.  The wall that
      you need to land on is higher up from where you are jumping. That's
      the reason for the board having the angle on it.

 15.  Where you start the stage, look straight up. You need to get on top of
      that structure. There is a couple of ways to get on top of it. You all
      can figure it out. Once your on top, Ride up it to the end. Jump off
      at the end and land on the ground.

 16.  From the start of the stage turn directly around and go straight. Get
      over the little wall and hit the ramp to transfer over the cement
      block.

 17.  This must be done after the Shut the cranky robe guy the hell up. That
      way the big donut smashes the ice cream truck making it a ramp. The
      ice cream truck is right by the pink roofed building. This is simple,
      just jump off the ice cream truck ramp and land on the other side.

 18.  Get on top of the pink roof building and face the american flag ramp.
      You need to grind on the flag rope to your left and all the way to the
      other building. When you get to the brown roof building, towards the
      end you need to jump off your grind and to the right landing a grind
      on the flag rope.

 19.  Stay on the flag rope from gap description 18., it will come to an
      end, jump at the end and land on, yet another flag rope. Towards the
      end jump to the right and land a grind on the busted sheep. NOTE: THIS
      GAP HAS TO BE DONE AFTER THE ROMAN CANDLE MISSION.

 20.  Go on top of the pink roof building and face the american flag ramp.
      Turn to your right. You need to grind on the flag rope that goes over
      to the gas station roof. You need to time it out so that you can jump
      off of your grind and land a grind on the edge of the gas station's
      roof.

[7.5] Syracuse
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Information: The aftermath of the big game has left a trail of hungover fans
            and mascots strewn throughout the melting snow banks of
            Syracuse.  On top of it all, the hottest boy band of the minute
            has rolled into town for a concert.  Help the people of Syracuse
            recover from their hangovers and save them from the brutality of
            the boy band.

Challenges:  1.)Give the Campus Security Guard a hand.
            2.)Have pity on the hanging Pineapple Mascot.
            3.)Bust the Pineapple Mascot out of the Paddywagon.
            4.)-----N/A-----

            7.)See what the Snowcone Salesman needs.
            8.)Find the rider by the highway signs.

           11.)Boy Band Beatdown
           12.)Guard My Bike With Your A**
           13.)Destroy the visiting team's 'Go Pineapples' rally banner.
           14.)Land a 20 trick combo.
           15.)Deliver the Dinosaur Mascots to the boy band's bus.
           16.)Collect all 45 empty bottles in one run.

           20.)Score 800,000 points in a run.

1.) Give the Campus Security Guard a hand.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Give your level a nice explore before you start into the challenges.  Once
you've gotten a basic idea on how this place is layed out, head your bike
towards the parkside.  For this level, I will use the term parkside for the
side with the boy band bus, the park, and the weathervan.  I will also use
the term city-side for the side of the level containing several business and
street performers.  With that being said, head onto the upper street of the
park and head away from the weathervan until you reach a road-gate house. Our
security guard is waiting inside
       "Cheap piece of s***.
        I got this so I can watch the game, but it, uh, also seems to get
        scrambled porn channels.
        Oh, oh, hey look!  I think that's a nipple!
        Hey you know, I bet I could get the porn channel to come in if that
        tower over there was a little lower.
        You think maybe you could help me out?  Oh come on man, free porn!"
 >>Grind the 4 support wires holding up the TV antenna.
 >>Grind each wire's yellow base to loosen it.
Begin by turning down the street and head for the boy band's bus.  Once here,
park yourself and look out past the lower street to see a giant red tower,
this is the TV antenna.  The first of the wires can be found just in front of
you, connected to the concrete wall covered in a kicker of snow.  Grind the
concrete wall to the left of it and then when you reach near the end, jump to
the right and grind the yellow wire.  Follow this wire all the way up to the
red antenna, reaching a platform you'll need to turn to your right to see
another line from the tower heading down towards the lower street.  Get some
pedalling speed and jump + grind to grab onto this yellow wire.  Now that the
hard wires are out of the way you can take a breath.  Head up to the
city-side of the level passing the first long strip of stores and heading to
the one with a staircase and a spine.  To snag onto the wire connected to the
spin, you will need to simply need to grind the right side of the spine and
it will automatically transfer you to the line.  Now jump off and head back,
passing the spin and heading for the staircase.  When you reach the landing
on top of the staircase, hug the left of the pathway until you reach the
railing at the end, jump this and grind immediatly and you will land on the
4th and final wire.  The power of free porn.
2.) Have pity on the hanging Pineapple Mascot.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Head back to the parkside and towards where you found the security guard.  To
your right you will find, on the sidewalk, a Pineapple fan with an action
blurb.  Help him out.

       "Oh thank God, oh, you gotta help me.  After the game I went to have
        a drink to celebrate, you know.
        Althought, looking back, it probably wasn't a good idea to be the
        visiting mascot in a hometown bar.
        In my drunken stupor they beat me up and hung me here by my
        underwear.
        Uhh, now i'm remembering I didn't wear underwear today.  This really
        hurts."

 >>Run into the hanging Pineapple Mascot to get him down.
 >>Grinding on the walls may be your best bet to reach him.

First of all, DO NOT pay attention to the "Grinding on the walls" idea the
game tells you about, as it's more difficult then it actually has to be. With
that being said, go into the section of rounded half-pipe behind the statue
the mascot is hanging from.  Gain some air and some speed, and when you're
confident in your jump, leap forward into the top of the statue to free the
mascot from his underwear-less parrel.

UH OH!!!

 >>Score 1,000,000 points in a hurry to shake the cops!
 >>The cops want you and the Pineapple Mascot for defacing the monument!

You COULD try and get 5,000,000 points, but the real world knows there's no
way you can pull it off, so just sit around and spin your handle bars around,
whistle the theme song to the Andy Griffith show, it doesn't really matter,
challenge complete!

3.) Bust the Pineapple Mascot out of the Paddywagon.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Paddywagon is located on the city-side in the farthest corner to the
left.  Two squad cars accompany it, so circle around to the back of the wagon
and talk to recieve your challenge.
       "CAR 25:    Dispatch, this is Car 25, we got that son of a bitch, and
                   we're bringing him in.
        DISPATCH:  Copy that Car 25.  Be advised of the demolition on the
                   way back to the station.
        CAR 25:    Don't worry Dispatch, just make sure that place doesn't
                   go down early...
                   I don't want the Paddywagon to be anywhere near when they
                   blow it up.  That would be bad."
 >>Collect 4 detonator caps and deliver them to the abandoned building.
 >>The detonator caps are scattered around the level.
Turn away from the squad cars and the wagon and head straight for the lower
street.  On the staircase down, you will find two detonators, the first
accessible by a grind, the second by a wallride, grab these and move quickly
back up the stairs and to the staircase from the TV antenna mission.  As you
ride up the stairs, you will find a detonator on the railing of the steps.
Grab it and continue to head upwards.  Follow the pathway until you reach the
U-turn, take it and head back on the opposite side, jumping at the dead end
rail, grabbing the last of the detonator caps on the way down.  Hurry back to
the squad car and watch the damage.  You're free pineapple... you're free...
5.) Help the disgruntled Weatherman with his forecast.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Weatherman is located on the parkside near the boy band bus.  He stands
behind the TV/Weather van.

       "WEATHERMAN:  Yesterday, I promised snow flurries.  When we come back
                     we'll see if I'm right.
        CAMERAMAN:   And, we are clear.
        WEATHERMAN:  Oh my God, I'm screwed.  Look, you gotta help me.  Make
                     it snow, you gotta make it snow!
                     I don't know, maybe the steam from the manholes'll do
                     something.  Hey look, I'm desperate here.
        CAMERAMAN:   Back in 30 seconds everybody!
        WEATHERMAN:  Hurry!"

 >>Ride over 4 steaming manholes.
 >>Scour the roads for manholes to help make it snow.

There are four manholes that need to be found, 2 are on the upper street that
the News van is located on, and 2 are located on the bottom street with the
snow plows.  The first on the upper street is right next to the van, run over
it, turn around, and head towards the Security Guard's gate.  Snag this one
and turn to the right towards a set of snow jumps.  Go all the way to the end
and jump the concrete wall to fall into the bottom street.  The 3rd manhole
is located just behind the broken snowplow ramp, hit it and head back to the
staircase leading to parkside street.  You'll find the last of the manholes
along the way in the middle of the street.

6.) Give the Street Performer a break.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You can find the Street Performer on the city-side, just to the right of the
steps that lead you onto the first store strip.
       "I know what you're thinking -- you're thinking this guy's good at
        not moving.
        You're right, I'm the best.
        Problem is, I gotta drop a log but I can't let any of these other
        guys see me move.
        What's worse, losing face, or craping myself?
        I bet if you know their tiop cups over, those guys would be
        distracted scrambling for their money.
        Hurry up, I'm prairie doggin' it here!"
 >>Knock over the 3 other street performers' tip cups.
 >>Knock them over by any means necessary.
Begin by heading down the strip and hugging the right wall.  You will
eventually come to a red and blue platform with another silver guy on it.
Jump up and manual the wall to knock over his tip cup, then take a left and
go after the second guy stationed infront of the circular steps just behind
the fallen antenna.  Grind this wall to get his tip cup and make another left
to enter the second strip of stores.  Hug the right wall until you come upon
the very last of the street performers.  His tip cup is on top of a light to
the top right of him.  You will need to grind the ledge, then jump and
wallride up to it to knock it over.
7.) See what the Snowcone Salesman needs.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Snowcone Salesman is also on the city-side.  After going up the set of
stairs leading to the first strip, pass up the strip and continue forward. He
can be found on the left behind a vendor's stand.

       "These drunks just love my special yellow snowcones.
        Hell, these d*** leaks do half the work for me.
        The problem I got right now is I'm almost out of yellow snow.  Do me
        a favor and collect some, will ya?
        Just check outside the bars, yellow snow shouldn't be too hard to
        find."

 >>Collect 3 patches of yellow snow and bring them to the Salesman.
 >>Scour the snow banks for a fresh harvest.

The patches are easily noticable circles of yellow snow.  When you spawn, go
into the 2nd strip and hug the left side.  Behind the first spine you
encounter is a patch, grab it and keep heading straight.  Go to the very end
of the strip and to the right of the last spine is the second patch of snow.
Cross over to the first strip and head back towards the vendor.  You will
find the last patch of snow to the right of the last jump on this strip, grab
it and deliver.

8.) Find the rider by the highway signs.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This rider is on the city-side's first strip, standing near a connection
tunnel between strip one and two.
     ||Rider Challenge||
     Highway Grind
     You want more respect around here?  See if you can pull this off:
       --Grind transfer between highway signs and make it to the other side.
 >>Grind transfer between highway signs and make it to the other side.
 >>Make it across the highway to complete the challenge.
This can be done on either of the two sets of highway signs.  Get a running
leap and grind the platform of the road sign that sits over the highway
street, then you must jump and grind the second sign to complete the
challenge.
9.) Impress the rider hanging out by the highway.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This rider is on the parkside.  From the spawn of the level, go down the
staircase to the left and you'll run into him at the landing.

     ||Rider Challenge||

     Flatland, Thin Wall
     You really think you're the man?  Try this on for size player:
       --Pull any flatland trick on the thin highway wall.

 >>Pull any flatland trick on the thin highway wall.
 >>Pull flatland tricks from a manual or a nose wheelie.

The wall is directly infront of you when you spawn.  Just jump up onto it and
heading down to the left, manual or nose wheelie, then do any flatland trick
in the book.

10.) Show the rider inside the abandoned building some skills.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To gain access to the abandoned building, you must complete the mission where
you save the Mascot from the Paddywagon.  Over where the destruction occured,
you will find an opening in the left wall.  Follow this blown out hall to
enter the abandoned building.  The rider is to the right of the first spindle
you encounter.
     ||Rider Challenge||
     Demolition Tailwhip
     Prove to me that your kung-fu is strong, young grasshopper.
     --Pull a double tailwhip over any spine inside the demolished building.
 >>Pull a double tailwhip over any spine inside the demolished building.
 >>To pull a double tailwhip try DOWN-RIGHT DOWN-RIGHT + SQUARE button.
Try and hit the closest orange topped ramp before hitting the spine, this
will double the air you get when you go for the double tailwhip.
11.) Boy Band Beatdown
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
All 4 are located around the boy band bus, 2 are located on top of the buses.

 >>Score 10,000 points whil dragging each member of the Boy Band.
 >>Beat the sh** out of each of these 4 little lip sync-ing b*****ds.

Talk to one to begin the beating session, you will need to talk to each of
them and beat each of them up to win the challenge.  Kelly, T.J., Chuck F.,
and Joey Joe Joe deserve what's coming to them.

12.) Guard My Bike With Your A**
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
These guards can be found on the city-side.
 >>Ghost ride your bike into the 3 shopping center Security Guards.
 >>Press L1 button and R1 button while rolling to ghost ride your bike.
The first 2 are jumbled together near the police cars and paddywagon.  After
you handle these two, start your way down the left side of the 2nd strip of
stores.  You will find one patrolling jauntily, put him to rest to complete
the challenge.
13.) Destroy the visiting team's 'Go Pineapples' rally banner.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This banner can be found on the city-side, but you need to be on the parkside
to access it.

 >>Destroy the visiting team's 'Go Pineapples' rally banner.
 >>You gotta 'get up'.  Try jumping out of a wallride to reach it.

Head to the highway turn on the top corner of the parkside.  Follow this
highway down towards the city-side, before it ends, jump over the railing and
ride the ledge until you reach the banner.  As you begin to round the corner,
jump from the ledge to nail the banner.

14.) Land a 20 trick combo.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be done, anywhere.
 >>Land a 20 trick combo.
 >>Use manuals to string tricks together.
Pretty self-explanatory.  What I'd personally recommend is manualing, jumping
and pulling a modifier, then landing it with another manual, and repeating
until you reach 20.  Be creative.
15.) Deliver the Dinosaur Mascots to the boy band's bus.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The mascots are scattered around the level, once you speak to one of them you
will need to get all 5 to the boy band's bus located near the concert hall.

 >>Deliver the Dinosaur Mascots to the boy band's bus.
 >>The Dinosaur Mascots are scattered around Syracuse.

The locations of the 5 mascots are as followed:
 1.  Next to the statue the Pineapple was hung up to.
 2.  In the center of the store strip on the city-side.
 3.  Near the silver man that you did the Street Performer mission for.
 4.  Standing next to the circular steps near the fallen antenna.
 5.  Standing next to a gap transfer.  The transfer is at a spindle near the
     fallen antenna.

16.) Collect all 45 empty bottles in one run.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
17.) Find and pull all 20 gaps in the level.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

*****************************************************************************
*** Gaps contributed by [email protected], e-mail him with questions. ***
*****************************************************************************

  1.  From where you start, turn around and ride towards the white van. To
      the right of the white van is a snow mound. Ride up it, and towards
      the top, jump and land on the other side of it.

  2.  A little further to the right of the white van is a small set of
      stairs. Same procedure as gap description 1.

  3.  On the opposite side of the snow mound from gap description 1., you'll
      see a rock wall with both ends looping upward. The wall also has a
      little snow ramp against it. You need to grind on that wall and at the
      end of the grind, jump and land a grind on the structure's wall. The
      structure is what the pineapple dude hangs from.

  4.  From the start of the level, ride down the left side of the stairs so
      that you end up where the dude sits on his bike. Go left from him all
      the way to the last curved rock wall. You need to land a grind on it
      and towards the end where the wall loops upward jump and land on the
      upper area's ground.

  5.  Before you get to the last rock wall from gap description 4., there is
      an opening into the grass area on your left. When you ride in that
      area, in the middle, is a long snow hump that touches the rounded
      block wall down to the rock wall. You have to hit that hump, jump over
      the rock wall, and land on the ground. You may consider gaining speed
      before you hit the snow hump.

  6.  You need to grind on the left wall from where you start the level.
      Grind on it going away from the white van. That rock wall is also
      parallel to the boy band buses. At the end of your grind the wall
      starts curving upward. Towards the end, jump and land on the bottom
      power line.  NOTE: The two power lines connect to the same pole. Land
      a grind on the bottom one.

  7.  From the start of the level, go down the stairs and onto the snow
      scraper road. Take a left, and make your way up the stairs on the
      other side of the road. As soon as you reach the top of the stairs,
      take a right. Make your way to the snow mounded block with the tree in
      the middle.  You must ride up the mound and jump before you reach the
      very top and then land on the other side.

  8.  This one is weird if you have the parabolic cheat on. If you did gap
      description 7., you're probably wondering why the orange rainbow over
      the snow mound didn't disappear. For some odd reason that orange
      rainbow is suppose to point out grinding on the benches from one to
      the other. Therefore, in the same area as gap description 7., choose a
      bench, grind on it, and at the end, jump and land a grind on another
      bench.

  9.  If you look at the building beside the snow mound from gap description
      7., there is an ally that goes inside the building. Go through it to
      the other side. As soon as you come up out of the ally go right and
      look for the first ramp on your right. The ramp rests on the side of
      the building. You have to hit the ramp, slightly steering left, and
      landing on the upper level ramp.

 10.  Now that you're on the upper level, from gap description 9., go down
      the walkway that leads to the stairs. It's a long set of stairs. Jump
      a little before the top of the stairs, and land on the ground.

 11.  From gap description 10., Go back up the stairs and make your way
      around to the other side.  Ride down the other walkway. You must jump
      over the hand railing and land on the ground.

 12.  Ride the opposite direction from the long set of stairs from gap
      description 10. You will come to a set of ramps that have a small set
      of stairs in the middle. Their at the end of the building. There is
      one on your left and right. Choose whichever side. Hit one of the
      ramps and transfer over the small set of steps to the other ramp.

 13.  Above the road where the snow plow trucks are, there are some green
      signs. You need to jump and grind the metal grating that comes out
      from the signs, jump at the end of the grind to land a grind on the
      next sign's metal grating. This can be done from either side, and on
      either set of green signs.

 14.  From the start of the level, go down the stairs to the snow plow road.
      In front of you is a space in the middle wall that seperates the road.
      Start your grind on the middle wall from either side of the space.
      Jump at the end of your grind before that space and land another grind
      on the middle wall.

 15.  Go down to the snow plow road. Both sides have many ramps and you'll
      notice every so often there is a piece of wall sticking out. You can
      do this on any of them. Hit a ramp and transfer over the piece of wall
      sticking out.

 16.  From the start of the level go straight down the steps to the snow
      plow street. Go right as soon as you're on the street. At the end of
      the street you'll see a snow ramp. Hit the ramp and transfer over the
      middle railing.

 17.  Go to where the tv antenna falls. It's from the help the security
      guard mission. There are some brick steps that do nothing but circle
      back around. Hit a grind on the outer wall going up beside the steps.
      There will be a space because of the blue double door. Jump over the
      space from the grind and land back on the wall with another grind.
      NOTE: The wall you're grinding on is a small block wall topped with a
      single layer of bricks.

 18.  You have to get this gap after you've busted the pineapple mascot out
      of the paddywagon mission. Go into the hole in the building. As soon
      as you enter into the little skate park turn right. You must hit the
      ramp topped with orange and transfer over the space.

 19.  On the other side of the boy band buses, there are some truck loading
      docks. Grind on one of the edges of the loading docks, jump the space,
      and land a grind on another one.

 20.  Oh yes, oh yes, I saved this gap for last on purpose. This gap is the
      last one I got on the game. I had all the other gaps in the game for a
      long time while this one just laughed in my face. I payed too much
      attention to the orange of the parabolic code. Anyway, go down to the
      snow plow road. You must use the ramps down here to transfer over any
      of the green signs.  YES, THIS ONE WILL PISS YOU OFF. It made me break
      a controller. You'll definately have to build up speed for this one.
      You may also consider getting better bikes for better stats.

[7.6] UGP Roots Jam
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Information: You've made it to the UGP Roots Jam in Florida, the
            anti-competition!  You'll get two runs and the average of the
            two will determine your overall ranking.  To impress the judges
            make sure you pull a huge veriety of air tricks, modified tricks
            grinds, stalls -- pretty much everything you know -- and use the
            whole level.

Challenges:  1.)Rank 1st, 2nd, or 3rd to gain access to the new level.

1.) Rank 1st, 2nd, or 3rd to gain access to the new level.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Competitions can be rather tricky.  The judges critique everything you do,
and everything you do not.  Some things you want to keep in mind when
playing this type of level is that you need to use the entire course, because
the judges look for an array of tricks.  I recommend modifying every air
trick done with a spin, and always try to turn tricks into combos, by either
grinding or manualing on landing.  Crashing kills your score, so do it as
sparingly as possible.  Some notable places to hit combos in this level are
the outside grinds.  You can also use the enormous half-pipe and bowl to your
scoring advantage.  Another smart idea is to wait until the time runs out to
do your clock-wasting manuals.  When about 10 seconds are left, prep yourself
in a nice open area to begin your flatland tricks.  These can continue to be
done after the clock has run out, racking up some extra points on the side.
Once you have earned a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd rank, you will be able to access
Las Vegas.
Minimums for 1st Place at UGP Roots Jam:
 *200k score
 *12 DIFFERENT tricks
 *8-10 DIFFERENT modifier tricks
 *6 Grinds (different kinds = more points)
 *4 Stalls (different kinds = more points)
 *3-4 Walltaps/Fastplants
 *3-4 Wallrides
 *3-4 Manuals or Nose Manuals
 *2-3 Flatland Tricks
[7.7] Las Vegas
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Information: Explore the newest resort on the strip that caters to wealthy
            tourists, rednecks, and bmx riders alike.  Stare at a pair of
            giant boobs, stop a wedding, pick up a couple strippers, and
            maybe even decapitate somebody if lady luck smiles on you today.
            Long live Las Vegas!
Challenges:  1.)Let the Missionaries preach to you.
            2.)Talk to the Chunky Kid leaving the buffet.
            3.)Help out the sloshed Best Man.
            4.)Talk to the Cocktail Waitress.
            5.)Find the rider on the roof near the pools.
           20.)Score 1,000,000 points in a run.
1.) Let the Missionaries preach to you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When you begin the level, you will spawn on top of a car maintenace building.
Give the level a quick explore and take note of some certain places and their
respective locations.  Some notable areas are, the Scores Bar, the Docks, the
Castle, the Scores Bar roof, and the chef's pool area.  To complete the first
challenge, turn 180 degrees from where you spawn, and head forward to find
two man standing in front of an air balloon of a woman.  Chat them up.

       "HORNDAUG:  Ohhh, I'd like to show her my missionary position if you
                   know what I mean.
                   Oh, hi friend.  We were just discussing what we wanted to
                   do with this statue of sin.
        BYTHABUK:  Meaning how to get rid of it, right Joseph it?
        HORNDAUG:  Yes, that's it, get rid of it.  We would appreciate it if
                   you could help us go down on her.
        BYTHABUK:  He means get her down.
        HORNDAUG:  Yes, deflower her.
        BYTHABUK:  Oh heck Joseph, you mean DEFLATE her!
        HORNDAUG:  Right, sorry.  Can you do her, err, gosh I mean, do it?
                   For the children?
                   Heh heh, I said 'do it'."

 >>Grind across the giant inflated Showgirl's boobs.
 >>Find a jump that gets you up to the colored flags grind.

Now that you've got your mission, go back to your spawn and continue over to
the otherside containing the half-pipes and grass gaps.  Now turn a 180 as
soon as you get here.  Head back up to your spawn and use the ramp to jump up
to either the left or right poles that hold the wires connected to the
balloons bra.  Grind until you cross the heavenly mounds and you complete the
challenge.

2.) Talk to the Chunky Kid leaving the buffet.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The chunky kid can be found on the indy car track.  His location is between
the fallen pieces of the Showgirl balloon.
       "My dad's a jerk.  He ate all my shrimp coctails at the buffet.
        I hope he--- pukes!  Oh I know, gets dizzy real easy.
        I bet if you did some crazy air tricks he would get all dizzy, and
        blow chunks everywhere!
        That would be awesome!  Hurry before his stomach settles.  Use the
        big booby jump over there.
        Puke, puke, puke, puke---"
 >>Pull a 360 backflip using the boob jump.
 >>DOWN + SQUARE button pulls a backflip.  The L1 button or R1 button spins.
Charming kid.  Go down the gap made up of the Showgirls pieces.  You will
need to jump from the "boob jump" to the "butt jump" for this to work, not
the reverse.  So jump over the indy track railing and give your self enough
distance to gain some speed up to the balloon.  Hit the left side and jump,
you'll need to transfer this gap, not just pull the trick, to get the
challenge completed.  Carnage ensues.  Why, am I not surprised?
3.) Help out the sloshed Best Man.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now that the Chunky Kid's mission is complete, the castle will be opened up,
and the next challenge will be available.  Instead of the castle, head
towards the docks.  The Best Man can be found at the wedding on the boat, see
what he's been drinking.

       "This here's a shotgun wedding if I ever saw one.
        This b***h will ruin his life unless we do something.
        I ordered a 'special' cake that just might save his ass.
        Shhhh, seriously.  She don't love him, she only loves his trailer.
        Aww sh** man, I needs that.
        Do me a favor and get that ticket, and then pick up the cake.
        Thanks--- I 'preciate it."

 >>Find the claim check and pick up the cake.
 >>Then rush the cake back to the wedding.

Now if you've tried this challenge before and are anything like me, you
probably went left, because that is where the claim check floated off to
right?  Wrong.  Although the video shows the claim check going left, it's
actually on the complete opposite side.  So head up the indy track towards
the top of the level.  Up here you will find an opening leading to a set of
ramps leading to the pastry chef and some pools.  In this opening, the claim
check resides right above you, in the gap between the walls.  You will need
to go to the top of the ramp, grind your way down, and jump to snag this. Now
simply head up the chef and you'll recieve the cake.  Don't worry about
crashing, or sinking for that matter, as the challenge will not end and the
cake will not fall off.  Go back to the wedding and drop it off.  Dang, what
a best man to have.

4.) Talk to the Cocktail Waitress.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Cocktail Waitress is on the boardwalk right next to the docks.  See what
she's up to.
       "I swear, I've seen a lot of yahoos in my time, but that numb nuts at
        the guillotine there takes the cake.
        He keeps ordering stupid-ass drinks.
        You know if that blade were to fall somehow I bet nobody'd miss him.
        Hell, I'd be grateful."
 >>Grind the guillotine blade to silence the Best Man.
 >>Work the halfpipe and press the grind button while in the air.
Time to meet up with our old buddy the Best Man.  Head into the castle to
stumble into a world of past ages gone by.  There is a half-pipe to your
right, so jump into things and start getting some air in it.  The guillotine
is located right next to the half-pipe in the very center.  Get enough air to
grind the shaking grey lever and hit it with everything you got.  Disturbing!
5.) Find the rider on the roof near the pools.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This rider is located on the roof of the Scores Bar.  To get to the roof, you
must go around to the back of Scores and head up either of the two ramps
leading to the top.  This rider is located near the center of the combined
pools.

     ||Rider Challenge||

     The 900 Half Pipe Drop
     You really think you're the man?  Try this on for size player:
     --Pull a 900 spin during the half pipe drop transfer.

 >>Pull a 900 spin during the half pipe drop transfer.
 >>Use the L1 button or R1 button to spin quickly.

When you spawn you should be facing a set of connected half-pipes below you.
You will need to transfer from either of these to their even lower adjoining
half-pipes and pull a 900 while doing so.  Gain some air and speed before you
attempt the 900, then when you want to go for it, simply go off the very edge
with just enough angle to hover over to the lower ramp, spinning furiously.
Hey, it's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it.

6.) Find the caged S & M Lover dressed in bondage.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The S & M Lover is found in the castle.  He is in the second half-pipe
inward.  He is actually IN the half-pipe, behind a cage door, roll up and
here what he has to mumble.
       "Uh, hi.   Could you get me out of here?
        My dominatrix said she was going to show me a good time, but then
        she left.  That was a couple days ago.
        Can you find the release switch and get me out of here?"
 >>Find and grind the dungeon cage release switch.
 >>The cage release switch is high above the cage
The release switch isn't exactly "above the cage".  It's actually to the left
of it.  You will need to gain some speed in the half-bowl you're in and then
jump up to grind the pipe to the LEFT of the cage.  Continue grinding this
until the very end.  You will run into a big black ball looking thing and the
challenge will be completed.
7.) Impress the rider on the boardwalk.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Head onto the dock/boardwalk to the left of the boat vessels and to the
right of the Scores Bar.  Here you'll find a challenge awaits you.

     ||Rider Challenge||

     Tunnel Manual
     You really think you're the man?  Try this on for size player:
     --Pull a manual all the way through the tunnel.

 >>Pull a manual all the way through the tunnel.
 >>Do your best to avoid the speeding racers.

Go straight and jump onto the indy race track.  To your right is a tunnel,
you will need to grind all the way from the entrance to the exit on the
otherside, all while avoiding 3,4,5 racing cars.  The best way to do this is
to gain alot of speed coming towards the entrance, then immediatly jump into
a manual.  Hug either wall to avoid most cars, but be careful, some like to
hug the walls too.  If by chance a car comes toward you, simply jump it and
back into a manual.  This may not always work as some cars are coupled with
a second, just to get on your nerves.  Manual this mad crazy tunnel and you
get yourself a shiny new point.

8.) Show the rider in the castle some skills.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This rider is quite simply, in the castle.  You can find them standing to
the left of the half-pipe... which contains, oddly, a severed human head.
     ||Rider Challenge||
     Rattle The Head
     You want more respect around here?  See if you can pull this off:
     --Collect the sloshed Best Man's head and score 40,000 points.
 >>Collect the sloshed Best Man's head and score 40,000 points.
 >>Simply run into his head to collect it.
Well uh... ok then.  Jump into the half pipe to find the Best Man's head
smack dab in the middle of it.  Then do your best to hit the 40,000 point
mark in the minute you've been given.  Although creepy, wasn't it worth it?
9.) Drag the Lounge Singer around the level and score 25,000 points.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You can find the Lounge Singer spitting out crappy tunes by the alcohol in
the Scores Bar.

 >>Drag the Lounge Singer around the level and score 25,000 points.
 >>Simply run into the Lounge Singer to drag him around.

As soon as you grab onto him, all you will have to do is score 25,000 measly
points.  This can be accomplished by breaking through the Scores Bar glass
and using the half-pipes to their utmost potential.  Mark it up.

10.) Jump over the visiting Tour Group, guide and all.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The tour group is just behind you when you spawn on the level.  They are at
the left corner of the Indy Car Shop.
 >>Jump over the visiting Tour Group, guide and all.
 >>The Tour Group is behind the hotel.
When you spawn, head down towards the grassy half-pipe, but immediately turn
around before you get there.  Head back towards the spawn's ramp, and instead
of jumping it, grind its left side.  When you reach the end, your bike will
automatically clear the Tour Group, making another challenge bite the dust.
11.) Pull a 500 foot grind anywhere in the level.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be done almost anywhere.

 >>Pull a 500 foot grind anywhere in the level.
 >>To grind, press TRIANGLE button when near an edge.

This can be a little bit tricky sometimes, but some notable places to pull
this off are:
The Castle -- you can use the same grind that you did to release
 the caged S&M guy to grind your way to the boats, and then continuously
 circle them.
The Track's Wall -- this thing goes around the entire level, I'm sure you
 can use this to your advantage.

12.) Break the 6 glass awnings in the grassy half pipe.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is directly infront of you when you spawn the level.
 >>Break the 6 glass awnings in the grassy half pipe.
 >>Ride the grassy half pipe and get big air to break them.
To beat this you pretty much need to able to hit big air.  There are 6 of
these located high above the half-pipes, 3 on each side, 1 on each ramp.
Keep your speed up and you should be able to hit each of these without much
effort.  If for some insanely odd reason you can't reach these, try going up
to the Chef's pool and using the flag wire grind all the way down to the top
of the half-pipe's platform containing the awnings.  A little extreme, but
whatever works for you.
13.) Land a 25 trick combo.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be done, anywhere.

 >>Land a 25 trick combo.
 >>Use manuals to string tricks together.

Pretty self-explanatory.  What I'd personally recommend is manualing, jumping
and pulling a modifier, then landing it with another manual, and repeating
until you reach 25.  Be creative.

14.) Deliver the Scores Strippers to the bar at Scores Vegas.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The strippers are scattered around the level, once you speak to one of them
you will need to get all 5 to the Scores Bar located in the Scores building.
 >>Deliver the Scores Strippers to the bar at Scores Vegas.
 >>The Scores Strippers are scattered around the resort.
The locations of the 5 strippers are as followed:
 1.  Through the glass wall, in the half-pipe, next to the Scores Bar.
 2.  In the grass, to the left of the entrance of the Scores Bar.
 3.  In the middle of the grassy half-pipe.
 4.  Next to the Palm Tree near the spawn, she is standing near the track.
 5.  To the left of the entrance of the Chef's pools, she is standing near
     the track.
15.) Collect all 45 casino chips in one run.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

16.) Grind transfer from the yacht rail to the Deuces billboard sign.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The yacht is located to the left of main dock/boardwalk.  It is blue, jump
the railing to gain access to it.
 >>Grind transfer from the yacht rail to the Deuces billboard sign.
 >>Hold RIGHT when jumping out of a grind to transfer right.
Get a pedaling start and jump+grind the left railing of the boat, at the last
possible second, jump and grind to the billboard sign.
17.) Find and pull all 20 gaps in the level.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

*****************************************************************************
*** Gaps contributed by [email protected], e-mail him with questions. ***
*****************************************************************************

  1.  The little ramp that you sit on when you start the stage is what we
      need to use for this gap.  You can do this from either side. Just ride
      up it and before you reach the top, jump and land on the other side.

  2.  From where you start the level, go down where the six ramps are that
      have the glass above them. Just transfer from one of those ramps to
      another.

  3.  From where you start the level, ride towards the six ramps with glass
      above them. You may want to hit one of them to gain some speed. After
      that, ride towards where you start the level.  When you come back to
      the ramp you start the level on, grind on the right side of it. What
      you need to grind on is blue. At the end of your grind, jump and land
      a grind on the block wall that connects to the scores club.

  4.  On the outside of the six ramps that have glass above them, there are
      blue bleachers. Jump and grind on them, then jump the space and land a
      grind back on another set of bleachers.

  5.  Same as gap description 4., Just do it on the other side.

  6.  From the start of the level ride towards the six ramps with glass
      above them. After you pass the second one on the right, ride up the
      grass hill, cross the race track and ride up into the green area.(It's
      the area where the cake dude is) Jump and grind the outside wall that
      goes downward. You can do this from either side. When the grind comes
      to an end jump the small entrance space and land back on the wall.

  7.  Grind the outside wall again like you did in gap description 6., but
      this time face the cake dude. When facing him, take a right and grind
      on that outside wall. Jump the small entrance space and land a grind
      on the wall again. Soon after that your going to have to jump and land
      a grind on the ledge that is connected to the side of the building.
      (It's like a flower holder ledge) At the end of that grind, jump and
      land a grind on the next flower holder ledge.

  8.  The cake dude from gap description 6. is what we are using here. Face
      the same direction as him when you get beside him. We need to go down
      in the left side. hit the lighter colored ramp on the left and steer
      slightly right when your coming off the ramp to transfer to the other
      side. To help you find this, it's like a block structure that has pink
      flowers and a light post on top. You need to transfer over that.

  9.  Head to the entrance of the boat where the couple is to be wed. Sit
      outside of the entrance and face the sign above that reads Lust Boat.
      You need to grind on the pole that is white on top. It's right beside
      the entrance to that boat on the left. When you grind on it, the pole
      will start to curve to the right. Jump as late as you can before the
      pole curves. You need to land a grind from that pole and then land a
      another grind on the wall of the race track.

 10.  Facing the Lust Boat sign from gap description 9., go left to the end
      of the rail, then take a right towards the wooden dock. Take another
      left in between the race track wall and another rail. You need to ride
      to the billboard sign that reads DEUCES' WILDCLUB. There are three of
      those signs on the billboard. Land a grind on the edge of that
      billboard sign, jump, and then land a grind on the right pole of the
      boat. This can also be done from the pole of the boat to the billboard
      sign.

 11.  This must be done after you deflate the showgirl. When she deflates,
      she can be used as a ramp by the race track. Do just that. Just jump
      from one side to the other.

 12.  This must be done after you make the fat kid's dad puke. It opens that
      area where there are skeletons in the cages. There are two bowl like
      things in here. One is big and one is small. Transfer from one to the
      other.

 13.  While in the same area as gap description 12., gain some height in the
      bigger bowl. Once your high enough while jumping up on the guillotine
      side, slightly steer right when jumping to land on those blue cable
      things. Ride your grind all the way around and those blue things will
      end on a ledge. Keep grinding until you reach the end of that ledge.
      Then jump and land a grind on the other ledge across from the one you
      were just on.

 14.  This must be done after you grind the guillotine ledge mission. Ride
      down on the dock where the cocktail waitress walks around.(She's
      dressed in red) Face the railing at the end of the dock. That is the
      railing you need to grind on. Grind it to where your going in the
      direction of the boats. Jump off the grind and land another grind on
      the boat's railing.

 15.  Go to the scores showroom. There are two sets of half pipes where
      glass can be broken beside them. If your in the showroom facing the
      bar, go through the glass on your right. Use that half pipe to
      transfer from the bottom to the top half pipe. This can also be done
      top to bottom.

 16.  From gap description 15. If you went from bottom to top. Stay on top
      once you've landed. You need to land a grind on the part of the half
      pipe that is against the building. When you grind on it, you need to
      be going in the opposite direction of where you can ride to the very
      top of the building. At the end of the grind, jump and land another
      grind on the nearby pole.  This can also be done on other side where
      the part of the half pipe is against the building.

 17.  I suggest the cheat parabolic on this one because there are a few blue
      bowls, that way you'll know what I'm talking about. When you ride to
      the very top of the scores showroom. Go to the nearest blue bowl. You
      must jump out of that blue bowl and land into another blue bowl that
      is a little lower down from the one your jumping out of.

 18.  When you're at the bottom of the scores showroom, near the DEUCES'
      WILDCLUB billboard, there will be three humps. If you face the
      billboard the humps will be on your left. At the peak of each hump
      there will be a gold spinning dollar sign. We need to jump the first
      one.  So grind the rail and jump the dollar sign, then land your grind
      back on the rail again.

 19.  When facing the bar in the scores showroom, go right, to the half
      pipe. You need to grind the top of the half pipe on your right. At the
      end of that grind there will be a small piece of hand railing. Jump a
      little before the end of that. Off of that grind, your jump has to go
      over the first hand rail and you need to land a grind on the next hand
      rail a little below the one you just jumped over.

 20.  Ride to the top of the scores showroom using the long ramp that is
      colored grey with tannish-yellow dots. At the top of it, to your left,
      you will see three gold dollar signs spinning.  You need to grind on
      that rail and jump over the three gold spinning dollar signs,and of
      course, landing your grind back onto the rail.

[7.8] Launch Pad 69
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Information: A run down rocket site well past it's heydey, Launch Pad 69 is
            home to a classified military program that is secretly traning
            space monkeys for a mission to Mars in 2005.  Free the space
            monkeys, probe the aliens, and blow sh** up as you pull burly
            tricks through the government's best kept BMX secret.

Challenges:  1.)Go talk to the Rocket Mechanic.
            2.)Get taunted by the Flying Mechanics.
            3.)Help the Satellite Technician go on a permanent break.
            4.)Grind free the orange-jumpsuited Space Monkeys.
            5.)Hit the LAUNCH button to trigger the rocket.
            6.)Seek out the Hippie Protestor.
            7.)Confuse the Rocket Scientist.
            8.)Find the rider by the dirt jumps.
            9.)Impress the rider on the observation deck.
           10.)Show the rider in the hanger some skills.
           11.)Spear 5 aliens with the probe.
           12.)Pull three rocket air tricks underneath the rocket.
           13.)Jump over 3 barrels inside the hangar.
           14.)Land a 30 trick combo.
           15.)Deliver the Diapered Monkeys to the Hippie Protestor.
           16.)Collect all 45 bananas in one run.
           17.)Find and pull all 20 gaps in the level.
           18.)Score 250,000 points in a run.
           19.)Score 500,000 points in a run.
           20.)Score 1,000,000 points in a run.

1.) Go talk to the Rocket Mechanic.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Give the map a quick explore before you start in one the challenges.
Specific places to take note on are : The Space Shuttle, the monkey holding
pens, and the Hanger building.  Two find the Rocket Mechanic, head towards
the Space Shuttle to the right of the spawn.  On the way, you will come upon
a half-pipe that contains a rocket sled and two sets of stairs leading to a
platform adjoining to it.  It is on this platform that you will find the
mechanic.
     "Hey watch it, this is a multi-billion dollar equipment.  Be careful
      riding around here man.
      And whatever you do, don't GRIND that SWITCH over there or this
      thing'll turn on.
      Now if you'll excuse me, union rules require that I go on my break
      right now."
 >>Grind the 'on' switch to activate the rocket sled.
 >>Get up to the switch by jumping from a grind.
To find the switch, go down the right set of stairs and turn left, heading
parallel to the rocket sled half-pipe.  You will almost immediately come upon
another set of stairs (not the ramp, actual stairs).  You will need to grind
the staircase's right railing, then jump and grind the button protuding from
the grated floor.  This can be tricky, as you need to time it just right to
hit the very tip top of the railing, at a quick speed, to launch yourself
enough air to grapple onto the button.  Once you get it, a nice FMV sqequence
will show you where our "multi-billion dollars" in taxes are going.  The
Hanger building is now accessible.
2.) Get taunted by the Flying Mechanics.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Head into the Hanger after you have completed the rocket sled mission.  The
Flying Mechanic can be found in the back corner, hovering near a half bowl.

     "Get out of here punk.  We're doing delicate work, and it's very
      dangerous.
      Besides, you couldn't get up here on that gravitationally locked
      bi-wheel human-powered vehicle.
      Look around - the only people getting 'air' here are the ones with jet
      packs.  Now beat it!"

 >>Collide with both Flying Mechanics.
 >>The bowl underneath the Flying Mechanics is where you need to be.

Hmm, well let's see how right this genius is.  Get yourself some decent speed
and hit one of the quarter-pipes this guy is floating around.  You will fly
up a good distance to see a ledge and a railing, grind this.  Once you start
grinding, jump onto the ledge and look around.  See the two mechanics?  All
you have to do is grind past and lead into each of them.  There's now a jet
pack located in the Hanger for you to equip once you've completed this
challenge... wonder what it's for.

3.) Help the Satellite Technician go on a permanent break.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Go back to the half-pipe that is now cleared of it's previous rocket-sled
inhabitant.  To the Space Shuttle side of it, you will find a man gazing at
something.  See what he has to say.
     "The concussion of the explosion weakened the structural integrity of
      the crane.
      The slightest vibration and the metal will collapse.
      In other words, we're up sh** creek with a paddle lodged in our a**.
      Oh well, I'm goin' on my break!"
 >>Get up to and simply touch the hanging satellite.
 >>A stall, grind, walltap, fastplant, or wallride will work.
Immediatly jump into the half-pipe and get to work.  All you need to do is
get up to the satellite and stall/grind/walltap/fastplant/wallride it and
your job is done.  Havoc insues, but hey, when doesn't it in this game?  You
can now enter the control center.
4.) Grind free the orange-jumpsuited Space Monkeys.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The cage holding the Space Monkeys can be found to the left of the spawn,
above the holding pen for the diapered monkeys.  This area contains two
long quarter-pipes split with an equally long spine.  A large red-white
structural support surrounds it.

 >>Grind free the orange-jumpsuited Space Monkeys.
 >>Grind across the top of their suspended cage to open it.

This can be very tricky.  You WILL need to make the transfer from the red &
white structure to complete this challenge, trust me, I've tried everything
else.  The red cage is dangling above the diapered monkey pens inbetween two
hanging half-pipes.  To make this grind, you will need to get to the upper
railing above the quarter pipes to the left of the cage, to do that, gain
some speed and hit the farthest left you can go on the pipe.  Do a stall and
jump up to a stop on top of the ledge.  From here gain as much possible speed
and hop onto the grind before you get close to the cut off, then jump as you
round a dark, circular end, and complete this by grinding the cage to release
the Space Monkeys.  So why did you stall?  Well, even if you could do massive
amounts of air and speed, when you grapple onto the top railing, it will slow
you down just enough to make it more difficult then it has to be when trying
to do the transfer.  I had trouble with this for awhile before figuring that
I could just gain speed on the top, then having to worry about gaining it
down below.  Now onto bigger fish.

5.) Hit the LAUNCH button to trigger the rocket.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is located in the Control Center that the Satellite mission unlocked.
This building is underneath the spawn.
 >>Hit the LAUNCH button and deliver the 3 Space Monkeys.
 >>Get the Space Monkeys in orange jumpsuits to the rocket elevator.
To activate the LAUNCH button, you just have to run into it, either by using
the wooden ramp, or by grinding the ledge next to it and jumping into it.  To
get the Space Monkeys, head over to the cage you freed them from.  The 3
monkeys are scattered around in here.  All 3 will latch onto your bike at
once, kind of like the clowns in Sheep Hills.  These guys are pesky lil runts
though, as they will jump out of your way when you head towards them.
The first is located just under the cage.  The second is located at the end
of the long quarter pipe near the dirt jumps.  The third is located on the
red-white structure you rinded earlier, except this monkey is in the opposite
direction.  So jump up to it, but this time, head the other way.  You should
pickup the last monkey by leaning into it.  Now jump off and head to the
shuttle's elevator.  Poor monkey. :(
6.) Seek out the Hippie Protestor.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Head to the exit of the military base.  It's to the right of the shuttle on
the edge of the level near a camper.  It's basically to the immediate right
of the spawn if you continue to follow the building's wall.

     "Oh wow man, you've gotta like, free the monkeys or something.
      The 'man' wants to blast them into space, it's a real downer.
      If you talk to them in like, your freestyle language, they should
      like, literally go ape sh**.
      They like tricks.  Or is it that they do tricks?
      Man I'm so baked!  Where'd those brownies go??"

 >>Pull 6 different flatland tricks to excite the monkeys.
 >>Start all flatland tricks from manuals or nose wheelies.

After stoner boy gives you a lecture, you'll need to perform 6 DIFFERENT
flatland tricks for the monkeys.  You can perform these anywhere on the level
to release the diapered monkeys from their pens.  Good times.

7.) Confuse the Rocket Scientist.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The scientist can be found by following the ramps in the hanger up to an
autopsy room.  This room is also accesible through the outside by a grated
ramp near the monkey pens.
     "My brain is a perfect computer.  I can turn any form of movement into
      a mathematical equation.
      It's a real hit with the ladies... well at least that's what my mom
      says."
 >>Pull a 360 nothing air over the alien autopsy.
 >>DOWN+LEFT, DOWN+RIGHT and MODIFIER for a nothing air.
Get some speed from the two ramps on either side of the alien, then jump the
alien with a 360 Nothing.  If your controller is as messed up as mine, or if
you keep getting tricks other then a Nothing, then use the analog stick, it
works just as well if not better at these tricky controller positions.
8.) Find the rider by the dirt jumps.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You can find this rider at the dirt jumps to the left of the monkey pens.
The dirt jumps are to the left of the cage, and the very end of the long
quarter pipe.

     ||Rider Challenge||

     Launch Sirens
     Prove to me that your kung-fu is strong, young grasshopper:
     --Grind into the 4 golden elevated launch sirens.

 >>Grind into the 4 golden elevated launch sirens.
 >>Look up.  They are on the tops of the poles.

You'll have only 1:15 to get this mission done, so be quick about it.  Head
up the ramp toward the Hanger as if you were going to the autopsy room.  Stop
when you get to the entrance and look to your right.  You will see a wire
leading down, and a golden siren.  At this golden siren, there are 3 seperate
wires leading to each of the other 3 sirens.  So gain some speed and grab the
wire to snag the first siren, then jump to either, Right, Center, or Left.
Get each wire's corresponding siren and you will have one less challenge to
worry about.  Note:  The left wire needs to be transferred to the left wire
when meeting the fork.

9.) Impress the rider on the observation deck.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This rider can be found to the left of the shuttle.  To get up to the
observation deck, you will need to transfer from the lower ramp (near the
"Danger"/"Caution"/"Warning" signs) to the upper left ramp.  You can also
transfer from the lower ramp to the right ramp, and then grind the rail over.
     ||Rider Challenge||
     Open The Fuel Valves
     You want more respect around here?  See if you can pull this off:
     --Grind open the 4 fuel valves that circle the rocket.
 >>Grind open the 4 fuel valves that circle the rocket.
 >>Make sure to time your grind transfer perfectly.
Pefectly?  By no stretch of imagination.  Look to the right of the rider to
see an air catcher.  Beyond it over the railing, is a brass rail that leads
to the rocket.  Jump and grind this and follow it all the way around the
rocket to snage all of the fuel valves.  Good work.
10.) Show the rider in the hangar some skills.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You can find this mental giant circling around inside the hanger.  See what
the rider wants and be on with your game.

     ||Rider Challenge||

     The Unauthorized Gap
     You really think you're the man?  Try this on for size player:
     --Pull the 'unauthorized gap' between hangar halfpipes.

 >>Pull the 'unauthorized gap' between hangar halfpipes.
 >>Get height in the lower halfpipe until you can reach the upper one.

Hop into the half-pipe directly infront of you.  Work it until you can easily
see yourself clearing the wooden barricade covering the other half-pipes side
and hurdle yourself into it.  Challenge complete.

11.) Spear 5 aliens with the probe.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Go to the ramp that you would normally take to reach the observation deck,
except this time, go Right when transferring.
 >>Spear 5 aliens with the probe.
 >>Spear them one-by-one and return each to the Cosmonaut.
Directly infront of you, you will find 3 valuable things.  A russian, an
alien, and a probe.  Grab the probe and snag the alien, return him to the
russian.  This is basically the idea for the other 4 aliens aswell:
 1.  Next to the probe.
 2.  On the observation deck.
 3.  Down behind the rocket.
 4.  Infront of the rocket.
 5.  Inside the entryway of the hangar.
12.) Pull three rocket air tricks underneath the rocket.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Head to the shuttle, there are two bowls connected by a hallway containing
a spine.  Drop in.

 >>Pull three rocket air tricks underneath the rocket.
 >>Press UP-LEFT + CIRCLE button to pull a rocket air.

These must be done on the spine underneath the rocket in between the two
bowls.  Three rocket airs will do, nothing fancy actually.  One more
challenge, down and out.

13.) Jump over 3 barrels inside the hangar.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Inside the hangar, on along the back wall.  There are barrels falling from
the upper level, rolling through a small passageway.
 >>Jump over 3 barrels inside the hangar.
 >>The barrels move along the back wall of the hangar.
Any three barrels will do, just simply bunnyhop three individual rolling
barrels and the challenge is complete.  (I think the game is really starting
to struggle in finding challenges at this point)
14.) Land a 30 trick combo.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be done, anywhere.

 >>Land a 30 trick combo.
 >>Use manuals to string tricks together.

Pretty self-explanatory.  What I'd personally recommend is manualing, jumping
and pulling a modifier, then landing it with another manual, and repeating
until you reach 30.  Be creative.

15.) Deliver the Diapered Monkeys to the Hippie Protestor.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The monkeys are scattered around the monkey pens, once you speak to one of
them you will need to get all 5 to the Hippie located in the Scores building.
 >>Deliver the Diapered Monkeys to the Hippie Protestor.
 >>The Diapered Monkeys are Space Monkeys In Training.
The locations of the 5 monkeys are as followed:
 1.  Inside the room with the pens.
 2.  Just outside the room with the pens.
 3.  Hanging from the structure above the platform that leads to the autopsy
     room entrance.
 4.  On the platform that leads to the autopsy room entrance.
 5.  On the opposite side of the platform, away from the pens.
16.) Collect all 45 bananas in one run.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

17.) Find and pull all 20 gaps in the level.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
*****************************************************************************
*** Gaps contributed by [email protected], e-mail him with questions. ***
*****************************************************************************
  1.  From the start of the stage, go right to where the hippie is. Behind
      the hippie is a white and orange lever.(the lever is for traffic
      checking in. I don't know what else to call it)Anyway, grind up it and
      jump off so you can land a grind on the power line.
  2.  From the start of the level, go left and down to where the monkeys
      hang out.(the monkeys appear after you do the hippie mission) The
      structure of ramps and stuff is where you need to be. It's where the
      red and white steel beams start. I think you can do this from either
      side.  Get on the outside of that structure and you will see the whole
      outside is like a half pipe ramp except the little boarded one
      sticking out and a long grated one sticking out on down the ramp a
      little bit. Obviously, transfer over the short boarded one.
  3.  If you read gap description 2., do a transfer over the long grated
      ramp.
  4.  Stay in the same area as gap description 2. Look around for three iron
      like ramps. There is actually six of them, but there are three on each
      side, back to back with a wall in between them. The iron ramps are
      topped with a yellowish-orange color. You need to jump the middle one
      to the other side. Hit the ramp, jumping so that you land on the iron
      color part of the iron ramp on the other side.
  5.  From the start of the level, Go straight and a little right. Like a
      diagonally up+right, but with a lot of up to it. You'll see a small
      grey colored ramp. Jump it from one side to the other. There are three
      of these ramps, one behind the other. You might be able to hit one of
      them instead, but I jumped the first one.
  6.  From the start of the stage, ride straight to the other end of the
      stage. There will be a ramp walkway near that you need to ride up. The
      ramp walkway is towards, and where the aliens are. When you ride up
      the ramp walkway and go straight you'll come to a half pipe ramp where
      you can do a transfer from lower to higher. Do just that. I transfered
      to the left upper ramp.  You can go higher to lower, or transfer to
      the other upper ramp I think, but I did it the way I described it.
  7.  If you transfered to the upper left ramp from gap description 6., ride
      towards the rocket and you'll see a small wooden ramp. Hit that ramp
      and land in the bowl.
  8.  Towards where the monkeys hang around, Find the real long ramp.
      There's dirt all around it.  Hit that ramp steering slightly to the
      right so that you can grind the power line above, going right. You'll
      have to jump and land another grind on the power line that connects to
      the red and white steel beams. From that grind, jump and grind on the
      edge of the red and white steel beams.
  9.  Ride over to the orange spacesuit monkey cage. Look for the wall
      reading Respect the Monkeys.  The letters are red. Underneath the
      writing is a ramp. You need to grind on it towards all of those monkey
      cages. There will be a small space. Just jump and land another grind
      on those red monkey cages.
 10.  When your in the same area as gap description 9., face the orange
      spacesuit monkey's cage.  To the left is a ramp that leans up against
      the building. Hit it steering slightly right, and grind on the red and
      white steel beam above. Jump at the end of it and land a grind on the
      orange space suited monkey's cage. This gives you the gap and the
      mission of freeing the orange space suited monkey's mission.
 11.  Go to where the rocket scientist is. Just jump over the alien autopsy.
 12.  When you are exiting the rocket scientists room, go straight and down
      the brown grating.  There is a yellow pole on your left. Grind on that
      pole, jump the small space, and of course land your grind back on the
      yellow pole.
 13.  Ride up the ramp walkway from gap description 6. Go straight to the
      end where the ramp sits.  Transfer to the upper right side. No that
      wasn't the gap. Now that your up here, go the opposite direction of
      the ramp you transfered onto. You'll come to another ramp. Hit it and
      grind or stall on the pole above.
 14.  Go like your doing gap description 13. again, only this time transfer
      to the upper left. Once your on top, face the ramp you landed on. To
      the left is a yellow rail. Grind on it going the opposite direction of
      the ramp you landed on. Jump before the pole ends and land on the
      brown pole. The brown pole is the real long pole that swivels its way
      all the way around the rocket.
 15.  Go into the hangar.(You must have completed the Rock the Satellite
      mission to access the hangar) Look for the two boarded half pipes. One
      is higher than the other. Transfer from top to bottom, or from bottom
      to top.
 16.  This must be done after you complete the mission of colliding with the
      flying mechanics. Go in the hangar. Find the tail of the plane. Grind
      up the middle of it. Before you reach the top you need to jump and
      grind again so that you grind the top.
 17.  Ride over to where the flying mechanics were. Hit that ramp so that
      you can grind, or stall on the rail above. Jump from your grind or
      stall so that your on the grating. Ride towards where the barrels are
      falling. When you come to a gap in the grating, just jump over it to
      land back on the grating. I think this can be done on either side.
 18.  This must be done after the space monkeys were delivered to the rocket
      mission. Face the structure that held the rocket up. There are two
      bowls here, one on the left and one on the right. We're going to be
      transfering into the right one. When the rocket was destroyed it left
      some half pipes. Use the half pipe before the right bowl to transfer
      into the bowl.
 19.  This must also be done after the space monkeys were delivered to the
      rocket mission. From the start of the stage, go right and hit the
      first half pipe and transfer to the next half pipe that's beside the
      one your jumping from.
 20.  Like gap description 6., transfer to the upper left. When your up here
      there will be three small brown ramps. Hit the one in the middle and
      land all the way down on the ground.
8. BIKE PARTS LIST
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
The Bronx, NYC
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 1.  FORK       : This is found on a wire high above the dirt jumps.  To get
                  to the fork, you must go to the staircase leading to the
                  train stop.  Pedal up the staircase until you reach the
                  first landing.  To the left you will see a set of wires,
                  so jump over the railing and grind them down towards the
                  skatepark.  You will snatch up this bike part along the
                  way.

 2.  HANDLEBARS : These can be found inside the pool.  The hard way of
                  getting to these is by coordinating your jump to land
                  directly on the water above the part and sink down into
                  them.  The easy way is to simply complete the Fireman
                  mission so the pool is drained.  That way you can just
                  ride down in and grab it.

 3.  REAR TIRE  : The tire is located in the burned out building from the
                  Homeless Jones mission.  To get inside the building, you
                  need to turn to your right directly from the spawn.  Head
                  toward the building parallel to the sidewalk you are on
                  and jump over the concrete wall to hop into the opening.
                  If you grind immediatly when entering, you will grab onto
                  a bar that will lead you straight into the part.

 4.  CRANKS     : On a distant building's catwalk, the cranks will be
                  floating on its edge.  To get onto the catwalk, you need
                  to climb the stairs of the train stop and head down into
                  the set of tracks.  Go to the right side of the tracks and
                  through 2 openings in the walls to reach the opposite
                  side.  You should be over the street, on the side closest
                  to the spawn.  Now turn right and continue down towards
                  the level exit.  To your left you will see a buidling with
                  a catwalk wrapping around it.  Jump from the tracks and
                  land on this catwalk.  Go upwards on the rightside and
                  start grinding the rail, you will meet a gap between a
                  second rail, so jump and grind onto this.  Keep grinding
                  and you will snag the part.

9. MULTIPLAYER

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Multiplayer begins with both players selecting their desired characters and
board.  Each board has 3 seperate challenges that can be completed, Skillz,
Paintball, and Strip Challenge.  I will give a general explanation of each of
these challenges in the following text.

------
Skillz
------
Think you got the skills to pay the bills?  Take on a buddy in a fast and
furious two minute run.  The one with the most points at the end of the run
earns the right to talk trash.  Score points any way you can: Grinds, Tricks,
Stalls, Modifiers, Combos - Just make sure you score more than your opponent
or else you'll hear about it!

 >>Go Head-To-Head for the highest score over a two minute run!

Basically it's a full out brawl on who can do the best in two minutes, at the
same time.  You will not be able to knock over the other player by running
into them, and you will not be able to shoot them down or interfere with them
in any way.

---------
Paintball
---------
Shoot the rider three times before he collects the ten boombox pickups
scattered around the level.  Use the L1 button AND R1 button to CYCLE BETWEEN
THE PAINTBALL PROJECTILES.  USE THE CIRCLE button OR X button to FIRE.  Each
player gets 90 seconds to ride and 90 seconds to shoot -- the one with the
most boomboxes collected at the end of the round wins.  Happy Hunting!

 >>Collect all the boomboxes before you opponent snipes you!

Basically one player will need to grab all the boombox icons before the other
player blows him to pieces.  There are 10 boomboxes floating around the level
and 1 hidden sniper trying to stop you from getting any of them.  The sniper
cannot be touched as he/she is hidden inside the level aiming at the other
player.  The sniper has several types of ammunition/guns, cycled by the R1
and L1 buttons.
 1.  Roman Candle, which is good for long distance sniping but bad for
     inaccurate shots, as it has a 1 shot per 2 seconds rate of fire.
 2.  SubMachine Gun, pretty good for spraying and praying, althought holding
     the button down decreases your chance of actually hitting the player.
 3.  Machine Gun, awesome for a spray and pray job.  Holding down the FIRE
     button will only effect accuracy minimumly.
 4.  Grenade Launcher, these operate on a 4 second second timer and shoot
     extremely limited distances.  Good for a type of mine-field and nothing
     else.
 5.  Rocket Launcher, a slower type of projectile, this is very useful as it
     has a good blast radius, is extremely accurate, and has infinite
     distance.

---------------
Strip Challenge
---------------
Go for the Biggest Combo.  Each time you break the record, your opponent
loses an article of clothing.  Kepp going until one of you gets nekkid!

 >>Go for the Biggest Combo.  Each time you break the record, your opponent
   loses an article of clothing.  Kepp going until one of you gets nekkid!

Each time a record breaking amount of combos (record meaning, challenge, not
any record you placed while playing the Hardcore Tour) the other player loses
an article of clothing.  Kind of like Strip Poker, without the nudity.  No
matter which player you choose, you will be given 4 random articles of
clothing.  To best win this challenge, you will have to go in ascending order
of combos, 3-4-5-6.  On the completion of 6-combo trick, the game will be
ended as long as only one player has done ALL the combos.  However, in a good
equally matched competition, the combos could go up to the 10-combo to decide
a final winner.

14. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

1) Q: Is this game censored?

  A: Yes and no.  For the PS2 Version, all bare nipples have been removed,
     all curse words and phrases are still said, and sexual content remains.
     XBOX and GameCube versions have your nipples if you need them.

2) Q: Is this a Dave Mirra sequel?

  A: No.  While it bares the same engine as the 2 Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX
     games, it is not credited to him in anyway.  Rumors have circulated
     that Acclaim wanted complete control over the project, and not having
     to fear the negative impact on Mirra and the other professional
     riders and their respective sponsors.  Acclaim has announced they are
     planning on a Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 3 for next year.  His contract
     with Acclaim was extended until 2007.

3) Q: Is this game any good?

  A: Depends on what you like.  Like Dave Mirra/Mat Hoffman/Tony Hawk games?
     If you do, you'll enjoy it.

4) Q: Where can I find pictures of the unedited version?

  A: I'm sure if you search around the internet you'll be able to find
     something.  There have been reports of screenshots being on Eurogamer.

5) Q: How come I can't find the game at Wal-Mart/Toys 'R Us/KB Toys?

  A: Because those retailers have refused to stock the game.  Also to ban
     BMX XXX... the entire country of Australia.

6) Q: I can't do mission X because I don't have the Xth bike!  What should I
     do?

  A: Well first look into the list of bike parts and their locations found
     in the FAQ.  Second, although a better bike helps you in the game, it's
     not necessarily needed to complete ANY challenge.  This FAQ was written
     entirely on the first default bike.

7) Q: I delivered the 5 X for the X level, but I can still do the challenge
     over and over again.  Am I doing something wrong?

  A: No.  The delivery missions can be done however many times you want,
     you will get the the completed challenge the first time you do it, but
     for some reason you can do it again if you wish.

8) Q: Where's the park editor?

  A: I honestly don't know.  There was one developed with the game
     supposedly, but it was taken out last minute.  There have also been
     reports of the cheat code BULLETPOINT unlocking the Park Editor, but
     all the code seems to do is crash the game.  Possibly because the game
     is trying to access something that no longer exists.

9) Q: How do I change bikes?

  A: You cannot choose which bike you want to ride.  One of the game's main
     objectives is to get all the bike parts in a level, there are 6 bike
     parts to complete a bike, and 4 located on each level.  Once you have
     completed a bike, you will need to exit the level, and return for your
     new bike to appear.  New bikes boost attributes, and they cannot be
     selected.  An example of this is, if I would wish to use my 2nd bike
     because I like the colors better then my 3rd bike, I will not have the
     option of returning to the 2nd bike.
