 ________________________________________________________________
|_100 Meter______________________________________________________|

The most simple event on this game. You will race against 3
opponents and you will have to beat all others to the finish
line. Remember, wait for the gun to go off before running
 or you will be disqualified.

The controls are simple. Press repeatedly the A and B buttons
to build up speed.  At the end of the race, push the control
pad Up or C button to lunge forward with your arms outstretched.

 ________________________________________________________________
|_110 Meter Hurdles______________________________________________|

This event is similar to 100m, with some differences: more 10m
to run and the hurdles to jump over! There are 10 hurdles
you'll have to jump.  And wait for the gun, or you'll say
 goodbye for the medal.

As in the 100m event, repeatedly press the A and B buttons to
run. To jump over the hurdles, press the Up or C button.
These buttons are also used to lunge across the finish line
similiar to the sprint (as the event before).

B Button - Used in conjunction with the A button to run.
Press the Up or C buttons to jump hurdles, and to lunge
 forward at the finish line.

 ________________________________________________________________
|_Pole Vault_____________________________________________________|

The object of this is run, and use the pole to vault yourself
over the bar. You have 3 attempts for each height, and every
time that you suceed, the height of the bar will increase 0.10m.
If you miss 3 attempts on a same height, it's game over!

To build speed up, repeatedly press the A and B buttons. To set
down the pole, push the Down button. Make sure to set the pole
down in the gray area before the mat. The right moment to
ensure this is to wait until the pole is slightly above the
gray area. As soon as you put your pole down, press the Up
button to launch yourself into the air. While you are sailing
through the air, press the Right button to give yourself some
extra momentum to get above the bar.

|_Triple Jump____________________________________________________|

This event is one of the harder ones, if not the hardest. But
 it is not impossible...

Press the A and B buttons repeatedly to gain speed. When you
reach the line press the Up button once, as soon as you land,
press the Up button again, and as soon as you land, press the
Up button one more time for a total of 3 jumps. Remember, press
the Up button each time as "soon as you land", or you will
end up face first in the sand.

Press the Up button to jump. Remember to jump as soon as you

 ________________________________________________________________
|_Long Jump______________________________________________________|

This event is easier than the Triple Jump, because you'll have
 to jump only one time.

Repeatedly press the A and B buttons to build speed. Once you
reach the line, press the Up button to jump!
 Remember: more speed, farther jump!

An easy event! You'll have to throw the javelin the more farther
 possible!

Press and hold Left, then repeatedly press the A and B buttons
to run. As soon as you run into the triangle/v-shaped area,
press the Right button to throw the javelin, then immediately
press the Left button so you do not run out of the
triangle/v-shaped area.  The longer you wait to press the Right
button in the triangle, the farther it will go. But, if you
wait too much, you will run out of the triangle and get
 disqualified!

|_Discus_________________________________________________________|

A annoying event, but can be easier if you timing it right. You
will have to throw the disc the more farther possible!

Press repeatedly A and B buttons to build strength. You will
start to spin. When his right foot lands on the center line
(basically he'll do a 360 degree turn), press Left to angle
it, then immediately stop to press repeatdly the A and B
buttons and press and hold the Right button to throw it.
Remember, his right foot has to come all the way around
and touch down on the center line.

B Button - Used in conjunction with the A button to gain power.
Press the Left button to angle your throw, then the Right
 button to launch the disc.

 ________________________________________________________________
|_Archery________________________________________________________|

This event is my favorite. You have 59 seconds to use 6 arrows
to make more possible points. Below it's a list of the points
you can get by hitting the different areas of the target
(they are from the outside edge, to the center):

 Target       | Points
 -------------------------------------------
Off Target   | X (or, dependant on area, 0)
 Outer White  | 1 Point
 Inner White  | 2 Points
 Outer Black  | 3 Points
 Inner Black  | 4 Points
 Outer Blue   | 5 Points
 Inner Blue   | 6 Points
 Outer Red    | 7 Points
 Inner Red    | 8 Points
 Outer Yellow | 9 Points
Inner Yellow | 10 Points (bulls' eye)
 -------------------------------------------

To pull back the arrow, to gain power, press the A button.
To release the arrow, press the B button.  You will have to
hold down the A button and press the B button at the same
time to have full power, because if you release A button, you
set the arrow in the "neutral" position. Also note there is a
wind factor which will make you shake.  You can see which
way the wind is blowing by the yellow flag located on top of
the target.  Also make note that the more power you use, the
more it will make you shake.

 --------------
 Event Controls
 --------------
A Button - to pull back the arrow / increase power of shot.
B Button - to release the arrow.
Control Pad - to aim the arrow.

 ________________________________________________________________
|_Skeet__________________________________________________________|

This is my second favorite event! The objective is simple, just
shoot the pigeon (disc) in the air.

Use the control pad to aim your shot.
Press the B button to launch a pigeon, then press the
 A button to shoot it.
You get 2 shots per pigeon and gain 1 point for pigeon shot.
There are 5 pigeons for each attempt.

 --------------
 Event Controls
 --------------
A Button - to shoot the gun.
B Button - to release the pigeon.
Control Pad - to aim your gun.
