Intro ——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Hey, minna! "The KiD" rappin' to ya. Welcome to "Kwirk"! Acclaim's exclusive
'89 puzzle game for the Nintendo Game Boy!
"Kwirk?"
Yes! Don't you remember "Kwirk"?!
<thinking hard>
...
"Oh! That game with the tomato guy with the shades that has to free his
girlfriend by going through rooms and rooms of challenging puzzles?"
Yes!!
"Never heard of it.."
...
Has this ever happened to you? If not, you aren't alone. Mainly because not
too many people remember "Kwirk" anymore. And for understandable reasons.
Acclaim first released "Kwirk" back in 1989, so it's a "classic" now. In a
sense, anyway. But still a goodie. So what's the deal with this FAQ? Why
make a walkthrough for a game that's probably on eBay somewhere for $5.50?
Presenting the first "Why?" FAQ. Why is it a "Why?" FAQ? As said before, you
have to ask yourself "why" I would spend quality time making a FAQ for a
game that no one gives a rat's ass about anyone. The reason: because I have
no life. Wait, no.. that's not it! The real reason is because, back in the
day, "Kwirk" was a great puzzle game that I spent hours on. One of those
games that would make a flight to Japan seem much shorter. I was a little
surprised there was no walkthrough for it. But like I said, no one gives a
rat's ass about it anymore. Or that stupid cartoon it use to have a LONG
time ago. Oh well.. If you still have the game propping up a coffee table
somewhere, blow the dust off it and play again. Might as well finish it now
if you haven't already.
"'The Long Version'? What's that mean?" When you see the Short Version,
you'll see the difference.
Now, this FAQ gives a walkthrough for each stage of Level 1; from start to
finish. Keep in mind that most stages have more than one way to complete
them. Each one written here is the way to complete the stage with the least
amount of steps (and ultimately the fastest time).

¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Oss'!
The first of the Kwirk Walkthrough Trilogy. I planned to make this one HUGE
FAQ, but then decided to break the entire thing into three seperate ones;
one for each level. The walkthrough has been said to be understandable, thus
far. Maybe symbol changes will be in the future if others say otherwise.
Wish I could color code everything, but what'cha gonna do? My only contest
or challenge is this: above each stage desciption is the number of steps it
took me to complete it. If anyone has can complete a stage with less steps,
I'll use your way instead of mine. So send in your best!
Have anything you want to say for me or others to know? Something inside
the FAQ that's wrong or you wish add to? Feel free to send in your info.
Not only do you receive credit for anything posted that you send in. You
also get the bragging rights to annoy people with. So c'mon! Send it in!
You know the drill.. You know the e-mail address.. So I'll just shut up.
..By the way, thanks for reading!
Sayounara, adios, ciao, xie xie, au revoir, and all that other stuff. =P
