1. Introduction
===============
Yet the next Mario game hits the market, this time with Peach starring. This
FAQ is here to write the script of the storyline and the information on Perry.
Beware, this FAQ will contain spoilers so if you don't want anything spoiled,
don't read ahead of your location in the game. This is my first game script so
if it isn't too good, or you have suggestions, please e-mail me and give some
constructive critisism.
Things to know about what is what in the script.
Asterix's * denote what the scene is during the script.
Parenthesis () denote an action happening between dialouge.
Double Asterix's ** denote something for you to do.
Now, onto the script.

*Bottom Screen Shows Vibe Island*
Narrator: This is mysterious Vibe Island. It is a land not far from the
Mushroom Kingdom, a land rarely spoken of... for Vibe Island is said to hold
great power.
*Scene Changes to a Inside View of Bowser and His Castle*
Narrator: Bowser heard of it and built a summer villa there... hearing of an
item called the Vibe Scepter, his mind turned to Mario...
(Hammer Bros. Leader comes in the door)
Hammer Bros. Leader : Bowser! Bowser! Sir!
We did it! We finally found it! The legendary Vibe Scepter!
Bowser: What? Really?! Fantastic!
Hammer Bros. Leader: At last, we'll have our revenge on Mario and his annoying
pals!
Bowser: Hey! Idiot! Not so loud!
Hammer Bros. Leader: Oh! Right... sorry. I got a little carried away...
Bowser: Hey! You there! Close that door in front of you will ya?
**Click the Doors to Close Them and Resume the Intro**
Bowser: These doors have ears, you know... All right, if the scepter is really
as powerful as they say... I'll show Mario and co. who's boss... Once and for
all! Gwahahahaha!
Hammer Bros. Leader: Ha ha! Without further adu, let's take this scepter for a
test ride! You! Goomba! Come here!
(Goomba walks up to Hammer Bros. Leader)
Hammer Bros. Leader: Take this scepter to the Mushroom Kingdom and wave it in
the air! Since you once lived in the Mushroom Kingdom, you will go unnoticed...
Go minions. Go and show Mario and his friends who's boss.
All Hammer Bros.: YA!
*Scene Changes to the Leader on a Walkie-Talkie and the Mushroom Castle Above*
Hammer Bros. Leader: OK, head in! Make me proud!
(Goomba Goes in to the Castle)
Hammer Bros. Leader: Ready? I'm monitering through this Koopa Shellceiver. Once
we get the all clear through this, we charge. ...Not yet Ugh! Hurry!
**Speak or Blow into the Mike to Continue**
There it is! OK troops! CHAAARGE!
(Troops Charge into the Castle)
*Inside the castle with Toad, Mario, and Luigi tied up*
Hammer Bros. Leader: We did it! We finally caught Mario!
Hammer Bro.: Yes! Total success! Mission complete!
Hammer Bros. Leader: All right! Fall back, troops!
*Back at Bowser's Castle with Mario and Co. in Jail*
Hammer Bros. Leader: Bowser, sir! We did it! We finally caught Mario.
Bowser: Ah! Nice work! About time!
Hammer Bros. Leader: We also caught that green guy and the mushroom-headed
loudmouth... Our troops are watching them as we speak.
Bowser: Good, good... That scepter is srtonger than I thought... I wonder what
the limits of it's power are...
Hammer Bros. Leader: I wonder... Aha! I know! Hey! Goomba! Come here... and
bring that scepter with you!
(Goomba Walks In)
Hammer Bros. Leader: Oh... Hey, hey! What are you doing?! Steady! Steady now!
I'm sorry Bowser... This kid's been acting strange.
(Goomba Starts to Wave Around the Vibe Scepter)
Hammer Bros. Leader: What?! You Idiot! What are you doing?! Your going to
release the scepter's power! (Smog Engulfes the Room) Hack! Hack! Hack!
Hammer Bro.: B-Boss! What's going on?!
Hammer Bro.: Haaa! >:(
Hammer Bro.: Oowah! :(
Hammer Bro.: Lalala! :)
Hammer Bros. Leader: Hey! Goomba! What are you doing?! Waaaaaah!
Bowser: What? What? I feel.. really jolly? Gwahahaha!

*Back at the Mushroom Castle*
Narrator: At that moment... Peach returned from her walk...
Toad: What... What's this?
Toadsworth: What's all the hubub?
*Inside the Castle*
Toad: Hey! Look over here! Read this!
Peach: W-what?! This is bowser's work!

Toadsworth: Princess!
(Toadsworth Leaves, then Comes Back)
Toadsworth: You, lad! You're all atwitter! Use that pep and clear this room!
Calm everone down or someone's going to get hurt! Come on!
*Outside the Castle*
**At this Time You can Play a Minigame**
Toadsworth: Princess!
(Toadsworth Comes out of the Castle)
Toadsworth: Where do you think you're going?! Come back! It's dangerous! You
musn't go alone! Come back, please! What? You say that you must save Mario this
time?! So you're going after him, hmm? Are you serious?! Well, I suppose you
are quite capable... Still, it's far too risky to go alone... I insist you take
this with you...
(Toadsworth Hands an Umbrella to Peach)
Toadsworth: Oh ho ho! That's no ordinary umbrella! Try opening it.
Perry: Hiya! I'm Perry! If you're in a pinch, just call me!
Peach: ?!
Toadsworth: Oh ho ho! I picked that up at the shop the other day... I think
it's rather interesting, don't you? Ho ho ho! I think it may come in handy, so
do take it with you...
Perry: Hm... So, what can I do for you? What? Beating bad guys? YESSSSS! I'm
your guy! I can't STAND bad guys! Lemme at 'em! All right! Here we go! I know
everything about vibe island!

After beating a boss, Perry will have a daydream. Each dream releases more info
and the dreams become clearer. I will use the name they have in the daydream as
not to let out spoilers. So in the first few dreams "???" may be seen.

???: Ugh... Mmph... Where am I? Do I know you? Why am I sleeping here? Hey!
Someone's coming... Ugh...
(Perry Wakes Up)
Perry: Mmmm smack smack... I must have fallen asleep. I think I had... a dream
about my past. Oh, what am I doing! This is no time for reminiscing! Once
you've rested a bit, we've got enemies to fight!

???: Ugh... Mmmmmph... Smack... The same dream... Ugh... Oh! Grandpa! It's my
grandpa! I know it! He'd take me up to the mountains to play...

Perry: Must've fallen asleep again. Grampa... How are you... Argh! There's no
time for this! Not now! Once you've rested a bit, we've got enemies to fight!

???: Hrm? That dream again...
Grandpa: Oh, my! You'll catch a cold sleeping out here! Come on!
???: But why am I away from my grandpa? Where'd he go?!... Huh?
???: OH! YOU! I know you!

Perry: Ugh... Oog... Five more minutes... I'm remembering now... It's coming
back to me... But no! There's no time for lounging! Not now! Once you've rested
a bit, we've got enemies to fight!

???: Hrm... Mmmmph... Grandpa, I miss you... Where are you?
Grandpa: What an odd child. Why sleep on that mountain?
Evil Magician: I've finally found you! OK, Gramps, hand him over!
Grandpa: W-who are you? Stay away! What do you plan to do?!
Evil Minion: Wahahahaha!
Evil Magician: I did it! Boss is going to be so proud of me!
Evil Minion: Wohohoho! Ohohohoho!
(Perry Wakes Up)
Perry: Ugh... But why do they want me? Why are they trying to catch me? It's
not like I've done anything bad! I swear! Oh, but there's no time for that! Not
now! Once you've rested a bit, we've got enemies to fight!

???: Mmph smack... Why me? I can't return to normal? I won't see Grandpa
again... Grandpa and I were happy until they cursed me...
Evil Magician (Thinking): (What? Could that be... the kid that Boss seeks? Oh
yes! It's gotta be! I must take him to the boss! Har har har har! Just as I
planned! Perfect! But does that kid really have powers like Boss said? Well,
not that it matters. Boss is going to be happy!)
Traveling Merchant: What? What's this? Ick! It's just a dirty umbrella! Ugh! I
can't sell this... But something about it... I wonder... Well, maybe I CAN sell
this! Yes!
(Perry Wakes Up)
Perry: Ugh... I'm not that strong! I'm not that powerful! But that's why they
want me... I don't understand! Oh, and there's not time to be asking why...
Once you've rested a bit, we've got enemies to fight!

???: Umm... Urm hrm hmph... Where did I come from? I saw grandpa here and...
That spell... turned me into this, and I don't remember...
Evil Voice: Listen! I heard of an oddly shaped boy in this land... Find him!
I'll use his power and make the world mine!
Evil Magician and Minion: Yes, sir! Yes, Boss!
Stolen Umbrella: No, no! Get me outta here! Oh! I did it! What a klutz! Oh!
Someone's coming! Hey! Over here! Help me! HEEEEELP! Hey! Old man! Save me!
What? You want to sell me? No... Get me outta here!
Traveling Merchant: Hi! The umbrella? I picked it up, but no one want's it.
Something about it called to me... Want it? It's free.
Umbrella: A kind old man picked me... (He's... mushroomy...) At this rate, we
can get away and I can get home!
(Perry Wakes Up)
Perry: Ugh... I've got to get to my grandpa's place right away... But before I
do, we've got to beat our enemies! I've got to return to my true self! Enough
talking! We've got a lot of work ahead of us! Once you've rested a bit, we've
got enemies to fight!

2.27 Daydream 7|
*The backdrop is a far-off land*
Narrator: A boy and an old man met on a mountain. Neither of them knew why the
boy was there... The boy had strange powers. The mountain was dangerous, but
his powers kept him safe. The old man knew nothing. Fearing the boy's health,
the old man took him home. As soon as he knew the boy had nowhere to go, he
took him in for a while... The old man lived alone so he was happy to have met
the boy. The little boy loved the old man. They took walks, and he helped the
old man work. ...Until one day... The two were out, as usual, and were
confronted by an evil pair. The evil pair demanded that the boy be handed over.
"The boy has odd powers!" Somehow, they knew... The old man tried to protect
the boy, but one of the evil pair used magic... The boy was hit with this magic
and transformed into an umbrella. The boy-umbrella and the old man were cruelly
seperated. "This can't be! What to do?" The umbrella wiggled and freed himself
from the hands of his captors. Days came and went... He was unable to move or
talk when he saw someone coming... "Please! Pick me up!" He screamed with all
his heart and started to glow... He got a traveler to notice him. The boy-
umbrella's power had saved him again... Time passed... The umbrella found
himself in the corner of a shop... Almost no one noticed him, until one day and
old fellow felt his power. "This is no simple umbrella!" And he was mo simple
old fellow. He took the umbrella. This is where the umbrella's adventure
began... though he'd always dream of a reunion...
(Perry Wakes Up)
Perry: Bowser's evil... The guys who kidnapped Grandpa and I are evil... and
they must pay! (Grandpa... I've decided to stay with the princess for a while.
I have this feeling that if I accompany her on this adventure... someday...
I'll find you, Grandpa...) Enough talking already! The last battle will soon
begin!

Narrator: The Vibe Scepter has strange and mysterious powers, that's for
sure... So how do YOU feel about this last adventure? One thing about that
scepter! No one knows who created it or why, but... Somewhere, someone might
possible be using it right now...... What? Your dad got mad at you the other
day, you say? Your mom's been laughing happily a lot? Maybe... Just maybe...
the Vibe Scepter is hidden amay in your house somewhere...
