1.2     INTRODUCTION
===============================================================================

Welcome to this Spider-Man 2 walkthrough (DS version) I decided to wirte
this because when i started this guide, there was no other walkthrough
available for this game (or at least i couldn't find them). So anyway,
here is my first ever guide, and hopefully not my last! Please note that
english is not my mother tongue, and not even my second. It is a distant
language to me so, please, forgive me for all the mistake and the
unexisting words i may invent for this.

1.3     Review
===============================================================================

Graphics: 9/10
Now that was a touchy one. This is my only game on the DS so i got no
comparison (except for Metroid:first hunt) so i judged them basing
myself on PS2, GBA and that metroid demo. For a handheld game, the
graphics are outstandings. It has nothing to do with the mysterio's
spidey game on advance. it look much more like a GC then a gambeboy,
and  maybe thats why they left the word gameboy out of the DS's name.
Anyway, got noth much to base myself upon, but they are good.

Muisc and sound: 6/10
The sounds are good, they do match with the moves and all, but the
music isn't worth a peny, sadly. its repetitive and IMAO, not really
interesting. But still, it could be a lot worse, hence that 6 on 10.

Gameplay: 8/10
The game is quite easy to get around, the system simple, but i was
kinda disapointed from the poor use of the touch screen in the game.
It serve only to choose a move or in rare occasion, during boss fight.

replayability: 7/10
Well, it is replayable, but not that much, since it is totaly
straight-foward. I guess you'll be tired after going through two or
three times.

difficulty: 7/10
not a so-easy game, you'll die a few time, but going through is an
easy task, i must admit (once you get used to controlling that little
spider-man dude). getting 100% is, however, an harder task. but yet
again, doing a chapter a few times should let you colect that A grade.

Overall: 7.5/10
It's great, don't get me wrong, but it's rather short, and you'll be
needing another game in a week or so. still, a great game to try!

2.1     CONTROL
===============================================================================

Here are the game controls

UP -    Crawl up a wall or hang on the ceiling (to crawl on it of course)

Down -  Crawl down a wall or duck (to crawl on the ground)

Left -  Move left

Right - Move right

A -     Punch

B -     Jump, web while jumping (to do that Tarzan thing)

X -     web in a direction, then pull you toward that point

Y -     Kick

L -     Spider Sense (slow motion)

R -     Special Move

Start - Pause the game, see complete chapter status

Select - No use

Touch screen- Select one of your special move

2.2     MOVES
===============================================================================

Web-Swing - First move you should learn to do properly is using that jump
           then go tarzan thingy correctly. presing up while going on
           that web will make you go a bit higher, usefull to jump high
           gap or when u want to get somewhere high and jumping isn't
           enough. it is a faster traveling mean then running.

Uppercut/Uppercut kick - Just press up while hiting with either A or Y

Three hit combo - When you hit trhee times in a row, the move that spidey
                 does change. Just do it and you'll see for yourself.

Slow-Motion - When a spark appears over your head, it mean that you will
             soon get hit. It's your spider sens. Pressing L when the
             spark is there will make everything go in slow-motion, while
             you will be faster then the bad guys for a short while.

Zip-Web - I don't remember where i've seen this name but i will keep it.
         That is the dreaded X button. when looking in a direction, it
         will spit a web (if there is a solid structure in that direction
         that is about or less then one screen away) and then it pull you
         toward where it hitted. The web in itself does no damage but
         while it drags you, if you go over an enemy you'll punch it and
         deal a good ammount of pain. That's a web punch baby!

Thank you natural hazard - The easiest way to kill a mosnter is to make
them fall from high enough or sending them into electical trap or in the
fire. It is very usefull when you need to finish a chapter in the fastest
way possible

5.3     SPECIAL MOVES
===============================================================================

Using a special move use a bit of your special meter. Althought it
recharge on its own, it is best not to abuse it or to refil it with
the special refill you'll find along your way

Web pull - This move is the one in the center of the top row. Spidey send
          a web to catch an enemy, then drag the evil monster toward him
          and throw him over his head. low damage but throw the enemy a
          good distance away, great for sending them into flames or down
          a building. You start with this move.

Web shot - Located in the top right, this move let Spidey fire a small
          bullet of web, damaging whoever it hit. low damage and high
          special consumption but it maybe the only true ranged attack
          of spider-man. You start with this move

Split kick - Center row, right. Spider-man simply kick both side at the
            same time. Can be used while jumping. Moderate damage, low
            use of special metter. This will make you move foward a
            little when used. This is the move i used the most through
            the game, because it make the enemy fall down and is good for
            making them fall from high cliffs. Receive after you complete
            Chapter 3 with an "A" grade.

Lightning Punch - Botom right move, this special move let you punch many
                 time really fast. Not so usefull as it take more bar
                 and deal about as much damage as a split kick (and because
                 you get it only for the last stage). My advice is you
                 should stick to split unless you're going for the "style".
                 Received for completing Chapter 13 with an "A" grade.

Slide kick - Botom row, in the middle. This move make you Slide on the gorund,
            making anyone in your path fall down and take damage. A OK move,
            but a bit costy. You start with this one.

hop back - Botom left, this is the only purely defensive move. Spiderman does
          a backflip to get out of harms way. The most useless move IMAO,
          because you cannot switch fast between move and thus you cannot
          use it to evade and then counter with an other of your special
          move. Received after getting an "A" grade on Chapter 9.

Super Jump - Center row, to the left. This move simply make you jump higher
            then normal. Usefull only to gather a few hidden upgrade and
            powerup. Acquired after getting an "A" grade in Chapter 1.

Web net - Top left. This move let you throw a net at the enemy, immobilising
         who it hit. On flying enemy, it either does nothing or destroy them.
         Reward for finishing Chapter 5 with an "A" grade.

2.4     ITEMS
===============================================================================

Hint - These white question mark on a blue blackground appears only in the
      first chapter and give you some general hints.

Health - Red cross on a whit background, this item give you back some health.
        Those with small + give you only a bit, those with the big + heal
        you completly

Special - A black spider on a blue background give you back some of your
         special bar.

Helath Upgrade - Big white and red + on a black background. These increase
                your life meter length. Found in chapter 1, 3, 9, 11 or
                by getting an "A" grade in chapter 2 or 7.

Special Upgrade - A white and blue spider on a black background will make
                 your special meter a bit longer. Found in chapter 2, 5, 7,
                 13 or by getting an "A" grade in chapter 4 or 11.

2.5     ENEMIES
===============================================================================

There are many evil fellow who will stand against Spidey. Here are most of
them.

Thug - Althought they cary many diferent name, these are the comon sewer
      and backstreet dweller that dare to challenge Spider-man. They come
      in diferent gear, but what is important, with diferent weapon. Some,
      the weakest, are barehanded, easily taken down by Parker's superior
      speed and strength. Some use melee weapon, like crowbar or baseball
      bat. They have a Slightly beter range but are weak whatsoever. They
      may, however, get anoying when you are trying to get on the platform
      they are and they just go beserk hiting anywhere any time. The last
      kind, those who cary machine gun, are the strongest. they are anoying,
      taking you from distance, and your best choice is to jump out of theyr
      bullet way and then web-swing to close in and kick theyr ass to
      oblivion. Spider sense help in dodging bullet.

Android - These are humanoid robot, slightly stronger then human and loving
         to charge at you. They come either bare-handed or with a melee
         weapon. Use same technique as above.

Flying bot - These flying robot look like some strange ball with three long
            spike in theyr back. They fire green bullet at you, and can be
            quite annoying but can be destroyed with a single hit from any
            of spiderman move short of Web Shot wich takes two hit.

Arachnid - These mechanical giant spider can be quite disturbing, charging
          at you without reason. They also tend to have a very low recoil
          from your hit and thus are very hard to throw down a hole (or a
          roof) It is best to charge them yourself and to hit them till
          they byte the dust. Note that they can hang on walls or ceiling.

Spining bot - These are the other kind of flying robot. Although they are
             harder to destroy, they do not fire anything. Still, they are
             really anoying, being a ball with 4 blade rolling around them.
             One Web Shot and a Split Kick will take them out, and i admit
             that it is with thes two moves that i took them out.

Mysterio - This guy wear a fish bowl as a helmet and a blue dress. Still, he
          can teleport around, spawn enemy, throw some magic balls and
          duplicate himself. Since he's a whole chapter (boss fight) you'll
          find info on how to beat him in section 3.6 of this guide.

Vulture - Another boss, the easiest of the three in my opinion. This guy fly
         around wearing a green vulture costume. He can create whrilwhind
         and throw some missile. Info on him in section 3.10.

Doc Ock - Octavius (i think) for the intime, Mr Octopus is a scientist who's
         mechanicals arms (4 big arms) have been fused into his nerval
         system (or something like that) Nevertheless, you will fight this
         guy 3 times, and he can get to be a pain to beat. Learn more on
         this vilain in section 3.8, 3.12 and 3.14

2.6     TIPS
===============================================================================
1 - There is only three special move wich you should use. The Split Kick
   should be your normal attack method from the time you get it to the
   end. Then Super Jump should be used sometime to reach high items.
   Last, Web shot should be used when you need to damage distant enemies
   or when you do not attack with Split Kick.

2 - The best way of damaging Ock is not with Split Kick, but with some
   plain kick. By plain i mean the three hit combo (when you tap Y three
   times in a row). It's really the best way, trust me. And hit him from
   afar with some Web Shot. (you can also do the three hit thingy while
   running toward him).

3 - Use the Spider Sense as often as possible. Especially when your getting
   on a roof or to pick up enemy with machine gun.

4 - Do not hesitate to use special power. If you keep geting beaten by an
   evil guy, just pick them from afar with the web shot.

5 - Web-swinging alows you to travel faster then running. When i say run,
   you can very well web-swing. It's just that run is faster to say.

6 - Web-zip is your friend. When there's a "natural" hazard like fire or
   spike, web-ziping to another surface (like the roof) is way easier then
   struggling while jumping and swinging to get past safe. Note that while
   web-ziping, you are imune to thos natural hazard.

7 - Do not underestimate even the weak human. Sometime they keep hiting
   you repeatedly. So it's beter to use your Spider Sense and get away
   from harm.

8 - Watch the copter. There's an helicopter out there, and touching it is
   painfull. So, just avoid it when you see it.

3.1     TRIAL BY FIRE
===============================================================================

Primary Objectives:
1) Rescue all the victims (5)
2) Get back to your moped

Secondary Objectives:
1) Defeat all the arsonists (13)
2) Finish in under 4:00

Unlock Special : Super Jump

First just go straight foward. Youll run into an enemy,
well bust him up and continue, until you run into a wall.
Climb it and on the roof will be the second baddy. Its easy
to throw him down. Just continue foward until you get to
the opening in the building. get in.

Now go a bit down and go right. To avoid the fire, use the
zip-web and continu fowars till you can only go up.

Go up (obvious) and go right. It's best to crawl on the
ceiling to avoid the fire (u can web swing too if your
confident in your abilities) You will get to a hole in the
floor. Ignore it and continu to a second hole. Now go down,
heand left, bash the door and rescue your first victim. Now
go back to the hole you just skiped.

Go down, then left, down  the slope, and bash the bad guy.
Crawl up the wall, ignore the hole in the ground and
continue foward. Kill the guy, then continu till you can go
up. Go up a bit then left to rescue your second victim.
Now come back a bit, go up completely and right. Bash the
evil doer and get your third victim. Get back down the two
floor and left till the end when it goes down. Carefull
there is a lightning going through that hole. Wait till it
goes off then jump in.

Once down the hole, go right, ignore the first hole
(carefull again, there is a lightning through the corridor
this time) and get down the second hole you encounter.
Kill the human being, then go right and let yourself fall
in the hole all the way down.

Go left up the slope, kill the bad guy, continu left and
when u can, jump all the way down again. (there is another
lightning here) Go a bit left for your fourth victim then
right. Youll run into a bad guy, and eventually into a
second one. after the second one, there is a hole in the
ceiling. Go up (you have to jump and web zip yourself up)
then right to get the hidden powerup. It is a life meter
upgrade.

Now go left till you can go up (you have to crawl on the
groud and carefull for the lightning beam that goes
through)

Once up, go right for your tenth kill and your fifth
saved victims. A message tell you to exit, so you should
go back to where you entered the building. Simply go down
the last hole you climbed up, and go left (web zip to the
left to get past the flames.

Now go up all the way, then right. WEb swing above the
gap, go up then left. Down a bit, left a bit, up and tada,
here the exit!

Once outside, go left past the fire, kill the bad guy then
continu till you get down the roof. There's a bad guy at
the feet of the building, so kill him then rush toward the
left side. Youll eventualy run into another guy, and once
you've dealt with him, continu left. You'll soon be at the
end of the first chapter! congrats guys!

Now if you got an A grade (under 4 minute and killed the
13 baddies), youll get the super jump special move! yay!

3.2     CONVICT CAPER

Primary Objectives:
1) Defeat all the escaped convicts
2) Get back to your apartment (23)

Secondary Objectives:
1) Finish in under 5:00

When you start, go right a litle and climb the wall. It's
faster if you jump and web-zip digaonaly but hey, we're not
in THAT much of a hurry.

Now on the first platform there's your first convict. Once
he's dead jsut go foward a little and jump down. You'll
find another baddi at the bottom. Now climb up all the way
on your right and when you reach the top jump for the
second platform. On top of it is another enemy. Now continu
and jump all the way to the ground. COntinu right and
you'll soon run into 2 bad guys. You now got 5 of them!,
but theres 18 left so don't overdo it now.

Go left, then climb then left till you reach the place
where you started. Continu left, kill the enemy and climb
the wall. Kill the guy on top and go all the way down.

Continu till you reach an elevated paltform. Go on it, kill
the bad escapee and then go to the platform above that one.
(web zip up). Next go to both of the small platform above,
both having an evil-doer on them. You should now have ten
convicts.

Now just drop down and continu your way. Climb the stairs,
go on the platform above and just let yourself fall in the
small hole in front of you. Kill the bad guy under the
railway and climb up on the other side.

Stay on top of where you emerged and the jump foward while
web-ziping to the top left. Now go up and just before the
end there will be a ledge with another dude to kill. Now to
the left and fall all the way down.

Just left of where you will land will be your hidden
upgrade, a special metter bonus. Now this place is touchy
to get back up. To avoid all the electric panel, youl have
to web-zip diagonaly from wall to wall till you get to the
second ledge on the left, where is another bad guy. This
gun wielder munchkin can get anoying so its best to use
spider sense to take him out.

Now continu up and left and when the building end, jump to
the platform in front of you and kill the convict. Now get
down to the left of the building you just left, kill the bad
guy and go left till you meet another bad guy. You'll run
into a truck and a car, just go over them and continu in the
left direction.

Now you can continu till you reach a bad guy. Kill him and
jump to the above platform. Kill the guy on that level and
jump to the higher one, then again to the highest one.
There's another on this one. (sheesh, they are everywhere!)
Now foward to your left, kill the bad guy then
up the platform.

Now up to the small platform, kill your 21th bad guy and go
left again. Climb up, jump down on the left, kill the evil
orange fellow and continu left. Kill your last man, climb up
and Wow! you jsut finished chapter 2! If you did it under 5
minutes, you'll receive a health meter upgrade!

3.3     Race to the lab
===============================================================================

Primary objectives:
1) Get to the lab in 6:00
2) Defeat all the muggers
3) Rescue those in need

Secondary objectives:
1) Finish in under 3:30

Hidden Powerup: Health Meter

Ok. this may sound hard. 12 guys to kill, 12 guys to save,
thats 24 thing to do, in 3:30! but hey, thats not true.
Every mugger come with a victim, and every victim comme
with a mugger, so in true it's only 12 things to do! At
start, jsut go right,web swing over the gap and kill the
mugger on the roof. Rescue the hostage. Now web swing to
the right two times and it should get you to another roof
with your second pair of mugger/victim. Now three web swing
to the right will get you to the platform with your third
pair. Now go over the building to your right and climb the
other one after. On top of this one is another hostage and
another hostage-taker. Once both are dealt with, jump down
to the rail way and get under it. rigth belo the lightining
beam (on the ceiling jsut below the railway) is the hiddent
upgrape. It's easy to just webzip up while in the center
of the railway (below it of course). Once you got it climb
out of the hole to the right and run along till you meet a
platform. Get on it, then web-zip up to another platform.
Here's another mugger. Deal with him, rescue the hostage
and webswing to the right to get to the building. Climb it
up and get your 6th pair on top of it. Web-swing to your
right (carefull of that helicopter) until you reach the
building with a platform over it. Go down on the right to
the first platform you encounter and then just jump above
the gap to get another pair of objectives related peoples.
Climb the building to your right and webswing to the next
building. On top of this one is your next duo. Now just
webswing over the next set of platform and over the
railway. A bit after will be a building with another
mugger/hostage on a ledge near the botom. Deal with both
and climb up all the way. Once on top go right and down a
bit until you meet another group of person. Deal with them
and climb up. Jump down on the other side and you'll meet
the before last pair. Now climb to the right, run to the
right, climb the building and hop on the platform above.
Now get on the slighly smaler platform and climb up the
metal thing. Crawl to the right til you can get on top of
that strange giant metal beam and get your last duo. Now,
just web swing right and climb the building. He's very
tall but you'll eventualy get to the end. Congrat for
finishing your third mission guys! If you did all this in
less then 3:30, you'll get my personnal favorite, the
Split Kick!

3.4     REACTOR ROOM RUMBLE
===============================================================================

Primary objectives:
1) Shut off all electrical panels
2) Get to the main power cables in under 1:00

Secondary objectives:
1) Retain 100% of your health
2) Finish in under 0:25

Unlock Special: Special Meter

Ok, this level is too small for the need of a map. To shut
down an electrical panel, jsut kick it and it will bring up
a "mini-game" on the touch screen. Using your stylus, you
have to drag the switch to the end. Be carefull, for there
is some electricity runing through this. Just time yourself
corectly, you have plenty of time. Also note that the time
you take to shut the electrical panels off do not count
toward the 1:00 limit or the 0:25 objective.

Anyway, you'll start just beside a pannel. Move to it and
kick it. Shut it off.

Now web-swing across the fire and you'll land near a second
panel. Kick it and shut it off.

Web-swing again and you'll land on a small stage with your
third panel.

Now web swing once but be carefull there will be fire on
the top. I sugest you crawl on the crate instead of
jumping them because it is very easy to get hurt and well,
you can still get it done in 25 second while crawling.
There is another panel here.
Now web-zip to the ceiling and rapidly get over the
lighting to the right and jump to the platform. Be carefull
of the tremor wich will make you fall from the ceiling.
Anyway here is another panel.
Go right. Now i suggest you web-swing twice and then
web-zip (to top right again) to get past the other
lightning. Whatever you do, you'll get to the last panel.

Now web-swing once to the right and you'll land near then
end wich is at the far right on the floor. Tadaa! another
stage cleared! If you did it with full health and in 25
seconds, you'll get a special meter upgrade.

First thing first, run right and kill the two droid alon
the way. continue rigth till you get into a room with only
a flying bot. Kill it and continu right. in the next room,
web swing across and youll encounter a flying bot in the
air. Kill it by a zip punch and get in the room neir the
ceiling. Rescue the hostage and continu right. Kill the
droid, go down, rescue the hostage and go back up. go left
until you get back in the big room and let yourself fall
down. You'll land near another droid. Kill it then go left.
When you see a coridor, clim up using til the midle hole in
the wall and go that way. kill the droid, rescue the
hostage and continu that way. You'll get a new hostage. Now
jump down the hole, and go right a little till you find an
android to kill. Then go back left and folow the rod until
you meet another robot to kill. Now jump down the air shaft.
Try to jit the flying bot while falling but if you miss it,
no big deal, just jump and hit it. Now right is another
robot. Kill it and continu till the end of the space room.
Dont go in that corridor yet, instead web-zip up and enter
the small shaft. Kill the flying bot, rescue the hostage and
go back to that corridor. Now is the time to enter it. Kill
the robot then continu. You'll soon find another robot.
Don't stop yet and go all the way right. Rescue the hostage
and kill the robot. Go back to the big egyptian room and go
to the top right of this room. Kill the flying bot then
cross the room to the left, killing the flying bot in the
middle of the room. Now on the left is another flying bot.
Now jump back down, and go left. Go past that space room
and continu left. Kill the robot, then continu foward to
save the hostage. Now head back to the hole in the ceiling
from where you first felt into the space room. Climb it up
and go left. This room is filled with old looking house.
Kill the robot and then go to the top right corner of this
room. Go right, kill the robot and save the hostage. Now
back to the house room. In the air is a flying bot. Kill it
then continu until you reach an empty well. Jump down, go
left and kill the robot. Ignore (or touch) the illusionary
hostage and continu until you find the real hostage. Now get
out of that well nad go left. Kill the robot, and watch out
for a flying bot. Once dealt with, exit the room to the top
left. In the next room folow the hole in the ceiling then go
up the next room. Kill the android along the way and go
right. In the next room kill the flying bot above the gap and
then jump down. Theres another flying machine. Now get one
floor up on the left side to rescue another hostage. Exit the
room in the top right corner. Now run right until the second
pilar. Behind it at the ceiling height is the hidden upgrade,
a special meter boost. Now continu right and kill the three
robot you encounter. Now web swing until you find (or hear) a
flying bot. Kill it and near the botom right of the room is
the last hostage. Go left and kill the robot. COntinu, kill
the flying bot and the last robot. Now continu left and the
shaft will lead you into the first room. Just go left a
little and tadaa! all down! If done completly, you'll receive
the Web Net special move.

3.6     THE MADNESS OF MYSTERIO
===============================================================================

Primary objectives:
1) Defeat Mysterio

Secondary Objectives:
1) Retain 90% of your health
2) Finish in under 2:00

After the talking of the begining of the stage, you start
the fight. You should imediately jump to mysterio and split
kick him once. He'll teleport to either of the side. Just
repeat again, dodging the magic balls he'll send your way.
Just do it again and when he'll be at about 75% of his
health, he'll teleport below the platform, and will muliply
himself. you get a "mini-game" here. on the touch screen,
you have to touch all the mysterio that comes from all
direction before they get to spidey. Eventualy, you'll web
the real mysterio and the "mini-game" will be over. He will
appear right beside you and you should hit him once, then
away from him a litle because hes hiting all the side when
he's freeing himself. You can hit him once more when he
teleport. Now he may either teleport around again firing his
magic at you or he will return down. when he go back below,
he'll summon some fire, before coming back up and throwin you
balls again. Do like in the begining, avoiding fire, until
he bring you into the same mini-game again. web the real one,
hit him, and hel teleport below again, this time sumoning two
enemy intead of fire. Sometime its the flying bot, sometime
it's android. Try not to get hit and kill them fast. If you
got hit earlier and your lucky, one fo them will drop a
health powerup and youl be back a full strength. Anyway, just
go after the ball launching mad wizzard and he will fall
shortly after.

Tips: when he teleport ot fire a ball, you should hit him
three times. once before he fire, once right after and
once when hes spining around right before teleporting.
If done correctly, you will kill him in about 1:20, wich is
excelent.

Now jump to the building to the left, kill the robot then
jump down the building and hit the flying bot. Now Climb on
the left (you'll have to web zip to get past the fire on
the wall)Now when on the roof, jump and web-swing right two
or three time. You should get to the hidden powerup. Just
be carefull about the copter flying around. ùNow your about
where you started the level. Just jump down and kill the
robot. Web-zip back to the starting platform and go right
to the next building. Jump down on the right, kill the bot
and continu right. hop on the first platform, kill the new
robot then climb two floor up to the roof. Get the flying
bot, then head right. Theres another flying bot somewhere
around here, so kill it and climb the building. On top is
a robot. Kill it. Now jump right, kill the flying bot and
let yourself fall all the way down. Kill the robot, then
climb the building on the right. Get the new flying bot
and go right. Kill the robot, then go down. Continu until
you meet and beat a robot. A little further is another
robot. Now continu and climb the wall. Just a bit left
will be a paltform. jump on it, kill the robot then back to
the building. Over the roof is another flying bot. Now to
the right will be another flying bot. Kill it and jump
down. Kill the robot then climb on the right. On top of
that building is your 19th robot. Now jump to the rail way
and go under it. Kill the robot then go out on the other
side. Continu right, then hop on the platform and kill the
robot. Jump and web-zip up and climb on the platform. Get
to the last floor and kill the flying bot. Now jump right
of the set of platforms and kill the flying bot. Head back
to the rail way and jsut exit the stage! tadaa! another
chapter completed!

3.8     ENTER DOC OCK

1) Defeat Doc Ock

This once is the easiest of the octopus. Ok, here's a topo
on that guy, and it's worth for the three time you'll face
him. First, when there is a red spark at the end of each of
his mechanicals arms, do not get near him and do not try to
hit him. Second, whenever he jump, be carefull. When he
land, he creat a tremor that damage spidey if he is on the
ground. Now, heres how to beat the first one.
Ock got a patern. First hell walk toward you. Just
web-swing to the other side. he'll turn around and walk
toward you again. Now when youll web-swing over him again,
instead of walking right away toward you again, he'll
strike twice with his arms in front of him, so stay at a
safe distance from him. Then he'll walk again toward you.
Swing over him, he'll turn around and start folowing you
again. Swing over him anotehr time and this time, your
spider sense will appear and pls, for god sake, hit L. Now
Ock will send two of his arms far away and they'll hit the
ground. Just get close to him and hit him 3 times or so
with split kick. Get away from him so he do not hurt you
when he get his arms back. Now, hes back to walking toward
you. He'll do it twice and then he'll jsut drop his gard.
Hit that dude a few time again. Eventualy he'll grab debris
and he'll throw them at you on the touch screen. It's not
that hard to destroy these so you could be alright. Now
he's gone into his second mode. He does the exact same
thing as before but instead of walking toward you, he's
gonna jump. So basicaly, the order is: walk, walk, hit,
walk, walk, far away hit, walk walk, drop guard. And after
the debris thingy, it's jump, jump, hit, jump, jump, far
away hit, jump, jump, drop guard. He really have low life
in this stage so it should be over by now. And well,
congratulation for beating the evil doctor!

Ok. Web-swing about 4 times to the complete left of the
stage. Kick the bomb to disarm it. Now it bring's up yet
another "mini-game". It look like the one in stage 4 but
it's diferent. Here you have 8 second and there is no
lightning going throught the switch's way. Instead, there's
electricity on the side and touching it with the button
decrese your clock by 1 second. And you start with only 8.
Of all the similar touch-screen things to do, i think it's
the hardest. If time runs out,the bomb explode and deal you
a great deal of damage. Also, if it explode, it count
toward securing all bombs but it does not toward disarming,
so you can finish the mission but you cannot get an A grade
and the special unlock, so be carefull. Ok once youve dealt
with the bomb, jump down and go right. Kill the hitman, and
continu. Climb the building  and then hop on the platform
above. Kill your second hitmen and jump to your right all
the way down. Kill this new mugger then go up a floor on
the left and disarm your second bomb. Now climb to your
right and youll soon fight the next bomb. Great now you got
3 of them. Now jump to the right and continu on the ground
until you reach a bomb. Deal with it then go back left a
little. Climb on the platform and kill the bad guy. Climb
on that building and on the roof kill the guy. Now go right
and when your finaly back on the ground continu until you
reach another bad guy. Kill it then go on the platform right
above you. in the middle of it is another bomb. Now jump to
one of the smaler platform above you then on the one at the
top. Kill the mugger then go to right to the railway. Under
it (theres is always something under a railway, or almost)
is another hitmen. Now climb back on the other side and just
below the small platform on wich youll get out is your sixth
bomb. Now head righ and climb the building and kill the guy
on the small eldge at half height. Jump down when you get
to the top and disamr the next bomb. Now climb on the other
side and drop to the ground again. Go right and kill the
mugger. Now continu right and go on top of the movei theater
to find another bomb. Here you have to super-jump and then
web-swing while pressing up going foward and backward (to
get high enough to get the special unlock. Its really high
so if you prefer you can start off from a tall building and
simply web zip to the movie theather. Any way once you got
it go right, kill the hitmen and climb the building. Kill
the other hitmen on top of it. Up right of where you are is
anotherplatform. Go on it and then go to the one directly
above it. Kill the mugger and then cross the gap to the
right to find another bomb. Now jump all the way down and
go left for the last mugger. Go right, disarm the bomb and
then climb up all the way to the end of the stage! You are
ready for the next chapter pals!

3.10    AERIAL ATTACK

Primary objectives:
1) Defeat vulture

Secondary objectives:
1) Retain 90% of your health
2) Finish in under 2:00

Now, the vulture. This guy is strange. First off he's flying. He'll
simply fly toward you then go back a bit higer so it's quite easy. When
he's geting a bit lower to charge, your spider sense twinkle so just hit
it and he's in slow motion. Hit him once and thenn just jump at him and
hit him when he's resting in the air. Unlike normal monster, He does not
hurt you by touching you. Only time he can deal damage is when some some
gray blade stick out of him. Just hit him a few time and eventually he'll
create a tornado. Get caught in.

Wow! Another boss "mini-game". this time, vulture fly from side to side
while firing missile at you. You got to web (touch) the missile to block
them and you can also web the vulture when he fly by, dealing him damage.
Just aim for slightly in front of him. If done correctly, youll be
lowering his life meter by a huge amount. Anyway, after that, he's gonna
add a new tech to his attacks.

He'll continu to charge you (in a very pathetic way) but after that he'll
fire two heat seaking misile. Just run around till they explode and go
back after that giant green tweetie. He'll eventualy cast a tornado again.
Enter it, and after that, he'll add a last method of attack to his arsenal.

Sometimes, he'll start droping missile on the ground and they will lit some
annoying fire. Just continu to jump at him and split kick him until he fall
down dead. Congrat guy, you just beated the one monster i think is the
easiest in this game.

Anyway, that's my opinion, not yours.

Ok first jump down the building. There is a tentacle bot
hanging on the wall near the ground, just kill it. Heand
right abd kill the next bot. Now continu and climb the
building. Kill the bot on the first platform of the
building and the head right. Tehre will be a spining bot.
Kill it then cross the gap and on to the next building.
Climb it and on the first platform will be another spining
bot. Once hes dead jsut jump to the ground. Walk until you
get to a platform. Go on it then climb the wall. There is a
tentacle bot here. Kill it then go to the other side of the
building. Another tentacle bot on the wall. Ok now get back
on the ground and head left below where you just were. Kill
the bot on the ceiling and conitnu a little bit further for
another bot, on the ground this time. Ok now back to the
right. You'll run into another bot. Kill it, and then go on
top of that building (platform type building) Theres a
spining bot here. Kill it then go to the rail way. Under it
is a spining bot. Now, get back on top of the rail way. Just
above the rail is the hidden upgrade. It's high so you have
to super jump to get it. great now head right. There should
be another spining bot.  Ok continu right a bit until you
meet another spining bot. Good. Now to the right again,
there will ba a tentacle bot crawling at the botom of a
building. Kill it then climb. You'll eventualy run into a
second crawling bot. Deal with it and get on top.Theres a
spining bot here. Ok now go down and climb on the other
side. Guess whats on the wall? yes! another crawling bot!
You've already dealth with a dozen and a half, but another
dozen is waiting for their punsihment so jump down right.
Now theres is a set of 6 paltform here (3 on each side)
There is a spning bot left of them, right of them and above
them. Kill the three mechanicals horor and continue right.
Kill the tentacle bot and continu. Kill the spining one
then go on the lower roof of that chineese house. Kill the
bot and hop to the roof of the next house. Kill the bot and
jump to the next house. Kill the spining bot and jump to
the ground. Head right, kill the two bot on the way then
jump from platform to platform to get to the top. Kill the
spining bot along the way up and go right. Kill the last
tentacle bot then climb up. Folow the way until the end!
tadaa! (should find another expression for when you finish
a level) Anyway be swift and you'll get a boosted special
meter! wow! You're the best dude!

3.12    FAST TRACK
===============================================================================

Primary objectives:
1) Defeat Doc Ock

Secondary objectives:
1) Retain 90% of your health
2) Finish in under 2:00

Oh no, that square head again! This time, he's considerably tougher, but
nothing much of a deal since he's gone into using sequence attack again.

Ok, here is how he start. walk, walk, hit, low brigde, drop guard,
low bridge. Ok, now you're asking yourself what's low bridge. Your spider
sense will spark, and then the train (on wich you're on) will go under a
bridge. If you're left, Ock will jump above it and then it's your turn.
Remember that when he land even from bridge jumping Ock will cause a
tremor (it damage you, remember?). If you were on the right, you'll have
to jump first and hope you get the right timing. After his sequence, He'll
do it again until he decide to throw debris (oh no not again). well, deal
with it and guess what, he's gonna change his attack sequence to a new
one! (wow!)

Now he's jump, jump, hit, low bridge, drop guard, high bridge, hit.
High bridge, now that's the same as low bridge, but instead of jumping to
avoid it you have to say on the ground. Anyway, he's still wimpy so wait
for him to throw debris again (he don't know when to quit, does he?)

Ok. His new sequence is: jump, jump, jump (a little higher), drop guard,
high bridge, far away hit, high bridge, hit. Just hit him when he drop his
guard and when he attack far away and he'll be history in no time.

On to the next level!

Now if you're expecting me to tell you what to do step by
step, i got only one thing to say to you. Man, this map
was so hard to do, you better look at it damn!
Ok, heres a hint: all the panel thingy work like in chapter
4. Now heres the guide for those of you who don't want to
rely solely on my (almost) good map. Between, this is the
only chapter except for boss map where there are hole in the
ground. Fall in one and your dead, so watch out.
First, jump and web swing left. Climb the wall up, kill the
bot and kill the two bot on the roof. Now jump down on the
left, kill the flying bot while falling. Get inside form
the middle of the wall, kill the bot then continu until you
reach the first panel. Great now head back out, climb up
then go down on the right. Crawl in the hole then left
until you meet anoother panel. Good. Now crawl out of the
hole and go right. Kill the flying bot, jump over where you
began and continu right. Kill the tentacle bot, crawl in
the hole and left again for a third panel. Once out again,
head right, kill the tentacle and somewhere above you is a
giant crate. Web-zip there and kill the flying bot above it
before droping back down. Int the next hole, crawl and go
right for your fourth panel. Out again, fo right and kill
the tentacle and the flying bot. Now continu at ground
level. When you finaly emerge into a crapy room with water
on the floor, kill the bot and swing to the other side.
Manage to go up and down on that small grid wall and close
taht fifth panel for good. Great. Now head back out. Once
your back to where i tol you to stick to ground level, zip
to the floor above, and then agian to the one above the one
your on. Go right, kill the flying bot, then the tentacle
one and finaly reach another panel. half done my friend.
half done. Now go out agian and get to the floor below this
one, the one you skipped. go right, kill the flying bot and
continu until you reach a hole with a wal on the other
side. There's a tentacle bot on each of the wall of the
hole so it's best to use web-shot (yes it really has a use)
to take them from distance because its easy to get knocked
off in the water. Anyway you got past them on in the hole
you found the opening near the botom right. Now head right
above the small gap and kill the tentacle bot. Continu to
your rightand kill the bot on the ceiling. Noe swing across
the gab, take care of the flying bot and swing until the
big crate. Kill the bot, then hop to the next wooden box.
Kill the flying bot, then go all the way right for another
elctrical panel. Once dealt with, crawl in the hole just to
your left and head right. Kill both bot on the way right
and up and you'll eventualy reach the hidden upgrade! Watch
out for a lightning coming through the coridor like in
stage one. Now head back across the crate and across the
two platforms after them. Now go left, and when you can go
up. Kill the flying bot and head right for another panel.
Now back a little to the last flying bot. You're in a big
room. In the top left of this room is another bot. Go kill
it then crawl on the ceiling until you find an opening. get
out and go left and kill the flying bot. Continu and kill
the tentacle bot. Now go all the way right, killing three
flying bot on the way. The roof is now clear, so head back
left a little and jump into the first opeing you'll meet
(it's the rightern most hole in the roof). Kill the bot and
jump down to your left. Kill the flying bot and head right.
Folow the way, kill two tentacles robot blocking your way
and reach anotehr panel! Now get back to the roof. Go left
to the next hole and jump down. go to the top left of the
room to find a bot and if you cross the blockade of crate
(tehres a place to crawl right at top) you'll find another
panel. Ok now web-swing right across the room, kill the
flying bot and when you get to a wall, land on the ground.
kil the tentacle robot, then go right. Just continu until
the wall then crawl on it. Kill the bot on top, then go
ahead for the panel. Now stick to the ceiling and you'll
eventualy get to a flying bot while going up. Kill it, it's
the last bot, and go right. There's your last panel. Hit it
and TADAA! now jump down and go left a little for the exit
and wow! you jsut finished the most anoying stage EVER.

3.14    FINAL SHOWDOWN

Primary objectives:
1) Defeat Doc Ock

Secondary objectives:
1) Retain 90% of your health
2) Finish in under 3:00

An anoying mission if you ask me. This guy, arrrg! i hope he die a
painfull and horrible death! Anyway. This time, here is what he's doing.
Refer to 3.8 and 3.12 for more info, as i will go through most of his
mode fast.

His first sequence is Walk, Walk, hit, jump, jump, drop guard. He repeat
this until you've dealt him enough damage and he pick-up debris again.
Once you've dealt with this minor threath, he change is attack style.

Now, he's jump, jump,far away hit, super jump, drop guard. Super jump,
now that mean that he will jump higher then the screen can see and
spidey's spider sense go mad. Just hit that slow-mo, as it will help.
When he will land, Ock will cause a tremor, like normal jump, but also
cause three rocks too fall from the roof. Dodge them. Make him lose a
few of his health and he'll throw debris again.

After that, he doesn't seem to folow a pattern. (if he does it's quite
long) so you pretty much need to react to his move. So watch out for what
he's doing and if he drop his guard or perform a far away hit, just bash
him. Web shot also work, althought it doesn't deal him much damage, it's
the safest way. When you finaly beat that dude, you completed the game!

You are rewarded a faster recahrging special meter! And if you got an "A"
grade in all the chapters, you receive an unlimited special meter and you
have wholly completed this game!

4.1     UPGRADES LOCATIONS
===============================================================================

Chapter 1 - it's in the bulding on fire. Its completely to the right, and
           its on the second floor from the ground. (just right of where
           you crawl while lighinting are coming through the hall)

Chapter 2 - It's on the ground, between second and third building

Chapter 3 - Under the first Railway

Chapter 5 - In the corridor at the top of the level with big pillar. It's
           behind the second pilar from the left, near the ceiling.

Chapter 7 - Above where you start, but way higher. You should go all the
           way left then super jump and swing to there.

Chapter 9 - Real high above and a little right of the movie theater.
           Super-jump and swing up till you reach

Chapter 11- Its above the railway. Super jump high.

Chapter 13- Ok. Completly at the botom right of the level. You have to
           enter the building from the second floor (the one above
           ground level) and go all the way right sticking  down as much
           as possible. To the end will be an electrical panel on a
           platform. Crawl beneath the paltform and folow the way.

4.4     BUGS & GLITCHES
===============================================================================

Mysterio Bug submitted by evilmonkey22792 :"

1)go through the fight like normal, make sure you dodge all of his
  attacks and midair kick him every time you get the chance. Make him
  multiply where you have to tap the clones on the touch screen, but
  before he goes to the touch screen, get to the middle of the battle
  arena.

2)tap all of the clones. this is where the glitch starts. as soon as
  you tap the real mysterio, start hammering on the Y button. if you did
  it right, he will not reappear on the screen, but you can still hit him
  as if he were stuck in your web for the rest of the fight. it's like the
  sprite for mysterio is missing, but he is still stuck in your web for the
  rest of the battle. if you had full health, just keep tapping the kick
  button to finish him off. instant A rank.

sometimes(it has to do with the ammount of kicks you do to him before the
glitch, I will figure this part out later.) he will be stuck there,
invisible, but you can get him down to zero health and he won't show the
death sequence. just restart if this happens to you.
