1. Controls and ECT

The Controls in Pokemon Trozei are extremely simple. Slide Pokemon up,
down,
left or right to create groups of four or more (Trozei). You can slide
Pokemon off any edge of the screen but the top and they will loop around to
the
opposite edge. This helps you move Pokemon around. Trozeied Pokemon will
then disappear, and trigger a continuous Trozei.
During a continuous Trozei, you have the ability to create matches with
three or more Pokemon. When you match three you are able to create trozeis
with only two. This continues until you stop making matches or you clear
the
screen.
Random Pokemon will fall in every level from the top of the screen (except
for Pokemon pushed off the top of the screen) in random positions (although
more/less equally) from any Pokemon available in the level.
Rare Pokemon will occasionally appear too, except these Pokemon will
dissapear after being on the bottom screen for a fixed length of time.
As far as we can tell, these are also totally random, and the rare Pokemon
are listed in order of rarity.
When you complete a level, you get a certain number of bonus points,
depending on how many Pokemon you have left on screen.

2 Pokemon 5,000 points
3 Pokemon 2,000 points
4 Pokemon 1,000 points
5+pokemon 0 points
You also get bonus points whenever you clear the screen, 10,000 points for
each time you do it. This helps you meet the stage goal and gain prize
coins.
A level ends when you have Trozeied the number of Pokemon mentioned at the
beginning of each level. If, at the end of the level, you have the number
of
points mentioned at the beginning of the level, you also get a prize coin.
These coins are spent in the junkyard, after fighting the third boss.
Your goal, alongside rescuing pokemon, is to fill up your pokedex. You can
get a silouette by entering a level that a pokemon is found in, or 'seeing'
them. You can fill in that spot by catching that pokemon.

2. Adventure Mode
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you begin this game, you are presented with a cut scene of Lucy
Fleetfoot walking in the city as her cell phone rings. It's Professor
P. and he's got a problem. Phobos Batallion has stolen thousands of
Pokeballs, complete with Pokemon, and you need to rescue them.
They're gathered in secret storage locations, you need to get back
to the SOL base.
You're then taken to the world map. The only location available is the
SOL base, so there you go. You have to double click on a location in order
to enter it, so enter the base now. You now get to watch a video on how to
Trozei Pokemon. It gives you the story, but it's not the most helpful, as
it's not actual gameplay you watch, but it gives you the general idea of
what
to do, and how to use the Trozei Beamer, and why you need to line up four
or more.
Any time you want to watch it again, just head back in. When you return
the world map, you gain access to the first SOL LABORATORY level. Go ahead
in.
It's a simple level.

SOL LABORATORY 1 (MAP 1)-
Level one is five stages long, and when you finish all five you get a
prize coin. These coins are used later in the game, so get as many as you
can.
Stage 1. You have four Solrocks on screen, to complete the stage, slide the
top rock one space to the right.
Stage 2. Slide the top Solrock to the left into the empty space
Stage 3. Slide the bottom row right one to move them all together
Stage 4. Slide the top Solrock down one space, and knock the whooper off
the bottom of the screen.
Stage 5. Same as last stage, but slide the Ditto down one space.

well as about the Phobos Batallion Secret Storages. You gain access to the
first storage location.

SOL LABORATORY 2 (MAP 1)-
SOL LABORATORY 2 is _ levels long, it explains Continuous Trozeis
Stage 1. Push the two leftmost Solrocks down
Stage 2. Slide the rightmost Solrock up
Stage 3. push the Solrocks down to make a line of five. the whoopers will
have a space between them, and slide them so that the falling ditto lands
into the space. Slide all the whoopers into the middle to Trozei them.
Stage 4. Slide the two left Solrocks down one space each.
Stage 5. Slide the top Solrocks down two spaces each, to make them even
with the bottom level, this will set of everything else to clear.

SOL LABORATORY 3 (MAP 1)-
SOL LABORATORY 3 teaches you various other things you can do in the game.
Stage 1. Move the top Solrock to the right
Stage 2. Move Ditto (at the top) two spaces left
Stage 3. Move all the Solrocks to the left edge of the screen. that's: top
row right one, third row right twice.
Stage 4. This level is real finicky. Move all the Solrocks to the bottom.
It'll put one of the Metapod's alone, so push it right so it hits the ditto.
Stage 5. push the rightmost Solrock down one. Once it's all the way done,
slide the one whooper down three spaces to meet with the others, and that
will set off a continuous Trozei and clear the screen.

4. BOSSES

One thing to mention when fighting a boss is that they can potentially
last forever. Whenever your score drops below a certain number, each boss
can raise your Trozei remaining. See individual bosses for which attacks
they use.
When fighting a boss, you absolutely need to use continuous trozeis, because
of them raising the Trozei remaining. When you make a Trozei they will be
stunned, as well as for a few seconds after.
The rocks the Generals drop can only be destroyed by Dittos, and you're
going to have to be careful, because Dittos get extremely rare in later
levels, as the Generals drop more and more rocks, faster and faster
BOSS 1 - PHOBOS TRAIN
General Buzz
Minimum remaining before it increases: 10

Attacks: Rock Drop
-Buzz is a very easy boss to defeat, if you're fast. He does take
a good while to fight if you're not good at continuous Trozei.
You really shouldn’t have a problem with him.
BOSS 2 - PHOBOS JET
General Avery
Minimum remaining before it increases: 10
Increase in remaining: to 50
Attacks: Rock Push, Blackout
-Avery is a little annoying, but again not too hard. His attack will
destroy Pokemon already on your screen, so you'll have to be</pre><pre id="faqspan-2">
careful not to create combos too close to the right side.
BOSS 3 - PHOBOS DRILL

Minimum remaining before it increases: 10
Increase in remaining: to 50
Attacks: Rock Drop, Blackout
-Grock will increase your pokemon as soon as he recovers from being
stunned, so be sure to match your last fifteen/twenty very smoothly
BOSS 4 - PHOBOS SUBMARINE
General Aquarella

Attacks: Rock Push, Blackout
-She is not much different that General Avery, so get at her.
BOSS 5 - PHOBOS WALKER

-He is extremely difficult to beat, just because it's extremely fast
and Dittos are few and far between. Not to mention that all his pokemon
are round, so when he uses his blackout ability, you're in serious
trouble.
FINAL BOSS - PHOBOSPHERE
Baron Phobos
Minimum remaining before increases: 10
Increase in remaining: add 50
Attacks: Rock Replace, Blackout
-Rock replace is irritating, and he moves extremely fast. You're going to
have to practice to defeat this guy.
-VERY IMPORTANT NOTE - When you beat Baron Phobos, and watch the end
credits, your game will AUTOMATICALLY switch to hard mode and reset your
maps, sorry. But when you defeat Hard mode you will be able to play a new
mode called Forever Mode!!!

4.1 Boss Attacks
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rock Drop will take a random falling Pokemon and turn it into a rock.
Not terribly annoying. You can only Trozei rocks out by using Dittos
Rock Push will choose a random row from the bottom and destroy the
rightmost Pokemon and place a rock on the leftmost space of that row. This
is extremely annoying, as it often eliminates a Pokemon you were trying to
make a Trozei with.
Rock Replace will pause the action while a claw comes in and steals one of
your Pokemon and replaces it with a rock. This is most often Dittos and
rare Pokemon, but could be anything, including a Pokemon currently being
Trozeied.
Blackout will turn all Pokemon into silhouette, ending after ten seconds or
so, or when you get a Trozei and stun him

Mr Who lives in a strange den made of junkyard parts, and looks a little
like E-Gadd of the mario series. He follows behind the Phobos Mobiles and
picks up loose pokeballs. You can trade your coins for time to catch these
rare and otherwise un catchable pokemon.
You can only carry 99 coins at any given time, so you're going to have to
make occasional stops to Mr Who's Den anyways, you might as well do it for
the awesome rewards.
There are certain fixed levels in Mr Who's Den, and you randomly get placed
in one of these levels for two minutes after paying him a coin. And rare
Pokemon will be randomly dealt out in groups of three, from the following
list.
It doesn't matter if you're playing in normal or hard mode when you're in
Mr. Who's Den, it just matters that you're there. Have fun.

6. ENDLESS MODE

Endless levels save every five levels of progress, not every one. That is,
if you reach level 36, you will only be able to continue from level 35.
The levels are fairly easy between one and thirty, then mildly difficult to
forty, then it becomes incredibly fast and quite difficult beyond that level
are you up to the challenge?

8. Pair Trozei

In Pair Trozei, you play with two DS, and if necessary one player has Trozei
Mini. The two players have two separate playing fields, but share a total
score, and a total Pokemon to be Trozeied.
The really neat thing about this mode is whenever your partner makes a
Trozei
with four or five Pokemon, the type of Pokemon they Trozeied is removed from
your screen too, which can potentially save you, as it does move a little
fast.

When playing with a partner, if your partner only has Trozei mini, you can
catch Flygon in this mode, however if your partner has the full cartridge,
you can catch many other rare pokemon (according to the pokedex, We've only
seen Banette).

9. Battle Mode
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Battle mode is another great multiplayer mode. Both players play with
separate sets of Pokemon (which of you challenged determines what sets
you can choose from).
When you're playing, the goal is to make the other player lose. Not really
under your control, right? Wrong. Every Trozei you make is gathered in a
little ball that the opponent can see on their screen. Whenever you finish
a Continuous Trozei, your opponent has more Pokemon dropped on them. One
for each Trozei you completed. Not only that, but they'll be of the Pokemon
that you just cleared, which cannot be a normal type of Pokemon for them,
greatly increasing the challenge and competition factor of this game.

After playing a certain number of Trozei Battles, you get a battle for
a badge. This promotes you to "Super Agent" which puts a little pokeball
beside your name in all your high scores.

10. Pokemon Trozei Mini

Pokemon Trozei Mini is the most ingeneous way to play multiplayer in any
DS game to date. Essentially, you download Endless and limited multiplayer
modes to up to sixteen friends at a time. The download doesn't take that
long, either, so don't be afraid of lasting forever.
Then, your friend can take it with them, and play it all day in endless
mode.
How great is that? Well, it's not perfect. There's only ten endless
levels,
but it's enough to get you hooked!

11. Agent Cards

Your agent Card is your multiplayer ID in Pokemon Trozei. You can access it
through the Angent Cafe. It contains your name (default the name of your
DS)
your birthday, a short message, and a rare pokemon.
This pokemon can be ANY pokemon that is rare throughout the entire game.
However, this includes the extremely rare legendary pokemon. They will
appear in a secret storage with 100 pokemon to trozei, and a certain set
of common pokemon. The only problem is that it will never change, making
most of these rare pokemon almost unattainable.

13. FAQ

Q) Where can I find ______ Pokemon?
A) Look in your pokedex to see if you've heard of it. Otherwise look in
mine
It's probably available in one of the high levels of Endless mode.
Q) Can I transfer to my other Pokemon games?
A) No, not at all. The Pokemon aren't yours to give in this game, sorry.
Q) But I really want to!
A) Too bad, this is the only game released outside Japan that lets you catch
Celebi, Mew, Jirachi, Deoxys, Ho-oh, Lugia, the Dogs, the Birds and more
without any other limit. Besides, certain rare Pokemon (i.e. FEEBAS) is
very easy to catch, and they really don't want to make it that easy.
Q) Fine, can I transfer my other Pokemon into this game?
A) Still no, I'm afraid, this game is unlikable to any other Pokemon game
except for other Pokemon Trozei, and even then you can't trade pokedex,
just high scores.
Q) I just beat the game, what happened!?
A) A major setback with this game is that it resets when you beat the
final boss. You're stuck on hard mode until you reset your Pokemon
data.
Q) I just beat the game, but I didn't get all the Pokemon
A) Just like any Pokemon game, you've got to be very thorough. Make sure
you
collected any of the rare Pokemon from every level. Be sure to play
lots of endless mode and go to the junkyard, a lot. There are lots of
Pokemon, such as the unknown, that can only be found in the
junkyard late in the game.
