---Introduction:
Don't you just love games where they let you combine things together?
However, there are very many combinations, and it always feels
like you are missing the most important one. This guide required me
to find all the combinations myself the first time, but luckily the
game keeps track of all the combinations after you make them. Still
people will want help finding all the combinations, so I made this guide
to help them out that first time through!
---Basics:
(Note: From here out, I am calling both physical and magic attacks
as just attacks)
Start by hitting pause and going to the Command Matrix Menu. In there,
there will be anywhere from 3-8 places (depending on how far in the
game you are) to synthesize two attacks together.
There is two blue rows, and one red row. If you just want to use one
attack by itself, you will always place it in the upper of the two blue
rows. It will have a bar on the right that fills up as you collect CP
points from enemies, and turn to a ! when it is ready to level.
If you put one attack on each blue line, the result of the synthesis
will be on the red line, and it will be the attack, and level of attack
that you actually use in the deck for battle.
If the two spells do not synthesize, it will be an increased level of the
attack in the first space. The result level has to do with the level
and rank of the two attack before it. It is not a direct 1:1 ratio, if
the second attack is higher ranked, there may be higher levels added,
and less ranked means less levels as well.
You will be able to see if two attacks do or do not synthesize while you are
choosing the second attacks. If the text on the attack is white, they will
not synthesize. If the text is yellow on the other hand, the two attacks will
synthesize into an all new attack.
When two attacks are able to synthesize, the order does not matter, which is
first and which is second, the result is the same.
Although you will be able to use this new synthesis the moment you choose
the two attacks on the two lines, they will not actually fuze until both
attacks have reached CP max, and are showing the ! next to their names.
Once both are CP ! you have to go to the menu and tell them to synthesize, you
will lose the two components, and have the result now on the top blue line,
with the second blue line empty once again for more leveling or new
synthesis.
There are a few other special features besides this based around the letters
C and R, and CR, but they have no effect on synthesis, so I am going to
skip discussing them. The max level an attack can have is 100, in which the
level icon simply becomes a crown.
Some attacks can only be stolen from monsters, bought in the store, or
prizes for cleaning an area but they are usually cheap to buy,
so monster farming is not needed. They may not be available right away,
but as soon as they are added to one store, they are available
no matter where you go
---Leveling Tips:
If you need to quickly get some CP, the best place is right outside Olympus
Coliseum late in the game, some high level monsters hang out there, and attack
in large numbers, so with a CP multiplier Cheat, you can level your whole
deck in less than one minute.
