Hi, and welcome to my Katekyo Hitman Reborn FAQ. You're free to use this guide
for personal use, and if you feel like reproducing it elsewhere, ask for
permission first (it's common courtesy) or else I'll roast you with an
"X Burner"! Just like that.

Revision History

     - Completed all the Episodes, added the Floor Map and money rewards
v0.90 - Started the FAQ

----------------
1. Introduction
----------------

This game is based on Katekyo Hitman Reborn, a manga series about Tsuna, a boy
who, against his own will, gets trained to become the 10th boss of the Vongola
family by Reborn, an internationally famous hitman especialist in the
"dying will" bullet.

Let's go!

--------------
2. Game Modes
--------------

Story Mode
-----------

The main mode of the game, where you'll meet the characters from the Future
saga, from Lal Mirch to Byakuran.

Gallery
--------

-Minigame: Here you can play the minigames you've earned from the shop, not
only the Normal ones, but the Challenges too (see "Extra
          Mini-games" section).
-Scenario: Here you can replay the dialogues in each zone that you've
          cleared in Story Mode.
-Sound: Here you can listen to the voices of all the characters and the BGM
that you've bought in the Shop (in Story Mode).

Option
-------

-Vongola Theater: This option lets you save up to 3 customized game opening
greetings (the greetings with 2 chars when you start up
                 the game).
The first option is for setting either your customized
greetings, or the sample ones, and the second one is
                 for creating a new one.
To create a new greeting, select the two characters, their
lines, their poses and the background scenario, and save
in one of the three slots.
-Password: Here you can enter "Shinuki Cheats" (see "Cheats" section).
-Data: Here you can erase your gameplay data.

Download
---------
Here you can play between 2 players or from 2 to 4 players. Since I don't
know anyone else who has the game, I don't know much about this option.

--------------
3. Story Mode
--------------

In the story mode, you'll go through various episodes, completing different
tests (mini-games) in order to proceed.
If you lose at any of them, you'll have the option to continue, to look at the
explanation again or to quit.
When you complete all the tests in one zone, you'll be able to unlock one (or
more) new zone, provided you pay some of the money you earned clearing the
mini-games.
Since I don't know japanese, the names of the places and the descriptions may
be a bit off, so bear with me.
The reward money you get from each test is listed too, so that you know which
test is better when you're replaying them for money (if you're replaying, you
can select the second option to skip the test's dialogue).

Zone 01: Computer Room (B1F)
-----------------------------

-Episode 01

Description: Gianinni creates robots after Reborn.
Test: Click on the correct Reborn 3 times to clear the stage.
Hint: One false Reborn has horns in his hat, the other has the
mouth open, and the other has a weird tip on top of his hat.
Reward: 50,000 V.

-Episode 02

Description: Lambo hides in the room and the light switch doesn't work.
Test: Move the lantern with the D-Pad to locate Lambo 3 times.
Reward: 50,000 V.

-Episode 03

Description: Tsuna, Yamamoto and Gokudera participate in a survival race.
Test: Click on the characters to make them jump over the lasers, and click
on the doors to open them so they can pass. You don't get any reward
if all three of them make it to the end (though it's more thrilling),
so you may even concentrate on one of them.
Reward: 70,000 V.

-Episode 04

Description: Tsuna, Gokudera and Lal Mirch go to a box-themed sushi.
Test: Tap on any character to make them eat the box sushi. Lal Mirch
will eat violet and blue boxes, Gokudera will eat red boxes, and
Tsuna can eat any of them. Use the cup of tea to empty the "full"
bar of any of your characters, since the goal in the stage is to
eat them all (let 3 box sushis pass by and you fail).
Reward: 70,000 V.

Zone 02: Kitchen (B1F)
-----------------------

-Episode 05

Description: Haru goes to collect food for lunch.
Test: Move the D-Pad to move around and click on the leaves to move them
aside and find vegetables. It's important to check on the map to
see where the vegetables are, since clicking randomly may cause
I-Pin or Lambo to pop up, and they deduct some of your remaining time.
Reward: 80,000 V.

-Episode 06

Description: Yamamoto helps the girls slice ingredients.
Test: Draw the figures Reborn tells you to slice up 7 ingredients and
clear the stage. If you miss any of the triangles that show the
correct path, it won't count, so you have to be careful when drawing.
Reward: 80,000 V.

-Episode 07

Description: Uri's energy needs to be recharged.
Test: Tap on Uri to recharge it while the girls aren't looking. If they
notice you, you'll go away and the charge bar will drop even more.
Reward: 100,000 V.

Zone 03: The 3 Brothers' Room (B2F)
------------------------------------

-Episode 08

Description: Tsuna plays against Nosaru in a jumping game.
Test: Press the A button to jump rope.
Reward: 100,000 V.

-Episode 09

Description: Gokudera plays against Tazaru in a Beyblade-like game.
Test: Use the stylus to draw circles clockwise to make your "dark slicer"
powerful enough to blow the other one out of bounds. If the blue
gauge reaches the top, you'll lose all your strength, so stop
spinning to try and keep the gauge near the top.
Reward: 110,000 V.

-Episode 10

Description: Gamma challenges Yamamoto to deflect billiard balls.
Test: Tap the balls as they enter any of the four circles, and beware of
the curved shots Gamma uses randomly.
Reward: 120,000 V.

Zone 04: Abandoned Warehouse (B2F)
-----------------------------------

-Episode 11

Description: Tsuna has to face Ken and Chikusa.
Test: Use the D-Pad to avoid the snakes, Chikusa's Hedgehog and Ken's
     rushes.
Reward: 100,000 V.

-Episode 12

Description: Tsuna has to face Glo Xinia.
Test: Ignore and don't tap on Glo Xinia until you clear the stage.
Reward: 5,000 V.

-Episode 13

Description: 10Ryohei arrives and thinks up some entrance poses.
Test: Use either the stylus or the buttons to do the poses in the
     correct order.
Reward: 120,000 V.

one side to the other without Dendro seeing them.
Reward: 100,000 V.

-Episode 15

Reward: 120,000 V.

-Episode 16

     next one.
Reward: 150,000 V.

Zone 07: Millefiore's Central Room (B3F)
-----------------------------------------

-Episode 17

Description: Tsuna meets the Cervello girls and Irie Shouichi.
Test: Press the A button repeatedly to inflate a balloon, and press the B
button when it's large enough to pop it and try to wake Shouichi up.
You'll need to pop 4 or 5 balloons to clear the stage.
Reward: 100,000 V.
