YM1 Introduction
Alright everyone, welcome to my first FAQ.
This FAQ is on Yugi Moto, and his friends In Jump Ultimate Stars.
For a while now, when I first tried using Yugi,
I thought he was a below average character,So I go and try him again, and well..
He soon becomes one of my better characters.
I've also seen a few other people using Yugi,
and thought this FAQ might come to use. ^__^
BTW Sorry For This Being Sloppy...It Looked Nice Before, When I hade It In
Wordpad, But I Had To Transfer This To Notepade To Get It Into A text doc.

YM2 Game Basics
Ok, now for some the of basics of the game.
A - Jump
A,A - Double Jump
A,A,A - Triple Jump (Can only be done when correct help koma are attached)
B - Weak Attack
B+Up - Upwards Attack A
B+Left/Right - Side Attack A
B+Down - Changes Opponents Battle Character
B While In Air - Aerial Attack A
Y - Strong Attack
Y+Up - Upwards Attack B
Y+Left/Right - Side Attack B
Y+Down - Guard Break
Y While In Air - Aerial Attack B
X - Special A
X+Up - Special B
Down (Hold) - Block
Down,Down - Fall Through Platform/Fall Faster
Down+A - Fall Through Platform/Fall Faster
To obtain Yugi, You must complete Mission 1,
Objective 5 at the Yugi stage in J-Space.
To complete this objective,
You must collect all of the stars within 30 seconds.
This is actually pretty easy.
I suggest using a good ring out character such as Luffy.

YM4 Evolving Yugi
This Is A Simple Yugi Evolution Chart

Yugi starts off as a help koma,
and you must purchase his other forms with this game's currency called, Gems.
As you evolve Yugi, you obtain his two support koma,
his 3 battle character koma, and his question koma
(All of which will be explained later on)

YM5 Support/Help Koma
Yugi and his friends become different support and help koma,
Each of which have different effects.
Yugi Help Koma:

Increases battle characters SP gauge when attacking or blocking Characters
of the opposite nature.
Yugi Support Koma 1:
[ ][ ]
Yugi draws 2 cards from his deck, one being Dark Magician,
and the other Dark Magician Girl.
They are both summoned in front of Yugi,
and shoot a blast of energy in front of them.
Yugi draws 1 card from his deck, which is monster reborn.
It is summoned, and then brings one of your characters back to life,
yet doesn't heal them.This card does no damage
NOTE: This card does not bring back characters from survival matches.

Kaiba Help Koma:

Your battle character's SP gauge regenerates if you don't change characters
or use support characters.
Kaiba Support Koma 1:
[ ]
[ ]
Kaiba draws a card from his deck, and activates Crush Card Virus.
4 Crush Cards are brought out in front of kaiba,
in a semi-circle formation.
This causes a support koma seal on the opponent,
if they are hit by one of the crush cards.
This attack also does no damage.
Kaiba Support Koma 2:

Kaiba draws a card from his deck,
and summons blue eyes basically on top of him.
Blue eyes shoots a straight outwards beam attack from it's mouth.
These damages may vary, since they are ranged attacks.
Jonuchi Katsuya Help Koma:

Increases battle character's SP gauge
when using multiple special attacks
within a short period of time.
Hiroto Honda Help Koma:
[ ]
Increases battle character's SP gauge when hitting multiple times.
Anzu Mazaki Help Koma :

Increases battle character's max health,
by various amounts depending on what koma level they are.

YM6 Yugi's Attacks
These are Yugi's basic attacks, and what they do.
Y: Yugi Summons Buster Blader which swings his sword,
and spreads fire straight foward on the ground.
Y+Left/Right - Yugi Summons Dark Magician Girl,
Which Shoots Out A Ball Of Energy From Her Staff.
20 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters
30 Damage Against Laughter Characters
Y+Up - Yugi Summons Dark Paladin,
Which Points A Ball Of Energy At The Top Of His Staff Upwards.
20 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters
30 Damage Against Laugter Characters
Y+Down - Yugi Summons Dark Magician,
which Explodes A Ball Of Energy In Front Of Him.
Also Guard Breaks.
20 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters.
30 Damage Against Laughter Characters.
Y+While In The Air - Yugi Plays Swords Of Revealing Light,
Which Shoots Downwards.
Also Stuns The Opponent For About Half A Second.
11 - 21 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters.
16 - 31 Damage Against Knowledge Characters.
B - Yugi Summons Celtic Guardian,
Which Slashes In Front Of Him With His Sword
10 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters.
15 Damage Against Laughter Characters.
B+Left/Right - Yugi Rolls A Pair Of Dungeon Dice In Front Of Him.
2 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters.
3 Damage Against Laughter Characters.
This Attack Hits Anywhere From 1-5 Times,
and stuns the opponent while being attacked.
B+Up - Yugi Throws Down A Capsule,
And A Monster That Resembles Yugi Pops Out And Punches Upwards.
10 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters.
15 Damage Against Laughter Characters.
If The Capsule From This Attack Hits The Opponent,
It Will Stun Them For About Half A Second.
B+Down - Yugi Summons Gaia The Fierce Knight,
Which Lunges Foward. Also Forces Opponent's Character To Change.
10 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters.
15 Damage Against Laughter Characters.
B While In The Air - Yugi Summons Winged Guardian Of The Fortress,
Which Shoots A Ball Of Flames From It's Mouth Diagonally Downwards.
8 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters.
12 Damage Against Laughter Characters.
This Attack Also Knocks The Opponent Down.

-4 Koma Special A - Yugi Summons The Winged Dragon Of Ra,
Which Shoots A Yellow Beam Of Energy Straight Fowards.
Approx. 24 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters
Approx. 36 Damage Against Laughter Characters.
-4 Koma Special B - Exact Same Move As Yugi's Support Koma 2.
-5 Koma Special A - Yugi Summons Obelisk The Tormentor,
Which Punches Foward.
The Lightning From Obelisk Being Summoned Also Does Damage
5 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters From Lightning.
48 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters From Punch.
The lightning Can Connect With The Punch For A 53 Damage Attack.
Oponent Also Gets Knocked Into The Air
7 Damage Against Laughter Characters From Lightning.
Oponent Gets Knocked Into The Air
72 Damage Against Laughter Characters From Punch.
The lightning Can Connect With The Punce For A 79 Damage Attack.
-5 Koma Special B - Yugi Summons A Large Sword,
Which Appears Over All Opponents.
Also Causes Support Seal Effect.
36 Damage Against Power/ Knowledge Characters.
54 Damage Against Laughter Characters.
-6 Koma Special A - Yugi Summons Slifer The Sky Dragon,
Which Shoots A Beam Of Energy Straight Foward From It's Mouth.
Also Deals Damage From Being Summoned,
But If The Enemy Gets Hit By The Lightning,
The Beam Won't Connect With them.
Approx. 32 Damage To Power/ Knowledge Characters From Beam
5 Damage To Power Knowledge Characters From Lightning
Approx. 48 Damage to Laughter Characters From Beam
7 Damage To Laughter Characters From Lightning
-6 Koma Special B - Yugi Plays Spellbinding Circle,
Which Appears Over All Opponents,
And Drains All Of Their SP. Does No Damage.
Ultimate Action: Yugi Switches With Another Of Your Battle Characters.
Yugi Also Has Passive Actions:
-Gain SP Energy When using Support Characters.
-Gain SP Energy When fighting Against Laughter characters.
-Can See Invisible Battle Characters.

YM7 Using Yugi
Here Comes The Fun Part ^___^
Anyways, When I Use Yugi, I Like To Stay Mid Range From The Opponent,
Since Most Of Yugi's Attacks Are Mid - Long Range.
Some Of His Good Combos Would Be...
B, B+Up, Y+Up.
B, B+ Foward, Y+Foward
B, Y, Y+Foward
Yugi Doesn't Have Much Health,
So I Suggest Adding In A Healing Support Or Battle Koma.
Also, Daijiro Ohara From Kochi Kame Works Pretty Well
With Yugi's 6 Koma Special A,
And Most Of Yugi's Attacks.
Yugi Is Also Pretty Good At Edge Guarding,
Since He Can Put Out Many Mid-Long Range Attacks.
Giving Yugi Triple Jump, Air Dash, Less Damage From Punches,
And Less Damage From Sword Komas Help Out Alot.

Here Comes The Not So Fun Part >____<
So, Basically When You Fight Against Him,
You May Want To Use Paralysis, And Support, Special Seals.
Never Let Yugi Push You To The Edges,
Or He Won't Stop Summoning His Monsters.
Getting Close To Him Also Helps...
And Most Yugi Users Block Alot, So Just Guard Break Them.
