I. Introduction
===============================================================================
Gintama DS Yorozuya Daisoudou is a Nintendo DS. It was published by Namco
Bandai Games on 09/21/06. The title can be translated as "Silver Ball - House
of anything's big riot". The game is based on the manga and anime Gintama by
Hideaki Sorachi.

II.Basic Information
===============================================================================

a. Contols
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This game is played completely with the Stylus. To walk, you simply draw a line
with the stylus on the floor and the characters will follow it. The wooden
sword on the top of the touch screen shows how long you can make the line.

b. Battle Controls
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you enter a building in which you can fight you'll see only one character
instead of the three of them, to switch character just tap on the Soul kanji on
the top left corner of the touch screen. The Justaway in the bottom left corner
show how many hits the character can take.
In this mode if you draw the line far from the floor or over a hole the
characters will try to jump, and if you draw the line over an enemy they will
attack. Touching the character will throw some thing or do a quick horizontal
attack and come back.

c. Obajetive

The main objetive of the game is to pay your 1000000 yen debt to Otose, you
will do that by doing jobs and missions (See the sction III. Walkthrough), she
will come in a month (31 days) to gather the money, if you don't have the money
at that time she will take all your money and come back some day later until
you pay.

d. Yorozuya Gin-Chan
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yorozuya Gin-Chan is Gintoki's business, he will do any job for anyone, here is
where you star your day.

| Main Screen|
============
On the top screen you'll see the stats:
# Day: The number of days that have pased in game since you began.
Money owned: How much money you have.
Debt: How much money you owe Otose.
Food: Things for everyone to eat. There are four types:
*The rice represents food for Gintoki, Kagura and Shinpachi
*The Bone is obiuslly Pet Food for Sadaharu
*The Parfait are sweets for Gintoki
*The Sukonbu is something special for Kagura.
If one of this is missing they'll ransack Otose's snack shop, who will add the
tab to your debt.
Job: If some has hired you to do something.

| Touch Screen|
=============
On the touch screen there are several things that can be done depending on what
you touch:
1. Tap the calendar and you'll be asked if you want to save and end the day,
and if yes you'll be asked if you want o keep playing, say no to go to the
title screen.
2. Tap the TV to watch TV, you may get a TV shopping show and if you have
enought money you can buy some stuff that will be put on the room.
3. Tap on the Phone to control Tsura or Hijikata Toshiro and Okita Sogo when
you have unlocked them.
4. Tap on the Refrigerator to see the Item Screen.
5. Tap on the book on the table to see the card collection.
6. Tap on any trash to pick up the trash. To pick up the trash just drag it
to the trash can that will appear on the bottom right corner of the touch
screen.
7. Tap on the trash can to take out the trash. Just go to the Alley and walk
to the trash space and Gintoki will put it on its place.
8. Tap on Sadaharu to take him out for a walk, you must find the 9 "special"
spots. They are:
*.To the left of Shuei Constructions
*.In front of the Koudoukan Dojo
*.On the bridge
*.In front of the Shinsengumi headquarters
*.In front of the park
*.In the rigth corner of the Hotel Ikedaya
*.In front of Gin The Avenue
*.On the right side of the second conrtrucion space in Gin The Avenue
*.In the Alley
9. Touch one of the pictures on the back wall to see it, you'll get four of
these.

What to do: Shinpachi ask you to paste posters to offer their services arround
the city, just look for the dotted rectangles on the walls and tap them to

Forth: Cross from right to left killing or avoiding the Yakuza. See map,

Fifth floor: Climb avoiding the punches, marked P on the map, the +'s are the

Sixth floor: Cross from left to right avoiding the duck legs, marked P on the
map. See map.
Seventh floor: Climb using the moving platforms. See map, there's a 100 yen
coin and card 44.

Avoid the punches and tap Katsura to damage it, when it opens the beak back
away because it will atack with circular waves. After a few attacks the
exterior will fell off, so be careful because it'll be extra hard to spot when
it will use the wave attack.

The city map is made up by 7 maps that form a circle, that means that if you
walk to the rignt you'll eventually get to the same spot.
Besides the circle street, there's the Avenue and the Trash alley.

|Big Edo Mart|
============
This is a normal super market with food and magazines, some will work as your
food and all items can be used for fishing (see the sction VI. Items). You'll
also play a minigame later.

|Bridge|
======
The bridge lot fairly normal but if you come as Tsura you can play a hidden
minigame (see section V. Minigames), just tap aroud the center of the bridge.

|Building|
========
These are abandoned buildings full of enemies and money, one will be open each
day (see section c. Abandoned buildings)

|Boss Buildings|
==============
These are the four places where you fight the bosses, you'll have to pass by
some floors full of enemies and tricks. (see section d. Boss buildings)

|Casino Edobegasu|
================
This is the first building you'll help constructing. It has three floors, each
with a diferent minigame, these are Poker, slots and Pachinko. It's a pun on
Edo Vegas

|Deniisu|
=======
This is a restaurant , the name is a pun on "Denny's" pronunciation. Here
you'll choose between 7 dishes:

A hot spring bath, is the third building you'll help constructing. Here you'll
bath house minigame.

Shinpachi and Otae's house, here you'll play the Shinpachi's training minigame.

|Kouei Theater|
=============
The theater between the avenue and the Deniisu, as far as I now there's nothing
there more than filling space.

The place where you start your day, in the first floor is Otose Snack Shop,
where you play the Dish washing minigame, on the second floor there is the
Yorozuya Gin-chan, where you live.

|Mamushi Industry|

Here is where you play de Justaway minigame.

===================
One of the few buildings with two doors, the little door to de left is for the
Boss Building and the main door is to play wih Pince Hata little pet, in Pezu's
minigame.

One of the few buildings with two doors, the little door to de left is for the
Okita's minigame and the main door is to play the Eyemask minigame.

|Shuei Construction|
==================
These are the people who hire you to construct the builings in Gin The Avenue,
as far as I now there's nothing there more than filling space.

|Teishokuya|
==========
Another resturant, is the second building you'll help constructing. Here you'll
choose between 7 dishes, but buy the 10 fold Ramen to get the 1 minute Ramen
minigame.

the record the to get more money.

Tap the weed and slide it up to remove it, you must remove all the weeds, but
it will keep growing until you remove the little one eyed alien.

|Hammering|
=========
Drag the hammer up and down on the nail to nail it.

|Roof Tile|
=========
Drag and drop the tiles on the roof acording to the drawing. The first image is
a spiral, the second is Elizabeth and the third a lot of Justaways.
