I.Introduction

Ok, the main reason i made this FAQ is because I havent really seen any FAQs
on KOF '99 Evolution for the Dreamcast and I was mad bored. This isnt a
Movelist or Combo FAQ. This FAQ is for people who want to get all the hidden
Strikers quickly and easily. This is my first FAQ so bare with me.

II.Extra Strikers
=============================================================================
A.How to get em
-At first glance it seems like it would take a sickly amount of time to
get all 16 Strikers. But luckily i've found a quick and easy way to get 900
points insanely fast (ok not insanely but still fast non-the-less).
The 1st step is to set the difficulty up to max (8-Expert). Then set the
power gauge to max and set the rounds to 3. Now go into Single Play and pick
someone with a cheesy, high damaging super ie. Krizalid. Then wreck your
first opponent with supers like crazy. After the first fight you should
recieve anywhere from 850-1000 points depending on how bad you beat the
computer. Now on your second opponent just throw the fight! Yup, thats it.
Make believe Don King just slipped you a few dollars and lose. When it asks
you if you want to continue, let the time run out. Then go to Extra Strikers
and check out the 800-1000 points you just got in about a minute or two.
Repeat this method until you've gotten all the strikers. Then call up your
friends and laugh at them.
B.What they do
---Justice---
Fio : She come onto the screen on a parachute and falls on the floor almost
at 1/2 screen. If the she actually touches the enemy (blocked or not) she
gets up and does kind of a double palm strike (think Yun and Yang from SF3)
Rank : ** Eh, i really dont use it but some people may like it.
Daimon : He runs across the screen about 1/2 way across and he atempts to
grab the enemy. If he grabs the enemy he slams them on the floor and then
tosses them across the screen.
Rank : * Not very good. Most people will see it coming and block.
Billy : He runs across to about mid screen and kicks the enemy. If it
connects he does a lil' 4-hit combo ending in an uppercut.
Rank : ** Its ok. You can use it to surprise people as it comes out
fairly quickly. Juggle possibilities after uppercut.
Yamazaki : He jumps down to about mid screen with a jump in kick. Then he
does his little tornado uppercut jammie.
Rank : ** The uppercut is a nice anti-air but it send the enemy across
the screen so you cant really juggle after it. His Dark version is way
better.
Kyo SP : He comes out and throws his fireball thing across the floor (It
goes very fast). He then follows with a dashing elbow strike. If the
fireball connects it freezes the enemy and the elbow will connect.
Rank : **** I like this one alot. Besides the fact that it looks cool
it leaves the enemy open to infinite combo possibilities.
Chizuru : She jumps out to 1/3 screen. If the enemy is near her she does an
uppercut for 2-hits.
Rank : ** I never use it, but you can juggle after the uppercut.
Athena SP : She flys down with some dive attack thing for 3-hits followed
by a kick.
Rank : *** Its ok. Fairly quick but no juggling afterwards. (She gets
an extra star just for wearing that schoolgirl outfit ^_^)
Alfred : He dives in and does a nifty lil' air combo for 4-hits. He will do
the whole combo even if its blocked.
Rank : ** Average. It looks pretty cool. You may be able to juggle if you
dash in quick enuff.
