17. HINTS AND TIPS
------------------------------------------------------------------
All of these Collectables are easy to get with the exception of a
few. Its once you start having a bulky collection that it gets
hard to find those damn toys that will finish off the set I have
a few tips to help in these situations:
1. Save up around 1500-2000 Yen and save it. Next head to the
machine of which your needed collectable is in and spend all your
money on that one machine, maybe youll get it first time maybe
not but if you dont just re-load your save and youll be back to
the point were u had all your moneyand you can keep trying untill
you have it.
2. Getting those hard to win collectables in the lucky dip is all
down to luck but here is a little tip, Save up about 15 instant
win cans (from the drink machines) and go to a Tomato store. When
the girl/guy asks to draw a ticket don't press anything and wait
for the "A" sign to dissapear from the bottom right corner of
the screen (or wait till the last swuch sound and don't press
anything). U should get a 2 (And maybe even a 1) at least once
out of those 15 cans.-taken from svge0828 on GAMEFAQS Message
boards.
3. Try starting to collect a certain 'set' of collectables in
one go and not starting a new set, so basicly stick to one
machine and then once you've got all of the toys from there move
to the next one. Itll save you a lot of time and you wont end
up as confused as you would be if you had half the Virtua
fighter toys and half the Virtua Fighter kids toys. :)
