Each tech is listed on the left with names of the characters listed on the top
and bottom of the matrix. By cross referencing the tech with the character, you
are given the level in which that character will learn that tech. An "x"
indicates that this specific character is unable to learn that tech. See
glossary for terms.

Glossary of Terms:
DMG: damage
HP: hit points
living: any enemy that is not robotic in nature
robotic: created beings made of metal and circuitry
randomly: meaning randomly affected not random enemy
TP: tech points
