I didn't write any of this, I'm just transcribing it. All rights belong
to Taito.
Since this game has Japanese dialogue with English subtitles, I'm just
transcribing the subtitles directly, with occasional notes based on the
original Japanese in some places where I feel like I can clarify or
correct the translation. In general, I would say that the translation
isn't as good as in the previous game (although we were spared bad dub
acting this time). I also included "stage directions" where I felt they
were needed to convey the sense of the scene.
NOTE: The "IN BATTLE" lines are not subtitled, so I've tried to offer my
own translations, plus direct transcriptions. I had trouble hearing
some of them, and I'm not exactly fluent in Japanese, so there are bound
to be some mistakes. A "???" marks places where I'm especially unsure
and/or making things up.
"PF1" refers to the prequel, Psychic Force.

hunter you are now!

MIGHT: What a fool? (sic) Did he think he could defeat me through sheer
force alone?

showing your face here! Come on!
MIGHT: Do you really believe that you can defeat me? I, a hunter who

memory as a result of a reaction of having passed through space-time.

WONG: You are one of the army's newest creations --- a Psychiccer
Hunter, a cyborg being developed further even as we speak. You have
come from the future to be here with us now.
MIGHT: Me? From the future?
WONG: Who would have believed that you, my own creation, would come back
in time to bare your teeth at your own master and creator? Have no
fear, however, for I will soon correct this disruption in time.
MIGHT: Do you mean to say that you intend to kill me? it won't be so
easy as you may think! You may not realize it, but there is one memory
that remains etched into the very corners of my mind --- that I have
been ordered to hunt you down as well!
WONG: That may be, but do you really think that you can do that in the
little time you now have left?
(FIGHT)

WONG: You fool! You have come from the future... Do you mean to say
that history itself will change? That cannot be!
MIGHT: There is more than one future, Wong. And this is the end of
yours!
WONG: How could you? I am your creator!!!
MIGHT: It's over... It's all over now...
MIGHT: (thinking of Patty) You, who were taken and captured by Wong,
have been forced to continue to provide the genes needed in order to
create cyborgs such as I... To prevent this from ever happening, you
had to eliminate your own existence --- that was the only thing which
could be done... And once you had come to that conclusion, you asked
me to kill you.
I may be nothing more than a clone of the true Might, but that does not
change the fact that I was born from you... I cannot, I can never kill
you... That is why I have sealed my own memories... But I remember it
all now... Patty...no...Mother!

and he may have more battle quotes that we're just not catching.

GENSHIN: You shall never be forgiven for this! Behind you I see the
light of the Devil.
This evil shadow which threatens our world must now be driven out and
destroyed!
