Bulleta Character History
************************************************

Bulleta (aka B.B.Hood in the US) first appeared in the game Vampire
Savior (aka Darkstalkers 3). She is obviously a parody on the Little Red
Riding Hood children's story, being the aggressor yet still having that
certain amount of innocence to her character. She is a hunter of the
Darkstalkers.

         pale skin

         fair skin

Bulleta Opening Animation
************************************************

Bulleta just kinda walks out and gets ready to fight.

************************************************
Bulleta Winning Poses
************************************************

-Bulleta punches towards the screen and declares victory.

-Bulleta punches towards the screen and declares victory three times.

-Bulleta appears to stick a pen in her mouth and flips through some notes.

************************************************
Bulleta Goofy Animations
************************************************

The best part of using Bulleta is all of the crazy animations that make
up her character. Here's a list of some of the more interesting things
that she does.

-At all times, there are three butterflies flying around her and her
doggy follows her around.

-When you hold Down and duck, the butterflies land on Bulleta's head.
After a few seconds a flower will bloom and the butterflies will examine
it.

-When Bulleta skips forward towards the opponent, she always sings "la
la la."

-Bulleta sneezes during her standing Short Kick.

-Her doggy always freaks out whenever she uses firepower.

-While Bulleta descends from a jump, she looks embarassed and holds her
skirt down.

-When doing her knee attack (F + RK), she's actually trying to get
away from a mole that pops out of the ground. ^_^

************************************************
Bulleta Assist Types
************************************************

Alpha: Assist Move: Smile & Missile
      Tag Team Super: Cool Hunting

A slow travelling missile shot from across the screen. There are a few ways
you can use this one. It works in the stardard "annoy the opponent with
fireball helpers" strategy and also is good to use before approaching the
enemy either by running in or jumping since you can easily outrun it.

Beta:  Assist Move: Cheer & Fire (upward)
      Tag Team Super: Cool Hunting

I'm not very fond of this assist type. It's a little tricky to connect with
and doesn't do much for comboing out of. Although, if timed right you can
follow it with a Super....

Gamma: Assist Move: Shyness & Strike
      Tag Team Super: Cool Hunting

This is a fun assist type to use. You can connect with this attack from
about half the screen away which makes it a good call in to use right before
jumping in at the opponent. It can be followed up by a Super if you time it
right.

************************************************
Bulleta Normal Moves
************************************************

(Note: To do the medium power attacks, hit the weak button equivalent for
the second hit in a combo)

Standing Jab Punch: Bulleta reaches her hand forward almost as if to grab
the opponent.

Standing Strong Punch: Bulleta slaps the opponent across the face with her
stretchy basket.

Standing Fierce Punch: Bulleta whips out her Uzi and busts a cap on the
opponent. ^_^ It hits 5 or 6 times maximum (or 8 in a corner) and is a
very useful and versatile move. Like all of her fire-based moves, it
scares the crap out of her dog. ^_^

Standing Short Kick: Bulleta sneezes and kicks her leg out. This is
strangely cute looking. ^_^

Standing Forward Kick: Bulleta's launcher. Can also be done with DF +
Roundhouse kick. Bulleta turns away from the enemy and kicks her leg up
behind her, knocking the opponent into the air for her to Aerial Rave
the mess out of.

Standing Roundhouse Kick: Bulleta lifts her skirt up and a land mine
falls out from somewhere up there. She then kicks the land mine forward
and it explodes either when it hits the opponent or after a few seconds.
It's good to kick these out every now and then to keep the opponent on
his toes.

Ducking Jab Punch: Much like her standing jab, Bulleta reaches forward and
attempts to "grab" at the opponent.

Ducking Strong Punch: Bulleta hits them low with her amazing basket.

Ducking Fierce Punch: A crouching Uzi attack. Use it like the standing
Fierce.

Ducking Short Kick: A quick little kick thingie.

Ducking Forward Kick: Another quick little kick thingie.

Ducking Roundhouse Kick: Your standard knockdown sweep attack

Jumping Jab Punch: Again Bulleta "grabs" the opponent.

Jumping Strong Punch: Layeth the smacketh down with your basket.

Jumping Fierce Punch: A surprisingly ineffective Uzi air attack...

Jumping Short Kick: Generic air kick #1

Jumping Forward Kick: Generic air kick #2

Jumping Roundhouse Kick: Bulleta spins around in the air and out pops a
land mine that almost immediately explodes. This is a pretty quick move
and is thus pretty useful.

F or B + Fierce Punch: Bulleta either jumps forward or backward while
attacking with the basket. If used correctly, you can really mess with
the opponent using this move..

F + Roundhouse Kick: Bulleta sees a mole pop out of the ground and dashes
forward helplessly, kneeing the opponent in the process. ^_^ This move can
be followed up by almost any move in Bulleta's arsenal.

DB + Roundhouse Kick: Umm.... I'm not sure exactly where the land mine
comes from, but Bulleta launches a land mine a little in front of her.

Throws:
(F or B) + FP: Bulleta hops on the opponent's back and slits their throat.

Snapback: D, DF, F + (Assist 1 or Assist 2)
Bulleta's Snapback is like her Stumble & Blade with better reach.

B = Back

SK = Short (weak) Kick

************************************************
Bulleta Special Moves
************************************************

Smile & Missile: Charge B, F + P or K
This is your standard issue fireball. Punch buttons shoot it high and
kick buttons shoot it low. The strong attacks shoot it fast and the weak
buttons slow it slow. As you've probably noticed, this thing has a lot
of variety. Change up your Smile & Missiles throughout the match to
keep your opponent guessing.

Cheer & Fire: F, D, DF + P or K (K can be done in air)
Bulleta shoots a HUGE flame at the opponent. It either goes upward at a
45 degree angle (P buttons) or forward (K buttons). This gets many hits
and does nice damage. It's also great to stop people from approaching
you when you want to keep the distance. Use often.

Hop & Missile: Charge D, U + P
Bulleta hops and shoots a missile at a downward angle. This isn't too
terribly useful but it you only use it rarely then you can sometimes
nail an unsuspecting person with it.

Shyness & Strike: D, DB, B + P
Bulleta whacks the opponent with her basket in a big way. You can
slide this into a combo pretty easily and it's good to club a jumping
in opponent.

Stumble & Blade: P while dashing
Bulleta falls forward with her knives out and slices the opponent.
Use this every now and then while dashing to throw off your opponent.

Double Jump: U in air
Self explanatory.

Covert Dodge: D, D + KK
Bulleta slides forward a little bit on the ground. You can slide
through the opponent and attack them from behind.

Taunt: SK + Start
Bulleta calls for her doggy who barks and comes over to her.

Launcher: DF + RK, FK

************************************************
Bulleta Super Moves
************************************************

Cool Hunting: D, DF, F + PP
Bulleta summons her.... um.... cool... hunters.... and her and them
shoot the crap out of the opponent. If this is done up close it won't
get as many hits as done a little ways away from the opponent or during
a combo. This is also good for doing chip damage to blockers since it
does a lot of damage even when blocked.

Beautiful Memory: B, DB, D, DF, F + KK
You need to be no more than a third of the screen to connect with
this move... Bulleta yells "Obaasan!" ("Grandma!") and dashes towards
the opponent. If she connects, she begins to flail her arms (with knives
in each hand) like mad while crying. Then she cries harder and starts
beating them with her basket. Finally, she picks them up and throws
them into her pool of tears. This move is very disturbing... but does a
whole lot of damage.

Hyper Apple For You: F, DF, D, DB, B + KK
Bulleta trips over a rock (which the game is kind enough to point out
for you ^_^) and either one of two things happens depending on where you
are located in relation to the opponent...

Far from opponent: Bulleta lands and 5 huge red bombs fly towards the
opponent.

Near opponent: If Bulleta lands on top of the opponent, try are in for
a world of hurt. She bounces on top of them and unloads 19 Uzi shots
into them. Then, as she jumps off she decides that isn't enough and
throws the 5 huge red bombs on top of them as well. ^_^

************************************************
Bulleta Combos
************************************************

(Note: To make things easier, I only use the weak punch and kick buttons
even when the actual attack is medium strength....)

Aerial Rave combos:
JP, SK, JP, SK, FP
JP, SK, JP, SK, RK
JP, SK, JP, SK, Cheer & Fire

Normal Combos:

D + JP, D + JP, D + SK, Beautiful Memory
JP, D + SK, SK, U, JP, SK, JP, SK, Cheer & Fire
JP, SK, JP, Shyness & Strike, Cool Hunting
Jump in, SK (in air), SK (in air), D + SK, D + SK, Cool Hunting

************************************************
Bulleta Strategy
************************************************

-You've got crazy "fireballs" so use 'em. Much like Sagat of SF fame,
you've got high and low fireballs so feel free to throw them on
occasion. Just don't go overboard and eat a Super..

-Your Super moves do insane amounts of damage. The last combo in the
list above takes away a good 55-60% of the average opponent's life
bar. That's a lot.

-You've got a cute character so distract the opponent by making
Bulleta do cute things. ^_^

************************************************
Abyss Strategies
************************************************

Form One: This is your typical strategy for form one. Block his attacks
then counter with combos. Cool Hunting does a ton of damage and pushes
him away so take advantage of that.

Form Two: Use the Kick variety of the Smile & Missile repeatedly, holding
Back the entire fight not only to block but also to charge for the next
Smile & Missile. Unleash Cool Hunting whenever the bar goes up.

Form Three: No special strategy for Bulleta here. Just do air combos
when the core is nearby and let the solid form have a piece of your
Cool Hunting.
