When I first played this game, I didn't really get what the opening
where they talked about the bird meant. After finished playing it, I
STILL didn't understand the meaning of the opening. :D I only can guess
that it question whether it is better to dwell in the past or keep
going forward without dwelling in the past.
Personally, I find the main character really thick-headed and kind of
masochist. After all, he is the one that kept getting bullied
throughout the game. It felt, as though thick-headed people attracts
girls. ^_^;;
Personally, the main story are not very well done and the main-story
event are not consistent with the non-main-story event of the girls.
I was kind of disappointed with that. However, the exchange with the
girls are cute, which makes it a rather interesting game.
I really like the main heroine of Canary, Ayana-chan. When she pouts,
man, she is KAWAII!! However, it seems that everybody in the game is
bullying her. It made me felt like hugging her. :D The ending is
really sad, however I felt that Ayana-chan got it off too easily.
Mika-chan's story is much, much better than I expected. I expected
the male protagonist to get bullied all the time because of my
first impression, something much like Megumi-chan's story. However,
it is not so. Her main story is the only one that I really like in
the game.
Eri-chan is the little sister. She is the craziest girl and she said
the cutest things ever. :D Megumi-chan is wild and the one girl that I
don't like very much in the game. Chiaki-san is the adult lady, who
seems really thick-headed, but really smart and nice.
Mai-chan has a pretty nice story... She is a hard-working girl,
and therefore, it makes rather attractive. Sena-chan is the four
years-old, who talks like an adult... Well, I am not into kids, so
I just want to say I hate the fact that the game include this character.
Each characters has two BGM, one for the normal events and the other
for the special events. My favourite BGM is Ayana-chan's normal event
BGM, Eri-chan's normal event BGM and Mika-chan's special event BGM.
I especially like Mika-chan's special event BGM, "Rubber Sole", which
is played using only Guitar and Piano.
Each girl has their own ending song. Probably, my favourite are
Ayana-chan's "Sign". I find the others loud. If you like loud music,
most likely you are going to like the other songs.
The normal CG are cute. However, some of the special event CG are
really weird, the character look not proportional. Sometimes, it
make wonder if the girls are human or not. :D Though, it is probably
due to the editing of the original H CG.
Anyway, it still has interesting story (especially the exchanges
between the characters) and if you wants to buy the game
for the CGs, I don't really recommend it because the CG looks weird
most of the time, though I really like Eri-chan's ending CG.

A: According to Frontwing BBS (might have error(s)),
- There are no voices in the PC version.
- The CG are edited in the DC version.
- The H scenes does not exists in the DC version.
- A new character, Hoshino Mai, in the DC version.
- New scenes are added in the DC version.
- The ending song are changed (Not sure)
Q: Can you explain the Introduction of the game?
A: I am not sure how accurate I am in my interpretation of the
Introduction of the game. However, here is it:
According to my findings, Canary birds are bred because its
singing ability. Its song is inherited from its parents. So,
in a way, it can be seen that it is "stucked" with the past.
However, the bird that the game described in the Introduction
is weird. In order to learn new songs, the bird have to
recreate its own brain. In my opinion, it is the questions
of whether a person is much better off with "only memories
of the past and no new memories" or "only new memories and
no old memories". Anyway, the Introduction is related to
Sena-chan's Ending.
Got any other interesting ideas? Send them to me, I will post
them, if I think it is logical and interesting.
Q: Are there really going to be an OAV coming out in Winter 2001,
as advertised in the DC booklet?
A: This is still a mystery because there are no information about
the OAV in the Frontwing website. People asked about it in
Frontwing BBS, but nobody from Frontwing stepped forward to
provide any information about it. If the OAV is out, I will
add it to this walkthrough.

A: I have NOT read the text novel, but I want to read it one day
in the future, as Ayana-chan is one of my all-time favourite characters.
It is very hard to gain access to Text Novels outside Japan
because of its cost of shipping from Japan. From the description,
it would appear to be a love triangle story between the hero,
Ayana-chan and Chiaki-san. Anyway, the information about the
