[ What is this FAQ about ? ]

This is the Streetfighter EX PLUS movelist/FAQ, if you are looking for
characters infos, please look for StreetFighter EX FAQ

, as I have excluded character background infos in this FAQ,
(except for new hidden characters)
BTW, my English sucks, so any corrections for my grammar,verbs.. are welcome.


[ What is SFEX PLUS ? ]

It is SFEX with a new look, new moves and new characters .


[ What is different from SFEX ? ]

1.Characters ' outfits colour

Each character (except for new hidden characters and Skullomania) have
3 types of colour schemes .I call the new colour scheme "EX PLUS colour".
Actually, the colour scheme is taken from Streetfighter II Hyper Fighting.
To access the EX PLUS colour, hold start then choose your character.

2.New Moves

Some of the characters have 1 or more new moves added.
I will indicate a "PLUS" beside new moves in this FAQ.

3.Stages

All the stages have been modified. One obvious change is the colour setting.
The stages ' description is in the character infos section.

4.More frames for each characters

Some characters have added with more frames, that is mean, their actions
are more smooth. And Fireball(eg.Hadoken) are bigger, look better.

5.Meter bar colour

New colour scheme for Super Combo Meter. Blue meter for level 1,
yellow meter for level 2 and red meter for level 3.

6.Super Combo Finish scene

Level 1 SC finish : A meteor (has been better rendered than in SFEX) appears
Level 2 SC finish : A meteor followed by another 2 more meteor
Level 3 SC finish : Earth is shown in the background,it is hit by some meteors

7.Fight CPU 's Kairi, Darun, Allen, Blair

Fight a total of 10 CPU characters. The 4 time-release characters of SFEX are
added to these 10 CPU characters, so some CPU characters are not fight against
with.

8.Characters from SFEX could be use without use of codes or time release.

M.Bison, Garuda, Darun, Allen, Kairi, Blair can be access without the need
of codes or time-release.

9.SuperCombo meter harder to charge up

SuperCombo meter is more harder to charge up now as by simply pressing
punch or kick will not increase it. It will only increase will doing a
move or contact with opponent.
(oh no, how will the non-projection throwing characters gonna beat CPU
Garuda !!?? )


10.CPU is more intelligent !!

BEWARE !! CPU will use level 3 SuperCancel !!!


11.New characters (code needed)

4 new characters are in this game.


12.More frame for the word "Here comes a new challenger"

The word is presented better .


13.Show Damage %  for first hit and reversal

Screen will show "F.attack Gage __%" for the first attack,
you get 25% of super bar for F.Attack (first attack)
and 10% for a Reversal.

[ What is still same ? ]

1.Blair 's name is still "Brair" under the life meter  ...
2.There are 2 version, English and Japanese, no ending description
 in the English version. The SFEX stage of B.Hokuto is still distorted
 in the English version.

[ Game System ]

Play is just like other Streetfighters games, but include new systems like :

GUARD BREAK : To destroy opponent 's defence, and leave the opponent open for
             hits.
             The command for G.B(guard break) is same for all characters:
             press LP+LK or MP+MK or HP+HK .
             It consumes 1 super meter .
SUPER CANCEL: After using a super combo , another super combo can be used
             immediately.

[ EX PLUS Characters and Stages Description ]

Pullum Purna  :
EX PLUS colour: Pink jacket, dark blue pant.
Stage         : Inside a Middle East type palace , with red curtains ,
               and marble pillars .The whole scene in setting of pink.

Hokuto        :
EX PLUS colour: Red top, low black
Stage         : Nighttime, a square, a beautiful Pagoda can be seen at the
               back, with Cherry Blossom trees surrounding the square.
               The whole scene is in setting of Green.

Chunli        :
EX PLUS colour: Grey outfit
Stage         : Dusk(?), China 's "Tian An Muan" square .
               MORE birds in the background. The People's Assembly Hall is
               in the other direction. The text left of Chairperson Mao's pic
               says "Long live the People's Republic of China."
               The text right of Chairperson Mao's pic says
               "The people of the world [something]."

Doctrine Dark :
EX PLUS colour: dark green outfit
Stage         : In a sewage tunnel, characters ' legs are inmerged in the
               water.Dim lights and graffiti on the wall ...
               Some more rubbishs laying against the walls.
               The water is flowing faster.The whole scene is in setting
               of red !!(even the water looks like blood !)

Zangief       :
EX PLUS colour: black shorts
Stage         : Foggy , an Industry site .


Skullomania   :
EX PLUS colour: Default of SFEX
Stage         : In a Amusement Park . At the back is a design of an
               devil, and a merry-go-round ... It is also snowing ...
               Whole scene in setting of orange.

Cracker Jack  :
EX PLUS colour: Black vest, red shirt, red tie, black pant
Stage         : Evening(?), Europe .
               European style houses and a small fountain in the background.
               Whole scene is in setting of dim blue.

Guile         :
EX PLUS colour: Blue Tshirt, blue pant
Stage         : Dusk, a airbase.Fighter planes, some buildings and some yachts
               in the background.

Ken           :
EX PLUS colour: Bright yellow outfit
Stage         : Daytime Countryside .It looks like Autumn.
               Trees shade the whole scene. The 2 deers are gone.

Ryu           :
EX PLUS colour: light blue outfit, white headband
Stage         : Looks like a rocky beach at the base of some cliffs.
               Some red banners in the background in one direction;
               a red Japanese gateway and a large Buddhist statue in
               the background in another direction.
               There is a also a RAINBOW in the background.

Vega (M.Bison):
EX PLUS colour: Black outfit, with some red and white outline.
Stage         : Dusk, Thailand.Golden Temples, a Thai 's style golden boat,
               some palm trees ....

Gouki (Akuma) :
EX PLUS colour: Dark Green outfit
Demo          : as about to fight Vega, the view zoom in, then black out, with
               sparks of hits combo, the word "Here comes a new challenger"
               flips onto the screen.
Stage         : same as Vega .

Garuda        :
EX PLUS colour: Very Dark Blue ?
Stage         : Dark Japanese room with doors decorated with drawings.
               Most likely in a temple .A gateway of somesort can be seen...
               The floor is in setting of red, while the ceiling is in
               setting of blue .
               The number of mice running about on the floor is lessen.

Allen Snider  :
EX PLUS colour: Orange
Stage         : same as Guile

Blair Dame    :
EX PLUS colour: Pink outfit, black boots.
Stage         : Same as C.Jack

Darun Mister  :
EX PLUS colour: Red short, red boots, silver gaunlets

Stage         : SFEX Hokuto 's stage
Background info:
She is call "Ìóðð©ê½ÙÆ" (Chi no fuin wo tokareta Hokuto)
in Japanese, which means "Hokuto released from the Seal of Blood" .
Not much background info of her yet.

The whole name is called " Cycloid Beta " . It is the prototype for motion
