"Cliff Hanger" borrows heavily from the anime franchise focusing on
the exploits of international master thief, Arsène Lupin III. "Cliff Hanger"
incorporates footage from the Lupin III movies, "The Mystery of Mamo" and
"The Castle of Cagliostro."
The plot follows a very generic but time-tested format: Princess Clarissa is to
be wed to the evil Count Draco against her will. All hope is not lost as
Cliff (a.k.a. Lupin III) blindly sets out on a daring mission to save the
Princess from her impending marital doom.

The controls are quite simple. You have a joystick and 2 buttons.
There are a total of 6 actions:
UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, Hand, Foot
Sometimes actions need to be performed in rapid succession (pseudo-combo).
In the walkthrough these actions are separated by dashes while normal actions
