1) Introduction
Hey, wassup my names Apollo, and if you're wondering
what number I am, I'm Apollo 69! j/k :-) (students in my
school likes to call me that). Well, my favorite characters
are always the big and the strong, such as Zangief and
Chang, and chars like that.. coz i think offense is the
best defense, and killing a person in two hits (exagerating)
is better then standing there and block and pick your nose,
or run around like a lil pussy (sorry for using a women's
sexual organ) and scream "Hey look you can't hit me!" but
then ofcourse i can always hit the person, because that's
why Chang is my favorite and best character.Not many people
be Chang because they never know how good he is. I didnt know
myself too, until i went to the arcades one day and saw how
powerful he is.. coz the person beat me with just 1 guy..
against my 3.......(it could be just bad luck, coz my friend,
who i am better than, took his Chang outafter just 2 chars.
Btw, Chang is korean, and even though my last name is Chang,
but i'm Taiwanese. (and thats not why i like being him)

2) Character Background
Well... from what i know, Chang and Choi first appeared in
KOF 94, and after that, they appear in each of the new KOFs that
came out. Along with Chang, there is always Choi, Kim, and after
KOF 99, Jhun.

3) Well, like all big people in vs games, they are strong, powerful,
"seems" to have more hp, and has a sense of humor in them. (He likes
to shake his beer belly when he wins). Chang may be slow, but if
you mastered the ways to block, and choose timing correctly, speed
isnt that much of a big deal, because you can always hit the person
after you block his attack no matter how slow your attack is (unless
they are charge up). In KOF98 i think, Chang can dish out more damage
with one normal charge up move, and most people can with their super
moves. But then they found out Chang was too powerful, so he got toned
down a bit in 99, and even more at 2000, and now at CvS2, he's even
worse, but stil.... he's very powerful. and plus.. now he's got Choi
with him, its 2 vs 1 :-), AND they have a cool pose when they win!

4) Groove? (Personally i think A groove is best for him, and it doesnt
really matter that much if you choose any other grooves.)
Well i havent test out all the grooves yet for Chang because i just
got the game not for long, and i have alot of homework (Bah! who
likes them!). But then, i did test out N, A, K Grooves, and he seems
to do pretty good on them. In A Groove, Chang pretty much has alot
of infinite combos, but then when the groove runs out, the combo
ends :-(, but! its still super powerful, because when power and speed
go together , it equals unstoppableness. Then in N Groove, its pretty
much same as the KOFs, you can roll then you can do the Dai Hakai Nage
(HCB,f + P (close))... and you'll grab the person and slam the shit
out of him... well and some super moves.. but i guess rolling is the
main reason why you would choose N Groove. But probably what i recommend
the most for people who just want to dish out damage, is K Groove,
because when K Groove makes your normal moves dish out 1.35 times more
damage, and thats from its already massive damage attacks!!

f = foward uf = up/foward
b = backwards ub = up/back
u = up df = down/foward
d = down db = down/back
QCF = quarter circle forward (d, df, f)
QCB = quarter circle back (d, db, b)
HCF = half circle forward (b, db, d, df, f)
HCB = half circle back (f, df, d, db, b)
DP = "dragon punch" motion (f, d, df)
BDP = backward "dragon punch" motion (b, d, db)
BUTTONS:
PPP = all punches
LP = light punch LK = light kick
MP = medium punch MK = medium kick
HP = hard punch HK = hard kick
(close) = Move must be done close to opponent.

SPECIAL MOVES
Tekkyuu Dai Kaiten Hit P rapidly (Press PPP to cancel)
Description: Chang takes the ball and swings it around the top of his head
Tekkyuu Funsai Geki Charge b, then f + P
Description: Chang takes his ball, and throws it forward dealing an
AMAZING amount of damage! and when you are charging up, you are invincible!
note:very slow! should be done from distance
Dai Hakai Nage HCB,f + P (close)
Description: Chang takes the person and slams him to the ground simultaneous
from left to right and vice versa, serveral of times.
Flying Slash HCB + K (Choi's move)
Description: N/A
Tatsumaki Shippuu Zan DP + K (Choi's move)
Description: N/A
Senpuu Hi En Sashi HCF + K (Choi's move)
Description: N/A
OTHER MOVES (Dunno their names)
Slide df + HP
Description: A VERY useful but simple move, Chang dives forward, and trips
the
person down.. and in CvS2 he recovers really fast from the move, but at a
cost
of dealing less damage.
SUPERS
Tekkyuu Dai Bousou QCF,HCB + P
Description: Well, I dont use Chang's supermove that much because his normal
moves
probably deals more damage then his supermove, but just in case, you might
want
to use it, he jumps forward and does a combo super, like Kim's.
Shin! Super Shinkuu Zan HCB,HCB + K (Choi's super)
Description: Choi starts spinning furiously, and creating a tornado, and
moves
forward at a steady pace...(not that useful because its pretty slow)

6) Combos
For A Groove Only:
a) lock the person in corner, and keep about three inches of space
between
you and him, and just keep pressing the LP really really really fast
what this will do is, he'll keep juggling the person in the air, and
the person just sits there and watched himself being juggled in the
air for the duration of the bar, and at the very very end, use the
Shin! Super Shinkuu Zan, which will end the combo with a supermove for
additional damage.
b) Keep pressing f+MK and d+MK simultaneously, and when the bar is
about
1cm left, you press f+MP, and then do the Tekkyuu Dai Bousou. What this
will do is, Chang will keep using his ass to stick it in the person's
face, and amazing they link up to be combos, and when the time is about
to be up, you have to do a low MK, and then you connect it with a tummy
hit(or whatever that is called), then you do the Tekkyuu Dai Bousou.
