Introduction:
This is a script of all the Bachelorette Flower Events
available in Harvest Moon: Tale of Two Towns. If you’re
anything like me, and you can’t pick your spouse without
knowing a little bit about them first, then this the guide for
you.

The Player and Georgia go on a date just outside of town.
GEORGIA
You’re a farmer, aren’t you (Player
Name)? Farming, seems like a mighty
hard job. You’ve got to look after
all those crops as well as your
animals.
Choice 1: (It’s a lot of hard work.)
A panicked bubble appears above Georgia’s head.
GEORGIA
I’ll bet! And yet I never hear a peep
of complaint out of you. You’re
pretty amazing, (Player Name)!
A row of pink flowers appear above Georgia’s head.
GEORGIA
Goodness know I have my hands full
just looking after the animals. They
are sweet things, though, so I don’t
mind!
A music note appears above the player’s head.
GEORGIA
You like horses, don’t you?
A big red heart appears above the player’s head.
GEORGIA
Next time I’ll have to show you my
favorite horse! She’s a real sweet
thing! That’s a promise!
Georgia jumps in the air while a music note appears above her
head.
GEORGIA
I do have a mighty fine time talking
with you, (Player Name). We should
talk again soon! I’ll see you later!
Choice 2: (It’s a breeze!)
A “...” bubble appears above Georgia’s head.
GEORGIA
Is that so? Well, you can’t be taking
your work seriously if you think
that. Why, I myself only take care of
our animals... But it’s a lot of work
keeping them all happy and healthy.
And plants have got to need just as
much love and attention. So if you
were really doing your job, I don’t
think you’d say it was a breeze.
A scribbled bubble appears above Georgia’s head.
GEORGIA
Sorry for jumping all over you like
that. Maybe it’s none of my business.
But I had to speak my mind. Anyway,
it’s getting late, so I do believe
I’ll head home. Bye, (Player Name).
||BLUE FLOWER EVENT||
The Player and Georgia go for a date at Grady’s shop. When you
arrive, colored bars come out all around Georgia as if she was
excited/pleased.
GEORGIA
This is my sweet darling, Dakota!
A heart appears above the head of Dakota, the horse.
GEORGIA
She was born when I was only 5 years
old. And I’ve ridden her ever since!
I reckon she’s the best friend I’ve
got.
A “...” appears over Georgia’s head while she shivers. A ques-
tion mark bubble appears over the player’s head.
GEORGIA
That fool Kana from Konohana can’t
hold a candle to us!
A bead of sweat appears above the player’s head.
GEORGIA
Oh sorry. I get a little hot under
the collar when it comes to that
fella. He runs the ranch over in
Konohana. We’ve got a bit of a
rivalry going. We’re always arguing
about our horses. Why, the other day,
he said that his horse was cuter than
Dakota!
A “...” bubble appears above Georgia’s head, followed by an
angry bubble and a shiver.
GEORGIA
Now I know there’s no horse in the
wide world as cute as my Dakota.
Isn’t that right, Dakota?
Georgia and Dakota turn to each other and a heart appears
above Dakota’s head.
Choice 1: (Who cares?)
Georgia and Dakota turn to look at the player and an
exclamation point appears above Dakota’s head.
GEORGIA
What now? Did you say something? I
couldn’t... HEY!
An angry bubble appears above Dakota’s head. Dakota then
proceeds to walk towards the player and charge into him...
twice. Each time making a three sweat bubble appear above the
player’s head. The second time, the player gets a little dizzy
and begins to sway.
GEORGIA
Dakota! What’s gotten into you!? Now
stop that, y’hear?
A three sweat bubble appears above Georgia’s head and Dakota
walks back towards Georgia. Georgia and Dakota face each
other.
GEORGIA
Now why would you go wild like that?
Calm down.
A heart appears above Dakota’s head and Georgia turns back to-
wards the player.
GEORGIA
Oh, I’m sorry. I can’t imagine what
got into her. I’m going to put her
inside. See you later, (Player Name).
Georgia and Dakota walk away and a bead of sweat appears above
the player’s head.
Choice 2: (She really is cute.)
An exclamation point appears above Dakota’s head and she walks
towards the player. A heart also appears above Dakota’s head
and the horse proceeds to lick the player. A three sweat
bubble appears above the player’s head at this point.
GEORGIA
Oh! Dakota? While she’s taken a real
shine to you, (Player Name). You’ve
really got a way with animals. I
guess that’s to be expected for a
farmer.
Flowers appear all around Georgia’s head.
GEORGIA
I surely am glad I invited you over,
(Player Name). I hope you’ll come and
visit Dakota again soon. I know she’d
like that!
A heart appears above Dakota’s head and a music note appears
above the player’s head. The date ends.
||GREEN FLOWER EVENT||
Georgia and the player go on a date to Howard’s Cafe
GEORGIA
Say now, (Player Name). There’s some-
thing I’ve been wanting to ask you.
A question mark appears above the player’s head and Georgia
looks away.
GEORGIA
Um, you see now, well...
A “...” bubble appears above Georgia’s head and she turns back
to face the player.
GEORGIA
D’you think I’m strange?
A question mark bubble appears above the player’s head.

You know... because of the way I
talk?

A scribbled out bubble appears above Georgia’s head.
GEORGIA

Georgia turns away from the player.
GEORGIA
You see, my dad and I haven’t always
lived here. We lived on a ranch way
out west most of the time I was

Georgia turns back towards the player.
GEORGIA

here... But I hope you’ll just think
of it as unique.
A “...” bubble appears above Georgia’s head.

Georgia looks away and gets a three sweat mark above her head.

A row of flowers appears above Georgia’s head and a music note
appears above the player’s head.
GEORGIA
Oh, look at the time. I ought to head
on home.
Georgia walks right next to the player.
GEORGIA
I know you’re busy with your farm,
but I hope I’ll see you again soon.
Bye, now!
Georgia walks off and the date ends.
||YELLOW FLOWER EVENT||
Georgia and the player have a date outside Grady’s Shop.
GEORGIA
I’ve been working awfully hard on my
cooking lately.
A music note appears above the player’s head.
GEORGIA
Laney and I used to bake a lot when
we were younger, so I’m a fair hand
at baking. I’ve never been much good
at cooking anything else, though. But
I want to take another shot at
cooking.
A “...” bubble appears above Georgia’s head and a question
mark bubble appears above the player’s. Georgia looks away and
a three sweat bubble appears above her head.
GEORGIA
I’m sure I can get the hang of it!
An exclamation point appears above Georgia’s head and then she
looks back at the player.
GEORGIA
Hey, I’ve got an idea! Let’s have a
picnic on the mountain! I’ll make us
some tasty rice balls!
A music note appears above the player’s head.
GEORGIA
Great! I’ll go get started on ‘em!
Why don’t you go wait for me on the
mountain, (Player Name)? I’ll meet
you when I’m done.
The player nods and heads for the mountain. The scene changes
to the mountain and Georgia appears from the bottom of the
screen.
GEORGIA
Thanks for waiting! Do forgive me. I
didn’t think I would take so long.
Tada! Here they are! My extra special
rice balls! Go ahead and try one!
Georgia walks forward and hands the player the rice balls. A
music note appears above the player’s head and then he eats
the rice balls. Afterwards an exclamation point appears above
the player’s head.
GEORGIA
H-How is it?
Choice 1: (Really good!)
A row of pink flowers appears above Georgia’s head.
GEORGIA
Why, I’m so glad! Well, I’m famished
too! Let’s eat!
A “...” bubble appears above Georgia’s head followed by an ex-
clamation point.
GEORGIA
Ugh! This is so sweet!
A three sweat mark appears above Georgia’s head.
GEORGIA
I’m so used to making sweet things, I
added sugar without thinking. How
sweet of you to lie and tell me it
was good! I’m so sorry you had to eat
that, though. Here I thought I could
at least make rice balls... Guess I
was wrong. I’ll never be any good at
cooking.
The player shakes his head “no” and a music note appears above
his head.
GEORGIA
You think I can get the hang of it?
Well, that’s kind of you.
Georgia jumps in the air.
GEORGIA
That’s it! No more focusing on
nothing but animals! Starting today,
I’m going to learn to cook!
A music note appears above the player’s head.
GEORGIA
I’m gonna work really hard at it!
A three sweat mark appears above Georgia’s head and a question
mark appears above the player’s head.
GEORGIA
So...uh...I can cook you a special
meal. Because... you’re really
special to me.
???
Hellooo? Georgia?
An exclamation point appears above both the player’s and Geor-
gia’s head. Grady appears from the bottom of the screen and
stops right next to Georgia. Georgia turns to face him.
GRADY
There you are, Georgia! There’s a
customer who wanted to take a look at
the thoroughbred harnesses. And I
wasn’t sure where you put them.
A “...” bubble appears above Georgia’s head.
GEORGIA
Dad...
A question mark bubble appears above Grady’s head.
GEORGIA
Dad, you... IDIOT!!!!
Georgia storms off the bottom of the screen with an angry
bubble above her head.
GRADY
What? Hey there, Georgia! The
harness. Where are those harnesses?
Georgia, where are you going?
A three sweat mark appears above Grady’s head and he turns to
face the player.
GRADY
What’s going on with her? I didn’t
interrupt anything, did I, (Player
Name)?
Grady walks off the bottom of the screen after Georgia.
GRADY
Hey! Georgia, wait!
A bead of sweat appears above the player’s head and the date
ends.
Choice 2: (It tastes weird...)
An exclamation point appears above Georgia’s head.
GEORGIA
Huh!? They’re weird...? That’s not a
very gentlemanly thing to say, even
if you don’t like them. I worked hard
on those!
Georgia turns away from the player.
GEORGIA

Georgia walks away, a three sweat mark appears above the play-
er’s head, and the date ends.

The Player and Laney go on a date to the Town Square.
LANEY

Have you ever heard the story of this
statue?
Both the Player and Laney look at the statue.
LANEY
Years ago, one of the mayors designed
it himself for the town. Even though
this statue is really cute, that
mayor was actually pretty scary.
Like, if he saw someone littering, he
would chase after them screaming.
Isn’t it weird to think someone that
strict made this cute statue?
The Player and Laney look at each other.
LANEY
I guess his love for this village is
what made him act like that.
A question mark bubble appears above the Player’s head.
LANEY
You can feel all that love when you
look at the statue. Everyone who
lives here loves the statue a lot.
It’s really special to us. It’s
become a symbol of the love we all
feel for this village. Hey, (Player
Name). Do you like it here?

Four pink flowers appear above Laney’s head in excitement.
LANEY
I’m glad you like our village too.
Laney looks to the south.
LANEY
I can’t imagine living anywhere else.
Laney looks back at the Player and takes two steps forward.
LANEY
I’m sure the more you learn about our
village, the more you’ll come to love
it.
A music note appears above the Player’s head while he nods in
agreement.
LANEY
It’s so late! The time just flew by!
I had so much fun today. Let’s chat

LANEY

Laney and the player take a date to the church.
LANEY

LANEY

Laney takes two steps forward and hands the player a
cheesecake.
LANEY
It’s a cheesecake from my own recipe.
I might start selling it at the cafe.
I’d love it if you’d try it and tell
me what you think.
Choice 1: (Thanks, I will!)
A music note appears above the player’s head and he eats the
cheesecake. Soon afterwards a “...” bubble appears above the
player’s head.
LANEY
H-How was it?
The player jumps in the air and a heart bubble appears above
his head. Laney then has pink flowers appear all around her
head.
LANEY
I’m so glad you liked it!
A question mark bubble appears above the player’s head.
LANEY
I love to bake. But my favorite part
is watching people enjoy what I’ve
made. It makes me sooo happy. I can’t
really explain it. It just... makes
my heart feel so warm. Knowing that
my food made someone else smile...
It’s a great feeling. So I love to
see someone enjoying what I make like
you just did.

LANEY
It’s funny the way time always flies
by when I’m talking to you. Today was

head.
LANEY
Oh, I’m so sorry! I was just
hinking... See, there’s something
that’s been worrying me... Hey,

become a farmer, right?
The player nods his head “yes”.
LANEY
Well... weren’t you sad to leave the
village you lived in before?

LANEY

be hard. I’d probably feel the same

heads. Georgia walks over to them from the bottom of the
screen.
LANEY
Oh, Georgia. What do you mean?
Laney turns to the player and a “...” bubble appears over her
head. The player turns to Laney and a question mark bubble ap-
pears over his head. Laney then turns to face Georgia and a
three sweat bubble appears over Laney’s head.
LANEY
I’m just taking a walk with (Player
Name).
The player turns to look at Georgia and a question mark
appears over her head.
GEORGIA
Well, Howard’s been looking for you.
A question mark appears over Laney’s head.
GEORGIA
He says you’re supposed to be working
at the cafe right now!
A “...” bubble then an exclamation point appears over Laney’s
head.
LANEY
Oh no! I can’t believe I forgot!
Laney turns to face the player and a three sweat bubble
appears over her head.
LANEY
I’m so sorry, (Player Name), but I’ve
got to get back.
The player turns to face Laney and a music note appears over
his head.
LANEY
What? You want to help? Oh no, I
couldn’t possibly...
A music note appears over the player’s head.
LANEY

Laney turns to face Georgia.
LANEY

GEORGIA

The scene changes to the cafe.
LANEY
I’m so sorry, Dad. I completely
forgot I promised to help you today.
HOWARD
Oh, that’s alright, Laney. I
shouldn’t have asked you to help out
on your day off. But it’s not like
you not to come in when you say you
will, so I was worr--
A “...” bubble appears above Howard’s head and a question mark

then at Laney, then back at the player, then again back to La-
ney.
HOWARD
Now don’t tell me that the two of you

LANEY

says he wants to help out.

Does he, now? Hmmm...
Howard turns to face the player and a “...” bubble appears

LANEY

Hiro walks away and continues on his way north. Ying passes by
the couple on a date and Nori notices. A question mark bubble
appears above Nori’s head. Ying continues on her way until she
arrives at the red bridge. A “...” bubble appears above Ying’s
head.
YING
..... My precious panda... He got a
boo-boo... What am I gonna do?
A three sweat bubble appears above Ying’s head. Nori, having
noticed Ying, begins to walk over towards her after a “...”

NORI
What’s wrong, Ying? Did something bad
happen to your panda?
An exclamation point appears above Ying’s head and she turns
to look at Nori.
YING
Um... uh... My p-panda g-got s-
snagged on something and...
A three sweat mark appears above Ying’s head.
NORI
Oh no! Your panda’s leg is ripped,
huh? Wait a second, Ying. I’ll fix it
for you.
Nori walks even closer to Ying.
NORI
Here goes!
Nori fixes the panda and moves back two steps.
NORI
There you go! Good as new!
An exclamation point appears above Ying’s head.
YING
Wowee! You fixed my panda’s boo-boo!!
Nori, you’re super! Thanks...!
NORI
Ha ha! No problem!
A music note appears above Ying’s head and she walks off to
the north. NOri then walks back towards the player.
NORI

away, he had no time to be sad while
taking care of me. So I want to be

lot of people think I’m so even-
tempered, but nobody is calm all the
time. A lot of times I get really

to get everything done.

of their heads. A dog comes running into the scene and is
heading straight for Nori. The player jumps right in front of
Nori to protect her and after a couple seconds is flown off
the bridge, into the river, while a panicked three sweat
bubble appears above his head. The screen goes black.
NORI

Kana! (Player Name) fell in the
river!
The scene changes to the player jumping out of the water and
then a music note appears above his head.
NORI

The player jumps in the air and a music note appears over his
head. The dog then walks over to the player while a three
sweet mark bubble appears over the dog’s head. The player
responds with a music note over his head. Kana then decides to
walk over to the player as well. He also gets a three sweat
mark bubble over his head.
KANA
Sorry about that, (Player Name)! My
dog can’t stand getting a bath, and
totally panicked. He didn’t mean to
hurt you

note appears over the player’s head. Kana then turns to the
dog.

When you fell in the river, I was
really worried.

above his head. Nori then walks right next to the player and
puts a bandage on him. She takes a step back.

That bandage should do it, but you
should go see Dr. Ayame just to be

above the player’s head. This repeats, then the player jumps
up and down twice. Reina get’s one more “...” bubble over her
head and then an exclamation point.
REINA
Oh, excuse me. I was lost in thought.
A question mark bubble appears over the player’s head.
REINA
Nothing to worry about. It’s fine.
Reina turns away from the player. A “...” bubble appears over
her head and then she turns back.
REINA
Hey, (Player Name)... there’s
something I’ve been wanting to ask
you.
A music note appears over the player’s head.
REINA
You’ve said “yes” a lot of times when
I asked you to meet me somewhere...
Does that mean you enjoy being with
me?

REINA

thing else around me fades away. Some
people think that makes me hard to
get along with.
Reina turns back towards the player.

Most of the time, that doesn’t bother
me. People can think what they want.
If they don’t like who I am, well,
there’s nothing I can do about that.

away from the player.

And I’m fine being alone most of the
time. But sometimes I do want people

Reina turns back towards the player.

Reina jumps in the air and an exclamation point appears above
her head.
REINA
Oh!? C-Cute!? A-Are you serious,
(Player Name)? I-I’m not sure what to
say...
A three sweat mark appears above Reina’s head.
REINA
Uh...um...I just remembered I have
something to do. I should go.
A three sweat mark appears above the player’s head and Reina
walk straight into a tree.
REINA

Reina backs up while a three sweat mark appears above her
head. A bead of sweat forms above the player’s head.
REINA
Owwwwww!!
Reina turns to the player and a three sweat mark appears above
her head.
REINA
It’s all your fault for saying that
weird thing you said... Now look at
me... ........
A scribbled out bubble appears above Reina’s head.
REINA
Don’t look at me, dummy! I’m going
home! Bye!
Reina leaves and a bead of sweat appears above the player’s
head. The date ends.
