People host in Sweden, Netherlands or Canada (lol good luck) to |
|
avoid copyright laws, not to avoid laws regarding privacy |
|
invasion etc. The best you can do is look into user-submitted |
|
content laws (similar to the DMCA protection clause for |
|
filehosts so long as they respond to takedown requests). |
