Studying With Children |

We invested in a nirv bible for the family study/ It is a bible |
|
made with words for an elementary reading level. So it helps |
|
make things easier to understand. Plus if your child is in |
|
elementary school they can also read you some of their favorite |
|
verses. As a study method with the children we like to draw the |
|
Bible verses select a few to draw at a time. When we started to |
|
draw the Bible it helped us notice more. It made it an extra |
|
school tool. Children understand it better. As well, they |
|
remember more because its only a few verses a day. When they see |
|
people they have an easier time telling others about the Bible |
|
because they can explain the verses through the pictures they |
|
made. When we started we drew out Day 1 for the first day. The |
|
2nd day we drew day 2 and so on. As an adult it gets you with |
|
the children, and while helping your child draw the photos you |
|
notice things in the Bible you dont always notice when you just |
|
read it. We like to make a key verse for memorize the chapter. |
|
You can teach your children the alphabet, numbers, spelling and |
|
vocab through the Bible. |
